    Welcome to my Silent Hill 4 FAQ. Don't worry, i won't abandon this
    FAQ like i did with Fatal Frame II but that's another story. Anyways,
    you can expect a lot from this FAQ because i'm putting my best effort
    to finish the FAQ. I hope everyone likes the design of the faq, i spent
    a lot of thoughts (and effort) on the design to make it original,
    creative and organized. The content in this FAQ is all original, it's
    all in my own words and my own efforts, unlike some other faqs that
    i've seen for this game. The FAQ will be updated almost daily
    until complete, if not then that means i'm busy, please don't
    send me e-mails asking why hasn't it updated because i won't answer
    any of them and put you in my blocked lists.

    I've always been a silent hill fan, ever since i played the demo of the
    original sh, i was hooked. There's something about this game that puts
    it above the rest when compared to any other horror games. Please, do
    not be discouraged by the reviews that you see for this game. In
    my opinion, this one is the best of the series, the gameplay is
    much better than silent hill 3 and if you thought sh2's story gave
    you the creeps, wait till you find out the story behind sh4. This game
    is very fun and enjoyable. The graphics are amazing, the gameplay
    is amazing, the sound, everything.

    Please note, this is just the super fast version of my walkthrough
    that only takes less than 2 hours to beat with the best ranking and
    all the memos taking, it's also full of spoilers because i'm assuming
    that you've at least finished the game once. I'm also making a
    full walkthrough for this game, but not until the US version of the
    game comes out. Enjoy.

    know what's going on because this walkthrough isn't intended for

    1. How can i put your FAQ in my site?


    1. Just e-mail me and ask for my permission, also give the URL of the
       site and a possible good reason why you want to host it in your
       site. Remember nothing in my FAQ can be altered.


    2. The ghosts keep coming back to life, how can i kill them for good?


    2. Unfortunately, these ghosts cannot be killed. There is a sword
       though that paralyzes them, but there aren't enough swords for all
       of them.


    3. The enemies keep coming back to life, what should i do?


    3. When an enemy is down, STOMP THEM. Don't keep shooting at it
       when they're down. It's a waste of bulletes, just a simple kick
       to the head and they're dead.


    4. What's the difference between this Silent Hill and the rest?


    4. The first difference that you'll notice are the controls. Silent Hill
       4 controls are in 2-d and you don't have a choice to change it as
       you could have done with the other ones. The second difference is
       that there is no more inventory menu. This makes the game
       more realistic. The inventory is like the MGS2 menu, you press []
       and your inventory shows up. You also have a lifebar now, this is
       much better, because you'll know when you'll die. Konami did a
       very good job with the sound on this one. No more sounds from
       Silent Hill 2 & 3.


    5. How are the graphics?

    5. The graphics are simply amazing. The character graphics are
       very detailed, and the environments are so well done that you'll
       want to stare at it over and over again. Also, the character
       animations are better than it was with SH3.


    6. Will this game keep me from sleeping?


    7. Well yes and no. If you're the wimpy type then this game isn't for
       you. There are some parts in this game that will scare the hell out
       of you, but i won't spoil it.


    8. How come when i go to my room, i can't heal anymore?

    8. That's because the ghosts have taken over the room, so don't stay
       too long in your room.

    If you're a SH veteran and have played all SH's then you'll notice
    some major differences in the controls. The first difference that
    you'll notice is that you can't move with the directional pad anymore,
    if you're used to the directional pad then you've got some serious
    practicing to do with the analog  sticks. Here are the default controls
    for the game, you can change these controls to your liking at the
    options screen.

    Like anyother Silent Hill game, Silent Hill 4 has 3 game modes.
    Easy, Normal and Hard. This walkthrough is intended for the Hard
    version of the game, but can also be used for normal and easy.

    Pretty straight forward. The enemies are easy to beat. There are lot of
    ammos and health around, also you won't lose as much health as you would
    in normal or hard.

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

    As the name suggests, the game is normal difficulty. It's not as easy
    as in Easy and it's not as hard as in Hard. You'll recieve moderate
    damage and the enemies will take a while before they can die.

    Well, the hard mode isn't as difficult as the name suggests. It's
    somewhat above normal but mostly the same. The enemies take 1 or 2
    more shots than in normal. Overall not too difficult for first timers.

    Here are some hints and strategies that i used when i was playing the
    game and finished really fast.


       1. Never go into your room unless the walkthrough states that you
          have to go to your room, because it just take lotta time to go to
          your room and come back. Now, you're probably wondering "how am i
          going to save?", well you won't have to save because i'll help you
          get everything you need without going back to your room.

       2. Skip any cutscene because those too will take up the game time.
          This is why you must know the game by heart and have at least
          finished the game once.

       3. Don't read any of the notes, take the notes but just keep pressing
          X.

       4. Skip all those cutscenes that show you getting into the hole
          or getting up from your bed.

       5. Save your med-kits and ampoules, you'll need them by the end.

    That's all i can think of right now, if i think of more then i'll
    just post it. Now for the feature presentation...the walkthrough.

