HAVE YOU READ THE LEGAL DISCLAIMER? IF YOU HAVEN'T, GO BACK AND READ IT!
Uh, I guess I gotta apologize - I didn't make good on my promise to make a
Phantasia PSP FAQ -_-;
Sorry.
After playing through ToP on the PSP, it occured to me that the changes
weren't significant enough to warrant a new FAQ, especially one that would be
a carbon copy of the 20 FAQs that already exist. So I just stopped writing
the FAQ. (If you've got a problem, you can shove it.)
So as compensation, I decided to make one for TotW instead. After browsing a
bit on FAQs, it was clear that the English version would soon make its debut.
So why not? Actually, I can think why NOT, but anyway - welcome to literally,
my biggest FAQ yet. I started out just listing rare drops and triggers,
then I said to myself "Screw it. Let's make this big."
Don't:
E-mail me questions composed of
"how do I beat - named character-?"
"why aren't your char names right it's -stupid translation name-, blah"
"which characteris better"
"why isnt -someone- in this"
"i liek luke > stan"
Do:
Tell me which armor/item names have been changed in the US version for
corrections and editing.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Flat Chest] From Arche ... Not this one either.
ぺチャパイ For Kannono
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: Some of these can only be obtained on Hard/Mania.
Drop Requirement: On that difficulty level, an enemy that drops the same type
of weapon. Example: Rafflesian drops Rapiers, so on Mania, it will drop a
Kusanagi because its level is higher than L144. Check the beastiary if you
want to know what drops what.
Side: Tales Characters also drop Uniques. Check the beastiary for a list.
Your first main quest. Keep moving on the first floor towards the middle.
You'll find a plushie with a note in it asking for help. Auto-cutscene back
to Kratos.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Find Lloyd (Shrine):
[Solo]
Keep moving to the left side of the first floor until you find Lloyd, who
attacks you no matter what. Bash his skull in if you can. Win or lose, event
still takes place.
VS Lloyd - For the physical classes, this really shouldn't pose a problem.
Bashing Through -> Counterattack/Crit Def -> Counterattack
For casters... good luck. Most of his skills are limited to Tokugi, so the
recovery will also be short. Try to get a Fireball off on him when you can,
otherwise just run. Monks... PIKO HAMMER!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rescue Prisoners (Shrine):
Move to the second floor, then start with the lower left part. Rescue the man
behind the door, then the little girl and old man towards the middle right,
then head left and up to rescue Stahn. Before opening Stahn's door, get ready
for a fight with 2x Pedestal and 2x Gargoyle.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Escort Stahn (Shrine):
Escort Stahn all the way to the north western corner of the third floor.
Beware of 3rd floor spawns. Quest end.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Demon Corridor Appears (D.Corridor):
To get to the 3rd floor - RIGHT, LEFT -> 2nd Floor, RIGHT, LEFT, STRAIGHT,
RIGHT -> 3rd floor.
If you want to get the treasures, do so before or after you've finished the
quest. Even if you get lost, just press start to exit the dungeon.
VS Ganser - Take out his minions first, then beat on Ganser. He will cast
Eruption, so use your Magic Guard and normal Guard against his Status attacks.
I don't think there's anything to add...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Work you way through the mine (take the right route) until you reach 5/F.
VS Rockworm - As the RW is alone, you can take two or three mages with you,
if you need them. Distract the Rockworm with skills like Chirisazame/Akisazame
until the mages cast their spells, or just block. Either way, make sure your
health doesn't fall below 1.5k too often, as a few clean hits from the RW can
waste you.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Investigation 2 (Magma Valley):
Head towards the right side (3/F) and work your way to the end. A cutscene will
ensue.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Investigation 3 (Magma Valley):
Head left this time (2/F) and make your way to the end of the left side. A
cutscene will ensue and the way previously blocked by lava will now be cleared.
Keep heading forward on the path and you'll fight Drake. Note that after this
mission, you're free to come back to this spot and mine Septanite and Ruby Ore.
You may need Gold/Silver Mattocks to get a good haul.
