~~HISTORY~~

Reptile is a green-garbed human-like creature. Reptile has
served many lords over the years he is alive due to the
fact he does not strive for power. He has an obsession with
finding the last remaining member of his race along with
freeing his homeworld from Outworld.

Reptile is sometimes thought to be thousands of years old
or maybe even older. It is known that Reptile's race once
resided on Earthrealm but left from it to Zaterra due to
a war between several gods.Once there they were attacked by
Shao Khan's forces as he invaded and annexed it into his own
empire. Most of the Zaterrans were killed in these battles.
Unlike others of this race who ended up being slaves, Reptile
was trained to be a servant of Shao Khan and Shang Tsung.

Reptile served Shanng Tsung many years before the first
Mortal Kombat tournament and stayed in hiding past it.
When Shao Khan invaded Edenia and lost, Reptile was captured
and held prisioner. He was tried for genocide and exiled to the
Netherrelam.

It was there he met the former Elder God Shinnok. Reptile then took
the opportunity and joined Shinnok's army as a commander in hope
that he could revive his race. Shinnok, however, lost in his battle
and Reptile fled back to Outworld to serve his former masters.

During this time Reptile begain to devolve, due to the fact he
had been seperated from other members of his race. During a battle
of Outworld and Edenia Reptile met the Vampire Nitara who told
him about his lost race and gave him a sword to prove it was true.

During the time of Deadly Alliance when Shao Khan was bieleved to
be dead, Reptile left to serve Nitara. He, however, did not know
that she was using him to free her world from Outworld. She
manipulated both Reptile and another, Cyrax. Reptile soon
realized this and went after Nitara but he arrived too late.
The portal was gone and both Cyrax and Nitara with it.

All that remained was a Dragon Egg, the Egg of the great
Dragon King, Onaga.Rays of light shoot out of this egg
and hit Reptile.His body was thentransformed into Onaga.
