has all of the Move Lists for all 42 wrestlers. It covers everything else in

Tagging = Get Next to your teammate, then press
the directional button towards him and
press the X button to tag. The current
wrestler will exit the ring and the
tagged wrestler will enter.
Climb Turnbuckles = Press the directional button
towards the turnbuckle plus
the [], /_\, or O button to
deliver an aerial attack.
Press the L2 button to cancel
an aerial attack. NOTE: Not
all wrestlers can climb the
turnbuckle.
Getting Out = To get out of the ring, get next to
the ropes and push the R2 button to
outside. To get back inside, push
the R2 button to take you to the
apron, then push the R2 button again
to climb through the ropes.
Getting Weapons = To get a weapon, go outside the
ring and get next to it. Next
push the L1 button. To use the
weapon push the [] button. Some
wrestlers have special weapon
attacks. To use one of these
attacks, get in the appropriate
position and push the /_\ button
Pin = To pin an opponent, wait until they are dazed
and laying on the ground. Then, push the X
button to cover them for the pinfall.

This is a normal one-on-one match between you and another opponent. The other
opponent can be one of your friends or the computer. The first person to pin
his opponent wins the match.

In a 3 Way Dance, three wrestlers enter the ring. If you get pinned you are
eliminated. When it gets down to two wrestlers left, the next person to pin
his opponent is the winner.

The 4 Way Dance is the same thing as a 3 Way Dance, but in this match four
wrestlers will be in the ring fighting each other. If you get pinned you are

Career Mode

Basics
------
In Career, you guide a solo wrestler through an entire season worth of
matches, trying to get that coveted belt. You can even import a Created
Legend if you like.
To begin, you select your wrestler. Next, you'll select the region where you
want to begin. What difference does it make where you start? Couldn't tell
you, but everybody starts out somewhere.
Next you will see the matchup for the next scheduled event. Climb in the ring
and show what you've got. If it's the goods, you'll continue on to the next
match, facing tougher opponents and cnotests until eventually you are fighting
for the championship belt.

Throughout Career Mode you will be managed by one of two different managers.
It depends on what character you select. You will be managed by Captain Lou
Albano or by "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart.
To get a title shot, you must get a 100% popularity rating. To get a 100%
"Popularity" rating you must get the crowd excited throughout your match. To
get the crowd excited you must get bonuses throught your bout. To see how to
get Bonuses, read the Sub-Section in the Career Mode section.

Regions

There are five different regions for you to choose from. They are the
Pacific, Midwest, Southwest, Northeast, and Southeast. Once you have captured
the belts from the regions, you will become the U.S. Champion. You will then
defend your U.S. title a few times. Once your "Popularity" reaches 100%, you
will be able to wrestle to try to become the World Champion. There are three
different cities that you will wrestle at. Each one is listed below.
Pacific:
City 1 - Portland, Oregon
City 2 - Seattle, Washington
City 3 - San Francisco, California
Midwest:
City 1 - Chicago, Illinois
City 2 - Saint Louis, Missouri
City 3 - Minneapolis, Minnesota
Southwest:
City 1 - Las Vegas, Nevada
City 2 - Phoenix, Arizona
City 3 - Dallas, Texas
Northeast:
City 1 - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
City 2 - Boston, Massachusetts
City 3 - New York City, New York
Southeast:
City 1 - Atlanta, Georgia
City 2 - Memphis, Tennessee
City 3 - Jackson, Mississippi
U.S.:
The cities you wrestle at in the U.S. region will vary. They are one of the
cities from a previous region.
World:
City 1 - New York City, USA
City 2 - Mexico City, Mexico
City 3 - Tokyo, Japan

Bonuses

This section will list all of the ways I know to get a better Crowd Excitement
rating in Career Mode.
NOTE: If a * appears by a bonus in this section, it means that you will need
to do five of a certain thing to get that bonus.

