When I saw the FAQs made for this game, I noticed there is not an in-
depth FAQ for arena or Extra arena. So, I went ahead and wrote this one.
This FAQ covers all the strategies used for the arena and the extra
arena. It still needs some work in it though, I thought about writing a
full FAQ/Walkthrough, but I thought that this would be more appropriate.
So, here is my in-depth guide on Arena first, then extra arena. Hope it
helps. Don't worry about the armor points that I have missed, they will
be updated very soon.

If you don't feel like doing missions to make more credits, then go to
the arena. It is quite simple until you get to the end, but man, I got
to rank C, without even changing the parts on my AC. So here is an easy
way to defeat these punks, and how much credits you'll earn after each
one.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
AC: Adieu
Armor: 8894
Reward: 1000
This guy fights with your basic AC. There really is no strategy on how
to beat him. All you have to do is circle strafe around him while
shooting him. If you can't beat this guy, just sell or trade this game
to a store or a friend.
=======================================================================
AC: Wake Up
Armor: 8179
Reward: 2000
This guy is another easy one. He can over heat you many times in this
fight, but he just sucks at piloting. Circle strafe him like last time
with Adieu, and he will fall.
=======================================================================
AC: Strasburg
Armor: 7816
Reward: 2500
Now, this guy is more of a challenge than the first two. He tries to
circle strafe around you while firing his machine gun. Circle strafe
him in the opposite direction, or just try to keep him in front of you.
By now you should have a machine gun, and have extra upgraded parts, so
this fight should go pretty quick.
=======================================================================
AC: Twinhead-B
Armor: 6710
Reward: 3000
Another easy match, all she will do is walk and fire her energy gun. If
you get close, she will use her energy blade. Just circle around her
firing whatever gun you have until she is done for.
=======================================================================
AC: Snakewood
Armor: 8829
Reward: 3500
This guy is a little tricky in some parts, just circle strafe him as
usual. Also, avoid his shots too, he uses his exceed orbit and very
fast cloaking rockets that over heat you if you get hit a number of
times. If you attack him well enough, he should go down.
=======================================================================
AC: Cascade
Armor: 9091
Reward: 4000
This guy can get really annoying, he never stops moving. Once the
battle starts, he will immediately over boost to you and starts to jump
around in the air dodging your bullets a whole lot. Just circle strafe
him (don't tell me you haven't got this pattern down yet) in the
opposite direction as him. Change your direction once he changes his,
keep shooting him as much as you can and you'll come out with the win
again.
=======================================================================
AC: Gaidoz
Armor: 7365
Reward:
Gaidoz is seriously not that great in his ammo storage. He runs out of
ammo in about 2 minuets after the battle started. Anyway, he'll mostly
be using his spread shot energy arm units, but once you take to the air,
he'll use his missiles to swat you back down. Like I said, it doesn't
take long for you to dodge his shots until he's out, then you can just
finish him off.
=======================================================================
AC: Vice
Armor:
Reward: 5000
This guy really shouldn't be too hard, just stay out the way of his
front side, because his shotgun is really powerful and it'll tare
through your armor quick. Circle strafe around him, until he is done
for.
=======================================================================
AC: Twinhead-W
Armor:
Reward: 5500
Another joke fight. All he really uses is his energy handgun; rarely
will he switch over to his back missiles. No strategy here.
=======================================================================
AC: Pylon
Armor:
Reward: 6000
Man, this hasn't got any harder yet, this guy is easy. You can just
walk around him and still avoid his laser shots. He is not good at
flying either, so just keep shooting him until he is gone.
=======================================================================
AC: Back Breaker
Armor:
Reward: 6500
Again, nothing special. Just circle strafe him, and stay away from his
front, because his weapons can kill rather quickly.
=======================================================================
AC: Fixer
Armor:
Reward: 7000
This guy really isn't that great, though he really thinks he is. The
only thing about this is the overheating, buy as good as a radiator as
you can. He also likes to fly, so fight him in the parking lot, it'll
really mess him up. He even has the best beam saber in the game,
MOONLIGHT. The only thing is that he never really goes into close range
combat. Try to keep it that way.
