Remote Control Dandy is a action game that was designed by Human Club and was
published by Human Entertainment. In this game we control Mamoru, a teenager
boy who can use a remote to control a giant robot to fight the evil force.
This game was released at 1999 in Japan. All of text inside the game is
japanese, and I only knows a little bit of it. The game is quite easy to be
play though. Anyway, I hope all of you can understand what I mean in this
walkthrough. Btw this is my first Walkthrough. Happy Reading.

This control is useable in every robot.
Legend :
[]= Square
O = Circle
/= Triangle
X = Cross
[]= Left Punch
O = Right Punch
/ = Perform Special Ability (Only works on some robot)
L1 = Step Forward Left Foot
R1 = Step Forward Right Foot
L2 = Step Backward Left Foot
R2 = Step Backward Right Foot
L1+L2 = Turn Left
R1+R2 = Turn Right
L2+R2 = Crouch/Duck
L2+R2 then L1+R1 = Jump
L1+R1 = Special Pose
L1+L2+R1+R2 = Defend (Useful to reduce damage and stay away from getting
knockdown)
While crouching press O or [] = Pick up object
While holding object L2+R2 = Safely Drop object
D-Pad = Rotating upper torso

Q : How many are the controllable robots in this game (storyline)?
A : There are 4 total.
Q : How to perform a special moves?
A : Press L1+R1 and press O,[],/ and the other button.
Q : Who is this girl with red hair?
A : She is Miyuki. She will help Mamoru with selling some useful items such as
gun, jetpack, and armor.
Q : Which robot do you prefer?
A : For me, I prefer Vordan than the others. Vordan is a balanced robot. It
also has powerful move and quite cheap but not the cheapest.

A : There are 54 total including training session.

|~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Walkthrough ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~[IV]|
There a bit cutscene after you start the game. You will see a brown robot
emerge from the sea and attack a Battleship. This Robot is called Mourdr. In
the next scene you will see a green robot which is called Galahad. Most time
you will encounter these robot.
Mission 1 : RUN!
The story begin from Mamoru who are sitting in a cafe while drinking tea.
After a few conversation, Mamoru is surprise with an earthquake which is
actually a robot. After you gain control, quickly run to a big building that
you seen in the first scene. When the robot are closed to that building, it
will destroyed it. Mission 1 done.
Mission 2 : Training Session 1
After a few conversation between Mamoru and his butler, Mamoru will get a
‘remote’ and his first robot which is called ‘Vordan’. Follow the instruction
that was displayed in upper-right side. Press L1 and R1 after it press L2 and
R2. Next is press L1+L2 and R1+R2. The next one is press Select and move
around. Mission 2 done.
Mission 3 : A Burning Ship
Run from the burning ship. Simply press L1 and R1 to step forward. Keep press
these button until a golden text appear. Mission 3 is done.
Mission 4 : Training Session 2
Mamoru will be visit a military office which will be his headquarter. He meets
a scientist named Hakase (If I ain’t mistake). After you gain control, press
L2+R2 and press L2+R2 again. Then press select and move Mamoru closer to the
bomb. After it, press select again and control Vordan to get closer too. Hold
X and press D-pad to look around. After you closer enough to the bomb, press
L2+R2 and press O to grab the bomb. Be careful, don’t step on the bomb.
Mission 3 done.
Mission 5 : Bomb in a Truck
You will meet a girl named Miyuki (If I ain’t mistake). After it, Mamoru will
meet a Woman named Yuko (If I ain’t mistake). Hakase will show up and
introduce Mamoru to her. After a few conversation, they will hear alarm and
Miyuki tells them that there are a truck with bomb inside. After gain control
of Vordan, move it near the truck and do same like when practice. Bring it to
the middle of the lake. Simple task. Mission 5 done.
Mission 6 : Training Session 3
After a few conversation, press right and left D-pad. Then O and []. Next,
press O and left D-pad at the same time. Do it again with [] and right D-pad.
Mission 6 done.
Mission 7 : Destroy the target!
Your task here is to destroy 4 target placed in the city. The 3 target are
easy to be found. But the fourth is placed a bit far from the others. The
quickest way is through the lake. Mission 7 done.
Mission 8 : Training Session 4
Press Up in D-pad to make Vordan torso leaning forward, then press Down+O at
the same time to perform basic uppercut. Next, Press Down in D-pad to make
Vordan torso leaning backward, then press Up+O at the same time to perform
basic hammer punch. Next, press R1+O to perform a simple but quite powerful
punch. Remember these moves. It will help you a lot. Mission 8 done.
Mission 9 : First Battle : Mourdr
Your enemy for the first time is Mourdr which is seen at the first cutscene.
