1.2 - Kudos
**************************************

---------------
What Are Kudos?
---------------
Kudos are like a point system. You get them for doing certain things in a race
such as sliding around turns and passing cars. You also get some at the end of
a race, how many is based on the difficulty you set for the race.

The only real use for kudos is to up your kudos rank. At first, you don't need
to get very many kudos to make your rank go up, you can do it by beating a few
races. Once your rank is much higher, it will take a lot more kudos to go up a
rank, you wont be able to go up in rank very fast then. When you go up in rank,
you get Kudos Tokens, which you can use to buy cars. Basically, you want to get
kudos so that you can increase your kudos rank, in order to get Kudos Tokens to
buy more cars with.

-----------------
Ways To Get Kudos
-----------------
There are many ways to get kudos, there are 14 different ways to get kudos in a
race plus one more for after a race. They are as follows:

Slides: When you do a slide, you will get kudos as long as the slide lasts
Good lines: There is a dark spot on all of the turns in every race, if you
follow this line with optimal speed through the turn, you get kudos
Two wheels: If you can get your car up onto two wheels, you get kudos for as
long as the car is like that
Air: When you get air from a jump, you will get kudos for as long as your car
    is in the air
360: If you can do a 360-degree spin during a race, you will get kudos for it
Clean section: You can only get this when you pass a checkpoint. If you went
from the last checkpoint to this one without hitting anything,
you get the clean section bonus
Clean race: If you can get through the entire race without hitting anything,
you get this at the end
Overtake: When you pass another car, you get kudos for it
Draft: When you draft behind a car, you will get kudos for as long as you draft
Overtake (Draft): If you pass a car right after drafting it, you will get extra
                 kudos for the overtake
Time bonus: When you finish a race with a time limit, you get kudos for every
           second left on the clock
Fast lap: If you get a faster lap time than your opponents at the end of a
race, you get kudos for it
Position: If you place higher than third place in a race, you get kudos for it
Cone gates: In Cone Challenges, you get kudos every time you go through a cone
           gate

To further increase the number of kudos you get, you can do combos. Once you do
something in a race to get kudos, you have a window of about two seconds to do
a combo. You can start a combo by doing something else to get kudos. For
example, if you get a clean section bonus at a checkpoint and then start a
slide to get you kudos within two seconds of getting the clean section bonus, a
combo will start. Not only do you get the kudos you would normally get when you
do a combo, you get a specially combo bonus, based on the number of things you
did to get kudos during the combo. In that example, only two things were done,
so the bonus would be small. The more things you do to get kudos, the bigger
the combo bonus. This is very important to getting lots of kudos, since
eventually the combo bonus can become very large. You can't hit any barrier on
the side of the track or any cones in Cone Challenges when doing this, though.
If you do, you will lose all of the combo bonus kudos.

**************************************
1.3 - Kudos Tokens & Medals
**************************************

---------------------------
Kudos Rank and Kudos Tokens
---------------------------
Both online and offline, you have a kudos rank. The rank starts at one, and
goes up as you get kudos. You can always see how many kudos you need to go up
to the next rank. When your rank goes up, you get some Kudos Tokens. At first
you wont get very many, only about 2. Once your rank gets much higher, you will
get as many as 20 Kudos Tokens when you move up to the next rank. Kudos Tokens
are used for one thing: Buying new cars. At first, you will only have a few
cars in each class of cars. If you want more cars, you will have to spend your
kudos tokens on them. The cars in the earlier classes only cost a few kudos
tokens each, but the ones in the later classes are much more expensive.

------
Medals
------
Medals are earned after every race. The medals you earn are based on the
difficulty you choose for races. When you beat a race on expert, you get a
platinum medal. Hard gets you a gold medal. Medium is silver, easy is bronze
and novice is steel. After a race, you get a bonus amount of kudos based on
which difficulty you beat it on/medal you get. 5000 kudos for expert, 3000 for
hard, 1500 for medium, 750 for easy and 500 for novice. Medals easily show you
which difficulty you have beaten a race on. Next to each race, there is a spot
that shows the medal you got for the race. There is also a spot next to each
series in Kudos World Series so you can see the medals you got in it.

There is also one other use for medals. When you finish Kudos World Series, you
will unlock cars based on the medals you get.

**************************************
1.4 - The Garage and The Showroom
**************************************

The garage and the showroom are nothing like how you might think they would be
from the way ones in other racing games are. You can actually walk around your
garage and the show room to look at the cars. You can move around with the left
joystick and look with the right joystick. You wont start out walking when you
are in the garage, you have to press Y to go into walk mode to do so.

When you are at the car select screen in single player, you can go to the
garage or showroom. When any car is selected, press right and you will have the
option to go to your garage. Press right again and you can choose to go to the
showroom.

-----------
Your Garage
-----------
Your garage will show you cars you own. You wont be able to see all of the
cars, either. Only the ones in the class that you were in when you chose to go
to the garage. Cars that you do not own will be covered up, so you can't see
much of them. You can still see their stats and you can also press A to buy
them if you have enough kudos tokens. If you press A when you are next to a car
that you do own, you will select that car for the race that you picked before
entering the garage.

There are also a few bonus things in the garage. One is a boombox, which sits
on top of a counter. It will play a random song and you cannot change the song
that it plays. The other thing is the arcade machine that is on a wall. If you
go up to it and press A, you can play the mini-game Geometry Wars. There is
more information about that game in its own section in this FAQ.

------------
The Showroom
------------
The showroom shows you all of the cars in the game and not just the ones you
own in the currently selected class. The cars wont be all grouped together in
here, instead the will be in separate rooms. The rooms have a sign outside of
them that tell you what kind of cars will be inside, most of they rooms only
have cars from specific manufacturers. Note that there will be five cars in the
showroom that are covered. These cars are unlocked by beating Kudos World
Series, and will be uncovered when you unlock them.

There is also a very useful feature in the showroom. When you go up to any car,
even one that you own, you can press A to test drive it. There is a special
track for test drives, where you can get a good feel for the car. Before
spending Kudos Tokens on a car, you might want to test drive it to see if you
like it.

**************************************
1.5 - The Types of Races
**************************************

There are 7 different types of races in this game. Street Races, One on Ones,
Cone Challenges, Hot Laps, Timed Runs, Overtakes, and Speed Cameras.

------------
Street Races
------------
These are simply races against other cars. You will be against 3, 5 or 7 cars
in these races. The difficulty setting determines what position you have to
come in and the difficulty of the other cars. The higher the difficulty of
them, the faster they will be. Expert always requires you to come in first
place and hard always requires you to come in second. You always start in last
place in Street Races.

-----------
One on Ones
-----------
One on Ones are like Street Races, except there is only one other car to race
against. They are usually much easier than Street Races, because you only have
to beat one other car. The difficulty settings for these races determine how
fast the other car will be.

---------------
Cone Challenges
---------------
Kudos is the goal in Cone Challenges. There are no other cars to race against,
only kudos to get. You have to get a set amount of kudos that is determined by
the difficulty settings. To help you get kudos and to make the race harder,
there are cones on the track. Yellow cones and orange cones. Yellow cones are
just there to get in your way, avoid hitting them because hitting one will have
the same result as hitting a wall - you lose a kudos combo bonus. Orange cones
will also have the same result if you hit them, but they can actually help you
get kudos. Orange cones will always come in pairs, called cone gates. You get
10 kudos whenever you pass through the two cones that make up a cone gate.
Getting combos are very important in Cone Challenges. You wont be able to beat
any Cone Challenges on expert unless you have a combo that lasts through the
entire race. There is no other way to get enough kudos. On hard and medium,
combos are also important, but you don't have to have ones that are as big to
win.

--------
Hot Laps
--------
Hot Laps are the same as time trials. When you pick a difficulty, you are
picking the time limit to do the one lap in the race. If you can finish the lap
within that time, you will beat the race.

----------
Timed Runs
----------
Timed Runs are the same as Hot Laps, except there will be more than one lap in
the race. The time limit you get for the difficulty you choose is to complete
the whole race, not just one lap.

---------
Overtakes
---------
Your goal in Overtakes is to pass the other cars on the track. There will
usually be up to seven cars to pass, and every one of them starts in front of
you. They don't all start the race together, they start the race spread out
along the track in front of you. There is no set number of laps in these races
and the race ends when you run out of time. The amount of time you get, along
with how many of the other cars you have to pass, is determined by what
difficulty you choose.

-------------
Speed Cameras
-------------
Speed Camera races don't take place on a standard track that forms a loop. They
take place on a segment of a track with you on one end and the track's speed
camera at the other end. When you pass the speed camera, you have to be going
at the target speed or faster to win. The difficulty you choose determines the
race's target speed. To make things harder, the tracks Speed Camera races take
place on will never be straight. There are always a few turns somewhere in it,
and the key to winning each Speed Camera race is to master the turns in it.
Note, there is a time limit in these races, but it isn't very restrictive.

===============================================================================
                         2. Kudos World Series Mode
===============================================================================

This section gives you help in beating the races in Kudos World Series mode.
Some basic advice as given for every race, and I also detail every part of the
track that the race is on (Except in some cases where you race on a specific
track in more than one different race). In this section under each series (And
for each race) is a listing called 'Tier' or 'Tiers'. In every series, you
can't play any race in it at once. You have to beat the first ones to unlock
the next set, beat that set to unlock the one after that, and so on. I call
each set of races a tier. The tier listing under each series is how many tiers
of races there are in that series, and the listing under each race is what
tier that race is in.

As you go through this mode, you will earn lots of kudos and therefore, lots of
Kudos Tokens. When you are still in the first series of this mode, don't bother
to spend your tokens on any of the cars there. When you open the second series,
buy the car with the best stats before you do any races and then use that car.
When you open the next series and the ones after it, do the same thing.

If you are signed into Xbox Live while playing this mode, you can see
scoreboards. When you select a race, there will be a list of the top ten people
for that race (Based on kudos earned ) on the right side of the screen. You can
also select to see the entire scoreboard for the race. You will be added to the
scoreboard if you finish the race while still signed into Live.

2.1 - Compact Sports Series
**************************************
Cities: Florence, Sydney, Stockholm
Tiers: 3
Races: 7 (3x Street Race, 2x One on One, 1x Speed Camera)

Since this is the first series, it is obviously the easiest. It is easy to beat
many of the levels here on expert and the rest can be beaten on hard without
much trouble. Don't bother to spend your Kudos Tokens on any cars in this
series. Save them up so that you can buy the best car for the next series right
after you unlock it.

-------------------
Race 1: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Florence
Track: Duomo 2
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This being the first race, it is obviously very easy. You can beat it
on expert without much difficulty. The track itself is simple, too, with not
all that many turns.

------------------
Race 2: One on One
------------------
Tier 1
City: Florence
Track: Duomo 1
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Like the last race, this one is also easy and you can beat it on expert
fairly easily, since it is only the second race in the game.

----------------------
Race 3: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 2
City: Sydney
Track: Under the Bridge
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race can actually be pretty hard. Beating it on medium isn't that
difficult, but it gets harder on hard and is very hard on expert. If you want
to win on hard, you will have to keep a combo going for the whole race. To win
on expert, you have to do that and slide a lot to increase your combo bonus.
There is one spot in the race where it is very tricky to keep a combo going.
It is on the turn that takes you onto the street with the second checkpoint.
Before the turn, there is a cone gate in the right lane. After the turn, there
is a cone gate in the left lane and then the checkpoint. It's actually easier
to do this if you don't pass through the second gate. After passing the first
one, you will want to slide through the turn. Start the slide early to keep
your combo going and try not to make it end until you are past where the second
cone gate is. If you try to go through that gate, you have to slow down to get
to it and you need the extra speed to get to the checkpoint.

------------------
Race 4: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Sydney
Track: Dawes Point Loop
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is a bit harder than the ones before it, except for the last
one. I had trouble with beating it on expert right away. In order to win on
expert, you will have to be able to take the first turn as fast as possible. If
you can do that, you will be very close to the other car after the turn and
will be able to pass it not long after that.

-------------------
Race 5: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Gamla Stan Loop
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: It's hard to get in first place with one of the default cars in hard or
expert, but it's possible. To do so, draft as much as you can along the long
street that turns a little bit to the left at the beginning of the race. When
you get to the big left turn, you want to cut in front of all three of the
other cars. Hit them if you must. If you can do that, you only have to hold
your position for the rest of the race.

--------------------
Race 6: Speed Camera
--------------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is easy on medium and below. Hard and expert are a problem if
you are using one of the default three cars. If you are, hard should be barely
possible to get and I don't know if expert is at all. You probably need a
faster car to do it. The problem with this track is the three turns. You start
on a straightaway with a sharp right turn after it. Just after that there is a
left turn. Then there is the final turn, a right. After that is a straightaway.
At the end of it, where the track ends on the map, is the speed camera. You
have to be going at your target speed when you pass it. What you really have to
do is master getting around those turns with as much speed as possible and then
use that speed until you get to the end.

-------------------
Race 7: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Gamla Oval
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Like the past few races, the one isn't very easy on hard or expert. You
might not want to try either if you haven't gotten any new cars yet. The best
time to gain positions is at the beginning of the race. Draft as much as you
can along the long road at the start that slightly turns to the right. At the
end of it, if you can take the sharp right cleanly, you will get a big
advantage.

**************************************
2.2 - Sports Convertible Series
**************************************
Cities: Moscow, Florence
Tiers: 3
Races: 7 (1x Overtake, 3x Street Race, 1x One on One, 1x Cone Challenge, 1x
         Speed Camera)

Before doing any races in this series, use your kudos tokens to buy one of the
better cars for this series. From now on, the first thing you should do when
you open up the next series is to use your saved up Kudos Tokens to buy the
best car.

----------------
Race 1: Overtake
----------------
Tier 1
City: Moscow
Track: Kremlin 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Don't start out on hard or expert on this race. Do medium first to see
how well you can do, and then if you did well and want to, do it on hard or
expert. I say that because this race is a bit more difficult that you might
expect. There are a total of seven other cars to overtake (Regardless of what
you set the difficulty to) and they all go surprisingly fast, so it isn't easy
to catch up to them. The track itself isn't a problem, since it is mostly a few
straight streets connected by wide turns.

-------------------
Race 2: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Moscow
Track: St Basil's Circle
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: On expert mode this race is very hard. The car that is usually in first
place is very fast, much quicker than the other cars, so it takes a lot of
skill to beat it. On the other difficulties, it isn't as hard to get into first
place (Or whatever position you have to get in to win).

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 2
City: Florence
Track: Piazza della Repubblica
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This level is easy to get in first place in if you used Kudos Tokens to
buy a good car. If you didn't, you might only be able to beat it on hard,
because the car in first in expert is very fast. The track itself is very easy.
It's just a loop.

------------------
Race 4: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Florence
Track: Uffizi
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race isn't all that difficult, except on expert. There is one easy
way to win it on expert (Or any other mode), though. You start on a long
straightaway. At the end of it, you have to make a right turn and then two
small left turns in succession. It is very easy to hit the car you are racing
against in this area. If you hit it so that it runs into a wall or bump the
back side of it and cause it to spin, you greatly increase your chances of
winning. Doing that is up to you.

----------------------
Race 5: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Moscow
Track: Lenin
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This cone challenge is a bit easier than the last one. In this one, it
is very easy to keep a combo going throughout the entire level. To beat it on
expert, that is exactly what you will have to do. The hardest parts of this
race are the turns. There are no cone gates around any of the turns, so you
have to slide if you want to keep a combo going.

--------------------
Race 6: Speed Camera
--------------------
Tier 3
City: Moscow
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is a little bit easier than the last speed camera one,
because the turns are easier to take. There is one left turn in the middle of
the track and then a big, wide, right turn. You go up a hill at the end of that
right turn and then make a gentle left onto the straightaway that holds the
camera. Even though the turns are easier, it still requires effort to beat the
level on hard and expert. You will need a very fast car to do that.

