3. Enemies
===========

Zombiemen: One of your most basic, standard, weakest enemies in the game. They
are small soldiers who used to be former marines of your own kind. They fire
small pistol bullets at you for attacking. You can use pretty much any weapon
to get rid of them.

Shotgun Guys: Just like the Zombiemen, except these are slightly stronger and
better with their weapons. They carry around Shotguns and fire at you to
attack. These Shotguns can do a lot of damage at you, especially on high skill
levels. To get rid of Shotgun Guys, use any weapon to get rid of them, as they
are still pretty weak.

Heavy Weapon Dudes: Even worse than a Zombieman and Shotgun Guy combined. These
people carry around Chainguns and they fire it at you when they attack. If you
just stand in front of them and do nothing, their Chaingun will wear you down
very fast. Any weapon but the Pistol can knock them out in one hit, so don't
hesitate to use one of those weapons. These are very common in the game,
especially on harder skill levels.

Imp: About the size of a Shotgun Guy. Imps are small, brown monsters who walk
around on two feet. To attack you, they shoot out a fireball at far distances.
But if you are up close, they will scratch you. Their attacks are pretty weak,
so don't worry. Use any weapon but the Pistol or Fist (unless you have a
Berserk), and they should be taken down in one hit. Found in plenty of the
levels during the game.

Demon: One of the first actual "Demons" you will see in the game. They are pink
"bulls" who run around on two legs. On harder skill levels, their bite, which
is their only way of attacking, can hurt really badly. To kill these enemies,
stay at a far distance and use pretty much any weapon. If you are up close, a
Chaingun or a Chainsaw can take them down easily, and they shouldn't be able to
attack either.

Spectre: Almost the same exact thing as a Demon. Instead, Spectres are nearly
invisible, as they are gray and blurry, but you can still see them easily, but
watch out in dark areas. They bite at you for attacking, and it can hurt badly
on harder skill levels. To get rid of them easily, use any weapon and if you
are up close, use a Chaingun or a Chainsaw to take them down in no time, and
they shouldn't be able to attack either.

Nightmare Spectre: Like the Spectre, but darker, and much harder to kill. Use
at least a Super Shotgun to take these down. They are also more powerful than
the Demon/Spectre. These are a blue-ish black color to tell them apart from the
other Demons. They are faster as well and they can take up to several shots
with a Shotgun.

Lost Soul: Probably the most annoying enemy at the game. You'll know them when
you see them. Fine, I'll tell you. They are small enemies that are on fire and
they also fly around in the air. Most of the time they appear in groups, and
they will come out of the mouth of a Pain Elemental. They attack you by backing
up and then charging right at you, which can be annoying, especially when you
are up close to them. The best weapon against these enemies is a Shotgun, as
they will generally go down in one clean hit.

Cacodemon: A really popular enemy, it seems. Just like the Lost Souls, these
enemies fly around in the air. They are big, red, have one eye, and a big
mouth. They have two methods of attacking you. They can open their mouth up and
shoot a fireball at you, and theirs is pretty strong. Their other attack is
when you are up close, they can bit at you, which can hurt a LOT. The best
weapons to use against them are the Chaingun and Chainsaw, and if you use
those, they won't have a chance to attack you.

Hell Knight: A big step up from all of the other enemies. Like pretty much most
other enemy, they walk on two legs, and have two methods of attacking you. They
are tall and have a light color on their body as well. They can shoot a green
fireball at you to attack, or if you're up close, they will scratch you. Either
attack can hurt a LOT on hard skill levels. To get rid of them, 3 rockets from
a Rocket Launcher or 3 Shells from a Super Shotgun can get rid of them easily.
But a Plasma Gun and BFG are effective as well.

Baron of Hell: Just when you thought the Hell Knights were bad enough. To find
the difference between the Hell Knight and a Baron of Hell, Barons of Hell have
a slightly darker body (they have dark pink, while Hell Knights have a bright
color). Just like the Hell Knight, their two methods of attacking are using a
fireball and scratching you up close, but these hurt a LOT more than the Hell
Knights. They are also tougher, so they won't go down easy. Use a Rocket
Launcher, Plasma Gun, or BFG to take them down, otherwise be prepared for a
long fight.

Arachnotron: Well, there's always something new to look forward to. Has your
fear for spiders increased now? These are spiders that walk around and when
they see you, they will fire green cells at you, identical to the ones you fire
from your Plasma Gun. They shouldn't be a problem if you are good at dodging.
Almost any weapon can get rid of these enemies, except from the Pistol, Fist,
or Chainsaw. 3 shots from a Rocket Launcher or Super Shotgun will get rid of
them in a fluke.

