                              CONTENT
I am making this walkthrough because there is no in depth
walkthrough's on this information.  I actually was playing the game
and was upset because GameFAQ's did not have something.  It actually
kind of shocked me.  Anyway, I figured since I use it so much I feel
I should contribute to the site just in case anyone was like me. Hope
you enjoy it.

***********************************************************************
                               ITEMS

Name: Cure Potion
Effect: Restores HP
Location: Can be found just about anywhere and bought at Aquaria Inn,
Fireburg Inn, and Windia Inn. To be cheap, you can go in and out of
Foresta picking up the Cure Potions at Kaeli's house.

Name: Heal Potion
Effect: Cures abnormal status
Location: These can be found just about anywhere.  If you want to be
cheap you can go in and out of the Level Forest getting these.

Name: Refresher
Effect: Restores stat losses in battle
Location: These can be found in a couple places.  If you really need
some you can go in and out of Aquaria or Fireburg, they both contain
them.  In Aquaria there are in a house in the back and in Fireburg
they are at Rueben's House.

Name: Seeds
Effect: Restores all magic to max amount
Location: The best place to get these is to buy them at Fireburg
Inn.  I suggest buying alot because these are the best items in the
game (IMO).

Name: Captain Cap
Effect: Given to Captain Mac
Location: After you bomb Spencer's Place, go to Otto's house and talk
to Kaeli.

Name: Elixer
Effect: Saves Kaeli's Life
Location: Recieved from Tristam after beating Flamerus Rex in the
Bone Dungeon.

Name: Thunder Rock
Effect: Give to Otto at Windia
Location: Go to Rueben's House at Fireburg.  When you enter there
should be a person in a bed.  He will give you the Rock.  This event
will only happen once you beat Pazuzu.

Name: Tree Wither
Effect: Gets Kaeli to join your party
Location: Push the boulder blocking the old man's way at Level
Forest.


Name: Wakewater
Effect: Use on plant in the middle of Aquaria
Location: Enter the Libra Temple and transport on the crest sign to
the Life Temple. Just talk to the cloaked man to receive the item.

Name: Multi-Key
Effect: Opens a door in Fireburg
Location: After you get Reuben in your party, try to open the
building in the middle of the town. After you try to do that, go back
to Rueben's house and talk to Tristam.  He will give you this key.

Name: Venus Key
Effect: Opens a chest in Focus Tower
Location: Enter Aquaria and go in the water to go under the building
in the bottom left hand corner.  When you enter the building you will
be in Spencer's Place.  There is only one way you can go, so just
follow the path to reach Spencer.  When you talk to him he will hand
over the key.

Name: Magic Mirror
Effect: Enemies at Ice Pyramid will now be revealed
Location: At the Ice Pyramid, first use the sword against the moving
statue which will open a door.  Go through the door and immediately
walk right.  Now walk all the way down and then all the way right.
Go straight up and you should be near a fight with a gray desert hag.
After that fight go right to get in a fight with a Lamia and after
you defeat her just go right and open the chest.

Name: Mask
Effect: Enemies at Volcano will now be revealed
Location: At the Volcano entrance, move to the left defeat a Ghost
and go up the stairs.  Jump across the ledge and fight the Red Bone.
Keep fighting all the enemies in the path to go up to the next level.
Go to the left and down the steps.  Keep following the path until you
reach a hole in the wall.  Follow the invisible path to be let out
near a brown chest with heal potions.  Keep following the path to the
right and go up to the next level.  After you go up the stairs go to
the left and follow the path to go up another flight of stairs.  Now,
beat the ghost to your immediate left and then the wolf behind him.
After you beat the wolf, you can now get the Mask.

Name: Libra Crest
Effect: Activates Libra warp pads
Location: Received after beating Squidite at the Wintry Cave

Name: Gemini Crest
Effect: Activates Gemini warp pads
Location: From Focus Tower to Fireburg, there are 3 battlefields in a
row.  The middle battlefield contains the crest.

Name: Mobius Crest
Effect: Activates Mobius warp pads
Location: After Reuben bombs Spencer's Place to free the ship, you
can get this crest.  First you must go to the right and up to reach
somewhere where you can drop in the water.  Once you are in the
water, just go all the way left and go up.  You will find another
place where you can climb up.  Go all the way north on this platform
and bomb the door so you can get through.  Now go back to the
enterance and go left this time. Jump over the square and go north
through the cave just left of the crest marking.  Go through the
crest that looks like a headband and you can now reach the chest with
the mobius crest.