-------------------
Race 7: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Moscow
Track: Red Square 2
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is hard to win in the higher difficulty levels, even with a
fast car. Like in some of the other races like this, you can use a turn near
the start of the race to your advantage. You start in a very wide road that has
its sides blocked off and is very straight. At the end of it is a VERY sharp
right turn. As the first two cars take it (They should take it together), you
can run into the first car as it turns to cause it to spin and crash. If that
happens, you can pass it and get into first. That can also cause the other cars
to crash, giving you an even bigger advantage. You could also try to pass it
without hitting it, but that isn't as likely to get you into first place.

**************************************
2.3 - Coupe Series
**************************************
Cities: Sydney, Stockholm
Tiers: 4
Races: 8 (1x Timed Run, 2x Street Race, 1x Speed Camera, 1x One on One, 1x Cone
Challenge, 1x Overtake, 1x Hot Lap)

Now things are getting harder. You probably wont be able to beat any of the
races in this series on expert without trying many times and mastering the
track the race takes place on. Beating the races here on hard is also more
difficult than before, but isn't terribly difficult yet.

-----------------
Race 1: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 1
City: Sydney
Track: Dawes Point Loop
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This is the exact same track as the one you raced on for the One on One
in the first series, though you have a faster car this time. Because of that,
you should remember how to get through this track and specifically, how to take
that first turn in it. Beating this level in hard can be done with a little
practice and a good car. Beating it in expert is obviously much more difficult
and requires even more practice.

-------------------
Race 2: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Sydney
Track: Cumberland Street
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: As usual, you can get into first place at the start of this race. Draft
the other cars while you are on the long street that this race takes place on,
and when you get to the sharp left turn, you can pass any other cars in front
of you, as long as you don't screw up on the turn.

--------------------
Race 3: Speed Camera
--------------------
Tier 1
City: Sydney
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This speed camera race is even easier than the last two in some ways.
It has one big, long, left turn in the middle of it with straightaways at the
beginning and end. With a fast car, it is very easy to beat this race on hard.

------------------
Race 4: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Sydney
Track: Harbour Bridge
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This level is harder than the first ones in the series, mostly because
of all of the turns in the track. Getting in front of the other car isn't all
that hard, you can do it on the first turn, even on expert.

----------------------
Race 5: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Northern 2
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is a nightmare compared to the last cone challenge. This one
has lots of sharp turns onto narrow streets and on straightaways, gates that
are placed just a little bit too far apart for you to keep a combo going
through them unless you are going as fast as possible. Those sharp turns come
before the second checkpoint. There are three of them very close together, and
they are the only turns near that checkpoint. The first one is a right turn, it
is especially hard to take because you will probably be going very fast from
the last straightaway. Not far after it, there is a sharp left that is followed
by a sharp right.

----------------
Race 6: Overtake
----------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Gamla Island Hopping
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This track is almost the same as the one for the last street race of
the first series. Like in the last overtake challenge, the cars you have to
pass are rather quick. If you screw up, you might not be able to catch up.
Unlike the last one, you get more time when you increase the difficulty, which
makes things easier.

---------------
Race 7: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 4
City: Stockholm
Track: Round the Riksdagshuset
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Unfortunately, this track goes through some of the same areas that the
cone challenge one did. The worst part of this track is that is has the same
very sharp turn onto a narrow street. Other than that, this race isn't horribly
difficult, since you still aren't very far in the game.

-------------------
Race 8: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Stockholm
Track: Island Hop
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This track is fairly complicated, because it has lots of turns. That is
good news for you, since turns are a great place to pass opponents. On hard,
you can get into first place before the first checkpoint by passing the other
cars on turns. On expert, you can also pass a lot of the cars on the turns, but
it will take much longer.

**************************************
2.4 - Sport Utility Series
**************************************
Cities: Edinburgh, Florence, Moscow
Tiers: 4
Races: 8 (1x Hot Lap, 1x Speed Camera, 3x Street Race, 1x One on One, 1x Cone
        Challenge, 1x Overtake)

Now beating races on expert will be damned near impossible and beating them on
hard will require lots of practice. Beating the races on medium still isn't
very hard at this level.

---------------
Race 1: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 1
City: Edinburgh
Track: Princess Street East
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race isn't very hard, you an probably actually beat it on your
first try. You get a lot of time to beat it on hard, so you can even beat it
after making a small mistake or two.

--------------------
Race 2: Speed Camera
--------------------
Tier 1
City: Edinburgh
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Rain
Advice: Unlike the other speed camera races you've done so far, this one only
has turns at the beginning of the track. At the start the track angles to the
right and then there is a sharp left turn. After that there is another sharp
left and then two gentle turns. The first one is to the left and the second is
to the right. After that there is a straightaway with the end of the track at
the end. With a fast car, it's very easy to beat it on hard.

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Edinburgh
Track: Princess Street Loop
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: You won't be able to pass all of the other cars on the straightaway at
the start of this race, so you will have to pass most of them in the first
turn. You have to be careful when passing them in that turn, though. If you hit
one of them, you will be slowed down a lot and the car in first place will get
far in front of you. After you are through that turn, the next turn is the best
place to get in front of any other cars, especially on expert. If you can't get
in front of them here, try to on the next big turn.

------------------
Race 4: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Edinburgh
Track: Grassmarket Eight
Laps: 2
Weather: Night (Clear)
Advice: On hard, it is really easy to get into first place at the beginning of
the race. You can do it on the first turn. If for whatever reason you don't get
into first on that turn, you can on the turns at the end of the winding road.
On expert, you won't be able to get into first on that first turn. When you are
on the winding road, just draft the other car. If you get the chance, pass him
on this road. If not, pass him when you get to the turns at the end of the
road. All you have to do after that on any difficulty is hold your position.

----------------------
Race 5: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Florence
Track: Arno 2
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This cone challenge is a bit easier than the last one. The cone gates
are closer together and there aren't any streets that are really narrow. There
are only two spots in this race that are a bit difficult. The first is near the
middle of the race, between the two checkpoints. After the first checkpoint,
you turn onto a long street. At the end of it, it has the turn where you first
make a gentle right and then have to make a sharp left. There is a cone gate
in the middle of it. After you pass that gate, you have to do a long slide to
get to the next cone gate, since it is kind of far away and this turn makes you
go very slow. The other difficult part is near the end of the race, on the same
street that the second checkpoint is on. That street is the one that turns to
the left at the end and then makes a right turn onto the last street. It's easy
to take this turn too fast and hit a wall, or too slow and have your combo end.

----------------
Race 6: Overtake
----------------
Tier 3
City: Florence
Track: Duomo 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race takes place on a track you've already raced on. The track
itself is rather simple. Since the track itself is easy, it isn't all that hard
to beat this race on the harder difficulties, especially since you don't always
have less time as the difficulty goes up. It's easy to pass all of the cars on
the hard difficulty, and even easier on expert since you get more time. Just
try to avoid going too fast through turns in this race, if you do and end up
hitting walls, you will lose a lot of speed and might have a harder time
beating the race.

-------------------
Race 7: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Moscow
Track: Kremlin 1
Laps: 4
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This is the same track as the first overtake challenge, back in the
second series, was on. On hard and expert, you just have to get a good start to
beat this race. If you can't get into first or second in the first lap, the
cars in front of you will probably start to get a bigger and bigger lead on you
as the race goes on. The best place to get a good lead at the start is on the
first turn. If you can take it without slowing down too much from hitting the
other cars or braking to avoid hitting them, you can get near the front of the
pack of other cars right away and then pass any others on the next turns.

-------------------
Race 8: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Moscow
Track: Red Square 1
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The track this race takes place on is much more complicated and
obviously much longer than the last one. Because of all of the turns on this
track, most of your opponents will go very slowly. On hard, all of them but the
one that starts in first will end up very far behind you. While playing on
hard, you can pass most of them on the street you start on. When you get to the
turn at the end of the street, you can pass the rest of the other cars. On
expert, you wont be able to pass all of the other cars when you get to that
turn. You will have to try to get in front of them on the next few turns.

2.5 - Pacific Muscle Series
**************************************
Cities: Hong Kong, Yokohama
Tiers: 5
Races: 10 (6x Street Race, 1x Cone Challenge, 1x Hot Lap, 1x One on One, 1x
          Speed Camera)

It can be very hard to get into first place on some of the street races in this
series. If you don't get into first place in those races right away, you
might not be able to at all, since the car in first will just get a bigger and
bigger lead on you.

-------------------
Race 1: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Hong Kong
Track: The Convention Centres
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This street race is a lot harder than the others that you've done so
far. One of the most important things to do in this race is to take the very
first turn perfectly. Take it so that you get the good line kudos bonus. If you
do this, you can do a few things. First, you will be closer to the car in first
place. Second, you will block the car that starts in third place so that it
can't pass you after you've passed it (You should have passed it before getting
to the turn). You will also be able to to get in front of the car that starts
in second. If you can do this, you can get in front of the car in first by the
end of the first lap, even on expert.

-------------------
Race 2: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Hong Kong
Track: Wan Chai Run
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race takes place on a track that is much more difficult than the
one in the last race, but you can pass the other cars sooner. You get a good
chance to pass the right on the first turn. They take it very slowly, so you
can pass almost all of them on it. You can then pass the rest on the next few
turns if you have to.

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Hong Kong
Track: Harbour Run
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: The track in this race follows a similar path to the one in the last
race, except you race in the opposite direction and it is a little bit longer.
As usual, the best place to pass the other cars is on the first turn in the
track. On hard, you can then pass the rest of the cars some time around the
next turn. On expert, it will take much longer to get into first. It might even
take the whole first lap to get close enough to pass the first place car.

----------------------
Race 4: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 2
City: Yokohama
Track: Sakuragicho
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The track this takes place on is nice and wide and only has streets
that are straight on it. The race may even be easier than the last cone
challenge. The gates are mostly close together, except on almost all of the
few turns. You will have to slide through the first and last two turns on this
track to keep a combo going. The last turn is even trickier than that. There
are two cone gates that come after it before you get to the start and finish
line. One is right after the turn and the other is further back. When sliding
through the turn, it may actually be easier to slide past the first of those
gates and then only go through the second.

---------------
Race 5: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 2
City: Yokohama
Track: Shinko Park
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race takes place on a track that has two parallel straightaways
with left turns that connect them at each end. That's all. Take a fast car for
this race for the straightaways, and practice taking the turns as quickly as
possible to beat it.

------------------
Race 6: One on One
------------------
Tier 3
City: Yokohama
Track: Seaside Loop
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Like the other Yokohama tracks, this one takes place on wide, straight
roads and doesn't have many very sharp turns where you don't have much space to
turn. Before you get to the first turn on this track, draft the other car. Once
you are at the turn, you can pass the other car. You can also bump into the car
to make it crash, if you want to be cheap.

-------------------
Race 7: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Yokohama
Track: Yokohama Bay Tour
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race takes place on a Yokohama track that actually has a few
narrow roads. This first turn on this track can be a problem when you are on
the first lap. You will have to squeeze past all of the other cars while they
are turning, and if you hit one of them, there is always the chance that it
will slow you down a lot. If you can get through this turn without slowing down
much, you should be in a good position already. You may need the rest of the
first lap to catch up to the other cars, but once you are in first, you only
have to hold your position for the rest of the race.

-------------------
Race 8: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Yokohama
Track: Minato Mirai
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This is another Yokohama track with wide, straight roads and mostly
90-degree turns. The key to getting in first on this track is the first two
turns, which are a right turns. Try to get in front of as many cars as you can
on these turns, but go through them as fast as possible.

--------------------
Race 9: Speed Camera
--------------------
Tier 5
City: Hong Kong
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: The big turn in this track is on a hill in the middle of it. On that
hill there are a couple of left turns. After it there is a very long road that
is straight except for a gentle left turn in the middle of it. At the end of it
is the end of the track. You have to master getting through those turns with
optimal speed to beat this level on a higher difficulty.

--------------------
Race 10: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 5
City: Hong Kong
Track: Admiralty
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This track is very long and has a lot of twists and turns in it. That's
a good thing, because it means there are more turns in which you can get ahead
of your opponents. You can't get in front of them on the first turn, even on
hard, but you can on the turn following that. After that turn, there will be
one more turn where you can pass a lot of the other cars. You should be in
first or near it after that. Since there are a lot more turns on the track, you
can still use those to pass any other cars in front of you. Just don't screw up
on those turns and crash.

2.6 - Roadster Series
**************************************
Cities: Sydney, Edinburgh, Florence
Tiers: 4
Races: 11 (3x Street Race, 2x Cone Challenge, 3x Timed Run, 1x Overtake, 1x One
          on One, 1x Speed Camera)

This series is a little easier than the last one, but then again, it doesn't
have as many street races as the last one did. It's not even that difficult to
beat some of the races in this series on expert.

-----------------
Race 1: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 1
City: Sydney
Track: Opera House View
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The track this race takes place on may look somewhat difficult, but it
really isn't. Except for a street near the end where there is a narrow street
that goes up a hill, most of the streets are wide. Because of that, this race
isn't very hard.

----------------------
Race 2: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 1
City: Sydney
Track: Under the Bridge
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This is the exact same race as the cone challenge from the first
series. The track is the same and the position of the cones is the same. Other
than you obviously having a different class of cars to use this time, the only
real difference is that this time there are two laps instead of one.

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Sydney
Track: Downtown Short
Laps: 5
Weather: Sunny
Advice: There may be a lot of laps in this race, but that is because the track
itself is very short. Not only as the track short, but it is pretty easy, with
only a few big turns in it. If you are in a fast car, you can easily get into
first and then get a lead of around 7 or more seconds on the second placed car
in medium or hard modes. In expert, you wont be able to get much of a lead, and
you will have to race without making very many mistakes to get past the car
that is in first. The place where you are most likely to make mistakes is on
the first turn. This turn is a very sharp left turn. You have to be going very
slow through it to avoid hitting the outside barrier on it.

-----------------
Race 4: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 2
City: Sydney
Track: Harbour Bridge
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: It'll require a lot of practice and a perfect run through the track to
beat it on expert. Hard isn't as difficult, but you still wont have much time
to spare on it. The track itself doesn't have very many straight streets on it,
in fact, you start on the only one that really is. You've actually raced on
this track once already, so hopefully you remember it.

----------------
Race 5: Overtake
----------------
Tier 2
City: Sydney
Track: Hickson Run
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: It's not too difficult to beat this on hard or expert, because you get
more time in those than you do in medium. Still, you will need all of that
time. There are a lot of places where it's easy to crash on this track, and you
will want to avoid any crashing if you are trying to beat it on expert. There
is a turn on this track that seems to come out of nowhere. After you go down a
hill and make a sharp left turn at the bottom, you will be on the street that
that turn is on. It obviously comes at the end of that street that is at the
bottom of the hill.

-----------------
Race 6: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Princess Street Long
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This track has a lot of turns near the last third of the race for you
to screw up on. To beat it on expert or hard, you will have to be able to go
through them without making any mistakes. You might have to practice going
through it once or twice before you can beat it.

----------------------
Race 7: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Grassmarket Eight
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The track that this cone challenge is on is very long and has a lot of
narrow roads on it. There are two places on it that are specifically difficult,
and that is because of speed. At the beginning of the race, you go onto a long
street with lots of cone gates on it. At the end, there are two left turns in
a row and the first checkpoint is in between the. It is very easy to go too
fast for the first of those and hit the wall, which will screw up any combo you
have going. After those, you will be on a street that has a sharp right turn
onto a narrow street at the end of it. You might have the same problem with
going too fast to make that turn as well.

------------------
Race 8: One on One
------------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Grassmarket East
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Advice: It isn't that hard to beat the car you are racing against in this race,
even on expert, but it is raining, so it is much easier to make mistakes than
usual. You will have to get used to braking earlier for turns. On hard, you can
pass the other car on the straightaway that you start on. On expert, you
probably wont be able to pass it until the first turn.

