Shubibinman Zero
Most of you have probably never heard of this game, since it is
in Japanese and pretty old. Kaizou Ningen Shubibinman 1 and 2 were
released for the PC Engine, and Shubibinman Zero was released for the
Super Nintendo. This is the best version, in my opinion.

Characters:
Shubibinman Raita
He looks like Tai from Digimon: Digital Monsters with that huge
hair and blue outfit. He fights with his fists, and is very brave
against the enemy.
       Attacks:
               The Y Button: Punch
Hold the Y Button: Energy Attack. Raita charged energy like
                                        Goku's KameHameHa and releases it.
Energy Uppercut: Raita's ultimate attack. Hold down for a
second, then press toward and Y. Raita
punches upward for a good long time.

Shubibinman Azuki
A pink-haired fighter. She is courageous and is the most powerful
of the two warriors you get to fight with. She fights with a sword, and
is extremely deadly at all times.
       Attacks:
               The Y Button: Punch
Hold the Y Button: Energy Attack. Azuki charges energy in
her sword and unleashes it in a ball of
                                        energy.
Energy Kick: Azuki's ultimate attack. This is what makes
Azuki stronger than Raita. Jump, and tap the Y
Button twice. Azuki will kick with energy on
                                her foot.

Professor Jinguii
He is wise and thoughtful, and can get a little violent at times.

Commander Galko
A purple haired, purple clothed woman. She commands the soldiers
and the machines that are sent against you and the city. She has
extremely powerful legs that allow her to escape custody just by
jumping. You never actually fight her, but you do have to destroy
several pillars while she throws bombs at you later in the game.

Kagemaru
A powerful fighter with several stages. He fights you now and
then, powering up all the time. He will prove to be one of the most
powerful bosses you will have to defeat.

Dr. Shen KungSi
Also called Dr. Psycho Clown by me. He resembles a clown, and is
an insane genius that masterminds B.B. Dan.

Walkthrough

Level One: The Construction Site
B.B. Dan is causing great havoc in the city, and it is up to you
to destroy them. Choose between Raita and Azuki. If you want to play as
Raita, simply choose 1 Player. If you want to play as Azuki, choose 2
Player and then let Raita get killed.
Anyway, let's get on with the level. The first stage isn't that
difficult. You face Infantry and JumperBots. For the Infantry, just
beat them up. The JumperBots are also easy. Wait until they land, then
beat them up.
The second stage involves more Infantry and JumperBots. You also
face construction workers that throw hammers at you. Don't worry, these
enemies are extremely easy. They can be taken care of with one blast or
several punches (or slices, if you are Azuki).
Continue on inside the construction zone, where you face the same
enemies and Bazooka Soldiers, who wear red and shoot endless lines of
rockets at you. They are very slow in shooting, so just press down so
he misses, advance when he stops shooting, and keep doing this until
you get close enough to him to beat him up. If you are Raita, a fun
thing to do is to get right next to him and press down, and then do the
uppercut.
The fourth stage isn't difficult either. You don't face any new
enemies, and you've seen the last of the hammer-throwing construction
workers.
Then you go out, and Galko shows up. She laughs at you, then
sends the first boss at you.

Boss: Yunhoe
This guy is too easy. As soon as he appears, blast him. Then he
will run at you. Beat him up. Don't worry if he hits you once or twice,
if you keep hitting him, he'll die really fast.

Galko is disgruntled that you have defeated her creature. She
jumps away, and you return to the Professor's lab.
There, Professor Jinguii if analytically thinking about the G-
Force Accelerator and B.B. Dan. Two Infantry soldiers show up, tie the
Professor up, and steal the accelerator. You run in afterwards, and the
Professor screams at you to go after them; the accelerator is really
powerful. You run after them to the Museum.

Level Two: The Museum
There are statues by you on your way. Most of these, Infantry
soldiers are hiding in. They will jump out to ambush you. Beat them up.
You face spinning gingerbread men. These die with one punch. You
also face fire breathing lizards that I like to call Bowser-men,
because they look a whole lot like Bowser. Just jump behind him when he
breathes fire, and blast him. He goes down after two blasts.
After two stages, you face Kagemaru in his weakest form. He is
basically a street fighter with a knife.

Boss: Kagemaru Normal Form
Jump on a platform, and wait for him to go on the same platform.
Hit him, and them go on the floor and prepare an energy attack. He will
go on the floor too, and run toward you. Before he can hit you, blast
him. Keep doing this, and he will be defeated easily.