       Skip cutscene. Go to the living room. Go to the wall and examine
       the head then walk back and another cutscene will show. Skip all
       the cutscenes and you'll be back in your room. Examine the phone
       and skip the cutscene. Go back to the living room and go to the door.
       Skip the cutscene. Look through the hole then take the red dairy
       that's under the door. Now examine the fridge and take the chocolate
       milk. Take the chocolate milk and then close the fridge door. Take a
       look at your storage box if you want then go to the book
       shelf and take the notes ( DO NOT PUT THE CHOCOLATE MILK AWAY).
       Take a look at the window and you'll see a cutscene, skip the
       cutscene and then another cutscene will show and you'll hear a noise,
       skip that cutscene then make your way to the
       washroom. Skip the cutscene and head for the hole, take the steelpipe
       and enter. Skip the cutscene. Now you're in control of Henry, just
       press up and when you make to the other side of the hole and cutscene
       will show.

       Skip the cutscene and head straight. When you reach Cynthia another
       cutscene will show. Skip the cutscene and just follow the path.
       When you've reached the bathrooms, another cutscene will show. Skip
       the cutscenes and ignore all the dogs and head straight for the
       woman's washroom. Get inside the hole. You're back in your bedroom,
       leave and go to the living room. Examine the shelve that has the
       lamp and is by the kitchen. Skip the cutscene. Take the pistol that's
       on the floor and peek through the hole. Skip the cutscene. When the
       cutscene finishes, you'll hear the phone ring. Go to your bedroom and
       pick up the phone. Ignore the cutscene and head for the bathroom.
       Enter the hole and you'll be back inside the girls washroom. Notice
       the statue of Cynthia, examine it and you'll get Lynch Street Line
       Coin. Leave the washroom. Ignore the 2 dogs and head straight. When
       you've reached the next area go to the turnstile that says Lynch
       Street Line entrance.
       Ignore the dog and use the coin in the turnstile. Go down the stairs
       and another cutscene
       will show. Ignore all the ghosts and keep going down the stairs.
       You'll see Cynthia calling for help inside one of the train's
       compartments. Go left from the stairs and enter the last compartment.
       When inside press the red light and leave. Head down and Cynthia will
       join you again. Keep going down and enter the open door of the train.

       This part is tricky but just follow my lead and you won't get stuck
       or get hit by the
       ghosts.

               When inside the train go straight and turn left, enter the
               door on the left. Ignore the box and open the door. Go
               straight and open the door. Enter the second open door on
               the right and go to the next train. Go down and open the
               door. Go on the door that is open on the right side. Go down
               and enter the door on the left. Head for the door. Go down
               the train and you'll see an open door on the left side. Now
               you're on the other side of the train.


       Head down and you'll see a door. Get inside. Skip the cutscene.
       Head down the ladder. Now go straight and go up the ladder. Take
       the pistol bullets and unlock the door. Go back down the ladder
       and take the right path. Ignore all the ghosts and follow the path.
       Enter the door. Kill the dog with your steel pipe, don't forget to
       stomp them. Go down the path and you'll hear Cynthia's voice. Go to
       the escalators and take the health drink. Go up the escalator. Equip
       your pistol and shoot down the wall monsters. Go up the stairs.
       Examine the door on the right and you'll get PLACARD of TEMPTATION.
       Go inside the door. Skip the cutscene and you'll be back in your
       room.

       Skip the cutscene and head straight for the hole in your washroom. ]
       Make sure the chocolate milk is with you.

       Skip the cutscene. Follow the forest path and enter the gate. Again
       follow that path and enter the door on the opposite side. Head down
       the path, if the bats bother you then kill them, exit. In this room,
       bats attack you right away, kill them if they give you a hard time.
       Keep going down the path and there's a gate to the left side. Enter
       the gate and you'll be back in the forest. Examine the driver seat
       of the car and you'll get Jasper's memo and a file. Exit through the
       gate. Completely ignore the guy here and head straight to the opposite
       side. Enter the gate. In here, 3 dogs will attack you. If you keep
       running, then they won't be able to do any damage to you. Get to the
       other side and enter the gate. Here, another 3 dogs will attack you
       just run to the other side and enter WISH HOUSE. Go southwest from
       here, and enter the gate. Just make your way across and enter the
       gate. In here a ghost will chase you, just run from it because you
       won't be able to kill it. Enter the door by the hole. A cutscene will
       show when you enter the door, skip the cutscene and go back out. Run
       back all the way to WISH HOUSE. Go to the entrance of WISH HOUSE and
       the guy from the rock is standing there, give him the chocolate milk
       and he'll give you a BLOOD INSCRIBED SPADE. TaKe the spade and north
       west from here. In here, 4 dogs will attack you, just run from them
       and hopefully you won't get hit, don't try to kill them because you'll
       get more damaged that way and you'll just waste time. Go across and
       enter the next gate. Nothing here, just run across to the other side
       and enter the gate. Use the spade here on the root that looks like a
       hand. You'll get the RUSTED BLOODY KEY. Enter the gate (not the one you
       came in from ). Enter the hole here, to get back to your room.

