Introduction
+--------------+

"Hourglass of Summer" is a DVD-Interactive game that can be played on most DVD
players. It is pretty much a "Choose your own adventure" anime style graphic
novel. There is a limited, revolving set of about 200 still pictures that are
shown as you play to give you a sense of the action. These are not enough to
depict what is going on, like in a real anime. Written text is displayed
instead, the game being essentially like a book.

The DVD-player version of "Hourglass of Summer" is also fully voiced, by high
profile Japanese anime voice actors. I don't know if the same holds for the
versions of this game available for other platforms.

This game is probably somewhat typical of a large class of games in Japan,
called Bishoujo games, because the storyline in most or all of these games
involves being a male character who goes around talking to girls. Nearly all of
these games also contain hentai pictures (if you don't know what that means go
look it up yourself). There is no hentai in this game though.

In Japan there are many thousands of Bishoujo games for all platforms. Recently
a tiny handful of these games have begun to be released in America. This is the
first Bishoujo game I have ever played so I am still new to the genre.

Games of this type have potential for future development and will probably
become more common in America eventually. They are similar to RPGs without the
fighting. I guess such games could be called adventure games, like the Space
Quest and King's Quest series of old, but there don't seem to be many nowadays.
A lot of these games are also based upon anime. For example, I think there are
several Love Hina games of the hybrid Bishoujo/RPG genre. When anime in the US
becomes popular enough, the anime Bishoujo games will follow.

The biggest problem with Bishoujo games is that they have only still graphics
which is not good enough. The drawing quality is very high though. Bishoujo
games generally contain the best-looking anime style drawings you can find
anywhere; they are essentially the frontier of anime art development.

Nevertheless, I think more Bishoujo games should start to also include RPG
style walking-around graphics, even if you are automatically controlled. With
more involving graphics, and good stories, I think these types of story games
can become more successful. Even without hentai or dating-orientated themes.

Questions and Answers
+-----------------------+

Q: What is the Japanese name of this game?
A: In Japanese it is called "Natsuiro no Sunadokei" with various spellings. It
literally translates as "Hourglass of Summer Colors".

Q: What other versions of this game are there?
A: There was originally a PS2 version, that can't be run on DVD players. There
is also a PC version, released half a year after the PS2 version, which has
hentai pictures added in. These other versions have not been translated into
  English.

Nearly always, non-hentai Bishoujo games are originally hentai games for PC
that had the hentai parts stripped out for a more general audience. This is
the case for all of Hirameki's other USA releases. Hourglass of Summer went
in the reverse order, which is rare. Some fans say that this game was thus
honestly meant to be pure and hentai-free. Though I have not seen the PC
version myself, I do not completely believe that. It does not seem like
anything is missing or removed from the DVD game, but the hentai activities
that take place in the PC version of Hourglass of Summer don't seem totally
out of place to me either.

The PC version of "Natsuiro no Sunadokei" is produced by a company called
  Berries, not Princess Soft.

Q: How much space is actually used on the DVD?
A: Exactly 7,830,151,168 bytes, or roughly 8 gigs. This is a dual layer DVD.

Q: Why does this game need so much space? The graphics are mostly stills and
rarely move. Seems like all the graphics in the whole game could be stored,
even uncompressed, in 200 megabytes or less.
A: Quite possibly this is indeed how the graphics are stored in the PS2 and PC
versions. However, a DVD player is not a very intelligent machine. It is too
dumb to know how to intelligently access the right girl picture when needed,
and superimpose it on the right background picture. Essentially, someone
playing the real PS2 or Dreamcast game was videotaped and movie files were
made of the whole game. That is why the DVD player version is so huge.

Q: Does that mean the pictures in the DVD player version are of lower, MPEG2
compressed quality than compared to the original PS2 game?
A: It appears to me that the still pictures you see as you play this game are
completely uncompressed, or at worst compressed with no visible loss. This
is possible because the graphics are stored at an extremely low frame rate,
such as 1 frames a second, or 0 frames a second, since the pictures are
mostly still. Nevertheless, since everything is movie files, the same
revolving set of about 200 pictures is redundantly re-recorded again and
again throughout the game, resulting in horrendous wastage of disk space.

Q: What about the audio? Being fully voiced, won't that take a lot of space?
A: Indeed it does. I stripped the entire game DVD of the audio information to
check the file size. All the audio is encoded in 192 kbits/s, stereo AC3
files. AC3 is a compression format, just like MP3 is, but is based on a
different algorithm. This is the standard format and bitrate used in all
DVD titles. It turns out all the audio in this game comes out to a grand
total of exactly 2,374,034,688 bytes in AC3 files, roughly 2.5 gigs.

Q: How many hours of audio does that correspond to?
A: 192 kbits/s = 24 kbytes/s = 24576 bytes/s.
  2,374,034,688 bytes divided by 24576 bytes/s = 26 hours and 50 minutes.

Q: Wow, is this game that long?
A: Yes, this game is LONG. Play it and you will see. If you see each unique
sequence once, it is like watching an anime that is 26 hours long!! Not a
bad deal for $29.99, even though the pictures don't move. In actuality,
beating the game with one of the five good endings probably takes 12 hours
or so. Still, that means beating the game five times to see all the endings
  might take around 60 hours!

Q: How do I save my progress, with a DVD player?
A: To make up for a lack of save ability, you are given 8-letter passwords as
the game progresses. During any time as you are playing, press Menu on your
DVD remote (or do the equivalent thing for your DVD device) to pause the
game and see a password for your current game state. Some letters in the
password correspond to game state flags; in other words "saved" information
about your important earlier decisions. The rest of the letters correspond
to what point in the storyline you are at. Passwords are not unique and have
a lot of redundancy in them, but the same password will always work the same
for everyone. This Walkthrough provides a good, continuous set of passwords
that can be used if you like. But if you want to make your own decisions,
you should make your own passwords.

Typing in a random, guessed password is not likely to be valid and won't do
anything. But mistyping a letter in a password that does work, is fairly
likely to still work, but might do crazy things. It is best to type in your
  passwords very carefully.

Q: I still don't have that long to waste. What do I do?
A: Follow this Walkthrough. If you answer all the key questions optimally and
remember a few passwords at key branch points, you can avoid repeating the
same scenarios and quickly see all five good endings. You might be able to
finish all endings in 20 hours.

Q: What reward do I get for reaching a good ending?
A: You get various special Extra Passwords which let you see the pictures used
in the game whenever you want. Not too rewarding. I suspect the true premise
of most Bishoujo games is to get to see the hentai pictures whenever you
want. However, there are none in this game. Your main reward for pursuing a
good ending is to enjoy the storyline as you reach it.

In all honesty, I did not fully realize what kind of a game this was until
I first won. Only when the game showed me Kaho pictures, did I realize I had
only "won with Kaho". I had been focusing only on doing what I thought would
keep my friends alive, not chasing after a particular girl, which is what
you are supposed to do, sort of.

Q: Which takes more DVD space, the audio or the pseudo-still pictures?
A: It is roughly 50/50. When I compared each AC3 file I ripped with the VOB it
came out of, the percentages that were audio were 59%, 48%, 49%, 51%, 54%,
  54%, and 48%.

Q: 2.5 gigs audio + 2.5 gigs pictures = 5 gigs. Where did the other 3 gigs go?
A: Mostly, they are in the full-motion video sequences in this game. Namely,
the game intro, the anime intro, all the different possible ending credits,
and the main menu screens with the blinking girls. Even though these
sequences are cheesily made from the same still pictures, they are fully
animated and recorded as full-motion high-quality DVD video. I did not
include the VOBs that contain these videos in the percentages written above.

Q: What are some good related products to this game?
A: Here are some that I know of. There are more out there.

Natsuiro no Sunadokei Sound Collection, SCDC-00186
  --------------------------------------------------
released on 6/5/02, 2940 yen retail
  -----------------------------------
Soundtrack to this game. Contains 31 tracks of BGM, identical to the ones in
the soundtest option of the DVD game, minus the vocal intro song. Contains
the full length 5:17 minute version of the vocal ending song instead of the
short version. Sound quality is better than in the DVD game soundtest option
for two reasons. One, there is no AC3 compression. Two, the sampling rate is
  CD-quality 44100 Hz instead of the AC3-standard 48000 Hz. Normally 48000 Hz
is better quality, but the original music was mastered at 44100 Hz for this
game, so the best quality is when the sampling rate matches. Certain BGM
tracks, most notably Kaho's theme song, contain obvious, audible artifacts
in the DVD-player version. These are due to poorly done digital resampling.
Other BGM tracks do not have these artifacts, so they could have either been
digitally resampled carefully, or analog resampled. I doubt that these songs
were digitally remastered at 48000 Hz, which would result in sound quality
  that is superior to CD.

Since I am a quality nut, I bought this CD, even though I had already ripped
the AC3 music tracks out of the DVD game soundtest option. I keep both the
DVD-rip tracks and CD tracks on my hard disk as 256 kbits/s mp3s.

This CD is very easy to find and buy online. Many import sites have it.

I don't know how the music and/or possibly speech is stored on the PS2 or PC
versions. If anyone knows, please contact me.

Natsuiro no Sunadokei Visual Sound Fan Book, ISBN4-7577-1444-0
  --------------------------------------------------------------
released on 4/7/03, 2800 yen retail
  -----------------------------------
Excellent guide book for the PC version of the game. Lots of pictures and a
nicely mapped walkthrough. No summaries of the story; I think no one else
except me would bother. Terrific information, though it is all in Japanese.

Also comes with the Natsuiro no Sunadokei Remix Soundtrack inside the book.
Contains 9 tracks: a remix of the vocal ending song; piano solos of Kaho's
theme, Mana's theme, Tomomi's theme, and the menu song; and guitar solos of
Ai's theme, Lee Jane's theme, the bad end, and happy end songs. Not that
interesting to listen to, but it's sort of free since the guide book is the
  main item.

I did not use this book to write my Walkthrough, but I did purchase it
afterwards and have used it as a comparison. I have also used it for game
credits information and to describe some of the extra things that happen in
the PC version of this game.

This item is harder to find. I bought mine from www.amazon.co.jp website.
Unfortunately the website is all in Japanese and impossible to navigate
without Japanese characters installed on your system. Typing "Natsuiro" in
the search boxes doesn't work. You need to type in real Japanese characters
which I do not know how to do. Someone had to help me order this. Maybe the
ISBN number can be used to help search out this item.

Natsuiro no Sunadokei PS2 game, regular edition, SLPM-65136
  -----------------------------------------------------------
released on 5/30/02, 6800 yen retail
  ------------------------------------
The original PS2 game. I don't own a PS2, so I have no interest in this.

Natsuiro no Sunadokei PS2 game, limited edition, SLPM-65125
  -----------------------------------------------------------
released on 5/30/02, 7800 yen retail
  ------------------------------------
The original PS2 game. Also comes with a drama CD which contains some voice
drama tracks that I don't care about. However, the CD also contains the full
length, karaoke, and normal length versions of the intro song. I am very
interested in these three intro song music tracks but do not know of any
other CD that can be purchased separately that contains them.

This item is hard to find. It is out of print since it was a limited edition
product. It is also very expensive so I am reluctant to buy it just for the
CD. If anyone knows how I can obtain these 3 songs (sending me WAV files or
256 kbits/s mp3, informing me of a different CD that has these songs, or
telling me of a website where I can buy the PS2 limited edition game) please
contact me. I will be very grateful. :)

  Natsuiro no Sunadokei PC game
  -----------------------------
released on 1/24/03, 5000 yen retail
  ------------------------------------
I probably am not interested in it, but I still do not know very much about
it so I can't be sure. I can't navigate Japanese websites well, so I do not
know for certain of a place to buy this. I think I saw this product at
www.amazon.co.jp as well, but am not sure if they were actually selling it.

  Natsuiro no Sunadokei OAV
  -------------------------
Two episode OAV anime series of Hourglass of Summer. No hentai, just regular
anime. If you want to watch it just be patient, it will probably be released
here soon. Everything releases nowdays. From the pictures I've seen of it
though, it does not look very impressive.

  Natsuiro no Sunadokei OAV soundtrack
  ------------------------------------
I have no interest in this at present, having not yet seen the show. The OAV
soundtrack is very easy to find online.

If you want to contact me, either post on the Gamefaqs "Hourglass of Summer"
forum, or search out my contributor information at Gamefaqs and e-mail me. I
welcome any corrections or information. If anyone wants to give me things, that
is good too. :)

How to read the Walkthrough
+-----------------------------+

For the most part, "Hourglass of Summer" has a linear storyline, so I was able
to write the Walkthrough from top to bottom, even with all the descriptions of
the results of your choices. Most of the choices in the game only temporarily
affect what happens, and the storyline quickly reconverges afterwards. But
there are 5 points within the Main Plot at which the story may branch off in a
totally different direction, one for each of the 5 girls, so these are put into
Character Ending Path subsections. There are also multiple points at which you
can "lose", the results of which are put into the Bad Endings subsection.

