1.0 Intro

1.1. Jet Set
In case you are living in a cave or something, Jet Set Radio Future
(JSRF) is a new game, developed by the Smilebit division of SEGA, for
the XBOX.
The concept is simple- you are a youth on skates who must tag
(graffiti) the entire town. As you gain turf, you will come into
contact with new potential members for your gang, and rival gangs, as
well as the evil and somewhat dumb Rokkaku police, owned by a shady
private corporation of the same name.
Everyone who is anyone in the town listens to some of the phattest
beats around on the pirate radio station Jet Set Radio, managed by the
aging and ugly, but still hip, DJ Professor K. The music he spins is a
mix of the hottest Japanese hip-hop, indie, and techno around.
This Soundtrack was produced by Grand Royal records. This label is
better known for the numerous Beastie Boys albums, among many others,
that they have put out in the past. As they put out the JSRF
Soundtrack, they are shutting down. This was the last CD they ever
published. In my opinion, it is quite a swan song.

Sweet Soul Brother (BBR Mix)
A fresh change from the original Sweet Soul Brother, this remix still
manages to stay quite close to the original. If you liked the original,
you will like this, and vice versa.
I Love You Love You (LLSD MIX) (Guitar Vader/Hideki Naganuma)-
This is predictable Guitar Vader fare. If you have ever heard their
other songs, you know what to expect- unique voices and electric
guitar. Some of the samples in this song can get pretty annoying after
a while, though. This is the worst JSR Guitar Vader song, IMHO.
Aisle 10 (Scapegoat Wax)-
This song is R and B-ish, but I have never heard an R and B song that
is this nice to listen to. All of the lyrics are a guy rambling about a
chick he saw in the supermarket, but it turns out to be one of the best
songs on the soundtrack, and the only one contributed by Scapegoat Wax.
Birthday Cake (Cibo Matto)-
When I first heard this song, I wanted to cry. It was terrible. The
shrill voice hurt my ears, and it all sounded the same. For some
reason, though, it began to work its way into my head, and it is now
one of my favorite songs. Just listen to the opening lyrics and you
will understand, : "Yes, I love cooking for my son and his wife. It's
his thirtieth birthday.". Random and catchy.
