description of every characters endings for Street Fighter:
The Movie for Arcade in comparison with the PlayStation
and Sega Saturn versions so don't expect anything answered
such as "Which character is top-tier?" or "How do you do
defeat the bosses?" If this is not the information you are
looking for, please close this text now.

Characters:

1) Guile:
*Arcade Ending:
Guile leads the A.N. army to victory against the mad Bison
and his manical plans to rule the world. Despite offers of
promotions and honors of the highest order, Guile resigns
his post in the A.N. army and begins a worldwide quest
to find his horribly mutated and still missing friend Blanka.
*Console Ending:
Coloneil Guile won the admiration of the world as Global
News Television broadcasts news of the Allied Nation
Forces crushing victory over General Bison. Recognizing
his command abilities, Guile was sent on similar missions
to Europe, the Middle East and other international hot-
spots. When asked by GNT correspondent Chun-Li Zang
about the possibility of dealing with future terrorists like
Bison, Guile replied, "I don't care who they are. If they
want to fight me, I'll kick their butts!"

2) Bison:
*Arcade Ending:
With Coloniel Guile and the A.N. army eliminated, there is
no one in the world able to stop Bison from realizing his
mad schemes. Bisonopolis is created and tyrannical rule
of Bison spreads like a cancer around the globe.
*Console Ending:
After crushing Coloniel Guile in personal combat and
repelling the Allied Nations attack, General Bison grew
even more powerful. The nations that once threatened
his empire now quickly crumbled beneath the heel of
his legions of "Perfect Soldiers." His dreams of global
domination complere, the palace of Bisonopolis was
erected high above Shadoloo City and the cry of "Pax
Bisonica" was forever heard echoing across the globe.
United under his savage rule, the world enterd a new
age of darkness...

3) Chun-Li:
*Arcade Ending:
Chun-Li has gained vengeance and justice for the murder
of her beloved father at the hands of the mad Bison. With
her debt to her father repaid and her family honor intact,
Chun-Li returns to the United States and becomes a
medical resident in a Chicago emergency room.
*Console Ending:
After defeating General Bison and avenging the death of
her father, Chun-Li continued to travel the world as Global
News Television's international correspondent. Whether
reporting on foreign affairs or interviewing political leaders,
Chun-Li Zang became one of the most trusted reporters in
the world. But to this day, no one has asked her why she
was wearing that strange Chinese dress during her inter-
view with Coloniel Guile.

4) Ken:
*Arcade Ending:
As the pieces of Bison's maniacal plans fall apart, Ken is
able to hustle his way into a number of secret deals that
assure him of a life of luxury. Despite his newfound wealth,
Ken continues to heed the teachings of his respected
Master Sheng Long.
*Console Ending:
Putting his scrounging abilities to good use, Ken helped
restore Shadoloo City after the defeat of Bison and his
forces. Impressed by Ken's resourcefulness, Coloniel
Guile offered Ken the chance to join the Allied Nation
Forces, but Ken had other plans. Already planning their
next deal, Ken and Ryu hit the open road. And wherever
there is trouble, you can be sure that they will be in the
middle of it.

5) Cammy:
*Arcade Ending:
Cammy proves her leadership and military skills by defeat-
ing Bison and his troops where so many others had failed.
Cammy is soon promoted to General and becomes the first
female leader in the A.N. army.
*Console Ending:
A prefect compliement to Coloniel Guile's aggressive style
during the crisis in Shadoloo, Cammy returned to her
position in the British Secret Service after General Bison's
defeat. However, the British government has been known
to lend Cammy to the Allied National Forces for special
assignments. Most recently, she was once again at Coloniel
Guile's side as he planned for a strike in the Middle East.

6) Sagat:
*Arcade Ending:
Sagat realized that Bison's mad plans for power would have
put his entire black market operation in jeopardy, causing
Sagat to lose his position as tong leader. By destroying
Bison, the people of Shadoloo look to Sagat as a great hero,
and make him leader of the city. This gives Sagat the power
over both the legal and illegal operations in Shadoloo, making
him the most respected and feared leader in modern times.
*Console Ending:
Sagat and Vega went underground while the Allied Nation
Forces restored order after the collapse of Bison's empire.
But, when the Allied Nation Forces eventually pulled out
Shadoloo City, Sagat regained his place at the top of the
Shadoloo underworld. Today, people still fear him as he
deals weapons from somewhere in the city. However,
Sagat has no interest in controlling the country. "Making
money is the only game I'm interested in," says Sagat,
"and I always play to win."

7) Ryu:
*Arcade Ending:
As Bison's empire falls, Ryu leaves his fighting days behind
him as he turns his talents to rebuilding the city of Shadoloo.
The lessons he has learned from the teachings of Master
Sheng Long help greatly in bringing dignity and prosperity
to the war-ravaged land.
*Console Ending:
After the defeat of General Bison and the rest of his forces,
Ryu and Ken assissted in the reconstruction of Shadoloo
City. But, just as soon as the city began to return to normal,
Ken started planning their next big score. Soon they were
packed and on the road with Ken, looking to make some
quick money and Ryu just trying to make sure that Ken
doesn't get them into more trouble than they can handle.