=======================================================================
AC: Chain Impact
Armor:
Reward: 7500
Now this guy is hard, try to stay behind him as well as you can. Before
you come into this, equip some fast hover legs to help you out with
that. If you can't afford it, this is going to be harder for you. When
this fight first starts out, use your booster and strafe around the
left, once he gets close to you, get behind him as quick as you can.
Once you're done with that, start to circle around him while battering
him with your gun. The point here is to just stay behind him, because
his back units will eat your armor away fast.
=======================================================================
AC: Aster
Armor:
Reward: 8000
This fight is another annoying one. His heat seeking missiles are a big
problem when it comes to overheating. But overall, he is pretty simple,
just stay behind him so he can't lock onto you with his missiles. Just
another easy money fight.
=======================================================================
AC: Yellow Boat
Armor:
Reward:
Her bazooka can hurt you a lot, and if you get hit enough times, you'll
be overheated. So don't underestimate her. Also, her back weapon can
hurt a lot too, but the thing is she has to stop to fire it, leaving
her wide open for an attack
=======================================================================
AC: Suburban King
Armor:
Reward:
Now the arena starts to get a little more difficult. Suburban king will
always try to stay close to you. When the fight starts, he use his over
boost to come in on you to increase the power of his energy shotgun,
and if you try to fly over him, he will use his vertical missile
launchers to swat you back down. Just try as hard as you can to get
behind him, or you can circle around him like mad. Either way, this
fight is gonna be hard.
=======================================================================
AC: Doral
Armor:
Reward: 9500
Doral has a strange way of fighting; all he does is walk around trying
to set up mines all over the arena. What you do need to watch out for
is his machine gun, and his laser shots exceed orbit. But other than
those, he is pretty easy to take care of.
=======================================================================
AC: Flare-Up
Armor:
Reward: 10000
This guy is pretty simple; fight him in the parking lot. The pillars
will block most of his missiles, and the low ceiling will keep him on
lower level.
=======================================================================
AC: Hard Edge
Armor:
Reward: 11000
This battle has a lot to do with over boosting. He is very quick, and
his machine gun can wear you sown very quickly if you're not cautious.
Just. All you need to worry about in this fight is to get all your hits
on this very fast AC.
=======================================================================
AC: Fragile
Armor:
Reward: 12000
Fragile is actually fragile. He is not very fast and does not have very
good accuracy with his weapon. Just try to dodge his bullets as well as
you can, and get some good hits on him, and he will go down.
=======================================================================
AC: Sweet Sweeper
Armor:
Reward: 13000
Don't take her aromor points for granted, her leaser arm weapons can
make it up. Circle strafe around her as well as you can, and try to
dodge her energy lasers as well.
=======================================================================
AC: Bison
Armor:
Reward: 14000
Bison loves his over boost, he uses it at the beginning, he uses it
every time you're away from him, and he uses it when he is overheated.
SO this can get pretty annoying sometimes when you can't pick on him
when his output is down.
=======================================================================
AC: Claizen
Armor:
Reward: 15000
Claizen's rockets and beam saber wave are very easy to dodge, but his
machine gun is very accurate. He'll try to hide behind corners to make
come to him to fight, so fight him in the arena level to remove that
annoyance. Just circle strafe him, and he will fall to his knees.
=======================================================================
AC: Comeback
Armor:
Reward: 15500
Comeback is a very fast AC, and because of that, he can get really
annoying. Equip hover legs, or reverse jointed legs, to make your AC
faster. If you have a slow AC, you're going to have a very hard time.
Try to stay behind him, and never loose sight of him.
=======================================================================
AC: Thunder House
Armor:
Reward: 16000
This guy is har and easy all at the same time. That big Cannon on his
back is a linear Ion Cannon, which is probable the best back unit in
the game. Don't get hit by! It is very easy to see if it is coming or
not, he will use an over boost along with his Cannon. By the end of the
first half of the fight, he will switch over to his rifle. Now it is
easy the rest of the fight.
