You can get rumors by talking to certain people across Sumaru City. Your major
source for rumors will be the 5 Rumormongers spread throughout the city. The 5
Rumormongers are:

Toku - He's at Honmaru Park in Rengedai.
Toro - He's at Gatten Sushi (Kameya Alley) in Hirasaka.
Chikalin - She's at Peace Diner (Central Avenue) in Yumezaki.
Baofu - Search the red computer at 2x Slash (Aoba Street) in Aoba to talk to
him.
Sumaru Gypsy - She's at Sumaru Gypsy (Seaside Mall) in Konan.

These rumormongers will provide you the most rumors in the game, but there are
other people as well. These certain people will provide you rumors if you talk
to them at a specific time in the game. Once that specific time has passed,
then the rumors they have will disappear. So, make sure that you speak with
everyone everytime the story changes or you completed a dungeon. You will know
that you acquire a rumor if you see a red text in the dialogue screen.

Once you acquired a rumor, you have to spread it by going to Kuzunoha Detective
Agency (Kameya Alley) in Hirasaka.

You ought to know how to activate a rumor since the game requires you to spread
one at the beginning of the game. To spread a rumor, you have to speak with
Chief Todoroki and choose the "Spread Rumor" option. You will be at a menu that
contains a list of rumors that you have acquired from certain people. Pick the
one that you like, then select it. You need to pay 3000 Yen for each rumor you
spread. Once you activated a rumor, you can now go to the place where the rumor
has spread to find something there. Most rumors are basically sidequests that
you can do to obtain rare items that can help you complete the game.

Available: After you defeated the Student Body President in Kasugayama High,
talk to the Rumormongers across the city.

- The prices are cheap, but the quality is poor (Toro)
- There's a wide selection, but they buy items for low prices (Toku)

Available: After your quest in Giga Macho, talk to the Rumormongers across the
city.
Effect:
- The quality and the prices are about average (Sumaru Gypsy)

- The prices are cheap, but the quality is poor (Toro)
- There's a wide selection, but they buy items for low prices (Baofu)
- There's a limited selection, but they buy items for high prices (Toku)

Available: After you defeated Principal Hannya in Seven Sisters High, talk to
the Rumormongers across the city.
Effect:
- There's a low chance of winning, but the prizes are great (Toku)
- You lose most of the time, but the prizes are really rare (Toro)
- You win most of the time, but the prizes aren't all that special (Chikalin)

THE MU CONTINENT HAS AN AWESOME CASINO
Available: After you defeated Principal Hannya in Seven Sisters High, talk to
the Rumormongers across the city.
Effect:
- It's easy to win big by playing poker (Toku)
- It's easy to win big by playing slots (Toro)
- Blackjack pays a great deal pretty often (Chikalin)

SPECIAL WEAPONS OFFERED AT RAMEN SHIRAISHI!
Available: Read the note inside Door no. 6 in the Abandoned Factory after your
quest in Amano River. After you read it, get some rumors from the
demons inside that room by making demon contacts with them. After
you obtained the rumor about legendary weapon being sold in Ramen
Shiraishi, let the demons spread it. After you spread it, go to
Ramen Shiraishi and talk to the middle-aged woman.
Effect:
- They're selling legendary weapons

THE CLAIR DE LUNE'S GOT AMAZING WEAPONS!
Available: Read the note inside Door no. 6 in the Abandoned Factory after your
quest in Amano River. After you read it, get some rumors from the
demons inside that room by making demon contacts with them. After
you obtained the rumor about legendary weapon being sold in Claire
De Lune, let the demons spread it. After you spread it, go to Claire
De Lune and talk to Garcon Soejima.
Effect:
- They're selling legendary weapons

LEGENDARY WEAPON AT THE TIME CASTLE?
Available: After you finished the quests regarding the Legendary Guitar Case
and Legendary Handgun, head for Ayara Shrine in Rengedai and talk to
the kid hidden behind the shrine. After you talk to him, head for
Honmura Park and check the bulletin board in the SW corner. After
you checked it, head for the Time Castle in Lotus for a scene. After
the scene, talk to the Rumormongers across the city.
Effect:
- The shopkeeper's planning to raise the price (Sumaru Gypsy)
- It's with the smuggler in the abandoned factory (Toku)
- It was stolen by a demon (Toro)
- It's already been sold (Chikalin)
- It was given away as a gift (Baofu)

HOW BIZARRE! HANAKO'S BEEN SPOTTED!
Available: During your quest inside Seven Sisters High, go to classroom 2-B and
speak with everyone until someone mentions about a ghost named
Hanako. Exit the school and head for the Kuzunoha Detective Agency
and speak with Chief Todoroki.
Effect:
- It has appeared at Sevens

HOW SHOCKING! BUKIMI'S ON THE LOOSE!
Available: After your quest at the Bomb Shelter in Kasugayama High, go to the
3F and talk to the student near the stairs until he mentions about a
ghost named Bukimi. Exit the school and head for the Kuzunoha
Detective Agency and speak with Chief Todoroki.
Effect:
- It has appeared at Kasugayama High

HOW FRIGHTENING! THE CLOSET OLD LADY'S IN THERE!
Available: Talk to the little boy inside Konan Police Dept. in the Konan
District. After you talked to him, leave this place, reenter and
talk to him again until he mentions about a ghost inside the
Abandoned Factory.
Effect:
- It has appeared at the Abandoned Factory

GRUESOME! WANDERING GHOST OF A FORMER TEEN IDOL!
Available: After your quest in Giga Macho, talk to the freaky old man inside
Ramen Shiraishi until he mentions about a missing singer in a park.

HOW SCARY! THE CURSED TAXI HAS APPEARED!
Available: After your quest in Smile Hirasaka, go to the Peace Diner and talk
to Fuyuko until she mentions about a taxi inside Abandoned Factory.
Effect:

Available: After you defeated the Cursed Taxi, talk to Fuyuko again.

Available: After Jun joined your party, talk to the pale guy inside Sumaru TV
in Aoba District.

Available: After you completed all 4 shrines across Xibalba, talk to the guy
near the 2F Control Room (Door no.4) inside the Abandoned Factory.

THE ZODIAC'S 2ND FLOOR MYSTERY...
Available: When you enter Club Zodiac for the 1st time, speak with everyone
until someone mentions about the 2F of the Club Zodiac being a maze.
Leave the place and talk to Chief Todoroki inside Kuzunoha Detective
Agency.
Effect:
- The second floor of the Zodiac is a huge maze, apparently
