INTRO: This is just a simple text script from the
TEASURE game, Guardian Heroes, for people who have the
import version and don't understand the language.
NOTE: I am not fluent in Japanese or any other
languages. I am just copying it off from the American
version. The translation the company did itself may
not be actuite. Nevertheless, here it is.
All of the Character's names are in BOLD, meaning you
can play them in Battle Mode. The names for stages in
Battle Modeare also in BOLD. The GUARDIAN HEROES
(HAN, RANDY, GINJIROU, NICOLE & SERENA) would
sometimes have (P) next to them, meaning that what
they would say if the player is playing that
particular character.
FAQ updates:
Version 0.1--7/31/03: first draft, playing as HAN.
This is far from complete, but at least people will
see what most of it says.
Version 0.2--12/20/04: Finally got around to finish
playing as HAN and completed all the choices and
decisions in the game. Also added the music data
track. Sorry for the wait. Planning to use another
character, starting with RANDY in the next update when
I find time again.

STAGE-01 Awakening
=======================================================
(Takes place in a hideout. HAN, RANDY, NANDO,
GINJIROU, and NICOLE are surrounding a table. HAN
holds up the sword.)
HAN: Heh, heh! This is great! I never thought we'd
find such a great sword by ourselves! I wonder if
anyone else is looking for it.
RANDY: Hey! Be careful! It is an old sword! What
will we do if it breaks?!
GINJIROU: Don't worry! A great sword doesn't break
easily.
RANDY: Is this really the sword we've been looking
for? Let me see it!
NICOLE: I don't care about that old sword! I'm
tired! Let's eat now.
(SERENA burts through the door.)
SERENA: The royal knights are coming! Get ready!
HAN: What? Who are you?
(ROYAL SOLDIER leaps in and SERENA knocks him away.)
SERENA: Don't use that sword!
RANDY: What? This is getting weird!
GINJIROU: There's nothing we can do! Retreat!
NICOLE: Let's get moving!
(They all leave except the one played who says this
before going.)
HAN (P): It's getting ugly in here! We'd better
escape!
(They arrive in a town, where ROYAL SOLDIERS and
KNIGHTS stand nearby.)
RANDY: The royal knights have arrived. There's no
way we can get away from them!
GINJIROU: Everybody split up! We'll be able to lose
them.
SERENA: They are after the sword.
NICOLE: But where do we go from here?
HAN: There is no time to talk ! Let us meet at the
graveyard ahead.
(They all leave except SERENA and PLAYER, as they
fight the SOLDIERS and KNIGHTS before leaving town.)
(Scene changes. SERENA and PLAYER arrive at the
graveyard, where VALGAR REINHART, the black knight,
and ROBOT meet them.)
SERENA: Valgar.
VALGAR: You have betrayed the khans. You were chief
of the royal knights and gave it up. What are you up
to, Serena?
SERENA: I won't let you have the sword.
VALGAR: Then, suffer!
(VALGAR leaps away and ROBOT attacks SERENA and
PLAYER, who begin to defeat it.)
SERENA: As a knight, I must fight till the end.
HAN (P): I'll give him the sword! Blade first!
(Lightning strikes the sword, giving HAN 16 HITS.
Sword floats there as HAN stands up.)
HAN (P): Arrrggghh! What? What happened?
(Sword dissappears and appears over a grave in the
background. UNDEAD HERO comes out of the grave and
takes the sword. He attacks the ROBOT, destroying it,
then roars.)

STAGE-02 Prelude to hope
=======================================================
(The others arrive and UNDEAD HERO attacks SERENA.)
HAN: What is this monster? Isn't he one of them?
NICOLE: Oh, please stop!
(UNDEAD HERO stops attacking and stands there.)
RANDY: H...hey, he really stopped! Does he obey our
commands? This is gonna be fun!
SERENA: My goodness... This warrior is the one that
will bring back light to this world of darkness!
GINJIROU: What? Bring back light...? You know
something we do not?
(ZUR and SOLDIERS arrive.)
ZUR: Where did they get that big golden freak? What
are you waiting for!? Attack! Do not disgrace me!
SERENA: We'll talk about it later! Hurry! Give him
an order!
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO attack SOLDIERS and defeat
them.)
ZUR: How dare you! You've got some nerve defeating
my soldiers! You will regret this.
(SKELETONS come out of ground, causing ZUR to fall
down.)
ZUR: Wha...what now? Eeek! Skeletons!
(ZUR flees.)
HAN (P): The dead rising from their graves! Is this
power coming from this golden warrior? But this is
only a town. Why was the body of the knight resting
here?
(UNDEAD HERO and PLAYER attack and defeat the
SKELETONS.)