Pain Elemental: You may think these are the most annoying enemies in the game,
but the Lost Souls can knock out any enemy in that game. They are almost like
the Cacodemon. They are big, they fly, and have one eye. They are also brown
and they don't attack you. What they do is that they shoot Lost Souls out of
their mouths and the Lost Souls go and directly attack you. Once they get
killed, 3 Lost Souls will appear after they explode, unless it explodes at a
nearby wall (where a Lost Soul may get stuck in the wall). To kill them easily,
1 BFG shot will do the trick. Otherwise, 3 rockets or 3 Super Shotgun Shells
will finish them off easily.

Revenants: For being annoying, Revenants are right behind the Lost Souls in
that category. They are skeleton like enemies who have two methods of attacking
you. One of their methods of attacking is that they will shoot a missile at
you. There is a chance that it can be a homing missile. To tell if it is, there
will be smoke in the back of the missile. Run around and try to have it hit
something. Its other method of attacking is that it will punch you if you are
up close. Both attacks are very annoying and can do a lot of damage. 2 Super
Shotgun or Rocket Launcher blasts will do the trick.

Mancubus: Another fun enemy, which is one of my favorites. The bad news is that
the fireballs it pumps out can hurt really badly on higher skill levels. The
good news is that a Mancubus is fat, meaning it's a nice, big, wide target. It
has two missile launchers on its arms and both of them shoot out 3 missiles at
a time. They can be dodged pretty easily, but sometimes it can be tricky. Three
shells from a Super Shotgun or 3 rockets from a Rocket Launcher will do the
trick as usual.

Cyberdemon: My favorite enemy in the whole world of Doom. Cyberdemons are huge
goat-like monsters, but they stand on two legs and walk around. One of their
legs is metal, and on one of their arms is a Rocket Launcher, which has about
the same amount of power as yours. The rockets can be dodged without a problem,
and you can attack him by using your own rockets or a BFG. It should take
anywhere from 2-4 shots to kill him. Also, his metal leg makes a sound when he
walks, and it gets louder when he gets closer. This always scared the crap out
of me as a kid.

4. Weapons
===========

Note: The number that you see in front of each weapon represents which number
is holds on the status bar.

1) Fist: How could you possibly pick up a Fist? You will have your arms the
whole time, but they are pretty weak. Only use this on weak enemies to spare
ammo if you really need to, otherwise don't bother using your own iron
knuckles. They are weak and useless. To change that around, grab the Berserk
and this will become a really fun thing to use around with. With a Berserk, you
can knock out almost any weak enemy in one hit, and a matter of a few punches
on stronger enemies.

1) Chainsaw: A fun weapon to use if you know how to use it correctly. For some
weird reason, you will never run out of fuel to keep the Chainsaw going, but
we'll take it! With a Chainsaw, you can run into enemies and try to cut them,
but you'll have to get close. Now the best enemies to use a Chainsaw on is
Demons and Cacodemons. Once you use it on these enemies, they will go down very
fast. Also they will not be able to attack back because the Chainsaw will keep
stopping them. Useful at times, especially if you need to spare ammo.

2) Pistol: Just like the Fist, you will always have this with you, but this
time ammo is limited. The kind of ammo this uses are clips. You can hold up to
200 bullets maximum, 400 with a backpack. The Pistol is pretty weak except on
Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys, where they will go down in a few shots. Most of the
time you will use this a lot in the early parts of levels until you get better
weapons. Just use this on Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys. Nothing else and you
should be fine.

3) Shotgun: Before there was a Super Shotgun introduced into the Doom series,
this was my favorite weapon. But it's still a pretty solid weapon for the early
going. It can hold up to 50 shells, 100 with backpack. If you fire accurately,
it can knock out Zombiemen, Shotgun Guys, and Imps within a few shots. You can
use it on other enemies too, where it still takes a few shots to take down
stronger enemies. Unless there is a better weapon around, use this because it's
a great weapon.

4) Super Shotgun: This is the best weapon in the game. No arguments about it.
An awesome alternative to the Shotgun, and it is deadly if used right. Unlike
the Shotgun, this weapon shoots out 2 shells at the time, and it takes a longer
time to reload, so don't use this if you are low on shells. It can take out any
weak enemy in 1 hit, and almost anything else in 3 direct hits. Also, its
shells can knock out a huge group of enemies in one hit, so use this a lot when
you see weak enemies in groups.

5) Chaingun: Something to replace that old, weak Pistol you have. This is the
"machine gun" in Doom. It fires multiple bullets at a time and uses the same
bullets as a Pistol. It can take out many weak enemies at a time and can stop
Demons and Cacodemons from attacking you when you fire right at them, because
they'll be stunned trying to attack. Use this against Demons and Cacodemons,
and in large groups of weak enemies because they can go down pretty fast.

