I am Ahsan Rahim from Islamabad, PAKISTAN. This is my first attempt
at a FAQ/Walkthrough and my future faqs will depend on the response
to this. I hope you like it and it helps you in all the aspects of the game
where you need help. Do email me [email protected] for urgent
help. Yes I do check my mail very often.

The purpose of this is to help you beat this game without much sweat.
If it fails to do this, I will believe I have failed.

Please note that this is a PC version completed on “Hard” difficulty. Play may
vary on other platforms and difficulty levels, although I am rather sure it
does not.

Now this is the handiest moves of the game. When you shoot at an enemy,
it gets enraged, indicated by a small red circle at the top of the head
of an enemy. Then it will charge at you. When he does, keep on holding right
click. As it gets closer, 4 blue arrows will appear at the bottom right of
the screen. Now while holding right click, hold shift and jump in any of the
4 directions, although left or right works best. If done right, you will see
two grey coloured circles move to the enemy head in slow motion. When they
merge and become red, shoot for max damage. The best time to learn and try
this is on the dinosaur in Peru - The Lost Valley (1-c). It won’t be
needed direly before this. It may take a couple of tries to perfect this.

So, without further ado, lets begin.

Simply run towards the raised snow mound. Now run towards the
nearby wall and clasp onto the protrusion/ledge.  Shimmy towards
the right until you reach the edge on this ledge. Hold right direction
and jump towards the right and clasp onto another ledge. Continue
shimmying towards the right until you reach the edge. Now jump
away from the wall and onto the snow mound. Now run towards
the right and onto another raised snow mound.  Continue climbing
until you reach the top of this mound by climbing some ledges.
Now, you can see a large distance to the left. Also, you will see a
blue circle hovering on the top of the screen. This is the signal to
use your handy grapple (Q key). Jump towards the left and press
(Q) between the jump. Swing back and forth till you are at the
apex of the swing and jump onto this platform.  Climb the stairs
till you reach the Mongol guide. You may talk to him if you like.
On the left of the guide, you can see a ramp by running on which
you can reach another platform. To the right is another grapple hook.
Repeat until you reach the platform to the right of the hook. Climb
onto the ledge and shimmy to the left. Now jump onto the ledge
above and shimmy left and jump onto the left platform. Now press
the golden dial above using (E) and watch a cut scene showing the
guide getting devoured by the wolves.

Now continue forward until you reach a series of trap. Do not get
extravagant; simply walkthrough these traps by using the timing
of the spears as an indicator. You may like to use shift for diving
if you are having trouble, especially on the last trap.

After having breezed through these, continue forward and climb
the stairs. Jump over the broken part and onto the next portion. Continue
on this and jump to reach another platform. Now, if you want the artifact,
face back to where you came from and jump onto the small raised platform.
Continue jumping through these small platforms, holding space to jump
over longer distances. Continue until you reach a slide. Jump at the end
of it and reach another platform. Grab the {{artifact}} here. Continue
forward and jump onto the ledge. Shimmy to the left and drop down.

Continue forward and you will see two bats. Hold right click to bring
out your guns and left click to shoot these bats down. You will face
two paths. Take the left one. Jump onto a small raised snow mound and
from there jump onto the ledge ahead. Grab the health pack here. Now
jump down and take the path you did not go to at the start of the checkpoint.
Shoot the bats that come your way.

Here you will see a slide below. Slide till the end and jump at the end and
use your grapple hook. Adjust your height and jump onto the ledge ahead.
Jump off this ledge to the one above. Now jump back to the side you are
facing onto another ledge. Drop down to the ledge below. Shimmy to the
left until you reach the end and once again jump backward. Grab the
{{artifact}} here. Drop down below to the base. Kill the two bats here.
Continue to the path below and press the lever (E) here to open the door.
Continue through the path until you reach a large room.

Kill the two wolves without dropping down. Now drop down and reach a
broken wall. Here grab the med pack. Now go back up and onto the bridge.
You may see the third artifact, but you can’t grab it as yet. The bridge will
collapse halfway. Jump onto the broken part to climb it.

Go to the right and climb up the two ledges. Now face where you came from
and jump onto the pillar. Jump up and jump to the right and jump again to
reach the health pack. Now go back to where you jumped from and continue
on this bridge, until you reach a room with a rope.

Instead of jumping on the rope, move to the right and jump onto the ledge.
Shimmy to the left and drop down below thrice. Kill the bear here and
enter the cave where the bear emerged from. Press the lever and continue
forward. Grab the {{artifact}}. Now exit this platform and repeat till you
reach the room with the rope. Jump onto the rope and instead of jumping
forward, jump to the left to grab a health pack. Drop down and climb up
using the ledges. Jump back onto the rope and now jump forward. Climb
down the stairs and continue forward and climb up again. You will be in
a new room. Jump onto the bar and jump forward off this (hold space if
necessary). Continue climbing the ledges and run up the stairs till you
reach a big room with many traps.

Once again, walkthrough these, using shift when needed. Emerge
from these traps and climb the 3 ledges to your left. Climb up the ledges
here by jumping twice. Shimmy to the right and now jump to the key like
gong to your right. Now you have to be quick. Drop down and kill the
wolf in the next room. At the end of this room, jump off the three bars till
you reach a new room. Kill the wolf here and the one in the next room.
Climb up the ledges here and jump onto the bar that is facing away from
you. Now jump onto the second key like gong. Now drop down from here
and step onto the button on the ground to open the door.

DNOT go through this door if you want the relic. Now repeat the above
procedure to reach the second of the key like gong again. Climb the two
ledges again and jump onto the bar again, but instead of waiting for the
bar to reach its end, jump off it as soon as you can. You will now be on a
ledge. Shimmy to your left and jump to the left. You will grab a bar.
Shimmy slightly to the right. Jump onto the ledges and bars on both sides
till you reach the summit of the platform. Here you will see the [[relic]].Yeah!
Now you may drop down and enter the door.

Run down the stairs till you see two wolves. Kill them. Now run down to
the fountain. Here, a bear will appear. Kill him or jump down into the
fountain, but in the second case you will have to kill him anyway later
on. I killed the bear.

Jump down into the fountain. Navigate through it till you come across
a lever. Immediately pull it and swim to the surface.

Climb the stairs and jump across the gap to enter a new room. The wood
here will break, so try to run and jump to get the health pack. Even if you
miss you can get it later. Drag the box and get this healthpack. Now drag
this box into the next room. First, place this back next to the wall. Jump
on it and grab the shotgun ammo and the health pack. Now drop down and
get the ammo and village key.

Now drag the box into the previous room. Shoot the padlock on the double
door and take this box outside. Near the fountain, you can see a pole. Place
the box near this. Jump on it and onto the climb. Climb up the pole. Face
away from the ledge and jump onto the ledge. Immediately climb up and kill
the bats. Now jump onto the pole and then clamber up the ridge nearby.

Now, use your grapple hook to get to a new platform. Shimmy to the left
and jump onto the bar. Jump onto the next bar till you reach a mini
waterfall. Grab the only {{artifact}} of this level. Kill the bat and
drop down. Now move ahead of the fountain and use the Village key on
the locked door. Open sesame!

Here you will be attacked by some wolves. Kill them all. Enter a large
room and run up the stairs.

Now move to the path to your left. You will enter a bath room. Move to
the path and jump towards the raised platform. From here, jump onto the
ledge on the wall. Shimmy to the right, and jump to the ledge on your
right. Shimmy till the end. Now jump away from the side you are faxing,
holding (space) to jump longer. Now run up this path and over the gap,
killing any bats that appear. Now jump onto the swivel and one of the
locks will open. Now repeat the same procedure for the path to the right,
but there is a health pack at the bottom of that bath. The door opens
when both locks are released. Continue through this path till it emerges in
a new room.

Jump towards the ridge. From here, jump towards the bar and onto the platform.
Form here, perch onto the pole. Jump forward from this and run forward and
jump onto the edge. Drop down twice and move to the other side of the room
to a raised rock. Jump on this and shimmy to the right. Now jump away from
the side you are facing and onto a bar and jump off this to grab an edge.
Now jump up again and onto another edge. Now shimmy to the left. But instead
of climbing, up, jump away from the side you are facing and perch onto
a pole. Now jump forward of this. Simply follow the path and the level ends.

Okay, now run down the stairs but don’t drop down below. Shoot the
two wolves and then drop down.

Grab the nearby shining cog. Jump into the pool and swim underwater away
from the waterfall face. You will emerge at a small opening. Grab the
health pack here. Now swim back up to the huge waterfall place. Now climb
the ladder to the right of the waterfall. Once above, use the cog and push
the lever.

Jump onto the pole and then jump off this onto another pole off a moving
wheel, timing your jump correctly. Now jump off this pole onto another
ladder and climb up. Now jump onto the ledge to the right of the lever
(do not press it yet) and shimmy to the right. Jump away from the gap
and grab another ledge. Shimmy all the way to the right and jump onto
the ledge above. Now jump away from the side you are facing to land on
a wooden platform. Jump at an angle to the ledge you can see just next
to the one you came from. You can drop down below and into a small room
with a health pack. But you will emerge from the start of the level, and
will have to do this all over again. Or jump up onto another ledge above
and now jump away from the side you are facing and grab a rope. Face the
left of the waterfall and propel yourself to the ledge. Now shimmy all
the way to the right and jump to the right of the gap. Drop down below
and enter the small opening under the rock which is in the cave to the left.

Continue forward until you encounter a bear. Kill him and jump up using
the ledges onto a platform. On the highest one will be a clip. Grab it.
Now you can see two wooden pipes. Facing the farthest pipe, jump to the
small angled platform, slide off this and jump immediately onto a ledge.
Shimmy all the way to the left and jump up. Now jump away from the side
you are facing to grab an {{artifact}}. Drop down below and once again
return to the top wooden platform where you found the clip. Jump onto the
left wooden pipe. Now jump off this to the ledge to the left and jump up
to the ledge above. Jump away from the side you are facing to perch onto
the wooden pipe. Now jump off this to perch onto the nearby pipe and from
here to the nearby ledge. Slide down below, ignoring the pipes nearby.
Continue forward and grab the ammo clip.

Jump onto the sliding platform and jump off this onto a ledge. Shimmy all
the way to the right and jump onto a small wooden platform, grabbing
another ammo clip. Jump onto the nearby pole and jump off this onto
a ledge. Jump to the ledge above and climb up.

Jump onto the ledge and shimmy to the right. Jump away from the side
you are facing and onto another ledge. Shimmy all the way to the right
and drop down immediately, killing the bars. Grab the health pack.
Continue forward until a shaft will break and you will enter the open.

Prepare for your toughest test yet. These little dinos are deadly. Hopefully
you know how to adrenaline rush/dodge. Kill six of these.

Now have fun playing the video. Use the direction buttons on the screen
at the time they appear.

This dino (presumably T-Rex) is very tough. Adrenaline dodge him. If you
do it right, three times should be enough.

Once again play the video using the direction buttons. Asta lavista baby!

Grab the supplies littered nearby, including a health pack and ammo clip.
Now move to the place where the dino is currently placed. Jump onto the
rocks and into a big water room. Grab the cog.

Swim into the pool and underwater. Surface from the other side, jump onto
the pipe and climb up. Now jump onto a platform. Jump onto the ledge and
then jump onto the ledge above. Shimmy to the left and jump to the ledge
to the left that looks like a window. Jump away from the side you are
facing to perch on the pipe. Now jump forward to the ledge and then jump
onto the ledge above. Shimmy to the left and jump away from the side you
are facing. Enter the open.

Run forward Andover the gap on the black floor to grab a health pack. Now
jump up and follow the path to your right jumping over various gaps till
you reach a wooden pipe. Climb it and jump to the ledge to the right. Now
jump forward to the ledge, shimmying to the right and jumping over any
gaps. After you have reached the end, jump away form the side you are
facing onto the wooden platform. Continue forward, till you reach a
sliding platform. Jump near the end and you will grab a wooden pipe.
Climb it till the end and jump away from the side you are facing to
grab a ledge. Drop down and continue forward till you reach a health pack.
((Continue))
Continue forward over a broken curvy path and grab the ledge. Jump up and
continue till you reach a wooden bridge. Jump over the gap and continue
forward to grab the health pack. Now return to the bridge where you will
see a ledge. Continue climbing these till you reach a summit. Now, jump
over the sliding gap and onto another platform. From here, you should be
able to see the {{artifact}} below. Grab it and return to the summit once
again. From here, jump onto the sliding broken pillar. At the end, jump
onto another sliding pillar and at the end of this jump onto a pole.
Continue forward, jumping where necessary till you emerge in a small cave.

