GAME BASICS

***************** WHAT IS THIS? **************
This game is an "erotic" RPG where all the enemies are replaced with cute girls
that you must have sex with (No kidding). Aside from that is no different from
other RPGs.
Body Conquest 2 is not very long or challenging, but it has the MOST ANNOYING
mazes that I've ever seen. Luckily for you, I’m uploading the maps of these
mazes to make them easier to navigate.
The game was made by Hacker International (A.K.A. Games Express), a company
that also made other erotic titles for PC-Engine such as Lady Sword, Hi-Leg
Fantasy and Strip Fighter II.
********************* STORY ********************
The story goes like this: In the continent of Dekameron, a sorceress called
Topaz was raped and decided to cast a spell that gives impotence to all the men
in the world as a revenge.
In Tatsunda castle a baby was born of virgin conception...and born with an
erection (No, I'm not making this up). Naturally, this boy was "the chosen
one". Once he turns 16 years old, the king engourages him to complete the adult
ritual and turn into a man, then save the world from the spell of Topaz.
Much later in the game you'll discover that Topaz was actually raped by a woman
called Rapeman (What the …?) and was following orders of the evil queen
Amazoness, a sexy lady who wants a world ruled and inhabited only by women.

You move with the arrows (Duh).
The Button I is the "Accept button" and the Button II is the "Cancel button".
************** OUTSIDE BATTLE *************
When you press the Button I, these options appear:
HANASU SHIRABERU
SÔBI DÔGU
NAKAMA JÔDAI
Their effects are the following:
HANASU (Talk): Allows you to talk to people.
SHIRABERU (Look): Allows you open chests and find a certain item
(Kyokon no mi).
SÔBI (Equip): Allows you to equip weapons and armor.
DÔGU (Bag): Shows your inventory.
NAKAMA (Partners): Allows you to use your partners's abilities.
JÔDAI (Status): Shows your status, partners and key items.
By pressing the Button II you exit this menu.
******************** IN BATTLE ****************
When you get into a battle the options are:
SÔNYÛ (Insert): It's the "attack" option.
TECHNIQUE (Technique): Self-explanatory. Allows you to use
techniques.
DÔGU (Bag): Allows you to use an item.
NIGERU (Run): Run away from the battle.
If you have partners, they will perform an action randomly every now and then.
All the techniques and attacks (the enemy's and yours) can miss.
You have a certain number of attacks you can perform before they stop working.
Same works for techniques. You can check this on the Status screen.
I will call this MP (Magic points). Normal attacks spend 1 MP while techniques
spend
more according to your level. If you spent all your MP, then you must:
a) Waste a turn (Using the attack o techniques option) Your character won't do
anything
b) Use an item
c) Flee from the battle
After that turn, your MP will be replenished and you can attack again.
If the menu boxes turn green, is because the enemy infected you with a disease.
(Is the same as the "Poisoned" status in most RPG's).
If the menu boxes turn orange is because you are low on HP.
***************** TOWN BUILDINGS *****************
Each town has the following buildings:
- A drugstore, marked with a red cross. Sells healing items.
- An adult shop, marked with a vibe. Sells weapons and armor.
- An Hotel, marked with the letter H. Allows you to replenish your health by
sleeping in.
- A shaman house, marked with a weird round object. Allows you to save and
heal diseases.
Also when you die, you'll appear in the last shaman house you saved. If you
didn't save in anyone you'll appear in Tatsunda castle.
**************** STATUS SCREEN ****************
If you go to the menu and select JÔDAI (Status) you will see this:
LEVEL (Current level)
KARADA (Shows if you are sick or not. If you aren't, will
display KENKÔ; If you are, will display DOKU or
DOTORU)
HP (Current HP/Max. HP)
SEIRYOKU (Current attack unarmed/Attack with current weapon equipped)
TAIKYÛ (Current defense unarmed/Defense with current armor equipped)
KEIKEN (Current experience)
ATO (MP)
STATUS (Is "the size of your penis". This indicates your
progress in the game)
The STATUS are the following:
Kawakamuri - You start with it
Kehae - Complete the adult ritual
Zurumuke - Rescue Nightingale
Yarichin - Defeat Topaz
Karidaka - Let Hanjiro join your party
Migimagari - Obtain the item "Shinpi no veil" (Mysterious veil)
Kyo hou - Defeat Rapeman
Canon hou - Talk to the green haired mand in Sodom and get the
key item "Ie no kagi" (House key)
Ôenu hou - Obtain the item "Koibito no nikki" (Lover's diary)
Hadô hou - Let Ai Ueo join your party
Dekamaradona - Use the item "Kyokon no mi" (Big penis fruit)
***************** OTHER ****************
When you go to your inventory and select an item, the first option is USE and
the second is THROW AWAY.
When you talk to shopkeepers, the first option is BUY and the second is SELL.
When you talk to certain people, innkeepers or select an item to buy/sell the
first option is YES and the second is NO.
When you talk to a shaman, it gives four options:
- The first one, heals DOKU status.
- The second one, heals DOTORU status.
- The third one, saves your game.
- The fourth one, cancels.

