- Yo listen up little shrimps.......I wrote this FAQ, that means it's
all me. So I don't want none of you little punk asses taking what I
did and putting it up on your sites taking my credit. Just do us all
a favor and e-mail me to get my permission to put it up on your site
or whatever and it'll all be smooth sailing.

- Well I'm gonna do this FAQ for all the millions and millions of
street racers out there. This game is rated T for langauge and some
violence so with that I figured I'll go along with the game and use
just a few cuss words. Just giving you guys the heads up. Welp lets
get down to the basics little shrimps.

- Just to let people know....even though this walkthrough was also posted
into the X-Box version (which I didn't realise til like 5 people
e-mailed me about fixing the controls to the X-Box style controller)
this is where it all began for MC2. I was the first to put up a
walkthrough for MC2 when it first came out for the PS2, and now I've
finally sat down and finished this thing up for all my loyal fans. You
people wanted it to end, well here's the finale of it. I thank all of
you for your patience.

- Personal Note -

- To be honest after I finally beat this game, despite the fact that it
pissed me off constantly, I have to admit it's still an extremely fun
game. This is by far the pinnacle of all racing games out there. No
NASCAR game could compare to this game. Hell NASCAR doesn't have crap
on this game. I'd like to see Dale Earnhardt Jr. or Jeff Gordon (don't
give me any looks.....the only reason I know about these NASCAR racers
is because I live in a very redneck area, and that's all they talk
about around here. They call me city boy too much too and give me these
really eery looks) try this stuff instead of turning left all the time.
This is what racing is really meant to be and it what it truely is.
I'll leave the NASCAR to the rednecks......gimme some illegal street
racing any day.

1) Controls

- Can't get around if you don't know how to move your car little shrimp
so here's Joker to tell you the basics of getting around.

PS2 Controls

The left analog stick is your means of putting you in the direction you
want to go.
The X button is your gas. Don't get crazy using it. Sometimes you'll
need to let off of it to make a turn or to avoid that truck that's
pulling out in front of you.
Square is your brake. Naturally this is what stops you. Square also
lets you move in reverse.
The circle button or the R1 button is your hand brake. This makes you
come to a stop alot faster, or make tight turns.
The Up button on the D-Pad brings up the overhead map
The Left button on the D-Pad moves to the previous song on the song
list
The Right button on the D-Pad moves to the next song on the song list
The Down button puts up the minimap.
The L2 button gives you a look behind you. Use this to see if any punk
racers are trying to sneak up on you. (correction on this control was
submitted by the all knowing Amit! Bow before his might!!!!!)
L3 or pushing the left analog stick in brings up the high beams. Use
this to challenge other racers when driving around.

X-Box Controls

The left analog stick is your means of moving you around to turn and
what not.
The A Button is your gas. Use it wisely.
The B Button is what helps you to look back at the racers behind you.
The X Button is your brake. USE IT FOR ONCE!
The Y Button is to change camera angles. Watch yourself kicking ass in
different angles!
The White Button honks your horn. Try doing the tune to Funky Town with
it
The Black Button helps you to do your nitro and slip stream. Trust me,
you'll hitting this button alot
Click in the Left Analog to turn on the highbeams
Up on the D-Pad is to bring up the overhead map
Left and Right on the D-Pad goes back and forth between songs
Down puts the map into mini mode so you can see what's in front of you
better. A little in game GPS?
Left Trigger is your weight transfer
Right Trigger is your Handbrake

- There you have it. All the basic controls you'll need to climb your
way to the top.

2) Unlocked Controls

- As time goes by in Career Mode you'll unlock new controls to use.
Here's the lowdown on all the controls.

- Nitros - This is your big boost here. Use this to blow by the other
racers like nothing. Earned in Los Angeles

- Weight Transfer - The weight transfer is way to keep your car stable
in the air. Use the L1 button and the left analog
stick to keep your car nice and stable for landing.
When you have a motorcycle this becomes your nitros
system. By pressing down and L1 at the same time
you can do a wheelie to give a big boost of speed.
By pressing up and L1 you can crouch down on the
bike and catch some extra decent speed. Pressing
L1, Square, and Up at the same time you can do an
endo on your bike. Earned in Los Angeles

- Slip-Stream Turbo - This is very useful, a free turbo boost. To use
this get behind another racer and tail them until
your meter gets red. Once it turns red hit the
R2 button to use this short burst of speed.
                     Earned in Los Angeles

- Two Wheeling - This little trick pops your car on two wheels for
tight spots. By pressing the L1 button and left or
right you'll pop your car onto two wheels for a moment
to ride by people. Earned in Los Angeles

- Burnout - By holding down the brake and punching the gas you'll
notice your meter start to rise. When it hits the top let
go of the brake and send your ass flying by using this
           technique.

3) The Cars

- Alright........here's all the cars you can earn and use while going
through Career Mode. To earn new cars you have to earn them in Career
Mode.

***Here's a badass tip from the one and only [email protected].
He sends in the max speed for every vehicle in the game. A truely
note worthy tip and something to you guys the edge. Even I must bow
with respect to him for this one. I'm leaving the entire tip in his
original e-mail format, so if there are any spelling errors then
it's not my fault. I'll get around to correcting them later if you
guys have trouble with the spelling.***

***Hey, I just read your faq on gamefaqs.com for midnight club 2 and it
is great. I thought maybe you would like my top speed on cars

4) Los Angeles

- Ok little shrimp.....here's where you'll start off to build your
legend. Don't get nervous now. I'll give you the lowdown of what to
expect from all the racers in Los Angeles.

- To race in this you must go through each marker as they appear until
you can goto the finishing line marker.

- Moses -

- First race is too easy. It's just a straight shot to the finish line
with minimal curves.

- The second race has a few sharp turns to watch out for. This race is
not hard at all. When you're coming off the highway move to the alley
way just to the left of the street markers not allowing you to take
the road they're blocking. You can't crash through these markers so
don't try.

- Maria -

- The first race is a bit difficult if you're still learning the game.
You have heavy traffic to watch out for and cops in the skies looking
all around for you. A note to watch out for, if you're in the lead
when getting off the highway for the first time a semi-truck will
get in your way to block off your way to get back on the highway.
Swerve around it or try going under the truck's cargo to keep on
cruising right along.

- Ok this race has a bit of a twist to it. You have only Maria to deal
with so no worries there. The only thing you have to worry about is
the time limit. Each time you pass through a checkpoint you get a
new time limit to get to the next one. They don't accumulate on this
race so move your butt. This race is fairly easy if you can keep up
the pace to reach each checkpoint in time.