6) Rocket Launcher: Another one of my favorite weapons in the game. It can hold
up to 50 rockets, and 100 with a backpack. It fires 1 rocket at a time and the
damage can be awesome. If you fire it in the right spot, it can knock out a
huge group of weak enemies in one hit, making lots of blood for you to see. Use
this on ANY enemy, as it can take them down very quickly. The bad part about
this weapon is that if the rocket explodes and you are extremely close to the
explosion, you will lose health, and the amount lost depends on how far you are
from the explosion.

7) Plasma Gun: Just like a Chaingun, except it fires blue cells instead of
bullets. This is a fun weapon to play around with. It holds up to 300 cells,
600 with a backpack, and it also fires about multiple cells at a time. Use this
on any enemy, as they will go down fast if you hold your fire button down. It
can take down plenty of Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys at once, so have fun with
it. A drawback may be if that you are too close to an enemy, the plasma cells
may get in your right and you may not see what's in front of you.

8) BFG: The ultimate weapon in the game, but it has negatives to balance the
positives. It uses the same cells as a Plasma Gun, and it can fires 40 cells at
one time. The ball it makes explodes, damaging/killing any enemy on the screen,
so you'll need to use this the right way. Do not use this on a single enemy, as
it just wastes ammo. But you can still use it on any enemy, because it knocks
out a Spider Mastermind or Cyberdemon with 2 perfect direct hits. This is a
pretty rare weapon in this game.

5. Items
=========

There are many kinds of items in the game of Doom. I will divide them up into
sections.

Health/Armor
-------------

Health Bonus: This adds 2% extra Health to your current health. With this, you
can go past 100% health.

Armor Bonus: This adds 2% extra Armor to your current armor. With this, you can
go past 100% armor.

Stimpack: This adds 10% health to your current health. You cannot go past 100%
health using these.

Medikits: Better than the Stimpacks. These add 25% health to your current
health. You cannot go past 100% health using these.

Green Armor: When you pick this up, this sets your armor to 100%. You cannot
pick this up if your armor is 100% or greater.

MegaArmor: This is the blue armor. When you pick it up, it sets your armor to
200%.

Soulsphere: This increases your health by 100%. The maximum health you can have
is 200%, so this is a really useful item. Only use it when you are low on
health, but grab it when you really need it.

MegaSphere: The best health item you can get. Once you pick it up, it sets both
your health and armor to 200%! This is very useful, but if you are high on
health, leave it where it is and come back to get it when you are about to exit
the level.

HOW ARMOR WORKS
****************

Ok, it seems that Armor is next to useless to the naked eye, but if you pay
close attention to your health, you'll notice that the armor can help a lot and
stop you from getting beat down by a rag doll. Let's take a look at a few
examples with armor.

Green Armor: Green Armors reduce the damage by 1/3, meaning you take 2/3 of the
damage. Here is an example of how Green Armor works.

HEALTH: 100%
ARMOR: 100%
DAMAGE: 30%
WITH NO ARMOR: 100% - 30% = 70% health remaining.
WITH GREEN ARMOR IN EFFECT:
1/3 of 30 = 10
30 - 10 = 20
Health: 100% - 20% = 80% health remaining.
Armor: 100% - 10% = 90% armor remaining.

MegaArmor: MegaArmors reduce the damage by 1/2.

HEALTH: 100%
ARMOR: 200%
DAMAGE: 40%
WITH NO ARMOR: 100% - 40% = 60% health remaining.
WITH MEGAARMOR IN EFFECT:
1/2 of 40 = 20
40 - 20 = 20
Health: 100% - 20% = 80% health remaining.
Armor: 200% - 20% = 180% armor remaining.

Armor Bonuses: Armor Bonuses can be a little more complicated. Picking up an
Armor Bonus adds 1% to your armor up to 200%. However, they do NOT change the
type of armor in effect (for example if you have 75% armor remaining from a
MegaArmor and pick up 5 armor bonuses, your armor will increase to 85% while
still reducing the damage taken by 1/2). Also, if you do not have any armor and
pick up an Armor Bonus, it will reduce the damage by 1/3, like a Green Armor.

One last scenario with Armor is that sometimes you won't have enough armor to
reduce the damage by the full 1/3 or 1/2 (depending on the type of armor in
effect). When this happens, the game will subtract your armor down to 0, and
the difference of the damage will be subtracted by your health.

HEALTH: 100%
ARMOR: 3%
DAMAGE: 20%
WITH NO ARMOR: 100% - 20% = 80% health remaining.
WITH 3% ARMOR: 20 - 3 = 17
Health: 100% - 17% = 83% health remaining.
Armor: 3% - 3% = 0% armor remaining.

Now, even if your current armor reduced damage by 1/3 or 1/2, 3 is nowhere near
1/3 or 1/2 of 20, so 3 is subtracted from 20, and the difference is subtracted
from your health, as stated above.

Ammo
-----

This is the ammo you can get throughout the game. It shows how much it gives on
easy/hard skill levels, what weapon it is used for, etc.

