1. INTRO

*Admiral Starfish Island, when coming from
the second island turn left on the
first road. It's the first house on
the left. You have to park a car
near the fence, jump on the car,
and then jump over the fence.

*Baggage Handler 1. At the airport just west of the
main building behind the fence.
2. Go behind the main terminal and look SE.

*Banshee On Starfish Island's main road that
connects to the other islands it's
at the western most house on the
north side of the street.

*Benson Coming from Sunshine Auto's head
south. There is a pay' n' spray on
the right. It is just past it on
the left.

*BF Injection Just go east of the Malibu. It's on
the wooden sidewalk (near the
beach) a little bit south.

Blista Compact Usually found driving around
Washington Beach.

*Bloodring Banger On the south side of Hyman Memorial
Stadium after beating the mission
"Bloodring". There are two version
a Glendale and an Oceanic. Both of
them are parked here.

Bobcat Usually found driving around in
Vice Port.

Boxville Usually found driving around
airport.

Burrito Usually found driving around
Downtown.

Bus Usually found driving around inside
the airport gates(where the planes
are).

*Caddy Near the lighthouse there is a small
wooden bridge. Cross it heading towards
the lightnouse and follow the dirt path
that is slightly to the right. It is
hidden in the first set of bushes to
the right.

*Cheetah At the docks in Washington Beach.

Coach Usually stopped at bus stop signs.

*Comet 1. Starfish Island, when you are
coming from the first island take
the first road on the right. Then
enter the second driveway on the
right. It's in the garage.
2. Parked outside of Leaf Links.

Cuban Hermes Driving around Little Havana and
Little Haiti.

*Deluxo After buying Sunshine Autos and
gathering the first list of cars it
will be in the showroom.

Esperanto Usually found driving around Vice
Point.

*Flatbed Go as far SW as you can by road in
Vice Port. Then search SW of that
road.

*Gang Burrito Prawn Island in the northern most
house's driveway.

*Hermes Just south of Rafael's there is an
underground plaza thing. There is one

Perennial Usually found driving around Vice

*Phoenix On Starfish Island, when your coming

right you should see a dirt parking
lot. It is in the SE corner.

Rancher Usually found driving around Vice

@Romero's hearse It is only in the mission "Two Bit
Hit" that you get from Avery.

*Rumpo Behind the Malibu.

Sabre Usually found driving around
Downtown.

*Sabre Turbo After buying Sunshine Autos and
gathering the second list of cars
it will be in the showroom.

*Sandking After buying Sunshine Autos and
gathering the third list of cars it
will be in the showroom.

Securicar 1. In the third assassination (phone)
mission, the second guy has one. It
is locked so you'll have to snipe
him and take it to pay' n' spray,
or you can usually find it driving
around in Vice Port.
2. In the mission "Bar Brawl", when you
chase the motorcycles a securicar will
try to ram you. This one is locked also
so you may want to bring an M40. Thanks

*Sentinel In the showroom for Sunshine
Auto's.

*Sentinel XS From the main airport terminal head
east down the road. The road will curve
right and you should keep following it.
After it curves you will see a building
on the left and a gated parking lot. It
is in the parking lot.

@Spand Express 1. Available during the mission "Jury
Fury" for Rosenberg. Thanks to

4. MOTORCYCLES
*Angel Outside of the Greasy Chopper.

*Faggio On the sidewalk SE of the police
station in Washington Beach.

Freeway 1. Usually driving around the Ocean
View Hotel.
2. There is one near Prawn Island. If you
go to Prawn Island then take the Bridge
leading away from the island and
towards the North point mall, then take
the first right and you will see it
next to the first building on the left.

*PCJ-600 1. At the docks in Washington Beach.
2. In the parking lot just north of the
Pay'n'spray on the first island.

3. Start on the first Island, going north
on the main beachfront road. When the
road turns and joins a parallel road,
keep going straight to the building and
walk the perimeter. You'll find a PCJ.
This is the PCJ used in "PCJ
Playground". Thanks to SpinToWinJim.
4. It can also be found behind a glass
panel at Howlin' Petes Biker Emporium
just across the street from the Greasy
Chopper. Thanks to MadRider.

*Sanchez SE corner of the dirtbike track
Downtown.

*Coast Guard At a jetty just north of the
boatyard.

*Cuban Jetmax At the boatyard after buying it.