=======================================================================
AC: Barchetta
Armor:
Reward: 17000
Barchetta has a lot of fire power. All he has is grenade launchers, and
a tank AC. What you're going to need is an EXTREMELY fast AC to dodge
all of his attacks. He only has 35 shots with him; don't get hit with
any of them. If you can't get a fast AC, then just equip a tank AC, and
attach two grenade launchers on your back, and let it all out until you
have finished him off.
=======================================================================
AC: OX
Armor:
Reward:
Ox has plenty of ammo to go through, so don't count on dodging every
one of them. Just use the one time favorite grenade launching AC and
let out all of your power until he is dead.
=======================================================================
AC: Shadow Age
Armor: 9035
Reward:
Shadow Age is an easy one compared to what rank he is in. All you have
to do is dodge his small rockets that he shoots at. You don't need to
watch for his right arm weapon, the parrying blade, just stay out of
close range and you'll be all right. Just dodge his missiles long
enough to get your hits in.
=======================================================================
AC: Bad Brain
Armor:
Reward: 23000
Stay away from his AC, his flamethrower can take away a lot of armor.
Sometimes he'll try to go in and use it, just stay away from him. And
hammer him with your weapons.
=======================================================================
AC: Milky Way
Armor:
Reward:
FAQ coming soon!!
=======================================================================
AC: Trafalgar
Armor:
Reward: 27000
Trafalgar doesn't put up as big as a fight as he looks. Just dodge his
attacks (not very hard), and make all of your shots count. If you fight
him correctly, you should win.
=======================================================================
AC: Hostile
Armor:
Reward: 30000
Hostile is quick, but his attacks are not very powerful. Just circle
strafe around him until he is done for. Not a hard fight.
=======================================================================
AC: Trooper
Armor:
Reward: 30000
As long as you stay away from his front side, and dodge his greneade
launcher, you should do all right. Circle strafe him as usual, and
dodge his grenade shots. If you do this correctly, his AC will be
destroyed nice and easy.
=======================================================================
AC: Street Enemy
Armor:
Reward: 33000
Street enemies attack power is very good, but he quite fast, and will
dodge most of your attacks. If you can get all of your hits in, this
fight should be over in a jiffy.
=======================================================================
AC: Midas
Armor:
Reward: 35000
Midas' energy cannon is powerful. Just icicle strafe around her, or do
bunny hops around the arena. Just focus on getting all of your attacks
in on her.
=======================================================================
AC: Fanatic
Armor:
Reward: 38000
Fanatic is very fast, and her attacks can kill at close range. Try to
stay away from her as well as you can, or her slug gun will eat up all
your armor fast. Just focus on getting your hits in, and staying as far
from her as you can possible.
=======================================================================
AC: Bremen
Armor: 7301
Reward: 41000
Bremen is best known for his missiles. If you fight him in close range,
you can take this battle easy, or you can fight him in the parking lot.
All of the pillars will block most his missiles and the small area will
make it easier to stay in on him. If you can, attach a powerful machine
gun to make it easier on the close range. Also, see if you can get a
powerful wave blade. Anyway you go, just fight him at close range to
make it easy.
=======================================================================
AC: Impulse
Armor: 8905
Reward: 44000
Impulse is really a lot better than he looks. He is pretty fast, and
can do a lot of damage. Use your basic strategy, hide when necessary,
and dodge his bullets. If you did this correctly, you come out with the
win.
=======================================================================
AC: Faust
Armor: 7806
Reward: 47000
Faust is extremely fast, and has great piloting skills. He can stay in
the air for a very long time, while he is pelting you with is Bazooka.
He can overheat you rather quickly, so do your best to dodge. If you
want to make this battle easy, fight him in the parking lot, it makes
really easy.
=======================================================================
AC: Cypress
Armor: 8498
Reward: 50000
Cypress is very fast, and his chain guns will take a lot of your armor.
What you need to do is fight him at close range, and duel with him,
with your beam saber. He will use his to, which he is very good at.