Continue forward till you reach a slide. Jump at the end of this to grab
a ledge. Now jump away from the side you are facing. Drop down below and
shimmy to the right. Now jump backwards. Area seems familiar? You bet.
All you have to do is return to the part where we killed the bear. This
should be relatively simple. I won’t go into detail. Continue forward and
out of the cave to appear at the waterfall.

Jump onto the pole jump and forward of this. Continue forward till you
reach a step of broken stairs over the water.
((Checkpoint))
Jump over these and onto another place. Grab the ledge to your right
and jump above. Now jump backwards. From her, shoot the half broken
bridge. Now grab the ledge and shimmy to your left. Jump backwards
onto the pole and then jump forward. Continue forward till you reach
a grapple sign. Grapple forward and onto a rocky platform. Grab the
ledge nearby and jump onto the ledge above. Continue above and then
jump to your right. Climb up and follow the path. Continue forward over
the bridge and grab the cog. Kill the two bats that appear.

Now here’s a secret. Shoot the bridge that you just came over to
produce a grapple hook. Reel downwards, where you should see a small
cave. Jump into this and in here you will see a shotgun (nice right!)
and a health pack. Jump into the water and once again reach the same
place where we found the cog after crossing the bridge. This time
using the grapple might be a good idea.

Grab the rotating pole. Shimmy to the left and then jump forward. Now
climb over these ledges jumping backwards of the highest one. Continue
forward and press the lever, you will see a video of a gate opening.
Now you can gleefully jump into the water. Climb the ladder once again
and do what you did the first time to reach the second cog insertion
point after emerging from the waterfall. Use the cog and press the lever.

Now grab the ledge to your right, shimmy all the way to the right, grab
the ledge above and jump backwards. Jump onto the rotating platform and
forward of this. Use the final cog and press the lever.

Now jump back into the water. Climb back up. DON’T go through this
newly opened entrance if you want the relic. Jump onto the platform
to the right. From here, use the ledges to reach the summit. Now dive
under the stone gate to reach the place where the water originates form.
Here you can swim forward. Swim underwater to your right and you will
see the gate we opened. Continue through this and grab the [[Relic]].
Now you may enter the door we recently opened under the waterfall.

Jump forward and perch onto the pole. Then jump onto the pole and then once
again perch onto the next pole. Continue forward over this simple segment
until you reach a large room.

Here, you will be able to see a large boulder straight ahead. Just walk
towards it and as soon as it starts moving towards you, simply run back
and move to either the left or right to let it pass through. Now once at
the bottom of this pit, you can see three movable structures. One of these
can’t be moved.  Two are big pillar like while one is a small box. Move the
large one to one of the sides where you can see three ledges, each on top of
the other. Now return back to the summit. From here, if you positioned the
movable pillar correctly, you should be able to jump towards the ledge and
climb on to the top most ledge and jump to your right. From here, jump onto
the pole and from here onto the grapple hook. Now jump onto a small raised
platform you can see. From here, shoot the hanging structure. It should fall
and you should have another grapple hook. Now go from one hook to the other
and towards the level. Push it.

Now you can grab a grapple and drop down. Now set the two large pillars as a
path leading to one of the doors either to the left or right from the door
you came into this large room. I choose the left one first. Continue forward
and you should see shotgun ammo.

From here there are a set of some tricky traps. Simply navigate through these
and emerge from these to get a health pack. Some steps forward and you should
see another health pack.

Now you should see ore spear traps. These shouldn’t be too tough is you just
time yourself properly. Also, don’t dive if walking through these can do just
as nicely. You will emerge in a large room. Grapple and jump forward. From
here, jump to the left and grab onto the pipe. Now jump backwards and onto
the pole. Form here swing onto the edge and climb up. Now you can see a simple
path leading to a lever. Jump forward and press it.

Now you have to return to the same room again. Now all traps will be active on
return. You should walkthrough the first segment of spear traps, taking each
trap one at a time. After emerging through the first set of spear traps, you
will come at a new set of traps with moving blades. Time yourself to
walkthrough these one at a time. Emerge through these to get a checkpoint.

Grab the health pack and a dino will appear. Kill him and move towards the
toughest set of traps so far. Here, timing is everything. Hopefully, you
should be able to do this in a few tries. Emerge into the large room once
again for a breather.

Now set the moving pillars to make a path to the right door and enter it.

Now another set of traps. This should be cake compared to what we just did
a while ago. Emerge into a room which will collapse and two wolves will
attack. Kill them.

Now run up the newly formed wooden stairs. At the top, you should see a wooden
box. Drag it out and jump on top of it. Now jump to one of the broken pillars
to the left. From here, jump to the ledge to the left. Now shimmy to the right
and jump backwards onto a pole. Swing forward and onto a platform. Jump onto
the nearby ledge and then jump to the ledge above and shimmy to the right.
Jump backwards onto a pillar, and here angle yourself to jump onto the lever.

Now you will have to return to the pole from where you jumped up to the lever.
But this time, jump at the opposite side to a small cove/opening. Grab the
{{artifact}} and return to the path to the big room again. Here, you will
encounter a dinosaur. Kill him.

Now, you will once again encounter traps. When you see two pipes, slide down
and you will encounter another dinosaur. Kill it and grab the remaining
{artifact}}. Now return to the large room.

Now enter the door that just opened and you should have no trouble reaching
the room with the scion. Well done! Enjoy the sequence.

Now all you have to do is start running like crazy. It should not be
too difficult. An interactive cut scene will appear once done.

Once again press the appropriate direction buttons and the level ends.

(This is a particularly long level. Your patience is highly needed)


Here, you will soon be attacked by two leopards. Use adrenaline dodge for best
results and kill them (I think I should become a doctor. Haha) Watch the video.

Okay, now go to the farthest and shortest pillar and climb it. Now jump on top
of it. Now ump to the pillar that is just to the left of the one you are
standing on. Shimmy to the left and jump up. Now jump to the pillar that
is behind you. Shimmy to the right, and then jump up. Shimmy right once
again, and jump up to grab another ledge. Now jump backwards from the side
you are facing and onto another pillar. Then jump and climb on top of the
pillar. Now jump to the pillar that is to the left of you. Shimmy to the
right and then jump up. Shimmy to the right once again and jump up. Now
jump onto the nearby balcony. Here there is an artifact, but we can’t take
it for now. Jump onto the balcony below, and then use the grapple to run
across the gap. Here, you will see a large sketch with holes through it.

Now go to the left and you will see an identical drawing, but with some gaps
that have been coloured. Now your job is to shoot the holes on the original
drawing resembling the pattern shown on the duplicate drawing. If you make
a mistake, step on the button near the wall to cover the holes, and then
shoot again. If done correctly, the door will open.

Now go through the newly opened door. Run across the gap using your grapple
and into the balcony. Here, you will see another drawing with some more
coloured gems. Memorize this and then go shoot holes in the original
drawing to resemble this. If done correctly, another door will open.
((Checkpoint))
Now go through the central door and you will see a golden hollow ball/sphere.
Use your grapple on both the left and right side of the sphere/ball. The
ball is now movable. Move it down into the room and place it onto the button
on the centre of the room. If done right, another door will open.
((Checkpoint))
Now return to the balcony with the artifact in the closed gate (The one to
the right from the door where this level started). From here, jump onto
the pillar and then jump up. Now jump to the pillar to your left (the
tallest pillar) Grab one side and then shimmy left and climb on top of it.
Now jump towards the balcony with the opened gate. Now use your grapple to
drop down and press the lever to the right of the closed door.

Two cheetahs/leopards will attack you. Shoot to kill. Now if you look closely
at the top of where the ceiling is while standing on the button, you will
see another drawing. Yes, this will open the artifact. Memorize this and
go shoot the original drawing. Once done, go grab the {{artifact}}, which
is on the balcony to the right of your entrance in case you have forgotten.

Now drop down and drag the ball into the small room. Place it onto the
button and another door will open. Continue down a long spiral staircase
till you emerge in a large (and I mean large) room.

Now jump onto the broken platform (we shall call this the central platform)
above and from there to the small alcove to the left. From here, jump onto
the pole and then swing forward to a new platform. Now pull the lever. Two
bats will appear which you will unfortunately have to shoot. (haha!)

Now you have to pull the lever at the opposite side from where you are
standing.  Return to the platform in the centre of the room. Now drop down
a level from here, and you will see a pillar. Use your grapple to pull it
down. Now use it as a bridge to cross over to the other side. Grab the
health pack here. Jump onto the platform. Jump to the ledge, shimmy to
the right, now jump to the ledge above, then shimmy left and climb up.
Pull the lever and yeah, kill those bats. Now you have to get to the
door you just opened which is named Hephaestus.

Return to the central platform. Drop down and shoot the strange looking
circular thing to pull a platform. Jump on this platform, drop down, shimmy
to the left and from here jump up to the ledge. Now shimmy to the left and
jump across the gap to your left. Climb up into the alcove, swing onto the
pole and land on the ledge the other side. Drop down and climb into the
small alcove. Exit from the other side and drop down to the ledge, shimmy
to the right and climb up into the door.

Now run across halfway and press the lever. Take care as the door will fall.
Now you can see some ledges inside this room. Jump up to the nearby ledge,
jump up to the ledge above and shimmy to the right and then jump backwards.
Climb up into the small hole and drop down below. Follow the path to a
large room with electric snaps every now and then.

Now this is tricky. You can see rising and falling platforms. Your job is to
press the four buttons that are part of the platforms (easily identifiable
as they are always raised) and avoid getting electrocuted. Electricity will
snap at you if you stand on the platforms that are raised. If you always
stay on the platforms that are at the lower level, you will be safe. After
you press all four buttons the grill will lower and a path will open.

Now in this big room, you can see a key locked up. Here, you will see a
Roman head statue and a stone block. If you look at the drawing on the
floor, you will see a man hitting a black with a hammer, and that’s what you
have to do. Drag the block nearby onto the small button and he hammer will
strike. Now you have two statues. Move both to the three arrow-like markers
on the floor and they will nicely fit into the slots. Still you need one
more. Now step on the button and quickly move away. The hammer will fall,
but not on you. Jump onto one side of the hammer. Climb up onto the hammer
and then jump to the right side first quickly since the hammer will
realign. Grab the health pack. Now repeat but this time jump onto the
right. Grab the shotgun ammo if you need. Now swing onto the pole forward
and jump forward. Now here’s a very secret secret. Go between the arch to
your left, and you will see the {{artifact}}. Grab it and then jump onto
the next pole and swing forward. Once you reach the next platform, drag
the box down and it will change into a statue upon dropping to the ground.
Place the third statue into the remaining slot. Simply make these face
the direction of the arrows and you will see the button come up. Now you
have to stand on the button for a while but not too long. As soon as you
see the hammer moving move out of its way and the gate will open. Grab
the purple key.

Now you will have to return back to the main large room. Should not be
tough, but there on the way back you may have trouble with the door. So as
you pull the lever, jump onto the door and grab onto the crest on the door.
The door will move up. You cannot climb through the hole yet. As soon as
it starts moving downwards, go grab the ledge and return. As you return
you will see small path move forward.

Now jump onto the ledge you see and drop down. Shimmy right and climb up.
Now you have to go through the open door that is Poseidon. Pull the path
using your grapple and make the long jump. You may lose some health. Now
jump to the ledge to the right. Shimmy all the way to the right and then
jump to the ledge to the right. Then once again jump to the ledge to the
right. Jump up twice and you will have to dive under a black to reach the
next door Poseidon.

Now once gain a similar looking gate. Here, do what you did last time.
As you enter the next hallway three mice will attack. Kill these (feeling
barbaric are we?). Enter the room with the pool, and grab the health
pack behind one of the pillars.

Now jump into the pool and at the bottom, pull the lever, but come back
at the surface to refresh your breath. Once done, return back and go
through the gate to enter a large water room with a fish statue ejecting
water. First of all get the health pack on one of the side platforms. Now
climb up the edges into the centre of the room. Reach one of the fish
statues and pull the box. The room will flood. Swim underwater and pull
the lever to release a raft. Now your job is to get the raft between two
of these paths. However, right now you cannot do so. Return to the surface
and push the movable box (not the one in front of the fish) downwards. Now
go put the box back into the face of the fish to lower the water level. Swim
as low as you can and pull the lever at the bottom. Now the gate protecting
the lever is gone and you can grab the {{artifact}}.  Now you may push/pull
the raft till it position’s roughly between the two paths. Once you are sure
you have done this, raise the water level. Now jump onto the raft and onto
the ledge. Jump to the ledge to your right and crawl through the hole to get
the blue key. Pull the lever in this room to open the gate.

Now you may return to the central room. Remember to do the same trick on
the gate.