*Dinghy At the jetty behind the building
you destroyed in the mission
"Demolition Man". It is likely (but
not confirmed) that it doesn't
appear there until after you have
unlocked the second island.

*Marquis At the dock where Cortez was. When
you finish all of Cortez' mission
the docks will be unlocked.

*Reefer At the dock where Cortez was. When
you finish all of Cortez' mission
the docks will be unlocked.

*Rio At the docks slightly north of
where Cortez was. When you unlock
the second island the docks will be
open.

*Speeder At the dock where Cortez was. When
you finish all of Cortez' mission
the docks will be unlocked.

*Squallo At the boatyard after buying it.

*Tropic At the dock slightly SW of the
Links View Apartments. It is likely
(but not confirmed) that it doesn't
appear there until after you have
unlocked the second island.

6. AIRCRAFTS
*Maverick 1. On top of the Hyman Condo Downtown.

*Police Maverick On top of the police department
Downtown.

*Sea Sparrow The back deck at Diaz's Mansion
after getting 80 packages.

*Skimmer After buying the film studio and
beating the second mission it will
be parked outside of the NW corner
at the studio docks.

*Sparrow 1. On top of a building slightly NE of
Auntie Poulet's house. The building
has a billboard on top of it that
says "move over Miami".
2. There is a sparrow on the lower office
level of the building used in
"G-Spotlight". Thanks to SpinToWinJim.
3. Across from the Links View Heights
there are apartments. Behind them are
some back yards. It is in the middle
one.
4. On top of the building just south of
the pay'n'spray in Ocean Beach.

*VCN Maverick Dowtown VCN building, when you get
off the bridge from prawn island it
is the first building on the right.
Find the open door that leads to
the roof.

7. SPECIAL MISSION VEHICLES
*Ambulance 1. Outside of Ocean View Hospital in
Washington Beach.
2. In the parking lot of the hospital
Downtown.
3. In the driveway of the hospital in
Vice Point.

Barracks OL Get 6 stars and they will chase
you.

Cabbie Usually found driving around
Washington Beach.

Vice Cheetah Get 3 stars and undercover cops will
start chasing you in Cheetahs.

Enforcer Get 4 stars and they will chase
you.

FBI Rancher Get 5 stars and they will chase
you.

*FBI Washington Downtown in the alley behind Rock
City.

*Firetruck Outside of fire station Downtown.

*Hunter After you beat all of the story
missions, or get 100 packages it's
near the back wall of the military
base. If you do both it will be at
the helipad at the south end of the
first island too.

*Kaufman Cab After buying the taxi firm it's
parked inside.

*Mr. Whoopee After you buy Cherry Poppers Ice
Cream shop it will be in the garage
there.

*Pizza Boy Behind the pizza place on the first
island and the one in Little Haiti,
and beside the one Downtown.

*Police 1. Outside of police station in
Washington Beach.
2. Outside of police station in Litle
Havana.
3. Outside of the police station Dowtown.
4. Outside of the police station in Vice
Point.

*Predator Under the SE corner of the bridge
from Leaf Links Golf Club to the
second island.

*Rhino After get 90 packages it's in the
military base.

Taxi Usually found driving around
Washington Beach.

*Zebra Cab After beating the taxi firm's
missions it's parked inside.

8. BP/FP/EP/DP CARS
BP/FP/EP/DP Admiral (easy)
In the mission "Guardian Angels" Diaz drives an admiral to the
exchange site. At sometimes during the mission his car is locked so
this is how I did it. When it says to go up to the roof just kill Diaz
and his 2 henchmen. It will say mission failed. Then I just walked
over and got in the car.
#Alternate strategy(from CokaCola Cat) - You can get the
BP/FP/EP/DP Admiral in the "Guardian Angels" mission without having to
fail it. Wait until the mission is over. Diaz will hop in his Admiral,
and take a left out of the alley. Once the scene is over and you regain
control of your guy, simply run around the corner to your left, and the
Admiral will be sitting there, empty, doors unlocked. Jump in and drive
it to your garage. Mission passed, and you got your car.

FP Banshee

In the mission race missions for sunshine autos, there is a
banshee a cheetah and an infernus you race. to get this, wait at the
last checkpoint with the cars insight, you will fail the mission, so
just fllow them and do a drive by untill the driver gets out, or drive
in front of them and pull them out. there all flamethrower and molotov
cocktail proof.

