Identified the identity of the Zodiac maniac

The Case Breakers, a team of more than 40 former law enforcement
investigators, journalists and military intelligence officers, spoke
about the disclosure of the identity of the Zodiac killer. Writes
about this Fox News. According to investigators, a painter named
Gary Francis Post, who died in 2018, called himself the Zodiac.
The Case Breakers found evidence in forensic documents and
uncovered photographs from Post's "secret room." On one of them,
experts noticed a scar on the forehead, as well as on the photorobot
of the Zodiac.
The members of the group deciphered one of the letters written by
the Zodiac, the name of Post was the key to decryption. “So you
have to know Gary's full name in order to decipher these anagrams.
I don't think there is any other way,”said one of The Case Breakers,
who previously worked in military intelligence. Investigators also
found a connection between the Zodiac and another murder,
18-year-old Cherie Joe Bates was allegedly his sixth victim. They
believe that Post killed the girl on October 31, 1966 in California,
two years before the first murder that is associated with him. The
Case Breakers cited a 1975 FBI memo stating that Sheri Joe Bates
was the sixth victim of the Zodiac.
Zodiac is one of the most famous serial killers, whose identity has
not yet been established. He committed crimes in San Francisco from
the late 1960s to the early 1970s and became famous for encrypted
messages for police officers and journalists. In one of them, he
stated that he had killed 37 people. Law enforcement agencies have
so far been able to confirm only five murders of the Zodiac.
