                               About the game
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
An RPG where the hero who yearns to be a knight unfolds an adventure to
defeat the Devil who plans world domination. The companions are only
eccentric characters, such as a somewhat TOMMA fighter with herculean
strength and a self-centered young lady magician. Their give-and-take of
conversations exchanged in an event is pleasant.

Arena
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
First, speak to the guy who is behind the counter, then go to the middle room
in the upper right, and speak to the blue hair guy who will give Alex some
equipment to wear. Now, speak to Gina (the female magician with the blue hat
on) and Getz (the Viking who is in the corner of the room drinking alcohol).
After that, speak to guard who is at the top blocking the doorway to enter
the tournament. Alex will loose the match, and wake up in Karerubo Village.

Go downstairs, and speak to Gina and Getz who will then join Alex. After the
destruction of the Arena, the trio will be taken to Anatea Castle.

After speaking to the King who will give the trio the knight's crest, make
sure to buy new equipment for the trio, and a lot of recovery items. Now,
leave, and go northeast to Karerubo Village. Once you have exit the castle,
you cannot go back inside. (As a reminder, in battle to move the screen back
and forth, use the L or R button.)

Go to the curio dealer which is on the left side of the entrance, and buy
Alex (leather scandal [200G], circlet [400G]), Gina (iron ring [480G],
leather scandal, circlet) and Getz (leather scandal, circlet), and also buy
some powvita A (50G) which recover 100 MP for one person & also removes power
down status, and potion (80G) which recovers 120HP for one person & also
removes HP down status. After that, leave and go west to Curme Village. The
trio should be around LV4.

Curme Village

Go to Alex's house which is in the upper left corner, and speak to Alex's
parents. After Alex gets kick out of the house by his father, his mother will
come outside to give him the singing crystal. After that, leave and go
southeast to Border Cave. Incidentally, to the southeast of this village,
there is a weapon shop that sells equipments that only Lototo can wear, so
ignore that shop for now.

Go inside of the cave, and Alex will use the singing crystal. Then, go all
the way to the right which will lead the trio to the exit of the cave. On the
west side of the cave is "The Gate of Blessing" which is a save point. After
that, go all the way southeast to the Magician Guild which is a white tower
with four pillars around it.

Magician Guild

Go and speak to the magician Bakutoun who will take the group to meet Guild
Master who is Gina's grandfather. Then, Bakutoun will ask the trio to search
for a mushroom called "yumemidake (only a dream)." After that, leave, and go
all the way west to Orleans.

Go to the bar that is behind the inn, and speak to the elf Lilliana who will
then join the group. Go to the curio dealer which is on the left side of the
entrance, and buy Alex (long sword [980G], bronze shield [600G], face guard
[1100G], mail [1550G]), Gina (iron rod [800G], silk robe [650G]), Getz (long
sword, bronze shield, face guard, mail), and some powvita A (50G) & potion
(80G). After that, leave, and go south to where the post sign is at, and go
thru the Forest. The group should be around LV7 by now.

Forest

After speaking to the mushroom looking guy who is blocking the pass, go
further down to exit the forest. Then, go south to Mush Town.

Mush Town

Go to Mush Palace, and speak to King Mushroom whom the group will fight.
Unfortunately, the group will loose the battle against King Mushroom. First,
go to the inn that is on the right side of the entrance to recover the
group's HP & MP for 100G. Then, go to the weapon shop which is behind the
inn, and buy Alex (chrome blade [1480G], chrome mail [2800G], iron shield
[1100G]), Getz (chrome blade, chrome mail, iron shield), Lilliana (long bow
[950G], silver dagger [840G]). Go to the curio dealer which in on the left
side of the entrance, and buy Gina (silk veil [720G], suede boots [400G]),
Lillian (suede boots), and also 10 powvita A (50G) & 15 potion (80G). After
that, leave the town, go back thru the forest, and go all the way west
passing Orleans to go to Witch Anis' House. The group should be around LV8
by now.

Go and speak to Anis. After that, leave the house, and go back thru the
forest again. Now, go all the way east to a house, and speak to an old man
who is blocking the path to Illusion Forest.

Illusion Forest

Go into the forest, and you will be at a cross road with a brown looking
statue nearby. First, go all the way to the right, and then go all the way
down. Now, go left, down, left, down, left, down, right, and then down until
you see another brown looking statue that is nearby the exit. Go thru that
exit, and go to the Dragon's Cave that is nearby.

Dragon's Cave

Go to the right, and go down the stairs. In the next area, go down to the
bottom, and go down the stairs. After the Knights event, Getz will go towards
the dragon's head to pick up the dragon's scale. After that, leave the cave,
and go thru the Illusion Forest.

