Let me start by saying that Magneto is one of the best characters
there is in this game. He can do great air combos and most of he's
special attacks can also be done in the air. And his Magnetic Shockwave
is simply one of the best Hyper Combos there is in the game. If
you want to know how to master him, this is the guide you should
definitely read. I also noticed that in that in each FAQ/Movelist
that I seen. Most of Magneto's moves are wrong. All the moves that
I listed where tested by me and they seem to work just fine. This
guide does not tell you the general explanation of gameplay. If you
want to know the basic stuff to this game I suggest you look at
NammyX FAQ/Movelist or Devil Hunter's FAQ/Movelist. This FAQ's can

MAGNETIC BLAST:     ( A )  U, UF, F + P
- This attack can't really be chained to a combo.
- Magneto throws two seperate sonic boom looking things.
- Inflicts small damage.

FLIGHT:             ( G/A ) QCB + 2K (REPEAT TO LAND)
- Magneto can fly around the air for approximately 25 seconds.
- Use this when you want to recover.

HYPER GRAB:     ( G/A )    F, FD, D, DB, B + *K
- He throws four purple electric balls at you.
- They pull you in for approximately 3 seconds.
- Kick strength determines how far the attack will go.
- Can be chained to air combos.

FORCEFIELD:         B, BD, D, DF, F + *K
- This move does not seem to inflict damage.
- A electric barrier appears around Magneto.

Launcher:       D, FP
- Have to be next to the opponent.

Air Dash:     ( G/A )  U, Dash + Direction
- Magneto can also dash in the air.
- EXAMPLE: U, 3P + Direction
- Great for evading Hyper Combos.

Metal Shadow Blast:    D + MP
- Similiar to the Thunder Kick.
- Magneto releases a shadow of metal
 towards the opponent.
- Great for a suprise attack.

Thunder Kick:   D + RK
- Magneto slides towards the opponent.
- A good combo finisher.
- Dash towards the opponent and
 do the Thunder Kick for a suprise attack.

Magnetic Metal Toss:        ( G/A )  F + FP
- He grabs you and freezes you for approximately
 3 seconds.
- If you dash towards your opponent while he is froozen.
 You can start an air combo.
- Have to be next to the opponent in order to grab him.

Magnetic Toss: ( G/A )  F + RK
- Have to be next to the opponent in order to grab him.
- This move causes more damage to the opponent.
- Can be chained to an air combo.

07. Hyper X Combos

MAGNETIC SHOCKWAVE:         QCF + 2P
- The hyper bar needs to be at level 1.
- Magneto puts he's hand onto the ground and
 releases a wave of some sort.
- It does not reach the hole top.
- Use this hyper when the opponent jumps
 towards you.
- Can be used as a combo finisher.

MAGNETIC TEMPEST:        ( G/A ) QCF + 2K
- The hyper bar needs to be at level 1.
- He creates some metal rocks and releases them all
 over the place.
- Make sure your not close to the opponent.
- Only use this move when your behind your opponent and
 he is doing a Hyper move.

MAX HITS POSSIBLE:

MAGNETIC SHOCKWAVE:         9 HITS
MAGNETIC TEMPEST:           37 HITS

09. Beating Apocalypse

Apocalypse has two weak points.
- His head.
- And arm.

 - METHOD 1 -
Repeat this combo and he should be dead in no time.
- U, R + JP, SK, SP, MK, FP or RK.
- When the numbers come out they are going to
 say 3 or 4 hits. Don't worry about this.
- Remember to block his attacks.
- When he transforms his hand into a pikeball
 continue the combo. Chances are that you won't
 get hurt.

 - METHOD 2 -
- Start by doing Magnetic Tempest in front of Apocalypse.
- Right before it ends do Magnetic Shockwave.
- After it hits him do Magnetic Tempest again.
- All of this attacks should be combined to get more
 hits in.
- To get your Hyper bar back up to level 3 do Method 1 or
 put the Hyper bar cheat.
