More or less, the question is Why am I making this? Well, I want to jump into
the realm of character guides and I want to start off with something easy.
Something easy like Street Fighter II. And anyway, I'm still here to inform
so if you need Street Fighter II help, just look here.
Most Current Version was created on January 20, 1999.

Intro
+-----+
Ken and Ryu are the exact same in all aspects. They fight the same and have
the same moves. They are great fighters for beginners and experts since they
are very well rounded and can do a fair amount of damage in the right hands.
They can be easliy pounded though since their special moves can be easily
blocked and responded to.
+-------------+
Close Attacks
+-------------+
Back Roll - When close, push control pad in direction of opponent and press
Medium or Hard Kick.
Shoulder Throw - When close, push control pad in direction of opponent and
press Medium or Hard Punch.
+-------------+
Special Moves
+-------------+
Fireball - Start with control pad and down and roll it diagonally towards
your opponent and then end with pressing the direction your opponent is
and any Punch at the same time you press left or right. The more powerful the
Punch you use, the faster the fireball.
Dragon Punch - Start with control pad towards your opponent (right or left)
and then press down and the diagonal between your first direction and down
plus Punch. You must do this very quickly or the Dragon Punch will not work.
The more powerful the Punch you use, the higher the Dragon Punch reaches.
Hurricane Kick - Start with control pad at down and then roll it diagonally
away from your opponent and then end with pressing the direction the opponent
is away from and any Kick and the same time. The more powerful the Kick you
use, the faster and farther the Hurricane Kick goes.

Combos
+------+
#1 - Jump towards your opponent and knee him in the head (using Light Kick).
Hold down while going to the ground and when you are down, crouched, use
Light Kick twice to hit their feet and end with a Hard Kick to sweep them.
When up, they will be dizzy.
#2 - Jump towards your opponent and Hard Kick them in the head. When you land
Hard Kick them again to make them fall. Jump away if you feel you need time
to recover since this combo does not make them dizzy.
#3 - When opponent is against the wall blocking, go close to them and Light
Kick them when crouching. If they block or get hit, stand up immediately and
press Forward and Hard Punch to Shoulder Throw them. It is hard to escape
from if your opponent cannot counter it.
#4 - This combo is best used when opponent is dizzy. Go close to them and
press Light Punch them and then crouch and Light Punch. While still crouched,
perform a Fireball motion and make one. While they are stunned by the
Fireball, perform a Dragon Punch to make the opponent dizzy.
#5 - Use a Jumping Hard Kick towards your opponent and then Hurricane Kick
them while they are still recoiling from the hit. This will make them dizzy.