- Gina -

- This race is pretty simple, just keep your eyes out for the check-
points since they are spaced pretty far apart. Basically just beat
out the other racers and you're off to the next race. Like I said,
this isn't too hard. All you have to do is keep up the pressure.

- Another simple race, the only part to look out for is the snake part.
You'll eventually reach a checkpoint that you should of gone down an
alley to get to, and then the rest are behind each other causing you
to snake around to get them. Just get through this part asap and make
your back the way you came to finish the race. This race isn't
exactly the easiest since you're racing against motorcycles. Don't be
fooled now, those things can haul some major ass. Just do what you
can to beat them out and you'll have a motorcycle of your own to tote
around.

***Here's another tip from Kevin L. that he e-mailed me. I'm posting
this one in the format he gave me as well. Thank the dude for the
  tip.

***hey i found out in the first race against gina that bfore the
race starts and they are showing you the motorcycles going and stuff
you should start spinning your tires and then before they say go you
press triange and the race will begin and catch the racers alittle
off gaurd and you can get a early lead just as soon as you press
triangle let go of your hand break and you well fly past the
oppinits this gave me a pretty big led in the beggining and helped
me win this race. as soon as u press tria. the race starts so.
  kevin L.

***Here's a tip from Kevin Rice that he e-mailed me. It's posted in the
exact form he e-mailed me, so thank him if his tip is useful for
  you.***

** During the race for the motorcycle (where you're racing against
motorcycles), it's much easier to get through the slalom (you
called it the snake part) by either directly colliding with the
motorcycle racers (half will go one way through the slalom and half
go the other way) or forcing them to make extremely wide turns by
turning into them. It took me a few tries to figure that out, but
once it's done, the race is easy. Save your nitrous for the ride
back. Once you're through the hard right-angle turn, it's a mostly
straight ride through the remaining checkpoints and through the
finish line. It's here that you kick in the nitrous. I beat the
second place motorcycles by just over eight seconds doing this. **

- This time they put you on a motorcycle to race against Gina and her
racers for her car. There are some sharp turns, major traffic, and
dumb people that want to pull out of their parking spots to get in
your way at the very last moment just to wreck you. So all in all you
better pay good attention to the road and keep the speed up if you
want to win this race because it's not easy. A turn to watch out for
is when you're coming off the highway. This turn will take you to the
airport and that's where the cars will turn out on you. Keep an eye
out for that.

- Steven -

- The first race is a race against time. Each time you clear a
checkpoint you'll add more time to your current time. If the clock
hits zero then you lose, so move that car of yours and reach the
finish line already. There's just a few sharp turns to look out for
and a cop or two to will be out to annoy you. Shake the cops and
tackle the turns to win this race. Also take the short cut through
the construction yard to reach the finish line faster when it shows
up that for you to reach it.

- The last race with him is a very confusing one because you don't know
who's winning or losing. There are three checkpoints that you have
to clear in any order that you wish to go through them before heading
out to the finish line. Forget trying to figure out if you're first
or last, just finish the race as quickly as possible. You'll win your
self a brand spanking new car if you win this one.

- Angel -

- Just like in Steven's last race you can go through the checkpoints in
any order. The only problem is is that there are way more than in
Steven's. Just like in the last one go through as many checkpoints as
fast as you can and don't worry about first or last place. Try and
get the checkpoints in a straight shot so that you don't have to turn
so much to get them. In otherwords avoid driving around to each one
individually and get them all in a single go.

- You race Angel's old man in this one. He drives a pretty decent car
that can floorboard it like nothing. This race has alot of tight
turns and other various obstacles to get in your way. Just be aware
of your surroundings and watch Angel's dad. This is a one on one race
so don't worry about anybody else but him. Just keep the speed up
and you'll win.

*** Got an e-mail with a tip from MCS Silby for this race with Angel's
   dad. ***

*** Right before the finish line while you're in the dam, you should be
lined up with the finish line with the exception of a building.
Use nitro on the lip of the dam and you should fly up over the
building onto the finish. Because of this I won the race and that
   hot car. ***

- This last race is somewhat long. The checkpoints are spaced far apart
and you have to deal with some traffic and cops. Also you're racing
against a group of racers instead of just one on one. Not much I can
suggest here but to find your own way that you're confortable with
and keep the speed flowing on this race. You win this race, you win
yourself a new car and Angel's anger.

- Hector -

- This isn't really a race, more like a challenge. Before you can reach
the finish line you must lose all cops on your tail. You can't goto
the finish line with cops on your butt so do what you can to lose
them and then get to the finish line as fast as possible without
attracting more cops.

- Yet again another race where you can go through the checkpoints in
any order that you wish. The checkpoints in this race are like
triangles in that there are three in one spot that resemble triangles
There are also a few that are just out of the way. Find a groove that
suits you and get this race over with as fast as you can. Like before
don't worry about if you're first or last, just finish the race as
fast as you can.

- This race is gonna be one to the finish. It's long, has, some tight
turns, heavy traffic, the occasional cops, you name it. Just race as
fast as you can on this one and keep an eye out on the traffic since
this is what will give you the most problems in my opinion. If you
keep up the pressure and master your controls then you should have
this race over with in no time.

- Dice -

- This is the champ and he's gonna show you why he's the champ. -

- Alright........this level by far will be one of the hardest that
you'd of encountered so far. The race is long with and extreme amount
of traffic, and some of the sharpest turns to watch out for. Cops
will try to get in your way in this one, but they're really no threat
to you in my opinion. One sharp turn to look out for is the turn onto
the highway just after the weaving through the trees. You have to get
on the highway and the only way on is a very sharp turn on a check
point. This race will test all of your skills to win. Dice drives
one of the best cars in the game, with speed that can just equal the
motorcycle. Dice will not play around with you for long so do what
you can to get the lead and keep it. Finish this race off the best
way you can. Also another sharp turn to look out for is the turn to
go to the finish line. There's a small opening just to the right of
the last checkpoint that will take you right to the finish line. I
myself have missed this opening alot before I hit just right, so I'm
giving all of you the heads up. Race strong on this one.

- More annoying than the first stage with Dice this one gives you more
traffic with all the checkpoints spaced extremely far apart. It's
going to take everything you have to win this race. There are many
tight turns and plenty of surprises to watch out for on this stage
along with Dice and the other racers using some pretty fast cars. You
will just have to deal with it. At the end when it's time to go to
the finish line crash through the glass that's in front of you if
hit the checkpoint just right and take that shortcut to the finish.
You'll win Dice's sweet ride if you win at this stage so don't screw
up. Remember now......keep an eye out for all the tight turns and
find your own way of defeating this stage since you can goto each and
every checkpoint any way you wish.

- With that all said and done you are now the champ of Los Angeles.
Time to move on to Paris.......