(ALTERNATE SCENE ONE: Two ROYAL MAGICANS appears
putting up a force field. It traps UNDEAD HERO,
PLAYER, 3 SOLDIERS and a CYCLOPS. SOLDIERS salute and
CYCLOPS slams his hands down, scaring SOLDIERS and
making them flee. The battles continues. Afterwards
VALGAR appears.)
VALGAR: It is of no surprise to me that Kanon ordered
us, the black knights, to sieze the sword. I always
thought this mission to find some old sword was
meaningless. I didn't realize it had the power to
summon such a monster. This will amuse me.
(VALGAR leaps away)

(ALTERNATE SCENE TWO: if PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO run
across to the far right, the scene pans to where ZUR
is speaking to VALGAR.)
ZUR: Hey! What's going on? Where did those monsters
come from!
VALGAR: It is of no surprise to me that Kanon ordered
us, the black knights, to sieze the sword. I always
thought this mission to find some old sword was
meaningless. I didn't realize it had the power to
summon such a monster. This will amuse me. Leave at
once, Zur.
ZUR: What? You must be joking. I am the leader of
this mission. You are here only to aid me. You shall
not take the credit from me!
VALGAR: Do as you wish!
(VALGAR leaps away, as ZUR addresses the SOLDIERS)
ZUR: Everyone attack! Do as I say or you will pay for
your disobedience!
(The SOLDIERS join in the attack with UNDEAD HERO,
SKELETONS and PLAYER. After they are all wiped out,
PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO face ZUR.)
ZUR: You... You fight well. But you are still no
match for me! I shall let you go this time.
(ZUR disappears.)

(After the battle, the others gather together.)
NICOLE: The sword we found, it is his after all.
GINJIROU: What...? Is it not the sword we were
after? Ooops!
SERENA: Yes, this is the sword. This golden warrior
wielded it long ago. Legend has it that the sword
possesses the power to wipe the darkness. I had no
idea it would summon the golden warrior. Tthe kingdom
has been desperately seeking this sword and now I know
why they are afraid of it. This warrior has the power
to end the evil reign of the kingdom.
GINJIROU: Indeed, the plan to build the wizard's
kingdom enforced by the royal family, is against the
will of the villagers. Are you planning to revolt,
with the golden warrior?
SERENA: I did not plan to involve all of you... But
when the royal family discovered I was going to
revolt, I did not think they would use so many troops.
I cannot fight this battle alone. Do not be fooled
by the royal family. Whoever has the sword will be
captured and executed! From now on, all of you will
be targets as well. We must leave here immediately!

You may go to town without fear.
HAN: Don't be afraid. Remember, we have the golden
warrior with us.
(They all leave, heading for STAGE-04)

Go to a nearby small village.
SERENA: I hear there is a group of people gathering at
the village who plan to rebel against the kingdom.
(They all leave, heading to STAGE-05.)
-------------------------------------------------------
Go to the forest and rest.
RANDY: My master lives in this forest. He will be
angry when he finds out about this.
(They all leave, heading to STAGE-03)

STAGE-03 Monster in the forest
=======================================================
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO go through the FOREST, facing
Plants, Flies, WOLVES and GOBLINS. Scene changes back
in the thick forest where WOLVES run across the screen
and a giant plant called MID jumps in. After
defeating it, it changes into a small hare. Then
after wacking it a few times, lightning stikes the
ground and an Old Master appears.)
HAN (P): What is he...? He looks just like Nando!
Are you Randy's friend?
Old Master: That's right. The magic Randy holds is
something I gave him. He was so eager to learn! But
please accept my apology. These times are dangerous,
so I use bodyguards.
HAN (P): No, I should apologize to you. I had to
escape from the royal knights. I came here...
Old Master: The kingdom, eh? If we find that sword
Kanon wants so badly, he will still make us pay.
What's the use? Does that strange warrior over there
have something to do with the sword? Anyhow, the
forest is becoming dangerous. Come along with me.
(PLAYER, UNDEAD HERO and Old Master begin to walk till
VALGAR and SOLDIER appear)
VALGAR: I have finally found you. You are a wizard,
eh? I don't know who you are, but don't get in my
way. Take him away!
(SOLDIER escorts Old Master away.)
VALGAR: You disgraced me before, and you will pay it
now. Here I come!
?: Wait a minute. They aren't worth your effort.
(KATRINA and two KNIGHTS leap in.)
KATRINA: Let my soldiers handle them. Come on.
Let's go over there my love. I wouldn't want you to
get hit by flying bodies.
(KATRINA and VALGAR begin to walk off screen. KATRINA
stops and looks at the KNIGHTS.)
KATRINA: There they are. Finish them!
(KNIGHTS and SOLDIERS attack PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO.
Afterwards they face KATRINA and VALGAR.)
KATRINA: You have done well against my soldiers! I,
the new chief of the red knights, will be your next
opponent.
VALGAR: I have many soldiers. By now my knights
should have finished off those green armed wimps that
call themselves the the Resistance! You have no place
to hide! Surrender!
KATRINA: VALGAR, stand back! I can handle them!
Prepare to meet your doom!
KATRINA fights PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO. After they
defeat her, VALGAR and Old Master show up.)
VALGAR: You!
Old Master: Heh, heh, heh... If you want to kill me,
do it, if this is the way the kingdom protects its
people!
VALGAR: Katrina!
(VALGAR picks up KATRINA and leaps off.)
Old Master: It began when the golden one rose from
the grave! Kanon will make his move now... He has
the power to destroy the entire kingdom!
HAN (P): He may have power, but we have the sword and
three hundred pounds of undead fury. We will crush
Kanon.
Old Master: You are going to fight the khans? I knew
the kingdom would have a savior, but I never thought
that it would be you!