       Ignore the buzzer and go to the living room and open your storage
       box. Put the RUSTY BLOODY KEY in your storage box and then go to door
       and look at the peekhole. Skip the cutscene, and enter the hole in
       your washroom.

       You're back in the forest. Make your way back to WISH HOUSE. Enter
       the hole here.

       Go to your living room and take back the RUSTY BLOODY KEY from your
       storage box and go back to the forest.

       Use the key to open the door to WISH HOUSE and enter, Jasper will
       also follow you. Go to the left side of the house and examine the
       red carpet and you'll read a diary. After you've done reading it
       you'll hear Jasper going in the next room. Examine the door and
       you'll get the PLACARD OF SOURCE, then enter the door. Skip the
       cutscene and you'll be back in your apartment.

       NOTE: The forest shouldn't take longer than 10 mins.

       Go the bathroom and enter the hole.

       Skip the cutscene. Enter the second door on the right. Take the bullets
       and leave. Go up to the third door and read the note that's beside it.
       Ignore the guy that is stuck to his cell and enter the double doors
       that is on the left side. Go to the right side of the hole and read
       the note that is on the wall. Now enter the door that was on the right
       side of the door that you just came from. Go down the ladder. Again go
       down the ladder that is on the right side. Enter the door that is in
       front of you. Go all the way down the stairs and read the sign. You'll
       get WATER PRISON EXIT KEY. Also, examine the sign again after you've
       gotten the key because it's one of the 52 memos. Leave out the way you
       came in. Use the ladders to go back to the place where the hole was.
       Enter the locked door that is ahead of you. Go up the ladder. Go up the
       ladder again. Go up the ladder again. Go up the ladder one more time,
       and enter the door to the rooftop. Go to the other side of the locked
       door that is in front of you and turn the valve. Skip the cutscene and
       leave. Use the ladder to get down and enter the door. In this place, go
       down the hallway and enter the second door that is on Henry's left
       side. Kill the Toadstools here and read the Prison diary and leave. Now
       go up the hallway and enter the third door that is on Henry's right.
       Jump down the hole. Jump down this hole as well. And finally jump down
       this hole. Now, you're at the basement. Ignore the twin headed monsters
       and enter the door that is to your left side. Go up the hallway and
       go up the ladder. Read the note that is one the table and go up the
       ladder. Again read the note that is one the table and go to the valves.

       NOTE: Skip the cutscenes that show you turning the valves

       Anyways, turn the valve four times to the right and go up the ladder.
       Read the note that is on the wall and go to the valves. Turn the valve
       to the right and a cutscene will show, ignore the cutscene and turn
       the valve to the right one more time. Now go down the ladders until
       you're at the basement. Skip the cutscene and go down the hallway and
       enter the double doors. You're back at the spiral stairs with the wall
       monsters. Just go up the ladders and enter the door that has the hole
       in it. Enter the door that is across to you. Go up the ladder. Go up
       the ladder. Again, go up the ladder. Enter the double doors. Here,
       go down the hallway and enter the fourth door that is on the left
       side of Henry. Go down the holes. Ignore the Whitestools and examine
       the door that is behind you. YOu'll get the PLACARD OF WATCHFULNESS.
       Examine the door once again and enter 0302 as the code. When you
       enter you'll be back in your room and that is the end of the prison.

       NOTE: The Prison shouldn't have taken you more than 8 minutes.

       Go to your bathroom and enter the hole.

       Follow the path until the next area. Go down the stairs ignoring any
       monkey freaks. When you get all the way to the bottom, a cutscene
       will show, skip the cutscene, and head for the door.

       NOTE: Watch out for the monkey that jump down to guard the door.

       Enter the door. Go down the hallway and examine the ghost. You'll get
       the GHOST KEY. Take the SWORD OF OBEDIENCE if you wish, but you won't
       be needing it that much. Anyways, unlock the door with the GHOST KEY
       and enter it. Don't let this place freak you, it's just noise, just go
       all the down the stairs and enter the last door. Open the door on the
       top right corner. Take the bullets from the shelve and enter the door
       on the right. Ignore everything here and enter the door that is right
       in front of you. Go all the way down and open the door. Watch for the
       dogs here, kill them if they bother you. In the middle aisle and search
       shelves for ALBERT's SPORTS SHOP KEY. Now go back all the way down the
       stairs and back in the sports shop. Enter the locked door with the
       ALBERT'S SPORTS SHOP KEY. Again, go all the way down the stairs
       ignoring any monkey freaks that come in your way. Enter the second
       elevator on the left side. Skip the cutscene and go down the ladder
       that is right in front of you. Just before the path where the
       WHITESTOOLS are there's a HEALTH DRINK, take it. Now head for the
       path and kill all the WHITESTOOLS and go up the ladder. Go down the
       alleyway ignoring all the monkey freaks that come in your way. There
       are also a couple of dogs to watch out for. When you get to the next
       area, several monkey freaks attack you, ignore them and enter the door
       on the right side. Go down the stairs and enter the door at the bottom
       of the stairs. Again, go down the stairs and enter the last door.
       Search the stairs and you'll get the RUSTY AXE.

