Time Crisis FAQ for Playstation

For Sony Playstation's Time Crisis

V1.1

Gun-Con:
--------
Configure the gun con to your sepcifications,remember to make sure the target
is roughly the center of the guns aim.
Make sure you choose your reload method, weather it be by the gun or Joypad etc.
After that your ready to start, select Arcade or Special.
Special is the Playstation made version of TC and Arcade is the arcade
conversion.

Characters:
-----------

Richard Miller:
---------------
The character you play, the hero of heros.  Pulling clips from god knows where
in his really tacky leather jacket.

Rachel Macpherson:
------------------
The president of the Sea of Cershia daughter.  You are out to save this damsel
in distress,  Rather late on warning you of danger, but hey!

Sherudo Garo:
-------------
The big boss, the man with the throwing knifes.  Sherudo is the brains behind
the whole kidnapping thing.

Wild Dog:
---------
This is Garo's crazed sidekick, he runs off with Rachel after you kill Sherudo.
A very tough opponent if your not quick enough to dodge his fire.

The Game:
---------

Danger Objects:
---------------
At varoius points in the game, the word Danger will flash on the screen, at this
point you should duck out of the way.  There are a few instances where the
dangerous object can be illimenated by your gun fire.
These points are,  The hanging hooks (6 shots) The Car that skids round the
corder(6 shots).

Explosives:
-----------
Same as before, at certain points throughout the game you will see crates that
when hit with a rapid succession of bullets will explode and take out all
enemies in the area.

Hits!:
------
You may get hit during the game, look for a big bullet hole on the screen, you
get three lives and when all are gone, you better prey you have another credit
to continue.

Extra Lives:
------------
Like any other game you can gain extra lives, however it is a hard proccess. You
must hit 40 baddies in a row without missing to gain an extra life.
Its just not worth it!!!

Secret areas:
-------------
Through out the Playstation version you will have the oppertunity to go
different routes.  the routes are determined by how many enemies you kill or by
the time in which you kill them.
In the first section of the PSX version, when you goto the area with the two
elevators, try to kill all enemies as quick as you can, if you manage to do it,
you will take the elevator up to the casino.  Do it to slow and you go to the
garage.
Another one I found is if you kill Web Spinner without getting hit, you will
goto the Swimming pool (which by the way is really tuff)
Also when you reach the last area of the PSX version when you see the plane
taking off,  you must pump bullets at its engines to the left.  Do it properly
and you will win, do it wrong and Kantaris will escape.

Throughout the PSX and Arcade versions you will come across Time Soilders. They
run across the screen really quick, and if you manage to hit them then you will
gain extra time (roughly +5 Sec)  really handy if your playing Time Trial.

Also not just them but some normal enemies, if you hit them before they appear
you can gain extra secs aswell.

Always remember to shoot the coloured guys first as they can kill you pretty
quickly. Blue guys can be ignored mostly.
