~~HISTORY~~

Over a millennia ago, Onaga, also known as the Dragon King,
was the ruler of Outworld. Seeking eternal life he ordered
the last known dragon egg to be kept hidden and guarded in
hope that it's blood would grant him immortality. He, however,
died before this could be forfilled. Shao Khan, one of his chief
advisors poisoned him for he could be the ruler of Outworld. As
a result Onaga's army of undead undefeatable warriors were mumified.
As the years passed Onaga was forgotten. With the exception of his
holy men nobody knew the fact that he could cheat death and retain
consciousness from beyond teh grave. Nobody knows how he could do
this but it may be because he drank the dragon's blood in the past.

Some time before Liu Kang defeated Goro and Shang Tsung in the
Mortal Kombat tournament, Onaga spoke with a warrior named Shujinko
through an avatar named Damashi. He persuaded him to embark on a
quest for the Kamidogu, claiming that it was the will of the Elder Gods.
Shujinko embarked on this quest setting Onaga's plans into motion.
A small sect of his holy men still remainied guarding the dragon egg
along with the elemental blaze which they had captured several years earier.

A few years later the Deadly Alliance formed and used their powers to
resurrect Onaga's army. Raiden and his warriors went to stop them but failed.
While this was going on the Vampiress Nitara along with Cyrax snuck into the
chamber of th egg. She then seperatered her realm from Outworld from destroying
an orb there. Reptile felt betrayed as he arrived shortly afer they left. As he
approached the dragon egg it sent it's essence into him. Onaga was then reborn,
using Reptile to regain his body.

As Quan Chi was ready to give orders to Onaga's army, Onaga arrived.
Even the combined efforts of Quan Chi, Shang Tsung, and Raiden could
not defeat him. After Shujinko found what he had done he took action.
He traveled through the realms to find recruis to fight Onaga. Shujinko
was successful and defeated Onaga along with these warriors.
