C. Layout
World Map
In this mode, you walk around traveling from place to place like most
RGPs. Not much different than the world map mode in Little Ninja
Brothers for the NES.
Battle Scene
Unlike LNB, this mode limits you to only attacking towards the left
or the right (in the NES game, you can attack up the screen and down
the screen). If you take too long to battle the enemies, either a one-
eyed-flying gorilla, or a dragon will appear, making the battle even
harder. It pays to be leveled up and fast with the buttons. In
battle, some enemies drop weapons for you to use (mostly a nunchaku).
Some blocks (marked with an "P") contain a sword for you to use (but
why have this when you can already select your sword is beyond me).
Some blocks fires off a projectile when you hit it, causing damage to
those in its path. Most blocks gives an [M], or money, or a skull
(which decreases your total [M]'s by one). The format of this mode
closely resembles that of the Final Fight format.
RPG Battle Scene
Like LNB, this battle scene is reserved for battles with enemies too
big to fit on the normal battle scene; in this game, it seems to be
reserved for key bosses. So far, I haven't run across any normal
enemies that needed to be battled in the RPG battle scene. The only
difference that this has from LNB is that you automatically start
battling the boss with two players instead of one. In essence, you
don't have to call on your ally (if you are playing in one-player
mode). Unlike the battle scene, you don't necessarily have control
over what moves you would like to perform. When you select the fight
option, you will either do a punch, the MOONSAULT KICK, or the MIRACLE
KICK. You can't do the NINJA CYCLONE in this mode either (only the
MIGHTY BALL).
Action Scene
This is a new mode that wasn't found in the NES game (unless you
count the training mode in LNB). In this mode, you run, climb, jump,
and can implement the same kind of tools that you can from combat.
Unlike LNB, you can run by holding the punch button and a direction (in
LNB, you had to tap on the punch button while pushing on a direction).
The action scene is played like most platform games. In the case of
this game, it most resembles the play format of Ninja Gaiden.
II. Getting Started
A. Setup
When you press the start button, the game will take you to a set-up
screen. It will ask you to start a new game or enter a password (to
continue a previous game). Either of these choices will bring you to
the next set part of the set-up which will ask you if you want to play
a one-player game or a two-player game. First player will always play
as Jack and the second player will always play as Ryu. After that, the
game will ask you to select the difficulty of the action mode (Easy,
Normal, or Hard). It doesn't matter what you select; the outcome of
the story does not change. If you had selected to enter a password,
the game takes you to the password screen where you enter the password
and continue on your quest. Otherwise, you are given an introduction
to the quest ahead.
B. Tips and Hints before playing
-Like any RPGs, talking to people in the game is a must. This
shouldn't really need to be explained, but there are people that try to
zip through RPGs and winds up losing sight of where they should be,
only because they neglected to heed what the information given by the
people in the game. Seriously guys, pay attention to what is being
said and don't scroll the text too quickly or you will definitely miss
something.
-There is a girl that advises you to go to the Convenience Store of
every town you come across. The advantage of visiting the Convenience
Store is that in the event that you die, you won't have to start your
journey from the beginning. The Convenience Store keeps track of your
progress. In addition to that, the Convenience Store can revive your
fallen ally (in two-player mode), change a one-player game to a two-
player game and vice-versa, and give you password to continue where you
left off for a future game (though you can already do that yourself
without going to a Convenience Store).
-With that being said, when you get the magic MAGIPORT, you can use the
Convenience Store to your advantage. In the game, there will be times
where you have to trek long distances to get items, training, or
whatever. If you know you will have to eventually come back to that
town soon after receiving training, an item, etc., then you should
visit the Convenience Store. However, what that also means is that you
shouldn't visit the Convenience Store of other towns, because your
teleport location also changes.
-If you are playing this game off an emulator instead of the cartridge,
then you should have save slots available. It is far better to play
this game off an emulator because of the whacked-out password system
that this game has.
-If you find odd looking walls or doors, use a BOO BOMB and you can
reveal new passageways. Off course, you don't really need to do this
to complete the game. However, there are usually helpful items to be
gained by doing this that will make your quest easier.
-You won't be able to use the MIGHTY BALL or NINJA CYCLONE until you've
gotten the first AURABALL, so it is important to succeed in the first
part of the quest.
-Level up often. This doesn't have to be explained because it is
common sense. Unlike some of the current RPGs where leveling up is not
so important, keep in mind that this is one of the old RPGs around.
Fortunately, there are only 50 levels to go up (not 99 levels). Though
your attributes do not increase dramatically, your HP and NP does. It
is far better to have more HP and NP than not enough.
-Rest in the Inn as often as well. Whenever you gain a level, you
don't automatically receive the extra HP and NP. Only by resting can
you gain/regain HP and NP. There is one quirk with this game as well
in that there are no items to solely recover your NP. I've tried out
every item and the only item that recovers NP is MEAT BUN. However,
you can only carry one MEAT BUN at a time, plus it is not very wise to
use up your MEAT BUN just to gain back some NP (especially when you
still have lots of HP). Besides, resting at an Inn is free.
-Exploit the ERRANDBOT and BONZEBOT often. Sometimes it is a long walk
from one town to another. If your partner dies, use the BONZEBOT. If
you run out of one particular item and you need it badly, use the
ERRANDBOT. Don't bother trekking back to the nearest town, especially
if you are close to your goal. You don't have to worry about the cost
of the items or reviving a fallen ally in the next town because these
robots will charge you the same price as the person in the Item Shops
and Convenience Stores.
III. Story
'Joyful people are living happily in Chinaland. One day, trouble
arose in the peaceful country. A mysterious space ship fleet covered
the sky of Chinaland. What? A 3-D image in the sky! [Rub-A-Doc image
appears] "Hello, people of Chinaland. Please don't be scared. We are
on a Universal Peace Mission. I am the leader, Rub-A-Doc." "We are
travelling the Universe to promote peace. People in Chinaland, let's
work together for universal peace." A Universal Peace Conference was
held between Rub-A-Doc and the Emperor Chin of Chinaland. Rub-A-Doc
became very popular. He travelled all over Chinaland to promote peace.
A Rub-A-Doc boom was on! A few months later, the space ship fleet and
the Rub-A-Doc boom left Chinaland. A quietness returned.'
Jack "I heard some troubles have happened in the capital city, Yokan."
Ryu "They were crazy about peace a little while age, but trouble now?"
