1. Introduction
=================
This is my character guide for Hatto Hanzo (Hanzo Hattori, if you prefer the
americanized version.) of Samurai Warriors. The guide was made to help other
people use and max out Hattori Hanzo. I chose to do Hanzo because it was the
first character my friend and I got the fifth weapon for. Everything in the
guide comes from my personal experience with the game, and everything listed
within the guide has been done by my friend and myself. In this guide is a
backround of the real Hattori Hanzo. After that is how you get Hanzo. Then comes
his story mode guide, followed by what all of his missions are. Then is his
weapon list, which lists his first through fifth weapons and also how to obtain
the fifth weapon. Following that is his starting and maxed statistics.
Then is all the legal mumble jumble, thanks, and how to get in contact with me.

3. Unlocking
=================
Hattori Hanzo is a very hard character to unlock. You open your Playstation 2,
get past the horridly difficult intro movie and beginning menus, and then select
a play mode of your choice. In other words, Hattori Hanzo is one of the five
starting characters.

Complete Mission 1, Tokugawa enters Ise Shrine.
M4: Obediance

randomly got it before. It probably is triggered when you get to a certain
point.
M5: Subterfuge
Eliminate the task force!
Mission 4 success.
M6: Beckoning
Allow Tadatsugu Sakai to join up with Ieyasu!
The mission FAQ says to complete mission 5, but again, I did not complete that
and still triggered this mission. My guess, again, is that it is triggered when
Tokugawa gets to a certain point.
M7: Compatriots
Allow all forces to escape into Nagonoura Harbor!
This is triggered by all other generals surviving and completing all other
missions.
~So far it has proved impossible to complete this mission for myself~

How to obtain: The Battle of Mikatagahara. You must defeat Nobushige Oyamada
(northwest general) and then protect your generals from the Takeda army. If
a general dies, or the Crane (I believe) formation collapses, you cannot get
the item. The easiest way to do this is to have a second player (level 20) kill
all the generals besides Shingen. Also, you must not miss the officer that does
not appear in the map but usaully attacks Kazumasa Takigawa. This officer is
one of Shingen's officer but was constantly the reason that the Crane formation
would fall, in my personal experience. After this, you take the western most
pass and use the Ninja route. Open using it, you will be given a task to seal
all the gates, which you must do. Then the supply team appears at the southeast
corner of the map and moves westword. Defeat the captain for the weapon.

9. Thanks
===================
- To Koei, for taking their already great Dynasty Warriors franchise and taking
a risk to put it in ancient Japan.
- To Ceej and everyone that works to keep GameFAQs running, for...well, keeping
GameFAQs running.
- To EChang, for his wonderful FAQs, mainly the Level 5 Weapon FAQ I used to
acquire Hanzo's fifth. His flowchart was also very useful for getting both
endings.
- To The Left Wings, even though I just noticed his Mission FAQ now, I plan to
use it immediatly! ^.^
- To my friend Mat, for helping me get some of the more frustrating weapons and
items.