-------------------
Race 9: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Florence
Track: Ponte Vecchio
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race actually isn't very hard, because you can get in front of
most of the cars, even on expert, on the first turn. The race is also very
long, so you have plenty of time to catch up to any cars in front of you and
plenty of time to get a lead on the cars behind you. That first turn on this
track is a very wide left turn. In it, there is plenty of room to drive right
on past the other cars. The next turn after that is a wide right turn. You
should be able to pass any remaining cars by the time you get here.

---------------------
Race 10: Speed Camera
---------------------
Tier 4
City: Florence
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This speed camera track has one turn near the beginning and one turn
near the end with a big straightaway between those turns. The first turn is the
turn where first you have to make a right, then you have to make a sharp left.
At the end of the straightaway, the turn is a very wide right turn. If you take
it too fast and go too far into it, you will end up going slow when you pass by
the speed camera, which isn't very far past that turn. Take it slowly, like it
isn't a wide turn, to end up going faster after it.

--------------------
Race 11: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 4
City: Florence
Track: Battistero 2
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race takes place on a track that is the same as the one in the
last street race you did, except you race this one in the opposite direction
and at the end of it (What was the beginning in the last race) there are a few
extra turns. These turns actually make the race easier, since they are wider
than the ones in the last race. Like in that last race, by the first turn in
this track, you should be able to get in front of almost all of the other cars.

**************************************
2.7 - Classics Series
**************************************
Cities: Barcelona, Edinburgh
Tiers: 4
Races: 11 (3x Hot Lap, 1x Timed Run, 2x Street Race, 2x One on One, 1x Cone
Challenge, 1x Overtake, 1x Speed Camera)

Most of the races in this series are surprisingly easy. You should be able to
beat all of them on hard without trying too many times, except for the last two
hot laps. Those are a bit difficult to do on hard.

---------------
Race 1: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 1
City: Barcelona
Track: Las Ramblas
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Some of the streets on this track are a bit on the narrow side, and the
turns here are sharp. Still, it isn't the most difficult of tracks. You should
be able to beat it on hard without much practice.

-----------------
Race 2: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 1
City: Barcelona
Track: Catedral
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is harder than it looks. Beating it on hard is enough of a
challenge, and beating it on expert is even harder. The hardest part of this
race is the first turn. You don't want to take it too fast, since you will
obviously hit the barrier, but if you take it too slow, you will lose too much
speed. The pairs of turns that come after it are also difficult, since if you
don't slow down enough for the second one, you wont be able to cut straight
through those two turns.

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Barcelona
Track: Place de Jaume
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Like in all of the other street races that you've done recently, the
best time to get into first place is right at the beginning. After the first
turn, you should be in second or third place. On the turn after that, you can
get in front of the rest of the cars.

------------------
Race 4: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Barcelona
Track: Catalan Challenge
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: Your opponent in this race isn't in the fastest of cars, so it is
really easy to win (Even on expert) if you are in a faster one. You can even
get into first on the long straightaway at the start of the race.

---------------
Race 5: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Grassmarket West
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This hot lap challenge is more difficult than the last few you've done.
It will take a few tries at least to beat it on hard, and it will obviously be
even more difficult to beat it on expert. You will only be able to beat it on
hard if you know the track well enough to not make any mistakes, so that's
why it will probably take a few tries. Expert obviously requires that you make
no mistakes and are able to get through the track even faster.

----------------------
Race 6: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Lothian Road Eight Long
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This track is very long and it has quite a few areas where there are
long stretches between cone gates, making it difficult to keep one combo going
for the whole track. Other than that, there aren't any turns that are sharp or
anything like that, so it isn't all that hard to beat this race on expert.

----------------
Race 7: Overtake
----------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Terrace Sprint
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: There isn't much to the track this race takes place on. There are two
main stretches of road, and they both have lots of gentle turns in them. There
are a series of streets with sharp turns in them at each end of the track that
connect the two main roads. Those sharp turns are the most difficult part of
the track. They can slow you down a lot, and if they do, it will be harder to
overtake more of the other cars. If you want to beat this race on expert, you
will have to master those turns to keep as much speed through them as possible.

------------------
Race 8: One on One
------------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Princess Street Long
Laps: 3
Weather: Rain
Advice: This race takes place on the same track as the timed run in Edinburgh
in the last series. This time, it is raining. That makes this track much
harder. That is the biggest problem here. You can get in front of the car you
are racing against by the time you are through the first turn on any
difficulty, but you wont be able to stay in front of you crash in the turns
because of the rain. Get in front of that other car right away, brake for turns
early to avoid crashing and don't let the other car pass you and you should be
able to win this.

---------------
Race 9: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 4
City: Barcelona
Track: Barri Gotic
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Like the last hot lap, this one is pretty difficult on hard, and
obviously much harder on expert. If you make any mistakes while trying to beat
it on hard, you will probably have to try again. There are a few turns where it
is very easy to make those mistakes, too. Most of those mistakes can come from
not slowing down enough on turns where it is hard to judge how fast you should
go. You might have to go through the track a first time to see how fast you
should go on all of those turns and then play to win.

---------------------
Race 10: Speed Camera
---------------------
Tier 4
City: Barcelona
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The turn on this speed camera track is right at the beginning. It is a
wide and long left turn and it goes onto the very long straightaway in this
city. At the end of the straightaway is the speed camera and the end of the
track. There really isn't much else to say about this race.

--------------------
Race 11: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 4
City: Barcelona
Track: Las Ramblas
Laps: 5
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is on the same track as the first hot lap in this series, so
you will have been through the track recently. As with any other street race,
you can get into first place right on the first turn. After taking first place,
hold it until the end of the race for an easy win.

**************************************
2.8 - Sports Coupe Series
**************************************
Cities: Stockholm, Yokohama, Hong Kong
Tiers: 5
Races: 13 (2x Timed Run, 2x Overtake, 5x Street Race, 2x One on One, 1x Cone
          Challenge, 1x Speed Camera)

This series seems to be a little bit more difficult than the last one. Some of
the races in this one are much harder to beat on hard than the races in the
last series.

-----------------
Race 1: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 1
City: Stockholm
Track: Gamla Stan Loop
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: In this race, there is actually a surprisingly high amount of time to
beat it on hard. But still, it doesn't make beating it on expert any easier
than it is on any other timed run.

----------------
Race 2: Overtake
----------------
Tier 1
City: Stockholm
Track: Northern
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: In this overtake race, you don't get more time to complete it on the
higher difficulties like in some of the other overtakes. That makes it a lot
harder to beat it on hard or expert. There are only five cars to overtake on
this track no matter the difficulty, and the fourth and fifth cars are always
very close to each other, so if you can pass the fourth one, you can probably
also pass the fifth one. Keep that in mind when choosing a difficulty setting.

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Stockholm
Track: Bridges
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race is a real pain because of all of the turns on this track.
Many of them are sharp turns onto narrow streets. It's easy to take them with
too much speed and end up crashing. Because of that, it can be very hard to
stay in first place once you get into it, since your opponents wont mess up on
the turns. Passing those opponents is easy at the beginning of the race. You
can pass most of them on the street that you start on and then pass the rest of
them on the first turn.

------------------
Race 4: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Stockholm
Track: Northern 3
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This track has a lot of turns in it, but it isn't nearly as bad (Or as
long) as the last one. You should be able to pass the other car on the first
turn in this track. If you don't, you defiantly should be able to by the time
you turn onto a second bridge.

----------------
Race 5: Overtake
----------------
Tier 3
City: Yokohama
Track: Warehouse Loop
Laps: N/A
Weather: Rain
Advice: This race is surprisingly easy for an overtake race. On my first try, I
was able to pass all of the cars. You have the same amount of time to beat it
on hard or expert, and the fourth and fifth cars (You need to pass four on hard
and five on expert) drive very close to each other. Instead of playing on hard,
just skip it and go straight to expert, since if you can pass four cars,
passing the fifth is easy. For the track itself, there is rain, but if you
remember the races in Yokohama from a series or two back, all of the streets
are wide and straight, and the turns are also wide. Because of that, you don't
have to take the turns here too slowly and don't have to worry about slipping
into the barrier of a windy road.

-------------------
Race 6: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Yokohama
Track: Kishamichi
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Advice: At first glance it might look like this track is almost the same as the
last one, but it really isn't. You start on the same long straightaway as the
last one, but you go much further on it on this track. When you get to the end
of that straightaway, you will have a very good chance to pass the other cars
as they take the sharp right turn.

----------------------
Race 7: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Yokohama
Track: Downtown
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: You don't get very much time on this race, so keep an eye on the clock
at the end of the race. If that wasn't enough of a problem, you still have to
worry about getting kudos, which isn't that difficult in this race. There are
a lot of places where the cone gates are far apart, but it's easy to go fast
enough on this track to get between them quickly. Also, there are a lot of
turns that don't have any cone gates in them and there aren't any close to
them. Just slide through them to keep a combo going.

--------------------
Race 8: Speed Camera
--------------------
Tier 3
City: Yokohama
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The big turn in this track is right at the beginning, so you have
plenty or room after it to get up speed. The turn is a very sharp right. After
it, there is a gentle left onto a straightaway that has the end of the track
and the speed camera on it.

------------------
Race 9: One on One
------------------
Tier 4
City: Yokohama
Track: Warehouse Loop
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race takes place on the same track as the last overtake did, but
this time there is no rain. Since that overtake was only a few races ago, you
should still have this track fresh in your memory. On hard and below, like in
any other race, you can get into first place by the first time. On expert, you
should be able to by the time you get to the second turn.

------------------
Race 10: Timed Run
------------------
Tier 5
City: Hong Kong
Track: Hennessey Road
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This is one of the harder timed runs. It will take a few attempts at
least to before you can beat it on hard, and as you should know by now, a lot
more to beat it on expert. The track itself isn't that bad, but there are a few
tricky turns on it.

--------------------
Race 11: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 5
City: Hong Kong
Track: Admiralty
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is kind of easy, especially compared to the next one. On
hard, you can get into first place after the first couple turns and as long as
you don't screw up, get a very big lead on the rest of the cars. On expert, it
can take much longer to get into first place (It might take a good portion of
the first lap to do it), but it is easy to keep up with the car in first when
it is in front of you.

--------------------
Race 12: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 5
City: Hong Kong
Track: Wan Chai Run
Laps: 5
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is actually kind of difficult. It is hard to get into first
place at all on hard, and of course it is even harder on expert. At the
beginning of the track there is a sharp left turn followed by a sharp right
turn. On the first lap, you can pass by most of the other cars here. There are
more turns where you another good chance to pass some cars after that, but they
aren't until you are closer to the end of the first lap. Any cars that you
don't pass by the end of the first lap will probably end up too far ahead of
you to pass.

--------------------
Race 13: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 5
City: Hong Kong
Track: Cotton Tree Drive
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The hardest part of this race is at the very beginning of it. There are
a total of seven other cars, and the beginning of the track has a freeway with
a sharp right turn in it. The part of the street leading up to the freeway is
narrow, as narrow as the freeway, and you have to squeeze past all of the other
cars in this narrow section. Try to stay to the right until you get to the
actual turn, most of the other cars seem to go on the left side of the street,
meaning the right is mostly clear. Once you are past that sharp turn, you
should be able to get up to second place (Assuming you didn't lose speed by
hitting any of the other cars). From here it will probably take awhile to catch
up to the car in first, so you might be close to finishing the first lap when
you do.

2.9 - American Muscle Series
**************************************
Cities: Chicago, Washington D.C.
Tiers: 5
Races: 14 (7x Street Race, 2x Cone Challenge, 2x Hot Lap, 1x One on One, 1x
          Timed Run, 1x Speed Camera)

This series has some easy races, and some that are very difficult. In many of
the street races, all of your opponents will be very close behind you, so you
wont be able to afford to make even the smallest mistake. If you are having
trouble with a race, you can always lower the difficulty.

-------------------
Race 1: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Chicago
Track: The Miracle Mile
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Finally, a race in Chicago. You will soon learn that a lot of the
streets here are nice and wide, and so are the turns. Of course, there are
some roads that aren't wide and some sharp turns. In the race itself, the best
place to get into first is right at the beginning on the first turn. I say that
for every street race, but it is more important in this one. If you don't pass
the other cars on this turn, there wont be another good spot to pass them, so
you might not be able to do it at all.

-------------------
Race 2: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Chicago
Track: Chicago River Tour
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: At the beginning of this track there are two turns in a row. The first
one is a right turn and the second one is a left. Of course, these are where
you will want to pass the other cars. The car that starts in first is too far
ahead to pass on the first turn, but you should be able to pass it by the
second one.

----------------------
Race 3: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 2
City: Chicago
Track: North Wabash Overpass
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: There are a few places on this track where cone gates are far apart,
making it difficult to continue one combo through the entire track. There are
four major streets like this. After the third turn, there are three long
streets that run east to west or west to east. The gates are far apart on
these. The gates are also far apart on the last street, right after you cross
a bridge. You might have to slide a little bit as the road makes a gentle turn
when you get off that bridge. Also, the first bridge you go across in this race
is divided in the middle. There are the same number of cone gates on each side
of the divider, so it doesn't matter which side you take.

---------------
Race 4: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 2
City: Chicago
Track: Wells & Lake
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: You can probably tell that this track wont be easy just by looking at
the track map. There are a lot of turns on this track, and a lot of them come
after long straightaways, so it is easy not to brake enough for them. In order
to beat this level on hard, you will have to do very good. If you have too much
trouble beating it on hard, just try it on medium.

------------------
Race 5: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Chicago
Track: In The Loop
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Advice: This race starts on a long straightaway with a left turn at the end.
You can catch up to the other car on the straightaway and then pass it on the
turn. Then you just have to avoid letting it pass you for the rest of the race.

-------------------
Race 6: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 2
City: Chicago
Track: Wells & Lake
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race takes place on the same track as the last hot lap did. You
have to get into first place as soon as possible on this track to win. After
awhile, the car in first place will probably start to get a big lead on you if
you don't. You wont be able to get into first place right away, but you should
be able to somewhere around the tunnel straightaway on this track. The cars
other than the one are much easier to get in front of. You can get in front of
all of them on the first turn and since there are so many other turns on this
track, they wont go very fast and you can get a huge lead on them.

----------------------
Race 7: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Northside Slide
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This is the first race in Washington D.C. There are a lot of wide roads
in this city, although not as wide as in Chicago, and there aren't that many
sharp turns. On this track, there are a few places where it is hard to keep a
combo going due to the distance between cone gates. In fact, almost all of the
cone gates on this track are far apart from each other, so you have to go fast
through the whole track to keep a combo going. Other than that, you have to
worry about a cone gate that is very easy to miss at first and then pass or run
into. On the street with the first checkpoint, there is a gentle turn near the
end. That turn goes onto a street that goes downhill. On that hill, there is a
cone gate on the right side. You wont be able to see this gate until you are on
the street going downhill.

-------------------
Race 8: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Capitol Thrill
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This is your standard street race at the start. There is a long
straightaway at the start with a turn at the end, and that turn is where you
can pass all of the other cars. If you haven't passed all of the cars by the
time you are through that turn, the next couple of turns are also good for
passing them.

---------------
Race 9: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 4
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Square Dancin'
Laps: 1
Weather: Rain
Advice: This hot lap is a lot easier than the last one. On hard, you get enough
time to beat it, even if you skid a little bit in some of the turns and hit a
barrier.

------------------
Race 10: Timed Run
------------------
Tier 4
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Up and Over
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Advice: This race is kind of easy, like the last one. You have enough time on
hard to beat it even if you don't do too well on a few of the turns. This race
starts and ends in the middle of a straightaway. If you run out of time when
you are close to the finish, you can still drift into it and still win if you
are close enough to it.

--------------------
Race 11: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 4
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Capitol Thrill 2
Laps: 4
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The hardest part of this race is right at the beginning. There are a
few turns right after the start, and all of the other cars can get in your way.
If you can go through without hitting them, it is very easy to get into first
right away. You start this race on a straightaway that makes a gentle right
turn at the end and then a gentle left. These two turns are where the other
cars will probably get in your way. If they do, or if they make you crash, just
restart and try again. After those gentle turns, there is a right turn. You
should pass the second place and maybe first place cars here. Once you get into
first place, you have to hold it. The other cars will probably be right behind
you, so you can't afford to make any mistakes.