I have labeled the importance of individual decisions as follows:

Decision - Inconsequential decision. Only temporarily affects what happens, or
is said next, for a little while.

Useful Decision - Relatively inconsequential to the overall plot path, but
important enough to set a flag in the password. In other
words, your choice is "remembered" for a while, and has an
effect on minor events in the future.

Or, may not set any flags, but has rewarding immediate
results...usually showing you a unique picture of some kind.

KEY Decision - Has a direct impact on your ability to branch into the 5 various
Character Ending Paths, by setting a flag in the password.

HUGE Decision - A crucial decision that will send you down a particular
               Character Ending Path.

Or, a crucial decision that must inevitably eliminate certain
Character Ending Paths to retain the possibility of others.

CRITICAL Decision - A crucial decision, failure of which to respond correctly
may cause you to lose the game.

Determining which decisions are in fact KEY, HUGE, or CRITICAL can be very
difficult. However, I have spent countless hours methodically testing which
decisions are key. Also, beginning with later versions of this document, I was
able to compare my Walkthrough with the one in Natsuiro no Sunadokei Visual Fan
Book. They were totally consistent with each other; almost perfectly identical
in mapping the key decisions. So you can be assured the key decisions in this
Walkthrough are identified correctly. Any other source that differs is almost
certainly incorrect.

I have also drawn arrows next to the decisions I think are best. The passwords
supplied throughout this Walkthrough correspond to these decisions.

I used <-- for Decisions and Useful Decisions and <== for the rest.

To show which decisions are best for going into alternate Character Ending
Paths I use {== if necessary, until the path branches off.

I have tried very hard to make this Walkthrough readable and understandable to
someone who has not even seen this game. The game is like a book, after all.
Plus, the game itself is stupendously long, and most people won't have time to
view all possible paths. So you can read my Walkthrough and know exactly what
happens in them, without actually having to do them yourself. The game is so
long, some people won't even want to finish one path. I think my Walkthrough is
sped up about 100x from the actual game, while still retaining all necessary
information to know the story, because the actual game is paced very slowly and
is filled with redundant small-talk.

The only background story information useful to know is that you are Makimura
Kotaro, a sophomore in high school. Note that in Japan the school system is
different; this corresponds to being in the 11th grade in America.

*Game Intro plays*
------------------
The cheesy game introduction makes it kind of obvious what sort of game this
is. The five main girls are introduced.

7/14, one week before summer break - Title 21, Chapter 18 - AMCXZDFF
--------------------------------------------------------------------
You wake up, go outside, and get ready to go to school on your bike. Your next
door neighbor, Seno Ai, runs outside at the same time and asks you to wait for
her.

Decision - Title 21, Chapter 2 - USLXZQVF
-----------------------------------------
* Wait - Title 21, Chapter 19 <--

You let Ai get on the back of your bike and ride to school. Once there, you
meet your good friend, Tokieda Takeshi, who is in the Boxing Club with you. You
head onward to class.

* Go ahead - Title 21, Chapter 20
---------------------------------
You leave Ai behind and ride to school. You meet your good friend, Tokieda
Takeshi, who is in the Boxing Club with you, along the way. He hops on your
bike so that he won't be late.

At school - Title 21, Chapter 21
--------------------------------
Serizawa Kaho, president of the Drama Club, whom you worship, is introduced.
Later, Yanagihara Tomomi, the Biology teacher, scolds you and Takeshi for
having low test scores, then leaves.

Decision - Title 21, Chapter 3 - WFLXZYIK
-----------------------------------------
* She probably doesn't have a boyfriend...... - Title 21, Chapter 22
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Takeshi agrees.

* She's probably cute if she took off her glasses - Title 21, Chapter 23 <--
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Takeshi disagrees.

After school - Title 21, Chapter 24
-----------------------------------
You, Takeshi, and Ai go to Paradise Cafe, a fast-food diner. You discuss your
strategy for introducing yourself to Kaho.

Decision - Title 21, Chapter 4 - NSCXZSYD
-----------------------------------------
* Run into in the hallway - Title 21, Chapter 25
------------------------------------------------
You suggest "accidentally" bumping into Kaho in the hallway, hopefully getting
her to fall for you when you romantically pick her up. Takeshi thinks this is a
bad idea. Ai doesn't think it will work either.

* Giver a bouqet of flowers - Title 21, Chapter 26 <--
--------------------------------------------------
Ai likes this idea, but Takeshi thinks it is a bad idea.

Going home - Title 21, Chapter 27
---------------------------------
You ask Ai to introduce you to Kaho, since they are classmates. She seems
reluctant, but you beg her and she agrees. You walk home as always, pushing
your bike up the hill to your house. Ai walks with you, but you realize you
forgot something at Paradise Cafe and head back alone. As night falls and you
are walking home, you realize you are being followed.

KEY Decision - Title 21, Chapter 5 - OIZXZYMD
---------------------------------------------
* Find out identity - Title 21, Chapter 28 <==
------------------------------------------
You turn to chase after the stalker, who runs. The person is wearing a hat,
sunglasses, and a trenchcoat. You catch up to the person on your bike, who
lets out a girlish scream. In your surprise, you crash into her, and a strange
luminous, scented powder she was carrying spills all over you. While you are
distracted, the girl suddenly disappears.

You MUST select this option to keep Lee Jane's path open.

 KEY Decision - Title 21, Chapter 6
 ----------------------------------
 * Find and complain - Title 21, Chapter 30 <==
 ------------------------------------------
You search for the girl, but cannot find her. You head home.

You MUST select this option to keep Lee Jane's path open.

 * ......go home - Title 21, Chapter 31
 --------------------------------------
 You head home.

* Run away - Title 21, Chapter 29
---------------------------------
You nervously continue walking home. The footsteps eventually stop, but when
you reach your house, a person wearing a hat, sunglasses, and a trenchcoat
suddenly leaps out. Surprised, she lets out a girlish scream. In your surprise,
you crash into her, and a strange luminous, scented powder spills all over you.
Panicking, you run into your house.

At home - Title 21, Chapter 32
------------------------------
You take a shower and are able to wash off most of the glowing powder. After
dinner, Ai comes over to play videogames, though she sucks. Eventually, Ai goes
home. As you fall asleep, you smell the powder again. A kaleidoscope of crazy
colors fills your vision...

9/1, the future - Title 21, Chapter 33 - GALOAQFY
-------------------------------------------------
You wake up late and rush to school alone. When you get there, the school seems
deserted. You wander around, and eventually Takeshi finds you. He seems a bit
awkward, and asks you if you are okay. You don't know what he is talking about.
He tells you that everyone is meeting in the gym for the ceremony on the first
day of school. Confused, you notice that the date on the blackboard is written
as 9/1, then head to the gym.

At the meeting, you notice that Ai seems unwell. Kaho does not seem to be in
attendance, either. The school principal says something about an accident, and
some girls start to cry. You realize that something is wrong. You notice that
your teacher Tomomi is in bandages and seems severely injured. After the
meeting, Ai approaches you and cries, saying that she should have died instead
of Kaho. From what she and Takeshi say, it seems that Kaho somehow became your
girlfriend during the summer break, but on the last day of summer, she got in a
fatal accident on her way to meeting with you. Overwhelmed, everything starts
to spin and you faint. Again, you notice the smell and see the crazy lights...

*Anime Intro plays* - Title 21, Chapter 34
------------------------------------------
The real introduction to this game plays, now that the story has been set up.
This one is really nice, and has a terrific song too. Unfortunately there is no
direct password to see it, so put in the previous password and hit Next on your
DVD player when you feel like watching it. Or, skip directly to Title 21,
Chapter 34 if your DVD player lets you.

7/29, date with Kaho - Title 21, Chapter 35 - WAROAMQD
------------------------------------------------------
You wake up at noon, and check the calendar. It says 7/29, and also has a note
scribbled on it -- 1:30, in front of train station, the fountain square.

Date with Kaho - Title 21, Chapter 36
-------------------------------------
Kaho meets you at the fountain square when you show up. You go to the pet shop
together, where she buys bird food. Next you go to Paradise Cafe, where she
orders an iced tea. Your cell phone rings. You don't recognize the number.

Useful Decision - Title 21, Chapter 7 - LACOAKIV
------------------------------------------------
* Pick it up - Title 21, Chapter 37
-----------------------------------
Tomomi is on the phone. She sounds frightened, but you don't seem to know much,
so she hangs up.

* Ignore it - Title 21, Chapter 38 <--
----------------------------------
You turn off your cell phone. Kaho asks you what your cell phone ring tone
music is from.

 Decision - Title 21, Chapter 8
 ------------------------------
 * Song from a television hero show - Title 21, Chapter 39
 ---------------------------------------------------------
Your cell phone music plays. Kaho doesn't recognize it.

 * Newest pop - Title 21, Chapter 40
 -----------------------------------
Your cell phone music plays. Kaho doesn't recognize it.

 * hit from movie - Title 21, Chapter 41 <--
 ---------------------------------------
Your cell phone music plays. Kaho doesn't recognize it.

note: The actual cell phone music in the DVD player version of this game is
the same regardless of your choice. You probably get to determine it in the
 console versions.

Date with Kaho - Title 21, Chapter 42
-------------------------------------
Back at the fountain square, Kaho gives you her necklace. She says you have the
other one in the set, and she wants the pair to be together. You don't know
what she is talking about, but accept the necklace anyway. You separate and go
home. On the way, the same mysterious woman in the trenchcoat appears.

KEY Decision - Title 21, Chapter 9 - ZUCOADVV
---------------------------------------------
* Capture and complain! - Title 21, Chapter 43 <==
----------------------------------------------
You try to grab her, but she screams and runs off.

You MUST select this option to keep Lee Jane's path open.

* Creepy, so run away - Title 21, Chapter 44
--------------------------------------------
You leave her alone and go home.

At home - Title 21, Chapter 45
------------------------------
You go to sleep, and see the colors once again.

7/15, return to normal time - Title 21, Chapter 46 - CUZRAUVF
-------------------------------------------------------------
You rush off to school, taking Ai with you on your bike. Ai says she will talk
to Kaho for you today. You go separate ways. Later, you see Kaho, and call out
to her accidentally. In a panic, you give her a textbook and ask her to return
it to Ai. As she takes the book from your hand, you panic and drop it. As you
bend down to pick it up, your backpack opens up and all your stuff comes out.
Kaho starts helping you pick everything up, when she notices the necklace you
are wearing. She says that it is the same as hers, and explains that it was
once part of a set of two. Later, you reflect upon what is happening to you,
and decide to tell someone about it.

Decision - Title 21, Chapter 10 - GURRAUKI
------------------------------------------
* Talk to Ai - Title 21, Chapter 47 <--
-----------------------------------
You think Ai is more likely to believe you and go to see her. But before you
can speak, Ai gives you back your textbook. Then you remember how sad she was
on September 1st. You decide not to tell her after all.

* Talk to Takeshi - Title 21, Chapter 48
----------------------------------------
You tell Takeshi you are bouncing back and forth through time. He doesn't
believe you, and tells you to go tell Tomomi, who is a supernatural phenomenon
freak.

PE teacher shows up - Title 21, Chapter 49
------------------------------------------
The Physical Education teacher shows up to get Takeshi for an athletics meeting
to decide what the various clubs will do during the summer. Neither you nor
Takeshi want to meet for Boxing Club during the summer, but the teacher begins
dragging Takeshi off.

Decision - Title 21, Chapter 11 - HUCRAUSM
------------------------------------------
* Have fun - Title 21, Chapter 50
---------------------------------
Takeshi struggles, and the teacher asks if you want to go instead.

* Do your best - Title 21, Chapter 51
-------------------------------------
Takeshi struggles, and the teacher asks if you want to go instead.

* I'll talk to Tomo-chan for you - Title 21, Chapter 52 <--
-------------------------------------------------------
Takeshi struggles, and the teacher asks if you want to go instead.

HUGE Decision - Title 21, Chapter 12 - TURRAUSY
-----------------------------------------------
* Join the captain's meeting - Title 21, Chapter 53 <==
---------------------------------------------------
You go instead of Takeshi. You don't say anything at the meeting, and the PE
teacher ends up scheduling Boxing Club practice during the summer, as well as
an exhibition match. You head to Tomomi's office. You wonder if you should talk
to her about your time traveling.

You MUST select this option to keep Mana's path open.

