This is a list of all the Free Mode special objectives for all the new stages
available in the Xtreme Legends expansion.
For all the stages, it basically comes down to:
1. Defeat a certain number of enemies using a particular attack.
2. Personally carry out a particular strategy.
3. Ask your bodyguard to activate a particular skill.
Since the objectives are originally in Japanese, I have tried to make it
easier to understand by listing who you may need to use and adding a better
description of the locations you may need to go, you will still need to know
all the 82 playable characters though.
You will need to clear all the objectives in order to unlock the "clear all
objectives" silver trophy for this game, there is another "all S rank" gold
trophy to unlock that is also related to this (since you get bonus points for
clearing the objectives). Both trophies can be done on Beginner difficulty.
WEI Stage A01 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. Find Wu Chao (supply depot in the north west corner) within 7 minutes of
starting the battle.
3. Activate "Assist Main Force" (Xiahou Dun, Dian Wei, Wang Yi).
WEI Stage A01 [Yuan Shao]
1. Defeat 100 enemies without getting injured.
2. Defeat Lu Bu within 5 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Cao Pi, Cai Wenji) at Baima North Stronghold
(north of Lu Bu's starting location across the river) after Lu Bu is
enraged.
WEI Stage A02 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Defeat Han Sui and Zhang Wei (both are highlighted in green later on)
without any allied officer being forced to escape.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Xu Zhu) within 4 minutes of starting the
battle.
WEI Stage A02 [Coalition]
1. Defeat 150 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Destroy all the Pyrocannons within 3 minutes after activation.
3. Activate "Summon Enemy Force" (Li Dian, Yu Jin) after the Pyrocannons are
activated.
WEI Stage A03
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Storm Rush.
2. Defeat all Shu officers around Mt. Dingjun within 7 minutes into the
battle and without any allied officer being forced to escape.
3. Activate "Defense Force" (Xiahou Yuan, Zhang He, Cao Ren) within 3
minutes after the Center Stronghold's (Zhao Yun's starting location)
south gate is opened.
WEI Stage A04 [Wei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Carry out the Wei Forces's water attack successfully.
a. Lure Wu Forces' 6 officers into the castle.
b. Defeat Guan Yu's messengers before they reach Lu Meng.
c. Defeat Guan Suo who is guarding the dam.
3. Activate "False Order" (Deng Ai, Zhuge Dan) on the advancing Ma Dai.
WEI Stage A04 [Coalition]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Rescue all of the Wu officers inside the castle and defeat Pang De within
10 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Xu Zhu) within 3 minutes of starting the
battle.
WEI Stage A05 [Wei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies without getting injured.
2. Personally defeat Zhao Yun, Zhang Fei, Huang Zhong and Ma Chao within
10 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Zhen Ji, Pang De) at Center High Ground (Guan
Suo's starting location) within 4 minutes of starting the battle.
a. You need to defeat Guan Suo to make the ladder to the high ground
appear.
WEI Stage A05 [Shu]
1. Defeat 100 enemies while riding on a mount.
2. Make Wu reinforcements arrive within 5 minutes of starting the battle.
a. Defeat the entire advancing enemy force on the west side will make
Lu Meng appear.
3. Activate "Defense Force" (Xiahou Yuan, Zhang He, Cao Ren) within 3
minutes of starting the battle.
WEI Stage A06 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Defeat Fa Zheng without any allied officer inside the Eight Gates
Formation being forced to escape.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Cao Pi, Cai Wenji) at Hillside South High Ground
(south west high ground near the 3rd group of allied soldiers)
within 6 minutes of starting the battle.
WEI Stage A06 [Shu]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Weapon Switch Attack.
2. Defeat Xiahou Dun and Xu Huang before they meet with Guan Yu.
3. Activate "False Order" (Deng Ai, Zhuge Dan) on Xiahou Dun then defeat him.
WEI Stage A07 [Wei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Stop at least 2 Shu's plot without any allied officer being forced to
escape.
3. Activate "Summon Enemy Force" (Li Dian, Yu Jin) within 2 minutes after
protecting the front lines.
WEI Stage A07 [Shu]
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. Open the gates to the enemy main camp within 10 minutes of starting the
battle.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Cao Pi, Cai Wenji) at Center North Stronghold
(Zhao Yun's starting location) within 5 minutes of starting the battle.
WEI Stage A08
1. Defeat 100 enemies while riding on a mount.
2. Found at least 5 beauties.
3. Activate "Ambush Soldiers" (Jia Xu).
WU Stage A01 [Sun Jian]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Weapon Switch Attack.
2. Break through Cao Cao's main camp before Sun Jian's reinforcement arrives.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Zhou Yu) at Cao Cao's Main Camp South Gate within
4 minutes after the South East Stronghold's west gate is open.
WU Stage A01 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 150 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. Defeat Sun Ce and Sun Quan with 5 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Item Collection" (Gan Ning, Taishi Ci, Huang Gai).