--------------------
Race 12: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 5
City: Chicago
Track: North Wabash Overpass
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race takes place on the same track as the first cone challenge in
this series did. Don't expect to get into first place on this race right away.
You probably wont have the chance to get into second place until you've done
most of the first lap, and it will be even longer before you can get into
first. When I did this race, I didn't get into first until the third lap. You
wont be able to make any mistakes once you are in first. The other cars will
always be close behind, and one slip up is all they need to pass you.

---------------------
Race 13: Speed Camera
---------------------
Tier 5
City: Chicago
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: All of the big turns on this track are at the start. There are a total
of three of them, all left turns. The first one is right in front of where you
start. That puts you onto a street that goes across the divided bridge. On the
other side is the second left turn. That turn puts you onto a very wide street.
The last left turn is at the end of this short street. The turn itself is so
wide, you don't even have to brake. After that, there is the street that goes
to the end of the track. It goes across a bridge, past two gentle turns and
then past the speed camera. This speed camera challenge is actually on the easy
side. The speed you need to get to beat it on expert is rather low. All you
have to do to beat it on expert is get through that third left turn with as
much speed as possible and then gun it to the speed camera.

--------------------
Race 14: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 5
City: Chicago
Track: Lower Wacker Run
Laps: 5
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race is very difficult. The track is long and has a lot of turns,
and the other cars will never be too far behind you, so you can't afford to
make any mistakes. You wont be able to pass any of the other cars right away,
but you will be able to on the left turn before you cross the first bridge. You
wont be able to get into first on that turn, so you will have to drive
flawlessly until you can catch up to and pass the first place car.

2.10 - Super Car Series
**************************************
Cities: Florence, Edinburgh, Sydney
Tiers: 6
Races: 14 (1x Timed Run, 2x Overtake, 2x One on One, 1x Speed Camera, 5x Street
          Race, 3x Hot Lap)

This series is where things start to get hard. All of the races in this series
are much more difficult than the races you've done so far. You might want to
try beating them on medium before you try to beat them on anything else.

-----------------
Race 1: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 1
City: Florence
Track: Piazza della Repubblica
Laps: 6
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race takes place on a very easy and simple track, but that doesn't
mean that the race itself is the least bit easy. The times you have to finish
the race on in hard and expert only differ by two seconds. Because of that,
just beating it on hard will be incredibly difficult. If you want to beat it on
hard or expert, you will have to drive perfectly, and you will have to have a
very fast car.

----------------
Race 2: Overtake
----------------
Tier 1
City: Florence
Track: Piazza della Signoria 2
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: You get the same amount of time to beat this race on expert, hard or
medium, so that makes things a little bit easier on you. The last few cars
wont be very close together, though, and that makes it a little harder. The
track this race takes place on may look easy, but it does have some turns that
are easy to take a bit too fast and crash on.

------------------
Race 3: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Florence
Track: Piazza della Signoria 1
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Since the first turns on this track are gentle turns and not sharper,
the car you are racing against wont slow down enough for you to pass it. You
will be able to pass it on the street that follows them. If you don't, you
still can pass it on the turn that is on the other side of the bridge this
street goes over.

--------------------
Race 4: Speed Camera
--------------------
Tier 2
City: Florence
Track: Speed Camera Track 2
Laps: N/A
Weather: Rain
Advice: You start this race on the street that starts to turn left at the end
and then at the very end, turns right, onto a straightaway. On that
straightaway is the speed camera. You have to figure out the best way through
the left turn to be going as fast as possible on the straightaway after it. The
best way that I have found is to brake on the turn early, so you can go
straight through the rest of it.

-------------------
Race 5: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 2
City: Florence
Track: Ponte Vecchio
Laps: 4
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is on the same track as was a street race in the Roadsters
Series. There are some turns very close to the starting line, which means that
it is very hard to get into first place early on, since the other cars get in
your way and you wont have the speed to pass them. You can pass most of them in
the first two turns, which should get you into about third place. Getting into
first or second place will take much longer. It probably wont be until you've
done most of the first lap when you'll get close enough to pass the other cars.
All of the cars that you pass in this race wont stray too far behind you, so
you can't afford to make any mistakes.

---------------
Race 6: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Grassmarket East
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: It will be very difficult to beat this race on hard. You don't have
very much time to beat it, only a few seconds more than on expert, so you have
to master this track to be able to beat it.

---------------
Race 7: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Terrace Sprint
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: It's just as hard to beat this race on hard as it was on the last race.
You will also have to master this track to beat it on hard, and if you can do
that, it isn't much harder to beat it on expert.

-------------------
Race 8: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Edinburgh
Track: Princess Street East
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This is probably the hardest street race yet, it can even be hard on
medium difficulty. This race starts out on Edinburgh's very long straightaway,
which has a sharp right turn at the end of it. No matter what you do, you
probably wont be able to pass any cars on the straightaway. On the turn at the
end of the straightaway, you also might not be able to pass any cars. Just take
the turn like there aren't any other cars on it. If you try to force your way
past the cars on this turn, it might actually slow you down more than if you
didn't pass them. On the straightaway after the turn, you might not be able to
pass any cars as well, but you also might have enough speed to do so. At the
end of this straightaway is a sharp left turn. Try not to hit any of the other
cars here, if you do, it is easy for you to spin and hit a wall. Now you will
be close enough to some of the other cars to pass them. Pass them as you go by
some gentle turns and then as you take a sharp right turn. There is another
right turn at the end of that street. Now you will probably be close to the
first few cars. To pass them, you will have to race very well and not make any
mistakes. It might take awhile for you to be able to pass them to, maybe even
not on this lap.

------------------
Race 9: One on One
------------------
Tier 4
City: Edinburgh
Track: Princess Street Loop
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is MUCH easier than the last one, even on expert. This race
starts on that same long straightaway and there is a left turn at the end of
it. You might be able to pass the other car on this turn, you might not. That
turn puts you onto another long straightaway. At the end, there is a sharp left
turn. By now you should be able to pass the other car.

----------------
Race 10: Hot Lap
----------------
Tier 5
City: Sydney
Track: Cumberland Street
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This is another hot lap where winning on hard is just about as hard as
winning on expert. In fact, the time limit for expert is only one second less
than the time limit for hard. The most important thing to do to beat this race
on hard or expert is to perfect getting through the two sharp turns on this
track with as much speed as possible. The first of those turns is the first
turn other than gentle turns on the track, and the second one is the second to
last turn on the track.

-----------------
Race 11: Overtake
-----------------
Tier 5
City: Sydney
Track: Downtown Short
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race isn't that hard to beat on hard, but much harder on expert.
You get less time to beat it on expert, and the seventh car isn't close to the
other ones. The track itself is like a short version of the one from the last
race, so you should be somewhat familiar with it.

--------------------
Race 12: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 6
City: Sydney
Track: George St. Challenge
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This is another street race in this series that is very hard. You have
to pass as many of the cars as you can in this race as soon as possible, if you
don't, the cars in front can get too far ahead of you. You can start passing
them on the first turn and then on the straightaway that follows it. You can
also pass more of the other cars on the next turn and the street after it. At
the point, you still probably wont be able to pass the first few cars. It will
take a lot longer and some good driving to catch up to them.

--------------------
Race 13: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 6
City: Sydney
Track: Sydney Harbour
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: Like the last race, this one is also pretty hard. You can pass some of
the other cars in the first few turns, and then you will have to drive without
screwing up to catch up to the rest of them.

--------------------
Race 14: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 6
City: Sydney
Track: The Rocks Route
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: You can tell from the track map that this track wont be the easiest. It
does have a lot of turns, but those can help you. The other cars in this race
will be slowed down by all of those turns, so that gives you an advantage if
you are able to get through those turns without slowing down too much. You can
start passing the other cars on the street after the first turn and then pass
almost all of the others on the next couple of streets. Getting into first
place is harder, and you might not be able to catch up to the car in first
until you have done most of the first lap.

**************************************
2.11 - Grand Touring Series
**************************************
Cities: Yokohama, Hong Kong, Moscow, Stockholm, Barcelona, Washington D.C.
Tiers: 6
Races: 16 (1x Timed Run, 3x Overtake, 5x Street Race, 3x One on One, 1x Cone
Challenge, 2x Hot Lap, 1x Speed Camera)

This series is actually a little bit easier than the last one. It's much easier
to beat the hot laps and timed runs in this series, and it is much easier to
get into first place on the street races here.

-----------------
Race 1: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 1
City: Yokohama
Track: Honcho dori
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This timed run isn't nearly as hard as the ones from the last series
were, but that doesn't mean that you have plenty of time to complete this one.
You can't afford to slow down at all by screwing up on turns if you want to
beat it on hard. The track itself is probably the easiest in the game, all it
consists of is four straightaways connected by four right turns.

----------------
Race 2: Overtake
----------------
Tier 1
City: Yokohama
Track: Kishamichi
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race isn't very difficult, there are lots of long straightaways
for you to build up speed on to pass the other cars and you don't have less
time to beat the race on expert than on hard.

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Yokohama
Track: Yokohama Challenge
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Thankfully, this race isn't nearly as hard as the street races in the
last series were. You can get into first or second place after the first few
turns. The lead computer-controlled car will always be close behind you if you
are in first, so you will have to block him to stop him from passing you.

------------------
Race 4: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Hong Kong
Track: The Convention Centres
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Advice: This race is really easy. You can pass your opponent right away to get
into first and the track this race takes place on is only a few straightaways
with some turns connecting them. By the time you get to the end of the
straightaway that you start on, you should be close to the other car or should
have passed it already.

----------------------
Race 5: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 2
City: Hong Kong
Track: Hennessey Road
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This is probably the hardest cone challenge in the entire Kudos World
Series. Most of the cone gates are far apart, and there are lots of very narrow
streets. On a few of those narrow streets, there area even some cone gates that
are barely wider than your car. A lot of the turns on this tracks don't have
any gates in or near them, so you will have to slide through them, many of
which are narrow. It requires a lot of skill and patience to beat this race on
expert or even hard.

-------------------
Race 6: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 2
City: Hong Kong
Track: Harbour Run
Laps: 5
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is a lot easier than the street races in the last series
were. As usual, you start on a straightaway. You can pass most of the other
cars before you get to the end of the straightaway, where there is a left turn.
On that turn, you can easily get up to second place. Now you will be in the
divided tunnel. At the end of it, there is a left turn and then a straightaway.
This is probably the only chance you will have to pass the car in first place.
If you don't, it might get too far ahead of you.

----------------
Race 7: Overtake
----------------
Tier 3
City: Moscow
Track: KGB Corner
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: . The track that this race takes place on has a lot of the usual wide
roads in Moscow. Since there are so many wide roads on this track and the turns
aren't very sharp, it isn't all that difficult to beat. You even get a little
bit more time to beat it on expert than on most of the other difficulties.

---------------
Race 8: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 3
City: Moscow
Track: Red Square 1
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: The track this race takes place on is long and obviously a bit complex,
but it isn't as hard to beat on hard as you might think. You don't have to race
perfectly to beat it on hard like you did in hot laps and timed runs in the
last series, but you still can't afford to make huge mistakes.

-------------------
Race 9: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Moscow
Track: Kremlin 2
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: It's very easy to get into first place at the beginning of this race,
even on expert. You can get in front of some of them on the first turn, and
then pass the rest of them on the second one, which is a sharp turn that they
don't take very well. After that, all you have to do is not let any other cars
pass you for the rest of the race.

-------------------
Race 10: One on One
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Stockholm
Track: Speed Freak
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: Even though the name of the track this race takes place on is Speed
Freak, there are too many turns in it for you to go very fast. The race itself
isn't very difficult, you can pass the car that you're racing against on either
the first or the second turn.

-----------------
Race 11: Overtake
-----------------
Tier 5
City: Barcelona
Track: Place de Jaume
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race isn't very hard, the track doesn't have too many turns and
you don't get much less time to complete it as you raise the difficulty. All
the track consists of is four main roads connected by turns.

----------------
Race 12: Hot Lap
----------------
Tier 5
City: Barcelona
Track: Catalan Challenge
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This hot lap is a little bit harder than the last one, but still easier
than the ones in the last series. You wont be able to afford to make any small
mistakes, though.

-------------------
Race 13: One on One
-------------------
Tier 5
City: Barcelona
Track: Catedral
Laps: 5
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: The track this race takes place on is very short. It starts with a very
long right turn. On hard and lower difficulties, you can easily pass the other
car here. You might even be able to do it on expert, too. Just after that turn,
there is the four turns in pairs. This time the first pair is a left then right
and the second pair is a right then left. Cut through these turns. If you
didn't pass the other car in that turn, it is easy to pass it here. If you have
to, you can even bump into that other car to even give yourself a little
advantage.

---------------------
Race 14: Speed Camera
---------------------
Tier 6
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Speed Camera Track 1
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: The turns on this track are right at the beginning. The first turn is
a right turn (Which you wont be going fast enough to have to slow down for)
and there is a left turn that you do need to slow down for right after it. That
turn takes you onto a street that turns to the left and then has a gentle right
turn onto a straightaway at the end of it. As you could guess, the speed camera
is on that straightaway. In order to get a good speed, you have to perfect
taking the second turn with as much speed as possible.

--------------------
Race 15: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 6
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Capitol Thrill 2
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: You race this race on the same track that the last street race in
Washington D.C. was on (Back in the American Muscle Series). If you can't
remember, that was the race that had a few gentle turns followed by a sharper
right at the beginning, and the hardest part of the race was getting through
those without the other cars blocking you. That's also the hardest part of this
race. If you can avoid the other cars in those turns, you can get near the
front of the pack on the first big turn. After that, you can get into first on
one of the next turns.

--------------------
Race 16: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 6
City: Washington D.C.
Track: The Tour
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: There are a lot of turns on the track that this race is on, and a lot
of them are very sharp turns. Because of that, it is easy to screw up and lose
the race. As usual, you can pass all of the cars that you are racing against on
the first few turns on the track.

2.12 - Track Specials Series
**************************************
Cities: Nurburgring, Stockholm, Florence, Moscow
Tiers: 7
Races: 17 (5x Hot Lap, 4x Street Race, 3x One on One, 2x Overtake, 2x Timed
          Run, 1x Speed Camera)

You get to race on the Nurburgring track for the first time in this series.
Instead of racing on the whole track, you will race on segments of it. These
segments can only be raced on in this series, and not in time trial or
multiplayer. For the entire series, you will probably want to use the Noble M12
GTO3, because of its high acceleration. If you use it, this series actually
isn't all that hard.

---------------
Race 1: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 1
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 2
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This is the first race that you will do on a part of the Nurburgring
track. The hardest part of this particular race is deciding if you should or
shouldn't brake on some of the turns. You will build up a lot of speed on this
track, but a lot of the turns can be taken without slowing down at all. If you
can remember which turns you slow down for and which you don't, this race isn't
that hard to beat.

This race starts out on a very long straightaway. Eventually, you start to go
down a hill and the road starts to make a left turn. Don't slow down for this
one. Once you are at the bottom of the hill, you will start to go up again.
There are two turns at the top that you don't have to slow down for. Not too
far after that, there is a gentle left turn and then a right turn. You will
have to slow down for that right turn. There is a left turn shortly after that
which you do not need to slow down for, since you wont be going very fast.
Right after that, there is a right turn that you have to slow down for. It's
easy to miss this turn, since part of the road that is blocked off continues
forward and it looks like that is the direction the tracks goes in.

The road will start to go downhill again and there will be a left turn on the
hill. You have to slow down for this one. As you are going down hill, there are
two right turns. You don't have to slow down for either of them. There will be
two left turns coming up and then a right turn just after the second left. You
only have to slow down for the right turn. Not too far after that, the road
makes a right turn, a left turn and then another right. You only need to slow
down for the third turn, and you don't have to slow down very much. There are
two more turns after that one. The first one is a right, which you have to slow
down for, and the second is a left, which you don't have to slow down for.
After those turns, there is a straightaway. The finish line is on this
straightaway.