Go save the village (Fade to black, heading to
STAGE-06)
-------------------------------------------------------
Head for the castle
Old Master: The black knight doesn't know the truth!
He doesn't know that the khans are false khans created
by Kanon. He doesn't even know that he is not the
real prince.
HAN (P): Not real? The khans? What do you mean by
that?
OLD MASTER: Calm down. This is only the beginning.
Soon you will know the whole truth!
(Fade to black, going to STAGE-08.)

STAGE-04 Wizard Weapons
=======================================================
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO are in town, fighting SOLDIERS
and KNIGHTS. Scene changes, they enter the side of
the castle and fight SOLDIERS, MAGICIANS & ROBOTS.
Scene changes, deep within the castle, three SOLDIERS
run away, as PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO leap in.)
SOLDIER: K-Kanon, sir! We have to give up here.
HAN (P): Kanon...? That creep!
(Three SOLDIERS get thrown back as PROTO SILVER and
KANON G. GREY appear.)
KANON: Don't panic! I thought you would join the
resistance. My mistake. That's why I sent my men to
the rebal village. Well, that's O. K. They were in
my way anyway. Now I will take care of you...
Silver! Show our guests your magic!
(P. SILVER attacks PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO. After it
is defeated, P. SILVER flies to Kanon's side.)

Close in on Kanon
(SERENA appears.)
SERENA: You won't get away with this! You destroyed
the khans so you could build a wizard's kingdom!
KANON: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! Why do you care about
that? You betrayed us from the start, didn't you?
You sneaked into the royal knights just to find out
about that sword. Well done, Serena.
HAN (P): Hey! Wait a minute! The royal family is a
fake? Is that true?
KANON: It is not what I wish, but let us stop now. I
still need my power. Well, well... Look! They want
to play a game of tag with you!
(ROBOTS drop in and attack as P. SILVER and KANON
escape. After they destroy them all...)
HAN (P): We defeated many soldiers. They must be
hurting. But it is far from over! We must get Kanon!
(They leap away. Fade to black, going to STAGE-12.)

Retreat and go the village.
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO run off, head to STAGE-07.
Fade to black.)

STAGE-05 Powerless Resistance
=======================================================
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO arrive at the RESISTANCE'S
VILLAGE, where they see three SOLDIERS beating up one
RESISTANCE. After they get rid of them..)
RESISTANCE: They are really after us now... We must
hurry to the village!
(They all run till they see a group of RESISTANCE and
SOLDIERS fighting and join in. Fade to black. Scene
changes. PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO arrive at the end of
the village, where a MAGICIAN, RESISTANCE and a
VILLAGE GUARD are. They are attacked by ZUR and
SOLDIERS.)
ZUR: Caught you at last! I knew you joined the
resistance! Now all of you will feel pain!
(VILLAGE GUARD rises from the ground.)
ZUR: So your village guard is operational.
RESISTANCE: Oh, loyal village guard, protect us in
our moment of need! Attack the king's men! They
shall do evil deeds no more!
ZUR: I don't think so! That's right you overrated
hunk of scrap metal. Attack!
VILLAGE GUARD: Destroy those who side with the
resistance!
(VILLAGE GUARD attacks PLAYER and RESISTANCE.)
HAN (P): Hey! Not at me!
ZUR: Heh, heh, heh, heh! I've reprogrammed your
guard to follow my commands!
(VILLAGE GUARD, ZUR and SOLDIERS attack.)

(ALTERNATE SCENE ONE: When VILLAGE GUARD explodes,
ZUR leaps to a deserted area and summons more SOLDIERS
and KNIGHTS.)
ZUR: I like these odds better! Charge!
(ZUR, SOLDIERS and KNIGHTS attack.)

(ALTERNATE SCENE TWO: ZUR runs to the center after
the VILLAGE GUARD, KNIGHTS and SOLDIERS are
destroyed.)
ZUR: There is a price on your head. You guys are
fugitives. If I get you now, I get the reward!
(ZUR and two SOLDIERS attack them.)

(After they are defeated...)
ZUR: How dare you attack me! You would attack a
member of the royal kingdom? How could you?
(SERENA arrives.)
SERENA: Kingdom? Huh! I see that you've been
promoted from dung inspector since I've been in the
castle. Didn't you know that the khans are fake
dictators, who replaced the real royal family? They
caused a revolution to seize control!
HAN (P): Fake? The royal family?
ZUR: Ahhhhhhhhhhh! You were chief of the knight
troupe! How do you know about that? Now you have a
big golden freak for your ally! Nobody told me about
that! I have no other choice. I have been holding
back back! Now, I must show my real power! On second
thought,...er...uh...I have urgent business back at
the castle! You're lucky I have to go!
(ZUR disappears.)
HAN (P): Then, my blue knight troupe is not made of
real royal knights?
SERENA: I don't know their purpose. But I know that
imposters have gained power. They are planning
something horrible. Creating a wizardly kingdom is
only part of it!
HAN (P): They are manipulating the whole kingdom for
their own personal benefit? No way! I will destroy
them!