Illusion Forest

Go up, left, up, right, up, right, up, right, and then go all the way up, and
all the way to the left to get out of the Illusion Forest. Now, return back
to Witch Anis' House.

Go and speak to Anis who will give Getz the water of life. After that, leave,
and go to Magician Guild.

Go to the weapon shop which is in the upper right, and buy Alex (silver toga
[2600G], cone-shaped hat [1200G]), Getz (silver toga, cone-shaped hat), Gina
(silver stick [3500G], silver toga, cone-shaped hat, silver ring [980G]),
and Lillian (silver toga, cone-shaped hat, silver ring, Libra's bow [2400G]).
After that, leave, and go back to Mush Town. The group should be around LV11
by now.

Mush Town

Go to Mush Palace, and give King Mushroom the water of life. Then, the group
will fight King Mushroom. During the battle, press the A button to make the
command menu appear so that you can occasionally recover the group's HP and
MP or select different tactics for them. Also, to move the screen back and
forth, use the L or R button. After defeating King Mushroom, Getz will get
the yumemidake (only a dream). After that, leave, and go back to Magician
Guild.

Go up the stairs on the left to 2F, and give the yumemidake to Bakutoun.
Then, go upstairs to the roof, and talk with Gina. After the event, fight
Bakutoun. Unfortunately, the group will loose the battle against Bakutoun.
Then, go upstairs to 4F, and speak to Guild Master. After Alex gets the
awakening bell, go to the curio dealer which is in the upper left, and buy
15 powvita A (50G). After that, go down the stairs to the Guild Underground
Passage. The group should be around LV12 by now.

Go to the far lower right, and then go down the stairs further into the River
Bottom Underground Passage.

Go to the far upper right, and then go up the stairs to exit the underground.
After that, go east to Rerikus Cemetery.

Go and speak to the zombies (4) who are blocking the cemetery entrance. After
that, go back to the River Bottom Underground Passage.

Go to the lower left corner, and help Sharon who is corned by three monsters.
Then, Sharon who has recovery spells will join the group. After that, leave,
and go back to Rerikus Cemetery.

Sharon will use a spell to remove the zombies from the cemetery entrance. Go
all the way to the right to exit the cemetery, and go to Port Town Soleil
that is on the east side across the river. First, go north, then west, then
north passing Saranan Castle going to the cave called River Bottom
Underground Passage.

After going thru the cave, go east passing Saranan Shrine, and then go south
to Port Town Soleil.

Go to the bar/inn, and speak to the barkeeper who is behind the counter.
After Gina, Sharon, and Lilliana leave the group, Lototo will join Alex and
Getz. Lototo has the hero's crest. Go to the harbor, and speak to Lee who
will then join the group. Now, go to the weapon shop which is in front of the
inn, and buy new equipment for Alex (silver armor [5000G], chrome mask
[1680G], chrome shield [1900G], iron greaves [820G]), Getz (silver armor,
chrome mask, chrome shield, iron greaves, tomahawk [2100G]), Lototo (silver
armor, chrome mask, chrome shield, iron greaves), and Lee (iron greaves,
tiger claw [3000G]). Then, go to the curio dealer which is in front of the
weapon shop, and buy a dagger [1600G] for Alex, and also 10 powvita A (50G).
After that, leave, and go north to Saranan Shrine. The group should be around
LV13 by now.

When you go into the shrine, the group will capture by soldiers, and put
inside of a prison in Saranan Castle.

If you speak to the priest who is standing in the right hand corner of the
prison, he will let you save your game. After Lototo breaks the prison door
down, go upstairs to 1F to the upper right corner, and go down the stairs
into the underground. Go to the room on the right, and speak to the cooking
chief who is behind the counter. In that same room, speak to the weapon's man
and buy new equipment for Alex (silver sword [2380G], silver helmet [2400G],
silver shield [3200G]), Getz (silver sword, silver helmet, silver shield),
Lototo (silver sword, silver helmet, silver shield), and also speak to the
curio dealer lady and buy a golden ring [2000G] for Lee, and 10 powvita A
(50G). Go back to 1F, and go all the way to the lower left or lower right
corner, and go up the stairs to 2F where there are two warehouse rooms. On
2F, there are two men who are blocking the doorway of each room. Now, speak
to the guy on the left first, then speak to the guy on the right, then speak
to the guy on the left again, then speak to the guy on the right again, then
speak to the guy on the left, then speak to the guy on the right, then speak
to the guy on the left, and then speak to the guy on the right. Now, Getz
will push the guy (that's on the right) out of the doorway, and tell him to
give him the cooking materials. After Getz receives the cooking materials,
go back to the underground, and pass the cooking materials to the cooking
chief. After the cooking chief prepares the food, he will take the group
along with him upstairs to 2F to Princess Angelica's room. Then, the cooking
chief will give Alex Saranan's key. The group should be around LV16 by now.
Leave that room, and go next door to fight the chimera like monster that is
blocking the door to the throne room. During the battle, press the A button
to make the command menu appear so that you can occasionally recover the
group's HP & MP or select different tactics for them. Also, to move the
screen back and forth, use the L or R button. After defeating the monster,
go into the throne room, and Bakutoun will appear. Then, Alex will use the
awakening bell which won't affect Bakutoun who will escape. Leave the castle,
and later on outside by the castle door, Ann will come by to join the group.
After that, leave, and go to the Weapon Shop that is southeast of Curme
Village.

