One of the quests will ask you to visit the seven capitals of the regions.

Chang An
"So this is where the first Emperor built his dynasty. Someday, I, too, wish to
build my own!"

Chen Liu
"The city that the great Xin Ling Jun loved back during the Warring States was
somewhere around here, then."

Ji
"This is the land of Yue Yi, the great warrior of Yan who led his small country
to defeat Qi. He is an inspiration to all who fight today."

Jiang Ling
"We must never repeat the mistake of the land of Chu, where corruption led to
the exile of its most loyal minister, Quan Yu."

Ping Yuan
"Standing here in the land of Meng Chang Jun inspires me to be faithful to my
fellow man and earn the respect of others just as he did."

Xu Chang
"Once upon a time, Zhang Liang poured his whole heart into building the Han
Dynasty here. There is much to be learned from his determination."

Ye
"So, this where King Wuling first taught his men to ride... To think there was
a time before men rode horses!"