Use this table to find out the name of ammo used for each weapon. The "small
ammo" is very little ammo that doesn't give you a lot. "Large Ammo" is ammo
that comes in bigger amounts and is a lot more useful.

Here is the amount of ammo each type gives out.

Pistol/Chaingun Ammo
*********************

Clip: Gives out 20 bullets on skill 1, 10 on harder skill levels. If you pick
it up from a Zombiemen, it will give you 10 on skill 1, 5 on harder skill
levels.

Box of Bullets: Gives you 100 bullets on skill 1, 50 on harder skill levels.

Shotgun Shells: Gives you 8 shells on skill 1, 4 shells on harder skill levels.

Box of Shells: Gives you 40 shells on skill 1, 20 on harder skill levels.

Energy Cell: Gives you 40 cells on skill 1, 20 on harder skill levels.

Energy Cell Pack: Gives you 200 cells on skill 1, 100 on harder skills.

Power-Ups
----------

These are items that will be a big help to you throughout the game. They help
you or protect you of some sort.

Backpack: This is probably my favorite item in the whole game. When you pick it
up, it doubles the amount of ammo you can carry! For example, the maximum
amount of bullets you can carry is 200. With a backpack you can carry 400. Just
take your maximum ammo and multiply it by 2.

Berserk: Man, this is a really fun item right here. When you pick it up, it
will set your health to 100% if it is below 100%. The second effect is that
your screen will go red and it will power up your Fist! The red screen lasts
for a few seconds, and this will remain in effect for the rest of the level.
During this time, your Fist will become very powerful, and it will be able to
knock out anything weaker than a Demon in one hit. It can knock out stronger
enemies in just a few punches! Very useful to save ammo as well.

Computer Area Map: Another useful item if you may happen to get lost. Once you
pick this up, it will fill your Automap 100% so that you can see everything on
the Automap! Areas that are in gray are areas that you have not visited yet.
However, this will not add object indicators to the Automap (where you can see
items and enemies moving around).

Invisibility Sphere: This red orb is something that makes you invisible. While
you are invisible, enemy attacks will be less accurate, and when they try to
attack you, it may miss. But you won't be completely invisible, as enemies just
have more difficulty spotting you. The other part is that this is on a time
limit, and you will be invisible for a minute.

Invincibility Sphere: Just the exact thing you'll need when you are in a
hellhole. While you are invincible, your screen will go white. This effect
lasts for 30 seconds. Also when you are invincible, you cannot be damaged in
any way. This includes enemy attacks, crushing ceilings, and even slime pits.
It just lasts for 30 seconds, and the white screen can be annoying.

Radiation Suit: Something you will really need in levels with a lot of slime
pits. When you pick one of these up, your screen will go green for a minute.
During this time, you will not be hurt when you are walking around in slime, as
this gives you protection from lava and slime. This effect lasts for a minute
and you can still get hurt by enemies, even if you do have this on.

Light Amplification Visors: A really, really, neat power-up. When picked up,
the brightness greatly increases for 2 minutes, and then the screen will return
back to it's normal brightness. These goggles are useful for getting pack dark
areas/mazes. Yeah, this means every area in the level will be 100% bright as
long as you have these on.

6. Options
===========

You can get to the Options by pausing the game and pressing Select or before
you begin a new game. Also, use Up and Down to scroll through the Options.

Music Volume: Use the Left and Right buttons to control the volume of the
music.

Sound Volume: Use the Left and Right buttons to control the volume of the sound
effects.

Password: If you beat a level, you can get a password on the Tally Screens and
you can enter it if you want to play that level again with all your guns,
health, armor, and ammo you currently had. Then enter in the password you get
at the password prompt if you want to play the level again.

Mouse: If you have a Playstation mouse, you can control the sensitivity of the
mouse and which buttons do which.

Control Pad: Use this to make the controls whatever you want (my controls
section has the default setup).

7. Obstacles and Tips
======================

Well, this section is for stuff I did not know where to put in this FAQ. This
section will include tips, obstacles through the game, and so on.

First, let's start you off with the status bar, which is always there.

Here's what each thing means:

Ammo: Shows how much ammo you have left for the gun you are using.

Health: Shows how much health you have left.

Keys: These are where the keys appear on the status bar, Red, Blue, and Yellow,
showing which ones you have. They can be keycards or skull keys.

(Your face): This shows where damage comes from when you get hit, as your face
will look in the direction where damage came from. As your health lowers, your
face will start to be bleeding some more.

Armor: Shows how much Armor you have left.

Arms: Shows the weapons you have. Each number represents a weapon (1 is
Fist/Chainsaw, 2 is Pistol, 3 is Shotgun, 4 is Super Shotgun, 5 is Chaingun, 6
is Rocket Launcher, 7 is Plasma Gun, and 8 is BFG). The numbers shown there are
the weapons you have, and you don't have the ones that do not have a number.

