INTRODUCTION - SAILORMOON SUPER S
==============================================================================
Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon Super S is a Street Fighter type fighting game.
It features both the inner and outer planetary senshi's of the popular Anime,
Sailormoon.
The Graphics of this game is quite poor. The characters aren't very much
detailed and the background kind of seems dull. But above all these, it's
still one fun game for you FIGHTING GAMES/ANIME fans out there!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MY PERSONAL RATINGS FOR THE GAME:
Storyline: 7.7/10 - The game covers up the Sailor Saturn story (Messiah)
Graphics: 7.7/10 - The graphics are poor. The sprites aren't well-detailed.
Music: 7.8/10 - It's okay for a fighting game...
Game Play: 7.9/10 - If you love Sailormoon then you're gonna like this!
Overall: 7.8/10 - Not bad for a fighting game...

STORY
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The story begins at the arrival of new enemies who are after the rebirth of
the Messiah - the Sailor Senshi of destruction and the godbringer of silence.
It's up for the five, inner planetary senshi's to save the earth from the
evil that is to befall... Even if that means battling the outer senshi's!

FIGHTING MODES
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STORY MODE
-Select from the six inner Senshi's to finish the game. You will be able to
use the ABILITY JUNCTION SYSTEM here, and your settings for your character
will continue on until the end of the game, or until you loose. Here, you'll
get to fight the rest of the other Senshi's. When you finish the game, the
title of the game changes (is this a spoiler or what?) into the Senshi you
used to beat the game in story mode. You will also be graded for your
performance in battle after you finish the game. You are graded by letter
marks wherein A is the highest.
1P vs. 2P
-Battle with a friend (or an enemy for that matter) using your favorite Senshi.
Each player will be given the oportunity to use the ABILITY JUNCTION SYSTEM.
1P vs. Com
-Battle with the Computer player to test your Senshi skill. Here, you'll get
to choose the Senshi you are to fight with. You will be given the oportunity
to use the ABILITY JUNCTION SYSTEM.
TOURNAMENT
-Battle for the number one spot. You can either select the computer Senshi's
in the order you like them to be or make the computer randomly select their
positions. The difference here is that you only get to choose a Senshi through
their names. Matches are only one round here.
PRACTICE
-In this mode, you'll get to try out the signature moves of your favorite
Senshi. You get to choose your opponent which the second player could also
control. In the battlefield, your characters don't have any life bar, meaning
you can even do your special Senshi moves over and over again. Your
characters here do not die. You can press START to see a Senshi move list
(which doesn't include special attacks) and SELECT to go back to the
Character Selection Screen.

---SPECIAL MOVES-----------------------------------------------------------
Each Senshi has a number of Special Moves that signals their character. It
could be performed anytime. But unlike normal attacks, it requires an input
command to perform. They are harder to do than normal punches and kicks,
but are much more powerful.
---SUPER MOVES-------------------------------------------------------------
Each Senshi also has a Super Move. It could only be performed when the
Senshi is near-death, that is, when the character starts to animate like as
if she is running out of breath or something. Super Moves are even more
harder to perform than Special Moves, but takes a lot of life away from your
opponent when it hits hard.

CHARACTER INFORMATION AND MOVE LIST
==============================================================================
I have created a general quote information about every character and added
their moves as well and how to perform them, their original Japanese move
names and of course, their translation.
Each character move list is composed of several parts: above is the name of
the character and the category they are under. The character type might also
be included before the name. After that is a general information about the
character, followed by a general move list. After those are the special moves
and super moves. The moves are further given translations and explanations. As
for the command moves, directional commands are written in capitals while
button commands are written in general.