Kagemaru wonders how you beat him, and lets you go.
After that, you face accordion fist that spring up and down in
their holes. Don't worry, these can't move. They blow bubbles that can
hurt you, but the bubbles are easily avoided. Go next to them and blast
them. They'll explode.
At the final stage, jump to the top ledge and then onto the pipe
that's sticking up. Then fire a blast to your right. You should see the
screen shaking. wait for the orange fireball to leave the screen, then
continue. Go to the passageway below. See the green pole? That's why I
told you to blast before. Anyway, there are two soldiers here. Kill
them, blast the gate, and continue.
Here you are at a room with three fireballs flying around and a
soldier patrolling on a high platform. Kill him if you want, but he
doesn't really do anything. After you're ready, get out of the room.
You end up in a pool room. Galko shows up, and is mad that you
got past her museum. You yell that those defenses were pathetic (if you
are Raita), and she sends Tako against you.

Boss: Tako
Tako is an octopus with two tentacles. What you have to do is
destroy his head. You can destroy his tentacles, but destroying his
tentacles just destroys his defenses, it doesn't beat the boss. If you
want to kill the tentacles, then beat up the first stage, which is a
head that shoots balls at you. Then it becomes a drill that moves
extremely quickly. After you beat this stage up, it becomes a hand
holding a sign with a ticked - off face on it. Destroy this stage and
you've destroyed his tentacle.

Afterwards, you see that Galko has escaped and the accelerator is
nowhere to be seen. You return to the lab.
There, you see a news report about some movements in the forest.

Level Three: The Forest Base
Here you face steel porcupines. You can beat them up even if they
are charging at you. Anyway, go through the first two stages. Be sure
not to fall off the trees or in the water, where applicable.
The third stage has a bridge on it. Go on the bridge and you'll
see fish jump out of the water, discharge energy, and fall back. Ignore
these fish - they can't hurt you unless you jump and hit them while
they are discharging. Charge through the bridge and beat up the
Infantry soldiers running around. There is a Bazooka Soldier here, just
duck to evade his rocket and then kill him. At the end, there is
another one, but since he is off the bridge, you have to jump to evade
his attack. After you cross the bridge, if you're hurt, then just wait
for the fist to appear. If you beat them up, you can receive Kuroden
(full healing) or Akaden (one life bar) as an item. When you're fully
healed or when the fish are all gone, exit.
From here, go in the base. There are sometimes saws on the
ground, so make sure you're ready to jump when needed. Step cautiously,
for there are buttons that shoot spears out when touched. You don't
meet any new enemies here. Sometimes there are walls that are cracked;
you can blast these to destroy them. Be sure to conserve HP, because
you'll hit the boss afterwards.
The second level is the same thing. The third you just have to go
all out in terms of jumping and attacking. Beat up all the rocket
launching soldiers first, and be sure not to let the saw cut you in
half.
Then you run out into the roof. Galko laughs at you, then sends
two ninjas at you.

Boss: Ninja1 and Ninja2
These don't look like ninjas, but they sure fight like them. They
teleport around so you can't hit them while they move, they turn into
eagles and drop bombs at you, and into wolves and charge you. If they
are eagles, follow them around and when the change back, beat them up.
When they are wolves, let them come, and jump right before they hit
you. Then when they go to normal, beat them up. The only thing hard is
that there are two of them, and they uncannily work together to bring
about your demise. A little maneuvering and attacking should bring
about theirs.

After this, Galko is ticked off, then walks off into a tunnel.
You follow.

Level Four: Secret Base
You start out in a cave. Watch out for those fire dragons. Blast
them as soon as you see them, because once they start spitting fire,
they are very fast, hard to hit, not to mention shooting many fire
balls that can kill you. Other than that, you don't have much to worry
about for now.
Sooner or later, Kagemaru will show up again.

Boss: Kagemaru Vegita Form
Okay, he's not Vegita. But he looks a whole lot like him, and
fights as powerfully too, so I'll call him that whether you like it or
not. Anyway, he can not teleport across the screen to where you are so
he can attack. So the thing to do is to keep moving. Beat him up, move
around, and when he teleports, jump away and then give him another
thrashing. Because of his new powers, he may be a little hard now, but
he should go down sooner or later. Here's a tip: Don't attempt to use
blasts right after you've hit him. He'll teleport, and you can't go
that fast. After you've jumped away, jump to the floor and prepare a
blast. When he hits the floor, blast him. right now he doesn't dodge;
he just attacks. He'll be hit. He also only teleports after you hit
him, so keep that in mind.

