    INTRODUCTION
o---------------------o

Waku Waku 7 is one of those obscure hits from Sunsoft that got a release for
the Neo Geo/NGCD and it introduced a few unique ideas that would be used by
other fighting games. Most notably, the Wire Attack in KOF2001 and KOF2002.

        TIPS
o---------------------o

Overheads are moves that hit opponents who are blocking low. Some special moves
hit overhead automatically but to do a manual overhead move just simply press
Punch + Kick to do a pseudo-aerial move that makes your character do a short
hop in the air or reach real high at attack as if the attack was from the air
which does hit low blocking opponets

Power Moves: Ever wonder where King of Fighters by SNK got its idea for a wire
attack in 2001 and 2002? This is one of the first games if not the first to use
this type of attack. This attack knocks the opponent across the screen and
they bounce off of it and are open for further punishment. Sometimes they
can be done with a powerful special move or pressing forward + B or D, or
forward, forward + B or D.

Waku Pow Bar is the bar on the bottom that enable you to execute super moves
called DokiDoki Attacks or HaraHara Attacks. In 2-player modes, you can hold up
to 7 Power Bars but in 1-player mode, you start off with 1 Power Bar then gain
an extra power bar when you defeat a CPU opponent and move on to the next
opponent.

If you played Darkstalkers, then you have an idea of what Waku ES specials are.
What you do is do a certain special move and press 2 Punches or 2 Kicks to
execute a more powerful version of the move.

DokiDoki Attacks are another kind of moves that started with Darkstalkers. We
say Darkstalkers because you almost had to be dead in Art of Fighting and
Fatal Fury 2 when you had to execute your super moves. When you have a bar
filled, you can execute your Doki Doki moves.

HaraHara Attacks are somewhat like DokiDoki Attacks except they take a while
to start but are unblockable and do mega damage. Press down, down + A + B/C + D
to
perform the HaraHara Attack. Requires 1 POW bar

Waku Super Power increases the damage you inflict with normal attacks and make
them behave like special attacks by inflicting damage on blocked opponents.
Press A + B+C + D to activate.