SECRETS AND CODES
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are several secrets in the game that could be unlocked by setting
codes or performing other actions. This is a compilation of all the secrets
and codes that I know about the game. Those submitted are notified and the
actual e-mail messages are put up the way they were sent.
¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-
SAME COUNTER-PART SENSHI COLOR SELECTION
_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
If you battle against the same Senshi, your clothes' color will be different
from each other. Well, if you wish to have the same "counter-part" color,
move the heart pointer to any Sailor Soldier and select that Senshi using the
buttons [ L ] or [ R ]. You can also use this trick to play as the
"counter-part" colored Senshi even without having to fight the same Senshi.
¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-
TUXEDO MASK
_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
It is rumored that one can use Tuxedo Mask in this game. I do not know if
this is really true. If anyone knows the answer to this one, please tell me
right away and I will give credit to you.
I was told by Briankun (
[email protected]) that he was told that to use
him, you *MUST* beat the game with *EVERY* senshi with *PERFECT* win
everytime you fight, without even getting hit once. For example, you
finish the game with Sailor Mars without getting hit once - the title
changes into "SUPER SAILOR MARS". You now have to choose another different
senshi and finish the game again *PERFECTLY* until all characters are used
and never getting hit ever. I haven't tested this. If anyone can verify this,
please let me know.
¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-¯-
MYSTERIOUS ENDING
_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
After you finish the game using a certain Senshi, the intro restarts and you
will see an intro add-on. It shows your character in a certain pose and then
she speaks something. Afterwards, the TITLE SCREEN CHANGES into the name of
the Senshi you used to finish the game as well as the CURSOR into something
related to your character. It is rumored that this has some special effect in
the game, but I do not know the answer to that for sure. If anyone does, tell
me please right away and I will give credit to you.

SPECIAL THANK's
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Briankun]
[email protected]
He provided me with the Tuxedo Kamen rumor information.
[KageKaze]
[email protected]
This guy really helped me out a lot through his e-mails. He shared to me the
many different programs that he uses in his FAQ. He was also some sort of
"inspiration" to me coz since I read his FAQ's, I wanted to make one, and
then ended up with one FAQ that I am very proud of, which eventually grew
into a higher number of FAQ's. Thanks man!
KageKaze's homepage could be found at:

[Edsamail Philippines]
http://www.edsamail.com.ph
My free e-mail service provider that gives me the opportunity to send and
receive e-mails without going on-line. Honestly, I don't like "@edsamail" coz
it's corny, you know. If you wish to send me an e-mail through this heaven
sent e-mail service provider that has a totally disgusting (sorry) "@ddress",
feel free to do so at
[email protected]. If you wish to mail me (and take a
longer span of time to get back a response from me) in my e-mail address WITH
STYLE, then mail me at...
[Gwapo.com]
http://www.gwapo.com
[email protected]! Yeah, that's right! That's personalized e-mail! In Filipino
language, "gwapo" means "good-looking" or "handsome". Well, I guess at least
now you have a vague idea of how I look like, hehehe... (Ignore me, hehe).

Hands and Keyboard
My delicate hands and my messed-up keyboard for enabling me to write this FAQ.
My keyboard's been messed-up totally just because of this! Some letters won't

tired hands...

LIST OF THE DAMNED
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This new section will be focused on those damn plagiarists who plan or have
already ruined my work. At present, I know no one who have done so, and I am
hoping that there will be no names posted here for as long as this FAQ exists.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I accept complaints, comments and suggestions for my FAQ's. These enable me
to further work on my works of literature. If you have any, feel free to drop
me an e-mail. Now, to the real F.A.Q.'s!
Q: Is this your first-ever written FAQ?
A: Nope. This is my second one.
Q: Can I post your FAQ at my website?
A: It depends upon my decision. If I say yes, you have to follow what's
written in the Disclaimer and the Copyright.
Q: Where can I get the latest revisions of the FAQ?
A: You can get the latest revisions of this FAQ either from GAMEFAQs or
GAMEADVICE.
Q: Can you send me this FAQ?
A: I might be able to, depending on the file size. If this FAQ keeps on
growing, its file size will also grow. If I am to send this FAQ to you,
you must have WINZIP first before you could get to open the file
attachment. Don't complain if I can't send this to you. Just get the
latest update from any of the addresses that I specified in this FAQ.
Q: Are you ignoring my E-mail's?
A: No. I never do that, but there are just a few complications:
1) The main reason to that probably is SCHOOL. I've got tons of school
works like homeworks and projects and final papers and stuffs that I
really need to get my hands working on. School is my first priority now,
and I am sometimes busy even during weekends due to the very same
reason.
2) I might have trouble with the computer, like a crash or something.
3) This isn't the only FAQ that I'm working on. Sometimes, I forget to
check my mail trying to finish a game and writing down an FAQ at the
same time.
4) The answer might already be found in the FAQ itself.