Now we should open the two remaining doors first; should not be too tough.
Just keep dropping ledges till you reach the bottom. Here, just run over
the stairs to open the door to Atlas. Now we’ll open Damocles. Jump back
onto the platform with the shotgun ammo. Jump forward form here. Jump onto
the ledge above. Shimmy to the right and jump onto the ladder. Climb it to
the top. Now climb the small broken rock. Jump to the ledge. Shimmy to the
right. Jump up and once again shimmy to the right. Now jump to the isolated
pillar. From here, make a long jump to the lever. Open sesame. Now you will
have to return to the summit; should not be very tough as always. Just keep
on climbing the ledges etc till you reach the central platform. Once at
the top, pull the platform to the right using your grapple hook. Jump towards
it and then to your right. Drop down and drop to the ledge below. Shimmy
all the way to the right and then drop down onto the sliding platform. Jump
off this at the bottom of your jump and grab onto the ledge. Shimmy all the
way to the right, drop down and you will reach the gate of Atlas.

Enter and once again do what you do over this gate, till you reach a
long hallway with a gap.

Now you see a gap. Use the rotating lever to make a temporary platform that
will unwind in time. So jump over this. Now grab the ledge to your left,
then once again jump to your left and then shimmy to the right. Climb up,
grab the ammo and then pull the lever to extend a pole. Now approach the
statue with the globe. Shoot both the targets and the globe will be
unleashed. Run like crazy and jump onto the pole we just extended and then
jump forward, the globe will fall down below. Now once again rotate the
lever to extend the platform. Grab the green key that has now been
released form the spears straight ahead. Now jump onto the broken pillar
to your right, climb up and grab the health pack. Now jump up the raised
platform and behind the rocks you should find an {{artifact}}. Pull the
lever nearby to extend the platform and leave this room.

Now on the way back you may come across a slightly different door. This
one won’t come back down, so you’ll have to jump backward onto the pole.
Now jump forward into the hole and you can get forward. Emerge out of the door.

Now jump to your left while standing on the newly ejected platform, if you
are facing the Atlas door. Grab the ledge, shimmy to the right and then
jump onto the pole. Swing forward and then onto a small alcove. Jump up and
grab the {{artifact}}. Now return to the entrance of the Atlas gate. Jump
onto the pole and then swing forward. Then shimmy to the left and grab
the ledge above and climb up.
Now jump forward and grab the ledge. Climb up and then pull the pillar
straight ahead using your grapple. Now you can see two movable boxes, one
to your right and one to your left. First pull the box to your left closer
and the one to your left should be pushed away. Climb the box to your right
and then jump to grab the ledge to the left. Shimmy to the left, drop down and
then jump left. Grab the ledge, shimmy right and drop down twice to get the
(conveniently placed right?) health pack. Drop down twice, shimmy left and
then drop down again. Now drop down and jump to the Damocles gate.

Now run forward. This is a simple room. Enter the next one and the key will
be lying idle. Also grab the nearby health pack which will be hidden behind
a pillar. Get the key as well. Uh oh; did you ever though this was going to
be so easy? Apparently not. Now jump onto the nearby sliding platform. Run
towards its end and grapple to run along the wall. Jump onto the left one,
then onto the u shaped platform in the centre. Here, you can see the
artifact, but it’s locked up in deadly spears. Note its location. Jump up
to the right gate and pull the lever. The gate below has opened.

As soon as you will exit the gate, a sword will drop. Now run to the right.
Here spears will come up and then disappear. Carefully, walk when they are
down and you will appear out of this mess. Now, carefully, walk using (Alt).
Lookup and you will see swords waiting to sear you apart. Just walk with
(Alt) key and slowly one step at a time. The swords will fall, but won’t
touch you if you do it right. Let all the swords fall. Then move to the
only path you see. Here jump up to the broken pillar and then to grab the
ledge. Then jump to the ledge above and shimmy to your right. Press this
lever. The artifact is free. Go grab the {{artifact}} and then return to
this lever.

Now jump onto the pipe, climb till the top and then jump backwards onto
the pillar. Then jump onto the pillar to your immediate right. From here
jump onto the pipe and drop down. Grab the health pack. Now jump onto the
ledge nearby, and jump onto the one above. Now shimmy to the right and
then jump to your right and grapple. Now run left and right on the wall.
When you are at the right most of your jump, you have to jump backwards.
Some people consider this to be the most difficult jump in the game.
Hopefully, you’ll get it soon. I pressed (A) and (S) at the same time
while pressing (space). If done correctly, you’ll reach a pillar. Go
from pillar to pillar till you reach the last one. Then jump to the
ledge nearby. Shimmy to the right and then jump to the ledge to your
right, till you reach the rotating mechanism. Spin it around to open the
gate, drop down and get out of this room.

Exit out of this gate, the platform will extend and drop down off this.
Now insert all keys one by one and the door opens. The seemingly never
ending level ends.

Now thankfully, this is a relatively short level compared to the last one.
Continue forward and two mice will attack. Unleash your fury on them and
you will be in a large room. Jump onto the small rock to your left and
from there onto the platform. Now look behind you and you will see a
health pack on a pillar. Grab it. Now return to this platform. Then jump
onto the platform in front. From here, jump onto the ledge and climb up.
Kill the mouse here. Then drop forward. Now you can see small pool. Jump
across it and then grab the ammo. Now drop into the pool. Now underwater,
it will be a simple linear path. Every time you get stuck, return to the
surface from where you began otherwise you will drown. Remember to take a
breather every time you see sunlight filtering from the air above. Once
you emerge form the other side, you will be in a large room.

You will be attacked by a pair of mice and bats. Yes, pump these full of
lead. Now jump onto the smallest cage/box in the room. Then from here
jump onto the ledge. Then jump across the gap and onto the ledge to the
left. Then shimmy all the way the way to the left. Then jump backwards
and you should grab a ledge. From here, jump onto the pipe behind. And
from here, jump onto the large box behind. From here, jump over the
protective railing into a new area. Now walk over the sandy path and
you will enter a new room (aka the coliseum) with two guerillas.

You should not have much difficulty killing them if you have perfected
the art of adrenaline dodge which you should have by now. Just keep
jumping side to side till you have enraged the guerilla. Take them on one
by one and you will have your checkpoint. I killed these without losing
an iota of health.
((Checkpoint))
In the base of the coliseum where you killed the guerillas will be some
shotgun ammo. Now jump onto the broken rock and then onto the break in
the spectator stands. Now start walking all the way to the right. Take
care of the two bats that attack. Now go towards the nearest pillar.
Jump onto the ledge. Shimmy to the right. Jump onto the ledge above.
Shimmy to the right and then jump backwards onto a platform. Now slide
down. From here, slide down and then jump onto another platform. Now
jump onto the house like structure which is shaped like a courthouse.
Now press the lever.

The door opens and a pair of guerillas and leopards will attack. Slaughter
these using the aid of adrenaline dodge.

Now go into the door through which these animals appeared from. You can see
a shining key, but you can’t grab it yet. Go into the surrounding room and
pull the small box on top of the cage using your grapple. Push this all the
way to the place where the key is. Jump on top and grab the key.

Now return to the place where we pulled the lever. On the way back, you may
encounter some leopards again. Once you return to the locked door, use the
key. Climb the ladder to reach the top of the house like structure.

Now jump to the left onto the platform. Next, use your grapple hook to get
across the gap. Now grapple onto the next hook and from here into the
small alcove. In this alcove, you should be able to see the {{artifact}}.
Grab it and then return to the first hook. Now while swinging from here,
do not aim for the second hook but instead aim for the platform above the
second hook. Once you land on this, shimmy on the other side to the left
and you will find the dual caliber pistols. Well done. Now return to this
platform by shimmying all the way to the right. Now jump onto the pillar
and from here to the ledge behind you. Shimmy to the right and then climb
up. Now jump to the platform ahead of you. Jump onto the ledge on the
pillar; shimmy right and then jump onto the ledge above. Then shimmy all
the way to the right and then jump backwards onto a platform. From here
jump onto the structure with the two statues Run past the statues and
onto the platform ahead but below. Turn back and then jump into the
second house like structure. Grab the ammo clip.

Run into the path straight below. Turn left and go further down. Kill
the two bats, and then run straight ahead till you see the legs of a
huge statue.

Now as you enter this visually stung room, you will be attacked by a trio
of guerillas. Use adrenaline dodge to deal with these. Once done with these
beasts, jump onto the ledge to the left of the statue. Then jump onto the
ledge to the left and climb up. Now go pull the lever at the back of the
statue to open a door. Go through this.

Now follow this path into the entrance of another gloomy room. One path
will lead to a staircase to the right, and one will lead straight ahead.
Simply go to the staircase and kill the bats that attack you.

Now drop down and go through the only open door in this room apart from the
one you came through. Run down the stairs and you will enter a sandy room.
Kill the leopard and guerilla that will attack you. Now if you notice, there
is a central pillar that is supported by three wooden sticks. Notice the
three golden hooks. Yes that means grapple. Now pull all these away. The
room above will collapse and you get to grab the bar. Now return to the
room above to the place where one path leads to a stair case and one
straight ahead. Go up the staircase.

Now jump up to the concrete block to the right. Then jump from this one to
the one ahead and then to the one ahead. Climb up. Shimmy to the left and
jump onto the small alcove. Climb up and get the health pack. Now drop
down below and slide down the sand. If done right, you will be on the
concrete block. Now return to the ledge, but this time shimmy to the right
and jump onto the ledge to your left. Shimmy to the right and use your
grapple to get across the gap and jump onto the ledge ahead. Then jump
to the ledge to your right. Now shimmy to the right and then jump to the
ledge to your right. Shimmy all the way to the right and jump backwards.
Now swivel on your rope and swing onto the ledge on the broken pillar
you see nearby. Jump upwards onto the ledge twice and jump to the right
to a raised platform.

Now you have to jump onto the half broken pillar. Once you are on this,
you will start sliding so jump forward to land on the concrete block.
Now face backwards and jump onto the ledge on this pillar. Shimmy to
the right and jump backwards onto a platform. Now jump onto the ledge
on the wall, and then jump onto the ledge above. Jump onto the ledge to
your right. Then jump to the ledge above. Climb up and use the grapple
to run across the gap and jump backwards. Grab the heath pack and then
jump into the entrance you see. You may lose some health.

Run forward across this linear path and you will encounter a couple
of guerillas. Slay these beasts, which will be tough given the small
space you are restricted to. Grab the ammo nearby, and pull the lever.

Now the door behind the statue is open and you can go through it till you
reach a big room.
((Checkpoint))
Now there’s an alligator in the water. But he won’t come near till you go
into the water. So the tip is to emerge into the water for a few seconds.
As soon as you see him coming, come back up and shoot him till he is
motionless. Now you can safely go into the water and pull the lever. Now
come back up. Jump onto the nearby pillar like platform with flames.
Time yourself and climb onto the ledge, then jump up twice. Now jump
backwards to reach a new platform and pull the lever.

Now jump onto the pillar form where you came from. Drop down, timing
yourself to avoid the flames, and jumping onto the newly erected platform.
From here, jump onto the ledge of the pillar with the lion faces. Shimmy all
the way to the right and jump backwards onto the concrete pillar and form
here onto the ladder. Climb up and pull the lever above.

Now jump to the pillar with the lion faces. Now here, until you get to
the platform, you may lose a lot of your health gradually if you don’t
time yourself properly so practice. Shimmy to the right and jump up
thrice to reach the top of this pillar. Now jump to the nearby pillar
with the lion faces. Carefully avoid the flames to reach the ledge,
jump up and shimmy to the right, and jump up to the ledge above. Shimmy
all the way to the right and then jump backwards to reach a new platform.
Grab the bar and the health pack.

Now we have to try to get the relic. Return to the entrance tot his room
and try to get to the lever (the one which we pressed first in this level)
which is to the right to where you are now facing. Once you have reached
this platform, to the right of the exit you will see a hook. Jump and use
you grapple to get across and jump at the end to grab the ledge. Shimmy
slightly to the left and drop onto the sliding platform. At the end of
this slide, jump to grab a ledge. Shimmy to the right and jump to the
right to grab another ledge. Jump to the ledge above and jump backwards.
Now you have to be very agile as you land on another sliding platform.
Start pressing the jump key (i.e space) like crazy otherwise you will
miss the pole. Jump from this pole to the next and then onto the pipe
to perch on top. Now jump to the right to grab the ledge. Jump to the
left, onto a sliding platform and jump backwards. You will be near a lever.
((Checkpoint))
It is very very important to save here. Pull the lever, and you will see
the lion faced pillar move up. Now return to the entrance as soon as
possible because the pillar will go down again with time. You have to
be fast as lightning. Use the (E) key to quickly swim and reach the
entrance of this room. Now jump onto the platform nearby, then onto the
one to the right, and form here onto the one to the left. Do your best
to avoid the flames, but don’t worry too much since our primary enemy is
time not fire. Now from this platform jump onto the one with the lion
faces. Shimmy all the way to the left, and jump up thrice. Use as many
health packs as needed. Once at the top, jump to the nearby pillar with
some more lion faces and if you were quick enough, the [[relic]] should
be within reach. Grab it. Return to the room entrance. As help what you
should be doing is shown below.

