It means Godzilla : Save the Earth, the previous game of Godzilla : Unleashed
Intro
Well, this is my first time I ever created a guide for games.
I have my own reason to create a guide because I'm trying to find
a complete guide for this game but no luck. Lots of stuff here
are exactly like Godzilla STE game so maybe I can get it onto this game.
I'm just hoping this guide will help you guys that read this guide,
happy playing!
Controls
D-Pad/Left Analog Stick>Move Around
Right Analog Stick>Move Monster's head or aim when using Beam attacks
X Button>Punch
Square Button>Kick
Circle Button>Fierce Attacks
Triangle Button>Guard
R1 Button>Beam Attack(hold)/Single Beam(tap)(for certain monsters)
R2 Button>Jump/Fly(hold)
L1 Button>Grab/throw item or monsters
L2 Button>Crouch/make monsters move away when in combat
X + Circle>Roars
(In Godzilla STE Game it makes monsters use it's rage attack
but in Godzilla : Unleashed, It's worthless)
Square + Circle>Uses power surges (if you have any)
L2 + R2>special tricks (for certain monsters)
Story
From all, the story begans when the Vortaak returns to earth
after 20 years of the Godzilla STE event,
Vorticia-Queen of the Vortaak commands her units to launch
a full-scale assault to earth,
but their mothership was damaged by an asteroid
and forced to abort their attack.
Vorticia suspects that someone or something is after "her prize".
Lots of meteor are crashed on earth and creates a strange crystal
and making disasters over cities,
also cause damage on monster island-causing monsters to escape the island.
this is when the game begins from the faction you
choose and you have to complete the goals of each faction,
There are 2 endings in this game while there are 4 Factions.
For the final stage you will discover that who is behind this crystal plague
is not the Vortaak. It's Space Godzilla!
His true intentions are re-open the wormhole that he became trapped in
at the end of Godzilla STE by using the crystals.
After few fights, you will face him and you must defeat him at all costs.
Once you're finished a cutscene will appear depends on your faction.
You will protect, or destoy Earth?
Endings
There are two endings categories.
Protect, or Destroy Earth and that ends up in different endings.
There's also a "Tyrant" ending
Protect Earth Ending
You must use Earth Defenders or Global Defenese Force Faction.
When you're on fighting, familiarize yourself with allies and enemies.
Allies are monster from your faction or destroy the crystals.
Enemies are Vortaak monsters and those who corrupted by the crystals.
When you are facing a monster that have corrupted by the crystals,
or have a power surge,
don't defeat them. That will make you gain
a power surge and you will betray your faction at some levels.
Run away from the monster who have a power surge, then find some crystals,
destoy them. After you destroy all the power surge crystals,
you will complete the stage. keep doing this until you face Space Godzilla
in NY. You will be thanked by the council by saving the Earth.
Destroy Earth Ending
Use Alien faction. Destroy your enemies and destroy power surge crystals.
And face Space Godzilla and CONQUER the Earth!
Tyrant Ending
All faction can end up with this ending so you can use your favourite monster
and rule Earth by your own. This is the default
ending from the Mutant faction, whatever you do with the
Mutant faction it will not change the ending. To have this ending without
using the Mutant faction, defeat monsters that have power surges,
don't destroy the crystals cause you will never encounter the same stage again.
There are 7 types of power surges throughout the game
taking in different places. This include you have detroyed earth.

have differrent allies and enemies

GDF are human made. They will allies with those who destroy crystals and
enemies with Vortaak and power surge users. But they can
be corrupted as well they can betray the GDF faction

Kiryu (Mechagodzilla 3)

FORM > Robotic body with blue stripes and no fingers and no legs.
Only wheels that make him move
SKIN TYPE > FULL-STEEL
NOTE > MOGUERA is a weak melee fighter,
so attacking him so many times will make him weak.
Grabbing him maybe the best idea.
Also energy draining tech maybe useful againts him
Mechagodzilla 2