BP Cuban Hermes(I can't get it)

In the mission "Guardian Angel", you witness a drug deal gone wrong
- involving the Cubans, Cortez, and a Haitian sneak attack. Shoot at the
Cuban Hermes all you want, it is bullet-proofed. You can even steal
this car - if you want (by delibrately failing the mission). However,
You will notice that you cannot repair this vehicle or put it in your
garage without loosing the bullet-proofing! It reverts back to a normal
Cuban Hermes and cannot be kept as a trophy. It may be proofed to fire
or explosions as well, but I haven't had the oportunity to test that
yet. Thanks Djpyre.
I have looked into this and it seems you are correct, but it isn't
BP after the mission wether it was failed or passed. I have been trying
different ways to get it with no success. The way I have gotten the best
results is as follows. Right when the C Hermes shows up throw some tear
gas behind it a little ways. The object of that is to kill the cubans
without diaz knowing you were responsible and not kill Diaz. If you can
do that it wont fail the mission and the haitins will not show up. So
you have all the time in the world to push it to a pay'n'spray. I have
not been able to push it to a pay'n'spray because it seems to
un-bulletproof(ok so that might not be an acual word) itself for some
reason. If anyone figures out how to get this I would like to know.

FP Infernus
See FP Banshee.

BP/FP/EP Sabre Turbo(very hard)
In the mission "The Driver" Hillary races you in a sabre turbo
(This is your target). This car is very hard to get because it is
locked. The best way to do this is turn around and go back to the Malibu
when the race starts. When you get the stars you can use the cheat or
just get the bribe that is in between the trees by the intersection to
the north and then drive around (you have a little over 2 minutes until
he gets back.). At this point you can either spawn a trashmaster, grab a
rancher, or just wait in your sentinal. When he wins the race he
won't leave his car he will just disappear so you can't time it
right. You have to push his car to the closest garage (Links View
Heights). That isn't all, it disappears if you lose sight of it
for too long. It's not as bad as the cheetahs in GTA3, but if you
happen to blow it up it is. If you used the trashmaster YOU'RE A
CHEATER (j/k), but it will be a lot easier for you to push especially
since you don't have to worry about blowing yourself up.
#Alternate strategy(from Nicholas C. Weaver) - A good thing to try,
especially if frustrated by spinning out in the race. Have the fast
sniper rifle... Get in front of the path he WILL take, either by the
hospital or by the end. Take out your sniper rifle, aim along the path,
and try to snipe him through the windshiled. If you succeed, mission
over (failure, hillary died) and the car is yours and unlocked. Works
because the glass is NOT bulletproof. Neither is the tank by the way,
you can snipe drivers out of tanks if you are feeling lucky.
#Alternate strategy(from Sosss) - Ok what you do is start the race
as usual then you turn around and go get the police bribe.... after
running around for awhile to get rid of your one star you can put about
3 cars across the road(not really needed but i did it just to see) then
go into the parking lot where there are always 2 cars.... at about 2:05
race time then get the "pill" to slow down town and run back to the
road... if the cars are in the way hilary will drive to where its open
i just stood there and snipped him in slow motions its so easy...

9. Rare Vehicles
_______________ 9.a. Cars
Black Admiral#1 - In the last phone mission you have to go behind
the ice cream shop. There are lots of guys back here who seem to be
your disgruntled employees from the ice cream shop and they have guns.
Just slowly clear them out and you'll see two black admirals and one
black pony on the way. The hard part about this is getting them. I
have not been able to get them yet and I passed the mission. I tried
using the stairs, and I even tried to ramp a pony off of an admiral
and over the gate. The only way I think you can get them is to jump in
one of them during the mission and then come straight back after
beating it. If you have an easier way let me know and I'll give you
credit.
#Alternate strategy(from Zoulou) - I might have found a way to get
the admiral during the phone mission. Once you killed everyone, put a
black admiral next of the gate, push the explosive barrels just in
front of the car and try to jump over. I wonder if anyone ever get those
cars out...anyway, try my technique, i think i'll not work, but it worth
the trying.
#Alternate stategy(from TheBlackAndGreenGuy) - When the mission
"loose end" starts go to the docks and steal a packer,the come back to
where the mission started and park the packer facing the gate,get out of
the truck and go back to the docks,steal another packer,then come back
to where the other packer is and use it as a ramp to get in,once you're
inside, park the packer facing the other paker and get out of it. now
get in the pony and drive it outside using the packers as ramps.