       NOTE: From now on use the rusty axe as your weapon and put away any
       other weapons even the guns because it's the stronges weapon in the
       game.

       Anyway search the bar table and you'll get BARTENDER'S MEMO. It says
       that you need a code and the code is the last 4 digits of their phone
       number.

       NOTE: Do not go back to your room to get the phone number because the
       number is 3750 and it never changes.

       Anyways, unlock the locked door by inputting 3750 as the code and enter
       the door. When you approach the first stairs leading up, you'll hear a
       scream. Just make your way up the stairs even though it is very long
       and enter the only door that is on the top floor. Skip the cutscene
       and you'll be back in your apartment.

       NOTE: The building world shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes.

       You'll hear someone on the radio talking about Richard. Make your way
       to the bathroom and enter the hole.

       This part is very easy, so i'll just list the things that you have to
       do.

               - Skip cutscene

               - Enter 301
                 - On the table, read MIKE'S DIARY and take the RED PAPER
                 - Go to the only room that is open and take SUPERINTENDENT'S
                   KEY and read JOSEPH'S ARTICLE.
                 - LEAVE

               - Put the RED PAPER under ROOM 302 (your room).

               - Go to 1st floor
                 - Enter the left door.

               - Enter 105 with the SUPERINTENDENT'S KEY
                 - Examine the shelves for 2 TORN RED PAPER and take the
                   APARTMENT KEY that are hanging to the right of the red
                   papers.
                 - Go to the bedroom and read the diary.
                 - LEAVE

               - Go to 1st floor hallway.
                 - Enter the right door.

               - Enter 102
                 - Squash the leeches and open the fridge. Take the red paper.
                 - LEAVE

               - Go to 2nd floor.

               - Enter 204
                 - Go to the bedroom and examine the jacket for the last red
                   paper.

               - Go to 3rd floor.

               - Put down all the red paper under ROOM 302

               - Enter 301
                 - Enter Hole.

       Head for the living room and read all the notes that are under your
       door. Now head for your bedroom. Search the right side of your bed
       and you'll notice something on the floor, examine it and you'll get
       the DOLL KEY. Now go to the bathroom and enter the hole.

               - Enter 303
                 - Skip the cutscene and you'll be back in your room.

       Go to the living room. Examine your door for another note and take the
       TALISMAN. Use the storage box to store unwanted items and take all the
       placards that you've got. Now head for the laundry room. Use the
       talisman on the weird looking thing on the wall. Place all the placards
       on the right place and you'll get a brand new hole. Enter it.

       Now what would a SH game would be without a hospital, hmmmmmmmm.
       Anyways this place isn't anything compared to the hospital we
       had in SH3. Very dissapointing. Anyways, back to the walkthrough.

       Here's a crappy version of the map of 1st floor hospital. I'm
       just gonna make note of the important doors that you need to go.

       Skip the cutscene. Kill all the BATS that are lying around. After all
       the bats have been taken care of, enter the first door on the leftside

       M on the map

       Read the MEMO on top of the shelve and head back out. Go to the
       black object that is lying on the floor. When you get close to it, a
       cutscene will show, skip it. Get Eileen's purse and enter the door on
       the right.

       A on the map

       Kill the 2 patients here and search the right side of the shelves for
       an AMPOULE and leave. Enter the door that is to the left of the
       elevator.

       S on the map

       Go up the stairs and enter the door. Examine the
       elevator buttons to make it come up.

       NOTE: The second floor hospital is like a maze, because all the rooms
       are random. For example, if Eileen was in room 5 on the left side,
       she won't be in room 5 the next time you play the game. So you have
       to search all 22 doors. Also, you won't be able to kill the wheelchairs
       because they too are ghosts. The objective here is to find a room with
       a SNAKE-LIKE STATUE and examine it to get the HOSPITAL KEY, then you
       have to find a locked the door and open it with the HOSPITAL KEY.

       When you find Eileen equip the purse on her and she'll help you kill
       the bad guys. Leave the room you're in. You'll notice that the wheel
       chairs are gone and you'll have 2 patients to deal with. Kill them
       if you want to hear them BURP (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I dont know where
       the SH creator get their ideas, hahahahaa). Anyways, go down the
       stairs to 1st floor. Here, you'll encounter 2 more patients, again
       kill them for a good laugh. Enter the second door on the right
       side.

       P on the map

       Go inside the hole and a cutscene will show and you'll be back
       in your room.

       Note: This is now the halfway point in the game, you won't be
       able to fill-up your life and demons will take over your room.