Name: River Coin
Effect: Opens a door at Focus Tower
Location: Received after beating Ice Golem at the Ice Pyramid

Name: Sand Coin
Effect: Opens a door at Focus Tower
Location: Received after beating Flamerus Rex at the Bone Dungeon

Name: Sky Coin
Effect: Opens a door at Focus Tower
Location: Received after beating Pazuzu at Pazuzu's Tower

Name: Sun Coin
Effect: Opens a door at Focus Tower
Location: Received after beating Dualhead Hydra at the Lava Dome.

                               SPELLS

a) White Spells

Spell: Cure
Effect: Restores HP to one or all targets
Location: Found at Foresta in the top right tree around the back
entrance.

Spell: Exit
Effect: Brings you to the world map if used outside of battle.  The
spell can also be used as an offensive spell.  It warps an enemy out of
the battlefield (Credit to [email protected]).

Location: Go to the battlefield north of Libra Temple. Clear out the
battlefield to win the prize.

Spell: Heal
Effect: Cures any abnormal statuses
Location: The spell is next to the boss, Snow Crab, at Falls Basin.

Spell: Life
Effect: Restores all HP and abnormal status effects or revives one
character to full HP
Location: At the Lava Dome, go to the right and defeat the monster.
After you win, go down to the next platform and defeat the Ninja.
Keep going down the stairs to enter a cave.  Head to the right and
follow the path to another monster which is guarding the spell.  This
spell can also kill any non-zombie enemies (Credit to DragonHealer)

b) Black Spells

Spell: Aero
Effect: A wind attack that damages one or all targets
Location: Go through the purple door in the Focus Tower and go down
the first set of stairs to enter Doom Castle. Defeat the one enemy in
your way for the chest.

Spell: Blizzard
Effect: An ice attack that damages one or all targets
Location: Open the door in the focus tower with the Venus Key and
find the Blizzard spell on the left side of the room at the Focus
Tower.

Spell: Fire
Effect: A fire attack that damages one or all targets
Location: Enter the focus tower, and when you see a one-wall block of
wall go through it and up the stairs.  Open the orange door and go up
until you can go up some stairs.  Now go south until you reach the
chest.

Spell: Quake
Effect: An earth attack that damages all targets
Location: At Bone Dungeon, later in the stage you will be traveling
through a set of ribs once you enter the room.  Midway through the
structure there is a little break to the left in the wall where you
can walk through the bones.  Follow the path and defeat the monsters
along the way to reach the chest.

c) Wizard Spells

Spell: Flare
Effect: Strong fire attack that damages all targets
Location: It is on the 5th floor of Pazuzu's Tower.  You have to come
down from the stairs on the 6th floor to reach it.

Spell: Meteor
Effect: Strong earth attack that damages all targets
Location: At the Giant Tree, go to the second floor.  Once you reach
this floor go down 4 steps then all the way right then all the way
down.  Keep going right and down to reach the door.  When you enter
go up 2 and left 1 and cut down the mushroom in front of you with
your axe.  Make sure you go down the small path on the bottom of your
screen.  Follow this path around and defeat the monsters on the path
to reach the chest.

Spell: Thunder
Effect: Strong electric attack that damages one or all targets
Location: Go to the second battlefield west of Fireburg.  Clear out
the battlefield to win the prize.

Spell: White
Effect: Strong attack that damages one or all targets
Location: Enter the Volcano and go up the stairs to the right.  At
the top, fight the wolf and go through the door.  Walk to the left
and when you come out the other door you are at the chest with the
spell.  Why can't they all be this easy?

                               ARMOR
a) Helmets

Name: Steel Helm
Defense: 4
Protection: Nothing
Location: Buy it in Aquaria.  The house that the woman sells it is at
the back of the town.

Name: Moon Helm
Defense: 9
Protection: Fire
Location: When you enter Lava Dome start heading to the left and take
the stairs and defeat the Ninja at the top. Keep going left fighting
another Ninja along the way until you can enter a cave. Go to the
right and head to the top of the room.  Stay on the path and you will
eventually reach the chest with the helm.

Name: Apollo Helm
Defense: 15
Protection: Fire
Location:  At Mount Gale, keep going until you reach a long brown
bridge that branches off in a couple directions. Head to the north
part of the bridge then start walking to the left.  Defeat the
monsters along the way and then grapple to a platform. Defeat the
Vampire that is guarding the chest.

b) Body Armor

Name: Steel Armor
Defense: 6
Protection: Nothing
Location: Initial Armor

Name: Noble Armor
Defense: 12
Protection: Water, Poison
Location: At Ice Pyramid.