-------------------
Race 2: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 3
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race takes place on almost the same segment of the Nurburgring
track as the last race. You start in the area at the end of the straightaway at
the beginning of the last race, where you guy down a hill and then up one. This
track ends a little ways past where the last one did. At the end of the
straightaway that the last race ended on, there are two right turns that you
don't have to slow down for. Past those, there are two left turns that you
don't have to slow down for. On hard and lower difficulties, you can pass all
of the other cars on the straightaway that you start on. On expert, you will
have to have the car in the class with the best acceleration (The Noble M12
GTO3) to be able to get in front of the car in first.

---------------
Race 3: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 1
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 4
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: You get a lot of time in hard to beat this race. I was able to beat it
on hard after crashing and ending up in the dirt for awhile. Of course, you
will have to do much better than that to beat it on expert. The track segment
this race is on is on a completely different part of the track than the last
two (Actually, I think it might start near where the last two ended, but I
can't be sure). When you start this race, there will be two right turns on the
track not too far apart in front of you. You don't have to slow down for either
of them. After those right turns, there are two left turns. You also don't have
to slow down for these. A straightaway with a left turn at the end comes after
those. You don't have to slow down for that left turn, but you do have to slow
down for the long right turn that comes after it.

A lot of turns come after that one, but you don't have to slow down for them
until you start going uphill. There is a left turn on the top of the hill that
you have to slow down a little bit to make. A right turn that you don't have to
slow down for comes after that and there is a left turn that you do have to
slow down for right after that one. There is a right turn right after that one
and then the road is straight for the short distance to the finish line.

---------------
Race 4: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 1
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 5
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This track starts by the first turn on the last track that you had to
slow down for. You reach the spot where the last track ended when you get to
the only checkpoint on this track. There are a few turns after that that you
don't have to slow down for, and then one you do. You can tell which one you
have to slow down for because it is the one right after all the markings on the
ground (Whatever they are supposed to be). Right after that turn, there is a
right turn that you don't have to slow down for. The next turn you come to is
a right turn, and you do have to slow down for it. After that there will be a
left turn that you don't have to slow down for and then a series of right turns
that you don't have to slow down for. The first left turn after all of those is
one that you will have to slow down for. The finish line comes right after that
turn.

------------------
Race 5: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 6
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The track that this race is on starts by where the checkpoint on the
last one was and it continues past where the finish line was on that track. On
this one, there is a checkpoint by where the finish line on the last track was.
Since the area where the race starts doesn't have any turns that you have to
slow down for for awhile, you can catch up to the other car here. If you can't
pass it, you can on the first turn that you have to slow down for (A left).
After you pass by the checkpoint and the end of the last track, there is a
straightaway with a right turn in it that you don't have to slow down for. At
the end of this straightaway, there is a left turn that you do have to slow
down for. Right after that turn, there will be a left turn and then a right
turn. You don't have to slow down for either one. Another straightaway comes
after that, although it has a small left turn in it that you don't have to slow
down for, so it isn't really a straightaway. At the end of it (You can tell
when you are at the end by looking at the track map, there are also blue signs
on the side of the road that are only at the end of this road) there is a right
turn that you have to slow down for. After that, there are only a few turns
that you don't have to slow down for between here and the end.

-------------------
Race 6: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Gamla Island Hopping
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: As usual for a race in Stockholm, you start on the long street that
makes a few gentle right turns. You should be able to pass all of the other
cars, except the first place car if you are playing on expert, on this street.
When you get to the end of it, there is a very sharp turn. You can use this
turn to get in front of any other cars in front of you, but that requires you
to take the turn perfectly, which isn't easy to do.

----------------
Race 7: Overtake
----------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Gamla Oval
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race isn't too hard, the cars that you have to pass aren't all
that far apart and you have the same amount of time to beat it on expert as you
do on every difficulty except novice. Plus, there aren't that many turns in
this track, although it is easy to go too fast for the ones that are.

-----------------
Race 8: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Bridges
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Beating this race on hard isn't very difficult. You actually get a lot
of time to do it, enough to still win even after making a small mistake or two.

---------------
Race 9: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 3
City: Stockholm
Track: Island Hop
Laps: 1
Weather: Rain
Advice: You get a lot of time to beat this race on hard, enough to still beat
it after making a few small mistakes. At first it might look like this track
follows the same path as the one in the last race, but there are actually a lot
of differences.

-------------------
Race 10: One on One
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Stockholm
Track: Northern
Laps: 1
Weather: Rain
Advice: This race is very short and very easy. You can get into first place,
even on expert, right on the first stretch of road. That first stretch of road
isn't long, either. After that, you just have to stay in front of it for the
whole lap, which is the entire race.

-----------------
Race 11: Overtake
-----------------
Tier 5
City: Florence
Track: Piazza della Signoria 2
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: You get a full minute less on expert to beat the race than on hard, but
that minute isn't very important. You have so much time on hard, you could slam
head first into a wall a couple of times and still beat the race. Expert is
harder, and you wont be able to beat it if you crash much.

------------------
Race 12: Timed Run
------------------
Tier 5
City: Florence
Track: Piazza della Signoria 1
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: There's really nothing special about this race. On hard, you get enough
time to beat it without trying to hard and you can even make a few small
mistakes and beat it on hard. And of course, beating it on expert will be much
more difficult.

----------------
Race 13: Hot Lap
----------------
Tier 5
City: Florence
Track: Duomo 2
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This hot lap is on the difficult side. It might take a few tried to
beat it on hard. In order to beat it on hard, you wont be able to make any
mistakes. The easiest place to make some mistakes is on the two gentle left
turns at the beginning. You will have to slow down for them since the car you
will be in is fast, but you can't slow down too much for them. You have to find
the right balance of speed for them if you wish to do good in this race.

--------------------
Race 14: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 5
City: Florence
Track: Battistero 1
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: There are two gentle left turns at the beginning of this race that are
a real pain. The cars you are racing against will get in the way when you try
to take these turns, and that can really slow you down. The best way I have
found to avoid them is to go to the outside of the first turn and then the
inside of the second. If you can avoid them, you will be close to the first
few cars. On hard, you can pass any other cars on this long road that comes
after the gentle turns. On expert, you can't get into first this soon. You
can't catch up to the car in first until you've gone through a few more turns.

-------------------
Race 15: One on One
-------------------
Tier 6
City: Moscow
Track: KGB Corner
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: You can get into first place right on the street that you start on. On
hard, you can just drive right past the other car and then not let it pass you
for the rest of the race. It's a little harder to get into first on this street
while playing on expert. You will have to draft the other car as much as
possible and then pass it when you are as close to it as possible.

---------------------
Race 16: Speed Camera
---------------------
Tier 7
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 12
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The sharp turn in this speed camera track comes in the middle. When you
start, there will be a lot of gentle turns in the road, but you wont have to
slow down for any of them. You will have to slow down for that sharp turn,
which is a banked left turn, though. Not only is that turn banked, but there is
a special surface on top of the tarmac in it that gives you better traction, so
you can take it faster. After that turn, there is a long stretch of road that
has lots of gentle turns that you don't have to slow down for in it and then
the speed camera at the end.

--------------------
Race 17: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 7
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 10
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is one of the hardest street races yet. The other cars aren't
what makes it difficult, it's the track. This track is on a very long stretch
of the Nurburgring track where there are plenty of places where it's easy to
screw up and end up in the dirt on the side of the track, which will almost
certainly cause you to lose the race. The race starts on a long stretch of the
road where there is first a gentle right turn, a gentle left turn a little
while after that and then a right turn that you will have to slow down for.
Before you get to that turn that you have to slow down for, you can pass most
of the other cars and get into second or third place. After that right turn,
there are a few gentle turns and then a bigger left turn. This left turn is
banked and has the surface of the tarmac covered with with something that gives
you better traction in it. You will obviously have to slow down for this turn.
Once you are through that turn, you should be able to pass the other cars. If
you still can't, you can use the rest of the track to catch up to them,
although it is far too easy to end up getting further and further behind them.

Now you will be on a stretch of the track where there are first three gentle
rights that you don't have to slow down for, then three gentle lefts that you
don't have to slow down for. Right after that last left, there is a sharper
right turn that you have to slow down for. The next few turns will be right
turns that you don't have to slow down for, although it might seem life you do.
After those, there is a left turn that you don't have to slow down for that is
followed by a right that you do have to slow down for. There is another right
turn not too far after that (You shouldn't have to slow down for it) and then
another left turn as you go down a hill, you will have to slow down for this
left turn. As you reach the bottom of the hill, there is a right turn. You
don't have to slow down to make it.

The next turn will be a right turn that you can take at full speed and after a
little straightaway, there will be a left turn that you do have to slow down
for. Now you will be on a long stretch of the road that has a lot of turns in
it that you don't have to slow down for. Those turns cancel each other out, so
the road mostly goes straight for awhile and you can see where there is a right
turn at the end, with a red and white striped barrier behind it. You shouldn't
have to slow down for that turn much, if at all. Now there will be a long
series of turns that you don't have to slow down for. Two rights, a left,
another right and then another left. After all of those, there will be a long
right turn that you have to slow down for. At the end of that turn, there are
blue signs on either side of the track. Behind them is a left turn that you may
have to slow down for, depending on your speed. The next turn is a banked left
turn with the tarmac that gives you extra traction in it. You obviously have to
slow down for this turn. Now you will be close to the end of the track. All
that's left is a gentle left that you don't have to slow down for and two
rights that you also don't have to slow down for. Past those, there is a
straightaway that the finish line is on.

2.13 - Extreme Series
**************************************
Cities: Chicago, Washington D.C., Barcelona, Yokohama
Tiers: 6
Races: 17 (2x Timed Run, 1x Overtake, 7x Street Race, 4x One on One, 1x Cone
Challenge, 1x Hot Lap, 1x Speed Camera)

This series is much harder than the last one. The first three races are
especially difficult, and so are the street race. In most of the street race,
the other cars will get in the way on the first turn, and the only way to do
well in the race is to get through those turns without hitting the other cars.

-----------------
Race 1: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 1
City: Chicago
Track: River Crossing
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race is very difficult. It is very easy to screw up on this track
that this race takes place on, and you don't get very much time to beat this
race. On hard, you wont be able to make any mistakes and will have to drive
nearly flawlessly to win. It's much easier to beat it on medium, you can still
win even after slamming headfirst into a wall.

----------------
Race 2: Overtake
----------------
Tier 1
City: Chicago
Track: In The Loop
Laps: N/A
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This track is also easy to screw up on, but once you get the hang of,
the race isn't too hard. You get plenty of time to beat it on hard, just as
long as you don't screw up. You also get plenty of time to beat it on expert,
even more than you get to beat it on hard. It might actually be easier to beat
this race on expert than on hard.

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Chicago
Track: Chicago River Tour
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race is a little bit easier than the last two. Like in any street
race, you can get into first place on the first two or three turns. Once you
are in first place, the other cars will never be very far behind you. Because
of that, you can't afford to screw up at all.

------------------
Race 4: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Chicago
Track: Lower Wacker Run
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race is pretty easy, even on expert. In fact, I actually found it
easier on expert than on hard. On hard, you can easily pass the other car right
as you make the first big turn, which is a left turn onto a bridge. On expert,
it's easier just to pass the other car on the straightaway before that turn. I
was also able to get a bigger lead in expert than in hard.

------------------
Race 5: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Chicago
Track: West On Wacker
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is also easy, although it is a little bit harder than the
last one. On both hard and expert, you can get into first place on the first
right turn, which comes after you cross a bridge. The other car will slow down
way too much for it, giving you a great chance to pass.

------------------
Race 6: One on One
------------------
Tier 2
City: Chicago
Track:  The Miracle Mile
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Not as easy as the last two races, but still not that difficult. On
both hard and expert, you can pass the other car on the first turn. Force
yourself in front of it if you must. It probably wont be very far behind you
for the rest of the race, so you might have to block it to prevent it from
passing you.

-----------------
Race 7: Timed Run
-----------------
Tier 3
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Square Dancin'
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This timed run is much easier than the last one. You still can't afford
to make any mistakes if you want to beat this one on hard, but the track this
one is on is much easier. It's mostly straightaways.

----------------------
Race 8: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Capitol Thrill
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: It's very easy to run into some of the cone gates here, making this
race difficult and annoying. If you can manage to not hit any of them, the race
isn't too hard. There are some parts where the cone gates are far apart, but
only in places where you can get a lot of speed.

---------------
Race 9: Hot Lap
---------------
Tier 3
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Capitol Thrill 2
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: The track that this race takes place on has a lot of turns in it, and
those turns make it very easy to make mistakes. You wont be able to afford to
make any if you want to beat the race on hard, so you might have to play this
race a few times to get good at it before you will be able to beat it on hard.

--------------------
Race 10: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 4
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Northside Slide
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: The other cars can be a real problem in this race. They will get in
your way on the first turn, making it very difficult to take it without losing
too much speed. You have to take that turn with as much speed as possible to
beat this race, too. Ideally, you can get into second place after the turn, but
that requires you to take it perfectly. If you don't, you will have a lot of
catching up to do. On the turn that follows, you can get into first if you took
the first turn well. If not, it can take much longer to get into first,
assuming the car in first doesn't have a huge lead.

--------------------
Race 11: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 4
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Up and Over
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: Like in the last race, all of the other cars will get in your way on
the first turn in this one. Fortunately, that first turn is a sharp turn this
time around. Even on expert, you can push your way in front of all of the other
cars on that turn. Just stay on the right as you approach the turn, and then
take the turn on the inside. If you have to, push any other cars out of the
way. Once in first, you have to keep it for the rest of the race. The other
cars will probably start to slowly catch up to you, so that wont be easy.

--------------------
Race 12: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 4
City: Washington D.C.
Track: The Tour
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: Again, the other cars will get in your way at the beginning of the
race. This time, it isn't as easy to get into first place. There are some
gentle turns right at the start that are followed by a sharper right turn. You
can pass a few of the other cars in the gentle turns, and then pass most of the
rest on the right turn. Since the other cars will be very close to you in this
turn, you might hit them and end up crashing. It can be very difficult to get
through this turn without having one of the other cars mess you up. Once you
get through this turn cleanly, you can get into second place on the next
street. You probably wont be able to get first on the next turn, but there is a
long straightaway after that turn and you can use it to catch up to the lead
car.

---------------------
Race 13: Speed Camera
---------------------
Tier 5
City: Barcelona
Track: Speed Camera Track 2
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The turns in this speed camera track are right at the beginning. There
is a sharp left followed by a sharp right, and then a wide right turn onto the
very long straightaway in this city. The speed camera is at the end of it.
Those first two turns aren't nearly as important as the third. In order to beat
this race on expert, you will have to get through that last turn with as much
speed as possible.

-------------------
Race 14: One on One
-------------------
Tier 5
City: Barcelona
Track: Barri Gotic
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: You can get a big edge in this race if you don't mind being cheap. When
the other car slows down for the first turn, you can run into it and make it
slam into the wall. If you do this, you can get into first very easily and keep
the other car a little ways behind you for awhile, even on hard. The other car
will still probably catch up to you eventually, so you still will have to deal
with it later in the race.

--------------------
Race 15: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 6
City: Yokohama
Track: Yokohama Bay Tour
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The other cars will really get in your way in this race. On the first
turn, you will have to find a way to get past them without hitting many of them
and slowing down. If you can do that, you should be in around third place after
the turn. You can pass the other cars on the short straightaway after the turn
and on the next turn. If you didn't get through the first turn cleanly, you
probably wont be able to catch up to the car that is in first.

--------------------
Race 16: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 6
City: Yokohama
Track: Seaside Loop
Laps: 3
Weather: Rain
Advice: Like in the last race, the first turn is the most difficult part of the
race. The other cars will pretty much block it, making it very hard to get
through it without losing a lot of speed. Doing that is critical, if you don't
get through it alright, the first three cars will get very far ahead of you. If
you can get through the turn alright, you have to deal with those other three
cars. You can pass some of them on the straightaway following the first turn,
and then you can pass the last one in the next turn. Once in first, it isn't
easy to hold it. If you make the slightest mistake, you will probably get
passed.

