Reason for this FAQ:
A while ago I was playing as Dandy-J when I had managed to
defeat Arina with one move. She had jumped into the air above
Dandy-J just as he finished his HaraHara. Arina had full health
and *BAM* she had zero health. I didn't think anyone had moves
that powerful and I was wrong. Intrigued, I set out to discover
the best HaraHara of the game.

Explanation of the numbers:
The damage numbers are all arbitrary. All I did to get them
was to take a screenshot and load it into Pixia and measure the
length of the health bar and measure the bars length in pixels.
The numbers are as they are only because of the resolution I
keep my desktop and emulator size at. I keep my desktop at
1024x768 and my emulator (WinKawaks) near 800x600.

In what kind of conditions did I do this?
All damage numbers come from a fresh game. My opponent had full
health and I only hit them with the HaraHara. Nothing else
happened. Just in case, all fights were against Bonus Kun.

What's this "Super Power" mean?
During my playing I had figured out that some HaraHara are
affected by going Super, but not all. In fact, most HaraHara
are not affected by going Super. The "Super Power" is the
damage inflicted by a Super HaraHara.

On to the numbers!

Note: Maximum Power is 319, that means instant win.

RAI______________________________________________________________
               HaraHara:       Bakurai Hurricane
               Power,          Total:          192
               Super Power:                    264

Rai's HaraHara is tough to avoid, and can pack quite a whollop.
Rai is lucky, as he is one of the few who can Super their move.

SLASH____________________________________________________________
               HaraHara:       Darkness Wind
               Power,          Wave:           201
                               Slash:          207
               Super Power:                    NA

Slash's Darkness Wind has two damage numbers, one for the wave
that he creates, and the other for his sword. An opponent can only
get hit by one or the other.

TESSE____________________________________________________________
               HaraHara:       Chou Denshi Eraser
               Power,          Total:          207
               Super Power:                    NA

Tesse's HaraHara is fairly average. Still, one of the coolest in
my opinion.

POLITANK-Z_______________________________________________________
               HaraHara:       Bikkuri Dokkiri Dan
               Power,          Total:          246
               Super Power:                    NA

Politank-Z has the absolute longest start up time, so long that
a Super will run out before the move starts.

MAURU____________________________________________________________
               HaraHara:       Miracle Voice
               Power,          Near:           240
                               Midrange:       207
                               Longrange:      276
               Super Power:                    NA

Mauru's Miracle Voice is a bit odd. Nearly impossible to avoid,
but a wide range of damage. Up close the Voice does good damage,
but the damage goes down if you are a fairly average distance away.
The Voice does the most damage at long ranges. The second highest
damage in the game (non-super). So, if you are the target of the
Voice, try to get fairly close to Mauru.

DANDY-J__________________________________________________________
HaraHara:       Tai Shoumetsu Ryuushi Kasoku Ken
               Power,          Fist:           216
                               Edge:           195
                               1/4-Beam:       303
                               Mid-Beam:       MAX
               Super Power,    Fist:           315
                               Edge:           NA
                               Beam:           MAX

Dandy-J's HaraHara is the most powerful in the game, but extremely
limited. Very, very short range, but nice start up time. Your
opponents can get hit in 4 different ways: by Dandy-J's fist,
the edge of the beam, about 1/4 of the way into the beam, or the
middle of the beam (God forbid!). To get in the beam your opponent
has to be in the air above Dandy-J. It is VERY tough to get your
opponent caught in the middle of the beam, but it is worth it.
This move is the only one in the game that can defeat an opponent
with one move (non-super). Dandy-J's HaraHara is also one of the
few that can be supered. If you get the First Hit in a match with a
Super HaraHara and hit your opponent with your fist, you get
98 powers and 505000 points. Wow.

ARINA____________________________________________________________
               HaraHara:       Arina Special
               Power,          Total:          192
                               Single:         48
               Super Power     Total:          264
                               Single:         72

Arina's HaraHara has a max of 4 hits, pretty widely spaced out. In
light of this, I've included the power of each hit. A Super Arina
Special is a bit different, the 4 hits don't do the same damage.
Arina's HaraHara does fairly low damage. Supered, it does a lot.

BONUS KUN________________________________________________________
               HaraHara:       Shou Shin Bomber
               Power,          Total:          126
               Super Power,    Total:          NA

Bonus Kun has the worst HaraHara, but it is one of the funniest.

FERNANDEZ________________________________________________________
               HaraHara:       Korogaru Death
               Power,          Total:          267
                               Single:         33
               Super Power,    Total:          MAX
                               Single:         48

Fernandez's Korogaru Death does the third most damage (non-super).
I've included the damage from a single hit, since it's possible
to not get completely caught in the move. This HaraHara has a maximum
of 9 hits. The damage from each hit isn't the same, so that is an
approximation.
