切り払 (Sword Cut) Chance of reducing physical attack damage to 0 by slicing
the attack away. Percentage depends on skill level and enemy level.
シールド防御 (Shield Defense) When it kicks in, reduces damage taken to 40%.
Chance of activating depends on skill level and enemy level. When you choose
the Defend option, it will always work.
底力 (Potential) As HP gets lower, accuracy, dodge, armor, and critical hit
rate all increase. The effects grow with each level of the skill.
カウンター (Counter) When choosing to counterattack, allows your attack to hit
before the enemy's. The higher your level, the higher success rate it has.
援護攻撃 (Support Attack) Allows you to support an adjacent squad leader. Each
level of the skill gives you one additional attack per turn.
援護防御 (Support Defend) Allows you to cover any squadmate. Each level of the
skill gives you one additional defense per turn.

SPアップ (SP Up) Increases the maximum amount of SP your pilot has by 6 per
level of skill.
闘争心 (Warring Heart) +5 to starting morale.
戦意高揚 (Battle Spirit) +2 to morale every turn from turn 2 onward.
気力+(回避) (Morale Plus - Dodge) Gain +1 morale every time your pilot
successfully dodges an enemy attack.
気力+(命中) (Morale Plus - Hit) Gain +1 morale every time your pilot
successfully hits an enemy.
気力+(ダメージ) (Morale Plus - Damage) Gain +1 morale in addition to the +1
you normally get every time your pilot takes damage.

気力+(撃破) (Morale Plus - Shoot Down) Gain +1 morale in addition to the
morale you already gain every time somebody shoots a unit down.
Eセーブ (E-Save) All EN-based weapons have 80% their normal consumption.
Bセーブ (B-Save) All ammo-based weapons get +50% to their ammo.
ラーニング (Learning) When not leading a squad, gain 100% experience and PP
for all squad activities.
連携攻撃 (Cooperative Attack) When using a support attack, guaranteed critical.
支援攻撃 (Backup Attack) When using platoon attacks, damage is 1.5x the normal
platoon damage rate.

集束攻撃 (Focused Attack) When using an ALL attack against a platoon with
multiple units, +10% to damage.
見切り (Pre-empt) When morale hits 130, increased hit, dodge, and critical hit
rate.
ガード (Guard) When morale hits 130, damage taken is reduced to 80%.
気力限界突破 (Morale Limit Break) Raises the maximum morale limit to 170.
修理技能 (Improved Repair) +50% to amount of HP healed when repairing a unit.
補給技能 (Improved Resupply) Allows you to resupply after moving.

Non-buyable Pilot skills:
念動力 (Psychic Power) Increased hit and dodge rates, improves the
effectiveness of Telekinetic Fields. Improves with each level.
ニュータイプ (Newtype) Increased hit and dodge rates, also gives bonuses to
the range of psycommu-based weaponry. Improves with each level.
強化人間 (Cyber-Newtype) Increased hit and dodge rates, also gives bonuses to
the range of psycommu-based weaponry. Improves with each level.
SEED (SEED) At 140+ morale, gives +10% to damage dealt, and +10% to final hit
and dodge rates.
勇者 (Brave) Increased hit, dodge, critical, and armor ratings. Improves with
each level.
超能力 (ESP) Increased hit, dodge, and critical hit rates. Improves with each
level.
野生化 (Aggressiveness) At 130+ morale, gives +25% to damage dealt.
天才 (Genius) +20% to hit, dodge, and critical hit rates.
極 (Extreme) At 130+ morale, gives +30 to final hit, dodge, and critical
rates.
指揮官 (Leadership) Gives bonuses to the hit and dodge rates of nearby units.
The effective range and bonuses grow with each level.
強運 (Good Luck) +20% to money gained from destroying enemy units.
SP回復 (SP Regen) Recover 10 SP every turn.