5) Paris

- Blog -

- The first race is race with some tight tight turning. You have to
race against not only Blog but a few others as well. This race
shouldn't be much of a prob for anyone, if you can dodge through alot
of traffic that is. Just watch out for the traffic and you'll have
the race in no time.

- The last race is a bit long. It has some pretty heavy traffic to
watch out for and some very sharp turns. There are a few spots that
will throw you off like the big jumps and turns offs to go up a ramp
and down a ramp to get to checkpoints, but if you watch out for these
then you'll have the race. You are racing against multiple racers, so
be careful of that. When you see a light blue circle surrounded by
a white circle on your radar screen, then be ready to take the first
off ramp to go up to get it. It is a bit hard to miss so watch out.
The ramp is on your right. Keep up the pressure little shrimp and
you'll take home a new car when you win.

- Jewel & Julie -

- The first race is where you can go through the checkpoints in any
order, but I mean c'mon. If you notice they circle around perfectly
almost so just pick a side and go that way around back to the finish.
I took the right side first and won it on my first try on this stage.
There's really not much traffic to worry about. Just watch out for
other racers that will come at you head on from taking another route.
This race is really simple so if you lose at it the first time, then
you better win the second. It doesn't take much to win at this one.

- Ok on this one you don't have to worry about traffic too much, it's
actually light for once. What you do have to worry about is the
narrow roads that must be taken to win this race. The other racers
will be so close to you in most of the roads that they will try to
slam you into the wall, especially at the the start point. This stage
has alot of sharp turns and few checkpoints to confuse the hell out
of you since they put them various different places, but as long as
you watch yourself around the other racers you should win. Remember
now.......you're playing for pink slips on this one. One checkpoint
to look out for is the one where you'll have to go down onto the
highway and back up into an off ramp. If you're in first like I was
and got confused a bit to where this one was, let another racer in
front of you show you the way to it. That's what I did and then I
punched the nitros to leave his sorry tail behind.

- Primo -

- Ok......this is yet another race where you can through the
checkpoints in any order. They do circle around nicely, but there are
a few stray ones. On this you have heavy traffic in narrow spaces.
Yep you heard me......you'll be mainly on little streets trying to
swerve through heavy traffic and other racers to get to the check
points. Now on this one there seems to be many ways you can go to get
the checkpoints and finish, so I'm gonna let you decide which route
you want to take. Just be prepared for all the traffic and narrow
space though.

*** Here's a tip from Seppo that he e-mailed me...I'm not sure which
race it's for, as he didn't quite make that clear, but maybe you
can figure it out and use the tip. ***

** Hey - was just looking at your FAQ for MC2 (nice job, by the way),
and I had a tip for the last race with Primo, which I beat last
night (just got the game for xbox). Just before the second-to-last
checkpoint, there's a shortcut off to the right of the main street,
that leads to a ramp that'll jump you halfway over the river, onto a
little island. You'll hit the second-to-last checkpoint, despite
being like, three stories above it, and if you're racing against
someone who stays on the ground, and takes the bridge to the finish,
you'll beat them by 3-5 seconds, easy. That, and it's freakin'
  spectacular. **

- This race is a tough one, so don't take it lightly. You'll be
spending alot of time going on and off the highway to get checkpoints
so be ready to dodge traffic. Also it seems when you're not on the
highway you'll be going through some narrow spaces to get to
checkpoints, so watch out. There's alot to worry about on this race,
so you'll have to be very alert to win this one. When you're going
to the second checkpoint, you can crash through the gates to get to
it. Make sure you land on the far side of the highway though or you
will miss it. Also after the second checkpoint has been cleared, you
will soon run into a place on the highway that you will have to
swerve back and forth through arcs in order to get at the
checkpoints. Just watch out for all the oncoming and out of view
traffic on this one.

- Ian -

- This race is long, full of traffic, has lots of tight turns, plenty
of narrow spaces, and all in all a general annoyance to beat. You
are racing against other racers in this one so you'll have to watch
out for others as well as Ian. You'll be going back and forth through
narrow spaces to get to the checkpoints. A note on winning the race,
when you have to go to the finish line you'll notice a glass pyramid
in front of you when you clear the last checkpoint. Use a nitros just
before you get to it and fly over to buildings right to the finish
line. This could save your butt should someone be on your tail to the
finish line as well.

*** Here's a tip from Chris "Coolboarder" Blue. I left his tip in the
   original e-mail format. ***

*** Hey! I liked your Strategy guide for MC2. You did a good job on it.
I found 1 thing, though. This is for the first race with Ian in
Paris. I just beat it a couple of minutes ago, so leme say this
before I forget. After you hit the third to last checkpoint, get on
the highway (if your in last, don't restart just yet). Just before
you go in the tunnel, there is a turnoff to the right. This might
be why when you get off the highway at the end of the tunnel, youre
in first, and then it seems like out of nowhwere, a racer appears
infront of you, and beats you. after you turn off the highway, make
a quick left to get up into the city. Now you just go to the last
checkpoint and fly over the buildings, and you should win with the
use off maybe one boost. I was in last, and i did this, and beat
the second place guy by a full 7 seconds. ***

- In this race you're not only racing against Ian, but motorcycles as
well. There are only 4 checkpoints to clear before reaching the
finish line, but they're all spread out so far apart. Use as many
shortcuts as you can to win this one. This race isn't that hard if
do use shortcuts. You end up avoiding the traffic and you get a nice
lead on the other racers. You get yourself a new car if you win, so
get this one over with.

- Heavy traffic galore on this one with all motorcycle racers to boot.
The heavy traffic should slow them down enough though to stop them,
and if the traffic doesn't knock them off their rides, I know you
can! Just be careful of the traffic yourself and some of the tight
turns as well. You when you reach the highway part of this stage, you
will have to swerve through the arcs to get at a few checkpoints.
A note on the finish line, if you go to the street on the right side
of the finish line indicator on the radar, you'll find the offramp to
it. You'll win yourself a new bike should you win this race.

- Stephane -

- Here's another race where you can go through the checkpoints in any
order. The checkpoints are bunched up in twos or threes in certain
areas of the stage. You'll have to go out for the next bunch when you
clear the amount at one spot. I can't give you any clear cut
direction on how to win at this stage since you can take any
direction you want. Just watch out for the heavy traffic and the
other racers trying to close in on your tail.

