Hey all! Welcome to my first-ever guide, a Deck Recipe guide for the game,
"Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Tag Force"! This guide lists all of the duelists, the cards
they give out, and their deck recipes they give you. You can search for a
specific deck or duelist by using CTRL+F. Hope this guide helps, and thank you

*NOTE* Please, please, please, please, PLEASE stop IMing or emailing me about
questions that are either answered in this FAQ or in another person's FAQ. The
FAQ's were written for reasons, and those reasons don't include ignoring the
other FAQs and bugging any of the writers about them.

Q: How do you get _____'s recipe(s)?
A: Well, if it's a Group 1 character (you can check Groups in the "List of
Duelists" section), you'll have to beat the game with them to collect their
recipes. For everyone else, you'll have to beat them 10 times before they
cough up their recipe(s), although there may be some requirements before you
can duel them.

Q: How do you get _____ to be your partner?
A: It depends on the character. If the character is in Group 1 (a.k.a., Jaden
Yuki, Syrus Truesdale, and the other main characters), you have to raise his or
her heart meter until you get the big heart. You can check the heart meter in
the computer in your room under "List of Duelists". Once you get this big
heart, the person will ask to be your partner the next time you talk to them
for the first time in a new location.

For every other character, you must have beaten the game at least once. When
you have, there should be an option to ask that person to be your partner.
What to do after that changes from person to person, but it should be easy to
figure out, if they don't just agree right away.

Q: What's the best way to get ____ as your partner?
A: Dueling and sandwiches.

Q: That doesn't help me much...
A: If you didn't understand that, go check the forums. That question's always
answered like ten times a day, if not more. AND USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION BEFORE
POSTING A NEW TOPIC. We don't need two or three topics asking the same thing
all on the same page or two...

Q: Can you make your own deck recipes?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: ...Can you tell me how?
A: Yes, I can.

Q: ......HOW DO YOU DO IT?!?!
A: First off, you only asked me if I COULD tell you. There was nothing in
there about me actually doing so, so stop yelling or I won't tell you anything
else.

Now, to make your own deck recipe, first go to the Deck Edit menu. Press
Triangle and a submenu will pop up. One of those options on the menu is "Deck
& Recipe Menu". Select this option and press X and another submenu will pop
up. To save your current deck as a recipe, select "Save Recipe" and press X.
Then choose a slot and press X to save the recipe in that slot. *NOTE: If you
have an existing recipe in that slot, you will be prompted to overwrite. Be
warned that if you save the game after overwriting, you will lose that recipe!*

To load a recipe, choose "Load Recipe" from the "Deck & Recipe Menu". A similar
screen to the "Save Recipe" will show up. Choose a recipe and press X and it
will ask you if you want to load that recipe. *NOTE: Doing so will overwrite
your current deck, so if you want to keep your old deck, make sure you save it
first!* Also, if you press Square on the "Load Recipe" screen, you will see
the recipes of the NPCs that you've collected. You can also load those decks
to use.

Q: Can you delete recipes?
A: Yes you can.

Q: ....How do you delete recipes?
A: Ah, you're learning. Good for you.

This time, instead of going to the Deck Edit menu, there should be an option
right below it that says "Recipe Viewer". Select this and you'll be brought to
the recipe screen again. If you press X on one of your own recipes, a submenu
will pop up. Select Delete Recipe and you will get a message asking to
confirm. Select "OK" and press X to delete the recipe permanently. That's
right, permanently, so be careful what you delete.

Q: How do you get cards from characters?
A: It depends. For Group 1 duelists, you must get them to maximum heart level.
Talk to the person again, and he/she should give you the card. For every other
duelist, you must beat the person in a duel 10 times. On the 10th time, they
should give you the card(s). However, if you already have three copies of the
card, you won't receive the card.

Q: How do you unlock _____ pack?
A: I don't know, I haven't unlocked most of the ones that cannot be unlocked
with a single playthrough. Stop asking me and go check the Pack FAQ by
gokugohangoten, he wrote it for a reason.

Finally, it's complete! After putting up with the various frustrations of the
game, and with the help of several GFaqs members, I was able to record each
recipe you can collect in the game. Thanks for all your help, everyone!

Don't think this is the end, though! I have some secret extras planned for the
future. Keep an eye out!

2.0 - March 9, 2007
Updated a few characters with Card information. Also added a FAQ section with
a few short questions with long answers, as well as moving some information
from the Introduction to the FAQ. Some minor spacing issues were fixed as
well.

2.1 - March 19, 2007
Konami has provided us with 2 of the Father's recipes. Many thanks to alfster
for posting them. Also added a few more character's Card information and moved
the F.A.Q. section to be above the Recipe section. On a side note, I won't be
playing Tag Force for a while (WC07, lol), so there won't be any updates unless
I get information from you guys. If you have anything to add to this guide,
let me know!

Konami had provided!

A big update has been made to the FAQ, thus a completely new version number.
Some sections have been moved, others have been edited, and a brand new section
has been added (Download Recipes). I've also added key codes to each section,
to make jumping from one section to another much easier.
