==SECTION 1: HISTORY OF SUPER DELFIN==
======================================
Super Delfin is the founder of Osaka Pro, a wrestling promotion
based in the Osaka region of Japan. Delfin himself is Osaka Pro's
perennial champion, and he's assembled an interesting supporting
cast around him, including comedy wrestlers such as Ebessan and
Kuishinbo Kamen, and solid technical wrestlers such as Takehiro
Murehama and GAMMA (who are both in FPZ along with Delfin).
Delfin, with his outlandish dolphin mask and innovative holds,
wrestles a style coined by some as "lucharesu", combining the best
parts of Mexican lucha libre and Japanese junior pro wrestling.
Super Delfin is respected by puroresu fans worldwide for his unique
style and his ability to entertain with every match.

==SECTION 4: STRATEGY==
=======================
GENERAL STRATEGY
As you can see above, Super Delfin is virtually unchanged from his FPD
form, with the exception of the finisher switch. So if you did your
Delfin homework and read my FPD Delfin guide, congratulations, you're
already a FPZ Super Delfin expert!
If not, never fear. I'll repeat it for you (with additions of course).
Delfin's many unique moves make him an entertaining and interesting
wrestler to use in Fire Pro Z. In fact, he may possess the single most
unique moveset in the entire game! And although Delfin is effective is
a variety of situations, he is most effective coming off the top rope
and from the back and corner grapple position.
To get the most out of his matches, Delfin should be wrestling other
skilled juniors; Hayabusa, Jyushin Liger, The Great Sasuke, Curry Man
and so on. This way win or lose you're guaranteed an awesome match.
As with most juniors, Delfin is at a big disadvantage defensively
against heavyweights, particularly those with strong lariat attacks.
In other words, a Delfin vs. Stan Hansen or Delfin vs. Satoshi Kojima
match is a bad idea.
The best Delfin strategy is to be diverse, attempting a wide variety
of holds and aerial manuevers to entertain the audience. And when the
opponent is on the brink of defeat, emphasize the back grapple.
STRIKES
Super Delfin's punch and kick stats aren't too hot, I'd suggest using
grapples instead. The Standing ([]) + (X) Upper Shouda is a Delfin
Special Move, and the Toe and Thrust Kicks should be used from a
distance. Other than that, you should stick with grappling.
GRAPPLES
First let me say that Spike corrected a glaring error in Delfin's FPD
moveset by replacing the shootfighting Single Leg Tackle with the
standard Drop Toe Hold. Delfin is anything but a shootfighter, and I
always wondered why they gave him a shoot move in FPD. Kudos to Spike
for clearing that up.
Delfin has a great set of grapples, especially from a back grapple.
Get in the habit of knocking the opponent down, then picking them up
off the mat so they are standing dazed. Then walk behind them and
execute a back grapple. The Delfin Special 1, Delfin Special 3,
Mysteriorana and Osaka Cutter are four of the best junior-style
back grapples in FPZ.
The big negative to using back grapples is that they require you to
give up an easy strike (which can't be reversed) or "opponent down"
move (which _can_ be reversed in FPZ) and attempt a grapple instead,
which can not only be reversed, but countered as well. But with Super
Delfin it's worth the risk.
Whipping your opponent into the corner is another great strategy when
you're wearing him down. From the corner, the Swinging DDT is great.
Try to pull one of these off, then climb the post and combo it into
the ([]) + (X) Swinging DDT when your opponent gets up dazed! Double
DDT madness!