Name: Gaia's Armor
Defense: 15
Protection: Water, Wind, Sleep, Poison
Location: At Mac's Ship.

c) Shields

Name: Steel Shield
Defense: 5
Protection: Nothing
Location: After buying the bombs from Tristam at Bone Dungeon, you
can backtrack to the 2nd room of the dungeon and bomb the wall there
for this shield.

Name: Venus Shield
Defense: 10
Protection: Paralyze
Location: Open a locked door in the focus tower with the Venus Key.

Name: Aegis Shield
Defense: 14
Protection: Paralyze, Stone
Location: At Doom Castle, go all the way west then up from the
enterance.  Once you get to the top go all the way to the right to
the last set of stairs going down to the sand pit.  Go down these
stairs and travel down the sand until you reach some fossils.  Bomb
the fossils and defeat the monster guarding the chest.

d) Accessory

Name: Charm
Defense: 1
Protection: Nothing
Location: Head to the battlefield left of Bone Dungeon.  Clear out
the battlefield to win this prize.

Name: Magic Ring
Defense: 3
Protection: Silence
Location: Head to the battlefield that is directly left of Aquaria.
Clear out the battlefield to win this prize.

Name: Cupid Locket
Defense: 6
Protection: Silence, Blind, Confusion
Location: At Windia, go to the house on your immediate left and talk
to the girl and buy it from her.

                              WEAPONS

Each weapon, except bombs, raises in attack power when you increase a
level. I think it is around 2.5 more attack per level.  All attack
values are level 1 based. Bombs are generally the strongest weapon
when you initially get them, but by the time you reach level 32 they
will be your weakest.

a) Swords

Name: Steel Sword
Attack: 12
Status effects: Nothing
Location: Initial Weapon

Name: Knight Sword
Attack: 54
Status effects: Nothing
Location: At the Ice Pyramid, a while through the dungeon you will
have to bomb a little breakable section on the map.  When you fall
through this hole you will be surrounded by chests, one of which is
the sword.

Name: Excalibur
Attack: 134
Status effects: Nothing
Location: It is at Pazuzu's Tower on the 3rd or 4th floor.  You first
have to climb up the tower and then start making your way down
another path to be able to reach this chest.

b) Axe

Name: Axe
Attack: 16
Status effects: Nothing
Location: Kaeli gives it to you.

Name: Battle Axe
Attack: 69
Status effects: Nothing
Location: A women sells it in Fireburg.  Her house is in the south
part of the town.

Name: Giant's Axe
Attack: 102
Status effects: Nothing
Location: In the Alive Forest where the giant tree is, head left and
cut down the trees while heading south.  Once you reach another big
tree you should see a chest.  Make your way to it and get the axe.

c) Claw

Name: Cat Claw
Attack: 9
Status effects: Poison, Paralyze
Location: Phoebe gives it to you when you slip and fall in the Wintry
Cave.

Name: Charm Claw
Attack: 44
Status effects: Poison, Paralyze, Sleep, Confusion, Blind
Location: When you enter the mine take the belt going up.  Fight the
skeleton at the top and then go to the right and take another belt.
Once you get off the belt you should see a bucket you can enter to go
down.  To your left you should see some skeletons blocking an
entrance which you will want access too. Take the right path inside
this cave to reach the chest.

Name: Dragon Claw
Attack: 87
Status effects: Poison, Paralyze, Sleep, Confusion, Blind, Stone,
Silence
Location: Once you finish going through the Alive Forest, go back to
Aquaria.  Go back into Spencer's Place and follow the path all the
way down to the 2nd screen.  Tristam will give you the claw when you
talk to the man on this screen.

d) Bomb (Can be bought at Aquaria Inn or found in various places.  An
easy way to get them from the only brown chest at Libra Temple.)

Name: Bomb
Attack: 63
Status effects: Nothing
Location: Buy them from Tristam when you enter Bone Dungeon. Say no
the first time if you want to buy them for a cheaper price.

Name: Jumbo Bomb
Attack: 112
Status effects: Nothing
Location: Phoebe will give them to you when you beat the Snow Crab at
Falls Basin.

Name: Mega Grenade
Attack: 162
Status effects: Nothing
Location: After you get the multi-key, go in the building in the
middle of Fireburg.  Talk to the guy to receive the bombs.
