the top on is the current budget and and the second one is
the points You will LOSE at the end of EACH season .. Like
Salaries .. So be sure to have enough points to pay this
amount. When you have enough, a Blue light will show next
to your points instead of a red light .. which means it's ok
to get new players.

English Names in WE8 ( Loading the WE7i option file )

Many Said that they can't load their WE7i option file to this game ..
Here is a way ..
Play the <<< WE7i >>> game (make sure your game have the English names
so the game can either be a patched version or WE7i (NTSC/UC) which
have English names) .. then go to edit mode ..
all names are in English .. all you have to do is put a Jap character
infront of the players' name .. ( EX : Maldini # )
Save the option file .. then load the WE8 Game ..
Go to the options .. go to the Memory Card option ..
then Go to WE- Option File .. Go to the Load WE- Series Data ..
then load everything there .. and all names will show up in English but
with the Jap character that you added. You can either delete it .. or keep it
Some may choose to keep it, since a patch will be released sooner or later..