- This race make take a few tries to win at. You have heavy traffic and
narrow spaces. At one checkpoint there will be a gate right next to
it. You must crash through this gate to get to the rest of the check
points. When you've gone through this gate be ready for some fun to
begin as you will not only have to deal with traffic and racers, but
at some points you'll have to deal with dodging pipes. You're going
through the underground so yeah watch out for that stuff. This race
is fairly long so get ready to get comfy for this one. You'll get the
hang of this race if you have to redo it over and over, but we all
know we want to get it over with immedieately, so learn this stage
as fast as possible. Also you'll come to the glass pyramid at one
point. Save a nitro for it to go flying over the buildings to the
checkpoint. To do that use the nitrous just as you're reaching the
glass pyramid. Once that's done just control yourself to the top of
it and watch yourself catch some major air.

- Farid -

- In this race he says he's trying to keep a low profile (gee I wonder
why.....) so the race takes place in the catacombs. Meaning....you'll
be racing in the underground mainly throughout the stage. Watch out
for pipes and pillars that are in the middle of the passages when
going through the underground. You can break through the small pipes
and walls on the sides of the pipes and pillars so no worries there.
Other than worrying about the tight spaces you'll be in for the most
part, there's really nothing to worry about. You're just racing
against Farid on this one. This race is fairly easy if you ask me, so
like I said.......you shouldn't have much trouble.

- Ok.......this stage was way too easy for me. You have to lose the
cops on this one before you can cross the finish line. I just went
straight to the finish line and lost them on the way. It may not
happen like that for you, but this stage is easy. You get his car
for winning this one.

- Now in this race you seem to be racing some british spy dude or
something that wants some documents from Farid's car that you earned.
Smoke his ass like ain't no thing. This race is fairly easy. Watch
out for some heavy traffic and a few tight spaces. The dude named
Owen drives a pretty good car so keep an eye on him in your rear view
mirror. Win this race......win his car. Also when going to the finish
line, goto the left side of the finish line indicator on the radar
and you'll find a small opening to enter to clear the finish line.

- Parfait -

- Here's the champ of Paris.....show her how to catch an all american
smackdown....

- This race is long and drawn out. You'll have heavy traffic to deal
with along with plenty of racers on your tail. This race might and
probably could take you a few tries to win, these guys don't fool
around. Take as many shortcuts that you know to get to the
checkpoints. All the checkpoints are spaced far apart from each other
so take note of that. There's alot of pressure riding on this race,
so keep your cool and be prepared for those nitro boosts because you
will need them.

- The girl's got some jokes now along with a vengeful attitude. She's
done playing around and is now going all out on you. Think you're
ready for this one? This race is long and full of traffic. You'll be
going through some tight spots so be ready for them when they show
up. There are many ways you can take to win this one, so if you know
of many shortcuts to get to the checkpoints then by all means take
them. Parfait and her other racers will not play around with you on
this race so pull out all the stops that you can to win. You'll get
her sweet ride should you win this one.

6) Tokyo

- After a small cutscene with Gina getting all happy that she landed a dj
gig in Tokyo, so there's your next destination.

- Ricky -

- Seems Gina's gotten herself into some trouble with Ricky and the
Yakuza, so she's relieved since you're around. It's time to dish out
Gina's revenge through you. This race seems like it may be simple and
fast since all the checkpoints are relatively close, but extreme heavy
traffic, cops, and the fact that those checkpoints go back and forth
from one side to another makes this race longer than expected. When
going to third checkpoint you'll notice that it's in a place where
there are tons of off ramps. Remember this place because you can use
this as a place of shortcuts throughout this race by passing underneath
them to get to other check points. At one point you'll be on a
straightaway going to a checkpoint, and you'll see a row of buses in
front of you. To the right of the row there should be on bus that's
not looking at you and facing the other buses at an angle. There's just
enough room for you to squeeze through the opening with just you
scratching the sides of your car. I used the Modo Prego for this race,
so the bus shortcut might not work with other cars, I'm not sure. Use
your nitros if you're falling behind, or on straight shots to
checkpoints and you'll blow the comp away in this race and piss off
Ricky.

- Alright....you wanted a race that would piss you off instead of just
boss races? Well wish granted.......this race is a time race with just
2 minutes and 30 seconds to win it in. This is no easy thing as all
the chekcpoints are spaced nicely far apart and there's nothing but
cops, cops, and more fricken cops to run into and block off roads if
you're in first. Ricky will cheat at the beginning of the race by not
waiting for the countdown to finish to start, so you will have to make
up for that jump start of his. Going to the 4th checkpoint you can take
an off ramp up it, then back down the other side to save you some time.
When I finally won this race I had just 10 seconds to reach the finish
line from the straight away shot on it's road. I saved all 3 of my
nitros boosts for this exact moment. I won the race with just under a
second to spare. The straight shot that I took to the finish line is
covered with buses and cops. Just as I reached the finish line I had to
crash through cop blockade to get to the finish line. Also during this
race it's not the heavy traffic that's gonna screw you over, but the
massive amount of buses and construction vehicles that are all over the
roads of this race. Unlike the cars that you crash into and they barely
slow you down or just fish tail you somewhat, the buses and con.
Vehicles will stop you in your tracks and at times depending on how you
hit them, flip you over onto your side or roof. There are alot of small
to big shortcuts you can go on during this race, and if this is your
first Tokyo race like mine then this is the greatest time to learn of
those shortcuts to take on future races. This race probably will take
a few tries to get right, but remember that it's really the time
that'll screw you over and not the competition. Alot of the time I
never even finished the race due to the time limit. Good luck to you
on this one. Win it and you got yourself a brand new car and a world
of pain in Ricky's words.

- Shing -

- Ok this race is gonna piss you off over and over again. God only knows
how many tries this took me. This is yet another time race, with barely
any time time to talk about. I used the Vortex 5 for this race, but you
use the car you want if you don't like the Vortex 5. To start off the
race go on the very first road to your right and watch out for all the
buses and trucks on this road. At the end of the road hang a left and
watch out for the cop waiting for you here. At times there was a bus
just as a I turned left onto this road right before the cop. Keep an
eye on the right side of the road, because there's an alley way and a
ramp right beside it that'll take you directly to the first checkpoint.
After you've cleared it turn right around and head up the ramp, or back
on the rampway if you took it to the first checkpoint, and get on to
the subway tracks. It took me many tries before I figured this out.
Stay on the tracks as they will take you directly to the second
checkpoint. The first fork in the subway tracks take the right path.
Stay on that path until you see the light of the checkpoint to fall off
onto. From that checkpoint use your nitros to make your way to the
final checkpoint, because you're gonna use at least one or two on this
one. When you've finally got this race out of the way then you've
earned the right to race against Shing.