"Anyway. It looks like we got a job to do. Lets go to Yokan!"
IV. Walkthrough

talk with the people there.

Buy whatever you need from the Item Shop, speak with everyone, and then
go visit Emperor Chin and Prince Bonbon in the back of the town.
Emperor Chin tells you, "Robbers from Mt. Sanpin in the East broke into
the town and took the jewel and prime workers away." Naturally you
agree to help and you're advised to see the prophet Notruedamus who
lives behind the palace. When you see Notruedamus, he tells you to go
to the North cave first to see Rick at Horizon Gate for some training.
He also gives you your first magic ESCAPE LEAF, which will be useful in
getting out of combat situation or action scenes that you just aren't
ready for. Head to the North cave.
North Cave
First head north until you can't go any further, then head east until
you see the stairs. Don't take the stairs yet. Instead, take one of
the two paths before the stairs that lead south. It doesn't really
matter which path you take. Follow the path until you reach a treasure
chest that contains the DRAGON HELMET. Head back up and take the
stairs that you ran across. Once outside, walk west until you come
across Horizon Gate. Don't bother searching any path north of where
you are going (there is nothing to find).

-Rick's Training Hall (Chamber of Earth and Water)
-Gengai's Training Hall (Chamber of Fire and Wind)
Rick is in the left training hall. The right training hall is Gengai's
training hall. It doesn't really matter which one you visit first.
However, just to follow the continuity of the story, it is best to see
Rick first.
Chamber of Earth and Water
This is the first of many action scenes that you will have to play.
In the first section of the chamber (Earth), just make sure you gather
speed before jumping across large pits. Try to avoid running into
enemies or you might fall into a pit unexpectedly. In the Chamber of
Water, the water will slow you down. This doesn't affect your running
speed, but it will decrease the rate of your jump as well as your
descent. Also, avoid running into spikes for they will kill you
instantly. Near the end of the Chamber of Water, you will notice a log
that moves up and down. If you manage to get on this log, it will take
you to the Soundmaster's Studio. See the section about the Soundmaster
below. If you avoid going to the Studio, then you finished the Chamber
of Earth and Water training. As your reward, Rick gives you T-STAR to
use. Now, go see Gengai for training.
Chamber of Fire and Wind
In the first chamber, you will climb and do all sorts of 'Ninja
Gaiden' things. Just try to avoid being hit by the enemies that jumps
out of the pit and shoots two projectiles. In the Chamber of Wind,
there will be frequent burst of wind that pushes you to the right. If
you time it right, you can use the wind to your advantage and jump
across large pits without having to run. You will also notice a path
that is blocked off by four shimmering blue squares. This is a path to
the Soundmaster's Studio. If you want to visit the Soundmaster, you
must use a DRAGON EGG to get pass the barriers. From now on, barriers
will block all future paths to any other Soundmaster's Studio.
Anyways, finish the chamber and Gengai will give you the SPIDER SHOES.
The SPIDER SHOES allows you to stick to the ceiling like Spider-Man.
You must get these SPIDER SHOES; otherwise, future action scenes will
be nearly impossible to complete. Now you are ready to take on the
robbers in Mt. Sanpin, which is located east of Yokan. First, make
your way back to Yokan and rest. When you are ready, head to Mt.
Sanpin.
Mt. Sanpin
Go all the way east, south, and then west until you see a set of
stairs going down. Once you are downstairs, proceed north and take the
stairs in the northeast corner of the room. Don't take the other
stairs because that leads nowhere. Now head north and take another set
of stairs going down. This will take you to another path that leads to
more stairs in the southwest corner of the room. This final set of
stairs will take you to the robbers.
Battle with the robbers
This battle is just like the battles you've fought in your quest so
far. There isn't really anything interesting with these bandits. Just
defeat four of them and you win. Just watch out for them shooting
fireballs and flying around. When they fly around, they can't be hurt.
After you've defeated them, you receive the YELLOW AURABALL. When you
get into battles, you will now notice that you can perform the MIGHTY
BALL and NINJA CYCLONE. Make your way back to Yokan and talk with
Emperor Chin.
Emperor Chin
Emperor Chin tells you that the Ringleader of the robbers is hiding
"near Edo City on an island called Tamari in the south." You take on
the task of finding the Ringleader. Prince Bonbon will then give you
the DRAGON BLADE.
Journey to Tamari
Go south across the river by crossing the bridge southwest of Yokan.
Go south around the mountains. Once around the mountains, don't take
the path south (which will lead you to the cave you need to enter.
Instead, go west. Although this is a longer way to get to Tamari than
the southern path, this path will lead you to a cave in the southwest
of the continent. Actually, you can also get to this cave if you take
the south path (because this continent is shaped like a donut, so it
doesn't matter which way you take). I just like going west because it
prevents the temptation of entering the first cave you spot and thereby
missing a couple of things. Anyways, the cave in the southwest is
Princess Leila's "Janken House" (see below for details). Now, if you
took the west path instead of the south path, all you have to do is
keep following the route that you were walking in to find the cave to
get to Tamari. If you took the south path, then you know where it is
because you passed it on the way here.
Cave to Tamari
When you enter, follow the path to another set of stairs. Once you
are downstairs, go across the water (underground stream?). Keep
following the path east until you come across some stairs. Actually,
before you reach the stairs, you will notice an entranceway in the
wall. This leads to the hideout of the "Twin Ninja Red and Blue Gems"
(see below for details). When you take the stairs up, you should go
west, then north until you see another set of stairs going up. Don't
go up just yet. Instead, take the path west of the stairs until you
come to a wall marked with an "X." Use a BOO BOMB (if you have any)
and blow a hole in the wall. Walk through and you will be in a room
with a treasure chest. It is filled with SWEET BUNS (in unlimited
quantities). If you are already maxed out with SWEET BUNS, then the
treasure chest will be "empty." However, it just means that you can't
carry more. So, if you need to stock up on SWEET BUNS but are short of
money, this is a good place to get some SWEET BUNS. Take those stairs
going up and the Samurai will greet you. He will let you through.
Once out of the cave, go south to Edo City.

-King Toro's Palace
You learn from King Toro and Princess Tamago that the robbers
"kidnapped all the peppy young people and made them apathetic." You
are told that the robbers are hiding inside Mt. Wasabi. You agree to
help. King Toro tells you to return to his palace after you've
completed your quest. The way to Mt. Wasabi is west of Edo City.