Quickly send Vordan to fight it. He is the weakest robot so you won’t have
problem dealing with it. Mission 9 done.
From here, you can check your robot, check your finance (I guess), and buy
something from Yuki. You can also save at the butler. I recommend you to buy
jet pack for this time. Find item with “O” in it description. The cost is 700
(200 and 500).
Mission 10 : Training Session 5
To do Block/Defend press R1+R2+L1+L2. Next, there will be a target. You must
move Vordan near that target and attack it. Defend it attack. Press Up and
Down. Mission 10 done.
Mission 11 : Fight the Galahad
This mission is same like mission 9. Defeat Galahad as quickly as you can.
Galahad has a special electric move, so I recommend you to defend when it is
doing it special pose or you can use R1+0 to knock it. Mission 11 done.
Right now, I recommend you to buy a gun, so Mamoru can help Vordan fight the
robot.
Mission 12 : Destroy the car!
If you had gun, you can destroy it. I prefer to use Mamoru rather Vordan at
this mission. Destroy at least 3 car to complete the mission. Mission 12 done.
Mission 13 : Protect the building
You task here is to destroy Mourdr ASAP while protect a building. Be quick to
the building! Quite simple, so I won’t tell anymore about it. Mission 13 done.
Mission 14 : Training Session 6
There will be a little explaination about shuttle punch, Vordan special
attack. Press R1+L1 then press either [] or O. Next, try to use shuttle punch
and hit the target. Mission 14 done.
Mission 15 : Battle at the Sea
Nothing special on this mission. 2X shuttle punch should be enough to defeat
Camelon. Mission 15 done.
I recommend you to upgrade your gun right now. It’s more powerful. Or you can
buy some new technique for Vordan.
Mission 16 : Helicopters’s attack
In this mission, your main and the only attack is jump. Yeah, it’s quite
annoying since you can’t use either reguler punch or shuttle punch. Press
R2+L2 to crouch and then press R1+L1. There are 3 helicopter here. When the
helicopter is near Vordan, quickly do jump. 2x to destroy a helicopter.
Mission 16 done.
Mission 17 : Training Session 7
This time, press R1+L1 then R2+L2 to perform Vordan’s special booster. Then
crouch and press /+O to perform a more powerful uppercut. Then turn your upper
torso 20 degree to left and press O to perform a more powerful left punch.
Mission 17 done.
Mission 18 : Fight the Ector
As you gain control, quickly uses Vordan Booster. Use L1+L2 to turn left and
R1+R2 to turn right. Nothing special on this battle, Ector has long range arms
so it can hit Vordan before Vordan reach it. Mission 18 done.
Mission 19 : S.O.S
It seems like a Mourdr is trying to destroy a ship, turn left and uses Vordan
Booster. If you encounter it, use any move you want. Mission 19 done.
Mission 20 : Sakhalin-2
This battle is different from the other battle. You must hold this robot for 3
minutes without destroying it. After 3 minutes, it will be disabled.
Mission 21 : Meet “Gareth” the steam robot.
Nothing special here. It just you are using Gareth right now. Gareth is a
duplicate of Ector. It has a longer arms like Ector. Defeat Mourdr and you are
done here. Mission 21 done.
Mission 22 : Defend the School!
I recommended you to use Vordan instead of Gareth since Galahad here are quite
fast and you need to be fast. Once you gain control of Vordan, step backward 2
times and head east. Use Vordan special booster ability to catch the Galahad
before it destroy the School. Once you face it, quickly destroy it either
using normal punch or special ability. Mission 22 done.
Mission 23 : Where is the Remote?
After a few conversation between Mamoru and his Sensei, The Remote was fell
and broken. After this, Mamoru head back to HQ and report it to Yuko and
Yanagi. According to Yanagi, Vordan can be operated without remote and thus
making Mamoru the pilot/operator. Mamoru in the Vordan Cockpit then, and now
control it like usual. Mission 23 done.
Mission 24 : Defend the Building!
Thankfully the remote is completely repaired. Your enemy here is a Ector. Use
Vordan to make haste, make sure to minimize the destruction. Mission 24 done.
Mission 25 : Training Session 8
You will use Gareth in this training. You can punch then defend or use the /
to launch rocket to the target. I won’t explain anything here. Mission 25
done.
Mission 26 : Twin Tower
Protect the twin tower from Galahad. Use Vordan Shuttle Punch to quickly
eliminate Galahad. Avoid Galahad’s Electric Punch. Mission 26 done.