STAGE-06 Royal trap
=======================================================
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO walk through the vast
wilderness until they are surrounded by GODATS and
GAMBO SHINAYUMA.)
GODAT: Swift, yet strong! There is nothing we fear.
What's everyone's is ours! We shall put our lives on
the line for our boss. We are the Muscle-Heads!
(MACHO GORO leaps in.)
MACHO: Hey, you there! You have such a rare golem.
Hey, Macho, that golem will look good in our cave!
Take it!
(GAMBO walks towards UNDEAD HERO and gets knocked away
by him.)
HAN (P): I guess he is not interested.
MACHO: So, you wish that I use force to take it from
you, eh? So be it!
GAMBO: Wait up, boss! Let us handle this.
(MACHO leaps to the back ground and a fight breaks
out. When it stops, the GODATS form a circle around
PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO.)
MACHO: Hmm, not bad, eh? Now, it is my turn!
(Another GODAT walks in.)
GODAT: A squad of knights are coming!
(SOLDIERS appears and GODATS surround them.)
MACHO: So, this is a trap! You shall keep that golem
for now. They are prey as well. I shall deal with
you later!
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO leap away from the fray. Fade
to black. Not far away, ZUR and SOLDIERS walk from
the other side till PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO leap in.)
ZUR: What's going on? Why are you here? What is
Valgar doing?
(The SOLDIERS just stand there.)
ZUR: What's the matter with you? Get them!
(SOLDIERS attack PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO. Each time
the two get close to ZUR, he leaps away and more
SOLDIERS come. Afterwards...)
ZUR: Huh! The rebel village has been totally
destroyed! Those pesky flies have been exterminated!
Oh...and you were thier friends...too bad. I planned
to blame it on poor thieves, now that you are here,
you have spoiled it. My ingenious ideas have gone
down the drain!
(ZUR and SOLDIERS fight PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO, till
finally...)
ZUR: Are you insane? What were you thinking,
fighting against Kanon and the khans?
(SERENA runs in.)
SERENA: The khans? Stop this nonsense! The royal
family are impostors, who replaced the real khans in
an attempt to seize power! You did special missions,
didn't you? Ever since I was in the castle, you
worked for the knights who performed special missions,
didn't you?
HAN (P): Hey, wait a minute! The royal family is
fake?
ZUR: You were just a chief. How do you know that!
What is that monster! Nobody told me things would
turn this way! I surrender! I acknowledge your
power. I'll listen to anything you say! Just
kidding!
(ZUR disappears in a flash of light.)
HAN (P): Are they the royal family?
SERENA: I don't know their purpose. But I know the
royal family has devised some terrible plan. Thier
desire for a wizard's kingdom is only a part of it!
HAN (P): They are destroying the kingdom for their own
sake? I won't allow that to happen!

STAGE-07 Captured Kingdom
=======================================================
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO arrive at the RESISTANCE'S
VILLAGE facing 3 ROBOTS. Afterwards UNDEAD HERO gets
caught in a force field, but breaks free.)
?: Well done. A mediocre fighter would have been
imprisoned. How well will you do against my sword?
HAN (P): What's up with that! They got here before
us!
VALGAR: Now my knights will destory you!
(VALGAR, BANISHERS & SOLDIERS attack them.)
VALGAR: My knights are being beaten by wimps like
yourselves?
(After they are all defeated...)
VALGAR: I underestimed the power of that monster.
(Suddenly, CITIZENS run across the screen.)
VALGAR: What's going on? ...Why me? It's those
(VALGAR runs off as more SOLDIERS attack. Fade to
black. PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO arrive at the village,
helping RESISTANCE fight off the SOLDIERS.
Afterwards, ZUR appears.)
ZUR: Well, well. I know you joined the resistance,
but got here too late. Come on! Let's show these
fools the power of the wizard's kingdom.
(Four MAGICIANS revive the VILLAGE GUARD and they
disappears as the machine raises upward. It attacks
PLAYER, UNDEAD HERO & RESISTANCE. After they destroy
it, they run to ZUR.)
ZUR: Wait a minute! Do you know what you are doing?
Do you think you can survive a fight with Kanon and
the khans?
(SERENA enters.)
SERENA: The khans? How can you say that? You're
part of Special Missions. Don't you know the truth?
The royal family is fake! They replaced the real
khans. They took over the kingdom for their own
purpose!
HAN (P): The royal family is fake?
ZUR: Aghhhhhhhhhhhhh! As a mere chief of the
knights, how dare you think such thoughts? Besides,
that monster is your ally. No body told me that
things would turn this way! You leave me with no
choice. I must unleash my most powerful technique!
Hyper, dangerous, parallel extra strong super retreat
special!
(ZUR disappears.)
HAN (P): They are not the real royal family?
SERENA: I don't know what their purpose is. But they
have devised a horrible plan with their dark power.
The wizard's kingdom they've built is only part of
their scheme!
HAN (P): They have taken over the kingdom for their
own purpose? I won't let that happen!

