<Information>
This game doesn't seem to have much of a cohesive story. I never had a copy of
the manual, so I don't know if there was one in there or not. Seems a little
silly to me. Making a game with no story is ridiculous. So what I have drawn
from the whole thing is that some crazy other-dimensional robots have invaded a
very high-tech lab in hopes of taking over the world. I found it difficult to
understand at times.
I can tell you that you are a super-soldier. You begin equipped with two semi-
useful weapons. One is a rapid-fire single directional machine gun. The other
is a somewhat powerful slightly slower multi-directional triple cannon. During
the game, you find more useful weapons. One thing you should always remember
while playing is that conservation of health is key to completing this fairly
difficult game. Although there are health stations throughout the game, there
are not enough to just hope that they are there. In other words, if you are
playing this on an emulator, it will be easier in the long run to use save-
states. And if that is how you plan to survive, do it often. Very often.

<Walkthrough>
[A-1]
Things to not miss:
three videos about what exactly happened in the lab.
New Enemies:
Power Leech
Gold Soldier
Blue Sentry
Red Soldier
Green Sentry
Boss:
Blue Intruder
Guide:
So here it is. The beginning. You begin in Alpha sector, area 1. To start
out, fire at the glass wall in front of you until it shatters. Move forward to
the three barrels and do the same. Now walk through what used to be a wall.
There is a yellow spider thing on a generator here. Shoot it until it blows up
and the power comes back on. Take care here, you have your first encounter
with a gold soldier. Actually, there are two of them. Stand behind the walls
and fire away. Once they're gone, you can pass through the door and onto the
flashing arrow in front of you to download the map. It's not really important,
but it will help guide you with where you need to be. Around the corner, you
immediately run into a blue sentry. Use the triple cannon to take it out.
Four more will pop up around it. Same strategy there. Move forward and you
will be attacked by the first red soldiers.
While you are here, take note of the little blue hexagons on the ground. You
will find out later that these are used as dimensional transporters by the "bad
guys" of the game. I tend to refer to them simply as Dimensional Errors
because the game does too. You can get rid them of by destroying D-generators.
This also takes care of most enemies.
Moving on, you will encounter more red soldiers and as you destroy them, you
will hear a series of doors opening up ahead. You can only go one way in this
area, so that is the way you should go. Once you make it to the bottom of the
map, you will see four more blue sentries. Take them down with the triple
cannon again. As they vanish, more red soldiers appear. Kill them and move on
to the boss. Once it is dead, watch the video it leaves behind.
Move through the door to find the first pair of green sentries. The grey box
off to your left is the generator that keeps them running. Use the triple
cannon to take it, and them, out. In the next room, you will find the first D-
Generator. The glass section in the middle is your target. Once it is gone,
watch the video on the triangle panel, then go left until you see the newly
activated triangle panel. Watch that video, and go to the transporter.
[A-2 first time]
Walk to the left a little, then step back on the transporter.
[A-3 first time]
Things you can't miss:
Laser
health fill-up station
New Enemies:
Sludge Puddles.
Static Clings
Boss:
None at this time.
Guide:
Start by going up and collecting the little green and grey box at the top. You
see the video on how to use the laser, then you get attacked by two sludge
puddles. Kill them and move back toward your entrance. The way is blocked by
four blue sentries. You can use the laser if you like, but the triple cannon
works just as well. Some more red soldiers. You will come up to a set of
three blue sentries here. The laser is the only answer. Angle your shot so it
hits the bottom one. Then move if it doesn't start hitting the other two.
More red soldiers. There are two triangle panels here. If you don't
absolutely need the health, leave the top panel alone for now. The bottom
panel has your map. Move forward to the green sentries. Don't try to pass
them up. Slip between the wall and the first sentry's blast. Walk down and
blast their generator.
When the door opens up, be careful. There are two static clings. Try to get
them stuck behind a wall. Move to the top wall. Get their generator. Two
sludge puddles will appear. Then a red soldier or two. There are two blue
sentries waiting for you in front of the next door. Stand between their fire
to shoot them with the triple cannon.