Now return to the central room with the statue. On the way back, you will
be attacked by a couple of guerillas. Yes pump them with metal.

Now you have to open the remaining door. To do so, return to the ground
level. To your right, next to the fountain will be a block. Climb it. Jump
onto the fountain and from here onto the ledge and then onto the ledge
above. Shimmy all the way to the right and climb up. Pull the lever and
go through the door that just opened.

Go through the path till you emerge in a huge room with spears.
((Checkpoint))
From where you came from, you can see another door. Go through it but
the gate will be locked. To the right of the gate will a box blocking
a lever. Pull the box away and pull the lever. Now go up the path you
just opened and you will near a lever. I strongly recommend you save.
((Checkpoint))
Now as you will pull the lever, blocks will come up, but they will begin
to go down if you stand on them. So your job is to go from one to the
next in as short a time as possible. So here goes. Jump onto the block
straight ahead. From here quickly jump to the one with spears to the
left. These blocks with spears don’t go down if you grab on their ledges.
So grab onto the ledge, shimmy to the right and then jump backwards onto
the sliding platform. From here jump onto the platform above. From here
jump onto the block with spears to the right. Then jump up. Shimmy all
the way to the right and then jump backwards onto the block. Now quickly
jump onto the sliding platform and for here onto the platform above.
Now jump to the platform to the left. Then jump onto the block with
spears. Shimmy all the way to the right, and jump backwards onto the
ledge. Jump onto the ledge above and then to the alcove to the right.
Grab the lead bar.

Drop to the ground floor. Now go near the concrete blocks you can see with
the golden hook in one of the corners of the room. Pull them away with
your grapple to reveal an artifact. Now we will try to grab it. Do
everything you did last time till the time you jumped onto the sliding
platform and from there onto a platform that moves into the wall with
time. Instead of jumping to the left, jump to the right and onto the block.
Now quickly jump into the alcove you just exposed by removing the blocks
using your grapple. Grab the {{artifact}}. Drop down, carefully avoiding
the spears below. I recommend returning to the entrance of the room to
register the checkpoint.

Remember the block we pulled away from the lever to open the gate? Pull
that block all the way to the room. From here take it to the left corner.
Now go pull the lever to bring the blocks back up. Now return to the floor
to inspect the blocks. If you look at one of the sliding platforms
closely, you will notice there is chink, like a break in one corner
of the block. If you dragged the box to the right place, it should
be close by. Simply drag the box into the chink. Now return to the
top and do what you did the first time, till you jumped onto the ledge,
jumped one ledge above and then jumped to the alcove to the right
to grab the lead bar. Instead of jumping onto the alcove, jump straight
ahead onto the sliding platform. Don’t worry, it can’t move if you
fixed the moving box right. Now jump into the small alcove you see
straight and grab the [[relic]].

Now return to the central room with the statue. On the way back, yes
you will be attacked by those beastly guerillas. Slay them at my command!
((Checkpoint))
Now if you look closely at the statue, you will see a broken hand. Use
the metal bars on the hand turn by turn till all these turn into gold
(You now know why this is called the Midas touch eh?). Use the bars on
the slots at the base of the statue till all the locks at the bottom of
the pool open.

Okay so you are in the pool right now. You will have to find your way
pretty quickly to prevent drowning. I recommend tapping (E) to swim
faster. Follow this relatively linear path but be sure to take a breather
in the centre of the path. Once refreshed, follow the path till you emerge
in a small stone room.

Push the box across the room and kill the rat. Now move the box near the
lever and pull it. Drop down into the room through the newly opened hatch.
Kill the two rats and exit out of the only door in this room.
((Checkpoint))
Now this is a huge room with a capital H. If you look around you will see
two big boxes on the far side of the room. Your objective for now is to
get these to the lower level. Now this room is littered with health packs
so I won’t go into detail on how to get these. Just grab these along as
you go. Now from where you are standing, jump to the right onto the pole
and swing forward. Now grapple and instead of going forward, jump to the
left to grab the ammo (You may go straight if you do not need the ammo).
Now from here, jump onto the ledge and then shimmy all the way to the
right. Then jump backwards onto the ledge, shimmy all the way to the right
and then jump to the right. Grapple and jump across the gap. Now this
will follow a simple linear route (jump over any gaps) until you reach
a set of poles. Grab the ammo nearby if you need to. Now jump pole to
pole and onto the platform. Here push the box down. One down (pun intended)
and one more to go!

Now from here, jump forward onto the ledge and then jump onto the ledge
above. Shimmy to the right and then jump onto the pole. Swing forward
of this onto a new platform. Jump to the ledge, shimmy right and onto
the pole and then to the pole ahead and then forward onto a ledge. Shimmy
right and jump across the gap to grab another ledge. Climb up and push
the box downwards. Both boxes down! Now jump across the gap where you
pushed down the box and onto a path that will lead you to a lever to the
right.

Bring the level up by rotating the lever. You will see two alligators
in the water. Now your job is to get into the water near a ledge you
can climb back up from. Once the gators start closing in, climb back up.
Bring them close enough to shooting distance and pump them full of lead.
Swing the lever around back again to save.

Now drop down to the ledge to your right, and continue dropping down
level till you reach the second floor. Now locate the boxes and drop
them to the lower levels. Now pull the lever to bring down the level
further. Now place the boxes on the two buttons. Now climb back up
(to do this, jump onto the sliding platform, as you will slide, quickly
press space to grab a ledge. Now jump from ledge to ledge to climb back
up. Pull the lever to bring the water level back up. Now you will be able
to see a movable raft in the water. If you looked closely at the surroundings,
you will be able to see a kind of inverted t shaped place. Now your job is to
bring the raft to the right of this inverted t. Pull it and once you have done,
you should climb back to the top level and use the lever to bring the level up
to maximum. Once done, go near the place where your raft is. Just dive down
below, and you will be able to see a lever. Pull it and the gate at the bottom
of the pool will open with the {{artifact}}. Once you have regained your
breath, go down below and grab it. Return to the surface and jump onto
the raft and into the room with the three faces leaking water.

Now continue through this cave till you emerge into a room to take a
breather. You should see some ammo, but I doubt you will need it.
Continue forward till you reach a huge room with a house like structure.
Now as you scan this room, there are two further caves inside this room.
If you go straight and to the right, you will enter a cave which will lead
to a lever. Go through this now and pull the lever. Return to the surface
after this. If you go further ahead, there will be another cave. Go through
this to grab the remaining {{artifact}}. Now go through the door you opened
in the house like structure.

Now the video will play and an interactive cut scene will take place.
If you succeed, then a boss battle will begin.

Now you will be attacked by two centaurs. First fill their rage meter
by continuous firing. I recommend you take them on one at a time. Once
you do so, they will fire a freeze ray at you. To avoid this, simply crouch
by using (shift) and you won’t be touched by this. Once you have done this,
fill up the rage meter for the second time. This time, you will get the
chance to do adrenaline dodge. Do this well, and the centaur will be
stunned. Use you grapple hook to pull away his shield. Repeat this for
the second centaur. Once both centaurs are shield less, start filing up
their rage meters. Try to stay close to the two fallen shields. Once it
fills up they will fire their beam at you. If you were close to the
shield, pick it up as they fire and the beam will reflect onto them.
Now once it is frozen, shoot as much as possible to lower its health.
It usually takes two tries on each centaur. Once both are disposed of,
enjoy the cut scene.

Continue straight forward and drop down into a large room.

Now use your grapple to pull down a pillar with a hook in the upper right
corner of the room. Also pull the pillar to the right using the grapple.
Once done, pull the box that is in the bottom left corner of the room
just enough so that you can go into the alcove behind the box. Grab the
health pack and the ammo if you need it. Now jump onto the small concrete
block and onto the ledge. Grab the health pack here. Shimmy all the way
to the left and jump to the ledge to the left, then jump to the ledge
above and then to the ledge above. Shimmy all the way to the left, and
then jump to the pole to the left. Swing forward and onto the sliding
platform. Slide down, and at the end of it jump onto the block straight
ahead. Shimmy all the way to the left, and jump backwards onto the pole.
Swing forward and onto another block. Jump to the ledges above, and then
jump to the right.

Continue forward and jump onto the bug and quickly jump up. Continue forward,
and then slide down the platform and then jump onto the pole. Swing forward
and onto the bug and quickly jump up.

Kill the panther in the next room. There is ammo in one corner if you need it.
Climb onto the platform ahead. But don’t go ahead. Jump onto the ledge to
the right. Shimmy all the way to the left, and onto the ledge to the left.
Climb up and crawl forward. Jump up to grab the ledge. Shimmy all the way
to the left and climb up to grab the health pack. Now return to the platform.

Now you will be attacked by two mummies/zombies. Use adrenaline dodge for best
results (the doctor inside me is begging to be unleashed. Don’t you think?).
Once done with these, there will be a circular block to the left of the
sphinx. Jump on top of it, and then onto the pillar. Jump to the ledge above.
Shimmy all the way to the right and then jump backwards. Continue climbing
the ledges till you reach the summit.

Jump onto the platform ahead. Shoot the target to unleash a pole. Jump onto
this and then forward onto another platform. Continue forward grabbing the
ammo if you need to. Jump onto the circular block at the end. Then jump
forward onto slightly lower circular pillar straight ahead. Then jump onto
the ladder to the right and climb it. At the top of this ladder, jump into
the small room to your left behind the second sphinx. If you look closely
inside this room, there is a small opening to the right. Go through this
and you will find an {{artifact}}. Return to the room. Now use your grapple
to jump across the gap and onto another small circular pillar. Then jump
forward onto the platform straight ahead. Use your grapple twice to jump
across this gap. Now jump onto the sliding platform to your right. Beneath
this (use shift to crawl) there is a health pack. Grab it. Now pull the
lever to open a door.

Now run into the room and past the statues. Two black panthers will attack
you. Dispose of these. Now pull the lever and the panthers on the other
side of the room will attack you. Kill these two as well. Now pull the
lever once again. Quickly run to the entrance and right next to a statue
will be a rock. Jump on top and then onto the adjacent statue. Now quickly
jump onto the statue ahead and then to the one to your left, not ahead.
Now you may take a breather. Now jump onto the statue straight ahead. And
then use your grapple to get across the gap and onto a ledge. If you are
on the top ledge, drop down and then shimmy all the way to the right. Now
jump onto the bug and then quickly jump up. Then shimmy to the right and
jump. Now shimmy all the way to the right and climb up.

Continue forward and slide down. Kill the three mice. Pull the box put
of the hole and grab the health pack in the hole. Now drag the box to
the other side of the room and jump onto the box. Now jump onto the
platform ahead. Next jump onto the pole (make sure to wait for it to
appear) and then onto the pole ahead. Now move into the centre and onto
the bug ahead. Quickly jump up to grab the ledge above. Continue forward
and drop down. Here two gators will attack. Dispose of them. Now from where
one of the gators emerged, there will be a health pack. Also, to the left
of the dog like statue, there is an alcove in the corner where there is
some ammo and another health pack. Drop down into the pool at the centre
of the room. Pull the lever, and quickly go past the gate before it closes.
You will be in a new square room.

Jump onto the bug and quickly jump up. Now quickly run to the right and
jump onto the bug and jump up and to the platform to the right. Run up
the stairs and grab the health pack to the right. Climb back up and
jump onto the pipe. Turn and jump backwards onto the bug. And quickly
jump up. Jump backwards to perch onto the pole and then jump onto the
half broken pipe. Climb up and jump to the lever. Pull it to unleash
a box. Grab any supplies you see. Return to the main square room. Push
the box to the other side and to the right. Jump onto the box and then
onto the ledge and then onto the one above. Then jump backwards and the
platform will start moving in. Jump onto its extension and then onto
the bug and quickly jump up. Then jump to the bug to the right and quickly
jump up. Jump to the ledge to the left and then jump backwards onto the
pole. Now jump onto a small platform ahead. Now you will be looking at
two grapple indicators. First quickly pull the gate downwards. Once it
is at its trough, jump and use your grapple to jump across the gap and
quickly into the newly opened door. Pull the lever here.

Now jump onto a newly opened hatch (the one to the right) and then jump up.
Now jump backwards onto a pole. Swing forward and into a new room. Pull
the lever here.

Now jump to the left and use your grapple to jump ahead. If you do it
right, you will have grabbed hold of a ledge. Jump backwards and use
another grapple to swing. Use your grapple multiple times till you can
jump on top of the hut where the dog like statue sits. Grab the {{artifact}}
here. Drop down below and go through the hatch that just opened next to the
dog like statue. Go through this till you reach a huge room. Drop down and
slay all the panthers that will cause you some major trouble. Open the gate
and kill other panthers as well.