* Make Takeshi go and head over to Tomomi's - Title 21, Chapter 54 {==
------------------------------------------------------------------
Takeshi ends up going with the PE teacher. You head to Tomomi's office. You
wonder if you should talk to her about your time traveling.

You MUST select this option to keep Tomomi's path open.

note: This action results in Boxing Club practice being canceled during summer.

reminder: Neither of the above decisions matter if you plan to reach the ending
of Kaho, Ai, or Lee Jane. In that case, I suggest joining the captain's meeting
because the Mana path branches out much later and you can change your mind.

Tomomi calls on the phone and you wake up. She tells you to meet her at
Paradise Cafe. Outside your house, you meet Ai's father. He reminds you that Ai
left on a trip with the boys' Soccer Club, which she is manager of, today. He
asks when you will marry Ai, which he does regularly.

At Paradise Cafe, you notice a beautiful woman sitting at the window. You are
shocked when you realize it is Tomomi, dressed up and wearing contacts. You two

----------------------------------------------
Tomomi says that all guys say that.

* Prefer same age - Title 21, Chapter 62

Thinking of Kaho, and even Ai, you answer in this way. Tomomi wonders if you
have a crush on someone from school.

Talk with Tomomi - Title 21, Chapter 63
---------------------------------------
Tomomi asks what day you have come from last, and updates her planner in which
she has been keeping track of the order of days you time travel to. You ask to
see it, but she refuses, saying that you two should not overly complicate
things by discussing events with each other that otherwise wouldn't be known.
She worries a little, then asks if you are okay, and you say yes, because you
care about...

HUGE Decision - Title 21, Chapter 15 - RECLAOAY
-----------------------------------------------

---------------------------------------------------
Tomomi doesn't seem to have been aware of your relationship with Kaho, but
wishes you good luck with it.

---------------------------------------
Recalling the sight of Tomomi in bandages on 9/1, you say that you care about
saving Tomomi. Tomomi seems pleased. You ask her if she wants to know what that
means, but she says it is better if she doesn't. She adds that right now she
knows way more than you, anyways.

IF Tomomi's path was still open when you chose this, you proceed to:

Going to sleep - Title 21, Chapter 67

note: You get to see a unique picture of Kaho in athletic wear.

 * Go to pool side - Title 22, Chapter 27 <==
 ----------------------------------------
You see many girls eating lunch, but Mana is not with them. Wandering, you
find her eating alone in the deserted backyard. She offers you a Power Bar,

and does not get along with the other girls. Eventually, she has to go back
to practice, and gives you a leftover apple slice as she leaves.

saddens. She vaguely apologizes for something.

Chatting with Kaho, Title 23, Chapter 23
----------------------------------------
You tell Kaho how you first saw her at the Drama Club performance during last
year's school festival. She tells you that this year's performance will be on
Shakespeare's "Hamlet". She also mentions that she likes the Shakespearean play
"The Tempest" but thought it would be too difficult to perform. You two talk
about many things, hobbies, etc. She mentions that she had never been on a date
before, which surprises you.

That evening, Kaho asks if you will go out again, and if you will come to her
next practice. She holds your hand tightly, and you begin to think she is
afraid of something, and trying to silently ask for help.

You split up and go home. You visit the bookstore, find "The Tempest" and skim
through the story.

That night, the strong scent and rainbow colors return.

7/16, return to normal time - Title 24, Chapter 8 - CJLZAWUG
------------------------------------------------------------
Your alarm wakes you up; school is still in session today. You see Tomomi and
tell her she looks better with contacts. Next you see Ai and discuss how you
will introduce yourself to her.

CRITICAL Decision - Title 24, Chapter 3 - WJZZAWUG
--------------------------------------------------
* Write a love letter - Title 24, Chapter 9 <--
-------------------------------------------
You spend a ridiculously long time preparing the letter, taking all day.

note: This option only appears if your previous decision was "I gave you a love
letter".

* Confront her directly - Title 24, Chapter 10
----------------------------------------------
You decide to confess your feelings straight up. Ai goes to call Kaho to the
school courtyard, while you wait. When Ai arrives, Kaho is not with her and she
apologizes. Instead, a gang of nasty ugly girls come and chew you out for
trying to talk to Kaho. When they leave, Ai suggests you write a love letter to
Kaho. She offers to write it for you.

 Decision - Title 24, Chapter 4
 ------------------------------
 * Ask Ai for help - Title 24, Chapter 11

 * Write it myself - Title 24, Chapter 12
 ----------------------------------------
 You write the letter yourself.

* Send her a bouqet of roses - Title 24, Chapter 14

to call Kaho to the school courtyard to meet you. Meanwhile you go to the
school greenhouse to steal some roses, but are caught and detained. By the time
you get to the courtyard, Kaho has left.

IF this is your first time doing this:

leaves. On the way home, a weird girl, Lee Jane, appears and scolds you for
being stupid. She says "Forceful reset, execute!!" into a small device.
 Everything goes dark.

** YOU ARE RETURNED TO THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME **

That night - Title 24, Chapter 13
---------------------------------
Tomorrow, Ai will deliver your love letter to Kaho. You fall asleep without
noticing any scent or color. You realize that you have some limited control of
your time shifting abilities if you concentrate your willpower.

7/17, you get rejected - Title 24, Chapter 17 - ALRZAWUG
--------------------------------------------------------
You wake up in good spirits. Kaho meets you in the courtyard that day. She
rejects you, and tries to return your letter, which she has not opened. You
refuse it, so she keeps it but walks off. Ai and Takeshi come out of the bushes
and console you. That night, you go to sleep feeling utterly miserable.

7/18, good fortune shines upon you - Title 24, Chapter 18 - ULZZAWUG
--------------------------------------------------------------------
You wander through the day like a zombie, down in the dumps. During lunch, you
sit alone in the courtyard staring at the sky. Suddenly, Kaho appears and asks
you to help her with something. She is holding a baby bird in her hands, and
wants you to return it to its nest for her. You climb the tree, but the nest
has been destroyed. Kaho decides to take care of the chick herself. You leave
the chick inside the boxing club room until school finishes.

After school - Title 24, Chapter 21
-----------------------------------
You are making a nest for the chick with various materials when Kaho arrives.
She begins to talk about her Drama Club's upcoming performance next year.

Useful Decision - Title 24, Chapter 5 - ELLZAWUC
------------------------------------------------
* Suggest Shakespeare - Title 24, Chapter 19 <--
--------------------------------------------
You suggest Shakespeare, and Kaho is surprised you are familiar with it. She
asks what is your favorite play, and you answer "Tempest". Kaho is amazed and
stares. She smiles and thanks you for your advice.

* Suggest a child's play - Title 24, Chapter 20
-----------------------------------------------
You suggest "Pinocchio" just like last year's play. Kaho does not seem to like
the idea.

* Do whatever Kaho wants - Title 24, Chapter 22
-----------------------------------------------
You tell Kaho to choose something she wants. She says she has an idea but that
it may be too difficult. You say that even if it is something like "Hamlet" it
is a good idea. Kaho, surprised you knew, agrees.

Going home - Title 24, Chapter 23
---------------------------------
You finish the nest. Kaho says she feels sorry for the bird, trapped in the
nest all alone, and murmurs that it reminds her of herself. You and Kaho start
walking home together, talking. Eventually, you go separate ways. That night
you go to sleep normally.

7/19, last day of school - Title 25, Chapter 13 - LLCZGWUC
----------------------------------------------------------
You wake up and go to school early. As you ride downhill on your bike, you see
Kaho. She says her bird is doing fine. She says that she read your letter and
was pleased. You ask if she wants to ride to school on the back of your bike
and she agrees. At school, you ask if it is okay if you meet with her during
the summer and she agrees. Kaho leaves, and you notice Takeshi and Ai have been
watching in shock.

The graduation ceremony takes place, and the semester is over. You go home with
Ai, who starts asking questions about what happened with Kaho. You say that it
is a secret. Ai looks worried and begins to show some subtle signs of jealousy.

Outside your house - Title 25, Chapter 14
-----------------------------------------
You drop Ai off at her house and get ready to go in yours. You notice the
strange woman in the coat from before hiding behind a lightpost.

KEY Decision - Title 25, Chapter 2 - HLCZGWUC
---------------------------------------------
* Shout 'Come Out!!' - Title 25, Chapter 15 <==
-------------------------------------------
You call for her to come out, but she starts running away.

 KEY Decision - Title 25, Chapter 3
 ----------------------------------
 * Say 'Don't run away and listen to me - Title 25, Chapter 17
 -------------------------------------------------------------
You exclaim that you just want to talk. She stops and turns around. You ask
her to take off her disguise, and she does. She is wearing strange futuristic
clothes. You are blown away by her flawless beauty and cuteness. She
introduces herself as a Time Patroller, whose job is to fix irregularities
 caused by time travel.

 * Chase - Title 25, Chapter 18 <==
 ------------------------------
You run after her. You corner her at a dead end, and walk up to her slowly.

   KEY Decision - Title 25, Chapter 4
   ----------------------------------
   * Tell her to take off her coat and hat - Title 25, Chapter 19
   --------------------------------------------------------------
She reluctantly obeys. She is wearing strange futuristic clothes. You are
blown away by her flawless beauty and cuteness. She introduces herself as a
Time Patroller, whose job is to fix irregularities caused by time travel.

   * Forcefully tell her to take off her coat and hat <==
   --------------------------------------------------
IF Lee Jane's path is still open when you choose this:

   Title 25, Chapter 21
   --------------------
You reach for her hat and sunglasses. She starts to flail, but you yank
them off. You are blown away by her flawless beauty and cuteness. She asks
what you plan to do with her, says she will call the police, and starts to
flail again. You tell her to follow you to a secluded area, but she takes
out a small device and a bottle filled with the powder and tries to escape.
You grab onto her at the last minute...

Everything turns black, and you are both trapped in limbo. The crazy colors
appear again. You let out a sissy scream and grab onto her. She tells you
to concentrate your time jumping powers with her, and you both manage to
return to when you left. The girl introduces herself as a Time Patroller
whose job is to fix irregularities caused by time travel.

You MUST reach and select this above option to keep Lee Jane's path open.

IF Lee Jane's path is closed by the time you choose this:

   Title 25, Chapter 20
   --------------------
You reach for her hat and sunglasses and take them off. You freeze, blown
away by her flawless beauty and cuteness. She says she is hot and takes off
her coat. She introduces herself as a Time Patroller, whose job is to fix
   irregularities caused by time travel.

* Slowly walk closer - Title 25, Chapter 16
-------------------------------------------
You slowly approach. She turns her back to you and tries to hide. You pat her
on the shoulder, and ask who she is. She tries to run, but you grab her
shoulders. Realizing she cannot run away, she takes off her disguise. You are
blown away by her flawless beauty and cuteness. Reluctantly, she introduces
herself as a Time Patroller, whose job is to fix irregularities caused by time
travel.

Talking with Lee Jane - Title 25, Chapter 22 - CHZZGWWC
-------------------------------------------------------
You go to a neighborhood shrine area to talk in private. She tells you her name
is Lee Jane. She says that Kaho was not supposed to die, and that your time
jumping has screwed everything up. She is going to try and help you save Kaho.
However, in past missions she has failed 9 out of 10 times. She says that the
powder will wear off on September 1st, and you will stop jumping after that.
She gets a call on her device and has to leave for now on another mission.

That night - Title 25, Chapter 23
---------------------------------
You go to sleep while thinking about what happened to you today. The scent and
rainbow colors return.

8/11 - Title 25, Chapter 24 - GHRZGWWC
--------------------------------
Ai wakes you up by shaking you and hitting you with a pillow. You eat the
traditional Japanese breakfast she made for you.

Title 25, Chapter 25
--------------------
Ai asks which version of Kotaro you are today. Apparently by now she knows
about your time shifting. However, she doesn't seem to know about Kaho or any
future events. She tells you that the day she came home from the Soccer Club
training camp her father collapsed and was taken to the hospital, so she has
been living at your house since then. He seems to have a serious, but not life
threatening health condition. Since you haven't been to that day yet, you
promise to watch over her dad on that day. Ai is moved and leans against you.

Decision - Title 25, Chapter 5 - WHRZGWWC
-----------------------------------------
* Pat her head and comfort her - Title 25, Chapter 26
-----------------------------------------------------
You pet Ai's head for awhile, but then she pushes you away. She says she is not
a kid anymore, and seems sad. Then she says she is only kidding.