- Ok to start things off for this race let me say that as far as
checkpoints are concerned they're all in a basic line that rarely
requires any shortcuts to get to. What you do have to deal with Shing's
relentless speed, one too many damn buses, and cops that just don't
know the meaning of give up. As I said the shortcuts are rare, the only
one I had to take is after you get the one of the bridge look to the
left for a breakable gate in between the concrete walls to fall off of
the bridge and onto an immediate straight shot to the next checkpoint.
Now onto the bad points of this race. First lets talk about Shing.....
Shing's got speed on his side and skills to match. The heavy traffic
will screw him over from time to time allowing you to take the lead.
Second bad point is the heavy bus traffic. I've never seen a city or
been to a city that has had as many buses on it's roads as this place.
Everytime you take a turn it seems there's a bus there to greet you and
slam into you. This is one of the factors that will cause you to lose.
The third and final bad point being the police is the other main factor
that will cause you to lose. Granted they do go after Shing also, but
it just doesn't seem as much as when they go after you. The buses hurt
Shing more than the cops. The cops and buses combined though will
prevent you from winning this race the first few tries until you
finally get the hang of this course. When you finally win this course
you'll win yourself a new car to show off.

- Turns out you just defeated Shing's friend Ichiro, so now he's
extremely pissed with you. He brings the gang and a new car to earn on
this race to defeat you. The race begins with you going through the
river to snag a few checkpoints. When you have to get out of the river
for the second time and turn off to the left to go after another
checkpoint, be ready for the cops to start showing up. The first shows
up just as you finish this turn. The checkpoints are in a nice order
to get with some turning through heavy traffic to worry about, but when
you have to go up to the high grounds to get the next one (it'll be
the checkpoint surrounded by white on the radar) will fool you to get
to the first time trying, unless you're reading this. Ok after you
snag the checkpoint this one turn left onto the back road and head
towards it. Stay on this road, and you should see an off ramp to the
left soon. Do not take this ramp, but rather go under it. After you've
gone under this ramp keep your eyes on the right side of the road for a
small rampway to the subway tracks. Go that way to get the checkpoint.
Now from there on the checkpoints become relatively easy to go after
again. When you're going towards one checkpoint you'll notice a huge
ramp that'll give you a big shortcut to it. To hit the shortcut right,
you have to have a nitro saved for this jump. Use it when you're about
halfway up the ramp. When you're going towards the finish line, instead
of going on the roads, cut through the garage yard. You'll crash
through glass or a breakable gate or something if you keep going
towards the finish line through the garage yard, and when you do you'll
see another ramp just in front of you. You'll need another nitro saved
for this to make it to the other side. It's worth it because when you
land you'll hit the finish line. Winning at this race requires you to
keep the pressure on Shing and his crew. Police aren't as bad on this
race since there aren't as many, but buses will cause you problems from
time to time on this race. They're not there that often, but they're
there. Shing's crew is what you're main prob will be. Keep the speed
going on this one and really use that one nitro when you need it since
the other two are saved for the ramps. It'll take alot skill to win at
this race, but least wise this race is nowhere near as bad as the first
two you had to do for Shing, so you shouldn't have many problems
winning this one if you did well on the first two. Win it and get
yourself another car from Shing.

- Haley -

- This girl really seems outta place here in Tokyo, plus she's really
feminist to boot. Her trash talk during the race will really get under
your skin if you are a guy playing the game. This first race with her
is yet another your choice race, where you go through the checkpoints
in any order you want. From the first batch that's in front of you I
suggest you go towards the 4-batch that's to the right. One of the
checkpoints in this batch is inside some walls. To get in there there
are two ways. The first is that there are a few breakable gates to get
at the checkpoint. The second is from the highway checkpoint in this
batch that you have to go up to get. From that checkpoint you can drop
down to the inside of the walls. Also another checkpoint to watch out
for is one that's underground. To get to it, the entrance to the
underground is right next to the stadium. You should see the stadium
from that 4-batch I just mentioned when you go towards the batch that
contains the underground checkpoint. Other than those two checkpoints
the others are very simple to get at. Just do things fast and use your
nitros. Haley's a fast little girl with some mad skills in this race
and don't be surprised if she beats you the first few times. Find your
groove for this race and get to know where each checkpoint is and how
to get to them effectively and you will win this race without a prob.
The traffic's not that much to worry about, there's no cops that I ran
into on this race, and the buses are at a minimum to none depending on
the routes you take.

- This is actually a turn for the better race. After going through some
pretty tough races so far this race is a nice straight forward race.
The checkpoints go on and off the highways, but not that often or for
long. You will need to take the occasional shortcut on this race to
win it, where you take them is up to you. The competition takes some
shortcuts, but not all. So with the comp not trying too hard to win
it's all up to you how many shortcuts you want to take to win. The bad
thing of this race is that the majority of all the checkpoints are in
incoming traffic to get to. So get those reflexes in shape cuz for this
race you will need them. Other than that there's the occasional cop to
watch out for and the few buses and big vehicles to watch for, but not
that much for both. This race may, just may, take you a try or two to
win, but you shouldn't have much trouble winning at this one in no
time. Win the race and you get to hear Haley make excuses for poor ass
driving skills and her car the Saikou.

- Zen -

- For once in this entire game I actually meet an honorable person to
race against. Zen spends his time giving out quotes and such like
Confusious during the race. Now this race is a time limit race where
you go through the points and gain more time. This isn't the bad part.
The checkpoints are nicely spaced to where you can finish this race
with time to spare. The probs with this race is that Zen is a
motorcycle racer and the heavy heavy traffic and buses. It took me 4
tries in total to win this race. The first two times I got used to the
traffic and locations of the buses. The third time around I found
better shortcuts and got used to how the crotch rocket racers raced.
So the 4th time around I used the shortcuts I thought were better, was
able to dodge through traffic and past buses, and I was able to knock
off the cyclists off there bikes when they came around. There are
plenty of shortcuts to take on this race to each checkpoint, so really
it's up to you how you want to race this one in terms of shortcuts.
I will say this though.....for the checkpoint that you have to go
underground to get, stay on the sidewalk inside the tunnel. You'll
avoid the traffic, and there's nothing on the sidewalk that will slow
you down. Also when you come out of the tunnel, you'll see the ravine
to your left. The next checkpoint that you're going towards go onto the
side of the ravine til you have to jump out to go for the checkpoint.
By doing this you'll avoid the heavy traffic yet again. This race isn't
that easy, but after a try or two you should get used to how things
work and be able to win at it.