Go and buy all of those powerful equipments (hero's sword [2980], hero's
armor [2980], hero's helmet [2980], hero's shield [2980], hero's shoes
[2980], and hero's knife [2980]) for Lototo because he is the only one who
can wear them. After that, leave, and go all the way back to Port Town
Soleil.

When you enter the town, there will be an event at the harbor where three
dwarves will take Sophia, Lilliana and Gina onto a boat. Now, go into the
boat that is nearby for it will automatically take the group to Port Town
Dwitch which is on Dwarf Island.

Go to the general store which is in front of the inn, and buy some equipment
for Alex (katana blade [10700G], mithril armor [10970G], Getz (katana blade,
mithril armor), Lee (aura bandana [2100G]), and Ann (katana blade, mithril
armor), and also 10 potion (80G). After that, leave, and go northeast to the
Cave. The group should be around LV19 by now.

Go thru the first cave, and then go thru the second cave which is in the
bottom left. The second cave will take you to the third cave. In the third
cave, go to the upper left to exit that cave. Now, go thru the fourth cave
which is at the top. In the fourth cave, go to the upper right to exit the
cave. After that, go into the fifth cave which is the middle one. (The cave
on the right will take you to a save point.) In the fifth cave, go to the
lower left to exit the cave, and then go to Block Village that is nearby.

Go and speak to the village mayor who is near the entrance, and then go to
the village mayor's house which is in the upper right corner. Go upstairs to
2F, and walk thru the fireplace into another room with a treasure chest that
has the seal of crystal A and password 1. Go down into the basement. First,
step on the gray button that is in the lower right, and then step on the gray
button that is on the right side of the stairs to open the secret doorway
which is in the upper right. Go into the room to get the seal of crystal B
and password 2. Go to the weapon shop, and buy equipment for Alex (mithril
helmet [5800G], mithril shield [6400G]), Getz (mithril helmet, mithril
shield), Lee (dragon claw [7380G], Ann (mithril helmet, mithril shield). Go
to the curio dealer, and buy equipment for Alex (mithril shoes [1640G]),
Getz (mithril shoes), Lee (mithril ring [4300G], mithril shoes), Ann (mithril
shoes), and also 5 powvita DX (600G). The group should be around LV23 by now.
After that, go to the upper left corner, and go in front of the big purple
door which is the entrance to the Dwarf Coal Mine.

After the door opens, go inside, and go to the far upper left area, and go
down the stairs. In the next area, go around to far lower right area, and go
down the stairs into the prison area where the captured girls are at. After
Lototo breaks the prison door down, Lilliana and Sharon who are also among
the captured girls will tell the group where Gina is at. Now, the group will
be in the seal room confronting the village headman who is with two dwarves.
Afterwards, the three dwarves will runaway, and the Dragon of Destruction is
revived. Fight the Dragon of Destruction. During the battle, press the A
button to make the command menu appear so that you can occasionally recover
the group's HP & MP or select different tactics for them. Also, to move
the screen back and forth, use the L or R button. Let all members of the
group use magic on this troublesome boss. After defeating the Dragon of
Destruction, Bakutoun will appear for a short time to cause a cave in, and
then disappear. First, Lototo, Lee, Getz, Ann, Sharon, Lilliana will exit
from the cave, then Alex and the injured Gina. After the group ends up inside
of the village mayor's house to drop off Sharon, Lilliana, and Gina, they
(Alex, Getz, Lototo, Lee and Ann) will automatically go back to Port Town
Dwitch.

Go to the inn, and speak to the barkeeper who is behind the counter. After
that, leave the inn, and go to the harbor to meet Sharon, Lilliana, and Gina.
Now, the entire group will automatically go into the boat which will take
them to Port Town Sadi. On the boat, speak to all seven of the members of the
group, and make sure to speak last to Lee who is at the front steering the
boat. Again speak to all seven of the members of the group, and make sure to
speak last to Gina who is at the back of the boat. After that, Alex will talk
to Gina, and give her the singing crystal. Then, the group arrives in Port
Town Sadi.

