STORY-Cool World It’s an imaginary world that's real. It exists in another
dimension, where cartoon characters, called Doodles, are alive. It's Cool
World. For cartoonist Jack Deebs, who's been carried across the boundary,
it's a wild and amazing place; and he's discovered that only some of the
Doodles are friendly. Take Holli Would. She's a knockout Doodle who's really
interested in Jack. She's interested in using him to get herself a real body
and transfer into this world. She just needs to get her hands on one special
piece of magic. The Golden Spike of power, hidden atop the Ocean Hotel in
Las Vegas, is the powerful wedge between Cool World and this world. And
Holli's trying to steal it. If she uses it, she may destroy both her world
and Jack's. As Jack, you have to stop her from doing it - because you know
she will if she can!

**2** LEVEL 1
COOL WORLD
INFO-As you explore Cool World, collect Nickels and avoid the Popper Police.
You will meet many characters along the way. But be careful! Some are good,
and some are very bad. You'll find that you have limited powers of a Doodle
to use in defending yourself.
*BUILDINGS YOU CAN ENTER IN THIS LEVEL*
PAWN SHOP-Many useful and useless items can be found here. You can buy or
trade what you are currently holding for the item you are interested in.
SLASH CLUB-This is one of Holli's favorite hangouts. Be careful - it's quite
a rough joint! Unfortunately, the bouncers at the door don't like Noids
(humans).
BANK-Banks pay interest on savings. It may benefit you to open an account.
LIBRARY-You can get valuable information by reading books in here!
WALKTHROUGH
When you hit the ground go all the way to the left as far as you, but avoid
the two doodles that are over there. You can jump on them but you can’t kill
them. Go and pick up the thing that looks like a boxing glove all the way to
the left of the screen. Then go back right and hit the gold bags that are
jumping with the springy hand (B) button.
To collect the nickels press down on the control pad. Keep on doing this
till you have all the nickels while still avoiding the two doodles. Go back
to the left by the pawn shop the last building on the left and use your
springy hand up (X) button. Kill the hopping bunny with the springy hand
punch (B). Grab the keys on top of the building when they are on the left
side of the building where they don’t hop around.
On the building top next to the pawn shop there will be a big doodle on top
of it. To kill him jump up (Y) and when you’re in the air press the springy
hand punch to kill him. It will take quite a few hits to finish him off. For
extra points when you hit a doodle try to get the little bubble that floats
up in the air after you hit the doodle.
When the doodle is dead there will be a TNT type of witch press down on the
control pad when you’re behind it to get stairs to nickels in the sky. To
get the nickels stay on the building where the TNT switch was and look over
above the pawn shop there will be steps leading up to the nickels. Be
careful though after you stand on the arrows for a while they will fall.
To collect the nickels just go to the top platform and jump into the nickels
to collect them. When you have checked out all the buildings go to the far
right of the world but watch out for the popper police because they will
arrest you. Battle the fox type doodle and kill him. You have to have the
keys take and go over to the car behind it and press down on the control
pad, hold on. Level Completed.
**3** LEVEL 2
DRIVING SECTION
INFO-The road system in Cool World is very hazardous! Be sure that you have
enough speed to get over the gaps in the road. Avoid obstacles in the road,
and watch out for those chomping teeth!
CONTROLING THE CAR
Speed up-Press the control pad right
Slow down-press control pad left
Jump-Press the (y) button
WALKTHROUGH
This is an easy level. All you have to do is drive through the street and
watch out for the chomping teeth and dodge any obstacles in the way such as
boxes, barrels, cones, dumpsters, and other obstacles. The level is very
simple you just have to doge most of these obstacles to avoid damaging the
car.
It is very easy to beat this level just jump when the road ends. I don't
think I need to do a walkthrough on this level. My main advice is to watch
out for the teeth and other obstacles to take and crush your car to pieces.
**4** LEVEL 3
SWEET PALACE
INFO-A sickly cute world. Many sweets are scattered around for the taking.
After avoiding the cute characters, you may find your way into the malt
shop. In here, you must put the milkshakes on the counter and guide the
"cuties" to drink them. This will give you the opportunity to explore any
special treasures.
WALKTHROUGH
As you start off in this level watch out for the hopping bunnys. You can't
kill them with your punch so watch out for the dices they are throwing
around. Try to collect as much candy as possible on this level as it will
let you in the Malt Shop. Watch out for doodles and other obstacles on the
rooftops.
As your heed to the right watch out for the man type doodle that is throwing
dices. Kill him with your springy punch (B). Watch out for the bunny type
doodle with the gun and also kill him to with the springy punch (B). Kill
the woman type doodle also.
Like I said before you can enter the malt shop if you have enough sweets but
that should be in another update of this faq. To finish off the level keep
on heading to the right and also watch out for people on the rooftops. As
soon as you see the end of the screen just keep on walking towards the end
of the level. Now your done with this level.
**5** Level 4
DRIVING SECTION PART 2.
The road system in Cool World is very hazardous! Be sure that you have

INFO-This is Holli's own building. Try meeting her by taking the direct
approach and using the door. Or, why not try climbing?

LAS VEGAS
INFO-At some point in the game you will be transported back to the Real
World. You must catch the mischievous Doodles to restore the balance in the
interworld Matrix before you can return to Cool World.
-The only way to trap a Doodle is by sucking in into an ink pen!

OCEAN HOTEL
INFO-With the help of Nails, a Doodle spider, you can work you way up the
outside of the building to get to the rooftop to confront Holli. You must
keep both Nails and yourself safe in order to reach the top. Watch out for
windows opening suddenly and look out for Sparks, Holli's right-hand man.

OCEAN HOTEL’S ROOFTOP
INFO-You must battle past Holli's gang of goons and right-hand man, Sparks,
before you can reach her and replace the Spike in its rightful place in
order to save both worlds.

PLAYING TIPS/CHEATS
-You must find the arm extender before you can punch or stretch up!
-You can punch Doodle from a distance by using the Stretch Punch.
-You can climb higher by stretching your arms up and grabbing onto ledges,
Etc.
-You must find a pen before you can suck up any Doodles.
Punching some Doodles will throw off Biffs. Collect these for extra points.
Collect a flashing Biff for invincibility. Jumping on some Doodles will
destroy them, crush them, or give you points.
-You must face some characters in order to interact with them.
-You must face doors to go inside (if it will allow you).
-Objects can be collected by either using the Collect Button, facing the
object, or by using your stretch arm.