/ Vs. Matches \_______________________________________________________________
-------------------------------[ GOOD BONUSES ]-------------------------------
The following will gain Crowd Excitement.
2 on 1 Move - This can be performed in a 3 Way Dance, a 4 Way Dance, and a Tag
Team Match. To get his in a 3 Way Dance or 4 Way Dance, you and
an opponent must Grapple (press O) at almost the same time when
you are near the other opponent. This is very difficulty to
pull off.
Blood Match - This will be available only if you have Blood turned ON.
Anyways, make your opponent bleed. The best way to make your
opponent bleed is by hitting him with a weapon.
Break Up Pin Fall - You will have to be in a 3 Way Dance or a 4 Way ance to
get this bonus. To get it, wait until one of your
opponents pins another opponent. Next, walk up to them
kick them.
Combo Bonus* - Do combos to your opponent.
Extreme Damage - Do a few moves that take away alot of damage from your
opponent.
Finisher - Wait until your Finisher Meter is full. Then do the finishing move
of your selected wrestler to the opponent.
High Spot Bonus - I am not real sure on how you get this. I usually do some
type of aerial move or move that makes your opponent hit the
mat extremely hard.
Knock Out - This will only be available if you have the TKO option turned ON.
If it is ON, keep hitting your opponent AFTER his red health
meter is empty. You will eventually knock him out.
More Variety - To get the More Variety bonus, you must use almost all of your
different moves on an opponent.
Ref Bump - Purposely run into the referee and knock him over.
Reversal* - Reverse an opponents move.
Victory - This is the easiest Bonus to get. The only thing you have to do is
win the match.
Weapon Attack - Go outside of the ring and get a weapon from under the ring.
Then, hit your opponent with the weapon.
--------------------------------[ BAD BONUSES ]-------------------------------
The following will have you lose Crowd Excitement.
Repetive Moves - If you use the same move over and over and over again, you
will get this. So try using different moves so you won't get
this bad bonus.
Defeat - You will get this bad bonus if you lose a match.

/ Tag Team Matches \__________________________________________________________

The following will gain Crowd Excitement in Tag Team Matches. The Vs. Matches
Bonuses will also work in Tag Team matches.
2 on 1 Move - You and your partner must be in the ring at the same time before
you can get this bonus. To get it, you both must Grapple (press
O) at almost the same time when you are near and opponent. This
is very difficulty to pull off.
Cheating - To get this bonus, you will have to knock down the ref and so your
Tag Team partner can stay in longer.
Frequent Tags - Tag often with your Tag Team partner.

The following will have you lose Crowd Excitement.
Ignoring Partner - This will only happen if you do not tag your partner in for
a while during the match.

Tournamnet Mode

Basics
------
You can choose to play a tournament in Versus, Tag Team, or Tag Belt mode.
The tournament is a short round robin style contest where wrestlers battle
until eliminated from competition, leaving only the best to compete for the
ultimate prize. First, choose how many players (from two to six) will
compete. Then choose how many rounds of competition (from one to three) your
wrestler will face. Next, select your wrester(s), then get down to some
ugliness and may the best grappler win.

Creating a Legend

At the first Create Legend menu, you choose Create Legend (start new wrestler)
or Edit Legend (make changes to created wrestler you've already saved). If
you choose Create Legend, a submenu will appear where you can assign a gender
to your critter. Next, whether you are editing a legend or creating a new
one, it's on to the meat, the Main Create Menu.

Here you get to choose if your wrestler will be fat, thin, or muscular.
Head:

In this part of the Appearance section, you get to choose what type of head
your creation will have. You will also be able to choose if the person is
wearing a mask, bandana, or other accessory.
Upper Body:

At the Upper Body section, you will be able to choose the way his/her chest,
stomach, and arms will look. From this menu, you are able to give your unique
creation arm bands, elbow pads, T-Shirts, Long sleeve shirts, and tattoos.
Lower Body:

From here, you can choose if your character will wear tights, shors, or pants.
You can also choose if he/she will wear boots or shoes. Along with that, you
can choose knee braces and knee pads, as well as an assortment of belts.

If you choose this, the character you were working on will be turned back into

Q: How do I do the Sharpshooter? I have my special meter gauge full, and
my opponent stunned on the ground face up. I hit triangle by his feet,
and it loks like I'm going for it. Then I hit R3 and all I do is that
stupid groin headbutt. What am I doing wrong?
A: First of all, are you sure your not pressing triangle more than onve, or
accidently hitting Square or Circle?
When you get to the opponent's feet, just top Triangle and when you pick
up your opponent's legs, push the R3 analog stick.

A: To break the pinfall or sumbission hold, walk up to the opponent that is

have that person selected to fight, and press Square.

A: 1) Go to a turnbuckle

NOTE: Not all wrestlers can climb the turnbuckle and do a move.