Sometimes at the end, he will try and finish you off with his saber.
Try to attack with the pink one, its long reach, and power will finish
him of quickly.
=======================================================================
AC: Flying Fix
Armor: 9438
Reward: 60000
Flying Fix is rather hard. To complete this, use your main strategy:
Tank Ac, with two grenade launchers and a good beam saber. If you have
the same beam saber from the last fight, you should do all right. When
you fist start, dodge as many of her bullets as you can while launching
grenades at her. When she gets in close on you to use her flamethrower,
use your beam saber to knock her away, and then continue on with your
grenades.
=======================================================================
AC: Nocturne
Armor:
Reward: 80000
Nocturn is a good challenge. He will mostly use his missiles along with
his shotgun. Don not get in at close range, he is very good with his
beam saber, and his shotgun is at its worst at close range, so stay as
far from him as you can. If you want to, attach a chain gun, it'll
whittle away his armor fast. If you don't have one, them just use the
circle strafe around him with the dodging, and you come out with the
win over this toughie.
=======================================================================
AC: Valkerie
Armor: 7293
Reward: 100000
Valkerie is an excellent pilot, and she is very good at flying. She
will fly into the air, and use her sniper rifle. Then, she'll land
behind you and use her beam saber. But, you won't need any practice
with this girl, if you fight her in the parking lot. The extremely low
ceiling will mess her up.
=======================================================================
AC: Caller
Armor: 6948
Reward: 150000
Caller is no joke, his right arm grenade launcher will cook your AC,
and his Chain weapons on is back. And finally to top it all off, he is
very fast, and will circle strafe around you until you're dead. You'll
have a better chance if you fight him in the arena, and use his own
strategy.
=======================================================================
AC: Fan Fare
Armor:
Reward: 300000
Fanfare is a little hard; he will try to do bunny hops around the
battle area to dodge your shots. Fight him in the parking lot, the
concrete pillars will block his missiles, and he isn't very fast. So,
attach a good beam saber and fight him at close range.
=======================================================================
AC: Grand Chief
Armor: 9124
Reward: 400000
Grand Chief is a missile fanatic. He will hammer you with his missiles
the whole fight, unless he runs out of ammo. Fight him in the parking
lot, the low ceiling will block the higher flying missiles, and the
cement post will block the rest.
=======================================================================
AC: Royal Mist
Armor: 9323
Reward: 500000
Royal Mist has the basic type of fighting style. He will try and blow
you away, while you overheat. And his shotgun can do a lot of damage,
along with overheating you as well. You must have a good radiator, and
as many armor points as possible. Never fight this guy in the arena;
the wide open area will give him the upper level. Just focus on getting
all your hits in; it won't help circle strafing around him. Also, if
you want to, get a complete copy of him, it may help out just a little
bit.
=======================================================================
AC: BB
Armor: 8339
Reward: 700000
BB is the easiest A-ranked AC. He uses his spread shot bazooka the most,
and he uses the OP-INTENSIFY, so he doesn't need to stop and fire his
grenade launcher, which he is pretty accurate with. So, if you have a
fast AC, this is easy to dodge. And, did you know that BB has an
overweight AC! So he will be easy to overheat.
=======================================================================
AC: Ace
Armor: 8036
Reward: 1200000
Ace is ranked A-1 in his class, so expect being pounded by him. He
spends most of his time fighting in the air, while pounding you with
grenades. Never get near him; he has the MOONLIGHT, which is the best
beam saber. Enough said, fight him in the parking lot, the low ceiling
will screw him up. Best of luck.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Now the AC's below this appear on the list below Adieu, after you
complete a certain number of missions. Once you beat the game the rest
will appear.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
AC: Brass
Armor:
Reward: 1500
Back at the bottom again, this guy is no problem. Especially if you
came hear after fighting Ace, but, I can't give you a strategy. He just
easy, you don't need one. So if you can't beat this guy, then just give
up the game and sell it.