Now you're on a train. Jump on a platform and beat up the guys to
receive Akaden, if you need to patch up some holes that Kagemaru might
have beaten into you. Next, you'll see big guys with arms that extend.
The arms are fast, so only kill him by going out of range and blasting
him, or going under him and waiting until his arm is fully extended,
then jump up and hit him. NEVER attack from the bottom when he is
extending his arm or when he has his arm fully un-extended. You'll be
hit due to his speed.
Anyway, there's a part where there is a long platform and 4 or 5
Infantry Soldiers jump you. Don't worry, just keep moving forward and
pressing punch. They'll all die eventually, and go back to pick up the
items.
At the end, there is a funny-looking conductor. He doesn't do
anything, but to end the level, you have to kill him. One blast will do
just nicely.
Now you're in the base. There are machines that generate
electricity, so be careful not to walk under them while they're doing
that. Other than that, there is nothing new.
At the end of the entire level, Galko leads you into a room and
the door closes behind you. She does the point-dramatically-at-you-
pose, which means...

Boss: Master
He isn't the Master. He's actually an insane clown in a flying
machine powered by 3 fuel tanks. When he is rising, punch the fuel
tanks as much as possible to make them smoke. He'll throw bombs at you
from above. Just walk back and forth at the bottom to avoid them. He'll
also throw balloons at you that say Nore Up. These don't hurt you, but
they can be used to get up high so you can beat the Master up. Dodge
the missiles and use the balloons, and hit his fuel tanks. He should
find out that he isn't the Master very soon.

Galko has escaped again, so you return to the lab. There, B.B.
Dan's space base is rising, meaning that they'll fly off soon using the
accelerator. Will you let that happen? I hope not...

Level Five: Space Base
Assuming you won't let B.B. Dan fly off, you enter the base,
which is decorated with pictures of Galko and B.B. Dan words. Ignore
all that and concentrate on beating up the enemies. There are ninja
ladies here that flip around and hit you. They aren't hard, but they
have a lot of hit points. It takes a lot to finally kill them. Another
thing is to obviously not fall in the spike pits. If you do, it's
almost impossible to get out. So you'll die there. There are also
bunnies that spit strawberry bombs at you. Kill them before they do too
much damage.
There are bridges that connect the towers. There are gaps, so
watch out. Make sure to kill any rocket launchers on the other side
first, as they might shoot you and send you falling to the nether
depths.
At the end of a bridge waits Kagemaru. Be sure to kill a bunny
and get the Kuroden from her. You'll need it.

Boss: Kagemaru Super Saiyan Vegita Form
Now it gets hard. Kagemaru can do Vegita's Syougekiha, which is
an invisible wave attack. It does span the whole screen, so being
across the screen isn't much protection anymore. Instead, go to the
highest platform. His wave attack is useless here. So, he'll teleport.
Jump off when he teleports, beat him up when he tries to follow you,
and jump on the platform. Do this repeatedly to beat him.

Go through the last levels. You'll then see Dr. Shen KungSi
talking on a screen. You show up, scaring the Infantry away. You argue
with him for awhile, and then you run out.
Cross another bridge and go up the stairs. you'll meet Galko
again. She asks you how you will fare against the entire weapons system
of the base. She leaps away, and the battle begins.

Boss: Meke
This looks hard. Meke's head is at the top of the screen, and 4
guns are below her, shooting missiles at you. But this battle is
actually the easiest, if you are patient. Dodge all the missiles until
the 4 guns align under her and the bottom one shoots a missile, the one
above it, and then the one above that one, and then the top one. Jump
on the missiles to get to Meke's level, then beat her up. If you are
Azuki, this battle is even easier. After you get up to the head, do the
Energy Kick. It'll take off 3/4 of Meke's HP if done correctly.

After Meke is destroyed, you run out to confront Galko. Galko
runs to two space scooters, saying the ship is blasting off and that
she is leaving. You follow her on another scooter.
Back on Earth, Professor Jinguii is ticked off that the ship is
blasting off. He doesn't know that you are about to bring it back down.

Level Six: Spaceship
This resembles Mega Man, doesn't it? Run around, and kill the
enemies. There are flying monsters that unleash a volley of shurikens
at you eventually, so kill them before they can do that. Other than
that, there isn't a challenge. Yet.
After a few levels, Galko realizes that you are extremely
powerful and that Infantry soldiers can't kill you. So she decides to
do away with you herself.