Cave to Mt. Wasabi
The first thing you will notice is the river of lava. There are some
logs on top that act like trampolines. To navigate the river, don't
use the jump button (despite all you've learnt from playing most other
platform games). The logs will automatically launch you up high. If
you push the jump button while you are on the logs, you will actually
jump much lower. Just use the height gained from the logs to your
advantage. There are also skulls to jump on, but don't stay on top for
too long or you will sink into the lava. There is a jump after the
first skull that might seem impossible due to the spikes hanging right
on top of you. To remedy this, try and drop down the ledge and cling
on to the wall. Jump to the other side when you are low enough so that
you don't jump into the spikes. You should see a ferryman coming your
way. Let him carry you across. In the next section, avoid having
spikes fall on you. You won't die if they touch you, but you will lose
some HPs. There really isn't anything interesting about the third
section other than the drop at the very end (leading out of the cave).
You should stay to the right of the falling platforms so that you drop
close to the exit way. Once outside, Mt. Wasabi is just to the right.
Mt.Wasabi
Inside, you should go all the way to the right first. You'll notice
a path north and a path east (by the gushing stream of lava). Go east
first. There, you will see some stairs going down at the south end of
the chamber. Don't go down there because it goes nowhere. Instead, go
all the way north and take those stairs going down. Once downstairs,
go south across the bridge and keep following the path until you see a
wall marked with an "X." Blow it up and enter the hole. Grab the
treasure chest inside and find the BONZEBOT. He will be very useful in
a two-player game. Unfortunately, he can only be used in the world map
so the deal with using him is that one of you must survive the battle
if you want to resurrect your fallen ally. Head back upstairs and go
back to the first split in path. Now take the north path. Make your
way to the northwest part of the chamber where you will see some stairs
going down. Just follow the path to a doorway. This doorway leads to
the battle with the boss called Bongoman.
Battle with Bongoman
This is the first RPG battle scene of the game. There will be others
like this to follow. Beware of Bongoman's THUNDER ROCK MUSIC. It will
paralyze you for a while. His other moves are SONIC DRUM and STICK
BOOMERANG. Just stay on top of things like keeping your HP up. Try
not to let your partner die because the battle goes so much faster with
two players. When you defeat Bongoman, you will receive the RED
AURABALL. Head back to Edo City and talk with King Toro. Don't worry
about having to go through all the action scenes again. It seems that
you only have to complete the action scene going towards a certain
location, but you will be brought to the outside entrance if you are
retracing your steps. You only have to make it out of Mt. Wasabi.
King Toro
It seems that all the young men in Edo City are back to normal. King
Toro tells you that in his youth, he saw an AURABALL like the ones you
have in a place called Satoon. Princess Tamago says that you need a
HOVERBOAT to get there, and conveniently she has one. She gives it to
you so you can travel there. Toro also tells you to see Emperor Chin
in Yokan who might know something about Satoon. Head back to Yokan.
Going back to Chinaland
You now don't have to take the cave to get back to Chinaland. You
can use the ARC-DE-TRAVEL (a.k.a. the GIFT OF LOVE) to get there. Just
find the pier north of Edo City and the walk out onto the rocks. As
long as there are rocks, the ARC-DE-TRAVEL can traverse it. The pier
on the other side is in Chinaland. Now go north to Yokan. In Yokan,
the Emperor tells you that Satoon is in the west. He also tells you to
visit Fairy Town if you are headed west.
Part III: The Journey to Satoon
Go to the lake northwest of Yokan. You will find a pier to use your
hover boat. Once across, keep going west until you see a tent on an
island. Inside, you will find a retired fisherman. He will be
important a bit later on in the game. Anyways, keep heading west. You
will eventually come to Kingland.

do get it, it will show up on your magic list. You will find Dr.
Justice here. He will help build stuff for you to use along the way.
Anyways, there is not much to do here. Apparently, the people admire a
person by the name of Romel. You also find out that Satoon is actually
a town where evil monsters live and that it was built by Romel to give
the monsters a place to live. Since then, these monsters never
attacked Kingland ever again. You also find out about a person named
Princess Julia who is in love with Romel. She is in Fairy Town in the
west. You should go there.
Fairy Town

-Princess Julia's Palace
You find out about "Project-3F" which is a parcel delivery service.
Julia's Dad and Romel started this project, but apparently Julia's Dad
had a misunderstanding and shut himself up in the Fairy Tower. He also
took an ERRANDBOT with him (this robot was developed for the project).
You decide to go straighten the matter out with the king. Head over to
the Fairy Tower, which is "southwest, after you go south from [Fairy
Town]." Someone in town also tells you to visit Miss Finny if you are
going to Satoon, but more on that later.
Fairy Tower
First, head to the stairs in the southeast corner of the room. Just
follow the path and you will find a treasure chest two floors up. This
chest contains the ERRANDBOT, which will do the shopping for you when
you are away from a town. Take the stairs up another two floor and you
will find another treasure chest. This chest contains MEAT BUNS. You
can only carry one MEAT BUN, but you can always come back here to
refill your supply for free. Go back all the way down to the first
floor and take the doorway in the northwest corner of the room. Keep
following the path and you will eventually go up four floors to a room
where Julia's Dad is hiding. And yes, Julia's Dad isn't called by any
other name other than "Julia's Dad." After you straighten matters with
him, he sees how wrong he is and gives you the MAGIPORT as an apology
for all the trouble he has caused. Time to leave the tower. Once
outside, you can simply use the MAGIPORT to warp back to Fairy Town
(assuming you've visited the Convenience store in Fairy Town last). Go
see Princess Julia.
Princess Julia
She is happy that her dad is back. She now wants an ERRANDBOT to
deliver a message to King Romel in Satoon. However, "the path to
Satoon is full of invisible monsters." You agree to aid the ERRANDBOT
deliver the message. Julia tells you that before going to Satoon, you
should visit a place called Celestern, which is south in the desert.
She says that there is a spell called HYPER VISION there, which lights
up invisible enemies. You'll need this spell later on in the game so
head to Celestern. Go west across the bridge first (like you did going
to Fairy Tower), then southeast into the deserts. Head south along the
mountains until you find Celestern.