=======================================================================
AC: Bilbo
Armor:
Reward: 5000
Again, you don't need a strategy. These guys are all very easy to beat.
If you want to, have some fun, equip the two grenade launchers and
blast him to pieces, or you can equip a parrying blade, and try to hit
him with it. Anyways, just have fun with these two, but once you get
down into the ranks, start to get serious again.
=======================================================================
AC: Paranoia
Armor:
Reward: 6000
Well, at least he tries to beat you. He and his rival, Paradox, fight
in the same style. He still is pretty much easy, though it does take a
little more work than it looks.
=======================================================================
AC: Paradox
Armor:
Reward: 7000
Oh man, this guy is the easiest arena fight in the whole game. All he
really does is stand still. The only thing you have to worry about are
is back lasers, but he only hits you if you stand still. If you can't
beat this, then don't play this game again. Hey, it's easy money.
=======================================================================
AC: Pass Ahead
Armor:
Reward: 9000
Pass ahead has all kinds of techno gadgets, he has devises that disrupt
your AC, and hovering gun torrents that shoot lasers at you. But,
despite all of that, his piloting skills are just horrible. You can
just walk around this guy without using your boosters. Just pound him
to make this battle quick.
=======================================================================
AC: Ducks
Armor:
Reward: 9000
Another extremely easy fight. His piloting is horrible, he sometimes
just stand still for a period of time, not firing his weapon. His
accuracy is horrible as well. SO you don't need a strategy on how to
beat this guy.
=======================================================================
AC: Endyminion
Armor:
Reward: 10000
Enyminion is fairly easy to beat, and he is fairly fast as well. He
tends to hide a lot, but he sometimes will charge in at you, leaving
him open to hit. Don't worry about is weapon either, it is not very
powerful, just circle strafe him until he is done for.
=======================================================================
AC: Apple Boy
Armor:
Reward: 11000
Another Adieu basically, except he is worth more money. He will stand
still for some time, making him an easy target.
=======================================================================
AC: Regina
Armor:
Reward: 12000
Well, you're going up against another easy person. Her grenade Launcher
is powerful, but she does not know how to just point it at you (in
other words, she doesn't have very good accuracy with it). Also, her
back will be pointed to you about half of the fight.
=======================================================================
AC: Cold Heart
Armor:
Reward: 20000
Cold heart runs out of ammunition very fast, if you can dodge his
attacks until he runs out of ammo, all he'll do is run around and hope
she doesn't die. If you do this correctly, you should win.
=======================================================================
AC: Huntress
Armor:
Reward: 21000
Huntress is nothing special; the only thing you may have trouble with
is the hovering gun torrents that shoot lasers at you. Other than that,
she is quite easy to take care of.
=======================================================================
AC: Scylla
Armor:
Reward: 22000
Scylla doesn't have very hot piloting, but his chain guns hurt overheat
you fast. So try to stay away from the front, circle strafe him until
he is done for.
=======================================================================
AC: Spartan
Armor:
Reward: 23000
Spartan may be slow, but his machine gun hurts, and he also has really
good aim with it. But that's not all; he has pursuit missiles that can
do an extremely large amount of damage if you get hit by all of them
(which will happen a lot). So, try to circle strafe him to death, while
dodging most of his pursuit missiles.
=======================================================================
AC: Castdown
Armor:
Reward: 24000
Castdown is not that great a pilot, he only attacks in the air, and his
weapons are fairly easy to dodge. The only thing is his missiles, they
can do some damage if you get hit, but like I said, they are fairly
easy to dodge.
=======================================================================
AC: Sandoval
Armor:
Reward: 25000
Sandoval is fairly easy to beat; his back weapon can do a lot of damage,
but is easy to dodge. Also, he is easy to strafe around, so do that
while blasting him with your weapons.
=======================================================================
AC: Hozumi
Armor:
Reward: 28000
The only thing that you need to worry about Hozumi is his speed. He
will rarely use his parrying blade, and his missiles are easily dodged.
Just pound him with whatever weapon you have.