STAGE-08 Earth in Sorrow
=======================================================
(SOLDIERS walk across the RUINS OF BATTLEFIELD, when
they are stopped by glowing light and SKELETONS coming
out of the ground. They get scared, run in another
direction, and bump into PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO. A
three-way fight breaks out and after the SOLDIERS and
SKELETONS are wiped out...)
HAN (P): An ancient battlefield, eh? I hate to fight
war heroes, even if they dead.
(They see SKELETONS falls and VALGAR before them.)
VALGAR: You caught up with me because these corpses
got in my way. It's a shock to see a dead knight draw
his sword against his comrades!
HAN (P): I know now... This is the graveyard of the
true royal family.
VALGAR: The true royal khans? What do you mean by
that?
(VALGAR leaps back as light comes out of the ground
and a sword floats over it.)
VALGAR: What is this place? What's going on?
(UNDEAD WARRIOR comes out of the ground and grabs the
sword. He hits VALGAR and knocks him out, then he
faces PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO.)
HAN (P): A chief? No, a higher rank than that!
Looks like you don't care if we are friends or foe,
eh?
(UNDEAD WARRIOR attacks PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO until
he is defeated and his body crumbles.)
(The sword floats before HAN.)
HAN: What is it...? What do you want from me?
(HAN walks closer.)
HAN: Are you asking me to...take this sword?
(HAN grabs the floating sword.)
HAN: What is this feeling? It's the power from the
sword! They were in a rage just now. It is hard to
believe. He wants to tell me something. Yeah... I
understand! I will settle your grudge!
(Fade to black.)
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO stand in the Ruins of
Battelfield.)
?: Oh, it's you again!
(They run towards VALGAR.)
VALGAR: But I have enough of you! Defend yourselves!
(VALGAR fights them, then stops.)
VALGAR: You can handle that beast's sword!? What is
that sword? What secret does that sword have?
(SERENA arrives.)
SERENA: The warrior's sword, was used in the age of
swords. A sword you would never be able to see in the
age of sorcery. The sword of the knight of the
genuine royal family, that was annihilated by the
false royal family.
VALGAR: The sword of the knight of the genuine royal
family? A joke one cannot laugh at. Very well, then
you shall rest in peace in the grave of the genuine
royal family.

with a wizard kingdom, where I hid and waited.

purposes?
KANON: Evil purposes? No! To save humanity! I am
sorry, Valgar. But you chose to live by the sword,
like a fool. If you were a puppet like the king, you
would have lived much longer.
VALGAR: Father? He knew everything?
(KANON blasts VALGAR away and turns to others.)

(VALGAR slides by and slashes KANON, killing him.)

finished? My rage will live forever even if this body
perishes.
(KANON disappears, as VALGAR turns to face PLAYER and

protect people with artificial soldiers. But I was

(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO walk towards the castle,
fighting SOLDIERS, KNIGHTS and GIANTS. Fade to black.
Scene changes and they are inside the castle,
fighting SOLDIERS, KNIGHTS, BANISHERS and MAGICIANS.
Fade to black. Scene changes. They run into the
throne room and encounter VALGAR.)
VALGAR: You annoying rebels! You don't know when to
stop! Forgive me, but I don't believe what Kanon
said. Even if the wizard was behind the kingdom's
prosperity, what's the harm in taking advantage of the
situation? I want more power! I will abandon the
ridiculous ways of my father and build my own kingdom!

Vow to destroy all evil
(VALGAR arches his back and lightning strikes him.
Then King Valgar appears.)
KING: Heh, heh, heh, heh! Foolish man. He doesn't
have any idea who's taking advantage of whom!
(The king changes into XENOVIA.)
HAN: What! The king was a wizard?
XENOVIA: Humans, don't let overconfidence replace
your common sense. There is no room for you in the
inevitable battle between sky spirits and earth
spirits. We will be forced to kill without mercy if
you get in our way!
(XENOVIA disappears. Fade to black, going to
STAGE-24.)

VALGAR: Huh! What can YOU do?
(VALGAR leaps out and PLAYER & UNDEAD HERO follow, to

?: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! Don't ever underestimate me.
Do you think we earth spirits will listen to a man by
the likes of you? Never! It is time! No more hiding
from humans. No hoarding of power. The time has come
to do battle with the sky spirits!
(Two GARGOYLES appear. VALGAR leaps away from them.)
VALGAR: Agh? You are monsters under Kanon's control?
Earth spirits? You...
(VALGAR leaps out of the scene.)
HAN(P): Those things are earth spirts?
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO battle the 2 GARGOYLEs. After
they are destroyed, fade to black, going to STAGE-26.)

(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO appear in the GRAND SHRINE.)
?: Humans, do not worry. You are in the heavens,
looking down upon the earth. This paradise is our
world, the world of the Sky Spirits. I summoned you
here to tell you something. You must understand what
our intentions are. Listen carefully, warriors. If
you wish to save this world, be aware that humans
aren't your only enemies. You must fight the earth
spirits who hide behind the khans. They used Kanon to
reach the surface. If you don't stop them, the earth
will be hurled into darkness.
(VALGAR appears, floating in the air before them.)
?: Make up your mind. For starters, finish this man
who is the minion of the earth spirits.

Vow to destroy all evil.
?: Superb! You answered correctly. But this man's
will is not his own. He was used by the earth
spirits. Your true opponent is not this man any
longer. It is Valgar, the king, and ruler of the
earth spirits.
HAN(P): Like no way! You mean that king was a
wizard?
(Fade to white, teleported to STAGE-24.)

?: Is that the best you can do to survive? Well
then, so be it. I will let you go. End you battle
yourselves.
(Fade to white, going to STAGE-25.)

?: Not a wise answer. You could've joined us. Now
you will wonder forever why you are where you are.
(VALGAR is dropped. He gets up and faces PLAYER and
UNDEAD HERO.)
VALGAR: I was wrong after all... What I am seeing
here is evidence of Kanon's story. An apology won't
change a thing. But to make amends for what I have
done, I vow to protect my kingdom and my people with
my life!
?: Well... Humans choose to live their lives, eh?