-Princess Scheherazade's Palace
You shouldn't bother to visit the Convenience Store here. Trust me,
your journey will be much easier later on. You are told that Princess
Scheherazade knows about HYPER VISION. Princess Scheherazade tells you
"Airosche, a wizard at the Tower of Belba has it." However, like most
of your quest so far, you have to obtain it through training. Someone
in town tells you that the Tower of Belba seems to be close, but you
have to take a detour to get there. Another person also tells you to
jump in one of the vases on the 4th floor of the tower to proceed
further followed by the expression "I hate lies and ninjas." You also
hear from other people about a powerful punch called the HYPNOBLOW that
can be obtained from the Exchangeya (see below for more details).
Anyways, head for the Tower of Belba.
Towards the Tower of Belba
Go west of Celestern. Don't take the first bridge you see. Instead,
head north and you will find a bridge up there. Cross the bridge and
go around the mountains until you are by the river. Follow the river
south until you find the bridge. From here on, just follow the path to
the tower.
Tower of Belba
Take the stairs up (located in the southwest part to the room). Go
up three floors and you will find a room with four vases. Remember the
man in Celestern that told you about this room. What he didn't mention
is which of the vases are the right ones to jump in. Don't jump in the
southern most vases. They bring you back to the first floor near the
entrance you came in. Jump in one of the two eastern most vases
(doesn't matter which one). You will now be on the most northern
chamber of the first floor. There will be stairs at the north wall.
Don't take these (yet) because they will only lead you back outside.
Instead, take the stairs near the west wall. Three floors up later,
you will find a doorway leading to the magician Airosche. You must
pass her training for HYPER VISION.
Airosche's training
In this action scene, you have to avoid sinking with the sinking rock
slabs, outrun the moving sands (treat these like conveyor belts) and
cactuses (treat these like spikes). There is also a Soundmaster's
Studio in here. When you pass the test, you get HYPER VISION.
Airosche then looks into her magic crystal. She sees "Romel deceiving
Lady Julia. Watch out your way." You are also told that Romel's
castle is in the acid water where regular boats can't travel. She
tells you to visit a "famous scholar in Kingland" for help before going
to Satoon. She is referring to Dr. Justice. Exit the tower and head
for Kingland. This is where the MAGIPORT comes in handy. If you
visited the Convenience Store in Celestern, you'll have a long walk
back. If you haven't visited the Convenience Store since Fairy Town or
Kingland, then you will cut a huge amount of time off your journey.
Kingland
Dr. Justice gives you his "KITE MACHINE" to fly across the acid
water. He also tells you that in order to get to Satoon, you must go
"north along the mountains from Fairy Town." Just follow Justice's
instruction. There will be a point where you have to go south and take
the hover boat southward. You will eventually run into a cave where
Miss Finny is camping out. Give her a visit and she will challenge you
for the prize of DE TECOY.
Fighting Miss Finny
She flies around and drops bombs. Sometimes, she will pick you up
and toss you. Try to intercept her as she flies towards you. DE TECOY
will produce a copy of you in battle (but it won't fight for you).
Instead, it (hopefully) will draw any attacks from enemies away from
you. Now go to the cave west of Miss Finny's cave.
Cave towards Satoon
There are spikes all over as well as fishes jumping out of the water.
Other than that, the first section is relatively easy. As for the
second section, the only highlight is the ferryman. He can go through
walls, but you can't. Even when you climb various walls to get over
them, try and stay ahead of the ferryman a bit. Beware of the falling
platforms, especially if the ferryman isn't under you to catch your
fall. Near the end, there is a path to the Soundmaster's Studio. Head
out and go north to Satoon.

complain of an odd odor from the castle that is making them feel tired.
You should investigate. To get to the Ghost Castle, you have to go
over the strait. You will automatically use the KITE MACHINE when you
reach the pier north or Satoon. Just before you reach the Ghost
Castle, you must go through the forest and fortress.
Forest and Fortress
The first part (the forest) is relatively easy. You just have to
defeat any enemies that stand in your way while avoiding falling down
the collapsible platforms and avoid being hit by jumping fishes. In
the fortress, avoid falling down pits and into spikes. Be careful of
two of the logs you come across. It will launch you up into the spikes
if you are careless. There is also a path to the Soundmaster's Studio.
In regards to the last log before you exit the stage, simply jump over
it and you won't be launched up into the spikes.
Ghost Castle
Head north first. Take the first stairway you see. Follow the path
to get to the north side of the first floor where a warrior is
standing. The warrior tells you that King Romel has mastered the magic
SHADOW SHIELD. He now avoids light (HYPER VISION). Backtrack to the
first stairway you came across. Now head west. Take the stairway
located south of the tombstones. Follow the path to get to the other
side of the stream. Go south to the pier. Follow the stream up.
There is only one way to follow that actually leads anywhere anyways.
Before taking the stairs up in the northwest corner of the room, you
will notice a mark on the wall approximately two pace right and one
pace up of the stairs. Use a BOO BOMB to blow it up. It will bring
you to a treasure chest containing the NINJA SABER. Now head back down
and take that other stairway up. Go up two floors and you will
eventually find the doorway leading to the factory where "Romel" is
hiding. You discover that Romel is actually "General Konk of the Dark
Bombers, the Power Elite of the Galands!" He really wants to use
Project-3F to deliver gas all over the world and explode them. You
must fight him.
Battle with General Konk
His attacks are DARK VOLT, DARTER-Z, KONK GALLOP, and SHADOW SHIELD.
When he uses SHADOW SHIELD, it is time for you to use HYPER VISION.
Otherwise you can't hit him. Once you defeat General Konk, you get the
GREEN AURABALL as well rescuing the real Romel. You give Julia's
present to Romel, which is a wedding ring. He suggests you go head
back to Fairy Town. Get out of the castle and head back to Fairy Town
and see Julia. By now, I shouldn't have to tell you that you that you
should take advantage of the MAGIPORT and the last Convenience Store
visited. I'll just leave the visiting of a Convenience Store at your
discretion.
Julia and Romel
Now Romel lives with Julia. Romel promises that he will expand the
Project-3F properly. You ask about the AURABALLS. Romel admits he
doesn't know anything about it, but it is very important because even
the enemies want it. Julia gives you her PURPLE AURABALL believing
that it is more important for you to have it. You are advised to get a
boat to head for Mystery Land. Go to Kingland to see Dr. Justice.
Journey to Mystery Land
Dr. Justice invents the SHARK CRUISER for you and tells you to go see
the fisherman in the east for hints. The fisherman tells you that
Mystery Land is located. Follow his directions to get there. If you
get lost out at sea, then find the bunch of rocks in the shape of
arrows and follow those to Mystery Land.