Now jump onto the ledge next to the gate you just opened. Jump to the
ledge above. Then jump to the bug to the right and quickly jump backwards.
Jump to the ledge above and then to the one to the right. The movable rod
will swivel. Then jump to the ledge to the right once the swivel has stopped
moving. Jump to the ledge above and jump backwards to the platform. Here
shoot the target to pull out a hook. Grapple across to get the health pack
and the ammo. Return to this platform either by grapple hook or by repeating
the procedure. Another panther will attack you in the hallway straight ahead.

Now jump into the door near you and climb the ladder. A zombie will attack.
Dispose of him. Climb the sand pile and grab the health pack on top of the
upper block. While on top of the block, jump to grab the grapple and then
jump to perch onto the pipe. From here, jump onto the pipe ahead and then
jump onto the ledge on the pipe ahead. Jump onto the ledge above, and then
jump to the ledge to your right. Jump once again to the ledge to your right,
and then to the one above. Shimmy all the way to the right and then jump
onto the ledge. Jump back to another ledge and then use the grapple to jump
across the gap. Grab the {{artifact}} on this platform. Now return to the
first pipe on which you perched on. Now jump to the opposite side where
you first jumped onto. As you shimmy to the right, the ledge will collapse
but don’t worry. Jump to the left and you will pull down a lever. Go
through the newly opened door and climb the ladder to reach a new room.
(Seems familiar? This is the same room with the six statues)

Now pull the lever and six platforms will appear. They will disappear in
the same order every time. So this is what you should do. Jump onto the
right one nearby. The jump to the one to the left. Then jump forward. Then
jump to the right. Then jump forward twice to reach the platform. Now
continue to the left and pull the lever.

Now return once again to the pipe in the previous room on which we first
perched upon. Once again, continue to the beetle like thing. Once you
jump on its pole, a hatch will open.

Jump into the room (you may lose some health). Continue forward till you
reach a big room with 4 pillars. At the corners of the room are pillars
with movable bocks. Move them all to reveal some supplies. Two panthers
will appear out of two alcoves as well. Now move the block to the left
of the door with the scarab like mark below the ledge. Jump on top of
it and then to the ledge above. Shimmy to the right and jump backwards
onto another ledge. Shimmy to the right and then jump to the ledge in
the pillar. Jump to the one above and then jump backwards to perch onto
a pillar. Jump onto the next one and then onto the next one and finally
onto the last pillar. From here, jump to the ledge in the wall straight
ahead and then shimmy to the right. Drop down and enter this room. Grab
the [[relic]] and any other supplies you see. Now your job is to align
four pictures below each of the four pillars that match each of the
insignia on to. If you opened the alcoves in the corners of the room,
enter each turn by turn. 4 of them will contain a picture and an insignia.
Simply return to the main room and rotate each one to bring the
corresponding picture below the insignia. For example, the picture of
the dagger contains a servant holding a mug wearing blue clothes. Use
the colored dial on top of each pillar as an indication of the degree
to which you should rotate each. If done correctly, the door will open.

Run into this huge room. Pull the lever to the right and the bridge will
fall. Run forward and collect the (eye of Horus).

Jump into the pool below. Go towards the pillars on the far side. There is
a health pack. Now go into the door near the pool on the sides of which are
signs of yellow ribbons.

Now you will be in a hallway with some strong traps. Dive or run as they
open and you should be fine. Now you will enter a room with a broken throne.
((Checkpoint))
As you jump towards the ribbon like structure, it will actually be a lever.
Pull it down (There is some shotgun ammo under this if you need it). Now
quickly jump back and run towards the pillar you just lowered since after
a while it will quickly come back up. Now jump onto the pole ahead and from
here swing onto the ledge ahead. Jump up twice and then jump backwards onto
this platform. This will start moving in. So jump onto its other side quickly
and then jump forward to the platform ahead. Now jump to the platform to the
right. Hold space since it’s quite a long jump. Now jump straight ahead this
large gap. In one corner of this platform will be a lever. Pull it (Remember
we will use this lever some moments later to get an artifact). Now jump to
the platform to the left (not the right, which is the one you just came from.
Jump onto the ledge on the pillar and then onto the one above. Now jump
backwards onto a ledge on another pillar. Shimmy either way to have your back
to the next pillar. Jump backwards and from here, shimmy to the right (so that
you are below a ledge) and onto the ledge above. Now jump to the right and once
again jump to the right to grab onto a pole and swing forward onto a platform.

Now go straight ahead. Jump to the ledge to the left and then onto the one
above. Jump backwards and climb this small square platform. Quickly jump
forward onto a small platform with pillars. Drop down and shimmy to the
right. Climb up and then drop down the opposite side. Now shimmy to the
left and jump onto the ledge above. Shimmy to the left and jump backwards.
Drop down and shimmy to the right and climb up. Now jump forward onto the
ledge to the right. Shimmy to the left and jump to the ledge above. Now
shimmy  all the way to the left and jump backwards. Use your grapple to
jump across  the gap to get to the ledge on the other side. Now shimmy all
the way to  the left and jump to the ledge to the left. Shimmy to the left
and jump  backwards onto the ledge on the pillar. Shimmy to the right so
that your back  is facing another pillar. Jump backwards and grab onto
the ledge. Shimmy to the left and jump up twice to reach the top of this
pillar. Now jump onto  the platform above the tallest pillar. Now if you
want the artifact now, I recommend you once again drop down to the level
where we pulled the lever I asked you to remember. Method is in brackets,
otherwise read ahead. (Now after you pull the lever, you will have around
90 seconds according to my experiments to go to the top and jump right
instead of left. Repeat the procedure exactly but you will have to be very
quick. Many times you will be about to jump but the lever will suddenly go
inside. Once you are on the pole, quickly swing forward and grab the
{{artifact}} in the corner behind the stones). Jump onto the pole to the
left and then swing forward. Grab the health pack in the left corner here.

Go into the next room. A mummy will attack. Dispose of him. Next drop down
into the small pit ahead. Grab the ammo and health pack. Return back to
the same room using the ladder. Now jump onto the pole ahead and quickly
swing forward onto the pole ahead and then swiftly swing onto the beetle
ahead. Now jump to the ledge above. Shimmy to the left and jump over the
gap. Now you will encounter some familiar wall traps. Avoid these to exit
into a huge room with an obelisk in the center.

Jump onto the ledge to the right and then onto the one above. Jump across
the gap to the left and shimmy all the way to the left. Now jump backwards
onto the pole and swing forward. Pull the lever.
((Checkpoint))
Now return to the same place where we exited into the obelisk room but this
time go towards the ledges to the right. Shimmy all the way to the right
and drop down onto the platform near the newly opened door. You wil encounter
some sword traps. Crawl under these using shift. Now you will need to get
across two more sword traps. Jump as the traps go in and then quickly
jump forward. Continue forward till you see a huge room.

Slide down and won’t jump and you will reach the ground floor. Kill the
mummy here. Behind the pillar will be a health pack. Inside the left most
alcoves is a health pack. Jump into the alcove to the right and you will
see a lever. Pull it. A gate will open revealing a box. Move the box slightly
out and get the health pack inside. Now jump onto the box and onto the ledge
ahead, and then onto the one above. Jump to the left and use your grapple to
get across the gap and onto a ledge. Jump to the left to reach a new floor.
Grab the ammo and the health pack on the two steps. Now jump onto the ledge
you can see in the corner of the floor and onto the one above. Shimmy all
the way to the right and then jump backwards using your grapple (wait for
the blades to go in though). Swing across the gap and onto the bug. Quickly
jump up onto the ledge above. Now jump to the left using your grapple (waiting
for the blades to go in once again) and then jump back up to the side where
you came from but onto the ledge above. Then jump onto the ledge above. Now
jump backwards once the blades have gone in using your grapple to jump across
the gap. Carefully avoid the second set of blades to jump onto a set of
stairs. Climb onto the top most one to get a checkpoint.

Now use your grapple to jump forward. Then jump backwards at the end, and
use your grapple once again to land on top of the {{artifact}}. Grab it.
Now return to the set of stairs by jumping onto the one nearest to you.
Once at the top, repeat the grapple routine but this time instead of dropping
down, continue forward and jump onto the ledge. Jump onto the one above,
shimmy to the left and then jump. You will be at the entrance of a new
room. Continue forward and pull the lever at the end.

Now return to the room with the stairs. Jump onto the grapple and then
forward onto the ledge. Shimmy to the right and drop down. Now start
descending the stairs till you reach the bottom floor of the level (the
place where we killed the mummy). Go through the door that you can see.
Avoid the traps, getting your timing right. You will emerge into the room
with the obelisk. Take the health pack here. Grab the Seal of Anubis right
in front.

Now jump forward onto the poles to the right and swing forward twice, landing
on a new platform. Run forward and swing onto the pole and swing forward twice.
Grab the Ankh of Isis here.

Now go through the door with the beetle sign on its sides. There will be
some tricky traps here, but you should be able to cross them after getting
your timing right. Once you do, you will emerge in a new huge room.

Now just step forward and aim for the mummies below. Shoot them as much as
you can. Now to the left, there will be a small square platform slightly
below. Now drop down to the left if you are facing the opposite side from
where you came from. Keep dropping down till you reach a platform one level
above the ground floor. If you look straight ahead, you will be able to see
an alcove behind a wall. Remember this place for later. Now shoot the three
mummies if you can. Once you have shot them as much as possible, drop
down below and finish them off. Once done, look ahead to the ledge in the
wall. Jump onto it and then onto the one above. Continue forward and you
will encounter some familiar traps. Jump over the lower blades and dive
under the upper ones, getting your timing right. Now there will be some
wall traps. As soon as the one closest to you joins, start perching and
jumping. At the end of this path, pull the lever.

Now return to the room with the mummies.

Now we’ll try to get to the alcove in the wall I mentioned. Jump to the
small platform to the right. Jump onto the ledge above. Shimmy all the
way to the left, drop down onto the ledge below, shimmy to the left and
then jump onto the ledge above. Shimmy to the left again and jump onto
the platform on top. Jump onto the ledge above, shimmy to the left and
then jump across the gap onto another ledge. Shimmy slightly to the left
and drop down to the ledge below. Shimmy to the left and climb up. Grab
the {{artifact}} here. Drop down below and return to the same ledge where
we took a long drop to get the artifact. Instead of dropping down below,
climb the ledge above. Go through the tunnel like entrance and jump onto
the ledge at the end. Jump onto the one above and then jump backwards. Now
use the grapple to get across the gap, grabbing the health pack and the
ammo is you need it at the other end. Now once again grapple, but this
time we will be trying to jump to the platform you can see to the right.
This is a very tough jump, and you will require quite some tries to get
to this. If you get lucky, you may get onto it early on. Once you have
reached there, make it count. Jump to the ledge straight ahead, shimmy
to the right and then jump onto the pole to the right. Swing forward and
then quickly jump forward otherwise the pole will go down. Grab the
{{artifact}} here. Now jump to the right to the platform below. And
slowly return to the ground floor. You will see a small block like
platform in one corner of the room. Jump onto the ledge, and then onto
the one above. Use your grapple to get across the gap. The keep jumping
on ledges till you reach the top floor.

Now follow this path littered with familiar traps to reach the central room.

Jump to the poles to the left and grab the Scarab or Osiris. The door at
the bottom will open.

Go through the door and emerge through the water at the end. Remember to
tap (E) to swim quickly. Emerge at the other end into a familiar room
with the six statues.

Go out of the door to enter the familiarly huge room with the sphinx statue
and the pillar. Now their will be a centaur. Shoot him down. Once done
with this small inconvenience, use the 4 items you acquired from around
the obelisk on each of the 4 slots around the pillar. Once done, a huge
door will open and the level will end.

C – Sanctuary of the Scion

Now go through the newly opened door and as you run up the stairs, two
mummies will attack you. Pump them full of lead. Once done, ascend and
you will be in a small room with four rotatable pillars. Three pictures
will be on the three walls. See the ASCII below. Now your job is to align
the pillars in such a fashion that the pictures on the wall behind correspond
to the pictures on the two pillars on their insides. So if the wall behind
is blue, then the pictures among the pillars should be blue as well. e.g.

Now if you start messing with these, it will take you a long time. The best
and the shortest way to do this is to disturb the top left (the green and
white cat pillar) and the bottom right pillar (the blue pillar), the
directions taken as you enter . Just rotate both these so the picture
changes twice and the black square in the centre of the room will rise
like a pillar.

Jump no the ledges and start rising till you reach the ladder. Continue
forward and you will be at the threshold of some traps.

