1. Introduction

==============
This is my first Guide, so don't complain if it is not the best.

This guide will help you complete the Qwarktastic
battle on Annihilation Nation. The battle is explained
in detail in section 3. Read section 2 first, as it
contains information about this battle and
the requirements to unlock it.

If you have a Qwarktastic Battle related
questions, comments, or suggestions, please
email me at: wolstech (at) Gmail (dot) com
Just be sure to provide your Name, and the
comment, and make sure the subject is
something RC3 related or the mail may be
deleted without being read.

==============

2. About the battle

==============

The Qwarktastic Battle is the most challenging battle
on Annihilation Nation. To access it, you must
have completed planet Daxx and the "Championship
Bout II" Challenge. It consists of 100 rounds of arena action
with bosses at rounds 50 and 100. You will be tested
on your arena skills. If you played RC2 and did
the impossible challenge, you may be spoiled, as this
is way harder. You will deal with robots shooting
blue lasers at your feet, enemies with whips and
swords, and ninjas, as well as the bosses. Get ready
to play for at least 15-45 minutes (for me it took
about a half hour, not including my failed
attempts). Read below to begin.

==============

3. The battle itself

==============

=================
Weapons and gadgets
=================
The following weapons and gadgets are recommended.
These will be discussed throughout the guide, so it is
best you have them. Version needed will be shown
if upgrades are needed. Names in parentheses are
the non-upgraded Names (weapons with a version
lower than 5). All V5 or better weapons should be
upgraded to V8 if you are playing in challenge mode.

Weapons:

Shock Cannon
N90 Hurricane (N60 Storm) (Optional)
Nitro Eruptor (Nitro Launcher) - V5+
Vortex Cannon (Suck Cannon) - V5+ recommended
Tempest (Spitting Hydra)  - V3+
Agents of doom - V2+
Tesla Barrier (Shield Charger) (REQUIRED!)
Heavy Bouncer (Bouncer) - V5+
Megaturret Glove (Miniturret Glove) - V5+
Liquid Nitogen Gun (Lava Gun V5) (Optional)
Rynocerator (Optional, Challenge Mode only)
(Holoshield Glove) (Optional) - V4+

Gadgets:

PDA
Charge Boots (Optional)

Other:
Lots of bolts!

==================
Fighting General enemies
==================
This explains how to fight the various
enemies found in the Challenge.

Men with swords and Whips
=====================
These are one of the most annoying
enemies next to ninjas. Just stay back
when they swing their sword or whip.
As soon as then stop swinging
their whip, blast them.

Robots with spike hands and laser cannons
================================
These robots will either swing at you
with spike hands or shoot lasers. Please
note that there are two different bots,
one shoots lasers and the other has
spike hands. These bots will follow you,
you do not need to worry about the
spiked ones as much as the lasers.
To deal with the laser bots, back away
from them or run. Dodging the lasers is
possible as well. To kill, stand out of range of the bot
and use a powerful gun like the Shock
cannon or throw Nitro at them.

Ninjas
========
These will kill you in a matter of hits! You
must always be fast when running from
ninjas as they move just as fast as you.
If they stop flipping when chasing you,
IMMEDIATELY MOVE AWAY, AND FAST!
Standing there will result in him removing
a chunk of health with his sword. To Kill,
after moving away from him use a powerful
weapon to exterminate him. It may take
multiple cycles of flipping and dodging
him to kill him.

The Battle
========

==========
Round Types
==========

Regular Rounds
============
Regular Rounds, you will see enemies. A
good way to kill them fast is to use the
nitro eruptor or the Ryno if you have it.
Each round begins when a new set of
enemies is released on to the field. It
ends when that set of enemies has
been killed.

Timed Rounds
===========
These are no different then the regular
rounds, except you only have a few
seconds to do it (usually about 20). A
clock will be shown in the corner near
the round counter. If the clock hits
zero, you will fail and will be required to
re-start the whole battle from round 1.
A quick way to kill the enemies is to
throw Nitro Bombs (Nitro Eruptor) everywhere.
Be sure to use the PDA after this.

Sleeping gas rounds
===============
These rounds are also similar to regular
rounds. The only difference is your
health will slowly drain until the end of the
sleeping gas period. If it hits zero, you
die like always. If you finish without it
reaching zero, the health that was drained
by the gas is returned.

Cycling weapons
=============
These rounds are regular rounds where
your gun changes randomly every few shots.
Use all ammo to your advantage, as this ammo
does NOT come out of your ammo count. If you
hate a certain gun, shoot it at no target until it
changes to a new one.

==================
The turret in the middle
==================
On some rounds, a big turret will appear in the center
of the arena and shoot at you. Don't waste ammo
because it cannot be destroyed. Just run around the
arena when it is shooting. When it stops, turn around,
throw a Nitro, turn back and keep running. Repeat as
needed to kill enemies.

======
Bosses
======

Gary & Helen
==========
By now, you have probably already fought these two
and know what to expect. This information will
be added in a future release. The weapons to use, etc.
are in the Battle Plan (Section 4).

Scorpio
==========
Again, you have probably fought him by now and
know what to do. The weapons to use, etc. are
in the Battle Plan (Section 4).