Mission 27 : Armed Graviton Galahad
Before the mission begin, you will see that the Galahad have a cannon on it
left shoulder. Pick any robot between Vordan and Gareth. Head northwest and
then head north. Avoid Galahad Graviton Cannon with duck or R1+O or L1+[] to
knock it down. Use Vordan Shuttle punch to quickly eliminate it. Mission 27
done.
Mission 28 : 2 in 1
Before the mission begin, you will see a giant colourful Robot. In this
mission, you gonna face 2 robot at a same time. What? Oh well, pick Vordan and
kick them all. You need Vordan Booster twice in this stage. Hopefully, the
Mourdrs aren’t yet destroy the building. Once you meet them, smack them down.
:D Mission 28 done.
Mission 29 : Camelon
You can’t use Gareth in this mission, I don’t know why but it’s weird. Anyway,
you will face Camelon in here. Somehow, Camelon will survive any normal attack
you do. Ok, use the special move then, Shuttle Punch Launch!. What? It doesn’t
work too and the arm isn’t return. OH MY GOD, the Camelon will use it special
move and Vordan will badly damaged. Retreat.
(It’s quite funny here since I already have Vordan Lvl 3 Move Jet Dive but it
doesn’t work too hahaha)
Mission 30 : Mamoru’s Showdown
This is disaster. Vordan badly damaged, Gareth isn’t strong enough to defeat
Camelon. Mamoru bravely use a gun and face the Camelon. Seems like there is no
choice. Anymay, Run from Camelon and keep press [] to shoot. Press X and
direction to control Mamoru view. Don’t get killed. After a few shoot, the
mission is done.
Mission 31 : Lionel, The Saviour
When all hope seems gone, Hakase shows up and give Mamoru a remote control. A
new robot then introduce to him. Lionel, the Nuclear Robot. Time for showdown.
Once you gain control of Lionel, head north to Camelon and smack it with
Lionel power. Do special pose and then press O to activate Dyna Mode. Press O
to shoot a nuclear energy. Keep shoot it until it destroy. Mission 31 done.
Mission 32 : Destroy the Building
Pick Gareth and ignore it hahaha. Use Mamoru Instead. Head to the target and
shoot it with the gun until it collapse. Mission 32 done.
Mission 33 : Pick Up the Ship
Pick Gareth and head to the ship location. Once you near it, R2+L2 to duck and
press O to pick it. Press R2+L2 again and turnback to the port shown in the
beginning. Once in the port press R2+L2 again. Mission 33 done.
Mission 34 : Training Session 9
Many people are confuse in this mission. Actually, you only need to bring
Vordan to the Hill and Jump from that hill to white O sign. From current
positon, move Vordan about 2 times and then duck and jump to climb to higher
hill. From there head left and keep move to uphill. Once you’re in a correct
position, Hakase will mention something. After that, head south and jump again
until you land in the White O sign. Mission 34 done.
Mission 35 : Annoying Reporter
After a few conversation, you will be thrown to battle at sea. Pick any Robot.
In this mission, there is a helicopter. Make sure not to destroy the
helicopter. Rush to the Enemy and eliminate it. Mission 35 done.
Mission 36 : Unknown Robot
You will face a new robot here. Unfortunately, I don’t know the robot name. I
will refer this one to Unknown Robot-1. This robot quite annoying since it can
shoot a laser from distance, and sadly you can’t defend his laser attack. Make
to be closer to this robot and smack him with any skill you got. Mission 36
done.
Mission 37 : Protect the Building!
Pick the Vordan, and rush to the enemy. You will face Ector here. Becareful,
because Ector will destroy the building. Use Vordan’s Booster and once you
meet it, smack it with anything you got. Mission 37 done.
Mission 38 : Meet the Perceval
You will gain the last useable Robot in story mode. Perceval, the Electric
Robot. Since the location are quite far, you will use Perceval here. Hakase
claim that Perceval is the fastest robot among the others. Once you gain
control of it, immediately perform special pose and then press /. R1+L1 to
move forward while R1+R2 will turn Perceval to right and L1+L2 to the Left and
R2+L2 will land Perceval.Fly it and head to Blue Mourdr location. Once you
meet it, smack it. Mission 38 done.
Mission 39 : Night Raid
Mamoru are in club and having fun with Miyuki but suddenly a Blue Galahad
appear and try to harm Mamoru. Use Vordan Booster and rush to the Mamoru’s
Location. Funny, the Galahad will ignore Vordan’s presence and will keep
attack Mamoru. 3x Shuttle Punch will be enough. Mission 39 done.
Mission 40 : Imposter!
After a few conversation, Vordan(?) going berserk and destroy a building.
Actually, this is an imposter. Once you gain control of the Real Vordan,
defeat it like usual. Mission 40 done.
