i. Biography: [101]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Place of Origin: Outworld
Alignment: Neutral
Allies: None
Foes: Everyone
Species: Elemental
*From Wikipedia*
Blaze is an elemental of Outworld (not to be confused with the gods) that
embarked on a mysterious quest. The details of Blaze's quest are unknown to
date. As his name and appearance suggest, Blaze has some control over fire,
though the extent of his abilities remains a mystery. Making his first
chronological appearance in Mortal Kombat II, Blaze was visible only as a
burning figure in the Pit II background fighting a character fans have since
named Hornbuckle. Upon close inspection, this Blaze was little more than a
palette-swapped version of the Liu Kang character with flames covering his
upper body. Many years later, Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance featured Blaze as
one of its secret characters.
Game Appearances:
Mortal Kombat II, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, Mortal
Kombat: Unchained, Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, Mortal Kombat: Deception and
Mortal Kombat: Armageddon.
Unlocked by: Collecting 50 relics in Konquest mode.

ii. History [102]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mortal Kombat II
*From Wikipedia*
The mysterious Outworld elemental known only as Blaze had long been on a quest
throughout the realm. During his quest, an ancient sect of holy men still
serving the long dead Dragon King ambushed him on a bridge. The holy men
enslaved him through mystic incantations and forced him to protect the last
known Great Dragon Egg. For many years, he has remained submerged beneath the
molten rock of the egg's incubation chamber as its guardian.
However, during the course of Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, the chamber of
the egg was infiltrated by Cyrax, Nitara, and Reptile. Nitara used Cyrax to
reach the chamber, where she separated the vampire realm from Outworld before
leaving. Reptile, however, came seeking revenge and found only the dragon egg.
At this point, it hatched, sending the essence of Onaga into Reptile. Blaze was
finally freed once the dragon egg had hatched. In Mortal Kombat: Deception, it
was revealed that Blaze had another Quest in Konquest when you give him a
Memory Potion. He then resumed the quest he had undertaken before being subdued
by his captors.
At the 2006 Electronic Entertainment Expo, Blaze's in-game biography for the
upcoming Sony PSP port of Deception, entitled Mortal Kombat: Unchained, was
revealed. Having existed for millenia, his quest had been to monitor the
strength of the world's warriors. Blaze's creator (shown to be Taven's and
Daegon's mother in Armageddon's Konquest Mode) had foreseen that should they
become too powerful, they would threaten existence itself. It was thus Blaze's
role to call out, awakening Taven and Daegon once this time had arrived. One of
these two brothers has apparently awoken prematurely.
Mortal Kombat Armageddon Ending
While he was enslaved by Onaga's men, he was corrupted by the spell that kept
him bound to their wills. He then defeated Taven, Daegon, and all kombatants as
well as destroy reality, just as Delia had predicted.

iii. Notes [103]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+Arguably the strongest combatant
+Very powerful moves
-Slow
-Limited moves
-Tall
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
iv. Strategies [104]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Blaze doesn't have many moves, but he's exceptionally strong. The Steam Roller
should be you're main offense but don't be afraid to throw in some nice combos
like Molten Death or Third Scoop.

2. Movelist [200]
\-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=/
Moves will we listed with the combo needed to enter and then the name. Buttons
separated by commas are inserted after completing the first one and "+" mean
at the same time.
The Playstation 2 and the Xbox are the two systems that have this game so I
have to use a different key that encorporates both systems. There is a simple
key below, and you can expect Wii controls as it releases.
Yes, there is only one style for Blaze.

a. Specials [221]
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Throw...................TH
Blaze's throw is pretty average, it does about average damage. Use it if you
choose to.
Quake Slam..............D,D+2
I really don't like this move, it's sometimes hard to hit dead on and the
damage isn't that great.
Steam Roller............F,F+1
One of Blaze's best moves is the SR, this is quick so it's quite hard to block
and you can easily input it.
Charge Up...............U,U+2
His little heal move is another average charge and you should be careful when
using these because they cane easily get a free hit.
Melting Lava Teleport...D,F+1
Blaze's teleport is pretty nice and quite effective since Blaze mainly needs to
get close and just start clobbering away.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
b. Fatalities [222]
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Fatalities are different this TIME, you get to input your fatality. Here's what
you do! I haven't experienced with it much but I'm pretty sure when it's time
to FINISH HIM, you can chain things together with different moves. Experience
with all the moves to find some cool fatalities!
-Note-
I'm pretty sure Blaze can't do fatalities or be performed on either.