=======================================================================
AC: Tsukuyo
Armor:
Reward: 30000
Tsukuyo is pretty hard; his grenade launcher can overheat you fast, if
he gets a good hit on you. Just go to your normal strategy, the circle
strafing while pounding him with your weapon. You only need to watch
out for his over boost, and the grenade in your face.
=======================================================================
AC: Kalchas
Armor:
Reward: 60000
Stay as far away as you can from him. You'll loose a MASSIVE amount of
AP, if you get hit by either of his blades. Even if you are far back
enough to not get hit, he can still hit you. He is using the OP-
INTENSIFY, so he will be throwing the blade of his MOONLIGHT. Just stay
back and be ready for some dodging, and you'll be all right.
=======================================================================
AC: Asylum
Armor:
Reward: 80000
Asylum likes to charge you while he is shooting missiles. His missiles
can be extremely dangerous if you get hit, so dodge as many as you can.
You can also attach some missile interceptors. Don't worry about his
arm cannons, they are easily dodged. After he is out of missiles,
strafe in circles around him until he is gone.
=======================================================================
AC: Vector
Armor:
Reward: 100000
Vectors Titan launchers will surly cook your AC, if you're not careful.
Once he locks onto you he will shoot them, and after following you for
too long they will blow up wherever they are. Avoid her missiles at all
cost, they will hurt, and overheat you instantly. Once he is out of
ammo for the titan launchers, he is done for. If you want to, you can
attach missile interceptors, or missile decoys (these don't really help
much).
=======================================================================
AC: Terra
Armor:
Reward: 500000
Terra is extremely hard, especially because he has the KARASAWA. He is
also very maneuverable, making him a very lethal AC. Just be prepared
to dodge like mad, because his weapon of choice is very powerful, and
once he hits you, he will get smarter. When he runs out of ammo, he is
done for, but he has fifty rounds, so be prepared for a lot of dodging
to do.
=======================================================================
AC: Exile
Armor:
Reward: 1500000
Exile really is better than Ace. So if you had trouble with him, you're
gonna have even more trouble with this guy. Exile has the best machine
gun, best saber, and probably the best extensions (those ones that
Valkerie uses). Once the fight starts, he will rush in and immediately
use his extension, which basically makes him invisible. He will be
eliminated off your radar, and you can't lock onto him for a only a
short period of time. He will use that, while blasting you with his
beam saber and machine gun. There's really nothing that you can do to
prevent this, until he has run out of extension uses (which will be 5).
Just fight him in the Structure, once the fight starts, boost straight
up until you see a platform that covers the entire area. Move over to
where Exile is and wait until he uses up all of his extension ammo.
Then, peek over the edge and wait until he gets in the right spot then
fire at him like there's no tomorrow. If you can, attach to big grenade
launchers and shoot him with that. This is a cheap and long way to
defeat Exile, but this is a game, that's what games are all about. If
you don't use this method, or in other words, try to be faire, it'll
take a lot more tries to beat Exile.

_______| 4. Extra Arena |_______
\ | _______________________ | /
\ |/ | | \| /
/ \ | | / \
/_________/ \________\
Now, after you've reached the rank of an A-1, there will be a choice
for an extra arena. In extra arena, you have to go back and battle all
of the ravens you just fought in the arena, except now, there will be
teams. You'll get to choose your sidekick too, including Royal Mist.
Also, you don't have to destroy both ravens to win, you only need to
destroy the leader of the group. So, if you blow up, you will loose,
regardless of your partners condition.
Here are the partners that you can choose to fight with you:
-Spartan -
-Cold Heart -
-Huntress -
-Scylla -
-Apple Boy -
-Fragile -
-Regina -
-Gaidoz -
-Street enemy -
-Suburban King -
-Fanatic -
-Trafalgar -
-Barchetta -
*^Royal Mist *^
-Valkerie -
-Bremen -
-Yellow Boat -
-Comeback -
-Brass -
-Bilbo -
-Paranoia -
Note: If you're having trouble with any arena ranks, choose Royal Mist.
