1. About the FAQ
!!!
First of all, before I start anything: This guide may contain SPOILERS.
So unless you've gotten to the point where you actually need to know
how to do something or get somewhere, I suggest you refrain from any
further reading. Therefore, if you have the smallest sense of what's
happening, you'll find that everything is what should be expected.
Also, if you plan to do ANY replication, or manipulation of this guide,
no matter how small, READ the disclaimer below, before doing anything.
!!!
This is my first time writing a FAQ/Guide, or anything in the FAQ's
section of GameFAQs, so the layout I've done here has been collected
from what I've seen in previous FAQ's (Please note that I have not
taken anybody's work, specifically off their own. I just merely viewed
their FAQ/Guide layout, just to give myself an idea of how things are
best examined, and looked upon be readers - such as putting some nice
designs, and a table of contents). This guide outlines the Valhalla
Plains, and the White Forest, both located northeast of Midgard. The
White Forest is, however, northwest of the Valhalla Plains, if you want
a clearer picture of it. Anyway, I've decided to map out both of them
because I found it was difficult, and time consuming, to find my way
around each one (Well, actually, just the Plains because the Forest was
much more smaller, and easier to go around). But nonetheless, this
guide was intended to help others out, in any way it could, in this
particular part of the game (Whether it be getting to Dhaos'
Castle/General, or getting to Pegasus). Now, on with the maps...

2. Valhalla Plains
I. About the Map
The following map is pretty big. It's confusing, only if you don't know
how to get around in it. There are two main landscapes in it: snow and
grassland. The map contains 4 exits, including the entrance, and a
swordsman/trainer somewhere in the middle (so bring some money,
preferably 50k). The 4 exits, going clockwise, starting from the lower
left corner, lead to: Midgard, White Forest, Dhaos' Castle, and an open
area of the world map. There are no treasure chests in the Plains, so
don't expect to find any items. Also note that the big open spaces (or
squares) are the ones with trees in them - so that should help you out,
if you have trouble reading the map.

3. White Forest
I. About the map
The following map is not that big, and very linear. But, it can get as
confusing, at one point, in the sense that it would look like a maze.
When you go through the Forest, you're most likely to go as Mint, along
with Arche, so Cless and Klarth will be left at where the entrance
would be. The only items that can be found are mushrooms (otherwise
know as medicine). Each screen/section on the map sometimes has
rabbits, which are helpful indicators when navigating through the
Forest. Later on, once Arche leaves and you're in control of Cless,
knowing where she is on the map would prove to be beneficial later on.

4. Credits/Thanks
Whew, that was a lot of work (Especially on the Valhalla Plains).
Anyway, there's really no one specifically to give credit to, except to
all those who's FAQ's and guides I've read throughout the years. And
for others, who are still making them, or just starting, keep up the
good work! Many thanks goes to GameFAQs, for covering so many games,
and allowing it's visitors/users in being able to participate this way,
to the games they love, or likewise hate (No, I don't hate the game; I
just love it!). I would also like to thank Namco for developing a great
game in the RPG genre. And, as always, I would like to thank the people
who read my guide, because I know I enjoyed making it, because it also
meant playing it!