Part IV: Mystery Land
When you first land in Mystery Land, you will notice a stairway close
to the pier. Go down the stairway to find Sea Town. Actually, there
isn't much in Sea Town except for four people. They will tell you of a
town called Arcadia Town, which is very far east of Sea Town. To get
there, follow the river east of Sea Town and follow it across the vast
swamps and jungles. Back outside, you will find a path going north and
a path going south. Go north first. You will have to come back to
this south path later on so don't worry. Make your way to Arcadia
Town.

-Princess Lama's Palace
I'd buy the BOOMERSTAR for 3000 sen. Again, it's optional but it is
better than the T-STAR. Princess Lama of Anca tells you that they are
at war against the Pitts Gang. They are hiding out at Temple Bayon.
You inform the princess that the Pitts Gang is really the Galands and
what their true agendas are. You lend a hand but are told that the
entrance to Temple Bayon is closed. You are advised to see Mr. Slowpo
and to see her again after you've defeated the Pitts Gang. Mr. Slowpo
is in a mountain north of Arcadia Town.
Slowpo's mountain
To get to him is not all that easy. You will have to get through an
action scene before reaching him. There is a ferryman here. Like
before, he can go through walls (and spikes) but you can't so you
better be careful. There is also a path to the Soundmaster's Studio
near the end. Exit to reach Mr. Slowpo. Mr. Slowpo tells you that he
doesn't really have the answers and that you should go see Notruedamus
in Yokan. He also gives you the SERENITECH. This will lessen the
encounters on the world map, especially if you have to make a long walk
back. Go back to Yokan.
Notruedamus
He foresees you drilling a hole in Temple Bayon. He tells you that a
man is excavating at Mt. Kyojin right now, so you should find him.
Remember that path south of Sea Town. That leads to Mt. Kyojin, if you
haven't already figured that out from one of the people in Arcadia
Town. Notruedamus also gives you MICRO NINJA, which will be required
to clear Mt. Kyojin. Go to Mt. Kyojin. Actually when you get there,
the first cave is not Mt. Kyojin, but rather, another cave before it.
Caves toward Mt. Kyojin
This is one long action scene where you have to outrun the falling
platforms while avoiding the fishes. But wait, this next cave isn't
even Mt. Kyojin. It's another action scene. In this scene, the real
tricky part is avoiding the log launching you up while the spikes are
falling down. It isn't actually that hard. As long as you remember
that you can scale the ceilings, then you will be fine. When you get
out you will have to go around the mountains in the south (going
westward). Finally Mt. Kyojin. But wait, it too has an action scene
before you meet the person you need to find.
Mt. Kyojin
There are climbing to do. As well, there is a moving log that acts
just like a ferryman. In the second chamber, you must use your
abilities to stick to ceilings as well as MICRO NINJA. Make sure to
avoid the log that goes all the way up and all the way down. It may
look like it leads to someplace important (like a Soundmaster's
Studio), but all it does is it makes you start this particular chamber
all over again. In the third and final chamber, there is a ferryman.
There is also a path to the Soundmaster's Studio halfway through. At
the end you meet Dr. Archeo. Dr. Archeo rants on about an Ancient
Giant buried somewhere here. You ask for his help and he reluctantly
agrees. At the same time, he gives you a WATCH that he just uncovered.
You will need it later on. Return to Arcadia Town and head to Temple
Bayon. Just follow the river south to get there (you don't have to
cross any bridge).
Temple Bayon
Dr. Archeo will drill a hole for you to enter the temple. Once
inside, you should make your way to the far northeast corner of the
room. Take the stairs going up four floors, and you will be in a room
with a treasure chest containing the NINJARMOR. Make your way back
down. Now go to the northwest corner of the room first (don't take the
set of stairs closest to the entrance/exit way). Go up four floors and
you will be in a room with two bosses standing there. You have to
fight them one at a time. The first one is Tangoman.
Battle with Tangoman
This battle is a typical battle scene. Tangoman flips around and
throws his ax that acts more like a boomerang and can travel across the
entire screen. Defeat five of them to win. The next boss is
Strawbear.
Battle with Strawbear
This is another typical battle scene. Strawbear doesn't do too much
except for sticking out his pincher-hand when you get too close. He is
slow to move and to attack so you shouldn't have too much problems.
Defeat three of them to win. Grab the KEY in the treasure chest. Now
head back down and take the stairs closest to the entrance/exit way.
Go up four floors and you will be in a room with two more bosses. You
will have to battle them one at a time. The first on is Sourface.
Battle with Sourface
This battlefield is more like a room. Sourface stays close to the
ceiling dropping down every now and then. He fires web at you, which
will slow you down. Move around and use your MIRACLE KICK or MOONSAULT
KICK to defeat him. The next boss is Coren.
Battle with Coren
This battlefield is another room. This room has conveyor belts on
the floor and spikes on the wall. Coren flies around and shoots multi-
directional shoots. Once in a while, he will spin around generating a
whirlwind that suspends you in one place. Use the same tactics that
you used on Sourface to defeat Coren. After you defeated him, use the
KEY and open the door to get the treasure chest. The one on the left
has LV COUNTER 3. The one on the right has the NINJA CLAWS. Go back to
Arcadia Town and see Princess Lama.
Princess Lama
She wants to repay you for your help, so you ask her if she can help
you identify the AURABALLS. She tells you that they are called
AURABALLS but has no idea what they do. But, she does give you her
BLUE AURABALL in return, saying that it's not hers to begin with. She
tells you of "a gate to the underwater city Moo." It is at the pier
near Temple Bayon. You should go there. To be more precise, the pier
is west of Arcadia Town. To get to Moo, you have to go around the
rocks near the pier. Head west and a bit north until you find an
island enclosed in a ring of rocks. Land on the pier and hear towards
what looks like the tip of a tower.

-King Atlant's Palace
The people are afraid to go out because a monster called Nargi is
loose. King Atlant says that four men of the Pitts Gang have revived
Nargi and "now General Bismol is controlling Nargi." On top of that,
General Bismol took their AURABALL, threatening to unleash Nargi on Moo
if they didn't comply. You agree to help, but you must first get a
submarine. Go see Dr. Justice. You can take a shortcut to Kingland by
going through the strait northwest of Moo. You should quickly run into
some familiar arrows formed by rocks. After he gives you the SUB-
CYCLONE, you can now go find the sunken ship where the General Bismol
is hiding. The sunken ship is around the southeast part of the sea.