At the harbor, Lototo, Lee, and Ann will separate from the group going back
to the boat, and Gina, Lilliana, and Sharon will remain with Alex and Getz.
Go to the general store, and buy equipment for Gina (rune wand [4980G],
mithril clothes [4800G], mithril shoes [1640G], scarab [7900G], turban
[3800G]), Lilliana (jambiya [3800G], mithril clothes, mithril shoes, scarab,
turban), and Sharon (rune wand, mithril clothes, mithril shoes, scarab,
turban). After that, leave, and go southwest to Nolterio. The group should be
around LV24 by now.

Nolterio

Go to the weapon shop which is on the left side of the entrance, and buy
equipment for Alex (Damascus sword [15000G], spike armor (19800G), tower
shield (10500G), wing helm [9720G]), Getz (Damascus sword, spike armor, tower
shield, wing helm), Gina (stardust stick [10000G]), Lilliana (hunting bow
[5700G]), and Sharon (stardust stick). Go to the curio dealer which is on the
right side of the entrance, and buy equipment for Gina (Ifrit's breath
[8080G]) and Sharon (Aluler light [12000G]). After that, leave, and go west
to Southern Oasis. The group should be around LV26 by now.

The group will automatically go into the water which will warp them to Elf
Land. Now, go inside of the big tree which is Elf Village.

Go to the general store which is in the upper left, and buy equipment for
Alex (wing boots [4200G]), Getz (wing boots), Gina (snake wand [13500G], elf
mantle [8000G], yadoriza twig [6400G], lauring ring [11800G], wing boots),
Lilliana (elf mantle, yadoriza twig, raurin ring, hayate dagger [6240G], elf
bow [9400G], wing boots), and Sharon (snake wand, elf mantle, yadoriza twig,
lauring ring, wing boots). Go to the senior's house which is at the top of
the tree to 2F, and speak to him. After that, leave, and go back thru the
warp, then go southwest to Ancient Ruins. The group should be around LV29 by
now.

Ancient Ruins

Go up the stairs, and go inside. Now, go to the lower left area, and go down
the stairs. In the second area, go down the stairs that is on the right. In
the third area, take the path on the left or right to the upper middle area
where there is another stair. Go down that stairs. In the fourth area, go
further down, and then go down the stairs. In the fifth area, go further
down to where the stairs is at. Make sure the group is at LV30. Go down that
stairs into the last area where the boss Gorgon is at. Fight Gorgon. During
the battle, press the A button to make the command menu appear so that you
can occasionally recover the group's HP & MP or select different tactics
for them. Also, to move the screen back and forth, use the L or R button.
After defeating Gorgon, Alex will pick up the time crystal. After that, Alex
will pick up the injured Captain, and the group will automatically end up at
the inn in Elf Village.

Elf Village

Lilliana already separated from the group. On 2F of the inn, Alex, Sharon and
Gina will talk with the Captain for a while. After the four members of the
group gathers, leave, and go thru the warp, then go back to Nolterio.

Nolterio
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go to the upper left side of the town to go to Nolterio Castle, and speak to
the guards who will let you thru. Go up the stairs to the throne room, and
speak to the king. Then, Bakutoun will appear in the throne room, and use a
cursed poison spell on Gina, Getz, and Sharon, then escape once again. After
speaking to the king in the guards' sleeping area, leave (Alex will be by
himself), and go to the far northeast area passing the Northern Oasis to go
to Medina Village. Alex should be around LV32 by now.

Medina Village

The man who is sitting under the palm tree on the far right sells various
kinds of medical herbs. Buy 20 powvita DX (600G). Go thru the opening that is
behind the inn to go to Medical Herb Valley. Alex should be around LV34 by
now.

Medical Herb Valley
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
As you make your way up into the valley, stay on the left side. When you
reach the first bridge (do not cross over to the other side), go to the left.
When you reach the second bridge (do not cross over to the other side), just
go further up, and then go to the right until you reach the third bridge
(cross over to the other side). Make sure that Alex is at LV35. Then, go all
the way up until you encounter the monster. Alex fights the monster, and then
loses the battle. After that, Lototo, Lee, and Ann will come by to fight the
monster. During the battle, press the A button to make the command menu
appear so that you can occasionally recover Lototo, Lee, and Ann's HP & MP
or select different tactics for them. Also, to move the screen back and
forth, use the L or R button. Lototo, Lee, and Ann must stay away from the
monster's sharp claws which can cause serious damage. After defeating this
troublesome monster, Lototo will get the monster's scale from the monster's
body, and then the trio will take the injured Alex to the inn in Medina
Village to recover.