Black Admiral#2 - Some guys shooting at you in the "Check-Out At
The Check-In" mission are driving this car. It will be very hard to
obtain. You will need Molotov Cocktails or a Flamethrower for this.
First, kill the guy that is shooting out of the sunroof. Now the car
will come to a halt. The doors are locked so you can't pull them out
so this is where the flamethrower and or Molotov Cocktails come in.
Throw the Molotovs or shoot the car with the Flamethrower and they will
get out. Now, just get in and don't get out until you get to your garage
because the doors will lock on you if you get out. Thanks to
THAguyINgta3. Thanks to Skycat for telling me about a small error here.
#Alternate stategy(from mitchellwoods) - When doing the "Check-Out
At The Check-In" mission, the black admiral drives around and has people
who shoot at you. I got this car purely by fluking it, but it seems
pretty easy. If you own Sunshine Auto's just drive there, and drive into
one of the four garages you have. Hopefully, one of the admirals will
follow you into Sunshine Auto's and into the garage. If one does, just
reverse out or whatever, and make sure the door closes with the car in
there. Unfortunately I put the black admiral into the garage where you
have the car list, but it is unlocked and in your garage, without any
trouble at all.

Black Bobcat - In the mission "Autocide", two of the targets are in
a black Bobcat. Just play the mission normally until it says there are
two people by the jewelry store in Vice Point. Go there and you should
see a black Bobcat. Don't get too close to it or they'll drive off. So
keep your distance and snipe the guy in it. Take the Bobcat and complete
the rest of the mission, and store it in your garage. Thanks to Wicked

Love Fist - You can get this car during the missions for Love Fist.
Technically it's not a one time only car because you get to use it for
two missions. All you have to do is drive it to your garage after you
beat the mission.

Romero's Hearse - You can get this car during the mission "Two Bit
Hit" that you get from avery. You may want to do this mission twice
before beating it because there are two variations of this car. There is
one with a coffin in the back (this is the one you chase) and there is
one without a coffin (it's one of the other hearses that are parked
there). These are fairly easy to get, but if you have trouble just snipe
the driver before they see you.

Black Sentinal - I found a black sentinal on the last(2nd) asset
mission for the print works(hit the courier). It's the car the courier
is driving. It's pretty easy to get, i just waited for her to get in
and start driving, then i sniped her out. I dont know if the door
locks if she gets out though. Thanks to Wippingstick.
#Alternate Strategy(from Zoulou) - During a mission from the
printing factory called "hit the courrier" you have to steal some plates
from a girl gang. It is not hard to get it nor is it easy, the first
technique consits of sniping the girl who's driving it, the door (who
was locked) will open and the girl fall down, if you dont feel like
sniping, just take take a good car and drive by the sentinel, it will
eventually crash in a tree/corner/wall... just snipe the girl and
carefully take it to your hideout, exit, let the garage door close.
Congrats, you now have a black sentinel !!
Hints
DONT exit the car and let its doors close !! Be careful as there is
also 2 others sentinels (red i think) who try to kill you.

Spand EX - This truck can be found during the mission "Riot".
All you have to do is instead of blowing it up take it. I don't remember
if you have to start the riot before the gate opens or not, but if you
do have to it will be kind of hard to get away without getting pulled
out. Thanks to THAguyINgta3 for telling me that it is also available in
the mission "Jury Fury". After beating one of the cars it comes by
and drops some hammers. Thanks to Paul Rudoff for letting me know I had
errors here (BTW the errors were NOT from THAguyINgta3's info, they were
mine because I did a lot of this from memory).

Green Stretch - First of all this is a really ugly car. I don't know
why you would want it so just skip it. Ok ok I'll tell you. In the
mission "Martha's Mugshot" you have to follow candy when she gets in a
green limo. How I got it and beat the mission was first I followed them
to the congressman's house. Then after the cinema ended I headed south
and a little bit past the Malibu there was a line of cars. Of course,
there was a green limo in the front. If I remember correctly the doors
were locked, but the driver was still in it. If that's the case just
snipe him. If that doesn't work you could just snipe him on the way.

Black Voodoo - This is only availible during the mission "Two Bit
Hit" for Avery. Special thanks to AllKilrNoFilr182 for telling me about

White Walton - In Phil's mission "Gun Runner", the weapons trucks
driving around are white Waltons. I haven't tried to get one myself yet,
but you should be able to snipe the driver, or knock the door off with a
melee weapon. If neither of those work, you'll just have to push it to
your garage... bleh. But hey, it's a unique vehicle. Thanks to Wicked
Souls for this one.