LEVEL, EXPERIENCE AND TECHNIQUES

- Is a nurse from Corrida. Her father wants your help because
she was kidnapped and trapped in a cave. Obviously, you have
to save her and then her father lets she join your party.
- Abilities:
* Outside battle: Can heal 30 HP (Same effect as the item
"Yunkeru")
Has 10 uses. After that, you must sleep in
the hotel (or be healed by the magician) to
recharge it.
* In battle: Randomly recovers your HP o deals damage to
enemies.
- An old man from Yapu, who was imprisioned for sexual abuse.
But, since he is the only one who knows how to reach to
Rapeman you have to pay a bail of 10000 gold to free him and
then he joins your party.
- Abilities:
* Outside battle: Prevents the party from being attacked for
a short period of time. (Same effect as the
item "Ôgon no mizu").
Has 10 uses. After that, you must sleep in
the hotel (or be healed by the magician) to
recharge it.
* In battle: Randomly deals damage to enemies or deactivates
their special attacks.

- A man from Sodom. He is an expert in the use of vibrators.
However, by trying to perfect his skills he accidentally
killed his wife Kumiko and swore never using a vibrator again.
- Abilities:
* Outside battle: Teleports the party to the last town
visited. (Same effect as the item "Mara no
tsubasa")
Has 10 uses. After that, you must sleep in
the hotel (or be healed by the magician) to
recharge it.
* In battle: Randomly deals little or big damage to enemies.

I clasified the enemies into various types. There are three enemies for each
type (except bosses, which has four).

Your next goal is the Mud Cave, which is far southwest but since your character
is very weak I recomend you to get some EXP and level up. So go a little north
of the castle then east to Emanuel town and buy some equipment with the 120
gold you found.
************************** EMANUEL TOWN ***********************
Since you have 120 gold, you can buy a Tsumekiri and a Wa gum (or just buy the
Tsumekiri then save gold to buy the Nuno no pants). Then you can go to the
Hotel to replenish your health if you were attacked. Go to the shaman and save
your game.
Also you can get a Key item that you won't use until later in the game:
- KEY ITEM: KYOKON NO MI - To get this item, go to the north part of the
town, then search for a single square of water that has one tree to its left
and various trees to its right. Put yourself directly north of this square, and
go north until you hit the wall, then use the option SHIRABERU (Look) and you
will get it.