Barrels: These can really help you in the game or be your worst nightmare. If
you see an enemy next to one of these, you can shoot the barrel and it will
explode, doing any damage to enemies near the barrel. If it explodes too close
to you, you will be severely hurt or killed.

Crushing Ceilings: These are found only in the Doom II levels. They obviously
come down from the ceiling and try to crush you. If they do, they can hurt you
really bad and kill you, depending on the speed of the crushing ceilings. Watch
out for these and try to get past these as best as you can.

Slime Pits: These can be anywhere from green or red ooze on the floor. If you
step on this, you will start to list health at a steady rate until you get off
the slime pit. The amount of damage taken depends on your armor and which slime
pit it is, as some slime pits are programmed to do more damage than others. If
you enter this with a Radiation Suit, you should be fine.

Tips
*****

Some tips for the game:

1. Strafe around sometimes. This can make you go faster and it helps you dodge
enemies when they try to attack you.

2. Try to save ammo. If you see one enemy hit another, the hit enemy may attack
him back and they will start a fight. Instead of shooting, sit back and enjoy
the fun. Note that most enemies cannot damage the enemy of the same type. Also
this not only is fun, it saves your ammo.

3. Write down passwords often. This game does not save on a memory card.
Instead, it uses passwords. You should write them down on a paper and you will
be able to visit that level again when entering the password, with the same
amount of health, ammo, and armor, and weapons (note sometimes they may round
your health, ammo, and armor up or down).

4. Before exiting a level, look for leftover stuff. This includes ammo, health,
weapons, and power-ups. This will also put you in better shape for the next
level, and another good reason to do this at the end of a level is that most of
the enemies should be dead and they shouldn't be there to annoy you.

8. Walkthrough
===============

Before you start a new game, you can pick the episode you want (Master Levels,
TNT, or Plutonia), by using the Left and Right Buttons on Episode. You can do
this with Skill Level too (I am a Wimp, Not Too Rough, Hurt Me Plenty, Ultra
Violence), by using Left or right on Difficulty level. The higher the skill
level, there will be more enemies in the level, and they will be more tough.

Also, note that the enemies listed in my walkthroughs are as seen on the Ultra
Violence skill level, so if you are playing on an easier skill level, you may
not notice these monsters (or you may even see different ones).

The Master Levels

Level 1: Attack
----------------

At the start of this level, pick up the Shotgun Shells across from you and then
go inside through the opening. In here, kill all of the Shotgun Guys and even
the Heavy Weapon Dude on harder skill levels. Pick up the Shotguns and the
Chaingun that they drop. Once everyone is dead, face the opening leading back
to the level's starting point. Turn left and go through the opening across from
you. In here, head up the steps. At the top, kill the Demons and Shotgun Guys
in front of you, and then go all the way to the wall on the other side of the
room. When you get to the wall, turn left and you should see a staircase
leading down. Pick up the Super Shotgun at the bottom of the stairs. Now go up
the staircase in front of you. From here, follow this path until you get to a
door. When you get to a door, open it and go through it.

In here, turn right and go to the door on the other side of the room, killing
the Demons and Shotguns in front of you. When you get to the door, open it and
go through it. In this room, kill the Imp in front of you. Now follow this
walkway until you get to the Red Key, picking up the Energy Cells along the
way. Also, be sure to kill the Imps, the Heavy Weapon Dudes, and the Revenant
in this room. When you get to the Red Key, pick it up. Now, drop down to the
floor below you. Down here, pick up the Plasma Gun (and it's only the first
level!). Once you have the Red Key and the Plasma Gun, leave this room and go
back to the previous hallway you were in.

Back in here, open the Red Door to your right and go through it. In here, kill
the Shotgun Guys, the Imps, and the Spectres around you. Now there is a little
building in the middle of the room. Use either path to get into that building.
Just watch out for the Lost Souls in the pits and the Heavy Weapon Dudes in the
back of the room. Inside the building, pick up the Blue Key, the Stimpacks, and
the Energy Cells. When you pick up the Blue Key, two Imps and Heavy Weapon
Dudes will be released into this room, so kill them. If you want, there is a
Stimpack and a Box of Rockets in the back of this room where the Imps were
released. Once you have everything, leave this room through the Red Door.

Back in this hall, open the door on the wall across from you and go through it.
Out here, go to the door on the other side of this room, killing any Demons,
Shotgun Guys, or Lost Souls in your way. When you get to the door across from
you, open it and go through it. In this hallway, kill the Demons surrounding
you. Now open the Blue Door on the wall across from you and go through it. Out
here, kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes and the Lost Souls across from you. Once
everyone is dead, go into the room across from you. In here, pick up the Yellow
Key in the middle of the room. Also be sure to grab the Rockets and the Rocket
Launcher in the corners of this room. Once you have everything, examine the
metal bars in this room and they will open like doors. Step forward beyond the
bars and the floor will lower like a lift. At the bottom, step outside.