Black Washington - In the mission "All Hands on Deck!" for Cortez,
the French come in two black Washingtons. You'll be stuck on a boat
while they come after you from the shore. However, it's very possible
to get. Before starting the mission, find a Packer (there's one parked
in Vice Port). When facing the mission marker, to its right is a tree.
The guard rail to the water starts around it. Park your Packer
perpendicular to the start of the guard rail. There should be a
Cheetah parked nearby. Grab it and park it just to the right of the
Packer, as close to the rail as possible. Now start the mission. The
Washingtons should crash into the Packer and not get to their
destination. In any case, cut Cortez's head off with your katana to
fail the mission. If it worked, there should be an unlocked black
Washington parked nearby. Take it and park it in your garage. Thanks to

______________ 9.b. Motorcycles
Silver PCJ 600 - In the third phone mission the guy will tell you
that he got weapons for you if you need them. The bike is parked on the
street by the weapons. This is also very easy to get.

Black Sanchez - If you go to the dirtbike track Downtown there is
almost always a Sanchez parked there. It has a checkpoint mission called
"Trial by Dirt". In this mission there are three haitians that chase you
on black dirt bikes, just kill one of them and take his bike. These are
easy to get, but if you have trouble just kill all of them to make it
easier.

Cone Crazy(Stallion) - This one is on top of the parking garage in
Washington Beach, which is just north of Collar & Cuffs. This one is a
little bit hard to find because the game isn't programmed to spawn a
stallion here, so you may have to bring your own. If you bring your own
you have to exit the vehicle and get back in. This doesn't work in some
areas of the top floor. I got it to work by parking it in the middle
spot of the northernmost row.

PCJ Playground(PCJ?) - Start on the first Island, going north on the main
beachfront road. When the road turns and joins a parallel road, keep
going straight to the building and walk the perimeter.

Test Track(Landstalker) - In the SE corner of the dirtbike track
Downtown.

Chopper Checkpoints(Sparrow):
Downtown - The sparrow that is on the lower office level of the building
used in "G-Spotlight". Thanks to SpinToWinJim.

Little Haiti - On top of a building slightly NE of Auntie Poulet's house.
The building has a billboard on top of it that says "move over Miami".
From in front of the building turn left. Take the first two lefts and
you should see an alley on the left soon with a ramp that you can jump
onto the building with.

Ocean Beach - On top of the building just south of the pay'n'spray in
Ocean Beach. You can jump from the staircase of the building just north
of the pay'n'spray.

Vice Point - Across from the Links View Heights there are apartments.
Behind them are some back yards. It is in the middle one one.

11. Miscellaneous

11.a. Tips
Cars come in classes. If you are looking for a certain car drive
one that is in the same class. If you driving an Infernus though Little
Haiti chances are that your not going to see a moonbeam.
Walking tends to give you more of a selection than if you are riding
in a car. When in a car the game usually spawns cars of that type or
class. If you are on foot the game seems to spawn more appropriate
vehicles. Like a manana in the poor part of town or an infernus in the
rich part of town.
Most of the parked cars are randomly picked by the game so you could
go into a parking garage that was full stallions two minutes ago and
find that it's infested with freeways.

11.b. The Hunter
There have been several arguments about how to get the hunter so I
think I should clear this up. If you get 100 packages or beat all of the
storyline missions it will appear at the back wall of the military base.
If you do both of them, and the order you do them in doesn't matter, it
will also appear at the helipad on the south end of the first island. It
is just like any other vehicle so it won't be there 100% of the time.
Grab a police uniform before you try to get it from the base so they
don't shoot at you. Thanks to digital821 for reminding me about th cop
outfit.

11.c. Lightless Taxi

My brother just found a kaufman cap with no lights, just like in
gta3. It seems normal except i think it has a special radio (just like
the police cars/ambulances/fire trucks have. He found it at the corner
of the street that leads to the hyman condo and the street to goes to
the stadium in downtown area. Well, there is a theorie about it appears
right after you load a saved game, sometimes a error during the loading
process occurs and a lightless taxi appears. However i am not 100% sure
of that, there is also another theorie about the effects of cheats,
many people have complained about dissapearing hidden packages, weird
happenings and others stuff...
I would say that there are more chance that the lightless taxi appears
after a loading as my bro told me he saw it right after the loading
screen, there were also lots people agreeing on this theorie in gta3.