Now that you are equipped, go in front of Tatsunda castle and beat a few ladies
to level up. Since you bought the Tsumekiri, it will be really easy to kill
them in one hit. If you get low on health, just enter the castle and heal with
the magician.
Once you get level 2, you'll learn the useful technique "Neburu", which deals
30 points of damage and will kill these weak enemies in one hit, so you won't
need weapons anymore. Go south of the castle and a bit east to Chatterley town
and sell the Tsumekiri then buy the Nuno no pants.
************************** CHATTERLEY TOWN **********************
Now that you are here, buy a Mara no tsubasa. This item will teleport you to
the last town visited and will be useful to escape the Mud Cave once you do the
adult ritual there. Don't forget to buy various Yunkeru because the way to said
cave will be long and somewhat tedious.
You will see a house with a locked door and a few chests inside. Remember this
house. You won't get in there until much later in the game.
Once you are done, exit the town and proceed to the southwest. If you want to
level up and get money quickly, go to the desert that is a bit west to
Chatterley and try to get attacked by the enemy "Kyo nyu" (The green haired
naked girl). She gives the most EXP and gold at this point of the game.
(However, be careful because if she attacks first you are screwed).
The enemies here are really tough (Kokujin Dancer usually attacks first and
deals a lot of damage) so I recomend you to enter the cave and level up near
the entrance. Also if you want get some gold and backtrack to Chatterley to buy
the Kawa no pants.
To navigate this maze, you can use the map that I uploaded here in GameFaqs. If
you do, just follow these instructions:
- Go to the stairs marked as "To B1"
- Go to the stairs marked as "To B2"
- Go to the part where is a man and talk to him
- Enter to the part where is the woman and talk to her
- You will perform the adult ritual. Your status will change to Kehae, and you
will receive the key item KAGI.
If you can't use my map for whatever reasons, then follow these instructions:
As soon as you enter, go right (The only way possible), then go down until you
can't go anymore. Then go right, then up and take the stairs.
Go left as far as you can. Take the chest (200 gold) and go up then all the way
to the left.
Go down as far as you can. Then go all the way to the right. Take the stairs.
Go down then all the way to the left. Go up until you see a screen with two
paths to the right, two up, and one going down-left. Take the upper right path
then go all the way to the right.
Go all the way up then take the upper path to the left. You will be in a screen
with two paths going left, and one going down. Take the lower path to the left.
If you did everything right you will be in a screen with a man. Talk to him,
then go up and do the adult ritual.
- KEY ITEM: KAGI - After the erotic cutscene, your Status will change to
"Kehae" and she'll give you the Key item Kagi (Key) which you have to use to
rescue Nightingale. Use the item Mara no tsubasa to teleport yourself to
Chatterley (or backtrack all the way to the entrance).
************************** CHATTERLEY TOWN *********************
Save at the shaman house. Buy a pair of Mara no tsubasa and the Kawa no pants
or Tetsu no pants if you didn't buy it before. Proceed to Tatsunda castle to
heal, then exit to the overworld.
From Tatsunda castle, go directly west until you can't go anymore. Then go
north, then west, then north until you see a river. Keep going east and you
will see a town past the river. You must go to that town, so follow the river
until you can go north then west.
Also note that you will meet new types of girls that are tougher than before.
If you are at level 5 or more, start using Momishidaku to attack them (Since
Neburu won't kill these girls in one hit).
**************************** CORRIDA TOWN **********************
Save at the shaman then buy a Mara no tsubasa if you didn't do it before and
some Penicillin just in case. You will see a man that looks like a doctor.
This is Nightingale's father. You can talk with him if you want but don't
bother to do so (He will ask you if you want to rescue his daughter and you can
answer the same question with YES or NO over and over and nothing happens).
Save at the shaman and exit the town.

you do, follow these instructions:
- Go to the stairs marked as B
- Go to the stairs marked as E
- Go to the stairs marked as G
- Then go and talk to the woman. You will trigger a miniboss battle (See below)
If you are not using my map for whatever reasons, then follow these
instructions:
Go up and take the leftmost upper path, continue going the only path and you
will see some stairs. Ignore them and continue going to the right.
You will see a chest (Supponjiru) and some stairs. Take them and once you are
in the next floor take the path to the right then go down until you see another
set of stairs. Take them.
Go north until you see a path going west and another going east. Go west and
follow the path until you see a chest (200 gold) and a big path going south.
Take it. You will see a path going west and another path going south. Take the
west path and follow it until you see some stairs going down. Take them.
Keep going north until you see two paths going east. Take any of them. You will
see a chest (600 gold) then keep going east (the only way possible). You will
see another chest (Ami tights) and a man. This item is the best battle item you
can have for now, so take it and you can use it to kill anything in one hit,
since is reusable.
The man will say that you need the key (Kagi) to open the miniboss's chastity
belt. Again, keep going east and you will see a woman in a cage guarded by
another woman and a chest (Yunkeru). Take it, heal yourself, talk to the woman
(you will see a cutscene) and prepare for a miniboss battle!