(Fade to white, then black, heading to STAGE-26.)

STAGE-21 Battle in the Castle Town

(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO are inside a broken-down
castle, fighting ROPERS, GOBLINS, CYCLOPSES, SKELETONS
and ROBOTS. Fade to black. They walk till they meet
GARGOYLES and XENOVIA.)
XENOVIA: Don't be afraid. I rule the earth spirits,
one of the two species Kanon spoke about. I've seen
many human battles over the centuries and you possess
something different than those I've seen before. So,
I better tell you this. You were born with the same
purpose as we. Kanon did not tell you everything you
needed to know. Listen and you shall learn the
absolute truth. I will show you real evil.

XENOVIA: I will tell you again for your own good.
Listen to me and learn the truth.

(VALGAR slides in to attack XENOVIA, but she
disappears. VALGAR faces PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO.)
VALGAR: I was... wrong after all... I was caught in
my pride. I thought I could do no wrong. I can never
atone, for what I have done, I will protect my kingdom
and my people for life!
?: Interesting. Humans choose to live their own
lives, eh? You chose that answer from many. But what
can mere humans possibly do?
(Fade to white, going to STAGE-26.)

XENOVIA: Protecting your people comes first, eh?
Fine. Go now. We don't need to get involved. Just
remember. Humans aren't the only creatures in this

plans. Nobody stands in my way. Humans cannot defeat
me, because their emotions interfere with logic.
HAN (P): Lucia! They've kidnapped you?!
Princess: Don't worry about me! You must destroy
Kanon's evil creation! I didn't know that Kannon
created a false kingdom of magic! You must save the
kingdom!

(lightning comes down, striking G. SILVER down.
Pricess runs to one side as VALGAR slides in,
destrying the ROBOT. VALGAR leaps to the Princess'

VALGAR: Don't worry about the artificial soldiers.
You need to worry about the sky spirits and earth
spirits! Go! I will take care of things on this end!
(PLAYER & UNDEAD HERO run across the throne room, then
stop.)
?: This is interesting. Humans choose to live their
own lives, eh? Humans are only humans. What can you
do with them? Show us, earth spirits, what you can
do.
(Fade to white, heading to STAGE-26.)

G. SILVER: Humans cannot defeat us. Come with us,
princess. You may still be of use to us.
(3 ROBOTS leap in and attack PLAYER & UNDEAD HERO,
while G. SILVER and Princess leave. After the ROBOTS
are destroyed, fade to black, going to STAGE-27.)

(Lightning strikes G. SILVER down. Princess runs to
one side as VALGAR slides in, destroying the ROBOT.)
VALGAR: I knew Lucia didn't matter to you! I will
never forgive you!

give chase, but they are stop by 2 ROBOTS, who attack
them. After they destroy them, XENOVIA appears.)
XENOVIA: I understand your hatred of the royal
family. They deceived you. But you musn't blame
them. Think about the sourceof their sorrow and
Kanon's rage. Isn't it the cold-hearted sky spirits
who look down on us from the heavens? Humans you have
grown strong. You are ready to defeat the sky
spirits. I have something to tell you about the
world. All of the creatures in this world were
created by a supreme being. This being's sole purpose
was to promote war! All of the life forms have been
fooled into fighting each other so he could have
ultimate warriors to serve him. In order to end this
vicious cycle, you must defeat the sky spirits, and

go learn who you really are!
(Fade to white, then black, going STAGE-28.)

STAGE-24 Fate

(UNDEAD HERO and PLAYER are in the SUBTERRANEAN WORLD,
fighting Black Plants, GOBLINS, CYCLOPS, GARGOYLES and
ROPERS. Fade to black. They arrive in the
SUBTERRANEAN ALTER. XENOVIA appears before them.)
XENOVIA: I underestimed you. You have come this far.
You cannot go back. We no longer have to hide behind
humans and hoar our power. The time has come at last!
We will destroy the sky spirits! You foolish humans
will vanish with them!
(XENOVIA fights them. After she is defeated, she
faces them.)
XENOVIA: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! My dear humans... I am
so angry at you human scum. My blood boils! Please
excuse me while I slip into something more
comfortable.
(XENOVIA changes into GREAT EARTH SPIRIT and fights.
After she is destroyed, a voice appears.)
?: You are our enemy now. We have nothing more to
tell you. Think how delighted he must be. Nothing
stands in his way now, and his great warriors have
created.
(SKY WARRIOR appears, follow by the other GUARDIAN
HEROES team.)
SKY WARRIOR: You did a great job. Just as I desired.
You have become great warriors. You had more talents
than I ever imagined. And I must thank the undead
warrior too. You were a good guide. May you rest in
peace.
(UNDEAD HERO walks to the center, roars and
disappears.)
SKY WARRIOR: Those blinded by magic spells must
remember the real human power. Our giving humans
magic was not a good idea... We will never interfere
again. You will lead your own lives from now on.
(Fade to light. Top view down showing the GUARDIAN
HEROES standing near the edge, looking down.)
We were taken to a castle in the sky, bathed in
shining light and from above the white clouds in the
blue heavens, we looked down on earth, where day was
about to break. This peace we have found, makes our
bitter hard battles seem like we fought them long ago.
Everything is over. That's not true. Everything has
just begun. Humans must start the next chapter, a new
chapter of a future that they create themselves.