Mission 41 : Weird Mourdr
What a surprise! The Mourdr speak like a human. Anyway, pick any robot and
head north to the Mourdr. I won’t explain anymore since it like usual. Make
sure you defeat it quick, since this weird Mourdr will emit a shockwave which
will hurt Mamoru. Mission 41 done.
Mission 42 : Gareth’s Train Form. – Training Session 10
You will control Gareth as a Train. R1+L1 to move forward while R1+R2 will
turn Gareth to right and L1+L2 to the Left. Follow the train rail and after
you falling down, head to left and keep going north until you reach a terminal
or something like that. Mission 42 done.
Mission 43 : Protect the Building!
You will use Gareth in here. Move immediately to Galahad location and once you
meet it, fight as usual. Mission 43 done.
Mission 44 : Fight the Mourdr
No Explaination needed here, pick any robot the fight the Mourdr. After it
destroyed, head back to your launch pad. On your way there, a Big cannon
appear and shoot a laser to your Robot. Oops. Mission 44 done.
Mission 45 : Destroy the Cannon
You will play as Yuko here ^^. Anyway, move carefully around the Cannon
because it’s fully defended. Avoid any mini-robot you encounter. Rush to the
Cannon at the center and shoot it. Mission 45 done.
Mission 46 : Training Session 11
Before the mission, a shielded Mourdr shows up and attack a ship. After that,
you will be thrown into a training. A controllable shuttle punch. Yep, you can
do that here. After special pose, press O or [] + / at a same time. Just
follow the instruction and hit the target. Mission 46 done.
Mission 47 : Controllable Shuttle Punch
In this mission, you must use Vordan Controllable Shuttle Punch. You will face
the shielded Mourdr and normal Shuttle Punch won’t work here. So, after you
gain some of energy bar, do the special pose and press /+O. It will be hard to
hit the Mourdr in the first attempt so keep do it again. Mission 47 done.
Mission 48 : The Raid!
While Mamoru in the city, the robots suddenly appear and attack him. Move to
the big building that you see. Once you near that building, Yuko will contact
Mamoru and suddenly a Galahad appear. Yuko estimated reinforcement will come
in 1 minute, so try to run from the Galahad within 1 minute. After 1 minute,
Perceval arrive and you can control it. Like usual, fly to Galahad position
and smack it down. Mission 48 done.
Mission 49 : Taxi and Mourdr
Sawori-Sensei is in the Taxi. Pick Any robot you want (I prefer Perceval
because it can fly) and head to the Mourdr. Defeat it and make sure not to
step on the Taxi. Mission 49 done.
Mission 50 : Hakase’s Nii-San - Torouns
You will see Hakase’s Nii-San (Older Brother) Kurasakase or something and a
red robot appear. This robot is called Torouns. Anyway, pick any robot you
want and battle this red robot. This robot are quite tough so make sure to be
prepare. Mission 50 done.
This is your last chance to buy anything. Make any necessarily preparation.
Mission 51 : Dionysius’s Attack
You will see a gold robot. This robot is called Dionysius. Dionysius goes
berserk and attack Hakase’s Nii-san. This is the most flexible Robot that I
ever seen. It can do a karate kick move hahaha. Like usual, pick any robot and
smack it down. Mission 51 done.

Mission 52 : Ector’s Raid
Ector attack the city. Pick Perceval for fast movement. Head toward Ector and
defeat it. Mission 52 done.
Mission 53 : Asmodeus Outbreak
Sawori-Sensei shot down the remote control. What?? Actually, Sawori-Sensei is
an antagonist in this game. Oh well, Yuko then come and save Mamoru. Asmodeus
then goes berserk. The Mourdr also attack the city but Hena or something take
care of it. Okay you main mission is to eliminate Asmodeus. Asmodeus has a
powerful move. I will call it Ultimate-Shockwave. US can be easily dodge so
don’t worry about it. Pick between Vordan or Perceval. Once you meet it, make
sure to dodge the US and attack it with any skill you’ve got. Mission 53 done.
Final Mission
The sky turned gray with lightning everywhere. Suddenly a mysterious yet weird
Robot appear. This one is called Myggoth. Pick any robot you want and battle
this Myggoth. Myggoth are able to teleport and use a powerful laser skill but
you can easily dodge it. Keep punch it, use any skill you got and it will
eventually fall.
After you defeat it, another Myggoth appear. Suddenly all robot that you have
are moving on its own will. They then created a lightning barrier around the
Myggoth. The Myggoth lifted to the sky and dissappear. Then, They lifted by
the lightning and dissappear too.
Congratulations you have beat the Remote Control Dandy.
Note : You have unlock a lot of robot in Multiplayer mode.