VS Drake - One of the more annoying fights for me, as Drake has a tendency to
increase his altitude, making it hard for Fencer skills to hit. If anyone has
Embrace End (you probably don't have it yet), make them cast it. If Drake is
flying high, it will be hit over ten times by the spell, making the battle far
shorter.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rescue Leon & Kill Gilgalim (Forest):
Work you way to 3/F until you see Leon, who joins you after an auto-cutscene.
Keep moving towards 4/F until you hit the Gilgalim.
VS Behemoth - This fight is actually pretty pathetic. Get someone, anyone, to
use Chirisazame/Akisazame on Behemoth, then race in yourself. Keep repeating
the chain until Behemoth is dead. If you're good, you can get up to several
hundred hits here (remember to keep the TP levels high). For those who prefer
using mages, keep Behemoth distracted with Piko Hammers until the bigger spells
go off. Wind spells work great to keep it in the air.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Eliminate Monster (Mine):
Make your way back to 4/F then take the upper route to 5/F (stop by to mine
some Mithril/Platinum ore if you haven't already).
VS Grelhorn - This overgrown moose needs to be slaughtered. Kill it with light.
Again, keep bashing it with continuous Akisazame/Chirisazame series of techs
to keep it occupied. It might be a good idea to get someone to hit it from the
front while you go round the back to hit it from there. Not a difficult fight.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-> Gavada
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Find Harold (Ancient Forest):
Get to 2/F and the center of the map. You'll find Harold's scepter.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Get Fluorite (Ice Cavern):
Head to the end of 3/F for a boss fight. Watch out for the Ice Spirits - they
are dangerous in large numbers.
VS Ice Spirits x4 - Like any random encounter, use large area fire spells.
Cast Eruption -> Ancient Nova if anyone has it, or if you're using a close
combat squad, get your team to take on one at a time.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Search & Rescue Harold (Ancient Forest):
Go back to the same spot in 2/F to find Harold.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Destroy Mana Laboratory (Ancient Forest):
You can now access 3/F and above, so do that. You won't lose your way in here,
unless you're REALLY bad with things like coping with two directions.
VS Tyrant Totus - It's slow, but it packs a huge punch. Don't let it get too
close, or it'll KO you with its floor pound. Another thing to beware of is
that it has a tendency to charge forward within "walking" distance, so always
skip back if you feel its too close for comfort. Keep distracting it with
whoever you're controlling and let the mages let loose wind spells before
rushing in yourself. Approaching it, even in Over Limit mode, can be dangerous
so make sure you've got enough health to break out a full combo, ending with
your Hi-Ougi.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
->Doplund
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chase After Disappearing Mana (Forest):
Keep moving to the 4/F. Auto-cutscene.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Wandering Girl (Forest):
Keep moving to 4/F, where the Gilgalim was.
VS Kannono - Technically, she's no different from any of the Tales characters,
except she's really, REALLY hard to stun. Don't bother trying to keep your
party alive, unless you plan to use a whole lot of healing items. Use long
range skills until she starts casting, then mob rush her. Hopefully you'll
break her casting and start racking up combos. After her HP is drained enough,
she'll start shifting towards complete casting, so use the opportunity to shell
out an Hi-Ougi or two. Remember Hi-Ougi and Unison will interrupt everyone's
casting and spells, so if you can't manage to stun her quick enough, use HO/UA
to cancel her Meteor Swarm. If you're lucky, you can get a Red Line Shield.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-> Ailily
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Withering World Tree (World Tree):
Make you way to 4/F.
VS Aurora - If you're not confident about dodging projectiles, equip a Stone
Check before entering this one. Aurora has an extremely annoying tendency to
keep sending out her petrification butterflies. The pink butterfly explodes
ala Flare Tornado, except it's more of a Flare Pillar, and it HURTS (1.6k~).
Aside from status ailments, Aurora will also teleport around. If you don't
keep her attention, your team members will get pounded instead. Very hard to
keep members alive after one goes down.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Infiltrating Gilgalim (Gilgalim):
Note: You beat the game after this, so make sure you finished whatever quests
you have remaining, such as bread making, or you'll have to do it ALL OVER
AGAIN from no.1 of the series!