STAGE-25 Insane Dance Party
=======================================================
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO are in the caverns, fighting
MAGICIANS, ZOMBIES, ROBOTS and VILLAGE GUARDS. They
meet up with ZUR.)
ZUR: Aloha! I won't let you go any further! Even
Valgar had a hard time fighting you. If I can defeat
you my future in the kingdom looks promising!
(ZUR attacks. After they beat him...)
ZUR: I can't defeat you! Team up with me and win
back the royal power? You can blow off Valgar with
one snort! Right?
I cannot trust you.
I won't listen to you.
I must ignore you.
You're a freak!
(They begins to close in on ZUR.)
?: I suppose we need a final battle, eh?
(VALGAR arrives. ZUR runs to hide behind him.)
ZUR: Valgar! Get these wimps! I'd do it myself, but
I just remembered I have people to torture.
VALGAR: Zur. You gutless weasel. You only befriend
those who will help you in your quest for power.
There is no place for you here. Begone!
VALGAR summons lightning to strike ZUR. ZUR falls,
but rises again, laughing. ZUR levitates VALGAR into
the air, then lowers into nothing.)
ZUR: Yikes, yikes, yikes! A weasel? Heh, heh, heh.
What's wrong with befiending the strong? That's not
cheating, it's smart! Thank you, Valgar! With the
magic you gave me, I feel like a new person! Smartest
brain! Greatest power! A mircle super-warrior is now
being
boooooooooooooooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!
(ZUR changes into SUPER ZUR and attacks. Soon, he is
defeated and explodes. The GUARDIAN HEROES arrive.)
NICOLE: This really makes me mad, all the trouble
caused by that scum!
GINJIROU: Now the darkness of this world is cleared
away and the curse of the khans erased!
SERENA: ... Was what I did the right thing to do? I
wonder if Valgar and the false khans also thought they
did what they did for the good of the kingdom.
HAN: Perhaps... He had a different way of doing
things, but he was doing his best.
RANDY: So! The survivors have a duty to keep the
peace.
SERENA: You're right. We should heed their feelings,
for the sake of a new era, and the sake of the people.
(Scene changes. Picture shows RESISTANCE cheering at
the castle above them.)

STAGE-26 Scenario for Destruction.

(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO arrive in SUBTERRANEAN WORLD,
facing GOBLINS, ROPERS, GARGOLYES and CYCLOPS. Fade
to black. They arrive in the SUBTERRANEAN ALTER.
XENOVIA appears.)
XENOVIA: You humans have courage. But you got in our
way. It is OUR mission to defeat the sky spirits.
You won't stop us!
(They fight. After XENOVIA is defeated, the scene
goes dark.)

SILVER, Princess, and ROBOT are.)
G. SILVER: I always carry out my master's plans, to
do this, I take advantage of the human mind.
HAN (P): Ahh! What are you doing to Lucia!? She is
a princess!
Princess: Don't worry about me! Shatter Kanon's evil
creation! I didn't know it, but I was one of those
who changed the kingdom. We must stop Kanon's plan!
(Other ROBOTS drop in near PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO.
VALGAR slides in from behind, knocking out one of the
ROBOTS. G. SILVER flies away as VALGAR looks at
PLAYER.)
VALGAR: I can't atone for what I have done. But I
love the kingdom too. Please let me help!
HAN (P): You..... You take over here! I will never
let him go, he involved Lucia in this!
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO leave as ROBOTS close in on
VALGAR and Princess. Fade to black, heading to
STAGE-30.)

STAGE-28 Warrior in the light
=======================================================
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO arrive in the CELESTIAL WORLD
facing KNIGHTS, BANISHERS, GIANTS and VILLAGE GUARDS.
After they are defeated, SKY WARRIOR appears.)
SKY WARRIOR: I'm sorry to see that you, the chosen
ones, lead this kind of life.
HAN (P): Chosen ones?? Who in the world chose us??
SKY WARRIOR: Do you think everything that's happened
so far is mere luck? Do you think you found the sword
by accident? Do you think you met that warrior by
accident? Or won every battle? Everything was done
with the magic concealed in that sword. This has all
been planned! We chose you, the best of the raw
materals called humans, to be our ultimate warriors.
The warrior who led you here is only a guide. We have
no more use for you now. I will blow you away like
ashes, along with the undead warrior, who was only
reborn because we commanded it.
(They fight. After SKY WARRIOR is defeated, PLAYER
and UNDEAD HERO run off. Fade to black. Scene
changes. They arrive in the GRAND SHRINE and stop in
the center.)
?: You chose the wrong materals. You could have been
the greatest warriors I have ever created. Well,
that's O. K. There are still some useful materals.
You want to ease the despair in your heart by
entracing power. You only follow the path given to
you. Come, my warriors! Destroy those who will not
follow me, and destroy those useless dead ones!
(Bolts of lightning strike the floor and VALGAR
appears, dressed in white.)
HAN (P): Valgar? Darn it! Ahhh.....
(They fight. After VALGAR is defeated, the rest of
the GUARDIAN HEROES arrive.)
VALGAR: I didn't mean to be his lackey. But I was so
miserable! All I believed in was lost... He offered
me power. I thought power would solve everything.
(The celestial object appears in the center.)
?: Don't worry. Just do what I tell you. Come on!
The victor will soon be determined. Your enemy stands
before you.
VALGAR: No! This is no different from what I've been
doing! As long as we're in your clutches, there will
never be peace!
HAN: Hold it! What are you going to do!?
(VALGAR strikes the celestial object with his sword,
then UNDEAD HERO does the same. The object explodes.
Fade to black.)
You humans are strong! You broke the shell
surrounding the world which we took for granted, and
cut the chains that bound everything. For your
courage, I will guide you to earth.
(The scene shows the brighted cloud sky and panning
down ward.)
But the battle is not yet over. Evil will bring new
warriors. Maybe even evil himself, will battle us.
But I promise you, when that happens you have my help
to protect this new world you have won.
Scene shows female CIVILIAN (1), child CIVILIAN (2)
and skinny CIVILIAN (4) looking over the mountain
terrain. Fade to black.)