When in danger quickly press L2 + R2 to leap away fast and

Mecha King Ghidorah

His single beam attack is useful. It can stun enemies and
drain out their energy (consumes one ammo)
Hold R2 to fly. Can sacrifice health to energy by pressing L2 + R2
If you press triangle button he will
create an energy shield which when striked with beam attacks,
Mecha King Ghidorah will restore health
FORM > Same as the original King Ghidorah exept his body is
all steel and wings wider and hard, tails edged with sharp steel,
his middle head are full-iron while the other heads are original
SKIN TYPE > FULL-STEEL
NOTE > Mecha King Ghidorah is EXTREMELY weak against beam attacks.
When monsters are trying to beam on you,
you should cover yourself by hiding or blocking
their beam with energy shields.
That'll help you regain health quickly
Mutant Faction
Costs : 15000
Mutant monsters are driven by the crystals
and makes them seek the power of these power surge crystals.
They are vicious and they will destroy evety thing that gets into their path;
Monsters, Human, and even the Vortaak. They will ally themselves with
monsters that just do to obtain power and even
they can be enemies with their own faction allies
they are =====>
Destoroyah
Cost : Available after unlocking the Mutant Faction

NOTE > He's powerful monster, but extremely slow.
Use your freezing mist when you are in danger
and knock out the enemy

Press circle to create crystal spires
that will help to regain energy.
You can only have 2 spires at each level.
By using combination of the D-Pad and circle button
you can use the crystal spires to attack enemies.
Or, you can recover health by destroying your own spires
(Press L2 + R2)
His grabs are ranged and consumes
half of his energy so use it wisely,
make sure you have crystal spires to recover faster
He can also do a float dash. Just press L2 and move him away.
He'll be dashing faster
(he won't regain energy while he's in this condition)
Space Godzilla's most attacks are required
some amount of energy so if he loses energy to much, He'll useless
unless you have crystal spires so it will recover much faster
While float dashing,
Space Godzilla can perform an anti-gravity pulse.
Press circle while dashing
and he'll unleash the anti-gravity pulse that will throw
ANY monsters.
FORM > Like godzilla exept bigger, fat belly,
have one crystals on each shoulders,
white dorsal plates, longer tail,
And some of his organs can be seen
SKIN TYPE > FLESH
NOTE > Space Godzilla is an expert monster.
You have to be very mindful about him.
Don't ever waste your energy even when you are almost win
Because if the enemy monster counter on you,
you'll have a hard time to pull of attacks,
reminding that some of his attacks requires energy
Battra
Imago-Battra

While grabbing enemies, press X to copy their beam attack,
Circle to steal energy, and Square to steal health
FORM > Like a scorpion, with creepy big head,
scorpio tail below body, and steel wings
SKIN TYPE > SEMI-STEEL
NOTE > Megagurius is a tough fighter.
Her speed are furious and her attacks quite powerful.
If you are facing her don't let her grab you or else,
she'll copy your beam ability or absorbs your energy/health.
She's easier to defeat with long range beam attacks.
Such as Godzilla's atomic breath.
Obsidius
Cost : 20000

Slighly different but he have the same techs like Orga,

He don't have single beam attack.
FORM > Same big as Orga but he has a smaller back
and body made of hard-lava and on his head he have
three horns pointed to his back
He also have shiny parts from his body
SKIN TYPE > SEMI-STEEL
NOTE > At Seattle, you can see some lava rivers and any monsters
will get damaged if they entering the river,
But Obsidius will never get damaged, but just slowing him
Alien Faction
Cost : 12000
Alien faction has only one goal-destroy everything on sight.
They will be allies to one who attacks humanity and
protects the Vortaak.
Enemies are those who already
claimed too many power surges from every faction,
who attacks the Vortaak,
and they will always attacks the GDF Monsters.
Their mortal enemies are Godzilla and the ED
they are =====>
Gigan
Cost : Available after unlocking the Alien Faction

he got some small spines. And on his stomache,
he got some SHARP spines that will slay enemies
when he's grabbing enemies

NOTE > Teleportation ability can be dangerous
cuz' you'll get teleported anywhere randomly, far, close,
or even in front of the enemy
Megalon
Cost : Available after unlocking the Alien Faction

NOTE > Be careful when you comes out from the ground to hold enemies.
If you get out from the ground without holding enemies,
you will end up stunned.
To prevent this, press X instead pick up enemies by pressing L1
Orga