This room has four red soldiers and the D-Generator. strategy here is your
choice. Just try not to get hit. The door opens to your transporter back to
A-2.
[A-2 again]
Things not to miss:
Nothing I have seen
New Enemies:
none
Boss:
Red Intruder
Guide:
You start out in the same place. Move up a little and see the four blue
sentries pop up. move around the pillar to keep from being hit. Use the laser
to get them. Red soldiers appear behind them. Blue sentries block your next
door (go figure, they do that a lot). Two sludge puddles wait behind it along
with three more red soldiers. Once they are gone, blue sentries will pop up
in front of the door. Once they are gone, backtrack to get the map. Then go
through the door you just saved. Three more red soldiers. Two more blue
sentries. Use the laser to kill the gold soldier on the other side of the
pillar. Triple cannon his buddies that pop up. Blast the D-Generator. Go in
the door.
If you hadn't been following my instructions, you would have gotten here and
then realized you needed to turn around because you would have been very much
stuck. You need the laser here; and since I know you have been, there is no
need to backtrack and go get it. And since you have been following my
instructions, all you have to do is use the laser to blast the generator that
locks the door. Through the door and to the boss. Make short work of him and
go the the transporter.
[A-3 again]
Things to see:
a video
New Enemies:
none
Boss:
Blue Intruder
Guide:
You can't mess this section up. Two gold soldiers. Don't move up yet. Go
down and switch to the laser. Angle up-right and strafe into the spot where
you hit him. Move up a little more and wait for the other one to move into the
same spot. Two blue sentries. Angle up-left and strafe to hit them. Go up.
Boss. Video. Go up. Two gold soldiers. D-Generator. Go down. Transporter.
[A-4]
Things to see:
Videos
fried soldiers
New Enemies:
none if you don't count the crispy soldiers
Boss:
none yet
Guide:
Two gold soldiers to the left. Four red soldiers. Go left. Stop when you get
to the doorway. Stand at the top of the doorway and fire the laser down-left
while slowly strafing to left. This should take care of one or two of the gold
soldiers in this room. Two more follow. You may be able to just continue your
fire and take all four out. After they are all gone and out of your way, four
blue sentries pop up. Stand behind a wall and strafe to shoot them. Four more
red soldiers are in the next room. It is best to take them on one or two at a
time because the can over-power you. You will want to draw the last one out of
the room because three sludge puddles will appear and have you surrounded if
you don't. Go up and fight the four gold soldiers the same way. Destroy the
D-generator. Get the map. Go down (ignore the transporter) then right. Go
up. Touch the arm on the ground. Watch the video. Use this transporter.
[???]
pick up the box and leave. this is a part of Bravo Sector Area 1.
[A-4 again]
go to the transporter you skipped a minute ago.
[A-2 maybe the last time]
Kill the sentries with your laser. fill your health at the panel. use the
transporter.
[A-4 the last time... I hope]
High points:
none
New Enemies:
none
Boss:
Alpha Sector Boss... Blue Crab Intruder
Guide:
Kill the gold soldiers from behind the wall. Move up. Draw the static clings
back to the entrance. Move up with them behind the wall. You have to blow up
two generators to get rid of them. Use the flamethrower to hit it. Go through
the door and fight the boss. Once it's gone, you want to fill your health and
use the transporter to go to the next area.
[Outside the lab]
Important stuff:
Just the little blue D-generator
New Enemies:
Rock Sentry
Robo-bug
Boss:
None
Guide:
This is mostly a straight path, so the fact that there is no map doesn't hurt
you too badly. Keep your head up and your back covered. It will be okay.
Walk up a little to see your first pair of rock sentries. Mean little buggers.
Treat them just like the blue kind. A little farther and you'll see another of
them. Two gold soldiers are standing guard around a scene from a video that
played earlier. Off them with the triple cannon. Five or six sludge puddles
will appear and advance.
Once they are gone, you will see the little blue D-Generator. They are very
abundant out here. Just walk up to it and it goes away. Across the stream are
two gold soldiers and three rock sentries. Lure the soldiers away individually
and take them out. Then blast the center sentry then the left and finish with
the right. A team of Robo-bugs will come from the right side when the last of
the sentries is dead. They are fairly simple, just keep your distance.