* Give her a hug - Title 25, Chapter 27 <--
---------------------------------------
Ai is startled but gives in. After a while, you notice the door to your room is
open so you go to close it. Ai seems embarassed.

note: Natsuiro no Sunadokei Visual Fan Book thinks that this is a KEY decision,
and that you MUST select this option to keep Ai's path open. But I am fairly
certain that, for once, it is wrong. I did not test this perfectly, but I did
do the following. I selected the top option instead, then played on until the
next decision came up and checked my password. Although passwords are not
unique, by returning to my game and checking my password again and again,
eventually I was shown the exact same password as written just below in this
Walkthrough. Therefore, the result of this current decision could not possibly
have set a flag in the password and be saved for future reference.

note: Also, this particular spot in the Visual Fan Book looks suspicious. They
name all their flags, but this one has the same name as a later one, which
doesn't happen in their book elsewhere. So it may be an error. Or it could be
that this decision only has importance in the console versions.

* Remembering Kaho, push Ai away - Title 25, Chapter 28
-------------------------------------------------------
Ai staggers backward and looks very hurt. She says she knows you only like Kaho
and you end up feeling sorry.

Title 25, Chapter 29
--------------------
After your encounter, you begin to feel a little awkward around Ai. She comes
into your room late that night to play videogames, but you kick her out.

8/12 - Title 25, Chapter 30 - PHZZGWWC
--------------------------------------
Ai wakes you up with a pillow again and leaves. The window opens and Lee Jane
comes in through the window, smiling. She says she has information for you, but
instead goes around looking at all your stuff. Since you don't have school, she
asks if you can show her around this time period.

KEY Decision - Title 25, Chapter 6 - RHZZCCWC
---------------------------------------------
* Tell her to talk about Kaho - Title 25, Chapter 31
----------------------------------------------------
You say that you don't have time to fool around, and Lee Jane pouts.

* Promise her to go on a date - Title 25, Chapter 32 <==
----------------------------------------------------
You tell her that if everything goes well, you will take her on a date
afterwards. Lee Jane tells you to make sure you keep your promise.

You MUST select this option to keep Lee Jane's path open.

Title 25, Chapter 33
--------------------
Lee Jane says that on August 31st, Kaho went to catch a train but it was
delayed, so she caught the bus instead. The bus crashes into a car, and Kaho
dies. She also says that a girl named Kawamura Mana had something to do with
the accident, but she is not sure what. Lee Jane says she will leave everything
up to you and jumps out the window.

You head for school and find Mana. She wonders why you are following her
around.

KEY Decision - Title 25, Chapter 7 - ZNZZCCJC
---------------------------------------------
* Because I'm interested in diving -  Title 25, Chapter 34
----------------------------------------------------------
Mana says she hates lies.

* Because I'm interested in Mana - Title 25, Chapter 35 <==
-------------------------------------------------------
Mana says she has no interest in you, but doesn't really seem offended.

You MUST select this option to keep Mana's path open.

* Because of reasons I cannot say - Title 25, Chapter 36
--------------------------------------------------------
You tell her you have a reason that you cannot tell anyone about. Mana doesn't
want to ask at first, but eventually she caves in. You tell her that you came
from the future, and she thinks you are crazy, like you figured she would.

Title 25, Chapter 37
--------------------
You ask Mana if she knows Serizawa Kaho, but she says she doesn't. She mentions
that she has a diving tournament in 10 days before she leaves.

Depending what you asked Ai to do for you way back, you will see:

 Title 25, Chapter 38
 --------------------
Back home, Ai greets you cheerfully and asks what you want for dinner. You
say anything is fine, which makes her happy. She ends up making strange
kiddie-style Italian things, and you realize these are not your favorites,
 but hers.

note: You get to see a unique picture of Ai cooking in the kitchen.

 Title 25, Chapter 39 <--
 --------------------
Back home, Ai greets you cheerfully and tells you she cleaned your room while
you were away. You freak out, so she tells you that she put all your pictures
of Kaho and pornographic books in a special box for you.

note: You get to see a unique picture of Ai in french maid clothes.

 Title 25, Chapter 40
 --------------------
Back home, Ai wonders why you took so long to get home.

That night - Title 25, Chapter 41

You go to sleep normally.

8/13 - Title 25, Chapter 42 - NNRZCWJC
--------------------------------------
You wake up and head for school to look for Mana. There, you see Kaho instead.

KEY Decision - Title 25, Chapter 8 - PNRZCWJC
---------------------------------------------
* Go watch her practice - Title 25, Chapter 43 <--
----------------------------------------------
You decide to watch Kaho practice. They are doing a full dress rehearsal today.

note: You get to see a unique picture of Kaho in her play costume.

Afterwards, depending on what you said to Kaho earlier, you see:

   Title 25, Chapter 44 <--
   --------------------
Kaho says that she decided to do this play because of what you told her,
and is having lots of fun with it.

   OR

   Title 25, Chapter 45
   --------------------
Kaho mentions that their play is not like the childish play you mentioned
earlier, but that it is worth it because it is fun.

 Title 25, Chapter 46
 --------------------
On the way home, you stop by the pool to look for Mana, but she is gone.

* Refuse because I have other business to attend to - Title 25, Chapter 47 {==
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
You tell Kaho that you came to school for something else. She is disappointed
and you apologize. At the pool area, Mana and her coach arrive. The coach tells
you not to trespass. Mana seems amused that you are here again. The coach locks
you out of the pool area.

You MUST select this option to keep Mana's path open.

 HUGE Decision - Title 25, Chapter 9
 -----------------------------------
 * Go see Kaho - Title 25, Chapter 48
 ------------------------------------
By the time you get there, Drama Club practice is over. Kaho is a little
upset, but she is grateful that you still managed to show up.

This is your last chance to back out of Mana's path, if it is still open.

 * Watch Mana a little longer - Title 25, Chapter 49 {==
 ---------------------------------------------------
You continue to watch Mana swim through the glass doors, though you are
locked out of the pool area. The coach kicks you out. You look for Kaho, but
 she has already left.

This action UNLOCKS the Mana path, which will branch out a bit later.

Back home - Title 25, Chapter 50

After dinner, Ai goes to take a bath. You hear her scream in the bathroom.

Useful Decision - Title 25, Chapter 10 - WPLLZWJD
-------------------------------------------------
* Ignore - Title 25, Chapter 51

You pretend you didn't hear it. Nothing else happens.

* Leave alone - Title 25, Chapter 52

You go to your room. Nothing else happens.

* Go see what's happening - Title 25, Chapter 53 <--

Ai is in the bathroom wearing only a towel. You apologize and run out. After
she finishes, she says that she screamed because the scale said she gained a
couple pounds.

note: You get to see a unique picture of Ai wearing only a towel.

Title 25, Chapter 54
--------------------
As you go to sleep, you wish you had more information about what was going to
happen. The scent and crazy colors return that night...

8/23, the day after the tournament - Title 25, Chapter 55 - PPZLZWJI
--------------------------------------------------------------------
You wake up with an uneasy feeling. Ai seems to be deciding if she wants to
talk to you about something, but you are worried about Mana and run out. The
school is empty, so you look up Mana's home address and go over. She seems to
live in a student dormitory. The manager tells you that Mana is at the
hospital. You head over and see Mana unconscious, with her leg in a cast. The
nurse tells you of her condition, but does not know what caused the accident.

Title 25, Chapter 56
--------------------
You mindlessly wander home. Kaho is standing in front of your house, alone and
crying. She asks why you did not come. She has been waiting for you for a long
time for some reason. She is extremely angry and runs off.

That night, you ask Ai if she knows anything about why Kaho was waiting for you
today, but she says she doesn't. Still, you realize that she has been acting
strangely all day, and suspect she is hiding something. Ai leaves your room.

Soon, Lee Jane appears with more information. She says that Mana caused the
train to be delayed on August 31st when her wheelchair was caught on the
tracks. Suddenly, she complains about how she thinks you flirt too much with
Ai, and jumps out the window.

That night, the kaleidoscope of colors appears again.

7/23 - Title 25, Chapter 57 - RPRLZWJK
--------------------------------------
You wake up at noon. You see Ai and her father, and tell him not to work too
hard. At school you bump into Kaho. You set up your date with her on 7/29 at
the fountain area, to go to the pet shop. You check out the pool area, and hear
some girls coming, so you go into the boys locker room. Inside, Mana is
changing and screams, so you run out. When she comes out, she calls you a
pervert, but then realizes she was in the boys locker room, after all. She
doesn't know you; this is your first meeting. You introduce yourself to her.
She already knew your name, because she had been watching last year's Boxing
Club exhibition match, where Takeshi had beat the crap out of you. She laughs
because she remembers you getting KO'ed and falling down. She smiles and leaves
for her practice.

IF Mana's path has been UNLOCKED, you see:

Back home - Title 25, Chapter 58
--------------------------------
You scribble on your calendar -- 1:30, in front of train station, the fountain
square. That night the signs appear again.

IF you did not unlock Mana's path, you see:

Back home - Title 25, Chapter 59

You scribble on your calendar -- 1:30, in front of train station, the fountain
square. That night the signs appear again.

8/18 - Title 26, Chapter 20 - ZRLLZWJK
--------------------------------------
Ai wakes you up by suffocating you with a pillow. She asks if you have visited
August 10th yet; you say you haven't. Your notice your cell phone is gone. You
and Ai ride to school together on your bicycle. Today there is a special school
meeting for everyone. There, you meet Takeshi, but Kaho is absent. You go and
investigate the pool area for anything unusual. You see a large clock that is
crooked and hanging suspiciously from the ceiling.

KEY Decision - Title 26, Chapter 2 - ARRUZVGC
---------------------------------------------
* Examine the diving board - Title 26, Chapter 21
-------------------------------------------------
You don't find anything, and are eventually kicked out by the diving coach.

* Examine the large clock - Title 26, Chapter 22 <==
------------------------------------------------
You enter the operations room, where there is a switchboard to lower the clock.

 KEY Decision - Title 26, Chapter 3
 ----------------------------------
 * Lower the large clock - Title 26, Chapter 24 <==
 ----------------------------------------------
The clock comes down. A wire used to support it is loose.

 KEY Decision - Title 26, Chapter 4
 ----------------------------------
   * Fix the wires - Title 26, Chapter 26 <--
   --------------------------------------
You try to fix it yourself, but aren't sure if you succeeded.

note: I purposefully selected the wrong option here.

   * Tell someone to take off the clock - Title 26, Chapter 27 {==
   -----------------------------------------------------------
You tell a maintenance worker to fix the clock and leave.

Selecting this option results in the clock being FIXED. Any other option
   leaves it broken.

 * Leave it alone - Title 26, Chapter 25
 ---------------------------------------
You decide not to mess with it and leave.

* Examine the girl's locker room - Title 26, Chapter 23
-------------------------------------------------------
Not because of some perverted reason, you check out the girls locker room for
danger. Girls are inside, and you get driven out.

Walking home - Title 26, Chapter 28
-----------------------------------
Back outside, you wait around for Mana to show up. You tell her you are worried
about her safety, and offer to be her bodyguard. She thinks you are weird and
goes home. You exclaim that you will come back tomorrow, and she sighs. You
sleep normally that night.

8/19 - Title 26, Chapter 29 - RRZUZFGU
--------------------------------------
Ai wakes you up and you go to school. Mana is surprised that you came again.
She says that if she lets you in the pool area she will get scolded. You tell
her that you will wait outside for her until she is done. When she comes out,
she is surprised again. She gives up and tells you to do whatever you want.

CRITICAL Decision - Title 26, Chapter 5 - TRLUZSGU
--------------------------------------------------
* Follow Mana - Title 26, Chapter 30 <==
------------------------------------
You walk Mana to her house. She is mildly amused. Along the way you talk about
various things. As you near her apartment, you come across a railroad crossing.
You realize this is where Mana gets into an accident on August 31st.

Suddenly, a motorcycle on the street almost runs Mana over. This is a blind
intersection; some mirrors are put up to help drivers, but they seem to be
facing in the wrong directions.

 CRITICAL Decision - Title 26, Chapter 6 - XRRUZFGU
 --------------------------------------------------
 * Tell her to change her path to school - Title 26, Chapter 32
 --------------------------------------------------------------
You ask Mana to promise you to take a different route to school until the
tournament, just to be safe. Mana agrees.

 * Fix the mirror - Title 26, Chapter 33 <==
 ---------------------------------------
You fix the angles of the mirrors yourself and then go home.

You MUST reach and select this option to avoid a BAD ENDING in the future.

* Go separate ways - Title 26, Chapter 31
-----------------------------------------
You suddenly say that you will go home now. Mana looks confused and seems
unsatisfied with something. You say that you will come again tomorrow, and
Mana shouts at you that you don't have to.

Next, if you are doomed to a BAD ENDING you will see:

Title 26, Chapter 34
--------------------
That night you see the colors again.

note: You are now supposed to skip 2 days into the future, to the day of the
tournament. However the game is messed up and forgets to do this. You will go
through the next 2 days normally, but on August 22nd the game will remember
and you will be doomed to an eventual BAD ENDING. Very cruel...

note: Natsuiro no Sunadokei Visual Fan Book indicates this works like it is
supposed to in the console versions.