Not much to say about this dungeon. You can mine (note: mattocks) for ANYTHING
here, from wheat remains to pure septanite. You can also get a Moon Crystal
from the chests, which is the most awesome piece of accesory for anyone,
especially Mages, Fencers and Ninjas.
VS Widdershin (1) - This guy is no joke for anyone without long range skills.
Your party might be slaughtered immediately, so don't bother healing them
unless you're in need of a weak meat shield (aka mage suckers). Use skills like
Majinken Souga/Rengazan (Fencers/Magic Knights), Bomb Rain (Thieves), Shinzu
Mekkyaku (Ninjas) to keep Widdershin away (in Ninja cases, to prevent being
raped). If he teleports, he'll always attack with a kick that launches the
victim into the air and rapes him/her with his swords. If you get hit by the
kick, chances are, you're getting raped. Other attacks include charging up
for a large sword swing (easily avoidable) and four chain slashes (if you get
hit by the first, you're getting hit by all of them).
Before you get his HP down to 50%, HEAL UP. Once you do...
VS Widdershin (2) - Widdles stops time and summons... Eternal Finality. For
those who don't know what that is, it's Nereid's (Eternia) ultra cheap multi
hit GIANT SWORD FROM THE SKY attack. Unfortunately for you, Reid's
Gekkouheki (Aurora Wall) isn't available (and if it were, it wouldn't work)...
Eternal Finality will hit for at least 2.5k damage, maybe even 4k on the mages.
Make sure Widdles' attention is on you, or your party will face a very quick
death. Not only that, Widdles also gains new and much harsher attacks.
Fortunately, most of them can be avoided, but when he sends his swords out at
you, be sure to guard. Note that Critical Guard can be penetrated by Widdles,
so don't use it. He will also start summoning very frequent Meteor Swarms,
and at extremely high pace too. The chances of your party surviving is so low
I wouldn't bother reviving them until he has only 200 HP left. Just keep
going at it...
Hard & Mania Widdershin - Other than Eternal Finality, there's nothing
different about it. Do NOT engage him without at least
6K HP/1200 Def//9K HP/1600 Def respectively. Note also that in H/M, normal
mercenaries won't stand a speck of a chance, so you're soloing Widdles.
Tales characters won't help much unless they're L160, so if you're crazy enough
to do it, go ahead and level them that much. Unlike Normal, EF will hit for
insane damage, from 5k to even 8k if your defense isn't high enough.

First off: let's get something straight - if you're going to try beating VS 3
with a caster, you're going to DIE. Even more so on Hard/Mania. Don't ask me
for strategies with casters outside of 1 VS 1, because I don't have time nor
enough in-game resources to attempt this foolishness.
Secondly: When talking about VS 2 battles, I'm assuming you already beat the
VS 1 battles, and know enough to run when necessary. Don't even attempt
VS 2/3 until you've managed to clear the VS 1 battles. This is especially true
for low def people.
Third: LEARN YOUR HI-OUGI FIRST. This applies to all the VS 2/3 battles, and
will make your life a hell lot easier. Also, buy every single healing item
you can get: gummies, bottles, everything. Make Specifics and Treats if you
have the recipes. Steal them from the 1 VS 1s if you dare.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 VS 1
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Comments: Almost everyone's the same. The dangerous ones can cast spells,
but you can keep interrupting them with Majinken/long range skills. Run
around and make them miss their attacks, then wail on them. If you can't do
this much, don't bother going for the VS 2/3 battles.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 VS 2
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TAKE OUT ARCHE. Getting hit by higher spells isn't funny at all.
Chester is hardly a threat other than Toryuu, which interrupts you
for a long enough time for Arche to get Indignation off. Just keep
beating on Arche and following her wherever she runs, then finish
off Chester as you like.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Father & Son Hawks (VS Lloyd and Kratos)
親子鷹 (ロイド & クラトス)
Kratos -> Lloyd
Kratos is the main threat here, plus his heals aren't going to be
easy to interrupt, given the short cast time. Get his HP down to 7k
or so, then break out the Over Limit and Hi-Ougi his ass. Kill Lloyd
after you take out Kratos.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hunters (VS Reid and Chester)
狩人 (リッド & チェスター)
Chester -> Reid
Wait until Reid uses something big and laggy, then rush Chester.