Jump forward to the platform to the right, and quickly jump to the ledge
straight ahead. Jump onto the one above. Jump onto the bug to the right and
then jump backwards onto the bug behind. Once again quickly jump onto the
ledge above. Time the next jump, and quickly jump across the traps onto the
ledge to the left. Shimmy to the right and then jump backwards. Continue
forward into a huge room with a big statue.

Go to the left and drop down the ladder till you reach the bottom floor.
Grab the ammo just to the left of the ladder. Continue forward till you
reach the stairs of the sphinx. Kill the two rats that dare to attack you.
Now with the back to your sphinx, you have two options. You can either go
left or right. I will go left. Climb the ladder, and then jump left. Shimmy
all the way to the left, and then jump onto the small stairs block. Jump
forward onto the stairs ahead. Continue forward and jump onto the small
block ahead and then jump onto the platform to the right.

Slide down and jump onto the ledge at the end. Climb up and continue forward.
Walk up the sliding looking path and at the end of this, jump onto the pillar
to the left. Shimmy to the right, jump up and then jump onto the ledge above.
Jump backwards onto another ledge, and then onto the one above. Shimmy to the
right and then jump backwards. Shimmy slightly to the left, jump up and then
jump backwards onto the ledge. Keep climbing ledges and at the top, jump
backwards and climb up. Here two vampires like creatures will attack. Just
keep moving left or right (do not jump or you will most likely fall). Once
you have disposed of them (which could take some tries) slide down the platform
and jump onto the pole. Swing pole to pole and then jump onto the ledge.
Shimmy all the way to the right and then jump backwards. Run forward and
then jump onto the ledge ahead. Keep dropping and pull the lever at the bottom.

Now look back and then walk through the door. Simply jump through the first
trap, and then there were more. (I think I should major in English. Alas, so
many choices.) There will be three traps. Just jump one by one and then crouch
in the gap using (Shift). Repeat thrice and then go down the stairs and pull
the lever. Apparently some work will be needed. Go back up the stairs and
jump onto the ledge to the right. Then jump across the gap and onto another
ledge. Jump to the right and grab hold of a ladder. Descend it, jumping to
the other side once the ladder ends till you reach a pole to the left.
Quickly jump pole to pole since they will begin to descend. At the end,
jump onto a ledge. Drop down one ledge, shimmy to the right and then jump
to the wall like thing to the right. It will begin to descend. Keeping jump
on it and onto the ledge above, and stop once you reach the top most ledge
on this wall. Once it stops, two beetles will lock the centre. You have to
repeat the procedure for all 4 (one down) and get all the centers locked up
by the beetles. Drop down into the water (grab the health pack if you need
it) and emerge out of it at the other end. Jump onto the stone block cum
debris, and then onto another beetle wall. Keep climbing ledges till the
center of this one as well is locked up by the beetles. Two down and two
more to go. Now jump onto the newly erected pillar. Jump on one of its
ledge, jump onto the ledges above twice (hold space if you are having
trouble). Once at the top and near the pyramid, jump onto the ledge behind.
Then jump forward to the ledge in the wall, ad then forward onto another
beetle wall. Repeat the procedure by jumping up till you reach the utmost
ledge. Now jump backwards onto the pyramid pillar. Reach the top, shimmy
to the left till twice, and then jump backwards onto a long extending
platform. Once on this platform go to the extreme left. Then jump across
the gap using your grapple and grab hold of the ledge. Jump to the right
and repeat the procedure for the fourth and final beetle wall. Now journey
back once again to the long extending platform. This time, go the right
most ends. Jump onto the pole and quickly swing forward twice to the side
where the ladders are. Continue climbing the ladders and at the end, jump
to the right twice and you will be once again near the lever. Pull it.

Now you can descend once again to the long extending platform. As you will
go to collect the key, you will be attacked by a mummy. Kill him and obtain
the Key of Ankh.

Now return to the central room with the sphinx through the newly opened door
at the bottom. As you will be near the entrance of the sphinx, a centaur
will attack you. Daze him with a myriad of bullets. Now we will be going to
the right side of the ladder. Climb up, and then jump onto the poles to the
right. Swing forward onto a new platform.

Climb up the ladder. Jump to the left to grab the ammo and the health pack
which is slightly up. Now return to the place with the ladder. Run forward
onto the ledge to the left, and then jump onto the ledge above. Jump to the
right, and then onto the ledge in the pillar. Keep jumping up the pillar
and you will reach a new platform. Dispose of the two bat-like vampires that
have dared to disturb your peace. Once done, use your grapple to jump to
the hook that is farthest from you. From here, jump onto the head of the
sphinx. Grab the ((dual mini SMGs)). Return to the platform using your
grapple. Now jump onto the pole and swing forward. Then jump onto the
ledge ahead. Drop down and pull the lever.

Go into the room. You will encounter a strange trap. The pole will be there
for few seconds and disappear for the next few. Get the timing right and
jump across this and swing pole to pole. You will enter a new room that
is a photocopy of the beetle lock room with the four locks we just visited.

Now jump onto the ledge to the right, then to the one further to the right.
Then jump onto the ladder. Descend as low as you can, then change this
ladder for the one to the right. Go down and once at the bottom of the
ladder, jump to the ledge to the left. Then jump onto the beetle wall to
the right. One down, 3 to go! Now jump backwards onto the pillar, climb
the ledges up, then jump backwards onto the small platform above the
beetle wall. Now jump to the ledge to the right, then to the one above. Now
jump backwards onto the pole and quickly swing forward three times till
you reach the ledge on the other end. Now jump to the beetle wall to the
right. Two down, two to go! Now conveniently jump into the water and climb
out using the only place you can see that is near a door with a closed
grill. Now jump onto the nearby pipe and perch. Then jump forward onto
the ledge you can see. Then jump onto the ledge above and jump to the left
onto the beetle wall. Keep jumping ledges and the pyramid pillar will come
up. One more to go! Now jump backward onto the pillar that has risen behind
you. Keep jumping to the ledges above and once you are on the top one, jump
backwards onto a small square platform. Now jump to the ledge to the right
and then onto the one above. Now jump backwards onto a pole and then swing
forward onto another small square platform. Now jump forward onto another
pole and then swing forward onto another ledge. Now jump to the right onto
the final beetle wall. Jump backwards onto the pillar, jump onto the ledges
above, shimmy to the right and jump onto the long extending platform in the
center of the room. Go toward the door, jump onto the pole to the right
and quickly swing forward twice onto a ledge. Jump onto the ledge above
and then jump onto the ladder behind. Climb up, jump to the right, climb
up and jump onto the ledges to the right. Go pull the lever.

Before we do anything, let’s get the artifact in this room. Jump to the
ledges to the left, then to the one that is further left. Now jump to
the ladder to the left. Go down slightly, and then jump to the ladder to
the right. Keep descending till you reach the bottom. Now jump to the ledge
to the right that is above the two poles in the middle. Shimmy all the way
to the right, drop down and grab the {{artifact}}. Return back to the ledge,
shimmy to the right so that you are at the helm of the newly opened door
with the key, and drop down. Kill the mummy inside and grab the Ankh Key.

Now go through the door with the grill at the bottom that is now open. Go
through the path, and two centaurs will attack you near the sphinx. Once
finished with these, go up the stairs of the sphinx and use the two ankh
keys, one on each side and the door will open.

Go through the door, killing any mice and rolling the stone along as you go.
You will be in a huge room with two massive statues at the end of the path.
Grab the health pack to the left as well.

Now go into the water and pull the lever that is right in the centre of the
two statues. Don’t worry about coming back up; the water will drain. Now go
back and climb onto the ledge near the left statue. Jump onto the small
block near the left foot of the left statue. Climb up and jump onto the
ledge, then onto the one above and jump backwards onto the pole. Quickly
swing forward and then jump up to climb the ledge to the left. Shimmy to
the right, and then use your grapple to get across the gap. Climb up the
ladder ahead. Once at the top, simply jump (don’t press any direction) and
grab the ledge. Jump onto the ledge above, shimmy to the left, and then
jump across the gap to grab another ledge. Jump onto the ledge above, shimmy
to the right and then drop down into the lap of the statue with the 4 beetles.
Shoot the beetles until they resemble the design shown in the wall just
below. Climb up and pull the lever.

Now jump onto the ladder to the right. Climb up. Once at the top of the
ladder, jump to the ledge to the right. Shimmy all the way to the right.
Jump to the ledge above, then jump over the gap to the right and again
to the right. Shimmy all the way to the right, then jump backwards onto
a pole. Swing forward to grab hold of another ledge. Jump onto the ribbon
like lever to the right. Notice the gate that has opened. Quickly drop
down and quickly go through this gate before this closes. Climb up before
you run out of air. Watch the pattern of beetles under water, and shoot
the beetles in the lap of the statue to resemble the design below. Once
the gate opens, don’t pull the lever yet. Just go behind the part where
shot the beetles, and you will find a golden box. Drop it down into the
water. Once done with this, go into the water and pull the lever that will
drop the water level down even further. Now return to the right statue and
push the gold box under the door with the grill. Now go to the left statue
and try to get the right statue. Repeat the routine, but don’t press the
left lever. Once you get to the ribbon like lever in the centre of the
room, drop down and quickly go to the place where we placed the gold box.
Jump on it and climb into the lap of the right statue to the place near
the 4 beetles. Now go down to the place where you pushed down the box.
Drop down onto the ledge, shimmy to the right and drop down. If you did
it right, you will be on the circular ledge on a pillar. Shimmy to the
right, and jump onto the yellow ribbon like lever to pull it. Drop down
and now pull the lever in both the left and the right statue.

Now go to the lever in the left statue underwater. Go through the gap above
the lever and surface into a small room.

Now jump onto the beetle to the right and quickly jump up. Now jump
backwards onto a pole and swing forward pole to pole twice till you
reach a ledge. Now shimmy to the right and you will be on the shoulder
of the left statue. Jump onto the ledge to the right, then jump above
twice. Shimmy to the right and climb up. Continue forward and you will
see another ribbon like lever in the center of the two statues. Don’t
pull it yet. Instead, jump over the gap, and continue forward. Drop down
at the right shoulder of the right statue using the three ledges. Go into
the room to the left and grab the [[relic]] here. Now you may pull the
yellow ribbon lever in the center of the two statues. As the water level
rises, you will be able to enter the top most area in the room. Continue
forward this long path and you will enter a room with many pillars and
many enemies. Once you have disposed of them, relax.

Jump onto the ledge on the pillar that was nearest to the entrance to this
room. Shimmy to the left, and jump up. Shimmy further to the left and
jump up again and then again. Shimmy all the way to the left, and drop
down. Shimmy further to the left, and then jump backwards onto another
pillar. Jump onto the ledge above. Shimmy to the right and then jump
backwards onto another pillar. Jump onto the ledge above. Shimmy all the
way to the right and then jump to the right and use your grapple to swing
forward. Then at the end, jump backwards onto another pillar. Jump onto
the ledge above. Shimmy one step (90 degrees) to the right and jump
backwards onto another pillar. Jump onto the ledge above, shimmy to the
right, and then jump above. Shimmy all the way to the right, and then jump
to the pillar to the right. Use (E) before you fall. Shimmy to the left,
then jump onto the ledge above and then onto the one above. Shimmy to the
right, drop down to the ledge below, and then jump backwards onto a small
platform. Use one of the scions here.

Now return to the entrance of the room and follow the procedure to reach
the second pillar. Once you are on this, jump onto the one above and shimmy
all the way to the left. Now jump backwards, and then jump to the left and
use your grapple to get across the gap. (Notice the artifact straight ahead).
Jump straight ahead. If you reached the bottom ledge, jump up. If already on
the upper ledge, then shimmy all the way to the left, and then jump backwards.
Shimmy to the right, jump onto the ledge above twice and then jump backwards.
Grab the {{artifact}} here. Jump onto the upper most ledge on the pillar.
Shimmy 180 degrees to the right, and then jump backwards. Shimmy to the
right and jump up. Shimmy all the way to the right, and then jump to the
right. Use the scion on the holder.

Now you will be in a cave like room with water. Go to the waterfall to
the right, and climb the ledge behind it. Continue forward, and at the
end of the path, jump onto the pole. Swing forward onto the ledge, and
then jump to the ledge to the left. Jump backwards onto the box. Now jump
onto the box straight ahead. Now jump to the rope to the right. If you go
straight ahead, you will go towards the level. If you swing to the right,
you will be on the way to the artifact. Jump to the smallest of the three
ledges you can see straight ahead. Once on it, jump to the ledge to the
right, then onto the one above. Now jump backwards and shimmy all the way
to the right. Then jump to the ledge to the right. Drop down and grab the
{{artifact}} to the right. Now drop down into the water and return to the
rope from where you jumped from. But this time jump straight ahead onto
the ledge just next to the waterfall. Shimmy all the way to the right, and
then jump backwards. Continue forward along this sloping path and you will
be at the entrance of a room with a train track.