Next, move on to the right. Take on the top rock sentry first while standing
in between the bushes. Then the bottom one while standing as close to the
bottom of the bushes as possible. Two more, top then bottom again. Around the
corner, you will see the next four. Deal with the two in the middle first.
Keep moving forward. Walk all the way to the left against the rock face so you
stand in between the fire of the next two sentries and deal with them. There
are two more when you walk forward a little. Deal with them one at a time. Go
right along now. There will be three more. Right side. Don't move. You may
be able to take out the middle from the same spot, depending on how far you
went forward. Kill the third to move forward.
Two sludge puddles will come along. Then you will run into two gold soldiers.
Then some more robo-bugs. Three red soldiers will appear and that's it. Go to
the warp and start on Bravo Sector.
[B-1]
Highlights:
Teleport to the tracking missile
New Enemies:
None for the rest of the game
Boss: none
Guide:
Move left to get the attention of the three gold soldiers that are waiting for
you. Once you deal with them, take care moving left more as there are two blue
sentries and two red soldiers waiting for you. Two more blue sentries will be
waiting in front of the door. Stand between their shots to take them down.
Past the door are three blue sentries. Use the laser to get the top one. The
triple cannon will work for the other two. When you move forward, you will
encounter another gold soldier. It would be best to lure him out to kill him.
If you didn't do what I said a moment ago, and you decided to charge him, then
I hope you have plenty of health, because you are about to be surrounded.
Three sludge puddles and two red sentries will appear. I guess the easiest
strategy would be to run into the sludge puddles so they blow up. Only do that
if you have plenty of health though. Once they are all gone, the door will
open and you can go back and get the map.
Three gold soldiers will be waiting on the straight and narrow path ahead. At
the end of the path, there are four blue sentries. Stand on the far right side
and use the triple cannon. Three red soldiers are waiting beyond this point.
Cross the path and take down the four gold soldiers. Three robo-bugs will fly
up. Across the next bridge are four blue sentries. Once they're gone, it's
five sludge puddles. Just back up for the sludge puddles so that they get
stuck trying to come after you. Then you can shoot them all from across the
gap.
There will be four gold soldiers waiting around the D-Generator. A familiar
sight by this time. As I said before, try not to get hit. Once you get rid
of the D-Generator, it is time to go to the top-left corner of your map. Don't
step on any teleporters until I say it is time to. In the top-left corner, you
will have nothing there but a few walls and the teleporter. What you want to
do is stand against the top wall and walk to the right. Keep walking until you
come out on the other end. Use this teleporter.
[A-4 the real last time...I promise]
Pick up the box and leave. This is the tracking missile.
[B-1 again]
Step to the left, then back onto the transporter.
[B-2]
Flashy things:
Decoy item
Boss:
none
Guide:
Start by shooting the oil spilling from the lines with the flamethrower. Then
switch to the missiles. Shoot the two sludge puddles while staying behind the
wall. Shoot the three that are on the other side of the wall, and three more
will appear on the walkway to the left. Two red soldiers also appear behind
the wall. For all of these enemies, you will use the missiles. Stay behind
the wall until they are all gone. Then walk up and to the right to obtain the
map of the area.
As you cross the bridge to the left, start firing the missiles to take out the
two gold soldiers on the other side. Continue to the left and pick up the box
with the decoy in it.
Walking through the door that just opened causes two sludge puddles above and
one below you. Take them out with the missiles and three more will appear
below you. Once those are gone, three blue sentries pop up, and two red
soldiers appear. Just keep shooting those missiles. Cross the bridge and take
down the four red soldiers and the D-Generator. Go up to the nearest teleport
and on to the next area.
[B-2 what the heck? we were just here]
To the left and back on.
[B-1 third time]
walk up to the top-left corner again, but this time use the transporter.
[B-3]
High profile stuff:
video
Boss
none
Guide:
Move right and take out the two gold soldiers there with the missiles. Two
each of the sludge puddles and red soldiers appear. Back off some and fire
missiles till the little farts are gone. Then make sure the red guys are too.