If you try to attack or use techniques, nothing will happen. That's because you
must use the key item Kagi first (to open her
chastity belt) so do it then use the Ami tights that you acquired before. You
will kill her in one hit.
After that, you will free the woman, and she will talk to you. Her name is
Nightingale and she is a nurse from Corrida. She will ask
if you want to take her home. (If you answer NO, she will keep asking the same
question until you answer YES). After that, you will see a cutscene, your
Status wil change to "Zurumuke" and you must go back to Corrida. If you bought
a Mara no tsubasa, use it and you'll be there in no time.
**************************** CORRIDA TOWN *********************
Talk to Nightingale's father. After the dialogue, she will join you. You can go
to the menu and select NAKAMA, and she will be there to use her special ability
to heal yourself, which means you won't need Yunkeru anymore. You can buy the
Hagane no pants if you want and some Mara no tsubasa. Save and exit the town.
Your next goal is the Tears shrine (Topaz's shrine).
As soon as you enter, go right and take the chest (400 gold), then go up and
talk to one of the guards. It's time for another miniboss battle.

guards will retreat and Topaz will say something then you have to battle her.

She is really easy. Use the Ami tights and you will kill her in one hit. Then
she will talk A LOT....
After you beat her, your status will change to "Yarichin", then go left and you
will see another chest (Supponjiru). Take it then exit this place. Before you
leave, one of the guards will give you something...
- KEY ITEM: SOAP KEN - This is the item that the guard will give you.
Go directly south of the Tears shrine and you will see a strange character on a
dock. Talk to him and he will ask you if you want to give him the Soap ken (If
you answer NO, he will keep asking the same question until you answer YES).
Give the item to him and now you can use the ship to travel to the continent of
Last Tango (Yup, strange name for a continent).

Now, you are in the continent of Last Tango. Be careful because the game's
difficulty will go up considerably. The girls now are really tough and you will
need a high level and a lot of defense to survive their attacks. Fortunately,
you have the Ami tights to kill them in one hit.
Directly south of where you are is a town named Yapu. Your next goal is raise
10000 gold (Yes...TEN THOUSAND GOLD) and go there to free Hanjirô (the next
partner you have to recruit) from jail. The best way to do so is to battle the
enemy Koisuru Okama (which gives the most gold in the game) over and over. So,
go in front of
Yapu and wander around killing enemies until you raise the gold. Heal with
Nightingale or the hotel (if her ability runs out) when you need it. Also, the
use of techniques won't be necessary, because the Ami tights will be doing
around 80 damage (And never misses) while your best techniques (Anal or
Momishidaku) do less damage (And can miss).
Another strategy is to go back to the caves you visited before (Mud cave and
North cave) then get all the chests with gold (Use my maps to know where are).
In the process, you will defeat various enemies, get gold and since you have a
higher level than them, this will be easy as hell.
**************************** YAPU TOWN **************************
After you get the money, go to the northeast part of the town and try to enter
the jail. The guard will say that Hanjirô's bail is 10000 gold and will ask if
you want to pay it. Say yes, then Hanjirô will join your party and your status
will change to "Karidaka".
Now it's time to get out of there and search for a key item called Shinpi no
veil (Hanjirô mentions it when you free him) which is
required to access Rapeman's shrine. Before you go there, make sure you have a
Mara no tsubasa. If you don't have one, buy it. Then save at the shaman and
proceed.
Go east of Yapu. You will be blocked by some mountains so go a little south and
keep going east until you see a desert with some mountains. Go north and you
will see a tower in the middle of the desert. Get there.