Orga can absorb energy/health while grabbing enemies
(press L2 + R2 while grabbing enemies)
Orga has a great resistance against blunt attacks.
He won't knocked away even he's hit by blunt attack
He can also grab monsters in midair,
just jump and then press circle to do a midair jump
FORM > Big back and long hands with 3 fingers,
small feets and a beam hole at the left of his head
SKIN TYPE > SEMI-STEEL
NOTR > Orga is supremely tough.
His punches, kicks, throws, whacks, and slams are all dangerous.
You have to be careful when you're facing Orga with melee attacks,
Reminding that he's highly resists blunt attacks
King Ghidorah
Cost : Available after unlocking the Alien Faction

He can toss enemies away by flying,
then press Circle to create some wind and makes enemies tossed
Also he can grab enemies using it's tail.

FORM > Yellow dragon with three long heads, two tails,
big brown wings, short legs, and have no arms
SKIN TYPE > FLESH
NOTE > Maybe he's the best monster in the game.
His melee powers and beams are good.
When you're facing melee fighters, Use your gravity bolts (beam)
When you're facing beam figters, Use your melee attacks
His short legs are making him SLOW and he can't jump.
If you tap L1 when you are not in combat, He'll fly just a moment
then lands.
That makes him hard to escape enemy's attacks
but he's capable to hold them.
Alliance Bars
Alliance bars only shows on story mode.
There are four bars. You can see the bars when you've paused the game
If the bar is over 50%, You will be helped by the faction that
have 50% alliance rate. The higher the rate, the higher chance
you will be supported on each stage
The lower the bar, more enemies that will try to defeat you
Defenders bar => green colour
Rises if you are destroy the crystals and defend your
faction monsters. or decreases by containing power surges
and defeat your own allies.
GDF bar => blue colour
Rises if you destroy the crystals and not destroy buildings
Decreases if you destroy buildings and contain power surges
Alien bar => purple colour
Raised by defeating Mutants, contain several power surges
and destroying buildings
decrease if you aliied with the mutants or destroy too many
power surge crystals
Mutant bar => orange colour
Rises if you destroy everything exept power surge crystals
decreased if you destroy crystals
Power Surges
There are 7 types of power surge in this game.
To contain a power surge in story mode
Defeat ANY monsters that happen to have one.
Don't destroy the crystals because if you do so,
The power surge will be lost.
When you are fighting a monster who have a power surge,
and there's also some monsters that happen to be there,
Defeat the other monsters first,
to prevent them from defeating the monsters who have power surges or
you can defeat the monster that have power surges

Power Ups
If you're damaged some strange crystals can appear anytime
and anywhere on the stage.You can have your health restored
or have energy fully recover.
Blue crystals =>These crystal will heal you and raises up your rage bar a bit
Yellow crystals=>It will restore full-energy and raise your rage bar more
Rage mode =>Just like the ones in Godzilla STE. Make you move faster,
stronger, and even do some special tricks.
Only difference in this game,
you cannot use your rage attack

Cities can be in different situations here, they are ruined and can be clouded
in Godzilla : Unleashed game

Caused a big hole in the city cause of a meteor crash

The city is ravaged by earthquakes
and takes the final stage of the tyrant ending

Meteor activity cause a volcanic activity.
Seattle has been engulfed by magma lakes and rivers

Flight of the Atoragon
You will fight the Atoragon taking place at Osaka.
The ship can make you freeze and will always spin around you so quickly
run away and make sure you can see the Atoragon
and blast it with your beam attack.
Frozen Terror
Taking place at Sydney there will be 3 Crystal towers that you must destroy.
To destroy the towers, use your melee attacks cause using beam attacks
will not work on it.
Locations : => Near the bridge on the frozen river
=> At the edge of the city
=> Middle of the city
Big Trouble
Taking place at seattle, facing a monster-King Ghidorah.
Before you start, you'll see a cutscene where Vorticia
commands her specialists to transfer energies
collected from the crystals to King Ghidorah,
make him grow larger than before.
You'll face him in Seattle in his super large form,
making him very slow but stronger and higher resistance.
For fast winning, you have to make sure you're far enough from him
and there's nothing blocking your way.
After finding a spot to blast,
FIRE your beam attacks several times and keep this up to have faster winning,
or just have a melee combat.