The wall panel has health. If you are above half, I would pass it. Above a
quarter, it is your call. Below a quarter health, don't pass it up.
Cross the bridge to two gold soldiers. Once they are gone, you will get five
of the robo-bugs. Just keep firing the missiles. When the door opens, there
are three static clings that will be waiting for you. Get around them and
destroy their generator in the top right corner. This panel has the map for
the area.
While downloading the map, you no doubt noticed the two blue sentries waiting
for you. Shoot them from around the corner with the missiles. You may have to
cross the left one's line of fire and move forward a little to get the missiles
to lock on. A little past that are two more blue sentries.they should be aimed
the wrong way when you come up to them. Just shoot the missiles and go on to
the two behind the snaking corners. Same thing here, just stay behind a wall.
Once you beat the second loner, hug the left wall to avoid the shots of the two
coming up in a moment. Shoot the missiles and do away with them. A few steps
farther and you will have three robo-bugs to get rid of. More missiles, and go
left but don't cross the bridge. Shoot the red soldier and the blue sentry
before you do cross. Another red soldier and blue sentry are waiting on you.
Make short work of them. Four red soldiers guard the D-Generator past this
bridge.
Watch the video. Go right and up to the only area you have yet to go. There
is a generator and a forcefield. Drop the decoy on one end or the other then
shoot the laser into the gap on the other end. Go get the health if you need
it. Go through the teleporter at the top.
[A-3 final time]
Pick up the box and get out of here. This is the timed mine.
[B-2 last time]
Boss:
Red Intruder
Guide:
Use the timed mine on the cracked pipe. Kill the three robo-bugs. Cross the
bridge and take out the five gold soldiers and the two blue sentries. Go up,
and face the boss. Once he is gone, use the teleporter.
[B-4]
Eye-catchers:
nothing
Boss:
Orange Flyer Intruder
Guide:
Two red soldiers are here. Hit them from around the corner. Missiles or laser
work for this one. Three more red soldiers are in the next opening. Missiles
this time. Shoot the two blue sentries the same way. As you move right, there
are two red soldiers across a gap and two blue sentries in front of you. Two
more red soldiers on the path and two off the path will be hit up next. More
missiles through all of this. Three sludge puddles will attack once the red
soldiers are gone. Three robo-bugs try to attack from the other side of the
wall here. Just shoot through the gaps and move on.
Walk past this. Ignore the gold soldiers and take out the D-Generator here.
Go back and get the map. Then step on the teleporter to the boss fight.
[B-4 after the boss fight]
Stuff to get or see:
D-Disc
Boss:
Faded Red Intruder
Guide:
Immediately start firing missiles and moving away from the robo-bugs. After
they are gone, you will have three sludge puddles and two red soldiers. Get
them, and you can move on from there. The panel has health in it. Get it
after the gold sentries are gone. Any weapon will work here. Through the door
is the boss, so go fill your health before you fight it. This is the last
chance to do so. The boss drops the D-Disc. Go into the dimensional errors
once you have it.
[The Other Dimension]
Boss:
numerous intruders
THE TANK
Guide:
Three robo-bugs start this section as well. Move down once they are gone.
Take out the two gold soldiers and keep trucking. Three sludge puddles and two
red soldiers are in the way. They are easy kills with the missiles. Two more
red soldiers, and a bridge opens up. A small swarm of robo-bugs is followed
by two more red soldiers and two more sludge puddles. Keep shooting. All the
way right then up and you face three robo-bugs, two gold soldiers, and three
red soldiers.
To the left, you face four robo-bugs and a red intruder at the same time. If
you can, it would be wise to draw the robo-bugs away from the intruder and deal
with them separately. Up a little, there will be two robo-bugs, two gold
soldiers, and two red soldiers. After that, four more robo-bugs will appear.
A few more steps up and through the arch is the final boss. Beat The Tank, and
you are done.
That is all.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<Enemies>
[Oddballs]
Robo-Bugs
Numbers: Two-five
Attacks: Short- range, slow moving shots
Threat: Fairly low
Strategy: Keep your distance. Kill them with whatever you like.