8) Balrog:
*Arcade Ending:
By defeating the power mad eBison and overcoming nearly
impossible odds, Balrog proves to himself and the rest of
the world that he is still a true champion. With Bison gone,
he is able to once again regain his world boxing title.
*Console Ending:
Once Bison was defeated, Balrog returned to the United
States and began his boxing training once again. Rising
through the ranks, Balrog finally got his title shot and
soon became the only man to be World Champion in both
the Heavyweight and Openweight divisions. Known for
his extraordinary punching power and his quick knock-
outs, Balrog soon found that challengers were hard to
find. So, he has recently begun travelling again as Chun-
Li Zang's cameraman. When asked why, Balrog joked,
"I just want to see her in that little Chinese dress one more
time."

9) E. Honda:
*Arcade Ending:
With Bison and his plans foiled, Honda is free to rejoin the
sport of Sumo in Japan. He quits his job as GNT news tech
and rejoins and dominates the world of Sumo, regaining
once more the title of true Yokozuna.
*Console Ending:
After the collapse of Bison's empire, Edmond Honda was
able to clear his name and re-enter the sacred Sumo ring.
Using his huge size, power and slapping ability, Honda
soon regained the title of Grand Champion. Now, the only
thing that gives this record breaking champion a challenge
is his practice bouts with Zangief. Currently ahead by only
a single match, Honda's record against Zangief is 86 wins,
85 losses, 27 ties and 5 destroyed Sumo dojos.

10) Vega:
*Arcade Ending:
With Bison's army vanquished and Sagat defeated, Vega
assumes control over all of the black market operations in
Shadoloo. Vega's new position as black marketeer forces
him to keep a low profile, but he still enters and usually
wins the Street Fighter tournaments.
*Console Ending:
After linking up with Sagat during the confusion that
followed the destruction of Bison's fortress, Vega once
again returned to the ring. There, with the Carmed playing
in the background, Vega slices up anyone who would
dare challenge him. Of course, very few pople are foolish
enough to bet on his challengers. The real bers are made
on how long Vega's opponents will survive before his
claws mercilessly carve up another victory.

11) Zangief:
*Arcade Ending:
Zangief realizes almost too late that Bison is leading him
to an early death. Even though Zangief defeats Bison, he
is tormented by the terrible crimes he committed in Bison's
name. Zangief leaves Shadoloo City and is never heard
from again.
*Console Ending:
After realized that Bison had lied to him, Zangief left
Shadoloo and returned to his home in Moscow. There he
returned to the wrestling ring and quickly found that no
one was a match for him. Undefeated and without much
of a challenge, Zangief now spends a little of his time as
part of Coloniel Guile's security force and rest training
for his visits to Honda's dojo in Japan.

12) Dee Jay:
*Dee Jay is only playable in the Console version.
After escaping Bison's fortress, Dee Jay found himself
penniless. forces to work for Sagat as he tightened his
grip on the Shadoloo underworld, Dee Jay soon left the
country with Sagat's money. A talented hacker and
engineer, Dee Jay quickly found work in the underworld,
but never stayed in one place too long. Aleays looking
for the next score, Dee Jay can be found wherever there
is big money to be made.

13) Blanka:
*Blanka is only playable in the Console version.
As Bison's fortress crumbled, Allied Nations soldiers said
they could hear the cries of a wild beast. But despite the
frantic search through the rubble by Coloniel Guile, Blanka's
body was never found. However, there are persistent rumors
that Blanka lives and that Professor Dhalsim is trying to
reverse the DNA mutagens that created him. No one knows
for sure if it's true of if Dhalsim will be successful, but
Guile will only say, "Carlos will return."

14) Sawada:
*Arcade Ending:
Captain Sawada is promoted to the post of Commander by
the grateful Allied Nations. Sawada's strong leadership
skills and flawless integrity help make him the world's most
beloved leader of all time.
*Console Ending:
Leading the Allied National Forces in their assault on
General Bison's stronghold, Captain Sawada demonstrated
his unique tactical abilities. A strong leader, Sawada has
become a symbol for the soldiers in Japan's Self-Defense
Force. Although he has only served with Guile a few times,
Sawada earned the admiration of the Allied Forces leader.
When asked in a recent GNT interview, who was the tough-
est soldier he had served with, Coloniel Guile quickly
replied, "No contest. Sawada of Japan."

15) Akuma:
*Arcade Ending:
Akuma has broiugh dishonor to his hated brother Sheng
Long by defeating his best students Ken and Ryu, in
battle.Now all of the ancient powers are for Akuma alone
to command. His master plan to purge the world of Sheng
Long and all that he stands for is being one step closer
to becoming a reality.
*Console Ending:
(Akuma doesn't have a dialog in this ending.)

16) Blade:
*Blade is only playable in the Arcade version.
For years, Blade has infiltrated Bison's corrupt organization,
reporting in secret to his brother Guile. Now with Bison
destroyed, Blade at last is free of his deep cover assignment
and is able to resume his professional wrestling career as
Gunloc.