Leave, and go back to Nolterio.

First, go to the weapon shop to buy some equipment for brass boomerang
[2600G] for Ann. Then, go to the curio dealer to buy budougi [16800G] for
Lee. Finally, go to Nolterio Castle, and go to the guards' sleeping area,
and speak to the King. Then, Alex will find the singing crystal inside of a
jar. After speaking to the King, leave, and go to Elf Village.

Go to the general store, and buy equipment for Lee (lauring ring, yadoriza
twig) and Ann (wing boots). Go to the senior's house, and speak to him. Then,
the senior will give Alex the time drop. Lilliana rejoins the group. After
that, leave, and go northeast to North Oasis which is nearby Medina Village.

Lilliana will throw the time drop into the water. Go into the water to warp
to Ice Town which is in Ice Land.

Go to the inn, and go to the room on the left. Speak to man (weapon shop)
behind the counter on the right to buy equipment for Alex (dragon sword
[198000G], dragon mail [30000G], dragon helm [138000G], dragon shield
[16000G]), Lee (savage claw [21000G]), Ann (dragon sword, dragon mail,
dragon helm, dragon shield), Lilliana (crinoline dress [24000G], star dagger
[9950G]). Speak to man (curio dealer) behind the counter on the left to buy
equipment for Alex (soul greaves [8500G]), Lee (soul greaves, holy symbol
[22000G], lamellar crown [9680G]), Ann (soul greaves), Lilliana (holy symbol,
lamellar crown). After that, leave, and go west, then east, then north to Ice
Tower. The group should be around LV37 by now.

Go inside and speak to Bakutoun whom the group will fight. During the battle,

defeating Bakutoun, he will bring forth Gina, Getz, and Sharon who are under
Bakutoun's spell to attack the group. Then, Gina will come to her senses when
she sees the singing crystal, and then uses all of her magic to defeat
Bakutoun. After Getz picks up hades' key, the entire member of the group will
automatically end up inside of the inn in Ice Town.

Ice Town

Alex and Gina who heard a loud sound outside of the inn will go out to
investigate the situation. Apparently, a phantom image of the Devil Galdea
appears speaking to everybody across the world including the heroes, then
disappears. After that event, the group will end up back inside of the inn.
Then, Getz will give Alex Hades' key. Now, choose which 4 members you want to
accompany Alex (I choose Getz, Sharon, Lototo, Gina). First, go to the weapon
shop, and buy new equipments for Sharon [Gorigan's cane (17420G), crinoline
dress] and Gina [Gorigan's cane, crinoline dress]. Then, go to the curio
dealer, and buy new equipments for Sharon [holy symbol, lamellar crown] and
Gina [holy symbol, lamellar crown]. Make sure to stock up on 25 powvita set
(recovers full MP) [4800G], 15 specific medicine (recovers full HP) [1800G],
15 Iriya's honey (recovers full HP & MP) [7000G]. After that, leave, and go
back to Ice Tower.

Ice Tower

On 1F, go to the room in the far upper right corner, and go up the stairs to
2F. On 2F, go to the room on the far left, and go up the stairs to 3F. On 3F,
go all the way to the room on the far left, and go up the stairs to 4F. On
4F, go to the room on far right, and go down the stairs to 3F. On 3F, go up
the stair (the top one) to 4F. The group should be around LV39 by now. On 4F,
fight the giant skeleton snake that is blocking the way. During the battle,
press the A button to make the command menu appear so that you can
occasionally recover the group's HP & MP or select different tactics for
them. Also, to move the screen back and forth, use the L or R button. After
defeating the skeleton, go up the stairs to the top floor. On the top floor,
fight the watchman boss who is blocking the Gates of Hell. After defeating
the watchman, Alex will use the Hades' key to open the Gates of Hell. Then,
the group will automatically teleport to the Land of the Dead. Go all the
way north to Galdea's Castle. The group should be around LV40 by now.

Galdea's Castle

Go inside of the castle and fight the final boss Devil Galdea twice. During
the battle, press the A button to make the command menu appear so that you
can occasionally recover the group's HP & MP or select different tactics
for them. Also, to move the screen back and forth, use the L or R button.
After defeating the Devil Galdea twice, the group will automatically leave
the castle, and go back to where the gate is at. At the gate, they will
re-encounter the Devil Galdea whom they will fight. After defeating the Devil
Galdea for the third time, the group goes thru the gate. Then, the gate
disappears.