Out here, turn right and follow this path until you get to a set of
teleporters, killing the Demon in your way. When you get to the teleporter,
look behind the metal wall to the right and pick up the MegaArmor. Also, pick
up the Stimpacks if you need them. Once you have everything, step through the
teleporter. In this area, kill the Shotgun Guys, the Demons, and the Revenants
around you. Once everyone is dead, pick up the Medikit and the Energy Cells
around the teleporter. From here, open the Yellow Door in this area and go
through it.

This is the exit room. Kill the Revenant in front of you and then hit the exit
switch.

Level 2: Virgil
----------------

At the start of this level, pick up the Shotgun in front of you. Now turn left
and you will see a wall with a demon head on it. Examine this wall and it will
lower, revealing a Green Armor. Pick up this armor and turn around. You will
see another demon head on the wall across from you. Examine this wall and it
will lower, revealing a door. Open this door and go through it. In here, go up
the stairs in front of you. At the top, kill all of the Imps, the Shotgun Guy,
and the Spectre. Once everyone is dead, go to the demon face on the northern
part of this room. This is a door, so open it and go through it.

Out here, kill the Demon in front of you. Now get the Super Shotgun in the
opposite corner of the room and kill the Imps and Hell Knight. Now, open the
door directly across from you and go through it. In here, go up the stairs in
front of you. At the top, kill the Cacodemon across from you and pick up the
Medikit and Box of Shotgun Shells. Also, two walls have lowered near the
stairs, revealing an Imp, two Shotgun Guys, and a Heavy Weapon Dude, so quickly
kill them. Once everyone is dead, open the door in the west part of this room
and go through it. Follow this hallway until you get to the Blue Door. Facing
the Blue Door, turn left and face the wall. You will notice one part of the
wall is designed differently than the other walls.

This is a door, so examine it and it will open, revealing a switch. Hit this
switch and then go back into the previous room. Back in here, kill the
Cacodemon to your left. A new section of the room has lowered, revealing a
Rocket Launcher and a Yellow Key, so pick both of them up. Also, watch out for
the Imps teleporting near you. Once you have the Yellow Key, open the door in
the southern part of this room and go through it. Back in this area, open the
Yellow Door in the east part of this room and go through it. In this room, kill
the Imps, Hell Knights, and the Nightmare Spectre. Pick up the Chainsaw in the
middle of the room. Also grab the Computer Area Map and the Box of Shotgun
Shells in the corner of the room. Now, hit the switch that is across from the
door you used to enter this room.

From here, turn back around and leave this room. Back in this area, go through
the teleporter in the southwest corner of the room. You will be taken to an
area that looks exactly like the level's starting area. Kill the Shotgun Guy in
this room and then get the Blue Key across from you. Once you have the Blue
Key, go to the center of the room. Turn right and you will see a wall with a
demon face on it. Examine this wall and it will lower, revealing a Berserk,
Energy Cell, and a Plasma Gun. Pick up everything and turn around. There is
another demon face on the wall across from you, so examine it and the wall will
lower, revealing a door, so open it and go through it. Back in here, head up
the stairs and then go all the way right. Examine the demon face on the wall to
open it up and then go through it.

Back in this area, open the Blue Door to your left and go through it. In here,
kill all of the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Spectre. Now, go around this room
counter-clockwise until you see bars to your left. Walk up to them and they
will open, allowing you to get to the middle of the room. IN here, hit the
switch and all the surrounding pillars will lower. Kill the Hell Knight and
then pick up the Red Key. Now wait for the pillars to all raise again. There
are four switches surrounding you. Notice how one of the four switches is
already in the "activated" position. Hit this switch. Now press any other
switch to lower the barriers around you. Now, go through the new opening in the
northern part of this room.

Out here, kill all of the Demons, Lost Souls, and the Hell Knight surrounding
you. Now quickly go around this room counter-clockwise until you get to a
switch, killing the nearby Heavy Weapon Dudes and Cacodemons. When you get to
the switch, hit it and a lift will lower, so get on it and ride it to the top.
Up here, head left until you see a demon face on the wall to your right. This
demon face is a door, so open it and go through it. Kill the Hell Knight and
the Heavy Weapon Dudes in this room. Now walk forward and a pillar with a
switch will rise up from the ground. Hit this switch and turn around. The
barriers blocking the exit teleporters are now lowered for a couple of seconds,
so RUN across the gap and onto the exit teleporter. If you can't get to it in
time, go back up, hit the switch, and try again until you exit the level.