       Go to the living room and search underneath your door for a memo
       and a SMALL KEY. Now look behind the shelf by the window and you'll
       see 3 memos, read them and head for the laundry room and enter
       the hole.

       Skip the cutscene. Leave out through the door. Head for the elevator
       and use the SMALL KEY on the locked gate. Go through it and go down
       the stairs. Kill the 3 patients that come after you. Try not to laugh
       too hard in this part. Anyways, enter the door at the bottom of the
       stairs and go down all the way until you see a door. Do not use the
       portal to go back to your room. Follow the path and enter the second
       door on the left.

       Ignore the monkey men and follow the path. Turn right on the first
       fork you see and you'll notice that you're back in the subway.
       Ignore everything and enter the hole in the women's washroom.

       Go to the living room and open your storage box. Take the LYNCH
       STREET COIN and other stuff that you need. Examine the letter
       under your door and you'll get the TOY KEY. Now head back to
       the Subway using the hole in your laundry room.

       Get out of the washroom and head for the next area. Go to the
       turnstiles and a cutscene will show. Skip the cutscene and
       kill Cynthia's Ghost, make sure you use the Sword of Obedien
       -ce on her. Use the Lynch Street Coin to get to the platform.
       Go down the stairs all the way and go inside the train. Use
       the Toy Key on the TOY BOX and get the FILTHY COIN. Get out
       of the train and go all the way where there was a locked door
       and enter it. Leave Eileen here and go down the ladder. Go to
       the opposite side and go up the ladder. Enter the hole to go
       in your room.

       Head for the kitchen. Use the FILTHY COIN in the sink and
       you'll get the $1 coin. Check the door for notes if you
       want and head back to the Subway.

       Go down the ladder. Now go to the opposite side and go up
       the ladder. Take the holy candle that's on the floor and
       exit through the door. Go down the hallway until you see
       the vending machine. Use the $1 coin on the vending machine
       and you'll get the MURDER SCENE KEY. Now head back to the
       door you came from and go down the ladder. Go left on the
       bridge and enter the door that's all the way at the
       bottom of the path. Head for the escalators. Equip
       your gun for this part and shoot any of the wall
       dummies that try to hit you. There should be less
       of them this time than your first visit. When you
       reach the next area go up the stairs. Get CYNTHIA'S
       COMMUTER TICKET on the floor and use the MURDER
       SCENE KEY to open the door. Get the TRAIN HANDLE
       at the corner of the room and head back out. Use
       the commuter ticket on the turnstile to get out.

       Now we have to go back and get Eileen.

       You can either use the Lynch Street Coin or the Commuter
       ticket to enter the Lynch Street platform. It's your
       choice. When you get to the other side of the turnstile
       go down all the way where you hid Eileen and take her.
       Now go back to the turnstiles and use the commuter ticket
       to enter the King Street Line. Go down the stairs and
       head for the escalators.

       The wall dummies may look tough here but they're not.
       I have the perfect solution for them. Equip the rusty
       axe and keep charging it. Whenever a wall dummy appears
       hit it. Repeat this pattern until you're off the escalators.
       Using this little trick you or Eileen won't get hurt by
       wall dummies.

       When you get down on the platform, enter the train. Go
       all the way to first car and use the train handle. The
       train will move and a new path will be unlocked for you
       to enter. Enter the path and get the SWORD OF OBEDIENCE
       that is on the right side of the door and then enter
       it.

       Skip the cutscene and enter the door that is in front
       of you. You'll be back at the sprial staircase. Go
       down the stairs until you reach a door and enter it.

       NOTE: THIS IS IMPORTANT, READ THIS BEFORE YOU START THE
       FOREST WORLD.

       - Be sure to at least have 3 - 5 free inventory spaces
       for the doll parts. There are lots of items in the forest
       world of part 2 and you can't take all of them. If you
       want to achieve the 10 star ranking then you have to
       skip taking most of the items because you won't have
       time to get back in your room and putting things away.
       So beware, sometimes being too greedy will ruin your
       chances of getting the 10 star.

       Go straight and get the TORCH that is to the left
       of the door. Don't forget to light it up as well.
       Anyways, after getting the torch exit by using the
       large double doors.

       In the next area, run to well and examine it. You'll
       get DOLL'S HEAD. There's also a NUTRITION DRINK that
       is a little bit ahead of the well. Anyways, follow
       the path and enter the gate.

       Follow the path here again to get to the other side
       and enter the gate.

       You're back at the WISH HOUSE. There is a memo here.
       It's lying somewhere on the floor where smoke is coming.
       Anyways, after you get the memo, go up the small ramp
       and examine the wheelchair. Use the DOLL'S HEAD here
       to attach the head of the doll. Now, go to the monkey
       bars and get the CHAIN. Equip the chain for Eileen.

       Now we go to search for the dolls. If you want, you
       can leave Eileen here. I always do, it's much safer
       this way.

