Section A: Introduction and Foreward
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ever wanted to build your old AC from the original series in AC2 or AA?
Thought about trying out your AC2 design in AC? Have you tried, but given up
up because matching parts is a pain? Well, I have, and that's what this guide
is for, taking the guesswork out of which parts match between the original
Armored Core and Armored Core 2 games. I plan to expand this guide whenever a
new AC game is released, so stay tuned for more info :)
This is the second edition of this guide. I've matched up most of the parts,
but there are still a number of uncertainties. If you have any suggestions
about matchups, please email me with the suggested matchup and WHY you feel
the two parts match. Please use "Armored Core Part Matchup Guide" in the
subject line. Any messages without a subject or a reason why will be
summarily discarded. I am also looking for an ASCII Armored Core logo, if
there are any ASCII artists out there who know what the Armored Core logo
looks like, and are willing to ontribute, please email me as well.
All contributors will be credited. If I actually do get contributors, I'll
move the acknowledgements section up from the end of the document :D
I am not currently looking for any other sites to host my guide, please
don't send mail asking about it.