--------------------
Race 17: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 6
City: Yokohama
Track: Minato Mirai
Laps: 3
Weather: Rain
Advice: The other cars aren't as much of a problem in this race as they were in
the last two races. They still do get in the way, especially on the first turn,
but not as much. After that first turn, you wont be all that close to the car
in first. When you get to the long straightaway between the second and third
turns, you can do a bit of catching up to it. When you get to the third turn,
you should be able to take first place.

2.14 - Ultimate Series
**************************************
Cities: Nurburgring, Florence, Stockholm, Moscow, Hong Kong, Yokohama, Sydney,
       Washington D.C., Barcelona, Edinburgh
Tiers: 13
Races: 19 (14x Street Race, 4x Cone Challenge, 1x Speed Camera)

Given that this is the last series, some of the races are surprisingly easy. At
the end of this series, you will finally get to race on the whole Nurburgring
track. Once you finish the race on it (Which is the very last race), you will
have unlocked the whole track to play on.

-------------------
Race 1: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 7
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race starts the series off easy. On hard, you can get in front of
all of the other cars right away and once you are past them, they wont get near
you again. On expert, it takes longer to get into first. Right away, you can
get into third. It can take a very long time to pass the other two cars. The
one in second place can probably be passed somewhere around the checkpoint on
the track, and it might not be until the end of the track when you can pass the
other one.

The stretch of the Nurburgring track this track takes place on isn't very hard.
There are only a few turns that you have to slow down for. The first one is a
sharp right turn that is right at the beginning of the track. The others are
closer to the end of the track. If you look at the track map, you will see that
to the right of the checkpoint, there is a part where you can see that the
track goes right, left and then right again and looks like a dip in a straight
line on the track map. That left turn in that 'dip' is a sharp turn that you
have to slow down for. A right turn after that is also kind of sharp, and you
may need to slow down for it. At the every end of the track, there is a sharp
right turn. It might not look like you have to take it by looking at the track
map, but you do. You also have to slow down for it. All of the other turns on
the track are gentle ones that you should be able to take at full speed.

-------------------
Race 2: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 8
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The track that this race takes place on has a few more turns that you
have to slow down for than the last one, but the overall race is easier. It
starts on the stretch of road that comes before the last turn on that track. On
hard, you can get into first place before that turn and keep it for the rest of
the race. After that turn, there are a few gentle turns and then a sharp left
turn that is banked and has the special tarmac that gives you better traction.
You can get into first place on this turn on expert fairly easily, since the
other cars take it a little slowly. After that, there are a series of three
gentle right turns and then two gentle left turns. You only have to slow down
for the last one, the second left. Right after that is a right turn, you might
have to slow down for it, depending on how fast you went through the last turn.
The next turn is a right turn, and you will have to slow down for it. After
that, there are only about three more turns. You have to slow down for the last
one, which is a left turn that comes right before the finish line.

-------------------
Race 3: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 1
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 9
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is a little bit harder than the last one. Right off the bat,
there is a right turn. You can pass most of the other cars here. Not too long
after that, there is a sharp left turn that you have to slow down for. On hard,
you should be able to get into first place here. On expert, you can get into
second or third here. You will then have to use the rest of the race to catch
up to and pass the other cars. After that, there is a gentle left turn as you
start to go down a hill. Now you will be in an area where the area of the track
between the barriers on each side of the road is straight, but the actual paved
part of the road is not. There will be a few gentle turns in this area and then
a right turn at the end that you have to slow down for. There will be a lot of
gentle turns in it for awhile and then once you are past a checkpoint, the road
will start to go uphill. At the top, there is a left turn. You will have to
slow down a lot to make this turn. Not too far after that, there is a banked
left turn that has the special tarmac to give you better traction. You
obviously have to slow down for it. After that, there is another right that you
have to slow down for and then gentle turns that lead up to the finish line.

-------------------
Race 4: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 2
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 11
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This part of the Nurburgring track is very long, in fact, you probably
race on around half of the full track. In order to win, you wont be able to
screw up very much. Most (If not all) of where you race here is on parts of
the track that you have already been on. Hopefully you still remember where
some of the sharper turns are and where you have to brake to take turns. It
will take awhile to pass most of the other cars on this track. You start on the
very long straightaway, and you can pass most of the cars by the end of it.
Once you are at the end, you should be in first if you are playing this on hard
or second if you are on expert. If you are doing it on expert, it will probably
take a very long time to catch up the the other car.

----------------------
Race 5: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 3
City: Florence
Track: Uffizi
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This cone challenge is surprisingly easy. There are no tight spaces
where it is easy to hit a wall or a cone, and there are no very long stretches
between cone gates. That makes it easy to get a combo through the whole race
and beat it on expert.

-------------------
Race 6: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 3
City: Florence
Track: Battistero 1
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: There are a lot of sharp turns on the track that this race takes place
on, and it is easy to not brake enough for them. That causes this race to be a
bit difficult. The car in first place will be very fast, too, making it even
more difficult. Just past the starting line are the two gentle left turns in a
row. You can use them to get ahead of some of the other cars, but you have to
also beware the other cars. It's easy to run into them in these turns. On the
straightaway that follows the turns, you can pass most of the other cars and
get into second place. On both hard and expert, the first place car will be far
ahead at this point. The only way to catch up to it is to drive perfectly. Once
you do manage to catch up to it and pass it, you wont be able to afford to make
any mistakes.

----------------------
Race 7: Cone Challenge
----------------------
Tier 4
City: Stockholm
Track: Northern 3
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Like the last cone challenge, this one is also surprisingly easy,
especially for one in Stockholm. There are no narrow streets or very sharp
turns on the track that this takes place on. The only thing that might be the
least bit problematic are cone gates that are spaced far apart. On the street
that the first checkpoint is on and the street after that, all of the gates are
far apart. You will have to go fast to get between them with a combo going, but
they aren't so far apart that you have to be going as fast as possible to make
it. Overall, it's very easy to keep a combo going for the whole race.

-------------------
Race 8: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 4
City: Stockholm
Track: Speed Freak
Laps: 4
Weather: Sunny
Advice: On both hard and expert, you can get into first place fairly quickly.
You should be able to move up to around third place on the long street that the
race starts on. At the end of it, there is a very sharp right turn. You can use
this turn to pass the other cars, since they take it very slowly. Keeping first
place will be much harder. The race is long and this track has a lot of turns
on it. The other cars will never be very far behind you.

-------------------
Race 9: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 5
City: Moscow
Track: St. Basil's Circle
Laps: 5
Weather: Sunny
Advice: Unlike in the last street race, once you are in first place in this
one, you can get a very big lead on the other cars. You can't get into first as
fast in that last one, but you still can do it rather quickly. Right at the
beginning of the race, there is a long and wide left turn. The other cars take
this very slowly and you can use it to get up to third place. After that comes
a long straightaway. Draft the cars in front of you to get close to them and
pass them if you can. The turns after it are where you can get into first. Once
in first, drive without making any big mistakes and you can probably get a lead
of a few seconds on the next car.

-------------------
Race 10: Street Race
-------------------
Tier 6
City: Hong Kong
Track: Cotton Tree Drive
Laps: 5
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: There are a lot of difficult turns on the track that this race takes
place on, and the race itself is rather long. However, you can get into first
place right away. There is a sharp right turn on a freeway that is very close
to the starting line. You can pass many of the cars before you get to that
turn, and then pass the rest on the turn itself. Once you are in first, keeping
it will be much harder. It will be difficult because all of the turns on the
track. It is easy to screw up on many of them, and if you screw up a lot, you
will end up in second or third place and then even further back. If you can get
through the race without making many mistakes, you can get very far ahead of
the other cars and the race will be a bit easy.

--------------------
Race 11: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 7
City: Yokohama
Track: Yokohama Challenge
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This is one of those races where the other cars will get in your way a
lot. It is most evident on the first turn. On the way to the turn, you can pass
the two cars closest to you. In the turn, you will have to deal with the other
five of them. Avoid hitting them at all costs, it will slow you down too much
if you hit any of them. By the turn after that, you should be able to get up to
third place. Getting into first or second after that wont be easy. You can't
afford to screw up at all and it will take a long time to catch up to the other
cars. It might not be until somewhere around the first checkpoint when you can
catch up to the second place car, and will be even longer to catch up to the
one in first.

-----------------------
Race 12: Cone Challenge
-----------------------
Tier 8
City: Sydney
Track: The Wharf
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race follows the trend of easy cone challenges in this series.
It's very easy to keep a combo going for the whole thing. The only trouble spot
is right at the beginning. There is a right turn, and then two cone gates. You
might have to start a small slide in between those two gates to keep a combo
going between them. Also, right around when you pass the first checkpoint, you
go onto the street that is divided in the middle. You can go on either side of
it, and both sides have the same number of cone gates. At the end of that
street, there is a long stretch where there is only the second checkpoint and
no gates until the end. You have to go fast here, but not as fast as you might
think at first.

--------------------
Race 13: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 8
City: Sydney
Track: The Rocks Route
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is actually very easy, especially compared to the last street
race you did. On expert, you can even get into first place on the first turn
with a little luck. That probably wont happen, but the turn that comes after
that is just as good to get into first place on. Even if you aren't in first
then, you have plenty of time to catch up. There are a lot of turns on this
track and it is very long, but this is one of the tracks where the others cars
don't take the turns very well and it is easy to pass them on those turns.

-----------------------
Race 14: Cone Challenge
-----------------------
Tier 9
City: Chicago
Track: East Kinzie Crossover
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This is the last cone challenge in the series, so it's also the last
one in Kudos World Series. Like the other ones in the series, it's actually
pretty easy. There is only one spot on it that is difficult, although that is a
big portion of the track. It is the area from the first checkpoint to the
second checkpoint. Right before the first checkpoint, there is a long gap
between a cone gate and the checkpoint. You have to be going fast to keep a
combo going between the two. You cross a bridge after that and then are on a
wide street. There are only two cone gates on this wide street, and they are
very far apart. You should probably make yourself slide after going through the
first one so that you can keep a combo going. After that, there is the bridge
with the divider in the middle. There are two cone gates on each side of the
divider, so it doesn't matter which side you take. There is a large gap between
that second gate and the second checkpoint. You have to be going fast to keep a
combo going between the two.

--------------------
Race 15: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 9
City: Chicago
Track: East On Wacker
Laps: 5
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: The other cars do get in your way a bit at the beginning of this race,
but it still isn't a very hard race. Not as easy as the last street race, but
still not all that hard. As usual, the key to getting in first place is on the
first two or three turns, especially the first two (Which are right next to
each other). The hardest part of this race is getting through those turns
without the other cars hitting you. If you can, you should be able to get into
first place on hard after them and somewhere around second on expert. Then you
can use the straightaway that follows and the turn after it to get into first.
Once you are in first, the other cars wont be very far behind you. That isn't a
big deal, since there aren't that many turns on this track and then ones that
are aren't very easy to screw up on.

---------------------
Race 16: Speed Camera
---------------------
Tier 10
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Speed Camera Track 2
Laps: N/A
Weather: Sunny
Advice: The turns on this speed camera track are a pain. Both of them are the
turns where you have to go around a statue in the middle of an intersection. On
the first one, you only have to go around it to the right. On the second one,
you have to go around it on the right and then make a left turn. It isn't easy
to get a good speed on this track because of that second one. You will have to
practice getting through it with a high speed to beat this race on expert.

--------------------
Race 17: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 11
City: Barcelona
Track: Catalan Challenge
Laps: 5
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This race is much harder than the last few street races. There really
is no good place to pass the other cars at the beginning of the race. You can
pass a few of them on the first turn, but the turns after that are no good. You
will end up having to try to catch up to any cars in front of you and then pass
them. Of course, that isn't easy to do, since you wont be able to make any
mistakes if you want to catch up to them.

--------------------
Race 18: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 12
City: Edinburgh
Track: Grassmarket West
Laps: 6
Weather: Clear (Night)
Advice: This race is much harder than the last few street races. Getting into
first place isn't that hard, but keeping it is. On hard, you will be able to
get into first place on the third turn. On expert, you should be able to get
into second in that turn. After that, you can pass the other car on one of the
next turns. Once in first, you wont be able to make any mistakes at all. If you
do, you will be passed by a few of the other cars, and you might not be able to
catch up to them again.

--------------------
Race 19: Street Race
--------------------
Tier 13
City: Nurburgring
Track: Nordschleife 1
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Advice: This is it, the last race of Kudos World Series. You will finally get
to race on the whole Nurburgring track in this race. The track is very long and
it is easy to screw up somewhere along one of the two laps you have to do on
it. Because of that, I recommend you try this race on medium the first time. It
is very easy to win on medium, because the other cars will be very slow. They
are so slow, I was more than a full minute ahead of them when I beat the race
for the first time, on medium. Doing it on medium the first time lets you get a
feel for the whole track without having to worry about losing the race if you
just make a small mistake, such as ending up in the dirt after taking a turn
with too much speed. On hard and expert, it takes a long time to get into first
or second place. Don't expect to right off the bat. You will have to speed a
lot of time catching up to the cars in front.

===============================================================================
                               3. Arcade Mode
===============================================================================

Arcade Mode is very different than Kudos World Series. Arcade Mode has a total
of 60 races in three different types of races; Street Race, Timed Run and Cone
Challenge. There are a total of 20 of each of them. When you select Arcade
Mode, you can choose which of these types of races you want to do. In each race
type, the 20 races are divided into five tiers of four races. You have to beat
the first four to unlock the next four, and so on. In this mode, there are no
car classes at all. You do each race in a specific car that you do not get to
select. Under each race, I list which car you use for that race.

**************************************
3.1 - Street Race
**************************************

Since the car classes don't apply to Arcade Mode, you wont always be racing
against cars in the same car class as you. Sometime that will be to your
advantage, but most of the time it wont and you will end up against cars that
are much faster than yours. Still, overall these races tend to actually be
easier than the Street Races in Kudos World Series mode.

------
Race 1
------
City: Hong Kong
Track: The Convention Centres
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Chevrolet Camaro SS
Advice: The other cars can get in your way on the first turn in this race. In
order to beat this race on expert, you want to get by them without them slowing
you down. If they slow you down too much, the first place car will probably get
too far ahead of you to ever pass. If you can get past them without slowing
down, it might take awhile to get into first, maybe even the whole first lap.
Getting into second is easier, you can do it on the second turn if you did well
and didn't get blocked by the other cars in the first one.

------
Race 2
------
City: Yokohama
Track: Honcho dori
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Ford SVT Mustang Cobra
Advice: Don't expect to be able to get into first or second place right away in
this race. The first and second place cars will get a big lead on you at the
beginning of the race, and it takes a long time to pass either of them. You
probably wont even be able to pass them until you are on the third and final
lap. In order to be able to pass them, you will have to get good at the turns
on this track, since those first two cars don't take them very well. If you can
take the turns much better, you will be able to pass them easily.

------
Race 3
------
City: Chicago
Track: East Kinzie Crossover
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Honda NSX Type-R
Advice: This race is much harder than the last two. That is because the other
cars will be a real nuisance on the first turn. When taking that turn, stay to
the inside no matter what to avoid them. If you are playing on hard, you can
get into second place some time around the middle of the first lap provided
that the other cars didn't slow you down a lot in the first turn. On expert,
the first three cars will stay close together and you might not be able to
catch up to them until some time in the second lap. Once you have caught up to
them, you can start passing your way to first.

------
Race 4
------
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Capitol Thrill
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Nissan Skyline GT-R
Advice: Some of the other cars in this race will really outclass the one that
you are in. You will have to get an early lead on them if you want to have the
slightest chance at winning. Of course, those cars are the ones that end up in
first and second place. The first chance to get into second place should come
around the second or third turn. You should be close enough to pass the car in
second as it turns. After that, you still have to catch up to the one in first
place if you are racing on expert. If you got through the beginning of the race
as fast as possible, you can catch up around the turns near the first
checkpoint. If you don't catch up there, you have to catch up on one of the
next few turns, otherwise the car in first will get too far ahead of you. Once
you are in first (Or second) the car behind you probably will be close enough
to try to pass you on some straightaway. You have to try to block that other
car and pass it on turns if it gets in front of you.

