This FAQ utilizes the default setup shown above.
P / K - Press any Punch / Kick button.
+ - Stands for "and".

(air) - Stands for a move that can be performed both on the ground or
in the air.
qcf / qcb - Motion (d,df,f) or (d,db,b) on the joystick.
hcf / hcb - Motion (b,db,d,df,f) or (f,df,d,db,b) on the joystick.
.. rapidly - Repeat the listed command(s) in a swift succession. ("Press
Punch rapidly" means to swiftly hit any Punch button over and
over.)
Charge - Hold the primary indicated direction for a minimum of two
full seconds before performing the following command(s).
When close - Perform the following command(s) when player is near the
opponent.
(move name) - A special move that has no specific name, but is noted in the
character`s movelist for having unique principles or command
to execute it. Although sometimes this notation means that I
don`t know the official name for the move yet.
"U.A.G." stands for "Ultimate Attack Gauge," the green mutagen meter located
underneath each player`s life gauge. Attacks (normal and special) must either
hit or be guarded to gain U.A.G. energy; they cannot whiff.
The U.A.G. is 80 units long to fill to allow for a super move to be used;
however, it also has an overstock of about 4 units. (Meaning once the bar is
filled, additional attacks can be used to keep the bar flashing longer until
you`re ready to use it.) The bar depletes itself at a rate of 1 unit/second.
The player`s life correlates with how much meter they gain. When a player`s
life bar is blinking (under 20%), they will instead gain 3x meter with their
attacks. (ie - Wingnut`s Standing FP gains 4 units normally, but will gain 12
units when his life bar is flashing.)

At the Title Screen, press X, Up, Y, Left, B, Down, A, Right, X, Up on
controller 2. Asuka will say "Yatta ze!" to confirm. Each are hidden on the
player select screen, so you have to cycle to the left between Leonardo and
Cyber Shredder.

to a video that breaks down a lot of this game`s mechanics for beginners.

I haven`t played this in a while, and when last I did I didn`t do a lot of
research on the hidden characters Karai and Rat King. Karai has a ton of
moves that were not included in this FAQ. Most of them are just directional
changes to her normals, but still should be included in her move list.

The TMNT: Tournament Fighters MiniFAQ. The sole reason I made this FAQ was
because there wasn`t any small guide open available and just a pair of solid
full ones. Plus I found all the correct Japanese names for the special
moves, and wanted to put them out there. This is why it isn`t as thorough
as most of my other FAQs, and just dubbed a MiniFAQ. However I do suggest
you check out the FAQs for this game created by both HKazuya and TGodzilla.
Each of them are filled with more in-depth info than this one ever will, so
use one of those if you want any specifics.
