SYNCHRO-ATTACK FAQs:
1) What are Synchro-Attacks?
- These are attacks that require 2 or more mechs/characters to execute.
2) Who can use Synchro-Attacks?
- Certain pilots in certain units can activate and execute them.
3) Where can we find Synchro-Attacks?
- In a mech's weapons listing, duh.
4) How do you execute Synchro-Attacks?
- For one thing, the participating pilots/mechs should be deployed in the map.
To activate the synchro-attacks, however, they need to be either a) IN THE
SAME SQUAD, or b) IF THEY ARE NOT IN THE SAME SQUAD, THEY SHOULD BE CLOSE
TO EACH OTHER (NOT TO FAR IN DISTANCE).
5) Is there any way to upgrade Synchro-Attacks?
- Yes, but indirectly. You can do this by upgrading the weapon power of the
mechs involved. For example, if you want to strengthen Goldion Hammer, you
must upgrade the weapon power of GaoGaiGar and/or Goldimarg. To upgrade
a Synchro-Attack fully, you must fully upgrade both mechs's wepaons fully.
6) Do spent resources to execute a Synchro-Attack affect both mechs?
- Yes. If the synchro-attack drains 70 EN, both participating units deplete 70
EN. If one of the units have insufficient EN or morale, then the synchro
attack will be disabled until the requirements are met.
7) Is there a master list of all the synchro-attacks?
- No. They will be listed once the mechs are deployed in the map.
8) Would executing a synchro-attack end the turn of the other unit?
- No, unless they are in the same squad. A perfect example is Gaiking and
Daiku Maryu. They can never be in the same squad since Daiku Maryu is a
mothership. If you make Gaiking execute the Fire Car Cutter and thus ending
its turn, Daiku Maryu can use it, provided that both their EN requirements
are met and that their range requirements is met (you can move anyway).
9) Can synchro-attacks be executed by all participating units?
- Not all. Example, GaoGaiGar can execute the Goldion Hammer, but Goldimarg
can't. Jeeg can execute the Mach Drill, Bigshooter can't. However, both Yuu
and Hime can execute the Chakra Extension, same thing for Gaiking and Daiku
Maryu for executing the Fire Car Cutter.

Required Morale to execute: 130 morale
Required EN to execute: 80 EN
3) JEEG BAZOOKA (APPLICABLE TO KOUTETSU JEEG ONLY)
Required Units: Koutetsu Jeeg
Bigshooter
Required Pilots: Hiroshi/Koutetsu Jeeg (Koutetsu Jeeg)
Miwa (Bigshooter)
Required Morale to execute: N/A
Required EN to execute: N/A
Note: Uses ammo instead of EN.
4) MACH DRILL (APPLICABLE TO KOUTETSU JEEG ONLY)
Required Units: Koutetsu Jeeg
Bigshooter
Required Pilots: Hiroshi/Koutetsu Jeeg (Koutetsu Jeeg)
Miwa (Bigshooter)
Required Morale to execute: 110 morale.
Required EN to execute: N/A
Note: Uses ammo instead of EN.
5) MIRACLE DRILL (APPLICABLE TO GAIKING ONLY)
Required Units: Gaiking
Daiku Maryu
Required Pilots: Sanshiro (Gaiking)
Pete (Daiku Maryu)
Required Morale to execute: 120 morale
Required EN to execute: N/A
Note: Uses ammo instead of EN. If Gaiking uses it, it doesn't decrease
Daiku Maryu's Miracle Drill usage. If Daiku Maryu uses it, it
doesn't decrease Gaiking's Miracle Drill usage either. It doesn't
matter whether Daiku Maryu is in Ballution Mode or not.
6) FIRE CAR CUTTER
Required Units: Gaiking
Daiku Maryu (in BALLUTION MODE)
Required Pilots: Sanshiro (Gaiking)
Pete (Daiku Maryu)
Required Morale to execute: 140 morale
Required EN to execute: 80 EN
Note: Transform Daiku Maryu to Ballution Mode first. If Daiku Maryu is in
normal mode, this attack is disabled.
7) HAMMER HELL AND HEAVEN/GOLDION HAMMER (APPLICABLE TO GAOGAIGAR ONLY)
Required Units: GaoGaiGar
Goldimarg
Required Pilots: Gai (GaoGaiGar)
Goldimarg (Goldimarg)
Required Morale to execute: 140 morale
Required EN to execute: 80 EN
Note: If this attack is used, it also decreases Goldimarg's EN as well,
so do pay attention to Goldimarg's EN gauge when using it.
8) TWIN BIRD STRIKE
Required Units: BiltBilger
BiltFalken
Required Pilots: Arad (Biltbilger)
Zeora (BiltFalken)
Required Morale to execute: 130 morale
Required EN to execute: 50 EN
Note: This synchro-attack is only accessible if your main character is
ARAD, Real Robot type, male gender.