Okay, this tower is really complex. It also has a lot of chests and only one
contains the Shinpi no veil. If you meet a Kôtetsu no Omutsu (The girl that
shows her ass to you) don't use the Ami tights on her because her defense is so
high that you will do a pitiful damage. Instead, use Momishidaku or Neburu.
Also, this is the enemy that gives most experience in the game (not counting
bosses) so you can level up quickly by killing her over and over.
If you are using my maps, then follow these instructions:
- Go to the stairs marked as A
- Go to the stairs marked as E
- Go to the stairs marked as K
- Get the two chests. One contains the Shinpi no veil and the other has 400
gold.
- Use the Shinpi no veil, then use a Mara no tsubasa to escape.
If you are not using my maps, then follow these instructions:
Take the right path going up. Don't worry, you can pass through the orange
brick background at the top. In the way you'll find a chest (200 gold). Keep
following the path north, then west. You will see a path going south. Ignore it
and continue to the west. You sil see another path going south. Take it. Now
take the south path again, then go east until you see a path going south. Take
it and you will be in a room with a statue and four stairs around it.
Take the upper left staircase. Now go north and west, you will see another
staircase. Take it.
After that you will be in a room with a chest (600 gold) and another staircase.
Take it.
- KEY ITEM: SHINPI NO VEIL - You will be in a room with two chests (Shinpi no
veil and 400 gold). Take both chests (while taking
the Shinpi no veil, your status will change to "Migimagari") then use the
Shinpi no veil. After that, use a Mara no tsubasa to get out of here.
**************************** YAPU TOWN **************************
Just save, buy some stuff if you want and exit the town.

From Yapu, go east until you can go south. Keep going south until you see a
desert, then go west and you will see Rapeman's shrine.
As soon as you enter, go west and you will see a chest (200 gold). Go north
from this chest and you will see another one (400 gold).
From here, just keep going north until you see some kind of entrance. West of
this entrance is a chest (600 gold). Now go to the entrance and a dialogue box
will pop up, then you will be dragged to Rapeman.

This boss is a complete joke. Just use the Ami tights or Neburitaosu if you
learned it and you will kill her in no time.
After that, you will be teleported outside. Your status will change to
"Kyouhou" and you will receive something...
- KEY ITEM: SHIMO NO KE - This is the item that you will receive.
Now the game says that you must go back to Tears shrine and see what happened
to Topaz, but you can continue without doing that.
Either way you will end up going back to the other continent sooner or later
(to get some key items).
Now you have to proceed to Sodom, a town that is directly southwest of
Rapeman's shrine.
**************************** SODOM TOWN ************************
Go to the west part of the town and you will see a blonde guy. Talk to him. And
he will ask something, then your inventory will pop up. Select the key item
"Shimo no ke", then answer YES to the question and give it to him. You will
receive the Yûsha no pants, which is the best armor in the game. After that, go
to the north part of the town and you will see a green haired man standing in
front of a house, talk to him and you will receive something...
- KEY ITEM: IE NO KAGI - This is the item that you will receive.
If you talk to the man that is wandering around this house he will tell you how
to get the key item Kyokon no mi (Which you already got at the beginning of the
game). Remember that house in Chatterley that had a locked door and some chests
inside? Well, it's time to go there, so save at the shaman and let's proceed.
In the way you can go to Tears shrine and you will see that Topaz is not there,
but one of the guards will give you some long dialogue mentioning her and
Amazoness.
************************** CHATTERLEY TOWN *********************
Go to the locked house. Step on the lock and use the Ie no kagi. The man
blocking the door will move and now you can enter the house.
- KEY ITEM: KOIBITO NO NIKKI - Two of the chests are empty while the other one
contains this item. When you pick it up, your status will change to "Ôenu hou".
You must go to Emanuel town and get the key item "Kyokon no mi" if you didn't
do it before (Because it will be used soon). So, in case you didn't take it and
forgot how to do so, I will paste it here.
************************** EMANUEL TOWN ************************
- KEY ITEM: KYOKON NO MI - To get this item, go to the north part of the
town, then search for a single square of water that has one tree to its left
and various trees to its right. Put yourself directly north of this square, and
go north until you hit the wall, then use the option SHIRABERU (Look) and you
will get it.
After getting these items, go back to Sodom.
**************************** SODOM TOWN ************************
Go in front of the green haired man that gave you the Ie no kagi and use the
item Koibito no nikki. After a lengthy dialogue, you will see a cutscene and Ai
Ueo will join you. Your status will change to "Hadô hou"
Ai Ueo's special ability outside battle is the same as using the item Mara no
tsubasa. However, BUY AT LEAST ONE MARA NO TSUBASA because you will need it
later.
Now it's time to go to the final castle, so you must buy the best items you
can. This town is the only one that sells "Supponjiru 2" which restores all
your HP but so buy various and buy all the Yunkeru you can (You can buy a
maximum of 15, which is a very random number).
The adult shop sells the second best weapon "Hagane no shinjû" but don't buy it
because if you learned the technique "Neburitaosu" you won't use it. After you
are done, save at the shaman and go west.
As I said, go west from Sodom until you can't go anymore, then go north. You
will see a dock. Step a tile northeast of it (facing to
the sea) and use the item Kyokon no mi. You will see a cutscene, and a bridge
will appear, giving you access to the final castle.
Your status will change to "Dekamaradona". You may consider to level up a
little bit, because the final battle is near you won't survive with a low level.
************************** FINAL CASTLE **********************