       NOTE: The order on which way you pick up doesn't matter,
       but please do what this walkthrough tells you to do, it's
       the safest and the fastest way to get all the doll pieces.
       Anyways, enough about me babbling and back to the walk-
       through.

       Now looking at this map, you should be at WISH HOUSE.

       The doll parts are stated on the map, so familiarise yourself
       with the map before you continue on. We already got #1
       (Doll's Head), so head for #2 (Doll's Right Leg).

       There are 2 twin heads her, you can fight them if you want,
       1 charged hit with the Rusty Axe should kill them. Ignore
       the well for now because chances are your torch is out.
       If not, then go ahead take it. There's also a HEALTH DRINK
       by the gate. Take it and enter the gate. Ignore everything
       here and go straight to the next area.

       Go to where the hole portal is and a cutscene will start.
       Skip the cutscene and take the CRESTED MEDALLION. Now
       it's time to head back.Light your torch before you enter
       the cave.

       Keep running now because 3 ghosts will appear to attack you.
       Ignore them and run like hell because they mean business.
       Remember, if you un-equip your torch and re-equip it, the
       flame will be out, so DON'T UN-EQUIP your torch to fight
       the ghosts. Enter the gate at the end.

       Go to where the well is and examine it with the flamed
       torch. You'll get DOLL'S RIGHT LEG. Now make your way
       back to the wish house.

       At the wish house, insert DOLL'S RIGHT LEG to the wheel-
       chair. Now it's time to head for Doll Part #3 (Left arm)

       Head north-east from WISH HOUSE. There's nothing in the
       first area so keep going straight and enter the gate.

       There is a well here as you can see on your map and again
       your torch will be out, so ignore it for now and head on
       to the next area.

       When you enter here, a cutscene will start, skip the cut-
       scene and run like hell to the next area, because Jasper's
       ghost starts chasing you.

       In the next area the bee-bats start chasing you so again
       run like hell to the next area.

       You're back inside the warehouse place. A ghost chases you
       here so hurry hurry hurry to the next area.

       Ignore the ghosts here and go straight to the next area.

       You're back outside. On the right side of the path, there
       should be a flaming torch to torch up your torch. (LOL)
       When your torch has been lit, head for the next area.

       Head for the well and examine it for DOLL'S RIGHT ARM, if
       you have at least 3 free inventory space then take the
       HEALTH DRINK that is to the left side of the gate. When
       you're taking these items go back all the way to where
       you saw Jaspers ghost, ignoring every monster that comes
       your way. It's marked as "J" on the map below.

       Light up your torch here and if you have at least 2 inventory
       space and don't have a SAINT MEDALLION then search the rocks
       by the BIG ROCK and you'll find a SAINT MEDALLION. When you're
       done taking these items, then head for the #3.

       Head for the well and examine it to get DOLL'S LEFT ARM. Now
       make your way back to WISH HOUSE.

       At the wish house, insert the doll pieces and head to the only
       area where you haven't checked. As always, leave Eileen here,
       especially this part because it gets dangerous.

       Bee-Bats attack you in the first area, so ignore them and get
       to the next area as fast as possible.

       In the next area, couple of dogs, bee-bats and Walter attack
       you, so if i were you i would pick up the speed. Walter has
       a chainsaw and has a gun.

       In this area right where you found the RUSTY KEY, there should
       be SILVER BULLETS. Pick it up, it's necessary. When you take
       them head for the next area.

       Light up your torch and examine the well. You will get DOLL'S
       LEFT LEG. Now make your way back to WISH HOUSE.

       When you're at WISH HOUSE, insert the final piece of the DOLL
       and a cutscene will show. Skip the cutscene and go downstairs.
       Take the 21 SACRAMENTS MEMO here and use the CRESTED MEDALLION
       at the door and you'll be back at the stairway.

       Head down the staircase and enter the door at the end.

       FOREST SHOULD HAVE TAKEN YOU AT LEAST 15 MINUTES.

       Skip the cutscene here. Ignore the portal and head for the
       door on the opposite side.

       Get down fast because Walter is waiting for you with a gun.
       When Eileen catches up to you exit through the large double
       doors before Walter catches you with a bullet.

       NOTE: Un-Equip Eileen's weapond before going down the ladder.

       Go down the ladder and wait for Eileen. She's going to go
       around the staircase. When Eileen gets near you, enter the
       large double doors.

       In this area, go down the hallway and enter the fourth door
       that is on the left side of Henry.

       Go down the holes. (It's ok if you leave Eileen here, we're
       going to come back for her later on).

       You're at the basement now. Kill the whitestools here and
       enter the door that is BEHIND you. You know the one where
       you had to input a code.

       Head forward and you'll see a shirt. Take the BLOODY SHIRT
       and leave. (Kill the whitestools if you want more kills)

       Head for the door that is straight ahead of you.

       Kill the whitestools here and take the HEALTH DRINK that is
       on top of the table. Exit through the door.

       Head down the hallway and enter the door.