But, don't choose him on every battle, experiment with different AC's
on all of the easy people.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Rank: 24
AC's: Adieu/Apple Boy
Armor:
Reward: 2500
Trust me, you won't need a strategy on these losers. Your AC alone will
be able to take care of them.
=======================================================================
Rank: 23
AC's: Strasburg/Wake Up
Armor:
Reward: 3500
Another easy one. Like I said earlier, don't take Royal Mist (there's
really is no problem if you take him), especially if you want the fight
to last longer, and be a little more fun. Hey, it's easy money.
=======================================================================
Rank: 22
AC's: Twinhead-W/Twinhead-B
Armor:
Reward: 4500
Well, nothin much here, just another easy fight (especially if you
fought with Royal Mist).
=======================================================================
Rank: 21
AC's: Chain Impact/Bilbo
Armor:
Reward: 5500
Man, I thought by now that this will start to get harder. But, I guess
not, beat these losers and move on to the next round.
=======================================================================
Rank: 20
AC's: Paranoia/Paradox
Armor:
Reward: 7000
Well, at least these fights are starting to get more annoying than
challenging. Paranoia's laser shooting orbits do get annoying sometimes,
but this is an easy fight to win.
=======================================================================
Rank: 19
AC's: Suburban King/Cascade
Armor:
Reward: 9000
Okay, I thought by now that there will be a challenge. Oh well, if
you're trying to go fast, have Royal Mist do it. Heck, Royal Mist could
do it all by himself. So, you should know the drills by now, no
strategy, don't need one.
=======================================================================
Rank: 18
AC's: Flare Up/Back breaker
Armor:
Reward: 10500
Well at least this battle isn't as easy as the other ones. Flare up's
missiles will be flying al over the place, and Back Breaker's laser
shots will hurt. But still easy, no strategy (you'll know why).
=======================================================================
Rank: 17
AC's: Hard Edge/Pass Ahead
Armor:
Reward: 12000
Hard Edge can get annoying in the beginning of the fight, but he is
still really easy to beat. Pass Ahead is just not in the fight, so
don't worry about him. Said now Again and again, no freakin strategy,
all of these fights you could have done in the beginning of the game.
=======================================================================
Rank: 16
AC's: Fragile/Cold Heart
Armor:
Reward: 14000
For the love of GOD, where are the freakin challenges. Now I don't want
to go into some big words, but these guys are extremely easy.
=======================================================================
Rank: 15
AC's: Bison/Spartan
Armor:
Reward: 16000
Okay, these guys aren't as stupid as the other challenges. Just as long
as you can stay away from all of the missiles being thrown at you,
you'll come out with another easy win.
=======================================================================
Rank: 14
AC's: Shadow Age/Kalchas
Armor:
Reward: 19000
This group is more of a close range style. They will try to gang on you
and beam saber you to death. Just stay out of close range and you'll
win.
=======================================================================
Rank: 13
AC's: Bad Brain/Thunder House
Armor:
Reward: 23000
This is a battle of the laser beams. These two each have very powerful
laser guns, but they have a limited supply of ammunition for them. Once
they are out, this battle is over.
=======================================================================
Rank: 12
AC's: Trooper/Regina
Armor:
Reward: 27000
There really is no difficulty in this fight, but every now and then,
Viper will block your FCS, so you'll be doing a little blind shooting.
Other than that, this fight is a breeze.
=======================================================================
Rank: 11
AC's: Street Enemy/Claizen
Armor:
Reward: 32000
Finally, a good challenge. This group can get pretty tough if they gang
up on you. This is an overall difficult fight.
=======================================================================
Rank: 10
AC's: Midas/Barchetta
Armor:
Reward: 40000
Okay, now this arena starts to get a bit more challenging. These two
will try to gang up on you, and if they succeed, they can do serious
damage, especially Barchetta's grenade launchers. Just circle strafe
the leader of the group for an easy win.
=======================================================================
Rank: 9
AC's: Fanatic/Milky Way
Armor:
Reward: 50000
Well, another easy fight to win. The only thing you want to watch out
for is Redeye's slug gun at close range. Nich will only use a few
missiles here and there, but he won't pose much of a threat. Overall,
this is an easy fight.