If you are using my maps, follow these instructions:
- Go to the stairs marked as A
- Go to the stairs marked as C
- Get the chest marked as 2 (Optional. This is the Double Vibe. The final boss
will be easier with this item)
- Go to the woman, talk to her and you will trigger a boss battle (See below).
If you are not using my maps, follow these instructions:
From the entrance keep going north until you can't go anymore. You will have
two paths to your sides. Take the east path.
Go a little north and take the path going back to the west. You will see some
stairs. Take them.
Now you have to go go east until you find a path going up and west. Take the
path going to the west. You will see a chest (Yunkeru). From this chest go east
until you see some stairs and a chest (Empty). Take the stairs.
Go east then north. In the way, you will find a chest (600 gold). Keep going
north until you are in a room with a path going south to the left of the path
where you came. In this room, go north and you will see another chest (Double
Vibe). Take this item, because you will need it to beat the final boss (You can
without it, but is more difficult). Now take the south path that is to the left
of the one where you came.
You will see a path going west with a brown wall over it. Take this path and
enter this room with brown walls. Go north until you see a woman. Before going
there, make sure to heal all your HP. Now step on the woman's side and a
dialogue box will pop up. After that, you'll fight a boss!

Final boss (First form)
Be careful because Amazoness can do some critical attacks that deal insane
amounts of damage. If you are lucky enough, Nightingale will heal you every now
and then. Use Sasayaku to disable her attack for a few turns, and you'll have
time to heal or attack. (Keep in mind that Sasayaku can miss). After you
attacked her with the Double Vibe various turns, she will die...or do she?