Now look to the right and you will see a small room. Look to the left and
you will see a large control room. Ignore the stupid mice. Go to the boxes
on the left and jump on them. Now from here, jump onto the larger boxes
nearby, climb up and grab the health pack. The right small room is locked
for now. Go into the left control room and you will discover that you need
3 fuses of different colours to operate this equipment. Return to the train
tracks. If you look closely at the right room, there is a small yellow box
nearby. Move it near the room so you can jump onto the box and from then
onto the top of the room. It will be useless to go on top right now as the
path is blocked, but we will use this later. Remember this for later. Now
follow the path straight from where you came from (entered this room). As
you go straight, look behind and you will be able to see an artifact lying
on one of the platforms. Go straight and the path will be blocked. Now
return to the central room and follow the train tracks to the left.

On one of the trolleys nearby will be a Red Fuse. Grab it. One down, two more
to go! Now go to the big control room and use this fuse on the red slot.
Push the button nest to the red fuse once you have done this. The container
blocking our path on top of the small room to the right has been moved. Now
you may climb on the yellow movable box and jump onto the room. Instead of
going through the path to the left, perch onto the wooden pipe straight
ahead. Then jump to the pipe ahead. From here, jump onto the ledge to the
left, not the one that is straight ahead. Jump onto the ledge above then
jump backwards onto a pole. Swing forward onto a siding platform, jump off
it at the end and grab the {{artifact}}. Now drop down and return to the
top of the small room. Go through the tunnel in the wall to the left and
come out of the other end. Jump across the gap.

Drop down through the other end. You will be on a platform next to where
the artifact was. Push the box down, and jump across the gap onto another
platform. Jump to the ledge to the rightmost, shimmy to the left and then
jump to the ledge to the left and then onto the one above. Shimmy all the
way to the left, and jump while holding space. Jump onto the sliding
platform ahead, and jump off it at the end onto another platform. Once at
the end of this platform, jump to the platform to the right. Drop down
ahead and grab the Green Fuse. Now jump across the gap using your grapple.
At the end of the run across the wall, jump backwards onto a ledge and then
jump to the right onto a ladder. Climb it to the top, and then jump to the
right. Drop down and go to the control room.

Use the green fuse on the slot. Now push the green and then the red
button. Shimmy once 90 degrees to the left, the jump backwards onto a
platform. Go through the tunnel and as soon as you see an opening to the
right, drop down. Continue dropping down till you will be at the entrance
of a big room. Drop down and get the Blue Fuse.

Now go the place with the slide, and jump up and then quickly jump backwards.
If you did it correctly, you should have grabbed hold of a ledge. If not
try moving left or right before jumping. Ignore the stupid mouse. Once on
the ledge, jump backwards onto a pipe. Shimmy all the way up, and then jump
backwards onto a ledge. Shimmy to the left, and then jump backwards onto
another ledge. Shimmy to the right, and then jump onto the ledge above.
Keep climbing ledges till you reach a small alcove. Jump backwards onto
the path from where you entered this room. Climb the two ladders and once
at the top, take the path to the left to drop down reach the control room.
Use the Blue Fuse on the blue slot and press the button or you may not.
If you notice, this button pushes the box downwards. We’ll be using this
to push the box downwards to break into the small room. Push the green
button once, then the red button and then the blue button.

Now jump onto the box and into the room with the roof demolished. Grab your
Dual Pistols. Shoot the windows and get out. Now return to the start of
the level (with the motor boat and the pool) if you want the relic,
otherwise skip forward 4 lines. Once over here, drop down into the sea with
the motor boat. At the ground level, jump onto the nearby boxes (which have
two boxes placed directly on top) and then look to the place where a box
is hanging in the air with a rope. Shoot it down and once the box returns
to the floor, grab the [[relic]]. Now return to the room with the train
tracks. Go the end of the train tracks (the place where we found the red fuse).

Once here, shoot the windows of the room above. Now jump onto the crate to
the right of the room, jump to the ledge to the left, shimmy to the left
and then climb up. Push the button here. Drop down and push the button
behind the vehicle with a blade like head; the one that is next to the
cart with the fuse.

Play the interactive cut scene here. Grab the shotgun next to the now
dead Larson. Push the blue fuse back into the slot, push the button,
and then push the button behind the vehicle.

Discard the vehicle, and you will be in a room with lava. Jump onto the
small stone like platform to the left. Now drop down to the right when
facing ahead, and jump to the left and perch. Then jump ahead and grab
the guns. Then return to the ledge from where you perched form. Shimmy
all the way to the right, and at the end jump backwards onto a pipe. Go
all the way up, and shimmy 90 degrees to the right. Jump backwards and
perch. Now jump straight ahead to the ledge, shimmy to the right and then
onto the one above. Now jump backwards.

Use your grapple to get across the gap. To get the artifact, go as low on
the grapple as you can. Once at the bottom, start swinging and at the end,
jump forward. If you did it right, you will have perched upon a pipe. Then
jump forwards and perch on the pipe ahead, and then to the {{artifact}}
ahead. Grab it. Now return to the first pipe on which you perched upon.
Jump ahead on the sliding platform, quickly jump onto the pole. Let it
come to its end, jump onto the sliding platform ahead and then jump forward
swiftly. Keep climbing ledges till you are at the top. Now jump backwards
and use the grapple to get across the gap. Grab the ammo and the health
pack here. Now return to the platform using the grapple, then jump forward
onto the train tracks. Continue into a stone room.

Now jump onto the sliding platform to the right, and quickly jump forward
onto the ledge. Climb up and keep climbing till you can see into the next
room. Now jump to the right, and then jump to the ledge above and climb
up. Now jump to the left onto the sliding platform and then jump forward.

(I strongly recommend you save here so as not to miss the artifact). Grab
the guns next to the body. Drag one of the yellow boxes to the left side
of the room near the ledges. Jump onto the box, then onto the ledge above.
Once on this, jump to the ledges straight ahead twice and climb up. Now
jump to the ledge ahead, shimmy all the way to the right and jump to the
right onto a new platform. Jump to the ledges to the left twice to reach
the summit. Now if you want some ammo and a health pack, jump straight
ahead onto the massive sliding wall and then jump backwards into an alcove.
Grab the ammo and health pack here. Return to the summit once done with
this by sliding down and returning above. Now look closely at the wall.
You will see perch able column like structures. The one that are glowing
orange/yellow are the ones you need to press (all of them) to make the
door at the bottom open. To activate them, simply jump on them. However,
if you stand on them, they will be activated but they will start going
down. The black columns are normal perch able pipes. If you want the
artifact first, simply go from column to column regardless of whether
they are coloured or black to the other side (right) of the room where
you can spot the artifact lying on top. Once you are on the other end
on the column that is above the orange coloured one, then jump onto
the orange one. Jump to the ledge you can see below the artifact. If you
miss this the first time, you have no option but to reload the game from
the last checkpoint. If you don’t need the artifact then you can continue
from this game. Once you have reached this ledge, shimmy all the way to
the right, and jump to the right. Jump on the small stone and then onto
the ledge above. Climb up and grab the {{artifact}}. Now go back and
start activating all the columns. Once you have activated all, you will
have to pull the lever that is located in the centre of the wall way
above the door. Go from black column to column and jump into the alcove.
Pull the lever and the level will end.

Continue forward along the way, grabbing any ammo you can see. At the end
of the path, watch the cut scene.

Prepare for a challenging battle. This is the time to get your best guns out
and blast away these creatures. There will be two ground bats and one vampire
like bat. Once you have taken care of these, go towards the closed door and
then to the right.  Climb the ladder and continue forward. Kill the bat like
vampire here, and grab any supplies you can get your hands on, which will
include two health packs and one ammo clip. Once done, continue forward and
go through the door at the top right of this room. Go down the hallway and
you will be in a large room with lava at the bottom. Just to the left of
the door will be some supplies namely two ammo clips and one health pack.

First of all, shoot the orange target to the right wall repeatedly and a
grapple hook will appear. (Kill the vampire bat that appears) Note that
this grapple hook is timed so you will have to be quick. Once the hook
is activated, jump to the ledge to the right, shimmy to the left, jump
backwards and use your grapple to jump across the gap to the ledge ahead.
Jump to the ledge above, shimmy to the left and then jump backwards onto
another platform.

Now shoot this other target, and another grapple hook will appear, along
with another vampire bat. Once the bat has been taken care of, jump to
the ledge straight ahead, then to the one above, shimmy to the left, and
then jump backwards. Use the grapple to get across the gap onto a ledge.
Jump to the one above and then shimmy all the way to the left, jump to
the ledge above and then jump backwards onto another platform.

Ok the next part requires agility. Shoot the target some distance away and
this time two vampires will appear. Deal with them by strafing left and
right to avoid their fireballs. Once done with this, re-shoot the target
and quickly do the next procedure. Jump onto the sliding platform on the
corner straight ahead. Now quickly jump backwards and jump onto the pole.
Now jump to the pole ahead. Turn to the other side and jump to the ledge
straight ahead. Shimmy all the way to the left, jump backwards onto a pole,
and quickly jump forward and use the grapple to jump across this gap, and
at the end jump backwards (not ahead) onto another grapple and you will
land onto a ledge. Jump to the ledge above, shimmy to the left and jump
backwards.

Take a breather here. Now shoot the target on the wall, and two vampires
will disturb your peace again. Now shoot the target again, (be quick in
the next few steps) and quickly Jump onto the sliding platform ahead and
then onto the pole. Swing forward onto another sliding platform, and
quickly jump onto the pole ahead. Now swing forward onto the ledge ahead.
Jump to the ledge above, shimmy to the right and jump backwards onto another
platform.

Ok, now shoot the last target in this room. Two vampires will appear. Kill
them or to put it in civilized fashion lest the human rights (or vampire
rights) get after me, terminate them. Once done, re-shoot the target;
quickly jump forward onto the sliding platform. Jump and use your grapple
to get across this gap. At the end of the swing, jump forward onto another
sliding platform and once again use your grapple to get across this gap
and jump onto a ledge. Jump onto the ledge above, shimmy to the right,
and then jump backwards.

Now instead of going into the door, look ahead and you will see a hidden
alcove. Jump to the ledge ahead, shimmy to the right and climb up. Grab
the {{artifact}}. Now return to the door. Kill the vampire. Navigate the
traps. Ignore the health pack in the center and appear unscathed outside
at the helm of a slide.

Ok here it’s gonna get creepy. Don’t try to shoot the other similar looking
figure. Concentrate on the mummies and zombies. Once you have dealt with
these, you will realize that the other figure mimics your movement. So
rotate the object in the center of the room, and a platform will appear
below the ladder. Climb one of these, (you will notice that the other
figure copies you) jump to the ledge to the right. And quickly jump
backwards. Continue on this ramp, grab the health pack and a creature
will appear. Dispose of it and pull the lever. If the lever you pull is
on the right side of the path, then you are doing it correct. Other wise,
I recommend you return to the ground floor, and this time pull the lever
on the other side (climb the ladder on the opposite side this time). If
you did it right, a cap on top of a cylinder will open. Now your objective
is to climb the opposite ladder and make your clone fall in the lava. You
will have to be very quick since this is timed. If done correctly, the
cone will fall. Go ahead on this ramp and pull the switch to open the door.
Now return to the ground floor, swivel the central wheel and go through
the door that is now open.

Continue forward and you will emerge into a room with two areas, left and
right. Go through the right one first and you will realize that there is
no path. So quickly jump on the second pipe and then onto the platform
ahead. Kill the vampire bat and pull the lever.

Now got through the left, simply walk when the pipes go in passing each one
by one and you will appear at the other end. Pull the lever and kill the
vampire bat.

Return to the central path that leads to a new room. To get the relic, do
the following. While you are on the centre path, Lara will lock onto a target.
Shoot it and it will make a hole through the path. Now slide down the newly
opened path, jump off and sue the grapple to get across the gap. Grab the
health pack here. Now go down the path and climb the ladder at the end. Grab
the [[relic]] here. Climb out of the hole to the left of the artifact into
the same room. Go forward this time into the next room over the centre path.

Now watch this neat cut scene, and prepare for a boss battle. The shotgun
is highly recommended for this fight. Shoot the beast twice, and use adrenaline
dodge. While he is stunned, shoot off his had using the shotgun. Or you can
stand on the end while he is enraged, and when he charges, dodge and dive
either to the left or right. The beast will cling on using his one hand
Shoot it off and he will fall off into the lava. Beast down!

Garb all the supplies in this room, and go along the path in this room till
you reach a lava river.