If you have avoided this BAD ENDING instead you will see:

Title 26, Chapter 35
--------------------
That night you sleep normally.

8/20 - Title 26, Chapter 36 - WTZUZMGU
--------------------------------------
Ai asks where you have been going these past few days. You say that you have
been hanging out with Takeshi, but Ai knows you are lying and pouts.

At school - Title 26, Chapter 37
--------------------------------
You hear Mana arguing with her coach. She storms out of the pool area, crying,
bumps into you, and rushes off. You chase after her. You bump into two girls
from the drama club who tell you that Kaho is still absent. You catch up to
Mana in the hallway. She says she doesn't have practice anymore and makes up
some excuses why. She asks you to walk home with her. Outside her apartment,
Mana tells you that she lives alone, away from her family, due to her diving
activities at your school. She goes in, and you go home.

That night, dinner consists of everything that Ai likes, but you hate.

8/21 - Title 26, Chapter 38 - JTZUZYGU
--------------------------------------
You buy some ice cream and head over to Mana's house to watch over her. She
comes outside as you get there, about to go to school. You give her the ice
cream and follow. There, she changes into her bathing suit and just swims for
fun. She invites you in the pool, but you didn't bring any swimwear. Mana says
to just swim with your clothes on and seems curious what you will do.

Decision - Title 26, Chapter 7 - LTLUZVGU
-----------------------------------------
* Swim - Title 26, Chapter 39
-----------------------------
You jump in with your clothes on, and Mana is surprised. Mana says you are
weird and giggles at you.

* Don't swim - Title 26, Chapter 40 <--
-----------------------------------
You don't listen to her. Mana looks bored and pouts. She dives under water, but
doesn't come up for a really long time. When you lean over to check, she pulls
you into the water.

Title 26, Chapter 41
--------------------
Mana takes your wet clothes and puts them in the sun to dry, while you stand
there with a towel she gave you wrapped around you. She gives you a sports
drink. She blabs about her love for water and swimming. She says she loves
diving, but not so much the competitions, which she does mainly for her coach.
You protest, saying doing that is wrong. You invite her to go play with you,
Takeshi, and Ai sometime after the tournament.

When your clothes are dry, she says she will go home alone today, but asks if
you can be there for her tournament tomorrow. That night, you sleep normally.

Next, if you were doomed to a BAD ENDING you will see:

Oonuma had given her the stuffed animal as a present years ago. Tomomi freaks
out, and you take her to Paradise Cafe. She says that she broke up with Oonuma
years ago, but she had bumped into him again 2 months earlier. He had told her
that he was now married, with children. But a couple weeks later, he had sent
her a letter saying that he wanted to get back together with her, which she
ignored. Tomomi suddenly suspects you like someone. She asks if it is that
little girl that always follows you around, referring to Ai.

Decision - Title 27, Chapter 7 - ZUHUZDGU
-----------------------------------------
* Say yes - Title 27, Chapter 35
--------------------------------
You sort of admit she was in your mind, but that she is just a childhood
friend. Tomomi says that she thinks you two would be good for each other.

* Say no - Title 27, Chapter 36 <--
-------------------------------
You say that you like Serizawa Kaho. Tomomi thinks that is an unlikely couple.
She also warns you that she thinks people like Kaho, who seem really perfect
and successful, usually have dark sides to them.

Title 27, Chapter 37
--------------------
Now that Tomomi has cheered up, she says she is going to confront Oonuma.

Decision - Title 27, Chapter 8 - CUTUZVGU
-----------------------------------------
* Let Tomomi go - Title 27, Chapter 38
--------------------------------------
She decides to go alone to confront Oonuma. When you fall asleep that night,
the scent and colors come.

 8/3 - Title 27, Chapter 47
 --------------------------
Having skipped ahead several days, you go to Tomomi's apartment. It turns out
that when she got to his house, Oonuma had moved out and was gone. He hasn't
shown up since, and she says that it is over. However, you suspect that he is
 merely biding his time.

* Tell her to wait for some solid proof - Title 27, Chapter 39 <--
--------------------------------------------------------------
Tomomi thinks you have enough proof already, but you tell her to wait longer.
She stays at a friend's house that night. Later, when you go to sleep, the
scent and colors return.

 8/2 - Title 27, Chapter 40
 --------------------------
You spend the entire day trying to call Tomomi, but no one answers. That
night she finally picks up, but soon hangs up. You realize that someone was
in the room with her, and immediately rush over on your bike. When you get
there, a hooded man is exiting the building.

 Decision - Title 27, Chapter 9 - LUTUZVGU
 -----------------------------------------
 * Run into the apartment - Title 27, Chapter 41
 -----------------------------------------------
You pound on Tomomi's door, calling her name.

 * Run after the man - Title 27, Chapter 42 <--
 ------------------------------------------
You chase after the man on your bike. He runs on foot, but is crafty and
manages to get away. You return to Tomomi's apartment and pound on the door.

 Title 27, Chapter 43
 --------------------
Eventually Tomomi opens the door. She was scared, but feels much better now.
She says that you flew over really fast, just like you promised, and giggles.
She takes out a hidden camera, and says she now has proof. The tape provides
solid evidence that Oonuma is the stalker. You make some copies, and Tomomi
says she will go alone to confront Oonuma with the tape tomorrow. As you
leave, Tomomi smiles and tells you that you have a busy day tomorrow, 11:00
sharp in front of the train station. That night you go to bed and see the
visions; having a pretty good idea when your next day is going to be.

 7/31 - Title 27, Chapter 44 - RUTUZQGU
 --------------------------------------
You wake up and go to the train station at 11:00 like Tomomi said. She is
trying to catch the train to visit Oonuma alone, but you drag her off to
Paradise Cafe instead. You tell her to set up a video camera and be at home
on the night of August 2nd. Tomomi doesn't want to have to act as bait, but
you reassure her that you will fly over to save her on that day. You spend
the rest of the day obtaining a video camera and setting everything up.

 8/1 - Title 27, Chapter 45
 --------------------------
Tomomi continues to stay at a friend's house until tomorrow. That night, the
 lights return, as expected.

 8/3 - Title 27, Chapter 46 - OUTUZFGU
 -------------------------------------
At noon, Tomomi calls you, and you go to have lunch at Paradise Cafe. She has
confronted Oonuma successfully. Tomomi says he cried and apologized. She says
it is over, however you are still wary of him.

Tomomi looks sad, however, and you wonder if she actually still likes Oonuma.
You tell her that she is too beautiful for a scum like him, and she laughs.

Back home - Title 27, Chapter 48
--------------------------------
Ai comes over for dinner, bringing leftover fish from her father's market. She
mentions that she is leaving on a trip for the Soccer Club tomorrow. You remind
her not to forget anything, but suspect she will still forget. You go to sleep,
knowing that you should be time jumping again.

8/8, day Ai's father collapses - Title 28, Chapter 15 - AEAUZDGU
----------------------------------------------------------------
Lee Jane is in your room when you wake up. You check the date and run outside,
ditching a disappointed Lee Jane. You try to help out Ai's dad at the store,
but a girl calls your house, and he kicks you away. Kaho is on the phone,
crying. She wants to see you. You meet her in front of school. She appears to
have stormed out of her home, holding nothing but a little box. It turns out
she had been raising her baby bird in secret. Her father found out, and threw
it against the wall and killed it, then threw it in the trash. You realize what
is inside the box. You had heard that her father was a famous, but ill-mannered
artist, and now see why.

You and Kaho bury the chick under the tree where you found it. Afterwards, Kaho
backs away from you, worried that she will cause you trouble if she continues
to see you. You tell her that nothing can kill you, and she is reassured. She
asks you to be with her forever.

Title 28, Chapter 16
--------------------
You stay with Kaho at school most of the day. When evening falls, you begin to
worry about Ai's father. Kaho still wants you to stay with her, though.

KEY Decision - Title 28, Chapter 2 - UETUZMGU
---------------------------------------------
* Have someone go instead - Title 28, Chapter 17 <==
------------------------------------------------
You call Takeshi and ask him to go check up on Ai's father. Eventually, you
walk home with Kaho all the way to her house. Back home, you find out Ai's
father has collapsed, and was taken to the hospital by Takeshi. Ai has also
returned and is already with her dad inside. Takeshi goes home. Inside, Ai's
father is asleep. Ai is grateful, but you can tell she wants to know how you
seemed to know what was going to happen.

You MUST select this option to keep Kaho's path open.

 KEY Decision - Title 28, Chapter 3 - GETUZMGE
 ---------------------------------------------
 * Tell Ai everything - Title 28, Chapter 19 <==
 -------------------------------------------
You explain everything to Ai, including the fact that you promised her in the
future you would stay with her father today. You apologize for breaking your
promise, but Ai is happy regardless.

You MUST select this option to keep Ai's path open.

 * Don't tell her anything - Title 28, Chapter 20
 ------------------------------------------------
You keep silent for quite a while. Finally, she says she already heard about
your secret from Tomomi. Ai is disappointed you didn't tell her.

* Return to Uomasa - Title 28, Chapter 18
-----------------------------------------
You tell Kaho you made Ai a promise and have to go now. Kaho is sad. When you
get to Ai's house, her father is feeling unwell and collapses. You take him to
the hospital, leaving a message for Ai at her house. When Ai arrives, she cries
but you calm her down. Ai is very thankful, but you can tell she wants to know
how you seemed to know what was going to happen.

 KEY Decision - Title 28, Chapter 11
 -----------------------------------
 * Tell Ai everything - Title 28, Chapter 21
 -------------------------------------------
You explain everything to Ai, including the fact that you promised her in the
future you would stay with her father today. You apologize for breaking your
promise, but Ai is happy regardless.

You MUST select this option to keep Ai's path open.

 * Don't tell her anything - Title 28, Chapter 22
 ------------------------------------------------
You keep silent for quite a while. Finally, she says she already heard about
your secret from Tomomi. Ai is disappointed you didn't tell her.

Title 28, Chapter 23
--------------------
Ai stays with her father while you go home.

8/9 - Title 28, Chapter 24 - PEHUAKGE
-------------------------------------
The next morning, Ai is at her house, closing the store. She goes back to visit
her dad, who is awake now. That night after dinner, your mom tells you go to
invite Ai over. You go inside her house. Ai is sitting in the dark alone,
crying. She cries in your arms and talks about how her mother died when she was
little. Eventually she recovers, and goes to live at your house. That night she
comes into your room and says some mushy stuff, so you kick her out.

8/10 - Title 28, Chapter 25 - REAUAIGE
--------------------------------------
Ai shakes you lightly and wakes you up. You remind her that sometimes you time
jump when you sleep, so you might be different on some days. Nothing happens
and you go to sleep, knowing you have to time jump a few days ahead.

8/14, sleepover party - Title 28, Chapter 26 - TETUAKGE
-------------------------------------------------------
You wake up by yourself, and Ai comes in wearing her school uniform. You are
reminded that Kaho has Drama Club practice today, and get ready to go to school
with Ai. Your mom mentions that no one will be home that night. You both bump
into Kaho at school. Kaho starts to seem worried about Ai's relationship with
you. Ai suddenly blabs that she is living at your house. You try to correct her
but Kaho seems hurt and starts going off to practice alone. Ai runs after Kaho
and talks to her, inviting her to your house that night for dinner.

Title 28, Chapter 27
--------------------
You go home and wait for Ai and Kaho to show up later. They both make dinner
for you. Ai teaches Kaho, since Kaho doesn't have any experience. Ai serves you
two dishes; a slightly abnormal but okay looking kabao-don oriental dish, and a
weird, ugly looking Western style vegetable dish.

Decision - Title 28, Chapter 4 - OEGUAMGE
-----------------------------------------
* Eat the kabao-don - Title 28, Chapter 28 <--
------------------------------------------
You eat the kabao-don, which looks more normal. Ai asks if it is good. You say
it is better than the natto kimchee spaghetti she gave you once. Ai says that
Kaho made the ratatouille. Kaho apologizes for how it turned out, but you tell
her that everyone is bad the first time. Ai says you are always nice to Kaho,
and pouts at you.

* Eat the ratatouille - Title 28, Chapter 29
--------------------------------------------
You try the awkward looking ratatouille first. Kaho apologizes, saying that she
made it but has no experience. You say that it is great and gobble it up. Ai is
amazed.

Next, depending on what Kaho ate that time you went to Paradise Cafe you see:

 Title 28, Chapter 30
 --------------------
Ai asks Kaho what her favorite food is. She replies fillet-o-fish burger. Ai
says her favorite food is caramel popcorn, which coincidentally is something
you bought for her once when she was little. You bicker with Ai for awhile,
and Kaho seems envious of your friendship. She says that at home she has to
eat alone with her father. She says she hates her house, and doesn't want to
go home. Ai invites Kaho to sleep over and she accepts.