His Toryuu is the only threat in this battle, so eliminate it if you
don't want to spend too much time blocking. Reid can be easily smoked.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Friendship (VS Genius and Lloyd)
友情 (ジーニアス & ロイド)
Genius -> Lloyd
Run around avoiding Lloyd, then wail on Genius the moment he starts
casting. Genius does jack crap against you with his physicals, so punish
him severely if he approaches you. The main threat is of course high lv
spells, so Genius must die. Lloyd is a piece of cake after that.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
While I would normally suggest taking out Rutee first because she has
recovery, it is a better idea to kill Leon instead, as he can get annoying
with Blackhole and frequent Graves. Overall, not hard at all. Watch for
Rutee casting First Aid and you should be fine.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Both Magic Knights, but not a big deal. Take out whichever you dislike.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Abyss (VS Luke & Tear)
深淵(ルーク&ティア)
Tear -> Luke
Take out Tear in case she heals. Easy stuff. All Tear's spells can be
outrun, so smack her whenever Luke misses.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Senel is much faster than Eugene, and has a whole array of KO moves,
so he's the obvious threat. Eugene has huge lag after activating an Ougi, so
take the chance to kill off Senel ASAP.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 VS 3
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New Collaboration (VS Arche and Chester and Reid)
異色!新コラボレーション(アーチェ&チェスター&リッド)
Arche -> Chester -> Reid
This is probably the 2nd hardest of them all. Arche must be taken out at all
costs, and Fencer/Ninja are you best bets. Run until Reid and Chester miss
their attacks, then rush Arche with Over Limit. Senkuureppa series is a good
choice, followed by Mougourengekiha and Meikuuzanshouken. Once Arche is down,
the fight becomes a hell lot easier. For ninjas, use
Shinzu Mekkyaku -> Eishuuzan -> Genmaretsuzanei or
Shinzu Mekkyaku -> Kienzan -> Kienrenkyaku -> Genmaretsuzanei
for best effects. Impossible with spell casters unless all your equipment
are stun-negate.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Outdoor Lesson of Hell (VS Refill and Lloyd and Genius)
地獄の課外授業(リフィル&ロイド&ジーニアス)
Genius/Refill -> Refill/Genius -> Lloyd
Like the name suggests, this battle takes you to Hell.
For Fencer/Ninja, take out Refill ASAP with Majinrengazan and Shinzu Mekkyaku
combos. If you see Genius casting, interrupt him ASAP. Don't bother killing
either before Refill, because she can Raise Dead immediately. Once her HP is
below 10k, Over Limit on and finish her off with your Hi-Ougi. Once that's
done, finish Genius and Lloyd quickly.
For Fighter/Kakutouka, you may want to take out Genius first, as the problem of
Raise Dead is NOWHERE near as serious as getting hit by one high lv spell.
After taking out Genius, focus on Refill - she won't cast First Aid on herself
anymore, as Raise Dead takes priority over FA. As long as you keep interrupting
her, this should be a fast battle.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Destiny (VS Stahn and Rutee and Leon)
デスティニー(スタン&ルーティ&リオン)
Rutee -> Stahn/Leon -> Leon/Stahn
Or
Stahn/Leon -> Rutee -> Leon/Stahn
Rutee can be extremely annoying with her area heal, but if you just kill Leon
or Stahn first WITHOUT HURTING RUTEE, she won't cast the heal.
After that, take out Rutee and then whoever is remaining. Once Over Limit is
filled, just keep spamming Majinrenga and Shinzu Mekkyaku. As a ninja, you
can probably take out Rutee first without hassle.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New Generations (VS Senel and Luke and Tear)
ニュージェネレーションズ(セネル&ルーク&ティア)
Senel/Luke -> Luke/Senel -> Tear
Interestingly, Tear is the only one who doesn't heal her allies. Not only is
her attack crap, her spells can all be outrun except for Nightmare. Magic
def whenever you see her cast Nightmare, then wail on Luke/Senel and kill them
first. It shouldn't be very hard, as they both have huge recovery lag. Senel
is the general threat, so take him first.