Battle with Nargi (Part I)
This isn't an actual battle (just a cut scene). You discover that
Nargi has hard scales and that "ordinary weapons don't work on them."
Just when it looks bad, you are sucked inside a WHALE controlled by Old
Whaleman. He tells you that in order to defeat Nargi, you must find a
scroll that tells you how to defeat Nargi. The scroll is in Ghouland
and it is best to ask Mr. Slowpo for directions. He also gives you the
MAGIDOOR, which lets you exit "dungeons." You can control the WHALE to
move around the map. While you are inside the WHALE, enemies can't
ambush you. Go see Mr. Slowpo. He tells you that "Rockhedge" is the
entrance to the mysterious village called Ghouland. Only the Ancient
Giant can get you there. Go to Mt. Kyojin and see if Dr. Archeo has
finished digging up the robot yet. When you get there, you see a giant
robot. Dr. Archeo tells you that the WATCH he gave you is the
controller for the robot (which you call BIGBOT). Now you can fly
anywhere. However, the one drawback to BIGBOT is that you must have
sufficient clear space to land it (of course you can take off from just
about anywhere). Rockhedge is southeast of Sea Town. It is an island
with a bunch of pillars surrounding a stairway.
Ghouland
-Hidden Item Shop
-Dragon Egg
-Thunder Punch
-Hypnoblow
This place is a ghost town. There is a hidden Item shop at the north
side of Ghouland. You need a BOO BOMB to blow down the door. The
equipments are well worth it if you have the money. It makes the rest
of the game seem so much easier (especially with HYPNOBLOW). Anyways,
you should be careful as enemies can still ambush you here. There are
two stairs going down at the north end of Ghouland. It doesn't matter
which one you take, other than the fact that you end up in a different
part of the same underground (which leads to the same place
eventually). Once underneath, head to the southwest corner of the room
and go down. Keep following the path and go down again. You will find
a treasure chest with the ULTIMATE SCROLL telling you how to defeat
Nargi. It seems that the FEATHER SWORD in Horizon Gate can defeat
Nargi. Use the MAGIDOOR to get out (unless you prefer to walk) and fly
to Horizon Gate. Go see Rick.
Rick (Part I)
He will give you the sword only if you pass his test. This time, the
test is to match and complete a picture of his face. Have patience and
you will be able to pass his test. He will give you the FEATHER SWORD.
Now, go fight Nargi.
Battle with Nargi (Part II)
This is a RPG battle; however this battle seems more like a joke.
You don't really need the FEATHER SWORD to defeat Nargi (but it will do
more damage than any of your other attacks. If you have the HYPNOBLOW,
then you don't even need the sword. One successful hit from the
HYPNOBLOW and Nargi is as good as dead. Nargi's moves are BLACK
BARRIER, DARK EXPLODER, TORPENARGI, and SCALE BOOMERANG. When Nargi
uses BLACK BARRIER, use HYPER VISION to counter the spell. When you
defeat Nargi, you get the pick up the spell TURTLE WATCH. Now you will
enter the ship.
Sunken Ship
Go right and you will find an alcove with a white "X" on one of the
walls. Use a BOO BOMB and then enter the hole. At the left side of
this newly discovered room, there is a treasure chest containing the
NINJA TURBAN. Head back outside. Go all the way right and take the
stairs leading down. Follow the path and take another set of stairs
leading down. Follow the path to the stairs leading up. Keep
following the path and you will take one final set of stairs up, which
will bring you to a room with a doorway leading to General Bismol.
Battle with General Bismol
This is an RPG battle. Again, if you have HYPNOBLOW, then it will be
very easy. His attacks are SPITPRONG, GENERAL BISMOL'S PEPTODASH,
SPIRITIZER, and FIRE SCREW. When you defeat him, you get the SILVER
AURABALL. Now head back to Moo and see King Atlant.
King Atlant
He is happy that his people "no longer have to live in fear of
Nargi." King Atlant tells you that there are 7 AURABALLS in total
(kind of like the Dragonballs in Dragonball Z, but that's another
game). He says that these balls have special powers. With it, a good
person can bring peace all over the world, whereas an evil person can
bring misery all over the world. He gives you his SILVER AURABALL. He
also tells you a rumor that there is people looking like you causing
trouble is Futureland. He knows they can't be you, and you believe the
Galands are causing this. You decide to go to Futureland to
investigate. To go to Futureland, you must use BIGBOT to fly there.
It is located east of Chinaland.
Part VI: Futureland
There is only one place you can land that will bring you anywhere
(i.e. the closest cave in the west of Futureland). Other areas are
simply too small for BIGBOT to land (though you can take-off from these
small areas). Enter the cave.
Cave to Computown
There is nothing particularly hard about this action scene. It is
perhaps the easiest action scene you've ever seen (compared to what
you've been given). Once outside again, go left and into Computown.

-Linear Car Station x 2
-Sewer Canal
-B.B. Virgo's House
I'd buy MAGICMINE for 10000 sen. In combat, it acts like a smart bomb
in normal battles. If you try to take the Linear Car in the next
station to Grandpolis, you find out that "operation has been
suspended." The people here are afraid of you for some reason. If you
go into the sewers, you find that something fishy is going on, but you
won't venture too deeply and will go back out. When you visit Oly, he
accuses you of stealing his GOLD AURABALL and kicks you out. The only
logical choice is to visit B.B. Virgo (since she doesn't behave rudely
towards you). In fact she is here to help you, but you must pass her
test (see below for details). When you win, you will be told that your
clones are hiding in this town, but your equipment isn't strong enough.
She tells you to go back to Horizon Gate to do more training.
Rick (Part II)
You request that Rick teaches you the FIRE PUNCH (although you more
or less equip it). He agrees to give it to you only if you defeat him
in combat. Rick will throw punches as well as performing his HIRYU-NO-
KEN (spinning cyclone kick). He can't be hurt while he is doing the
HIRYU-NO-KEN. Defeat Rick and you will get the FIRE PUNCH. Before
going back to Athletown, take a stop by Ghouland and buy back whatever
protector you've lost (if you did buy the THUNDER PUNCH or HYPNOBLOW to
begin with; otherwise upgrade!). FIRE PUNCH is actually weaker than
THUNDER PUNCH or HYPNOBLOW.