WU Stage A02 [Yuan Shu]
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. Defeat Guo Jia before Cao Cao's Forces enter the main camp.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Xiaoqiao, Ding Feng) at South East Area First
Stronghold (the enemy stronghold at the east side, south of the river)
within 4 minutes of starting the battle.
WU Stage A02 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Storm Rush.
2. Defeat Sun Shangxiang and Zhou Tai within 5 minutes of starting the
battle.
3. Activate "Summon Enemy Force" (Sun Shangxiang, Lu Su) within 4 minutes of
starting the battle.
WU Stage A03 [Sun Ce]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Storm Rush.
2. Make Xiaopei Castle's Liu Bei advance within 8 minutes of starting the
battle.
3. Activate "Assist Main Force" (Lu Meng, Sun Quan).
WU Stage A03 [Liu Bei]
1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Defeat Zhou Yu, Cheng Pu and Liu Dai within 5 minutes of starting the
battle.
3. Activate "Ambush Soldiers" (Lian Shi).
WU Stage A04
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Carry out the plot without any allied officer being forced to escape.
a. Lure Cao Cao's officers to the northeast while Zhou Yu carry out
a surprise attack on Cao Cao's main camp from the southwest.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Zhou Yu) at North East Area First Stronghold
(Zhang Liao's starting location) within 4 minutes of starting the battle.
WU Stage A05 [Sun Quan]
1. Defeat 100 enemies without getting injured.
2. Defeat Yu Jin within 5 minutes after defeating Cao Ren.
3. Activate "False Order" (Han Dang) on Cao Ren then defeat him.
WU Stage A05 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 150 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Protect the northwest and west reinforcement gates within 5 minutes of
starting the battle.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Xiaoqiao, Ding Feng) at Xiangyang Castle's Main Gate
Front within 2 minutes of starting the battle.
WU Stage A06
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Storm Rush.
2. Defeat Guan Xing, Guan Yinping and Guan Suo within 6 minutes after the
fire attack is carried out successfully.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Ling Tong, Sun Ce, Zhu Ran) within 4 minutes
of starting the battle.
WU Stage A07 [Wu]
1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Defeat Jia Xu without Gan Ning or Ling Tong being forced to escape.
3. Activate "Defense Force" (Xingcai) within 3 minutes of starting the
battle.
WU Stage A07 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 100 enemies without getting injured.
2. Defeat Ding Feng and Lianshi within 10 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Zhou Yu) at Most North West Stronghold (just south
of Zhu Ran's starting location) within 5 minutes of starting the battle.
WU Stage A08
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Battle results recognized by Sun Quan, extra prizes awarded.
3. Activate "Emergency Assist" (Lu Xun, Daqiao).
SHU Stage A01 [Coalition]
1. Defeat 100 enemies while riding on a mount.
2. Defeat Yuan Shu's reinforcements within 4 minutes after defeating Chen
Gong.
3. Activate "Summon Enemy Force" (Zhang Fei) within 4 minutes of starting
the battle.
SHU Stage A01 [Lu Bu]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Defeat Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei within 5 minutes of starting the
battle.
3. Activate "Assist Main Camp" (Pang Tong, Jiang Wei).
SHU Stage A02 [Liu Bei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Weapon Switch Attack.
2. Place ambush soldiers in all the strongholds and carry out Xu Shu's plot
successfully.
a. Defeat 4 officers occupying the strongholds and let allies hide there.
b. Lure 3 officers to the center area.
3. Activate "Ambush Soldiers" (Liu Bei, Guan Yinping).
SHU Stage A02 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 100 enemies while riding on a mount.
2. Defeat Zhang Fei within 10 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Yueying, Zhang Bao) within 3 minutes of
starting the battle.
SHU Stage A03
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. Defeat Sun Quan within 9 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Guan Yu, Zhuge Liang, Guan Ping, Guan Suo) at
West Castle within 7 minutes of starting the battle.
SHU Stage A04
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Jump Attack.
2. Carry out Fa Zheng's plot successfully within 9 minutes of starting the
battle.
a. Take over the 2 southern strongholds.
b. Rescue Liu Bei thru the west path.
c. Lure enemies towards Liu Bei thru the enemy territory on the east side
until Liu Bei returns to the main camp.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Guan Xing) at Foothill West Stronghold (south east
of Wang Yi's starting location) within 3 minutes of starting the battle.
SHU Stage A05
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Storm Rush.
2. Carry out Fa Zheng's plot successfully.
a. Stop the fire attack led by the generic officers.
b. Assist your allies in moving to their respective corners.
c. Lure Lu Xun and Zhu Ran into carrying out the fire attack.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Guan Xing) at North East Area (north of Lu Xun's
starting location) within 5 minutes of starting the battle.
SHU Stage A06 [Shu]
1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Stop all enemies' plots without any allied officer being forced to escape.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Yueying, Zhang Bao) within 3 minutes of