       You're back at the spiral staircase. You should know this
       place by now.
       To the right of the double doors you just came from is a
       ladder. Go up the ladder and enter the door that is behind
       you.

       Enter the portal through here because you need to go back
       to your room.

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

       Head for the bathroom. Use the BLOODY SHIRT on the bloody
       tub and you'll get an inscription. It shows what you have
       to do. Anways, after reading it, head for the living room.
       Take all the stuff out that you don't need, for example
       the TORCH, you won't be needing that anymore. If you have
       your gun inside the chest then i suggest you take it out.
       You will need it. You also need at least 20-30 bullets and
       a SILVER BULLET and a SWORD OF OBEDIENCE. If you don't
       have a SWORD OF OBEDIENCE then don't worry, i know where
       you can get 1. Also, check under the door for some notes.
       Anyways, after taking these items head for the laundry
       room and enter the portal.

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

       NOW IT'S TIME TO GET EILEEN.

       Enter the door that is on the right. You'll be back outside.
       Go up the ladder here. Again go up the ladder.

       NOTE: If you don't have the sword of obedience then follow
       this optional path.

       Enter the second floor double doors.

       Here enter the first door that you see. Examine under the
       bed and you'll get the SWORD OF OBEDIENCE. Exit through
       the door and exit through the large double doors and you'll
       be back outside.

       See simple...

       Anyways, enter the 3rd floor double doors and head for the
       door that you left Eileen. If you're not sure which door it
       was, check your map, she will be in a left arrow. When you
       get Eileen go back to the spiral staircase.

       Go down the ladders and wait for Eileen. This will be a long
       wait, because she has to come down three floors. (LOL)

       When you get Eileen enter the door to get back inside the
       prison.

       Enter the door that is right in front of you.

       You're back in the spiral staircase hallway. A cutscene will
       show, skip it. Whitestools have invaded this area, so equip
       your RUSTY AXE and kill all of them. When you get to about
       halfway, Andrew's ghost will start chasing you. Equip your
       gun and a Silver Buller and shoot it. When he's down use
       the SWORD OF OBEDIENCE to pin him down. You'll get a key
       when he's pinned down. Continue on going and enter the door
       at the bottom of the staircase.

       Go down the stairs as fast as you can before Eileen can catch
       up to you. Use the key on the locked door and enter it. Make
       sure Eileen is NOT with you. Equip your gun and start shooting
       the twin heads, stomping each and everyone of them when they're
       down. There are 5 or 6 of them and they are very tricky so if
       you run out of bullets use the RUSTY AXE.

       Anyways, when you've destroyed all the twin heads go back out
       and take Eileen and enter back and enter the door at the end
       of the hallway.

       And that's it for the PRISON WORLD. This also should have taken
       you at least 15 minutes.

       Go down the spiral staircase until you see the door, ignoring
       the portal to your room.

    -=B U I L D I N G  P . 2
    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

       Ah! The Building world part 2. This area has a secret to it
       that will take you 10 minutes to pass. So let's start. I'll
       write it step-by-step.

       1. Skip the cutscene and get the memo that's on the floor.

       2. Enter the elevator ignoring Richard Braintree.

       3. Go to the bottom floor.

       4. Grab the PISTOL BULLETS and go to the opposite side. Take
       the HOLY CANDLE here and get Eileen stuck in the corner.
       NOW HURRY TO THE ELEVATOR AND MAKE SURE EILEEN HASN'T FOLLOWED
       YOU.
       If you get inside Elevator without Eileen then this trick has
       worked, if not keep trying STEP 4 until Eileen isn't inside
       the elevator.

       5. When you're inside the elevator go down the ladder that
       is in front of you.

       6. You should be at the sewer now. Kill the WHITESTOOLS that
       are in your way and go up the ladder. IGNORE THE CUE BALL.

       7. Follow the path and a cutscene will show. Skip the cutscene.

       8. Pick up the MED-KIT if you're low on health or you don't
       have enough health items. Keep going along the path until you've
       come to the next area.

       9. DON'T MOVE, EILEEN'S COMING. When she joins you go a little
       furthur and enter the door. IGNORE THE VOLLEYBALL.

       10. Go down the stairs. Don't try to waste time on the wheelchairs
       because they'll come after you even if you've hit them a thousand
       time. Enter the door that is under the stairs.

       11. Go down the stairs and enter the only door that is open.

       12. Read the memo on the bar table and head for the door.

       13. Put 4890 as the code.

       14. Go all the way down the stairs killing the bee-bats that come
       in your way. At the bottom, take the MED-KIT if necessary and enter
       the door.

       15. Skip the cutscene. Find the real dummy and hit it until it has
       died.

       16. Enter the door that you have just unlocked and you'll be back
       in the spiral staircase.


       And that is the end of the BUILDING WORLD. This should only take you
       at least 10 minutes.

    -=S T A I R C A S E  T O  H E L L=-
    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

       The reason this is called the staircase to hell is because it's
       the last staircase. This is the last floor. Go all the way down
       and read the memo that is right before the door and then enter
       the door.

