NOTES
-----
- Why on earth am I doing this?  Answer: it's summer.  I'm bored.

- To access a character's "hold" color, select them with a punch or kick and
 keep it held down for a couple seconds.  Their outfit color will change.

- "Trim" just describes a secondary color on the outfit.  For example, in
 M.Bison's case, "trim" means his shoulder and shin guards, wristbands,
 boots, and trim on the clothing itself.  Those items are always the same
 color.

- Minor colors have been ignored, such as the tiny stripe in the middle of
 M.Bison's suit.  You don't notice that stuff anyway.

- Colors that do not change are ignored (i.e., T.Hawk's boots).