1. Defeat 100 enemies using Weapon Switch Attack.
2. Defeat Xiahou Dun and Xiahou Yuan within 8 minutes after the enemy
reinforcements arrives.
3. Activate "Defense Force" (Xingcai) within 3 minutes of starting the
battle.
SHU Stage A07 [Wei]
1. Defeat 150 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. Destroy all arbalests and juggernauts within 5 minutes of starting the
battle.
3. Activate "False Order" (Xu Shu) on Pang Tong.
SHU Stage A08
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Find the real animal thief and defeat him.
a. Defeat 500 enemies and Zhu Ran and Lu Xun within 7 minutes of starting
the battle, a scout will report a large group of animals has been found.
3. Activate "False Order" (Xu Shu) on Wu Dun (officer in the north east corner
after Lu Lingqi runs away) then defeat him.
JIN Stage A01 [Sima Shi]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Rescue all Sima Family members within 4 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Emergency Assistance" (Sima Yi, Wang Yuanji).
JIN Stage A01 [Cao Shuang]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Jump Attack.
2. Defeat Xiahou Ba without any allied officer being forced to escape.
3. Activate "Emergency Assistance" (Sima Yi, Wang Yuanji).
JIN Stage A02 [Wei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies while riding on a mount.
2. Prevent the enemies from breaking into Shangyong Castle.
3. Activate "Item Collection" (Zhang Chunhua).