Explanation and Notes:
- Around the time after freeing Ailily, Kratos will talk to you about Radiants.
- Kratos will offer the Test (試金石) to see if you're worthy (VS R.Warrior).
- The Test will NOT give a Radiant, even though you kill the R.Warrior.
- From this time point on, once your class level hits 25+, the Radiant quests
will become available through the listed Tales characters (visit the guild in
their respective towns and keep shuffling quests until you hit them).
- You MUST complete the Test again to gather Radiants again in a New Game+.
- All Radiants have a basic level requirement of L40.
- You can collect multiple Radiants from all classes. Radiants do not have to
be thrown away to trigger a new Radiant (i.e. you can have more than one of
any Radiant) in a New Game+.
- One series of Radiants MUST be finished before another series can appear.
- Radiant Class-specific Titles will be awarded automatically upon completion.
- All Radiants are highlighted in brown.
- Like all Rare drops, only the % are variables. Enhance types will never
change.
- Currently observed maximum Atk+ is 128%
- Currently observed maximum Def+ is 64%
- You will be pitted solo against the same class as you are for Radiant battles
- The Test can be taken by 4 people in your party (mages rejoice)
- All Radiant enemies have the full skill set, except for the Hi-Ougi
- Well, I haven't ever seen them use it yet.
Any decent Warrior will know what to do. Good skill choices include Rekkuuzan,
Shishisenkou series and Majinken series. Keep your HP up in case an attack
misses and you get wall raped.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mage - Wait for cast -> Attack
The enemy mage is REALLY fast, and the spells hit for insane damage. Don't
engage in a cast contest unless you're sure you can get it off before it can.
Instead, just stand a a medium distance, and wait for it to cast. Move in and
whack it with your staff, then run away if it comes after you. Big spells are
extremely hard to avoid, and you can die blocking. Low level spells and normal
attacks are your best friends. (Fireball, Icicle, etc)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Monk - HAMMER CONNECT!! HAMMER HELL!! HAMMER HEAVEN!! HIKARI NI NAREEEEEEEEEE!!
Cast Piko/Piko Piko Hammer over and over and over again. That's it. Scream
Shishiou Guy's catchline if you can.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thief - Ox3 -> Souhajin -> Bakutotsu Shuugeki -> Zanjin Rengatotsu
Bombs, Bomb Rain, combos all work. Do whatever you like, really. You can win
this easily even with low levels. It's not because the thief class is
particularly strong, it's because the thief class is particularly weak =P
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hunter - Run, shoot, run, shoot, run...
Avoid Stargazer at all costs, and this should be easy enough.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fighter - Ox3 -> Shishisenkou series -> Throw techs
This should be easy enough with Crit Def.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bishop - See Mage
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fencer - Majinken Souga/Majinrengazan, repeat.
Run if it starts getting too close. I love that bonnet. It's so cute. The
armor is pretty cool looking too XD Unfortunately, the male helmet is
incredibly eww. It's like a new gen Megaman EXE helmet, except UGLY.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Magic Knight - Guard -> Counterattack, Akisazame against Casting
Another easy fight. Pound it when it gets close, then Akisazame when it starts
casting.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ninja - Kunaisen -> Eisouzan
Crit Def whenever it gets too close, then combo

Explanation and Notes:

throw away the old one before you can get a new Unique of the same name.
- All Uniques can be smithed/tailored, gotten from drops and chests.
- All Uniques and Radiants, only enhanced %s are variables. All Enhances are
FIXED.
!!IMPORTANT!!
- Atk/Def %+ are applied to the equipment, and then the player character.
- For those of you who didn't understand that... don't bother reading further.
- ONLY Atk/Def are applied this way. The others affect the player character
directly.
- Poison/Paralysis apply to PHYSICAL attacks only.
Bugs:
- Bows can only get Atk+ from drops and never from crafting.

Notes:
- Just because an ore is worth more doesn't mean it enhances better. Be sure
to use the older materials for the best effects you want.
- Try out different equipment. Just because it has the best def stat doesn't
mean it has the best enhance slots.