- Ok this race will take you quite a few tries to win at. Consider this
a mini boss race. Zen and his crew, through honorable, will take out
all the tricks they can do to win. Take advantage of the fact that
none of the bikers can take a hit and try to cause them to wreck when
you can. You'll get a few seconds to get ahead of them. Now the
checkpoints aren't that hard to get to, but a few them are tricky to
land right. Just a little over half of the checkpoints on this race are
in incoming traffic, so your reflexes have to be at their best if you
want to stay with this group or even keep the lead if you get it. Also
you remember that huge ramp jump back in Shing's race that I suggested
you take, well you have to take it in this race. This is the only spot
where a nitro needs to be saved for, so you really have only 2 free
nitros to use in this race. There's really only one checkpoint that you
have to watch out for, and it's the one just as you're getting off the
highway. When you're coming to the end of the highway you'll jump off
it to the ground. During that jump you'll see the checkpoint as soon as
you jump. Try and aim your car towards the left side of the highway to
hit it correctly, else you might as well restart the race if everyone's
right on top of you. If you have a lead on people then find an up ramp
nearby quickly and get to that checkpoint to try to either keep the
lead, or have about one or two racers with you. Win this race and you
get the fastest motorcycle in the game.

- Nikko -

- Alright.....Nikko and his bunch don't have much skill to talk of in
this race but they have what it takes to win the race. Now you
shouldn't have much probs with them in this race, but you will have a
hell of a time with the weather conditions. It's raining so much that
your car will fishtail alot during this race, plus braking is complete
bitch to do. This is a race that takes some patience and driving skills
to pull off the win. There are cops in this race, but because of the
weather it will affect them as well. If you can get by all the racer
and keep a nice lead over all of them the cops will worry about the
other racers instead of you. Also save one nitro for the end of the
race. When you're driving towards the finish line through the back
alleys and what not, you'll see a ramp that allows to jump to the
finish line. You have to use a nitro here to reach it, otherwise you'll
come up short everytime. This race may take you a try or two to win at
because of weather conditions, but other than the weather there
shouldn't be too much of anything else that can affect you to lose.

- This race beyond annoying. You have the ultimate time limit race from
this one. Each checkpoint only brings your timer back to 15 to 20
seconds of time. Each checkpoint is relatively close to each other,
but the heavy traffic and the now very competitive Nikko crew will
make this one a very irritating race. Cops show up every now and then
to try to screw you over also. There's really no shortcuts to get to
each checkpoint so this is a straight shot race. All you have to do is
avoid heavy traffic while keeping up the pressure with Nikko and his
racers and you'll win. Trust me when I say that that's easier said than
done. This race will take you alot of tries to nail it down right. Just
avoid screwing anything up and you'll win. When you do finally win at
this race you'll get the Knight.

- Ken'ichi -

- Alright....I hate this race as much as I hate seeing a white guy try
too hard to be black. It took me friggen forever to finally win at this
race. Ken'ichi is no joke and neither are his associates that race with
him. So in order to win at this race you're gonna have to dig deep
within yourself to bring out a level of skill you never thought you had

to win. The checkpoints aren't that hard to get to, but one in
particular is. You'll see the ramp jump from Nikko's first race to hit
the checkpoint on the other side. So save one nitro for this jump,
because if you go the long way to get to that checkpoint will
ulitmately land you in last place, because all of the other drivers
will hit the jump. It does require some aiming to hit it just right,
so if you miss the first few times you will have to restart the race.
Try hitting the nitro with yourself aimed forward without drifting left
or right in the middle of the ramp. Other than that one jump there's
really nothing I can say about the race except worrying about keeping
up with Ken'ichi. Bust out all the skills you have on him and do what
you can to win this one. It does surprise me that Ken'ichi is not a
champion.........makes you wonder who the champ is and what they'll
bust out on you when you race them.

- This is how you can repay Gina's debt by taking out the racers with the
cop car. To do so just slam into them and they're out of commision. The
cop car is extremely fast so you shouldn't have much trouble taking out
the cars. In fact the traffic was taking them out left and right so
much for me that all I had to do was crash into them. I beat this one
in just under a minute on my first try, so you can either call that
dumb luck, an easy task, or I got those exrtemely mad skills. You
decide.

- Now that you've paid off Gina's debt Ken'ichi only has a problem with
you. Seems you hurt his pride when you beat him in that first race. So
now he's out for blood. Time to show him why you possess the greatest
skills around. This race is carried out in the rain, but don't let that
stop you since Ken'ichi doesn't seem to care. He's still got those
asskicking skills needed to win this one even if his associates
doesn't. The checkpoints don't really have that many shortcuts to them
and they're all in pretty straight order. Just worry about the heavy
traffic and the rain. Alot of the cars in this race are completely
F***ING STUPID!!!!!!!!! I counted 7 cars that deliberately turned into
me causing me to spin off and crash. They move fine if any of the other
drivers pass them, but as soon as you get close to them they swerve
right into you. Watch out for this as it seems it's a random thing. It
took me a few tries to win at it, but not as many as the first race
with Ken'ichi. If you handled yourself well in the bad weather race
with Nikko, then you shouldn't have much probs with this one if you can
keep up with Ken'ichi and put pressure on him. You'll win the Saikou
XS for this race.

- Makoto -

- The All District No. 1 Racer and Champion......but the guy looks like
he's damn near 60! He's been around the block long since we were born,
and he's not about to lose to some young punk looking to make a name
for himself......time to show him what the youth is all about.

- Ok this first race is gonna take alot of what you got. You can't use
any nitro because they're all saved for making ramp jumps. That's right
....there are three ramp jumps in this race. This is a time limit race
where you have to make it through all the checkpoints in under 3
minutes and 30 seconds. The first two checkpoints are ramp jumps so be
ready for them. The final checkpoint also is a ramp jump, the big one
that you hit on Nikko's first run and Ken'ichi's first run as well.
This race will take you quite a few tries as it did me, but since all
you're doing is racing against the time, then that is all you need to
worry about. There are alot of cops on this race so beware of that.
There are quite a few trucks and buses that you will run into here, but
the cops are what you will have to watch out for more. This is tough,
but not that tough. With the right car that you can use extremely well
and you should have this race in the bag.

- Let me say right off the bat that I don't know how I did it, but I beat
him on the first try. I came out with everything I had, and it was an
extremely close race, but in the end I came out on top. I think it was
because everyone had used up all the nitros throughout the race. You
will have to save up one nitro for a ramp jump. So that leaves you and
everyone else with just 2 nitros to use. It seems we all used them on
straightaway shots and to get ahead of each other at certain points in
the race. I used every shortcut and trick I knew of to win this one,
not to mention all the skill I possibly have to win. This race is
extremely tough to win at, and it's even more difficult since it's in
the rain. The traffic's not that bad, and didn't run into any cops in
this race, so it's basically a race between you and the other racers.
Since you've only got to worry about the weather in this race put all
your focus into the other drivers. It's time that you let everything
you have out in order to win this thing. It's not going to be easy,
but put all the pressure you can on all the drivers and you'll win it.
Once you've beat this guy you win yourself a brand new car and the
Tokyo Championship.

