Russia is preparing to chip citizens

The Far Eastern Federal University and the Far Eastern High
Technology Fund have signed an agreement on the implementation
of a joint project. The parties will participate in the creation of the
Resource Center for Invasive Neurotechnologies and Clinical
Biomechanics. In particular, this means carrying out research work
in various fields - they will allow research on the implantation of
chips for various purposes into the human body. According to the
head of the fund Ruslan Sarkisov, "it will be a complex medical
center, which will include both operations, rehabilitation, the
creation of new samples, (and) research work in this direction."
The head of the foundation plans to launch the center within a year,
and there is already a base for relevant research, on which it will be
possible to scale research. In addition, operations on a commercial
basis are also possible. The project will be implemented in an
innovative science and technology center on Russky Island
(probably so that the chip ones don't run away). Financing is
planned in the amount of up to 350 billion rubles. The agreement
was signed during the Eastern Economic Forum held in Vladivostok.
Sarkisov does not exclude the possibility that an international
cyber-technical cluster may be created on the island in the future.
Let me remind you that compulsory vaccination with toxic Sputnik
V continues in Russia under threat of dismissal from work. Also,
people vaccinated with Sputnik V are required to sign a waiver of
claims. And by 2024, Russia plans to completely switch to biometrics
in all types of transport.