Note: I'm sorting quests by SERIES. If it's filed in the same section, it's the
same series. Some quests (or rather, all of them) may have different names
because I'm just translating from the JP version. Not happy? Deal with it.

Q: How can I get EX Maps?
A: There are some monsters that drop them, but rarely. The ones I can
recall are...
Other than that, you'll have to find them yourself... good luck.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: How can I unlock Hard/Mania?
A: Beat the game once, create a CLEAR save, and start the New Game+.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What else is unlocked with the clear save?
A: Bonus Sound Test tracks and carrying over everything (Gald, skills, etc)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What can I get from EX Maps?
A: Other than awesome EXP, you can get named items from a set [random],
examples include the Jet Boots from Gilgamesh set, Eternal Sword [ToP/ToS],
etc.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What's the best class/etc?
A: There isn't a best one, per se. I prefer the Fencer/Kenshi class over
everything else because it has Meikuuzanshouken >_>
The less fanboy-ish reason would be that it has the fastest penetration
attack (Majinrengazan), with good combo and is hard hitting. The Fencer
can also act independently regardless of what's happening. The penetration
aspect is important, as you NEED it to interrupt casters and enemies are
in the way.
Comparatively speaking, Magic Knight/Mahou Kenshi lacks high class Ougi
and spells can be easily interrupted by EX monsters without backup.
Thief has great hit-n-run, but the defense is so horridly low, you get
slaughtered in Hard/Mania without some really high class equipment.
Bishop is a great support class, but it's no good without a human
controlled tank as back up, and is easly interrupted.
Ninja deals decent damage, and is the only one on par with the Fencer.
Hell, if it wasn't for Meikuuzanshouken, I would use Ninja a lot more.
Fighter/Kakutouka has great KO moves that incapacitate the opponent,
but the range is much shorter than the Fencer. If a ranged enemy
hits you first and you get stunned, you're screwed.
Hunter is good for mid range support, but is easily taken out by swarms,
especially with high charge time shots like Taiga and Toryuu.
Warrior/Senshi is the other class that rivals the Fencer, but lacks
a fast acting penetration attack.
Overall, I just prefer to rush right in and let others back me up.
The good thing about a Fencer is that it can be both a close and
mid range class without sacrificing defense and cast/attack time.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: How do I trigger the Radiant quests?
A: Get all the way to Gavada, then back to Ailily and talk to Kratos until
he mentions the Radiant equipment. He will offer a quest as a test VS
Radiant Warrior (R Warrior).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: What's this about changing into a frog and chicken?
A: On any given EX Map, there's a small chance you'll meet the
Frog Warrior [カエル戦士], which drops the Frog Suit [カエルスーツ].
Though the LV Req and Def are 1, it turns you into a frog...
Similarly, you can meet the Chicken Warrior [チキン戦士], and get the
Chick Equipment [ピヨコ]... it's cute but useless...
Lastly, you can also get an Afro from the Bear Killer [ベアーキラー]...
NB: All these items come in 5 colors [A~E], so collect them all!
NB2: These can't be traded.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: How can I get the Gilgamesh set?
A: Defeat the Gold Knight (金剣士) in the EX dungeons, or the Tales characters.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: I want some chea-
A: I will not provide cheat codes, patches, saves, hacks, or ANYTHING
of similar nature, now or ever. If you can't play the the game like
anyone else, don't.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Can I at least download your mercenary? >.>
A: ... Yes. But it's JP only =P
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Hey! How come I don't see an attack/skill list in US names?
A: Go read Kiko's FAQ instead! It's pretty useful. Besides, I'm a purist, and
I HATE US names. Raging Demon Fang Beast Claw!! Sounds pretty clunky to me.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: How do I use a Hi-Ougi again?
A: First, master all of your current class' skills (use them 50 times). Once
you've accomplished that, you'll receive an in-battle message you learnt
a new skill. To use it:
Activate Over Limit (L+R), use an Ougi (e.g. Mougourengekiha), then press
O (Circle). Some say you have to hold it, but I always activate Meikuu
even if I just tap the button.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Holy crap this FAQ is LONG!
A: Sorry.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