 OR

 Title 28, Chapter 31
 --------------------
Ai asks Kaho what her favorite food is. She replies Napolitain spaghetti. Ai
says her favorite food is caramel popcorn, which coincidentally is something
you bought for her once when she was little. You bicker with Ai for awhile,
and Kaho seems envious of your friendship. She says that at home she has to
eat alone with her father. She says she hates her house, and doesn't want to
go home. Ai invites Kaho to sleep over and she accepts.

Alternatively, in the game data there also exists:

 Title 28, Chapter 32
 --------------------
Ai asks Kaho what her favorite food is. Kaho thinks but doesn't reply. Ai
says her favorite food is caramel popcorn, which coincidentally is something
you bought for her once when she was little. You bicker with Ai for awhile,
and Kaho seems envious of your friendship. She says that at home she has to
eat alone with her father. She says she hates her house, and doesn't want to
go home. Ai invites Kaho to sleep over and she accepts.

note: However, I have been unable to trigger this scene. I tried going back
and doing things to close Kaho's path and make her disappointed with me, but
so far she still insists she likes fillet-o-fish burger.

note: Natsuiro no Sunadokei Visual Fan Book does not realize this scene
exists. It may be untriggerable, or just that no one knows how.

Title 28, Chapter 33
--------------------
After dinner, you ask Kaho if sleeping over is okay, since you know her father
is strict. She says she already called her father. Ai and Kaho talk and play
together all night, leaving you completely out. When Kaho goes to take a bath,
Ai comes to your room and tells you that starting now, you are prohibited to
leave your room and bother them.

Kaho returns and goes into Ai's room next door and you listen to what they say
through the wall. Ai asks Kaho what she likes about you. Ai starts saying lots
of bad things about you, since she knows you well. Kaho says that to her, you
are like the world's most wonderful prince. Then you can't hear anymore.

Useful Decision - Title 28, Chapter 5 - WCGUAQGE
------------------------------------------------
* Eavesdrop - Title 28, Chapter 34 <--
----------------------------------
You sneak out of your room and peer into Ai's room through a crack in the door.
Ai says that you are mean to her. Kaho says that you are always nice to her. Ai
says that is because Kaho is your princess. Kaho says that to her it looks like
you care very much for Ai.

note: You get to see a unique picture of Kaho and Ai, in pajamas.

 Decision - Title 28, Chapter 6
 ------------------------------
 * Listen a little longer - Title 28, Chapter 36
 -----------------------------------------------
You are immediately discovered. Ai kicks you out and scolds you. Ai continues
saying bad things about you to Kaho.

 * Head back to room - Title 28, Chapter 37 <--
 ------------------------------------------
You decide not to listen to any more, since they are talking about you.

* Don't - Title 28, Chapter 35
------------------------------
You decide not to, since they are talking about you.

Going to sleep - Title 28, Chapter 38
-------------------------------------
Being prohibited to leave your room, you go to sleep. Kaho and Ai stay up very
late, talking.

8/15 - Title 28, Chapter 39 - TCGUAKGE
--------------------------------------
You wake up earlier than usual and go downstairs to get a drink. Kaho is awake
and seems ready to leave. Ai wakes up and comes downstairs. Kaho says she has
to go home now, and looks worried. You walk Kaho home. She stops a little way
from her house, and says you can't come any further. She says she never called
her father last night because she knew he wouldn't approve; now he will be
furious.

KEY Decision - Title 28, Chapter 7 - OCTUAKGA
---------------------------------------------
* Walk with Kaho - Title 28, Chapter 40 <==
---------------------------------------
You say that you will go and explain it is not her fault. You go though the
gate, into the yard, and up to the door of her mansion. Kaho rings the doorbell
and her father comes out. He immediately hits you with a stick and you fall
down. He drags Kaho in and tells you not to see his daughter.

You MUST select this option to keep Kaho's path open.

* Say goodbye and part - Title 28, Chapter 41
---------------------------------------------
You decide to respect her wishes and back off. Kaho seems reluctant to part
with you, though.

That night - Title 28, Chapter 42
---------------------------------
Kaho repeatedly calls on the phone, but hangs up as soon as it is answered.

8/16 - Title 28, Chapter 43 - UGAUADGE
--------------------------------------
Ai tells you that she is going to visit her father in the hospital today.

HUGE Decision - Title 28, Chapter 8 - EGGUADGE
----------------------------------------------
* Go with Ai to hospital - Title 28, Chapter 44 {==
-----------------------------------------------
Figuring you can't contact Kaho, you go to the hospital with Ai. Her dad is
happy to see you, and asks you to take care of Ai for him. On the way home, Ai
says she is happy her father is better but a little sad that she won't be able
to live at your house that much longer.

You MUST select this option to keep Ai's path open.

* Go to Kaho's house <==
--------------------
IF you let Kaho go to her house alone yesterday:

Title 28, Chapter 46
--------------------
You apologize to Ai and head to Kaho's house. You go though the gate, into the
yard, and up to the door of her mansion. You ring the doorbell and Kaho's
father comes out. He immediately hits you with a stick and you fall down. He
tells you not to see his daughter. You go home.

IF you went all the way to Kaho's house yesterday:

Title 28, Chapter 45
--------------------
You apologize to Ai and head to Kaho's house again. At the door, her father
tells you to go away. You sneak into the backyard and look through a window.
Kaho's father, who is an artist, is painting a picture using her as a model.
They finish for the day. Next you hear the piano playing and throw pebbles at
the window. Kaho comes outside on the second floor balcony. You climb a tree to
get closer and have a brief exchange of words. Kaho is happy you can to see her
but pleads with you to go home before her father finds out, so you do.

You MUST select this option to keep Kaho's path open.

reminder: At this point you are forced to take a stand and decide whose ending
you want to see, Kaho's or Ai's. Lee Jane's ending is still a possibility.

That night - Title 28, Chapter 47
---------------------------------
Lee Jane knocks on your window and comes in. She says she is tired and sits on
your bed. She tells you the future hasn't changed one bit since the last time
she talked to you, but she doesn't know why. She is depressed because she just
came back from failing another mission she was on.

KEY Decision - Title 28, Chapter 9 - HGTUAMGJ
---------------------------------------------
* Try to cheer Lee Jane up <==
--------------------------
IF you promised to go on a date with Lee Jane earlier, you see:

Title 28, Chapter 48
--------------------
You sit next to her and tell her she is doing great with such a tough job. She
smiles for a while. Next, she says that she is jealous of Kaho. She says she
has no friends or family, because when she was small her powers were out of
control and she time jumped continually until the Time Patrollers rescued her.
She leaves, saying she hopes Kaho can be saved.

You MUST reach and select this option to keep Lee Jane's path open.

IF you did not promise to go on a date with Lee Jane, you see:

Title 28, Chapter 49
--------------------
You sit next to her and tell her she is doing great with such a tough job. She
smiles.

* Tell her it's all her fault - Title 28, Chapter 50
----------------------------------------------------
You tell her she brought it upon herself for being irresponsible. You two argue
a little. Lee Jane starts to yell, and storms out.

Title 28, Chapter 51
--------------------
You go to sleep.

8/17, summer festival - Title 28, Chapter 52 - XGHUADTJ
-------------------------------------------------------
Ai asks you what you plan to do for today's Japanese summer festival. She says
you should invite Takeshi and all go together, like last year.

HUGE Decision - Title 28, Chapter 10 - ZWGUAKTJ
-----------------------------------------------
* Respond that I will go with Kaho - Title 28, Chapter 53 <==
---------------------------------------------------------
You say you want to go alone with Kaho. You call her house but can't get
through. You decide to go with Ai and Takeshi like usual. Ai comes out in her
yukata, but you aren't too impressed. When Takeshi arrives, Kaho comes in too.
She says she heard you call so she snuck out. Ai lets Kaho borrow a yukata and
you head over to the shrine festival. Everyone goes to the goldfish catching
booth and Ai talks about goldfish scooping adventures from previous years.
Takeshi carries Ai off so you can be alone with Kaho.

Alone with Kaho - Title 28, Chapter 56
 --------------------------------------
Kaho starts getting depressed. She apologizes for not knowing how to do
housework like Ai can. She also apologizes for being unable to remember the
memories you share. She says that right now her father has locked her up in
the house; she can't even go to drama club practice. She says that her father
hates her, probably because she reminds him of her mother, who had left him
when Kaho was very young. She cries in your arms, and begs you to take her
 away somewhere.

Later, you hand Kaho your cell phone so that you can call her. Ai and Takeshi
return. Back at your house, Kaho insists on going home alone, and does.

note: Kaho apologizing for being unable to remember things seems out of
place. I think this is a reference to a Useful Decision way in the beginning
of the game, where you tell Kaho whether you introduced yourself to her in
the hallway, with flowers, or a love letter. Probably this is yet another
mistake in the DVD player version of this game, since the other sequences
 are missing.

note: Natsuiro no Sunadokei Visual Fan Book indicates there indeed is an
alternate Kaho sequence to be seen here in the console versions, though maybe
not because of the same Useful Decision I had suspected.

You MUST select this option to keep Kaho's path open.

* Ask Ai to go with me - Title 28, Chapter 54 {==
---------------------------------------------
You say just the two of you should go alone this year. Ai is surprised, and
blushes. When Ai goes to get her yukata ready, Kaho calls on the phone. She
asks to go with you to the festival, but you say that you had already promised
to go with Ai. Kaho asks about tomorrow, but you don't answer, remembering that
you have already been to 8/18 and didn't go out with her. Kaho is upset and
hangs up.

 Nightfall - Title 28, Chapter 55
 --------------------------------
Ai is ready to go, in her yukata. Seeing her in it makes you think minorly
lecherous thoughts. You go to the festival together. Ai tries to catch
goldfish but sucks as usual. Ai asks if you will be yourself tomorrow, and
you say you won't. You ask if she really believes your crazy story. Ai says
she is not sure, but she doesn't really care if it's true or not. Ai trips
and twists her ankle. You end up carrying her around. You two recall when
a similar thing happened when you were children.

Back at your house, you realize you lost your cell phone at the festival.

You MUST select this option to keep Ai's path open.

reminder: By the time you reach this decision, at most one of Ai's and Kaho's
paths is still open. This is your big chance to screw up and ruin your
relationship with them both, to get either a bad ending or Lee Jane's ending.

remark: Natsuiro no Sunadokei Visual Fan Book indicates that in the console
versions, a third option to just stay home exists, which must then be selected
to unlock Lee Jane's ending.

Moment of truth - Title 27, Chapter 57
--------------------------------------
At home, you look at a planner, putting an X on the days you have been to, and
realize the only days remaining are the first few days and the last week of
summer vacation. You go to sleep and see the colors.

** THIS IS THE END OF THE MAIN PLOT **

If Kaho's path is open, continue on to KAHO'S PATH.

If Ai's path is open, continue on to AI'S PATH.

If both Kaho's path and Ai's path are closed, but Lee Jane's path is open,
continue on to LEE JANE'S PATH.

If everyone's path is closed, go to BAD ENDING #3.

someone grabs your arm. It is Kaho. She is pale, and tells you in tears that Ai
was run over by a reckless driver. You fall to your knees and black out.

Though you saved Kaho, in exchange you lost the most important person in your
life. Kaho also ends up traumatized, and shuts herself off from the world.

LEE JANE'S PATH
+-----------------+

8/24, last week of summer vacation - Title 33, Chapter 15 - LAUUGITJ
--------------------------------------------------------------------
You recall what happened during the last six days you jumped over. You had
mostly ignored Kaho, trying to attend to Mana, and on the 23rd, Kaho was in
tears in front of your house. You try to call Kaho, but there is no answer. You
run over to her house but no one is there. Back home, Ai tells you that she
heard Kaho is moving away. Then she reveals that Kaho had given her a letter to
give to you, but that she had hidden it in jealousy. In the letter, Kaho says
she is going to move out, and wants to see you so you can help her stay. She
says she will sneak out on August 23rd to see you. Now you understand what had
gone wrong that day.

8/31, day of Kaho's accident - Title 33, Chapter 11 - NAOUGKTJ
--------------------------------------------------------------
You wake up from having time jumped and just lie in bed to sleep, but someone
is sitting on top of you and shaking you. You tell Ai to go away, but it turns
out to be Lee Jane. She came to pick you up for your date together. Lee Jane is
really excited, but you are totally depressed. Lee Jane tells you that it
doesn't matter what kind of mood you are in, because this will be your last day
together. As soon as she makes sure Kaho will live, Lee Jane will have to go.