------
Race 5
------
City: Barcelona
Track: Catalan Challenge
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Honda S2000
Advice: Another race where the other cars will get in your way on the first
turn. You probably wont be able to pass any more than two of them on this turn.
Then, you should be able to pass another one of the cars on the street that
follows the turn. Passing the first and second place cars takes longer. On
hard, you should be able to get past them at the end of the long straightaway
that the first checkpoint is on. On expert, it will take a bit longer to catch
up to them and pass them, probably not until you are around the second
checkpoint.

------
Race 6
------
City: Sydney
Track: Hickson Run
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe
Advice: Like in the last race, it takes awhile to get into first place in this
one. You can pass a couple of cars on the street you start on, but you wont be
able to pass any more of them on the next street, which is very long. There are
two turns that come after that street, and then the first checkpoint. Those
turns are where you can pass most of the rest of the cars. By the time you get
to the checkpoint, you should be in second. Once in second, it takes much
longer to get into first. You won't be able to pass the car in first until you
are closer to the end of the first lap.

------
Race 7
------
City: Yokohama
Track: Kishamichi
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Ferrari 275 GTB
Advice: In this race, you can get into first place right away, even on expert.
The race starts on a very long straightaway, and by the time you get to the end
of it, you can pass all of the other cars. You can also use the turn at the end
of it (A very sharp right) to get a lead on them. One of the other cars will
have a higher top speed than you, and it will probably get very close to you on
some of the longer streets on this track. You'll have to avoid that by blocking
that car as much as possible.

------
Race 8
------
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Capitol Thrill 2
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Ferrari Dino 246 GT
Advice: You have to get into first place very quickly in this race, otherwise
the car in first will get too far ahead of you to ever pass. There are a few
gentle turns at the start and some of the other cars will get in your way as
you go though the turns. Avoid the cars and pass as many as you can. By the
time you are through the first sharper turn, you should be in third place or if
you're lucky, second. Then on the next turn or shortly after it, you should
pass the next car. Now you will probably be in second. You have to pass the
first place car on one of the next turns, otherwise it will end up getting far
ahead of you.

------
Race 9
------
City: Hong Kong
Track: Harbour Run
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Vauxhall VX220 Turbo
Advice: On hard, you can get into first or second place fairly quickly in this
race. After the first turn, you should be right behind the first two cars. They
will probably get further ahead of you after the next turn, but then you can
pass them by the time that you are around the first checkpoint. It takes a lot
longer to get into first place on expert. After the first turn, the first three
cars will probably be in front of you. They will stay together and you probably
wont get a chance to pass any of them until you are well past the first
checkpoint. You might not even be able to get into first on the first lap.

-------
Race 10
-------
City: Chicago
Track: River Crossing
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Lotus 340R
Advice: The track that this race takes place on is one of the longer ones in
the game, so this race is pretty long. Even though it may be a long race, it is
also an easy race. Even on expert, you are able to pass all of the other cars
and get into first right after the first turn. Of course, you still will have
to stay in first after that. The other cars wont be very far behind you for the
whole race, so you can't afford to make any mistakes. It doesn't help that
it's especially easy to make them on this track.

-------
Race 11
-------
City: Moscow
Track: Lenin
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Porsche Cayenne Turbo
Advice: It is very easy to get into first place in this race (You can easily
get into it after the first turn), but that actually isn't all that important.
The important thing is to be able to keep yourself in first place. Some of the
other cars in this race are must faster than the one you are in, so they will
pass you if you get the chance. Constantly block whatever car is behind you and
don't let it pass you no matter what. If the other cars start to pass you, it
is very unlikely that you will be able to get in front of them again. If you
have to, hit them on turns and cause them to spin out.

-------
Race 12
-------
City: Florence
Track: Arno
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Ford Mustang Fastback 2+2
Advice: This race is much easier than the last one, this time you are in a car
that can actually keep up with the others. You can also pass all of the other
cars while on the first turn, like in the last race and even the one before
that. Although, it isn't easy to do that and it might take a little longer, so
don't worry if you aren't in first after the first turn or two.

-------
Race 13
-------
City: Yokohama
Track: Sakuragicho
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Porsche 911 GT3
Advice: Like the last three races, you can get into first place very quickly in
this one. It is much harder in this race, though, because many of the other
cars get in your way. On the first turn, pass the other cars on the inside of
the turn and do whatever you can to avoid hitting them enough to slow you do a
lot. As long as you got through the turn without the other cars causing you to
slow down much, you should be in second place as you get out of the turn. Then
you can pass the other car in front of you on the next turn.

-------
Race 14
-------
City: Florence
Track: Piazza della Repubblica
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Volkswagen New Beetle RSi
Advice: This race is different than the last few, since it takes a long time to
get into first in this one. At the beginning of it, there are the two gentle
left turns that come in a row, and they aren't the best place to pass the other
cars. After them is the first sharp turn, which is good for passing the other
cars. You can get up to second place on this turn. After that, it will take a
lot longer to get into first. You probably wont be able to pass the first place
car until you are around the end of the first lap.

-------
Race 15
-------
City: Barcelona
Track: Place de Jaume
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Ferrari F40
Advice: You can get in front of the other cars much faster in this race than in
the last one. After the first turn, you should be in second. You can then pass
the first place car on the street after that or the turn at the end of it. It
is easy to go too slow to catch up to it on that street though, because there
are some gentle turns in the middle of it to go around something in an
intersection and you don't want to go too fast through those turns. Other than
that, this race isn't very difficult.

-------
Race 16
-------
City: Sydney
Track: Downtown Short
Laps: 3
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Caterham 7 Classic
Advice: In order to be able to get into first place on this race, you will have
to take the first turn, which is a sharp left, nearly perfectly. Otherwise, the
car in first will get too far ahead of you for you to be able to pass. If you
can get through that turn nearly perfectly, you should be in third once you are
through it and should be right behind the first two cars. If you are close
enough you can pass them on the street that you are now on. Otherwise, you can
pass them at the left turn at the end of this street.

-------
Race 17
-------
City: Florence
Track: Battistero 2
Laps: 5
Weather: Sunny
Car: TVR Tuscan Speed 6
Advice: Now the races will start to be much harder. If you don't pass the first
two cars quickly and they get too far ahead of you, you will not be able to
pass them again. At the start of the race, the other cars will probably get in
your way, so you wont be able to pass very many of them on the first turn.
Instead, you will have to pass them on the next street and the turn after it.
By then, you should be in third place. The first two cars should be close
together, but far ahead of you. You wont get close enough to pass them for
awhile. Probably not until you are near the end of the first lap.

-------
Race 18
-------
City: Washington D.C.
Track: The Tour
Laps: 5
Weather: Sunny
Car: Corvette Sting Ray
Advice: This race is really long, so you don't want to be extra careful near
the end so that you don't mess up and have to do it all over again. As long as
the other cars don't hold you up on the first few turns, it should be easy to
get into first place by the end of the race. Even if you aren't very close to
the first place car after the first few turns, you can catch up later in the
race. Once you are in first place, the cars in second and third wont be very
far behind you, so you have to be careful not to hit something and give them
the chance to pass you.

-------
Race 19
-------
City: Hong Kong
Track: Cotton Tree Drive
Laps: 5
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: TVR Tamora
Advice: Another long race, but not nearly as long as the last one. It's also a
bit harder to get into first place in this race. If you don't get into first
near the start of the race, you might never catch up to it. This race is also
made more difficult because many of the streets are narrow and there are a lot
of turns on those streets, making it easy to crash. One of the narrow areas is
right at the beginning of the race, where there is a right turn on a freeway
not too far away from the starting line. You have to squeeze past the others
cars right here. Once you are out of the turn, you should be in second place.
Right now, the first place car will be kind of far ahead of you. Now you will
have to do whatever you can to catch up to it, which isn't easy, since you have
to go as fast as possible without hitting anything.

-------
Race 20
-------
City: Edinburgh
Track: Castle Eight
Laps: 5
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Enzo Ferrari
Advice: This race is another one of the long ones. Unlike in the last one, you
can still catch up to the car in first late in the race. You can easily pass
all of the other cars by the first turn, and then you can pass that first place
car whenever. Unless you really screw up, it should never be very far in front
of you. Just watch out for the cars behind you, as well. They also wont be very
far from you, so it doesn't take much for them to get in front of you.

3.2 - Timed Run
**************************************

These timed runs are mostly much harder than the ones in Kudos World Series. On
most of them, it is nearly as hard to beat them on hard as it is on expert. If
you don't really care about what medals you get, it would probably be for the
best to go through all of them on medium.

------
Race 1
------
City: Stockholm
Track: Gamla Stan Loop
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: Vauxhall VX 220
Advice: This isn't an incredibly difficult race, but it isn't easy, either. In
order to beat it on hard, you will have to race very well. That means you can't
afford to run into any walls or anything.

------
Race 2
------
City: Hong Kong
Track: Wan Chai Run
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: Honda Integra Type-R
Advice: This race is a bit easier than the last one, but not by much. Though,
there is a turn on this track that is very easy to screw up on. The street that
the second checkpoint is on is very narrow and the turn onto it is sharp. You
may have to practice braking enough for that turn. If you go too fast and hit
the wall, it will probably slow you down to much for you to still beat the race
on the higher difficulty levels.

------
Race 3
------
City: Chicago
Track: The Miracle Mile
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: Pontiac GTO
Advice: This race is much harder than the last two. In order to beat it on
hard, you will have to race practically perfectly. You will only have to do
slightly better to beat it on expert. The first time you do this race, you
might want to do it on medium and then maybe come back later to do it on a
harder difficulty.

------
Race 4
------
City: Barcelona
Track: Passeig de Colom
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: Nissan 350Z
Advice: This race is just about as hard as the last one. Again, you will have
to race nearly perfectly to beat it on hard. Like in the last race, beating it
on medium now and then coming back and doing it on a harder difficulty later
can be a good idea.

------
Race 5
------
City: Florence
Track: Dumo 1
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4
Advice: Like the last races, you have to race nearly perfectly to even beat it
on hard. Again, you might just want to beat this race on medium at first and
come back later, but of course you could practice on it and beat it on hard or
expert right away.

------
Race 6
------
City: Edinburgh
Track: Terrace Sprint
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Porsche 959
Advice: Another race that isn't easy to beat on hard. This race can be
especially difficult because on hard (And of course, expert) you wont be able
to afford to hit anything or make mistakes. There are a lot of gentle turns and
narrow streets on this track, so avoiding that isn't very easy.

------
Race 7
------
City: Moscow
Track: Kremlin 1
Laps: 4
Weather: Sunny
Car: Lotus Exige
Advice: Surprisingly, this race isn't as hard as the last few. Beating this one
on hard is much easier than it was in the last ones, and you even have enough
time to beat it on hard that you afford to make a small mistake and still win.
The ease of this race is probably due to the track, which doesn't have many
turns on it and is mostly straight.

------
Race 8
------
City: Yokohama
Track: Shinko Park
Laps: 4
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Morgan Aero 8
Advice: Like the last race, this one is also a bit easier than the past few
others. You can still beat it on hard even if you hit a barrier once or twice.
Of course, expert is much harder and you wont be able to afford to hit anything
then.

------
Race 9
------
City: Barcelona
Track: Barri Gotic
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: Ferrari 355 F1
Advice: This race isn't as easy as the past two were. This is one of the races
were you will have to race nearly perfectly just to beat it on hard and even
better to beat it on expert. Like in all races like that, you can't afford to
make even the smallest mistake.

-------
Race 10
-------
City: Hong Kong
Track: The Convention Centres
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: AC 427 MKIII
Advice: This race is also difficult, but not as much as the last one. That is
mostly because the track that this race takes place on is shorter and has less
turns, meaning there aren't as many places to screw up. As with all of the
other difficult races here, you can't afford to screw up at all if you want to
beat it on hard, which only gives you one and a half seconds more to beat it
than expert does.

-------
Race 11
-------
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Capitol Thrill
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: Chevrolet Camaro Z28
Advice: Unlike in the last race, this one is very long and has a lot of turns
in it. That makes this race even harder than the last one. It'll probably take
a lot of practice for you to beat this race on hard and especially on expert.

-------
Race 12
-------
City: Sydney
Track: Argyle Street
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: Saleen S7
Advice: For some reason, the track that this race takes place on is only used
in this race, and not in Kudos World Series at all. You will be using one of
the Ultimate cars in this race, so you have to get used to how much faster it
is than the other cars you've used in these timed runs so far. It is very easy
to not brake nearly enough for a turn and go flying into a barrier. As with the
last few races, this one is very difficult to beat, even on hard, so you will
probably have to practice on it a few times and will not be able to make any
mistakes on it.

-------
Race 13
-------
City: Moscow
Track: St Basil's Circle
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Ferrari 575M Maranello
Advice: This is another one of the races that is very hard to beat on just the
hard difficulty. You don't even get much more time to beat it on medium than on
hard, so even beating it on medium is a bit difficult. The most important thing
to do in this race to beat it on the higher difficulties is to get through the
first big turn as quickly as possible. If you start to slide and lose speed in
it, you will waste valuable time. You will have to practice taking it for
awhile if you ever want to beat this race on hard or especially on expert.

-------
Race 14
-------
City: Sydney
Track: The Wharf
Laps: 2
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Mazda Miata MX-5
Advice: Finally, another easy race. As long as you don't crash, it is very easy
to beat this race on hard on your first try. Even beating it on expert isn't
all that hard. The only thing that can really stop you from doing well in this
race is the turn right before the first checkpoint. It's kind of hard to judge
how much you have to brake to take it, so it is easy to either go too fast or
too slow for it.

-------
Race 15
-------
City: Hong Kong
Track: Admiralty
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: BMW M3
Advice: The track that this race takes place on is long and has a lot of turns
in it. By now you should know that that makes the race a bit harder, since it
is easier to screw up with all of those turns. In order to beat the race on
hard, you wont be able to screw up at all, which of course isn't easy because
of all of the aforementioned turns. On top of that, you still have to take a
good line through all of those turns to save time, like you have to in any of
these races if you want to beat it on hard.

-------
Race 16
-------
City: Edinburgh
Track: Princess Street Long
Laps: 2
Weather: Sunny
Car: Audi RS6
Advice: This race is actually on the easy side; beating it on hard isn't
almost as difficult as beating it on hard, although, as usual, you still can't
afford to crash at all. The only part of this race that is somewhat difficult
is the part right before the second checkpoint. There are a lot of turns there
that are very close together. Still, not a single one of those turns is
particularly difficult.

-------
Race 17
-------
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Square Dancin'
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Ascari KZ1
Advice: At first, it might seem like it would be easy to beat this race on
hard, but if you play through it on hard once and you will probably see that it
isn't. It is easy to be mere feet from the finish line when you run out of time
on hard. You'll have to practice taking the best line through turns to beat
this race on hard.

-------
Race 18
-------
City: Yokohama
Track: Honcho dori
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Ferrari Challenge Stradale
Advice: Even though this race takes place on the track that is four
straightaways connected by four turns, it is actually kind of hard. You only
get around one more second to beat it on hard than you do on expert. Because of
that, you have to drive nearly as well as you would on expert to beat it on
hard. That means that you have to pretty much take all of the turns perfectly
and hope you don't lose any speed on them that you don't have to.

-------
Race 19
-------
City: Chicago
Track: River Crossing
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Mazda RX-7
Advice: This is one of the hardest timed runs in the game. It takes place on a
long track with lots of turns in it, and you have to do three laps on this
track. As you can imagine, it is very easy to make mistakes on some of those
turns. That isn't something you will be able to do at all if you want to beat
this race on expert or hard. Of course, if you spend nearly six minutes on this
race only to lose due to you rubbing against a wall near the beginning will be
very annoying. Even on medium, you can't afford to make many mistakes.