Level 3: Canyon
----------------

Hit the switch in front of you to start off this level. The floor you're on
will rise to a pillar above you. Once you get to the top, drop to the floor
below you. Pick up the Super Shotgun and then kill the Demon. There is a lift
in this area, so lower it. Instead of going on it, go straight to the Blue Door
across from you. There is an opening to your left, so go through it. From here,
follow the left-hand wall until the floor you're on lowers, killing any
Zombiemen, Demons, Spectres, or Heavy Weapon Dudes in your way. When the floor
you're on lowers, head straight into the room across from you. In here, head
left to the other end of this room, killing any Zombiemen in your way. You will
get to a floor that lowers, so get on it.

At the bottom, kill the Demons, pick up the Clips, and then open the door in
the corner of the room and go through it. In here, kill the Hell Knight and
Cacodemon across from you. Now go forward and pick up the Red Key. Once you
have the Red Key, go into the opening across from you. In here, kill the
Zombieman and pick up the Super Shotgun and Medikit to your right. Now turn
around and follow this hallway until you get to the Red Door. When you get to
the Red Door, open it and go through it. In here, lower the lift in front of
you, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, pick up the Rockets in front
of you. Go forward and kill the Hell Knight on the pillar. Now kill the
Cacodemons and the Imp down here. Once everyone is dead, go the middle room
where the silver wall is.

This is a lift, so lower it, get on it, pick up the Rocket Launcher on the
lift, and ride it to the top. Up here, kill the Zombiemen and the Heavy Weapon
Dude and then pick up the Blue Key. When you have the Blue Key, turn back
around and use the lift to get to the walkway below you. Follow this walkway to
a Red Door. Open the Red Door when you get to it and go through it. In here,
kill the Zombiemen and the Heavy Weapon Dude in the corner. Now open the Blue
Door to your left and go through it. Out here, kill the Imps, Cacodemons, and
Demons all in front of you. When you have the chance, RUN onto the platform to
your left and pick up the Radiation Suit. Then RUN onto the platform to your
right and below you and pick up the Plasma Gun. Once you have the Plasma Gun,
switch to the automap. There is a lift in the southwest corner of this room, so
lower it, get on it, and ride it to the top.

Up here, kill the Zombiemen and then head up the stairs. Pick up the Energy
Cell Pack at the top and then head through the opening outside. Now go down the
stairs to your left. At the bottom, open the door to your left and go through
it. In this room, kill the Zombieman behind the silver bars. Now head right and
go to the other side of this room, killing the Hell Knights, Imps, Demon, and
Zombiemen in your way. At the other end of the room is an Energy Cell Pack and
a lift, so lower the lift, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, open the
door in front of you and go through it. In this room, kill the Imps, Heavy
Weapon Dude, and the Cacodemons. Once everyone is dead, open the door on the
other side of the room and go through it.

In this room, kill the Demons and the Zombiemen in front of you and then head
up the stairs. At the top, follow this hallway to a door. Kill the Zombiemen in
front of the door and then open it and go through it. Out here, kill the Imps
and then step through the teleporter in the corner of the room. In this area,
kill the Imps, the Heavy Weapon Dude, and then pick up the Yellow Key. Once you
have the Yellow Key, step back through the teleporter. Back in this room, open
the Yellow Door across from you and go through it. This is actually the exit
door. Before hitting the exit switch, examine the walls to your left until a
hidden door opens, revealing a Medikit and a Super Shotgun. Pick up both of
these items and then hit the exit switch.

Level 4: Combine
-----------------

Kill the Zombiemen across from you to start off this level. Now, head to the
other corner of this room and pick up the Super Shotgun, the Shotgun Shells,
and the Green Armor. By the time you pick up the Super Shotgun, three Heavy
Weapon Dudes will teleport into the room, so kill them quickly. Once everyone
is dead, go through the opening in the east part of this area. In here, head
left. Open the door at the end and go through it. In this room, kill all of the
Zombiemen, Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Heavy Weapon Dude. When everybody is
dead, head up the stairs. You will come across the Red Door. Open the door
directly across from the Red Door and go through it.

In this room, kill all of the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Heavy Weapon Dudes.
When everybody is dead, drop down to the small floor to your right, where there
is a big door in the corner (in the northeast part of the room). Open this door
and go through it. In here, pick up the Rocket Launcher and then kill the Imp,
Shotgun Guys, and the Heavy Weapon Dude. Once everyone is dead, head down the
stairs. At the bottom of the stairs is the Blue Key, so pick it up. Once you
have the Blue Key, head back up the stairs and leave this room. Back in here,
head up the stairs to the right to get back up to the walkway above you. At the
top of the stairs, turn around. Open the door on the other side of this room
and go through it.

The Red Door should be directly across from you. Head down the stairs, open the
door to the left of the Red Door, and go through it. In here, drop down to the
slime pit below you. Quickly go and get the Radiation Suit before you lose too
much health. Now follow the slime trail (and the trail of Health and Armor
Bonuses for that matter) until you get to a brown brick wall. If you notice,
you can see a thin staircase sticking out from the brown wall. Head up this
staircase. At the top, open either Blue Door across from you and then step into
the teleporter that you see. When you teleport, simply press down and you will
pick up the Red Key (you are standing right on it). Once you have the Red Key,
drop down to the floor below you.