7) The World Champion

- Savo -

- This is it.......whatever brought you this far in this game, you're
gonna have to use that to win. This is the Street Racing World Champion
that you're about to go up against......this is no joking matter now.
Time to dethrone the champ to make way for a new champion. The car of
choice for this one is the Torque JX. I'm not telling you to use a car
that you're comfortable with, I'm telling you that this is the only
car that'll stand up against Savo. I don't care if you're great with
another car, you have to use this one to even stand a chance against
him. With that out of the way I wish you good luck and bust out those
extreme skills of yours. You have Gina's support throughout all the
Savo races, as she will chime in every now and then through Savo's
rants and trash talking to give you words of encouragement. Also if
you've made it this far then you have my respect and support as well.
I know if you've made to Savo then you do have what it takes to become
the true champion.

- Alright........this is a loooong race. You race all over the city of
Tokyo on this one. Savo and his crew aren't the greatest for nothing.
The heavy traffic on this stage will hurt all of you though, but a good
point is that there's no cops. Save nitro for the only jump you have to
take in this race, which is to make it to the finish line. You have to
worry about heavy traffic like crazy in this stage, and at one point
subway cars. Take that into effect along with the best of best you're
racing and this makes for a race with tons of tries in order to finally
win. I really have nothing more that I can tell you. You can rarely use
shortcuts effectively in this stage, so do what you can with the alleys
and streets. Using SST and your 3 extra Nitros will ensure a victory,
along with all the other techs you've earned, but to really beat you're
gonna have to come out with skills that you've never thought possible.
Savo's one tough son of a bitch, but he is beatable. Defeat him to move
on to the next round of punishment.

- This race took me hours to finally win at. The race itself is a time
limit race. You have exactly 5 minutes and 30 seconds to reach the
finish line. This isn't easy at all. You're driving all over Tokyo as
well again with heavy traffic all over the place and buses and other
heavy trucks galore. Use the same tactics you used on Savo and his crew
in the first race, but make sure you keep an eye on the clock on this
race. You can freely use all the nitros that you want in this race, and
take any and all shortcuts that you know about or find out in this race
to reach checkpoints. This race is much more difficult than the first
one, so numerous tries will give you the exprience needed to finally
win at this race. Keep the skills flying and the pressure turned all
the up to come out on top.

- Savo moves things to Paris now. The first race here is an in any order
checkpoint race, with 4 checkpoints at the farthest reaches of the
city. I can't tell you which way to go on this one, just find a route
that you know with tons of shortcuts you can hit and you'll win this
one. The traffic is heavy on this one with no cops. Shortcuts are the
key to winning this race so cut every corner on this one. This one
didn't take me as long to win at as the second one did, but it still
took me tons of tries and time. I started off going towards the one to
the left from the direction you face at the start so you can try that
way if you want and ten go wherever like me, but I leave this race up
to you since there's no clear cut way to going about this race except
to know where all the shortcuts are.

*** Here's a pretty damn good tip from Chris, so make use of it! ***

*** hey, i was reading your walkthrough (really helpful) just after i
beat Savo's 1st race in Paris. This one took me a week to beat when i
just found the best route ever. When Savo is talking before the race,
do a full 180 (burnout + left or right). As soon as the race starts,
go to the right a little and go through the ferris wheel. Keep going
straight until you get to that circle intersection with that wierd
thing in the middle of it. Take a left turn, go up that little hill,
take a left and go through that little box that sends you flying to the
island. Take that checkpoint, and when you get to that intersetion off
of the island, take a right. Go straight and off of those stairs ahead
of you. Take the 2nd right turn that you see. go straight down that
road until you see an alley that leads you to the highway. Go in there
get your CP, get off with the exit ramp and start heading to that
circle intersection. Follow your arrow. Get that CP and follow your
arrow until you get to a T-intersection. Take a left go down that road,
go into that alley thing, up that ramp, go into the circle-like pipe
and hit the huge jump. Go through those church doors and get your last
CP. Now, this is where you win the race and go from 6th to 1st. go
diagonnally left until you see a C (catacombs) sign. Knock the doors
down and get in there. Go straight through until you get out. Take a
left from the glass triangle thing and go to the left of the other
catacomb enterance. This takes a few times to win, and i raced with the
Nouasagi so i didn't put where to use your NOS, for all of you using a
car. ***

- Maybe the pressure's finally getting to Savo and his crew, or either
that my skills have improved greatly. In either case this is the first
legit race that you have with Savo. The checkpoints are positioned to
where you race everybody without much traffic. Granted you're gonna go
through some areas that have heavy traffic, but you don't stay in them
long. That means that you're squarely racing Savo and his crew. This
will be a race to determine who's got the best skills. There's no
checkpoints that are tricky to get to and it's all pretty
straightforward so show Savo those skills first hand that he's had
trouble stopping so far.

- The traffic actually lightens up in this race. You're back in Los
Angeles, thank god........if you're like me then you know the shortcuts
all over this place, and they're going to come in handy for this race.
This race is yet another any direction race. Start off by heading
towards the checkpoint batch with the white circles. To get to them
first keep heading forward on the road you start on until you see the
first off ramp on your right. The first checkpoint here will be on that
can be hit from both sides. The second one will be to your right and
have an off ramp to go on. Take the off ramp until you come across the
third and final checkpoint for this batch. Now immedieately after you
clear it hit the brakes and turn around to see an off ramp just to your
left. Take it and it'll take you into oncoming traffic. When you come
across the first off ramp on your left take it and it'll put you out
onto the streets and into another batch of three checkpoints. After
you've cleared this three it's up to you where you go from there. This
place is the only race that has rain on it so you have to deal with
poor traction. Just remember how you dealt with it on the previous
tracks on you'll be fine. I've started you off on the fastest and
greatest direction I found, now go to the rest and then finish this
race to go to the final race with Savo. It's time to show him that's
he's truely nothing at all.

- This is it.........the final race.......can you handle it? I've got
the confidence that you can. You've made it this far so finish the job.
This is the longest race in the game with you driving all over Los
Angeles. It's a straight forward race with heavy traffic, but no cops
or rain. All you have to worry about is the traffic and Savo and his
crew at there full 100%. All I can say is you have to have the skills
to win this one. Use any and all shortcuts. Time to become one of the
few that have truely beaten this game. Win this race and you'd of
defeated the hardest racing game around. Don't disappoint me now. Take
Savo down.

- You finally did it and have become the new champion. You got yourself
Savo's sweet ass ride and the respect that you well deserve. Only thing
is.......you notice that your game still isn't complete. You're missing
some few percent to become a total 100% complete. What did you do
wrong? Nothing.........to finish this game off once and for all it's
time to enter the Arcade Mode.