1. Defeat 100 enemies using Storm Rush.
2. Defeat the enemies before they reach the west and south high grounds.
3. Activate "Item Collection" (Zhang Chunhua).
JIN Stage A03 [Wei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Weapon Switch Attack.
2. Defeat Gan Ning and Ling Tong without any allied officer being forced to
escape.
3. Activate "Summon Enemy Force" (Sima Shi) within 3 minutes of starting the
battle.
JIN Stage A03 [Wu]
1. Defeat 150 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Defeat Sima Zhao and Jia Chong within 4 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Summon Enemy Force" (Sima Shi) within 3 minutes of starting the
battle.
JIN Stage A04 [Wei]
1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Defeat both messengers within 2 minutes after their respective
appearance (one at Wen Hu, the other at Wen Yang).
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Sima Zhao, Xiahou Ba) at North West Area East
Field (the area east of Wen Yang's starting location) within 2 minutes
after the North West Stronghold open its gates.
JIN Stage A04 [Wu]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Rescue 7 allied officers in trouble.
3. Activate "False Order" (Deng Ai, Zhuge Dan) on Zhuge Dan.
JIN Stage A05
1. Defeat 150 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. Gain Tian Zhang's trust within 8 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Ambush Soldiers" (Jia Xu).
JIN Stage A06 [Wei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Jump Attack.
2. Rescue at least 3 allied officers.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Sima Zhao, Xiahou Ba) in East Fort Front
Stronghold (the stronghold where one of your allies need rescuing, south
of Sima Zhao's starting location) within 3 minutes of starting the battle.
JIN Stage A06 [Zhong Hui]
1. Defeat 100 enemies without getting injured.
2. Rescue 4 allied officers.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Guo Huai) within 3 minutes of starting
the battle.
JIN Stage A07 [Wei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Storm Rush.
2. Assist Liu Shan in getting Zhang Yi, Liao Hua and Jiang Wei to defect.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Zhong Hui) at North West Small Road (the road
from the main camp to the north west corner where Liu Shan appears)
within 10 minutes of starting the battle.
JIN Stage A07 [Shu]
1. Defeat 150 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Defeat all officers surrounding Liu Shan within 3 minutes after Liu Shan
arrives.
3. Activate "Defense Force" (Jia Chong, Wen Yang) within 3 minutes of
starting the battle.
JIN Stage A08
1. Defeat 100 enemies without getting injured.
2. Defeat all collectors and acquire all ingredients within 10 minutes of
starting the battle.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Guo Huai) after acquiring at least 2
ingredients.
OTHERS Stage A01 [Liu Bei]
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Defeat Li Dian without Zhang Fei, Guan Yu and Zhao Yun being forced to
escape.
3. Activate "Defense Force" (Chen Gong) within 3 minutes of starting
the battle.
OTHERS Stage A01 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 100 enemies while riding on a mount.
2. Defeat Zhang Jiao and Zuo Ci within 10 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Emergency Assistance" (Zuo Ci).
OTHERS Stage A02 [Dong Zhuo]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Make all of your wavering enemies defect (get a total of 500 KOs quickly
to make all 5 officers defect) and break through Hu Lao Gate within 10
minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "False Order" (Meng Huo) on Lu Bu then defeat him.
OTHERS Stage A02 [Yuan Shao]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Weapon Switch Attack.
2. Prevent all of your neutral allies from defecting (get a total of 600 KOs
quickly to prevent all 6 officers from defecting).
3. Activate "Item Collection" (Zhang Chunhua).
OTHERS Stage A03
1. Defeat 150 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. Defeat Xiahou Dun within 8 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Emergency Assistance" (Zuo Ci).