       This is room 302 of the past. It's not your apartment it's
       JOSEPH'S. That's why there are lots of holy candles.

       Anyways, go to the living room and read the memos that are
       on the table. Head for the bedroom.

       Read the memos that are scattered on the floor and on the
       table. Head back out to the living room and a cutscene will
       show. Skip the cutscene.

       Now go down the hallway and in-between the bathroom and the
       bedroom you'll see an axe. Take the PICKAXE OF HOPE and use
       the portal at the bathroom to get back to your room.

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

       Head out of your room and use the PICKAXE OF HOPE on the same
       wall that you found it from in Joseph's apartment. A hole
       should appear now.

       Enter the hole. Skip the cutscene and go examine Walter's
       body. Keep choosing Yes when you're examing Walter's body
       and you should get the KEYS OF LIBERATION. Now head back
       out using the hole.

       When you're back in your apartment, use the KEYS OF LIBERATION
       on the front door and you will unlock the door.

    -=A P A R T M E N T  P. 2=-
    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

       1. Skip the cutscene. Enter room 301.
          There is a twin head here. Kill it and go down the stairs.

       2. There should be 2 twin heads here. Take care of both of them
       with the rusty axe. When you're done killing the twin heads,
       exit through the front door.

       3. Head for room 202 and enter it. If you don't know where it is,
       then just check your map.

       4. Use the hole by the paintings in here to get to the next area.

       5. You're at room 203. Exit through the front door.
          NOTE: If you didn't kill Cynthia's ghost on the subway part 2
          world then she's going to bother you in this room.

       6. You're now at the hallway of the second floor. Exit the hallway
       by going down the path and entering the door at the end of the
       hallway.

       7. Uh-Oh 5 patients attack you here. Kill them all using the rusty
       axe or you can use your Handgun if you have it in your inventory.
       Eileen will also help you kill them. When you've taken care of all
       of them enter the door that is straight ahead of you.

       8. Enter room 206. Again if you don't know where it is use your map.
          Walter attacks you in this room. Head for the bedroom and use
          the hole. Remember not to forget about Eileen.

       9. You're at room 207 now. Exit through the front door.

       10. You're now back at the hallway. Kill the twin head here and go
       down the stairs.

       11. Keep going down the hallway until you reach the last door.

       12. Read the sketchbook that is in the middle of the hallway and then
       enter the entrance door to the other hallway.

       13. Go to room 104. Head for the cage and examine the cacoon body.
           Exit through the front door.

       14. In the corner of the hallway you should see the same cacoon body.
       Examine it, then enter room 103.

       15. Go straight ignoring the twin head and examine the cacoon body.
       Exit through the front door.

       16. Enter room 102.

       17. Go straigh to the living room and examine teh cacoon body.
       Exit through the front door.

       18. Examine the cacoon body that is at the end of the hallway.
       Enter room 101.

       19. Check the cages on the left side and examine the cacoon body.
       Exit through the front door.

       20. Now go back to the hallway where you got the sketchbook.

       21. When you're back at the first floor hallway a cutscene will show.
       Skip it and head for the hallway that's on the left side.

       22. Enter the room 105.
       Examine the bookshelve and you'll get an UMBILICAL CORD. Skip the
       cutscene.

       23. Now the tricky part. Make your way all the way to your room.
       Just go the same you came from.

       Head for the Laundry Room. The last memo should be here. Get out
       of the laundry room and head for the inventory box.

       **ITEMS THAT YOU NEED FOR THE FINAL BOSS**
       - Rusty Axe
       - 1 Ampoule
       - 1 Med-Kit (if you have 1)
       - The Umbilical Cord

       When you're done taking these items, head for the hole that is in
       between the bedroom and the bathroom.

       You'll notice that Walter's body is gone. Keep examining the black
       hole and jump down.

       Skip the cutscene and jump down the hole again.

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

       Skip the cutscene and head for the monster that is on the corner of
       the screen. Use the umbilical cord on it and skip the cutscene.

       Now head for the spears. This is the pattern that you should take the
       spears.

       First go for the spears that are to the left of the monster (1-4). You
       can take all of them at the same time and then use it on the monster.

       Then go for the spears that are to the right of the monster (5-8). Take
       all of them at the same time and then go back to use them on the monster.

       When Walter becomes a mortal again equip the rusty axe. The strategy here
       is simple:

       Charge....Dodge.....Hit.

       Charge the Rusty Axe and keep dodging his bullets. When you hit him step
       back right away because he will spin and hit you. Repeat this pattern and
       it will take 20-24 charged hits. Use the med-kit and ampoule if necessary.

       NOTE: There's not a lot i can explain for this battle, but you should
       already by familiarized with his attack patterns. Good luck.

       The final boss shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes to defeat.

       Whatever you get as the ending won't effect your ranking at the end. So
       don't be discouraged if Eileen died when you were killing Walter.
