5. Assiociation

In this mode you get to be the team owner, GM, coach, and players.
You choose a team and try to get them to the championship.
In this mode, you can also do a fantasy draft and start from scratch.
You also get to control the off-season.

6. 24/7

In this mode you get to create a player and play streetball with the
pros based on the day and the time of day.
Your player starts off with all of his attributes at 50; you have to train him.
Everyime you beat a player, your attributes will go up.
You will also get the player's phone number and items.
You use the phone numbers for 2 vs. 2 challenges.

7. Street

In this you can play streetball.
The street modes are Full Court, Half Court, One-On-One, and 21
In Full Court and Half Court you can play 2-On-2 to 5-On-5
One-On-One is played on half court.
I don't get what 21 is so if anyone can describe it tell me

This is where you create your own shoe(hence the name Create-A-Shoe)