Battle with Clone Jack and Ryu (Part I)
Use the HYPER VISION first. Though you can see the clone Ryus, you
can't see the clone Jacks. They do everything you can do and more.
They can throw their heads around. Defeat 6 of them to win. Oh no!
It seems that they can't be defeated after all. You must get stronger
weapons yet again. Maybe you should get a sword this time. Go see Dr.
Justice. After that, come back and battle again.
Battle with Clone Jack and Ryu (Part II)
Again use HYPER VISION first. This battle is really a joke. It
seems you don't really need the sword as well (bunch of useless swords
in this game). The THUNDER SWORD stuns the clones long enough for you
to defeat them, but you could also use the THUNDER PUNCH, HYPNOBLOW, or
even MAGICMINE and MAGIC WIND. They will accomplish the same thing.
You will proceed in the sewers.
Sewers
Go to the southeast corner of the sewers. This is the only place
that will lead you anywhere. Every other path is a dead-end. Go down
and go all the way left. Take the stairs up. This will bring you to
another section of the sewers with a treasure chest containing the STAR
BOMB. These are explosive shurikens. Go back down and head out in the
sewage (halfway between these two stairways). There is only one place
you can land. Take the stairs down. Follow the path to go up two
floors to battle with Bad News Boss.
Battle with Bad News Boss
If you've kept FIRE PUNCH, then you will find this battle hard
indeed. His attacks are ROCKET PUNCH, SPIRIT BLAST, HEAD CRACKER, and
FIRE KNOCKOUT. Defeat him to receive the GOLD AURABALL. Go talk to
Oly.
Oly
Oly apologizes for the way he behaved towards you and lets you keep
the GOLD AURABALL to make up for what he has done. You hear that the
line to Grandpolis is open again, but things down there are chaotic.
Take the Linear Car to Grandpolis. When you arrive at the next
station, you find that there is nothing here. There are two sets of
stairs (one that leads nowhere) and a door leading to the Linear Car
going back to Computown. Anyways take the right stairs and go north
once outside. You will find another set of stairs. Enter and you will
find ... ghosts!?
Vigilant Dog and Vigilant Monkey
They weren't ghosts. They were playing a joke on you. They tell you
that the Galands have occupied Grandpolis and it is chaotic there.
They tell you to take the cave to go to Cactus Village.
Cave to Cactus Village
This is actually another sewer system. Head right and take the
stairs in the northeast corner of the room. Go south and get the
treasure chest containing LV COUNTER 4. Now take the stairs right of
the treasure chest. Now follow the path to a dock. There is only one
path to follow. Exit the cave through the stairs going up. Once
outside, follow the path south, across the bridge, and a bit north
until you come to a tent. This is Cactus Village.

He has heard that Rub-A-Doc has been kidnapped by the Galands.
Soldiers were sent north to rescue him, and he needs your help. Go
north to Mt. Rocky.
Mt. Rocky
You see an old man who has come here to take lessons from Mr. ABC,
but can't seem to pass his test. When you enter the next room, you
meet up with Mr. ABC (but I guess you've been through so many test that
you are fed up). Unfortunately, he sees you and gives you his test,
which is "How do you say Thank you in Japanese?" The answers you are
given are Sayonara, Sashimi, Ohayo, Arigato, and Sushi. The answer is
Arigato, if you don't know Japanese. Actually, this is the only
question he asks, and even if you get it wrong the first time, you can
come back and try again (so it is merely a process of elimination).
Fortunately, when you pass his test, he gives you a subway token and
you travel to the cave leading towards Grandpolis.
Cave to Grandpolis
The first person you see is a warrior from Cactus Village. He says
he is exhausted from running "all the way over the mountain." He
should have learnt Japanese, and then he could have saved himself all
that trouble. Anyways, take the stairs and you will be in the actual
cave. In here, make sure to stay on the trolley. It can go through
walls and spikes like the ferryman. In the next chamber, it is a bit
tricky to navigate through the falling platforms and enemies. Make
sure you run, and don't really rely on a certain wall to climb out of
tough situations (you won't be able to cling on to it). When you are
on top and running before the platforms fall from under you, you will
find a vertical drop that you must go down in order to continue on.
You can definitely climb this wall. In the next chamber, there are
huge spikes. It's not something you can't navigate. A bit of advice
is that these moving spikes will only come back at you if it runs into
the end of the track or if it runs into the end of the screen. Some
spikes seem to have a short track to move on and it might seem like you
can't jump over them or get down from the ceilings fast enough before
you suffer damage. The trick to this is to walk after the spikes. As
long as you are "creating" more tracks for it to move, then it won't
come back towards you too soon. This should help until you find safer
grounds to walk on. There is a path to the Soundmaster's Studio near
the end. Exit the cave to a sewer system.
Sewers to Grandpolis
This system is perhaps the easiest to follow. There is only one path
to take. You will have to go through three chambers, but in the end,
the final stairway leads into Grandpolis.
Grandpolis
This place is more of a fortress than a city. Head south first.
Don't go all the way south (there is nothing there). Go left across
the first bridge you see and take the stairs down. Go down three
floors and you will be in a room with a treasure chest containing the
AURA HELMET. Go back up. Don't leave this small chamber yet. Explore
more to the far left. There is a door that almost seems like you can
walk through (compared to the door to its right). Use a BOO BOMB on
it. Now go down three floors and find the treasure chest containing
the AURA ARMOR. Go back up. No go around the room counterclockwise.
You will find another bridge, but don't cross it yet. Just keep going
counterclockwise until you can go no further. You will find another
door you can blow down. Go down three floors and find a treasure chest
containing the AURA SHIELD. Finally you get another shield. Go back
up. Now take that bridge you ran across. Go down three floors. You
will be in a room with a treasure chest containing the AURA SWORD. You
should now have all the best equipments in the game. There is only a
doorway left to enter. When you enter, you find Rub-A-Doc. Actually,
he turns out to be Robo Doc, "Galands' Genius Scientist." Now that he
has all seven AURABALLS and the MARVEL BOX, his plans are falling into
place. This makes you mad to want to fight him (which you do).
Battle with Robo Doc
This is a RPG battle. He actually has two forms. If you bring him
down to half, he will transform. With the HYPNOBLOW, he probably won't
live to transform. His first form is the Transheli. His second form
is the Ultra Robo Tranship. His attacks are SWIFTVULCAN, ROBO CRASHER,
GRENADELUGE. Defeat him to recover your AURABALLS and the MARVEL BOX.