You borrow some normal clothes from Ai for Lee Jane to wear. You creep out of
the house. You two watch a movie, do some window shopping, then go to Paradise
Cafe.

Title 33, Chapter 12
--------------------
Lee Jane eats a chocolate parfait. Then she says that she loves you, with a
serious face. You say that she probably thinks that because you are the only
one she has really talked to. She says that she thinks she loves you anyway.
She gets a call on her device and says that the critical time has passed, and
that Kaho will be all right.

 !! PC version only !!
 ---------------------
Now is when you do your hentai thing with Lee Jane. I don't know exactly what
happens though. From the pictures in the Visual Fan Book, you two go to a
room I don't recognize. I suppose it could either be at a hotel or Lee Jane's
house, assuming she has one somewhere.

You two walk home and talk. She says that she likes this era. You suggest that
Lee Jane stay here. She asks if she can be your wife if she stays, but quickly
says she thinks that would be impossible. Then Lee Jane asks you to come with
her.

* Go with her - Title 33, Chapter 13 <==

You say that you will. Lee Jane says "Then let's go!!" and grabs your arm to
leave immediately. You panic, and wonder about school, your family, and all
that. Lee Jane says she has a great idea...

 You get an Extra Password...CHIRIRIN.

* Don't go - Title 33, Chapter 14 {==
---------------------------------
You say that you can't, and apologize. You tell her to come back when she
retires, but she says she will be old by then. You say that you don't mind, and
hope that you can be together someday. She appreciates the thought, but says
that she probably won't ever come back, because it will be too painful for her
to see you with a family and children of your own. Lee Jane tells you to close
your eyes. She touches your lips with her finger, says goodbye, and disappears.

You open your eyes and run all around wildly calling her name but she is gone.
When you return home, you find Ai's clothes in your room, washed and neatly
folded.

After this, you jump through the days you missed, and things return to normal
after September 1st. You continue to live a normal life, and always hope to
one day see Lee Jane again.

note: I really recommend watching this bad ending. It's more of a sad ending
than a bad one. Everyone lives and this sequence is presented in a nice,
gentle manner. If you are the type of person who likes bittersweet endings
you might consider this the best ending in the game. Plus, the bad ending
credits music is better than the good ending credits music. Lee Jane's bad
ending story sequence also takes twice as long to finish as her good ending
 sequence.

KAHO'S PATH
+-------------+

8/24, last week of summer vacation - Title 29, Chapter 16 - JWTUAMTX
--------------------------------------------------------------------
You recall what happened during the last six days you jumped over. You had
mostly ignored Kaho, trying to attend to Mana, and on the 23rd, Kaho was in
tears in front of your house. You call Kaho on your cell phone. After a really
long time, she answers, but she seems super angry and doesn't speak much. You
beg her to see you until she agrees to meet you at the shrine where the summer
festival was that night.

At the shrine - Title 29, Chapter 17
------------------------------------
Kaho shows up but is still really angry. You ask her what you did wrong. Kaho
had given a letter to Ai, saying that she wanted to meet you on the 23rd, so
she had snuck out that day but you didn't show up. You explain that Ai never
gave you a letter, and that you had been attending to an injured classmate the
past week. Kaho is still angry that you never called her the whole week. You
slowly win her back over by hugging her and stuff.

You two sit around for a really long time, on the stone steps in front of a
Japanese shrine thing. You kiss a tiny bit as well.

 !! PC version only !!
 ---------------------
You two go into the little Japanese shrine thing and do hentai things.

Finally, the annual fireworks show that marks the end of summer in Japan starts
up, and you watch it together.

Ai gets scolded - Title 29, Chapter 18
--------------------------------------
Back home, you ask Ai about the letter. At first she tries to avoid the
question, then she says she forgot. You foolishly let her go without thinking
about her actions carefully.

8/25 - Title 29, Chapter 19 - LWTUAMTX
--------------------------------------
Someone shakes you softly to wake you up, but it doesn't seem like Ai. It turns
out to be Lee Jane. She says the future still hasn't changed, but she has
thought of a good way to save Kaho. She says you should simply have no contact
with Kaho until after August 31st. You have your doubts, but end up agreeing
with the plan.

You call Kaho, and she is happy. You tell her that you cannot meet her until
school starts. She starts to whimper and cry, forcing you to hang up abruptly
before she makes you change your mind.

8/26 - Title 29, Chapter 20 - HWTUAMTX
--------------------------------------
Ai says that you seem depressed since yesterday. She takes you with her to the
shopping center. There, you two accidentally bump into Kaho. Seeing you with
Ai, Kaho storms off. Kaho's father comes and takes her away.

That night you skip dinner. Ai, concerned, asks you if something is going wrong
with Kaho. You end up telling Ai everything, including the part about how Kaho
dies on August 31st.

8/27 - Title 29, Chapter 21 - NWHUADTX
--------------------------------------
You wake up yourself, realizing that for some reason, Ai has not been waking
you up recently. Unusually, it starts to rain. That night there is a storm, and
you randomly look outside the window. Kaho is standing in the rain outside your
house. You run out to get her. She is crying, and asks why you cannot meet her.
She says that no matter what, she cannot replace Ai. She returns your cell
phone and walks off into the rain.

It continues to rain for the next 2 days.

8/30 - Title 29, Chapter 22 - PWGUAKTX
--------------------------------------
It is still raining. You notice that Ai is acting especially strange and crazy
today. That night, you force her into your room and interrogate her.

Decision - Title 29, Chapter 2 - RWGUAMTX
-----------------------------------------
* Ask severely - Title 29, Chapter 23 <--
-------------------------------------
You shout at her and scare her. She is frightened and crying, but still keeps
quiet. Eventually, though, she gives in.

* Ask kindly - Title 29, Chapter 24
-----------------------------------
You tell Ai you won't get mad. Ai gives in and starts to talk.

Ai's confession - Title 29, Chapter 25
--------------------------------------
First, Ai confesses that she had thrown away Kaho's letter on purpose in a fit
of jealousy. Ai has loved you for the past ten years. She asks if you really
had never noticed.

Decision - Title 29, Chapter 3 - ZJAUAFTX
-----------------------------------------
* Sorry...... - Title 29, Chapter 26
------------------------------------
You apologize for never thinking of Ai as anything other than a childhood
friend. Ai says she knows what you want to say to her and stops you.

* Actually, I noticed...... - Title 29, Chapter 27 <--
--------------------------------------------------
You realize that you already knew but had always pretended not to notice. You
tell Ai and apologize. Ai says it is okay; she knew this would happen someday.

Ai's shocking confession - Title 29, Chapter 28
-----------------------------------------------
Ai puts her face into her hands and sobs. Then she remembers something. Ai says
that at noon today, she called Kaho on the phone. She had told Kaho that you
liked only Kaho, and everything between you and Ai was just a misunderstanding.
She then told Kaho that you would meet her tomorrow at noon, in front of the
train station. Ai's act of spite has now put Kaho's life in grave danger.

Decision - Title 29, Chapter 4 - CJAUAYTX
-----------------------------------------
* Make Ai call - Title 29, Chapter 29
-------------------------------------
You ask Ai to call Kaho back. She does, but Kaho's father answers and she can't
get through.

* Go to Kaho's house - Title 29, Chapter 30 <--
-------------------------------------------
You start to go to Kaho's house, but Ai reminds you that Kaho's dad will never
let you see her, and stops you.

Title 29, Chapter 31
--------------------
You tell Ai not to worry about it anymore, and that you will save Kaho. That
night, as you fall asleep while considering your options, the scent and colors
return.

7/21 - Title 29, Chapter 32 - LJHUAVTX
--------------------------------------
Your mom mentions that she will clean your room today and might throw away some
of your junk magazines. You go outside, and Ai appears and asks you to take her
to school on your bike. You suspect this will be the last time you ever do this
with Ai, so you happily agree. On the way, you spot other students who are also
going to school for club meetings. One of them is Mana.

Decision - Title 29, Chapter 5 - HJHUAQTX
-----------------------------------------
* Talk - Title 29, Chapter 33
-----------------------------
You call to Mana for fun, and she looks at you, confused. Ai wonders if you
know her.

* Don't - Title 29, Chapter 34 <--
------------------------------
Mana doesn't even know you yet so you decide not to talk to her. Mana does seem
to acknowledge your presence though, which Ai notices as well.

At school - Title 29, Chapter 35
--------------------------------
You drop Ai off and see Takeshi. He takes you to a meeting for club presidents,
which you had forgotten about. Takeshi asks about the thing you gave to him to
hold yesterday. As you wonder what he is talking about, Tomomi wacks you on the
head, lectures you for a bit, and leaves. Next, you see Kaho, and accidentally
call to her. She says hello and smiles at you. You ask her if she would like to
know about her future if something disastrous was going to happen, but she says
that she doesn't.

Nothing else happens that day, or the next. On the night of 7/22 the scent and
colors return.

8/31, day of Kaho's accident - Title 29, Chapter 36 - TJHUAITX
--------------------------------------------------------------
You immediately bike over to Kaho's house, and shout at the balcony window.
Kaho's father comes out. You tell him that Kaho's life is in grave danger and
beg him to let you see her. He seems to consider what you say seriously, but
still doesn't allow you to see her. You start mouthing off at him. Just as he
is about to get really mad, their maid comes out and announces that Kaho is not
in her room. You realize that she has already snuck out to meet you and dash
off. As you leave, you remind her father that Kaho is in danger and ask him to
look for her as well.

As you leave Kaho's house, your cell phone starts to ring. Tomomi says that
Oonuma is back and asks you to come over immediately. You hear fighting over
the phone then it hangs up.

CRITICAL Decision - Title 29, Chapter 6 - OJTUAMTX
--------------------------------------------------
* Look for Kaho - Title 29, Chapter 37
--------------------------------------
You immediately head to the train station. Even though it is only 10 am, Kaho
is there waiting for you safely. She is very happy to see you.

** GO TO BAD ENDING #4 **

* Go to Tomomi's apartment - Title 29, Chapter 39 <==
-------------------------------------------------
You think that catching the stalker might fix the starting point of everything
and save them both, so you go to Tomomi's apartment. She is not there so you
rush down into the parking lot and see Tomomi being abducted into a car by
Oonuma. You jump on him and Tomomi escapes his grip, but you foolishly turn
your back to him and Oonuma knocks you out. You see the lights.

7/20, first day of summer vacation - Title 29, Chapter 40
---------------------------------------------------------
What the?! What are you going to do now?

CRITICAL Decision - Title 29, Chapter 7 - ELG0ZMDF
--------------------------------------------------
* Write letter to Tomomi - Title 29, Chapter 41 <==
-----------------------------------------------
You write letters to both Tomomi and Kaho, warning them of the dangers they
will face on August 31st.

You MUST select this option to keep Kaho's good ending open.

* Put off Tomomi - Title 29, Chapter 42
---------------------------------------
You focus only on Kaho, and write her a letter, asking her not to leave her
house on August 31st until you get there.

Title 29, Chapter 43
--------------------
But how are you going to get the letter delivered around August 31st?

CRITICAL Decision - Title 29, Chapter 8 - JLTRZLQV
--------------------------------------------------
* Put inside a magazine - Title 29, Chapter 44
----------------------------------------------
You write a memo for yourself to send the letters near the end of August, and
stick them in some magazines. You don't remember them still being around at the
end of August, though.

* Give to Takeshi <==
-----------------
IF Kaho's good ending is open:

Title 29, Chapter 46
--------------------
You call out Takeshi and give him the letters in a sealed envelope. You ask him
to deliver the letters to Kaho and Tomomi on August 30th. You beg him not to
ask questions about it. Takeshi agrees to do what you ask.

Reaching and selecting this option UNLOCKS Kaho's good ending.

IF Kaho's good ending is closed:

Title 29, Chapter 45
--------------------
You call out Takeshi and give him the letter in a sealed envelope. You ask him
to deliver the letter to Kaho on August 30th. You beg him not to ask questions
about it. Takeshi agrees to do what you ask.

Title 29, Chapter 47
--------------------
You go to sleep and see the rainbow colors.

IF Kaho's good ending is NOT unlocked, go to BAD ENDING #5.

IF Kaho's good ending is UNLOCKED, you continue on.

8/31 - Title 29, Chapter 49 - XLALZLUM
--------------------------------------
You wake up just seconds after you were knocked out. Tomomi has knocked out
Oonuma with a homemade stun gun. Your warning got to her in time. You two call
the police, then you dash back to Kaho's house. You ring the doorbell, hoping
she is home this time because of your letter. Their maid answers, saying Kaho
is still not back. Apparently this hasn't changed. You go to the train station.