=======================================================================
Rank: 8
AC's: Hozumi/ Tsukuyo
Armor:
Reward: 60000
From fighting these two in the arena, I thought that this was going to
be an extremely hard fight. Well, I thought wrong, just stay out of
close range with both of them. Also, you can circle strafe around them
to death.
=======================================================================
Rank: 7
AC's: Faust/Fixer
Armor:
Reward: 80000
These guys, when they start to shoot at you, they never let go of the
trigger. There are always tons of bullets coming at you in every
direction. If this gets to annoying, jump and boost into the air, point
your gun down, and shoot them while you get higher up.
=======================================================================
Rank: 6
AC's: Cypress/Huntress
Armor:
Reward: 150000
Cypress is a pain in the butt. His chain guns can take out you and
Royal Mist if things start to go bad. Also, Huntress is always on the
other side of the arena, taking cheap shots while you're trying to get
something done here. So, once this fight starts, go after huntress,
Royal Mist usually goes after her first as well. Take her out, and then
go after Cypress. Avoid his Chain Guns at all costs.
=======================================================================
Rank: 5
AC's: Caller/Comeback
Armor:
Reward: 400000
Another tough match. Now there is only one tough person, Caller.
Comeback is just there to keep Caller from getting hit. Avoid Caller's
grenade launchers at all costs, it is extremely devastating if you get
hit. Circle strafe around him to death, although there are some points
where he finds a way out of that, but just try your best to keep him in
the middle of your circle.
=======================================================================
Rank: 4
AC's: Intrepid/Trafalgar
Armor:
Reward: 500000
These ones aren't as tough as the other fights. Intrepid is easy enough,
but Trafalgar makes things a little trickier. Be prepared for some
dodging, because there will be a lot of missiles flying everywhere. It
is easy to circle strafe around Intrepid, but Trafalgar is a little
harder. So if you can, try to circle strafe around Intrepid to death.
=======================================================================
Rank: 3
AC's: Grand Chief/Flying Fix
Armor:
Reward: 600000
To make this one easy, fight them in the parking lot, while focusing
all of your attention on Grand Chief (he shouldn't put up much of a
fight anyway).
=======================================================================
Rank: 2
AC's: Royal Mist/Valkerie
Armor: 9323/7293
Reward: 800000
In this fight, get a heavily armored AC, or a copy of Royal Mist. Use
his dual back missile launchers to take apart not only Royal Mist, but
Valkerie too. Other than that, try as hard as you can to avoid the
waves of missiles being launched at you.
=======================================================================
Rank: 1
AC's: Ace/BB
Armor: 8036/8339
Reward: 1500000
Well, you've finally reached Rank-1, so be prepared for a hard, long
drawn out fight. Once the fight starts, go after BB, since he is the
easy one. He is also easy to overheat, because he has an overweight AC,
so if you can, attach something that can overheat rather quickly. Once
BB is done for, go after Ace, who probably has been flying this whole
time, raining down grenades, cooking your AC. Do what you did last time
to beat him (if you can remember how). Pray, and hopefully you can win
this extremely hard fight.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now you're Raven Ranked A-1, and 1. So, now that you have about all of
the credits left to get in the game (I have 9050000 credits), you can
buy dozens of different parts and fight in the missions. If you don't
like that certain part, then you can sell it back. Well, that's all I
have to say, I hope this helped a bit. Now here are a few tips I just
thought I'd add in.

_______| 5. TIPS |_______

\ |/ | | \| /
/ \ | | / \
/________/ \________\
1.
In the arena. If you play in the forest level, or any stage that has a
boundary, go to the red line, and stand just in front of it. Your
opponent will go behind you, and you will win, because he went out of
bounds.
2.
It is better to have a light weight, fast AC. Not a huge one that can
get pounded by rockets and grenades, because it's so slow. I have a
pretty close copy of ACE.
!(more tips will come soon)!
