Palm oil in food causes cancer metastasis

I have written many times about the conspiracy of modern chimical
food manufacturers. Aside from toxic plastic and TiO2, almost all
modern food is cooked in palm oil. It is a cheap and toxic
substitute for normal oil.
A new study by scientists has demonstrated how the fatty acid in
palm oil contributes to the spread of cancer, and this study may
continue the path to new therapies, according to The Guardian

A study in mice showed that palmitic acid promotes the metastasis
of oral and skin cancers. In the future, this process may be exposed
to drugs or elaborate meal plans, but the team behind this work
cautions patients against self-dieting in the absence of clinical
trials.
Palmitic acid is an extremely powerful stimulant of metastasis,
emphasizes Prof. Salvador Aznar-Benita from the Institute for
Biomedicine Research (IRB) in Barcelona. The study contributes
to evidence that diet can be used to improve existing cancer
treatments, as certain modern foods affect tumor cells. The study,
based on previous work by the same team of scientists, showed
that inside a tumor, only a small fraction of cells have the
potential to spread out of the tumor, reaching other organs and
colonizing them. These specialized cancer cells are particularly
dependent on fatty acids, and recent research has narrowed them
down to palmitic acid, which is found in palm oil.
A study published in the journal Nature found that adding palmitic
acid to the diet of mice increased the likelihood of spreading oral
and skin cancers. Other fatty acids called oleic acid and linoleic
acid, the omega-9 and omega-6 fats found in foods such as olive
oil and flaxseed, have not shown this effect. None of the other
fatty acids tested have been shown to increase the risk of cancer.
Therefore, do not eat foods with palm oil unless you want to die
soon.