-------
Race 20
-------
City: Florence
Track: Battistero 2
Laps: 3
Weather: Sunny
Car: Porsche 911 GT2
Advice: This race is nearly as hard as the last one. The track is also very
long, and it has a lot of turns on it. Some of the streets here are also
narrow. Although, even with all of that, it seems to be a bit easier to avoid
crashing on this track. Like in the last race, you can't afford to crash at all
if you want to beat this race on hard or expert. Even beating this race on
medium will be a bit difficult. You might not be able to beat it on medium on
your first try (If you try to beat it on medium, that is), and you certainly
wont be able to beat it on hard or expert without practicing a bit first.

**************************************
3.3 - Cone Challenge
**************************************

These cone challenges aren't that different than the ones in Kudos World
Series. Actually, many of them are on the same track with the same cone setup
as cone challenges in Kudos World Series. Anyway, you still have to have a
combo going for the entire race most of the time to beat these on expert, and
you usually need to have one big combo going for most of the race or many big
ones going for most of the race to beat them on hard.

------
Race 1
------
City: Sydney
Track: Under the Bridge
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: Renault Spider
Advice: This is exactly the same race as the cone challenge in the first series
of Kudos World Series mode. Same track, cones in the same positions. The only
thing that is different is the car, the one you use in this race is from a
different class.

------
Race 2
------
City: Yokohama
Track: Sakuragicho
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: Toyota MR2 Spyder
Advice: This race is also the same as one in Kudos World Series, although this
time there is only one lap around the track. It is also a bit easier than the
one in Kudos World Series and easier than the last race, as well. Keeping a
combo going around the whole track is much easier. Just make sure to slide
around all of the turns, there cone gates around them aren't usually very close
to the turn itself.

------
Race 3
------
City: Barcelona
Track: Catedral
Laps: 1
Weather: Rain
Car: Renault Clio V6
Advice: This time you will race on a track that you haven't done in cone
challenge before. It's also easy to keep a combo going through this track. You
don't have to slide through the big turn at the start of it, but you can if you
want to get some extra kudos. Though after that, you should slide through the
turns, since the cone gates around them are a bit far apart.

------
Race 4
------
City: Stockholm
Track: Northern 2
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: Lotus Elise
Advice: Another race that has already been done in Kudos World Series. A lot of
the cone gates in this race are far apart, so you have to be fast to keep a
combo going. There are also some narrow streets with sharp turns in them in
this race. The sharp turns are the three turns that come right before the
second checkpoint, and they are on the narrow streets. The first turn is
perhaps the hardest, because it comes at the end of a long straightaway and it
is easy to not brake enough for it. Not too long after that turn, there are the
other two sharp turns. The first one is a left turn, and it is immediately
followed by the second one, which is a right.

------
Race 5
------
City: Barcelona
Track: Uffizi
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Lancia Delta Integrale Evo
Advice: The cone gates on this track are far apart in many places, and the car
you use in this race isn't exactly the fastest. That obviously makes this race
rather difficult. Thankfully, the amount of kudos you need to beat this race on
hard is kind of low. You can beat it on expert even if your combo ends many
times, you just have to get one or two that are pretty big.

------
Race 6
------
City: Barcelona
Track: Las Ramblas
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Toyota Supra Twin-Turbo
Advice: There are more places on this track where the cone gates are far apart
than there were on the last one, in fact, the cone gates on this one are almost
always far apart. At least the streets are mostly straightaways on this one and
you get a faster car as well. That doesn't mean that this race is easier. In
order to get enough kudos to beat it on hard, you will have to have a combo
that goes for at least almost the entire lap. In order to beat it on expert,
you will have to slide through all of the turns to increase your combo bonus
enough to reach the number of kudos you need to beat it on that difficulty.

------
Race 7
------
City: Sydney
Track: The Wharf
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Audi TT 32 Quattro
Advice: This is another cone challenge that is from Kudos World Series. At
least this one is much easier than the last two. For the most part, it is very
easy to keep a combo going for the whole race. Though you will have to slide
through the second turn to keep it going, and probably the first turn as well.
Also, between the two checkpoints is the street that is divided in the middle.
Each side of the divider has the same amount of gates, so it doesn't matter
which side you take. Because it is so easy to keep a combo going through the
whole race, you will have to do more than that to beat this race on expert. You
will have to slide through any turns you can to boost your combo bonus.

------
Race 8
------
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Ring Race
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: BMW Z4 3.0i
Advice: This race is a lot harder than the last few. A lot of the cone gates
are far apart, especially between the two checkpoints, and many of the streets
on this track are narrow. In order to keep a combo going for awhile, you will
have to drive fast on the straighter streets and slide around most of the
turns. If you want to beat this race on hard, you have to have a few big combos
going for most of the race, you wont get enough kudos if you don't keep your
combos going very long and only get kudos from a lot of small ones.

------
Race 9
------
City: Chicago
Track: East Kinzie Crossover
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: Pontiac Trans Am
Advice: This is yet another race that is also in Kudos World Series. The car
that you do this race with is a bit difficult to control at first, so you will
probably have to practice with it a little before you get the hang of it. In
addition to that, the race itself isn't very easy. In order to beat it on hard,
you will have to keep a combo going for nearly the entire race. It might be
better to just try to beat it on expert instead. Also, the cone gates are very
far apart on nearly half of the track, from the area around the first
checkpoint to the area around the second. It's easy to get past all of the
gates around the first checkpoint without your combo ending, but it gets much
harder after you make a right turn. This right turn is onto a street that only
has two gates on it, and they are very far apart. You will have to start
sliding somewhere between them to keep a combo going. After that, there is a
right turn that goes onto the street that crosses the divided bridge (Each side
of it has two cone gates) and also goes past the second checkpoint. The cone
gates are also very apart here, and you will probably have to slide a lot on
this street to keep a combo going.

-------
Race 10
-------
City: Washington D.C.
Track: Up and Over
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: AC 427 MKIII
Advice: The cone gates on this race are far apart for pretty much the entire
race, though you wont have to resort to sliding between them like on the last
race. It's not that hard to get enough speed to get between them as fast as you
have to to keep a combo going. You will have to have a combo going for most of
this race to beat it on hard, but it isn't nearly as hard to do that as it was
on the last race. The amount of kudos required to beat this race on expert is a
bit high, so you will probably have to end up sliding around all of the turns
to boost your combo bonus.

-------
Race 11
-------
City: Yokohama
Track: Downtown
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: Toyota 2000GT
Advice: Yet another cone challenge that has also been done in Kudos World
Series. It is also another race where all of the gates are far apart. You
probably will have to end up making yourself slide to keep a combo going
between some of those. You also have to have a combo going for most of the race
to beat it on hard, making things even harder for you. Don't expect to be able
to beat this race right away.

-------
Race 12
-------
City: Hong Kong
Track: The Waterfront
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: Nissan 240Z
Advice: This race is a lot like the last one, except this is the only time in
the whole game that you race on this track. The gates are far apart and you
have to keep a combo going for most of the race. There aren't as many turns in
it, though, and it is much shorter at least.

-------
Race 13
-------
City: Chicago
Track: East On Wacker
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: Bentley Continental GT
Advice: This is another race where most of the cone gates are very far apart.
At the start of the race they aren't, but once you are past the first
checkpoint, they are. They are especially far apart around the second
checkpoint, where you will probably have to start sliding if you want to keep a
combo going. Thankfully, on hard you don't have to have a combo going for that
long. As long as you get one big one for around the first half of the race, you
can still get enough kudos by doing a few smaller ones.

-------
Race 14
-------
City: Florence
Track: Arno 2
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Volkswagen R32
Advice: You shouldn't be surprised to hear that this is another race that was
also done in Kudos World Series. This time, you'll be doing it in a slightly
slower car. Most of this race isn't as hard as the last few. It's only hard to
keep a combo going at one spot in the middle and near the end. In the middle,
you will pass the first checkpoint and be on the very long street that ends
with the gentle right turn and then the sharp left turn. In the middle of that
street, the cone gates are a bit far apart, so you have to go very fast to keep
a combo going between them. It is also hard to keep a combo going on the turn
at the end of that street. You have to slide through the left part of that turn
and make the slide last long enough to get you to the next cone gate. Over at
the end of the track, there is the street that starts to turn to the left near
the middle of it and then makes a right turn onto the last street at the very
end. On the part that turns left, the cones are kind of far apart, so you can't
take it too slowly, but if you take this turn too fast, you will end up hitting
the barrier.

-------
Race 15
-------
City: Edinburgh
Track: Lothian Road Eight Long
Laps: 1
Weather: Clear (Night)
Car: Porsche Cayenne Turbo
Advice: The track that this race takes place on is very long, and it has a lot
of turns and narrow streets in it. That makes it much more difficult, even
though the cone gates aren't very far apart, except around the first
checkpoint, where you will have to slide to keep a combo going. To beat this
race on hard, you will have to have one very big combo that lasts for most of
the race. The hardest part about doing that is that it is very easy to either
hit a barrier somewhere or hit a cone. It'll be easier to do once you go
through the race a few times to learn where all of the turns and cone gates
are.

-------
Race 16
-------
City: Moscow
Track: Lenin
Laps: 1
Weather: Sunny
Car: Morgan Aero 8
Advice: Yet another race that has already been done in Kudos World Series. Most
of the cone gates on this track are far apart, but that doesn't matter very
much since you get to use a fast car for this race and all of the streets on
this track are straight. You just have to slide through all of the turns and
makes your slide last for awhile, because on most of the turns, the next gate
is a bit far away from the turn. Other than that, it is very easy to keep a
combo going for the whole race. Due to it being so easy to keep a combo going,
you wont be able to beat this race on hard by just keeping a combo going for
the whole race. You will have to do a few extra slides somewhere to boost up
your kudos bonus.

-------
Race 17
-------
City: Moscow
Track: Red Square 2
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Car: Jaguar XJ220
Advice: The rain in this race is the biggest problem. It makes it very easy to
end up sliding just a little bit and have that slide end with you hitting a
barrier or a cone. Otherwise, the race is pretty easy. The cone gates are far
apart in places, but it is easy to get between them with the car that you are
in. In fact, it is easy to keep a combo going for the whole race. The hardest
part is right before the second checkpoint. There is a large gap between that
checkpoint and the cone gate that comes before it. You will probably have to
start a slide to keep a combo going there. As long as you can keep a combo
going from the starting line to that area by the second checkpoint on both
laps, you can easily beat this race on hard.

-------
Race 18
-------
City: Stockholm
Track: Round the Riksdagshuset
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Car: Lancia Stratos
Advice: This is another cone challenge in Stockholm that takes you through the
three sharp turns on narrow streets in a row. As usual, the first one is the
right turn at the end of the straightaway, and the other two (The first is a
left and the second is a right) come right after it. Overall, it is mostly
easy to keep a combo going for most of this race. The cone gates do get far
apart after the checkpoint, though. The hardest place to keep a combo going is
right after the first lap. There is a very large gap between the start/finish
line and the first cone gates, so you either have to be going very fast or you
have to start a slide to keep a combo going through there. You don't have to
worry about that on hard, you can pass it just by having one combo on each lap
that lasts most of the lap. Like in the last race, the rain makes it easy to
run into a cone or a barrier, so be careful.

-------
Race 19
-------
City: Hong Kong
Track: Harcourt Challenge
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Car: Dodge Viper SRT-10
Advice: The rain is especially annoying in this race. A lot of the streets in
this race are narrow and so are some of the turns, so you can imagine how easy
it is to hit something. There are also many places where the cones are far
apart. At least in hard, you don't have to have combos that go for most of the
race. Just as long as in each lap you have two very big ones that last most of
the lap, you can win. That is as long as you don't hit anything and lose the
combo bonus, of course.

-------
Race 20
-------
City: Edinburgh
Track: Lothian Road Eight
Laps: 2
Weather: Rain
Car: Ford GT40
Advice: How nice, a cone challenge in the rain on a track that has a lot of
streets that make a lot of turns. Also, many of those cone gates are kind of
far apart and you need a lot of kudos to even beat this race on hard. You'll
have to get a very big combo that lasts most of the race to be able to beat it
on hard. Based on the track, that obviously isn't easy. Lots of skill and some
luck are needed for this race.

===============================================================================

This is a listing of all of the cars in the games, with their stats as they are
in the game (From 1-10) as well as their cost in Kudos Tokens. For cars that
say N/A next to cost, no Kudos Tokens are needed to use them, they are open by
default. There are also five other cars with N/A next to the cost. You get
these by beating Kudos World Series with certain medals. For those, I include
what medals you have to have to get those cars.

                        6. Multiplayer & Time Attack
===============================================================================

-----------
Multiplayer
-----------
You can play multiplayer in three ways in this game. There is the standard
split screen multiplayer, system link multiplayer and multiplayer on Xbox Live.
They are mostly all the same in the way they work. When you create a
multiplayer game, you can pick a track out of any of the tracks you have raced
on, pick the number of laps (On Live, you can only do this if you turn
collisions off) and change the weather and whether or not it is day or night.
Then come the car select. On Live, you can restrict the cars to certain classes
only. Once the cars have been selected, the race can begin.

-----------
Time Attack
-----------
There are two different types of races in Time Attack mode. Circuit Challenges
and Car Challenges. Circuit Challenges let you race on any track that you have
previously raced on with any car that you have. Car Challenges have you pick a
car and then you race on a specific track for that car. There isn't really much
of a point to either of these Time Attack Modes. You don't get kudos or
anything else for completing them. The only purpose is if you like time trials,
really.

                              7. Geometry Wars
===============================================================================

Geometry Wars is a mini-game that is hidden within the Garage. While in the
garage, go into walk mode and go up to the arcade machine on one of the walls.
Press A when you are in front of it and you will start Geometry Wars. You can
press start to start the game or not press anything to see how to play the game
and then see top 100 high scores if you are signed into Xbox Live. You can see
your personal highest score at the top of the screen.

You can move with the left joystick, and you shoot with the right joystick. The
direction that you push the right joystick to is the direction that you will
shoot. At any time, you can press B to pause the game and then use A to quit
from there.

The goal of this game is to make your spaceship (The little white object that
starts in the screen) live as long as possible and get as many points as
possible. You get points by shooting the objects that come at you. If one of
them runs into you, you lose a life. The amount of lives you have left is shown
at the top of the screen.

There are five types of objects that you have to shoot:
Blue squares: These squares will only slowly move towards you and are very easy
             to kill because of that.
Green squares: These squares will move around much more than blue ones and will
try to evade your shots, making them harder to kill.
Pink squares: Pink squares are like blue squares, except when you destroy one,
it will turn into two or three smaller squares that will head
towards you until you shoot them.
Red circles: These are perhaps the most dangerous of the objects you face. They
will eventually start to pull in everything on the screen
(Including you). The more objects these start to pull in, the
bigger they get. Shooting them reduces their size until they are
very small. Then you can destroy them by shooting. If they get big
enough, they will explode and send the last type of object at you.
Blue circles: These are very small and only show up when a red circle gets big
enough to explode. They move very fast at first, so it is best to
just destroy the red circle before it can explode.

Every 2,500 points you get will earn you a weapon powerup (More on these after
this). Every 20,000 points you get will get you an extra live and every 25,000
points gets you another bomb.

There are a few different weapon powerups to get. At first, your normal weapon
wont fire very quickly and only fires in a straight line. The powerups that
you can get can make your rate of fire increase, can make it so you fire more
than one shot at once and the shots expand to a kind of cone in front of you,
and another makes your shots curve away after you fire them so that they don't
go in a straight line. I am not sure if the type of object you destroy when you
pass each 2,500 point mark makes a difference in what powerup you get, of if
it's random.

Your shot isn't your only weapon. You also have bombs. You can use them by
pressing either the L trigger or the R trigger, and when used, they will
destroy every hostile object on the screen. The amount of bombs you have left
is shown at the top of the screen.