Now jump to the small square block ahead, then to the one ahead. Grab the
health pack here, jump to the pole ahead. Perch on top, then onto the one
ahead. Now jump forward to the platform ahead. Quickly climb up, since a
vampire bat will appear. Shoot him down, and pull the lever. Now wait for
the platform to come up to its maximum, and quickly jump ahead. Continue
forward, grabbing the ammo if you need it (you will see an artifact, but
ignore it now). You will emerge in a new room.

Deal with the centaur; grab the supplies in this room, namely some ammo
and a health pack. Now pull the lever, and a vampire bat will appear. Dispose
of him, and continue through the door that has just opened.

Now you will be attacked by one ground vampire and one vampire bat. Kill
them both, and grab any supplies in this room. Now jump into the pool and
pull the lever. Return to the surface, and another ground vampire will appear.
Kill him and go through the path ahead to grab a health pack. Now on either
side of the entrance to this small room, will be two ledge like things on
which you can hang onto. Hang on this, and the thing will momentarily come
down. As soon as it is at the bottom, drop down and shoot the now exposed
target. Do this on the ledges on both side and two gates underwater will
open. But to open this path, we need to open the remaining gate. Jump onto
the ledge you just caused to appear by pulling the lever underwater. Now
jump into the small alcove above. Grab the health pack. Now jump into the
small place behind the box above. Turn around and you will spot an
{{artifact}}. Jump ahead, and grab it. Now push the box down and return
to the room.

Push the box towards the stone pillar like thing. Jump on the box and then
above. A vampire bat will appear. Kill him. Grab the health pack, and jump
to the ledge to the right. Pull the lever. Now drag the box into the place
where we identified an artifact but I asked you to ignore it for now. Jump
on the box, and then into the alcove to grab the {{artifact}}. Now pull the
box back into the room behind the stone pillar like thing. First pull the
lever on the ground level. Now jump onto the box, and onto the pillar like
thing and from where we jumped right to a lever, but this time jump to the
ledge ahead. You will have to be very quick since if you stay on one ledge
for long, you will fall. Go from one ledge to the next to you left till you
reach the ledge on the corner of the wall. Take a breather here. Shimmy to
the left, jump backwards and use your grapple to get across the gap. Jump
to the alcove above and grab the supplies. Now repeat for the final ledge
and the gate underwater will open.

Continue forward and quickly swim out of the other end. As you will move
forward, it will appear as if the world is shaking.

Now continue forward jumping over the stream till you appear at a lava fall.
Jump to the ladder to the right, climb up, and then jump to the ledge to
the left. Now quickly jump up and shimmy slightly to the right to avoid
the heat waves. Quickly jump to the ledge above, then to the ledge to the
right. Shimmy to the left, and then shimmy to the ledge to the left. Drop
down, and grab the health pack. Now drop down one ledge, shimmy slightly
to the left, and then jump backwards onto a ledge. Drop down twice and you
will be on a stone platform. Now jump to the block ahead, and then to the
block ahead. But be quick, since they will disappear into the lava. Now
instead of jumping ahead, turn around and jump to the small block. Now
continue forward and grab the {{artifact}} here. Now return along this path
but this time jump forward onto the ledge ahead. Now jump to the ledge above,
shimmy all the way to the right, and jump backwards and perch. Now wait for
the flame to come, and quickly perch on the pipe ahead and then jump to the
pole ahead. Swing forward onto the stolen block and quickly jump ahead.
Continue forward and jump onto the ladder. Climb it to the top.

Now instead of going ahead, turn around and use your grapple to get across
this gap. Avoid the flames by jumping farther ahead. Grab the health pack
and then jump ahead and grab the health pack here. Now jump into the alcove
to the right and grab the health pack here. Return to the place from where
you grappled from. This time, go into the room ahead.

This is the final boss fight. Now the first part is easy. Keep shooting Natla
on her wings till you see a cut scene. Now the hard part begins. Shoot Natla
continuously (2 hits with a shotgun) to fill up her rage while avoiding her
fire balls. Once she charges at you, do adrenaline dodge but don’t go left
or right (Natla will catch you). Instead, while doing adrenaline dodge, go
behind and either left or right. Now don’t shoot as soon as the target turns
red. Instead wait for Natla to turn her back and shoot when the green stone
behind her is exposed. Natla will stay down for a moment now. Shoot her
continuously now. Repeat this a few times and you will have disposed of
Natla. Play the interactive cut scene and watch the final video.

Now I recommend you enable subtitles. This is since there are many clues
which you will only know once you see the subtitles (the clue will be written
in bold and mostly be items like BOW, GEAR etc).

Now you will be in the foyer a.k.a. the central room. There are three things
you can do here. First read all the books you can see in the room (one will
contain a clue to a BOW). Now go to the place with the boxes at the back of
the room and drag the box with the red fragile label to the button just ahead
of the boxes. A slot on the fireplace will open. But you can’t obtain it yet.
Now climb onto the boxes to the right if you are facing them. Jump onto the
topmost one, then jump onto the painting and shimmy all the way to the left
and jump to the left. Now jump onto the box ahead and grab the GEAR. Drop
down and go into the door to your far right but the one that is past the
fireplace if you are facing the stairs.

Now you will be going along a corridor which will emerge at a fountain. Go
past it and into a gymnasium room.

Go through the marker on the ramp on the ground that says number 1. Jump
onto the swinging pole and wait for it to stop. Then Jump to the ledge
ahead and then to the one to the left. Jump backwards onto the second pole
and once it has stopped jump onto the ledge ahead. Jump to the green tracks
to the right. Climb till the top, then jump backwards and grab the health
pack. Push the button to pull up the pipes.

Now go through the marker on the ramp labeled 2. Jump to the ledge ahead,
and then to the one above. Shimmy to the right, jump backwards and perch.
Then jump ahead and perch. Now jump to the ledge to the right. Shimmy all
the way to the left, than jump to the ledge above. Shimmy all the way to
the left, and then jump backwards. Grab your first {{artifact}}. You work
in this room is finished for now since ramp no. 3 requires a grapple hook,
which we do not have as of yet. So return to the foyer/central room.

Now go onto the stairs ahead and turn to the left. Go through the door
nearest you. Read any books in the corridor if you want to, but it will
not yield any clues. You will emerge in a library. First of all go pull
the pink book to the left, and it will reveal a MAZE MAP. Grab it. Now go
up the stairs and into the room. Pull the two pink books on either side
and you will find some DUAL PISTOLS. Grab it. The books to the right will
yield a clue about an ARROW. Now that you have the guns, return to the
stairs and you will notice an elephant behind some glass. Shot the glass
and obtain your second {{artifact}}. Now look to the painting with the
golden frame just next to the small room. Jump on it and it will reveal
a shoot-able point. Jump back and shoot it to reveal a secret door.

Go through the secret door. Shoot the boxes blocking the path and climb up
the stairs. Push the button to open the door. You will be in a room with
all the relics you have collected and if you followed this walkthrough so
far, you will be able to see 8 artifacts. Go up the stairs and into the
room. Shoot the glass and grab the SUNDIAL GNOMON. Now go to the ground
floor and push the button to open the door. Emerge into the corridor and
go out of the door.

You will have emerged on the other side of where you entered the library.
Now that we have the maze map, we will go into the garden. Return to the
foyer and face the staircase. Go into the door to the top left on the
ground floor.

Go through the corridor and you will be in the yard. The first thing you
should do is attach the SUNDIAL GNOMON onto the circular statue like thing
next to the gate. Now rotate the sundial, making it go to 11 (XI) first,
then go to 2 (II), and finally onto 6 (VI) The gate will open.

Ok the maze map will come useful here. I will not provide exact strategy
here since it will be too long. I will only point you to the places where
you will find something useful. Your first stop should be the circular statue
at the bottom right of the maze map. Grab the third {{artifact}} here.
Your next stop should be the small rectangular bush that is surrounded by
4 small bushes right in the top centre of the map.  Grab the fourth
{{artifact}} here. Now you will have to go the small plus (+) sign at
the bottom of the map just to the right of the entrance. Grab the fifth
{{artifact}} here. Now go through the central part of the maze and grab
the “Grapple” here. Well done, now we can complete the gymnasium portion.
Use your grapple to open the gate for a shorter return trip. Return to
the gym.

Go through the ramp labeled number 3. Jump to the ledge ahead, then to the
ledge above. You have two options now, either shimmy left or right. First
shimmy left. Jump to the ledge above, and then jump backwards using your
grapple to jump over the gap to the upper ledge. Shimmy to the left, and
drop down onto another ledge. Jump to the left and push the button.

Drop down and this time shimmy to the right from ramp number 3. Jump to
the ledge above, then jump backwards onto another ledge. Shimmy all the way
to the right, and then jump to the ledge to the right. Drop down one ledge,
and shimmy all the way to the right. Jump over the gap using the grapple
and onto a ledge. Shimmy all the way to the right, jump backwards onto a
pole, wait for it to stop moving and then swing onto a small alcove. Grab
the health pack here and push the button. Drop down safely using the green
tracks to the right.

Now repeat this procedure, but instead of dropping one ledge down, jump
backwards onto a pole. Jump from pole to pole and latch onto a blue column.
From here, rotate and jump to the blue column ahead. Now jump to the two
metallic pillars and then onto the platform. Grab the WRENCH here. Drop
down safely by jumping onto the green tracks here. Now we will try to get
the final artifact in this room. Go to ramp no. 3 and shimmy left. Jump
backwards onto the grapple. But instead of jumping forward onto the ledge,
jump backwards at the end of the jump onto a sliding platform and quickly
jump forward onto another sliding platform and once again quickly jump
ahead onto a pole. Wait for it to stop moving, change direction and jump
into the alcove. Grab the sixth {{artifact}} here. Drop down and return
to the garden.

Now once you exit out of the door, turn right and go straight ahead into
one corner of the room. You will approach a generator. Use the wrench on
it, and rotate the wrench till all lights turn green. Now just near the
generator will be a fountain. Fill up your bucket with water.

Use the filled bucket on the fire in the foyer. Grab the DECORATIVE ARROW.
Now go up the staircase and turn left. This time instead of going into the
nearest room, go straight ahead to the room farther. This is Lara’s room.
Pull both swords and grab the Journal here. Return to the ground floor.

This time go to the door to the right on the ground floor (not the gym one,
the other one). The corridor will be filled with yellow shields with blue
markings. Emerge into a large room in repair state.
((Checkpoint))
Go straight ahead and jump onto the green boxes to the right. Now turn around
and jump onto the yellow pole and swing forward onto the ledge below the
balcony. Shimmy all the way to the right and jump backwards onto another
ledge. Shimmy 90 degrees to the right and jump backwards onto a wooden
platform. Now jump onto the small place the statue is holding and the spear
will lower and become a pole. Drop down and repeat the same but this time
jump forward off the spear/pole onto the balcony. First grab the health pack
in the corner, and then shoot off the rope.

Now there is a red container on the balcony with pipes. Move it next to
the statue and rotate it in the pattern shown on the ground. Do the same
with the statue and you will see a cross (X) formed. A target will appear.
Shoot it. One of the gates in the water will open.

Now repeat the procedure you did till you jumped onto the pole/spear. Instead,
jump backwards onto the wooden platform. Then jump ahead and perch and then
jump forward onto another platform. Continue forward using the grapple to
jump across the gap. Continue past the red box and onto the balcony. Go near
the horse statue and jump over the boxes. Shoot the hook. Now use the grapple
on the statue with a globe on its head. Place the globe on the button and you
will see the video of the second gate opening in the water.

Now push the red fragile box down. Go down and shoot the ring on the rope.
Jump on the box and back up. Now this is tricky. Jump onto the wooden
platform in the centre. If you move to either side, one side will tilt down
and one side will move up. Now the trick is to jump forward on the planks
ahead. Make one side go slightly down (the one form where you jumped on;
the box side). As it goes slightly down, quickly run forward and jump onto
the planks. If you did it right, Lara will grab hold of the top most one
like a ledge. Shimmy to the right, and jump backwards onto another ledge.
Jump backwards into a balcony. Shoot the final rope holding the statue.
The statue will drop down into the water. Grab the DECORATIVE BOW. Go
into the path in the water and at the end you will find the seventh
{{artifact}}. Now return to the garden.

Now go straight ahead to the place where you picked up the grapple. Use
the bow and arrow on each of the statues side. On the front, use the grapple
to pull out a slot for the gear. Use it here. Pull the lever, and a statue
will drop a MUSIC BOX CYLINDER.

Go into the foyer/central room and climb the stair case. Go to the room to
the left (the library) and use the grapple on the chandelier. The book
shelf will move and reveal the final {{artifact}}. Grab it. Now return
to the foyer and climb the stair case. Go to the room to the far right
and use the cylinder at the end. Go into the newly opened door.
