|This FAQ will cover the solutions for all Trick, and Decoder boxes      |
|within Genma Onimusha. Some actually think the solutions are the same   |
|as the PS2 version. The fact is, you’re dead wrong. The combinations     |
|have indeed changed. I will also list the contents of each box, and it's|
|location.                                                               |

| 1. What are Trick/Decoder boxes? |

|                                                                         |
|Trick Boxes, are large chest's that are scattered throughout the world   |
|of Genma Onimusha. They require the player to re-arrange a series of     |
|numbered blocks, so that the numbers run in an ascending order. Decoder  |
|Boxes, are small chest's that require the player to input a series of    |
|correct phrases, in order to unlock the chest.                           |

|once, and finally the second square from the left again to unlock.      |

|Location: South Area. In front of a door locked with Thunder magic.      |
|Contents: Power Jewel                                                    |
|Question: Chant the name of a clan that has been subverted by the demons.|
|Answer: Enter the first word from the left, then the third word from the |
|left, and finally the sixth word from the left to unlock. This translate |
|to "The Clan of Ogres" which can be found in the seiryu files.           |

| 10. Decoder Box 2 |

|Location: South Area. In the cave before the first boss fight.           |
|Contents: Power Jewel                                                    |
|Question: Which is the equipment that was created by the clan of Ogres   |
|in order to destroy the demons?                                          |
|Answer: Enter the sixth word from the left, then the first word from the |
|left, and then the fourth word from the left to unlock. This translates  |
|to "The Gauntlet of Ogres" which can be found in the suzaka files.      |

| 11. Decoder Box 3 |

|Location: West Area. You will find this chest the first time you control |
|Kaede.                                                                   |
|Contents: Magic Jewel                                                    |
|Question: Which is a mysterious place where the clan of Ogres meet?      |
|Answer: Enter the fifth word from the left, then the seventh word from   |
|the left, and then the second word from the left to unlock. This         |
|translates to "The Chasm of Dimensions" which can be found in the byakko |
|files.                                                                   |

| 12. Decoder Box 4 |

|Location: East Area. In the boathouse, near a Magic Mirror.              |
|Contents: Magic Jewel                                                    |
|Question: Which is a container that can be used to fill the gauntlet     |
|with souls?                                                              |
|Answer: Enter the third word from the left, and then the sixth word from |
|the left to unlock. This translates to "Dragon Orb" which can be found   |
|in the genbu.                                                            |