Power Leech
Numbers: One at the beginning and three at the end.
Attacks: None
Threat: None
Strategy: These just sit there and keep the power from working. No
harm done, but they must be killed to move forward.
Static Cling
Numbers: Usually one or two
Attacks: Chase you around and drain your life.
Threat: High. Always very high.
Strategy: Run. Look for the nearest generator and destroy it. Fast
Sludge Puddles
Numbers: One to three-ish
Attacks: Similar to the Static Cling, but much slower. Plus, these
guys blow up.
Threat: Medium at best.
Strategy: Once you have the laser, try bouncing it onto them. Until
then, best bet is to blast them with the machine gun.
[Sentries]
Blue Sentry
Numbers: One to four.
Attacks: Fires single shots in the closest of eight directions
toward you.
Threat: Varies based on number. More sentries means a higher
threat
Strategy: Triple cannon unless noted in the walkthrough. Stand away
at a distance that is close enough to hit, but off to the
side enough not to be hit.
Green Sentry
Numbers: One to three.
Attacks: Single shots in the direction it is facing.
Threat: Depends on the frequency of the shot, but still easy to
dupe.
Strategy: These only go away with the destruction of a generator, so
find one.
Rock Sentry
Numbers: A few at a time.
Attacks: Four quick shots. Behaves like the blue sentry otherwise.
Threat: Same as blue sentry.
Strategy: Triple cannon. Almost always. You can only hit them when
they are open.
[Soldiers]
Gold Soldier
Numbers: One to four.
Attacks: Semi-rapid single fire. Only the way they are facing.
Threat: Medium Low.
Strategy: If you have the laser, then try to kill them before they
see you. Until then, you want to stand out of their fire
stream, strafe around and use the triple cannon.
Red Soldier
Numbers: Usually one to two at a time, but in some cases more.
Attacks: Fires three consecutive shots in a similar pattern to your
triple cannon.
Threat: Minimal
Strategy: Fire the triple cannon from a spot between their shots.
[Intruders]
Blue Intruder
Attacks: Green energy bolt from front center. Triple cannon on
either arm.
Threat: Minimal to Medium
Strategy: Stand off to the side of his center, moving with him, and
fire the triple cannon until he dies. As long as you don't
go too far left or right, he won't be able to hit you, and
he won't use his triple cannons.
Red Intruder
Attacks: Double fire in any direction. Quadruple fire in front.
Threat: Medium
Strategy: Stay close. Fire whatever you have. Triple cannon works
best if you don't have the flamethrower. Since his shots
come from his arms in the front, you are safe there. Just
stay with him.
Faded Red Intruder
Attacks: Triple cannon from each arm in front. Triple cannon in any
direction.
Threat: Medium
Strategy: Same as Red Intruder.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<BOSSES>
1. Blue Crab Intruder
Attacks: Double fire in any direction. Fires Static clings (one hit
each) that circle around you. Quadruple homing missiles.
Threat: Low among the bosses, but higher than most enemies.
Strategy: If you have the flamethrower, then you saw the video. The
one that tells you that the flamethrower is the only weapon
you can use to hurt it right now. Don't get hit. Shoot
the arm until it blows up. Once the arm is gone, use the
triple cannon on the body.
2. Orange Flyer Intruder
Attacks: Splitter. Triple Cannon.
Threat: Much higher than the first boss.
Strategy: Don't get hit. Easier said than done. The splitter hits
walls, then it bounces off in your general direction. The
time bomb is your best bet if you don't have the missiles.
While you are waiting for the time bomb to fire, you can
use the machine gun. If you do have the missiles, just
keep shooting.
3. The Tank
Attacks: Lightning blast. Summon. Deploy.
Threat: High. Very High.
Strategy: At the start, it deploys it's mini-tanks. You have to kill
them before you do anything else. They fire at you and
move up and down. Easiest way it to use the time bomb and
the flamethrower. Once they are gone, a pannel opens up
and the lightning blasts begin. Don't get hit. While you
time bomb the panel, you must dodge a never-ending stream
of sludge puddles. Keep your distance. It only shoots
when it gets hit. The decoy can draw away the sludge
puddles.