Head back to Cactus Village and talk with Apax. From this point on,
you can actually wander around anywhere and abuse your powers before
you see Apax. See Apax when you want to finish the game.
Apax
He is angry (still), but when you bring him the AURABALLS and the
MARVEL BOX, he is happy. He beings you guys to a stone pedestal and
sets the MARVEL BOX and AURABALLS on it. You hear the voice of the
real owner of the MARVEL BOX and AURABALLS and the owner congratulates
you on your quest, promising a miracle. You've had enough fighting for
now, and it's time to return home. Now sit back and watch the end
credit for you have finished the game.

exit). The Soundmaster's game is simple - just match two cards
(musical notes) and get a MEDAL for each one pair you make. The MEDALS
can be used at the Exchangeya to win prizes.
-Exchangeya
Personally, I don't waste time trying to exchange my MEDALS. Even
though you are told that you can exchange 10 MEDALS for a HYPNOBLOW,
the chances of you getting one are probably one in a hundred, if not
one in a thousand. You are far more likely to get a SWEET BUN for all
your troubles (even so, the chances of you getting a SWEET BUN is
perhaps one in 50). There is a much better place to get the HYPNOBLOW
and all you need is money (lots of it).
-Janken House
Princess Leila will try and test your luck. She plays a card version
of rock-paper-scissors. She will first produce one of the three
"items." Then you just flip over any of your cards. In a case of a
tie (i.e. the same card), she won't count that as a win or lose. If
you lose three times, she will stop playing and tell you to try again
(in which you have to enter her cave again). If you win three times,
she will give you the magic VITALIZER. This magic is very useful,
however you must be careful for it seems impossible to recover NPs
(unless you rest at an Inn)
-Twin Ninja Red and Blue Gems (Concentration)
The point of this game is to flip over any two cards and match the
items. If they match, then you get the item. If they don't, then they
flip back over (so you should memorize where the items were). But on
top of that, there are some skull cards (they don't give you any items
at all). Even if you match the skull cards, it will be counted as a
mismatch.
Samurai Scorpio's Training
This training is rather pointless and is not required to progress.
All Scorpio have you do is try to find two words on the word list in
the right that doesn't show up on the flash words on the left. When
you pass the test, you receive a DRAGON EGG for all your troubles. It
is far better to just buy DRAGON EGGS at an Item Shop.
B.B Virgo's Card Game
It cost you 100 sen to play. All you have to do is flip over any
card after she has drawn hers. The goal is to beat her number with a
higher number six times (though it doesn't have to be in a row) before
she does. The number on the cards ranges from 1 to 10. Nothing beats
a 10 (you can only match it). When you win, she gives you the spell
MAGIC WIND. She will give you additional details on completing the
game (so you must win - see above in the walkthrough for details).
B. Quirks in the Game (some of them are reiteration)
-In the RPG battle, even though MAGIC WIND and MAGICMINE appears in the
magic list, the boss will usually have a barrier protecting them from
these magic, so it is pretty much useless to use these magic.
-Nothing solely recovers your NP (well, maybe except the Inn and MEAT
BUN. However, these things also recover your HP).
-Everyone usually repeats where you should go next if you forget where
you should be going, except for Emperor Chin. After he tells you to go
to Tamari Island, he will tell you about Satoon if you see him again
(even if you haven't gone to Tamari Island yet).
-The Sword equip and the MIGHTY BALL equip normally shows up under the
equip option. In the RPG battle, Sword shows up under item and MIGHTY
BALL shows up under magic. Worst is that you have to mentally
calculate how much [M] points you still have because this doesn't show
up under RPG battles.
- In Horizon Gate, a girl in the town will tell you about the NINJA
CYCLONE (not to be confused with the CYCLONE KICK). She says it
consume 3 [M] marks, and to "follow the same operation for 'Super
Jump.'" However, there is no move called the "Super Jump." The only
other move that behaves like the NINJA CYCLONE is the MIGHTY BALL
(which also consume 3 [M] marks and blow enemies away upon contact).
The closest thing that might be a "Super Jump" would be a MIRACLE KICK,
but this move only consumes one NP per use and it is not like the NINJA
CYCLONE at all.
-You change your watercraft many times, but the GIFT OF LOVE always
shows up under the Treasure screen.
-This isn't really a quirk, but Culture Brain has used this game to
shamelessly promote their other games with cameos of characters. Rick
Stalker is from 'Flying Warriors,' Gengai is from 'Flying Dragon' and
'Flying Warriors,' Princess Scheherazade is from 'The Magic of
Scheherazade.' Well, what video game company hasn't shamelessly
promoted their products in their other games anyways?
-Even if you got Dr. Archeo to drill a hole for you once before, he
will still drill more holes for you to enter if you exit and then walk
back into the temple (that is until you finish this part of the quest).
-It is ironic that Rick tells you to "take care of the [FEATHER SWORD]"
because it means a lot to them. You never give the sword back, and you
eventually replace it with something better (presumably you discard the
"crappier" sword).
-You actually have to downgrade yourself by getting the FIRE PUNCH (and
pass it off as an upgrade) to fight your clone (if you already have the
THUNDER PUNCH or HYPNOBLOW).
-THUNDER PUNCH can't pass as the THUNDER SWORD, although they produce
the same effect.
-You don't actually don't need certain Swords to defeat certain bosses,
even though you are strongly advised to put some effort into obtaining
these Swords.
-When you defeat the clones, you will see a cut scene saying that the
"THUNDER SWORD jammed their computers and destroyed clone Jack and
Ryu." You will get this even if you never used the THUNDER SWORD.
-After you defeat Bad News Boss, in the dialogue box, you say, "We have
to explain who really stole ory." I'm guessing this is a bad
translation and it should be something like "the whole story" or "who
really stole Oly's Auraball."
IX. Thank You
Thanks to Sarah Campbell for giving me the info on the CUPSULE.
X. Legal Matters
I shouldn't have to tell you people not to steal any parts of my work,
or my entire work for that matter, or that of any other people's.
You've read this kind of things in other FAQs and I'm sure they say the
same thing. Actually, I don't really care if someone wants to publish
this walkthrough and sell it to some dumb kid who doesn't really know
how old this game is. Sheesh, to think kids these days are actually
buying strategy guides for rehashed GBA games when they can get them
for free. If you want to use any part of my walkthrough, then ask for
my permission first and I'll send you my blessings.