Final boss (Second form)
This battle will be long. Lezbos is powerful than Amazoness but you can use the
same strategy (Sasayaku, then attack with the Double Vibe). If you have a low
level, she will kill you in one attack no matter how much HP you have. If you
have level 20 or higher, you can survive her attack when you are at full HP and
equipped with Yûsha no pants, so the battle can be resumed into:
- Use Sasayaku
- If it works, attack with the Double vibe (or Neburitaosu if you don't have it)
- If not, use it again
- If Lezbos attacked you, heal with Supponjiru2 when she is under the effect of
Sasayaku
- Repeat over and over until she dies
Don't worry, because if she kills you, you will appear in the shaman's house
with all the items you got (including the Double Vibe, which will help you to
kill all the girls in the way to the castle) and with all the experience that
you received from Amazoness.
After you kill Lezbos, your partners won't be in the NAKAMA menu, and there
will be no enemies, so you can exit the castle by walking or you can use the
Mara no tsubasa that I told you to buy before going here.
After that, peace will be restored apparently. Now you must go to Tatsunda
castle. You will notice that the overworld music will be replaced with another
song.
Go to the room where you started the game, you will see Topaz standing there at
the right of the king. Talk to her. She will ask you if you want to marry her
(If you answer NO, she will keep asking until you say YES). After answering
YES, you'll see a cutscene, then will be transported outside and some lengthy
dialogue will pop up. After that, the game will end.
Tiles without solidity programmed:
In the river in front of Corrida, there is a tile that you can step in. The
same occurs in some forest tiles around the world map.
Skipping Hanjirô:
If you go to the Desert tower, without freeing Hanjirô, then proceed as normal
(Getting the Shinpi no veil then
beating Rapeman, etc.) when Ai Ueo joins your party, the dock where you have to
use the Kyokon no mi will be replaced with a glitch tile. This actually
happened in my first playthrough. However I don't know if you can go further in
the game, because at that time I got stuck (I had no idea of how to get the
Kyokon no mi back then).
Getting into the final castle sooner than when you're supposed to: If you get
the Kyokon no mi as soon as you can, technically you
can go to the final castle skipping Hanjirô and Ai Ueo. (However, that means
that you won't have the Yûsha no pants and beating the
final boss will require a lot of grinding) I didn't check this one, but since
the game is so broken in most aspects is probably
true.
Graphics: 6/10 - The overworld and characters sprites are really ugly. Where
this game shines is on the battle sprites and the
cutscenes. However they are not that great. None of the girls are that sexy,
with the exception of the bosses and very few enemies
(Like Ginza mama or Chuhai lemon).
Sound: 4/10 - I am a musician so, honestly I will say that this game's music is
kinda bad. The title theme and the ending song are probably the best ones,
while the final castle song and the town song are the worst. Also there are
very few songs and the sound effects are not very good.
Gameplay: 1/10 - The developers of this game really got lazy in this aspect.
First, there are so many items that get useless very quickly. An example of
this is the item Kyodai vibe, which is a battle item that deals damage with a
power of 20. By the time you get to the town sells that item, you maybe have
level 2 and the technique Neburu, which is far better. Another items that get
useless are the weapons by the same reason: Always in the game you have a
technique or a battle item that is far better than your normal attack. That's
why getting the best weapon in the game (Yûsha no shinju) is stupid. The effect
of the item Ôgon no mizu lasts only a bit of time and is clearly the most
useless item in all the game. Another thing that bothers me is the maximum
number of each item you can have. You expect to have 9, 10 or 99...not 15! WHY
IN THE MOTHER OF EARTH it has to be 15? The random encounters are really
broken: sometimes you can walk around like twenty steps and nothing pops up,
and sometimes you get attacked after one step of the tile where you got
previously attacked.
Difficulty: 3/10 - If you are following this guide, the chances are that the
game will be really easy for you. The only difficult part is navigating the
caves without a map or instructions. After that, everything is easy: Enemies
are weak if you have the right techniques, items or equipment. The other part
where you maybe have trouble is the final boss. Apparently the minimun level
required to beat this game is 20 but you can beat her with lower level if you
are really lucky and she misses her attacks.
Story: 8/10 - This game is more fun if you know japanese, because of all the
battle text and the story. For what I understand, the story is very well done.
A woman casts a spell that gives everyone impotence, except for you. But she
did it because she was raped. After you meet her, apparently she falls in love
with you, and reveals that the responsible of everything was Amazoness, an evil
queen that wants a world ruled by women. Is something interesting and original
and not another "Save the princess" (Like mosts RPGs back then). Also, I didn't
know the story (because I don't know too much japanese) until I translated it
somewhere. Maybe there is more than that, but that's the basic for sure.