8) Arcade Mode

- You've beat Career Mode and are now pretty happy about yourself. I'll
bet you look in the mirror alot now and think "Damn I'm good!". Well
you finally notice you're just at 84.6% completed. What did I do wrong?
Did I miss something? Hey no worries alright.......like I said......
you've earned my respect by now by defeating Savo and becoming a fellow
World Champion. You're no longer the little shrimp that I once knew at
the beginning of this guide. To get your well deserved 100% you have to
enter Circuit Mode in Arcade Mode and get first place on each track
there. That's the only way to finally get 100% completion. Luckily
after all that exprience of becoming the World Champion and a new sweet
ride, the Veloci, things are looking your way. This should be cake walk
for you. Also just to let everyone know.......THERE'S NO TRAFFIC, COPS,
BAD WEATHER.....NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's all between you and the
other racers in Circuit Mode.

- Los Angeles -

- Gotta start somewhere, and what better place than here?

- LA Turismo -

- Ok......now I'm guessing you're using the Veloci.......I know I am.
This race is simple. Just go through the checkpoints as they appear
just like any other race you've been through. Now the only difference
is that there's laps. Yep, you're starting lap races. Now there are
only 2 laps for this race. If you are using the Veloci then this gonna
be an embarassment. I finished the whole race before any of the other
cars finished one lap. I'm expecting the same from you. No worries on
this race.

- River Raid -

- Me and the Veloci......we make a great pair........as well you and the
Veloci too. Another easy race. Don't you wish it was like this during
Career Mode? 3 Laps on this one. No worries on this race.

- Runoff -

- 3 Laps of easyness. No worries here. Just get it over with to raise
your percentage.

- Arrivals & Departures -

- All I really did was just make sure my favorite song was playing while
I gave the computer a spanking. 2 Laps of no competition on this one.
I do have to say that the computer is trying to get better. They at
least learned the burnout technique now. No worries here.

- Beverly Thrasher -

- Maybe I should go easy on the computer? Nah. 2 Laps of laughter on
this one. After you've won this one you get the LA Cop car. No worries
for this race.

- Paris -

- Maybe some competition will rise up? I don't think so........nothing
can handle my Veloci , or your Veloci either.

- Freefall -

- 3 Laps on this one. I'll be damned if they didn't keep with me in the
beginning. Maybe they actually want to start winning? No worries on
this race.

- Louvre Launch -

- I wonder if I'll ever have to use the Nitros to catch up with people. 4
Laps that go by real fast. No worries on this race.

- Tourist Trap -

- Remember the time when you had to use a Nitro Boost to clear a big
jump? That's why I love the Veloci......no boost needed to clear them.
3 Laps to deal with on this one. No worries on this race.

- Arc De Trioumph -

- Sometimes you have to slow down in order to get checkpoints. 3 Laps
of never ending fun with this one. No worries on this race.

- Necro Modellista -

- What the hell???? I said there'd be no damn rain!!!!!! .........Ah what
does it matter? With this car they still can't keep up with me or you!
3 Laps of splashtasic mayhem. No worries on this race.

- Evening Mass -

- Too bad the rain doesn't affect me underground since that's where
you'll be racing alot of the time. You'll earn the Paris Cop Car on
this race since it's the last one. No worries on this race.

- Tokyo -

- It's coming down to the end now..........soon you'll have your 100%
completion of the game.

- Shinjuki Speedway -

- Enough of the rain already......it's not like it's gonna stop me from
winning! 3 Laps of wide spaces to nitro boost in if you want. No
worries on this race.

- Ouroboros -

- A race in the river.......least wise it stopped raining. 3 Laps of
smooth sailing on this one. No worries on this race.

- Sonic Waves -

- Was it meant to be this easy, or is it just me? Oh well.....3 Laps of
no probs. No worries on this race.

- Tribulation -

- *yawns* 3 Laps of long stretches. No worries on this race.

- Hangtime -

- *watches Cartoon Network while letting you finish off the race* 3 Laps
of high jumping, may need to boost on the first jump. No worries on
this race.

- Clouded Vision -

- *changes the channel to the Playboy channel. :D Closes the door while
you finish this race* 2 Laps........no worries........

- Bullet Train II -

- ZZzzzZZZZZzzzzzzzZZZZzzzz. You've finally unlocked the Tokyo Cop
Car, got 100% completion, and above all else...........the fastest car
in the game SLF450X. The thing looks like a friggen jet for god's sake.
You've mastered this game now. Go forth and brag to your hearts
content.

10) Game Worthy Cheats

- Here's a listing of cheats that I find to be extremely useful for the
game. I won't list all of the cheats here, you can go to the cheats
section of GameFAQs for that. Just the ones that are truely that good
that will help you out. Remember that all cheats are case sensitive,
meaning that you have to put it in the way it is shown. If it has a
capital letter in the cheat, then you have to put it in capitalized.
If you put it in correctly the cheat will disappear from the type box.

- Toggle the Game Difficulty -

- Enter howhardcanitbe0-9. The 0-9 part of the cheat determines how hard
or easy you want the game. 0 being the easiest and 9 being the hardest.
So if you wanted the game to be easy then you put it in as
howhardcanitbe0.

- Infinite Nitrous -

- Enter greenLantern

- Machine Gun and Rockets -

- Enter savethekids. To use the guns hit the High Beam Button, and to use
the rockets hit the Horn Button.

- Never take any damage -

- Enter gladiator

- Unlock All Cars -

- Enter theCollector

- Unlock Everything in Arcade Mode -

- Enter rimbuk. This code unlocks all the cars, locations, guns, rockets,
and infinite nitro.

11) Credits

- Lets give some credit to me for making this thing and putting up with
all the lip service from the game. I mean that is one sarcastic game
already.....

- Giving a shout out to Amit. Thanks for watching my back and
correcting me. You rule.

- Big creds goto Chris for a badass tip on the Savo Paris Race 1. You're
the man Chris.....you're the man....

- Gotta give creds to the dudes that made this game. They are on the
top of their game.

- Creds go out to all those who contributed cheats for this game in the
cheat section of GameFAQs. It's where I picked and chose the Game
Worthy Cheats, and there's still more I didn't list. So if you're
looking for that little extra something then go check there and pay
homage to those that look out for us in the cheats section.

- If I made any mistakes that you feel I should correct post haste.....
then please....by all means e-mail me to call me dirty names and say
how poorly I made the walkthrough along with the correct information
so that I may correct my mistake and put your name where you gave
me the info.....thanks a bunch and sees yas