1. Defeat 100 enemies using Weapon Switch Attack.

2. Find the mastermind of the poachers while having all animals under your

OTHERS Stage H03 [Lu Bu]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Storm Rush.
2. Defeat Zhang Liao within 6 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Sima Zhao, Xiahou Ba) at Mo Yang Palace Center
(from the first indoor area you enter, the center spot where there is a
enemy officer) within 4 minutes of starting the battle.
OTHERS Stage H03 [Dong Zhuo]
1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Defeat Zhang Liao, Hua Xiong, Cao Xing and Zang Ba within 4 minutes of
starting the battle.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Yuan Shao) at Ming Guang Palace West Area
(the small rectangular area south west of your starting position) within
2 minutes of starting the battle.
OTHERS Stage HA3 [Yuan Shao]
1. Defeat 200 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Defeat the mountain bandits before they reach Yuan Shao's main camp.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Lu Bu) within 3 minutes of starting the
battle.
OTHERS Stage HA3 [Coalition]
1. Defeat 150 enemies using Charge Attack.
2. Defeat Lu Bu without any allied officer being forced to escape.
3. Activate "Offense Force" (Lu Bu) within 3 minutes of starting the
battle.
OTHERS Stage H04
1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Carry out Tian Shi's false letter plot successfully within 12
minutes of starting the battle.
a. Clear a path for your ally to let him convince the 3 officers outside
the castles to defect, in the meantime do not capture both castles yet
(capture one castle is still OK), when all 3 defect they will convince
Tian Shi to write a false letter.
b. Capture both castles before Cao Cao's main force arrives, after
capturing both castles Yu Jin's reinforcements will appear, you cannot
defeat them all or Cao Cao's main force will arrive so I recommend
leaving Yu Jin alone and defeat everyone else since they are either
close to the castle or your false letter messenger that appears later.
c. Protect the messenger until he is outside the battlefield to deliver
the false letter to Cao Cao, Cao Cao will enter the castle alone.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Yuan Shao) at Puyang Castle Main Camp (the area
west of the west enemy commander) within 3 minutes of starting the battle.
OTHERS Stage H05 [Lu Bu]
1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Defeat the enemies that are advancing towards Dingtao Castle and Juye
Castle (the 2 castles at south and east that need assistance) within
5 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Assist Main Camp" (Diao Chan).
OTHERS Stage H05 [Cao Cao]
1. Defeat 100 enemies without getting injured.
2. Take over Dingtao Castle (south), Juye Castle (east) and Lu Bu's Main
Camp (west) within 5 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Sima Zhao, Xiahou Ba) at Dingtao Castle (south
castle) within 3 minutes of starting the battle.
OTHERS Stage H06 [Lu Bu]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Use Cao Bao's plot to open Xiapi Castle's east gate within 8 minutes of
starting the battle.
3. Activate "Defense Force" (Chen Gong) within 2 minutes after archers start
shooting arrows from Xiapi Castle's west area.
OTHERS Stage H06 [Liu Bei]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using EX Attack.
2. Lower the drawbridge within 5 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Defense Force" (Chen Gong) within 3 minutes of starting the
battle.
OTHERS Stage H07 [Coalition]
1. Defeat 100 enemies while riding on a mount.
2. Make Han Xian and Yang Feng (the 2 enemy officers along the west area
high ground, each one guarding a stronghold) defect within 7 minutes of
starting the battle and carry out the pincer attack successfully within
10 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "False Order" (Meng Huo) on Yuan Yin (the enemy officer guarding
the west area of Yuan Shu's castle) then defeat him.
OTHERS Stage H07 [Yuan Shu]
1. Defeat 100 enemies while riding on a mount.
2. Prevent Han Xian and Yang Feng (the 2 allied officers along the west area
high ground, each one guarding a stronghold) from defecting.
3. Activate "False Order" (Meng Huo) on Chen Deng (one of the two enemy
officers attempting to get Han Xian and Yang Feng to defect).
OTHERS Stage H08 [Lu Bu]
1. Defeat 100 enemies using Weapon Switch Attack.
2. Carry out the ambush plot at Center Camp successfully and defeat
Zhang Fei and Guan Yu within 10 minutes of starting the battle.
a. Quickly defeat the soldiers at the rectangular stronghold (south
from the center of the battlefield) and lure Xiahou Dun's group into
the stronghold where there is an ambush waiting.

1. Defeat 200 enemies using Musou Attack (Awakening Musou).
2. After the flood attack, carry out either Lu Bu's, Chen Gong's or Zhang
Liao's suggested plot successfully.
a. Lu Bu suggest breaking the walls (3 units you need to protect from the
enemy, they will weaken the walls for you to break).
b. Chen Gong suggest convincing the deserters (3 officers, once they reach
the enemy camp they won't return to your side).
c. Zhang Liao suggest gathering your remaining allies (3 officers you need
to rescue from the enemy, don't let them get defeated).
d. Check the locations of the 3 green squares to know which suggestion you
are supposed to carry out.
3. Activate "Item Collection" (Zhang Chunhua).

1. Defeat 200 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Defeat Yan Liang and Wen Chou (both are in their respective initially
closed garrisons in west and east, you need to defeat them to stop the
siege weapons from attacking) within 7 minutes of starting the battle.
3. Activate "Fire Attack" (Sima Zhao, Xiahou Ba) at Wu Chao Front (the
north west reinforcement gate) within 4 minutes of starting the battle.

1. Defeat 100 enemies without getting injured.
2. Defeat Zhang He without any allied officer being forced to escape.
3. Activate "Poison Trap" (Yuan Shao) at Water Way Inner Area (the junction
south of Sun Shangxiang's ambush location in the waterway at the east)
within 6 minutes of starting the battle.

1. Defeat 150 enemies while in Awakening Mode.
2. Suppress all the strategic points (the 3 areas highlighted in green,
each area is guarded by an enemy officer) within 10 minutes of starting
the battle.

(South of the waterway strategic point, at the junction guarded by an
enemy officer) within 3 minutes of starting the battle.