STAGE-29 Paradise
=======================================================
(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO appear in CELESTIAL WORLD,
where SKY WARRIOR appears before them.)
SKY WARRIOR: You, the chosen ones! You certainly
took your time getting here.
HAN (P): Chosen? What are you talking about?
SKY WARRIOR: Do you think everything that's happened
so far is mere luck? Do you think you found the sword
by accident? Do you think you met that warrior by
accident? Or won every battle? Everything was done
with the magic concealed in that sword. This has all
been planned. We chose you, the best of the raw
materials called humans to be our ultimate warriors.

(They battle. After SKY WARRIOR is defeated, he

warriors? I'll show you what a real ultimate warrior
can do! I will destroy you!
(SKY WARRIOR changes into SKY SPIRIT and attacks. He
soon explodes into nothing after he dies. PLAYER and
UNDEAD HERO stand victorious.)
?: You have proven your worth! That's good. You are
my ultimate warriors!
(They soon run off. Fade to black. Scene changes.
It's the GRAND SHRINE. PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO appear,
follow by the rest of the GUARDIAN HEROES one by one.)
RANDY: I wonder-- Are they taking us somewhere?
NOCOLE: Stop it, I won't go anywhere!
(Something appears in the center bathed in light and
floating.)
SERENA: Oh, brave undead warrior, who protected the
khans with his last breath... Why do you stand on the
earth once more? Because of all this? We don't know
your face or even your name. But I believe you live
again to save the kingdom and the people. What shall
we do?
(UNDEAD HERO walks over to the center and attacks the
SKY SPIRIT object.)
?: You! What are you doing? Are you against me?
(UNDEAD HERO stops and leaps back.)
HAN: Wrong! He didn't come back to life for you!
But to protect the world he once belonged to!
(HAN hits the object with his sword, then leaps back.)
NICOLE: Yeah! We didn't fight for you either!
(NICOLE attacks it with her wand, then leaps back.)
?: Why do you attack? You are the greatest warriors
in the world! And you gained your power because I
guided you! Come to me! Explore the new world!
GINJIROU: To my regret, there is not one warrior here
who will follow you!
(GINJIROU does a Mirage Sky Dance on the object, then
leaps back.)
RANDY: We can no longer allow you to control our
destiny!
(RANDY attacks it with his staff, then leaps back.)
SERENA: You think we're resisting? But if we follow
you now, what's left of earth will be ruins. We
cannot destroy the world for your foolish dream!
(SERENA does a Moon Slice on the object, causing it to
shake and spark.)
?: You fools! This is the world I created. What can
you do here without my help?
?2: We won't know unless we try!
(VALGAR leaps in and strikes the object with his
swords, causing the screen to brighten. Fade to
black.)
In the bright flash, an image suddenly appeared in our
minds, calling us.
(Scene appears with a panning overview of mountains
and thick forest.)
We found ourselves standing on earth with a black
knight who now wanted what we wanted. He was the
ruler of the earth spirits. Had he saved us, though
he'd been our enemy? Even earth spirits want their
freedom. But... Is freedom what we really wanted?
(A cliff appears with the UNDEAD HERO'S sword on top
of it.)
We no longer belong to anybody. No one will help us
now. No one will protect us. Now our true power as
human beings will be tested. We cannot look back. We
will not waste our victory!
(Fade to black.)

(PLAYER and UNDEAD HERO leap into a blue room, facing
G. SILVER.)
G. SILVER: With the master gone, not a single human
being can rule this land. We artificial soldiers will
therefore rule you from now on.
HAN (P): I can't believe it. Run-away soldiers.
(G. SILVER takes off his cape and fights them. After
SILVER explodes, the rest of the GUARDIAN HEROES come
in along with Princess.)
Princess: Thank you. Kanon's evil dream of the
future has been sattered.
HAN: Yeah! Don't worry, Lucia! Where is your
brother?
Princess: My brother is gone. He will fight with
even greater force to protect the people of our
kingdom. Please don't follow him. I want you to
rebuild our kingdom! Help bring back peace! I will
do anything for it!
SERENA: Yes. Everybody feels the same about their
country. A kingdom shouldn't be built by a handful of
powerful people. Let's work together and make peace
in the world.
(Fade to black. Scene appears with panning overview
of mountains and thick forest. A cliff appears with
VALGAR standing on the edge, overlooking the terrain.
Fade to black.)