Boss: Galko
You don't really fight her. She stands on a platform supported by
5 pillars. Your job is to destroy the pillars. Easy? Galko is at the
top, throwing presents at you. How nice! At least that's what you
think, until bombs pop out of the boxes and you get blown up. So, dodge
the boxes and concentrate on the pillars. If you are Raita, use the
Uppercut. You'll basically destroy a pillar with about two hits. If you
are Azuki, use the Kick, which will destroy the pillar with one hit.
After the pillars are down, Galko falls, and then leaps out. You see
her fly off on a balloon.

Enraged, you storm the rest of the base. This level is really
hard, though. See how the border of the screen is sometimes blue? When
it is, don't jump or go on a platform higher than the one you are on.
You see, there is a field generator at the end that is releasing energy
that destroys anyone doing the above. So, advance cautiously until you
get to a higher level. Then, you have no choice but to all-out run.
Keep going and ignore the times you are hit. Just keep going. When you
see the generator, destroy it so you don't die there.
There is another level after this one that has some healing
Akadens and Kurodens if you need it. Then, you face Kagemaru one last
time.

Boss: Kagemaru Ultimate Saiyan Vegita Form
This battle is extremely difficult. Only a true master can defeat
him without dying. All right. At first, jump and attack. Then go on the
very highest level. Be sure to move, since he WILL teleport and if you
sit there you WILL get hit. So move, and when he jumps down to kill
you, beat his feet, then when he falls further, beat his body. Then
move up to the highest level again. Repeat this until he is dead.

Realizing that you are a true warrior and can't be defeated,
Kagemaru offers to help you. He runs out, and Dr. Shen KungSi blows up
a piece of ground, making him fall to his death. You run to the spot,
angry that such a cold-blooded thing just happened, then you run
onward.
You finally meet Dr. Shen KungSi face to face. He laughs at you,
and challenges you to attack him. You soon see that there is an
invisible barrier here. If you are Raita, uppercut it, and you'll see
exactly why the uppercut is so powerful. You uppercut upwards for a
really long time, and basically destroy the barrier in one hit. If you
are Azuki, do the same thing and the barrier will fall. Well, that's
the least of your problems.

Boss: G-Force Accelerator
Dr. Shen KungSi flies up, and you see the accelerator powering
everything behind him. Little blue things that look like AR Wings from
Starfox 64 show up, shooting red energy bolts at you. These are really
hard to destroy because of their firing mechanism and their size. The
only easy way is to play two player, one killing the little fighters
and another destroy the accelerator. Which brings me to my next point.
You have to destroy the accelerator, which will take a few hits to do.
You have to accomplish these while avoiding the little AR Wings, If you
are single player, and Raita, uppercut the accelerator. You'll uppercut
for a long time again, and if the little ships are there, they'll get
blown up. More will arrive, but if you did it correctly the accelerator
should be smoking by now. Give it several more hits and it will
destruct. If you are Azuki, energy kick the accelerator. This is where
Raita proves better than Azuki. If you are kicking, you'll slice
downward with energy on your foot. The AR Wings are below you, shooting
at you. You'll get hit, and the accelerator won't really be hurt since
you were stopped at halfway through your attack. Anyway, I hope you
saved up those lives that were given to you earlier. this is the
hardest thing to do in the whole game. After the accelerator is
destroyed, the evil Doctor will fall down and blow up.

The ship is now exploding. You have to run back out. There are no
enemies in this stage, and the only threat to your life is if you fall
into a pit. Of course, if you are stupid enough to do something like
that, you wouldn't have gotten this far in the game. So, run out. Then
you try to escape in your scooter. A fireball shows up and blows you
back down. Dr. Shen KungSi shows up again in holograph form, and says
that his data was still intact. Then he sends two bosses at you.

Level Eight: Final Conflict
First, you face the first boss.

Boss: Boss
He's named Boss, but his HP doesn't look like it. But, his finger
shoots lasers at an incredibly fast rate. It is virtually impossible to
dodge them all and destroy him at the same time. So, just ignore the
hits and just go all-out and beat on him until he explodes.

Walk onward a little, and you'll meet the last boss.

Boss: Boss
He is also named Boss, but he is different from the first one. He
actually looks organic and not a machine. His HP are the same, though.
Start off the battle immediately by beating up the pulsing bulge on his
stomach. Just keep punching until those little gray things start
getting close to you. Then, jump back and start blasting. Be careful
not to get bitten by him, because it can happen. The blasts will take
out the gray things. But new gray things are coming behind and under
you. Advance to his stomach and start attacking again. This time, you
should kill him.

You have thus beaten the game.

Ending
You return, and Professor Jinguii commends you and goes into deep
thought again. The credits roll.

THE END