Title 29, Chapter 50
--------------------
Kaho is there waiting for you. She is very happy to see you and dashes across
the street to get to you. Just then, a stupid car races in her direction, out
of control. You can't get to her in time, but Kaho's father suddenly appears
and saves her. He reveals that he had intercepted and read the letter you had
written for Kaho, and gives it to her. He allows Kaho to see you and leaves.
Kaho flies into your arms and you hug her.

That night, Ai goes back to live at her house since her father is ready to
leave the hospital.

9/1 - Title 29, Chapter 51
--------------------------
You wake up in the nurse's office, after having fainted at the school opening
ceremony. Kaho is with you. She says she was talking with her father all night
and was late for the opening ceremony. It seems like their relationship will
begin to improve now. Ai has told Kaho that she wishes you two well, too.

You spot Lee Jane hiding behind a tree at school and leave Kaho for a while to
go talk to her. She thanks you for helping her succeed at her mission. You ask
her to show you a bit of your future as a reward. She takes out her powder
bottle and lets you smell it.

Title 29, Chapter 12
--------------------
Kaho's GOOD ENDING credits play.

Epilogue - Title 29, Chapter 52
-------------------------------
You wake up being kissed by Kaho. She is above you in a wedding dress. But you
are only in some kind of drama play with her. You smile nevertheless, knowing
that you will still be with her at this time in the future.

Title 29, Chapter 15
--------------------
You get an Extra Password...HOKAHOKA.

remarks: I wonder what you will do next because you are in the middle of a play
and are mindless, and don't know your lines. It would be funny if you mess
everything up and Kaho gets angry at you again. In any case, this is a nice
ending. The full Kaho storyline is the most complete one in the game. It is
probably the true ending of the story.

8/24, last week of summer vacation - Title 30, Chapter 16 - AHGUJDTE
--------------------------------------------------------------------
You wake up and Ai comes in. She is cheerful, and asks you what you are going
to do about tonight's fireworks show, that marks the end of summer. You tell
Ai that you will watch it with her, and she is surprised. Recalling that on the
23rd, Kaho was in tears in front of your house, you tell Ai that Kaho is angry
with you for some reason. Ai looks worried for a moment, but you reassure her
that you honestly want to see the fireworks with her, and she is happy.

That night, you two sit together on the roof of your house and watch the
fireworks. Ai talks about various things, and you realize you have begun to
develop true feelings for her.

8/25 - Title 30, Chapter 17 - UHGUJVTE
--------------------------------------
Someone shakes you softly to wake you up, but it doesn't seem like Ai. It turns
out to be Lee Jane. She says the future still hasn't changed. She then wonders
if you are going to continue neglecting Kaho, and says that the future where
she becomes your girlfriend will probably change. You realize that Ai is the
person most important to you, so you say that you will simply not interact with
Kaho until after August 31st. Hopefully that will prevent Kaho's death.

Suddenly, Ai starts to open to door, and Lee Jane dashes out. Ai asks you who
you were talking to, and who is going to die. You tell Ai everything about
Kaho's future. Ai tells you to make sure you rescue Kaho, looks depressed, then
leaves. She avoids you for the rest of the day.

8/26 - Title 30, Chapter 18 - EHTUJQTE
--------------------------------------
After you wake up and go downstairs, your mom tells you that Ai was on the
phone with a guy, and seems to have gone out on a date. You try to think of who
it might be but can't think of anyone. You go to the shopping plaza, feeling
jealous and insecure. By chance, you look in the window of a new cafe that just
opened. Ai and Takeshi are inside, having a serious talk.

Takeshi says something to Ai and she starts to cry. He then takes something out
to give to Ai. She accepts it, and cheers up a little. They leave the cafe and
split up to go home.

Decision - Title 30, Chapter 2 - CHTUJFTE
-----------------------------------------
* Follow Takeshi - Title 30, Chapter 19
---------------------------------------
You immediately call out to Takeshi. He is surprised to see you, and you ask
him what he is doing here. He says he is just walking around. You tell him not
to lie, and that you saw him with Ai. You ask him what is going on, and if he
made Ai cry. Takeshi tells you that you are the one who made Ai cry. He says
that Ai decided to give up on you, thinking she could not compete with Kaho.

You are amazed that Ai likes you, and Takeshi says you are insensitive, and
cannot believe you did not notice. He asks you how you feel about Ai. You
mumble foolishly, but Takeshi can see the truth. He tells you to go home to Ai
quickly.

You ask him what it was that he gave to Ai. Takeshi says that it was a belated
birthday present but does not say any more. You wonder if Takeshi has feelings
for Ai too, but go home quickly.

At home, Ai is staring absent-mindedly at the silver pendant Takeshi gave to
her. It is the same as the one Kaho had given you earlier, and you realize
that Takeshi was the one who had really bought the other half of the set. You
tell Ai that you have something to talk to her about, and she follows you to
your room.

* Go home - Title 30, Chapter 20 <--
--------------------------------
Taking a shortcut, you arrive home before Ai. You angrily ask her where she
was, and she gets scared. She says she was with a girl from her class. You are
furious, drag Ai into your room, and slam the door. You say that you saw her
talking to Takeshi, and ask what she was talking about. Ai becomes defiant and
does not say.

You notice a silver pendant around Ai's neck, and realize that must be what
Takeshi gave her. Amazed, you realize that it is the same as the one Kaho had
given you earlier, and you realize that Takeshi was the one who had really
bought the other half of the set. Ai tells you not to touch it and goes nuts.
She says that Takeshi bought it for her birthday, but could not give it to her
until today. She shouts that you have never gotten a birthday present for her
before. You ask Ai if she likes Takeshi, and she shoves you and dashes out.

You are confused so you call Takeshi on the phone. He seems to know what you
want to talk about and agrees to meet you at Paradise Cafe. There, he tells you
that Ai decided to give up on you, thinking she could not compete with Kaho.

You are amazed that Ai likes you, and Takeshi says you are insensitive, and
cannot believe you did not notice. You realize that you have been acting
stupidly, and apologize to Takeshi.

You ask Takeshi, if by any chance, he likes Ai. He is a bit startled, but says
it was just a birthday present. You then ask Takeshi if there is any girl that
he likes. He says there is, but that the girl he likes has belonged to someone
else for a long time now.

Back home, Ai tries to avoid you, but you tell her that you need to talk to her
and she follows you to your room.

You and Ai confess your love - Title 30, Chapter 21
---------------------------------------------------
You tell Ai that you have heard everything from Takeshi. You ask her openly if
you two can become more than just childhood friends. Ai is too startled to
answer, so you just tell her to say yes or no. She says yes, then starts to
cry. She asks if you are really okay with her, and you tell her that she is the
only one for you. She flies into your arms and you hug her. She says that she
has liked you for the ultra longest time. Ai worries that you are playing a
trick on her, because every time you changed grades in school you have liked a
different girl, and she can remember every single one. She recalls some of them
from long ago, and you realize that she has indeed liked you for the longest
time.

Ai says that she fully realized that she honestly loved you when her mother
died. She says some more mushy stuff, and both of you are happy.

Ai shakes you but you are too slow to wake up, so she kisses you on the
forehead. Today there is a summer bargain at a store by the train station, so
Ai takes you on a date with her. While you are there, it starts to rain. You
two run into the shopping plaza and you are wiping the water off her face, when
you suddenly see Kaho.

Kaho is upset, seeing you with Ai. Then Kaho notices that you and Ai are both
wearing the same silver pendant. Kaho breaks down crying, expresses her anger
at you both, then turns around to leave.

Decision - Title 30, Chapter 3 - HHAUJYTE
-----------------------------------------
* Chase Kaho - Title 30, Chapter 23 <--

You run after Kaho, but she says she doesn't want to hear anything. She says
you should have left her alone to begin with. Then her father comes and takes
Kaho home.

says you don't even bother to call her anymore. Then her father comes and takes
Kaho home.

Title 30, Chapter 25

That night, both you and Ai are depressed. Ai finally reveals to you that she
had been the reason Kaho was crying on August 23rd. Kaho had given Ai a letter

of the train station on August 31st, tomorrow.

That night, you fall asleep and see the colors.

7/21 - Title 30, Chapter 30 - UNTUJVTE

Takeshi meets you at school. Takeshi asks about the thing you gave to him to

she should try to fix it herself.

As you walk past Mana, you think you notice her bow to you slightly.

Title 30, Chapter 36
--------------------
When you return home, Ai is squatting in front of her house, baking some fish
outside.

Nothing else happens that day, or the next. On the night of 7/22 the scent and
colors return.

8/31, day of Kaho's accident - Title 30, Chapter 37 - PNTUJVTE
--------------------------------------------------------------
You wake up Ai and get ready to go save Kaho, but the Tomomi calls your house
and says that Oonuma has come back. You hear fighting over the phone then it
hangs up. Ai asks what the call was about.

CRITICAL Decision - Title 30, Chapter 7 - RNHUJSTE
--------------------------------------------------
* Tell her it's nothing - Title 30, Chapter 38
----------------------------------------------
You take Ai with you on your bike and immediately go to Kaho's house. No one is
home so you both head over to the train station. Kaho arrives, and Ai runs over
to her, crying. Suddenly, Kaho shouts at Ai to stop. A reckless driver heads
towards Ai's direction. At the last minute, Kaho jumps out in front of the car
and is run over. Ai cries in shock, and you fall to your knees in despair.

** GO TO BAD ENDING #6 **

* Tell Ai about the conversation - Title 30, Chapter 40 <==
-------------------------------------------------------
You and Ai decide to split up. Ai goes to Kaho's house and you go to Tomomi's
apartment. She is not there so you rush down into the parking lot and see
Tomomi being abducted into a car by Oonuma. You jump on him and Tomomi escapes
his grip, but you foolishly turn your back to him and Oonuma knocks you out.
You see the lights.

7/20, first day of summer vacation - Title 30, Chapter 41
---------------------------------------------------------
You rush to Tomomi's apartment to warn her in advance that Oonuma will abduct
her on August 31st, but she is not there. You search for her all day but are
unable to find her. What are you going to do now?

CRITICAL Decision - Title 30, Chapter 8 - APAUJMTE
--------------------------------------------------
* Leave a message on the answering machine - Title 30, Chapter 42
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Even though you vaguely remember Tomomi saying her answering machine is not
working properly, you choose to leave a message.

 Title 30, Chapter 45
 --------------------
You go to sleep and see the rainbow colors.

 ** GO TO BAD ENDING #7 **

* Leave the letter in the mailbox - Title 30, Chapter 43
--------------------------------------------------------
Even though you vaguely remember Oonuma tampering with Tomomi's mail in the
future, you leave her a letter in her mailbox.

 Title 30, Chapter 45
 --------------------
You go to sleep and see the rainbow colors.

 ** GO TO BAD ENDING #7 **

* Give letter to Takeshi - Title 30, Chapter 44 <==
-----------------------------------------------
You call out Takeshi and give him the letters in a sealed envelope. You ask him
to deliver the letters to Kaho and Tomomi on August 30th. You beg him not to
ask questions about it. Takeshi agrees to do what you ask.

note: Another mistake in the DVD game. You do not actually write a letter to
Kaho in this storyline.

Title 30, Chapter 46
--------------------
You go to sleep and see the rainbow colors.

8/31 - Title 30, Chapter 48 - LPAUJDTE
--------------------------------------
You wake up just seconds after you were knocked out. Tomomi has knocked out
Oonuma with a homemade stun gun. Your warning got to her in time. You two call
the police, then you go to the train station.

Ai is there, still waiting for Kaho. When the train arrives, Kaho appears
without incident. She is happy to see you both and seems to have magically come
to terms with the fact that she could never have gotten between you and Ai.
Kaho even jokes that if Ai is not careful, she may take you away from her in
the future. Ai and Kaho hug and make up.

That night, Ai goes back to live at her house since her father is ready to
leave the hospital.

9/1 - Title 30, Chapter 49
--------------------------
You wake up in the nurse's office, after having fainted at the school opening
ceremony. Lee Jane is there, and thanks you for helping her succeed in her
mission. Ai enters the room and Lee Jane disappears. She says that Kaho was
late and missed the opening ceremony. Ai asks which day you came from. You
answer that you came from yesterday. Ai smiles and gives you a big hug.

Title 30, Chapter 13
--------------------
Ai's GOOD ENDING credits play.

Epilogue - Title 30, Chapter 50
-------------------------------
You end up marrying Ai and taking over her father's shop, like they wanted.

Title 30, Chapter 15
--------------------
You get an Extra Password...ILOVEYOU.

remarks: I don't think the story was supposed to end this way, but the writers
continually work on giving you a massive guilt trip, until you can't help but
feel totally obligated to be with Ai. It sort of works, and this storyline is
the longest one in the game as well.