Down here, kill all of the Shotgun Guys in front of you. Now go pick up the
Plasma Gun in the opposite corner of the room. Quickly pick up the Plasma Gun
as there is a crushing ceiling above it. In the western side of this room is an
alcove with three Energy Cells. Pick them up and a door will open, revealing a
Shotgun Guy and an Energy Cell Pack. Pick up the Energy Cell Pack and kill the
Shotgun Guy. A lift to your left will lower, so get on it and ride it to the
top. Up here, pick up the Energy Cell Pack and the Invisibility Sphere. Now
drop down to the floor to your left. Down here, kill the Shotgun Guys and then
open the door across from you and go through it. In here, kill any enemies you
haven't killed, and then open the door at the top of the stairs and go through
it.

Back in this room, pick up the MegaArmor in front of you. Now head down the
stairs to your left until you get to the Red Door. Open the Red Door when you
come across it and go through it. In here, drop onto the small walkway in front
of you. Use this walkway to get to the door on the other end of the room. Also
be sure to pick up the Soulsphere while on your way to the other side (be sure
to kill the Imp and Shotgun Guy as well). When you get to the door, open it and
go through it. In here, kill the two Shotgun Guys in front of you. Now go to
the switch in the back corner of the room and hit it. Once you hit the switch,
turn back around and leave this room. You can't use the walkway to get back to
the Red Door, so instead, drop into the slime pit and step through the
teleporter in the corner (across from the Red Door).

You will be teleported in front of the Red Door. Facing the Red Door, turn
around and open the door directly across from you and go through it. Back in
here, drop down to the floor to your left, and then open the door across from
you and go through it. In this room, open the Red Door to your left and go
through it. In here, go through the opening to your left and kill the Heavy
Weapon Dude. When you step through the opening, a door across from you will
open, revealing a switch. Hit this switch and a door behind you (around the
corner), will open, revealing another switch. Hit this switch and the platform
with the Yellow Key will lower for a few seconds. RUN back to the previous room
and pick up the Yellow Key before the platform rises again. If you can't get it
in time, hit the switches and try again.

Once you have the Yellow Key, leave the room. Back out here, open the door to
the right and go through it. In this room, open the door at the top of the
stairs and go through it. From here, walk forward and drop down to the ground
below you. Now, open the door to your right and go through it. You'll be back
at the level's starting point. Follow this hallway to another door. When you
get to the door, open it and go through it. In here, kill all of the Imps. With
your back against the door, look through the window do your left and you will
see a switch. Shoot this switch with a Pistol, either Shotgun, or the Chaingun.
This will cause the exit door to open. Now turn around and open the Yellow Door
at the other side of the room. The exit switch should be in front of you, so
hit it.

Level 5: Catwalk
-----------------

There is a door in front of you to start out this level, but you can't open it
right now. Instead, go right and you will see some stairs. When you get on
them, they will start moving up and down, so be aware of them. Get to the other
side of the stairs and you will go into a darker room. You will see a narrow
walkway leading towards the middle of this room. Get on the walkway and head
towards the middle. Kill the Imps and the Heavy Weapon Dudes in this area. Once
you get to the middle, turn around and you will see a switch across from you,
so walk over to it and hit it. After you hit it, go back to the middle
platform. This time, go right and you will see a new switch, so go up to hit
and hit it. Now, go back to the middle platform and go right to where the Heavy
Weapon Dude was. Hit the switch here and it will open like a door. Instead of
going through it, turn around and you will see an opening all the way across
from you where the previous switch was. Go through this opening.

In this room, drop down to the floor below you. Turn left and kill the Shotgun
Guys and the Hell Knight that you see. In the corner of this room is a switch, </pre><pre id="faqspan-2">
so hit it. Once you hit the switch, examine the computer wall in this room and
it will open, bringing you back to the moving staircase. Go right and head back
into the multi-walkway room. Go back to the central platform and take the east
walkway. Go through the opening at the end. In here, turn right. You should see
the Yellow Key across from you, go pick it up. Now drop back down to the floor
to your right and open up the computer screen wall. Back in this room, right
again to the multi-walkway room. This time, go onto the northern walkway and go
through the opening at the end. In here, kill any Shotgun Guys, Imps, and even
a Pain Elemental that you come across.

Now, turn right and go onto the step in front of you. From here, head right and
follow this path until you get to a set of Yellow Bars. When you get to them,
open them up and hit the switch across from you. After you hit the switch, turn
around and go back up the steps. You will see a new opening leading outside, so
go through it. Out here, kill the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Pain Elemental.
Now, you should find a room with several Health Bonuses. To the left of this
room is a switch, so go and hit it. Pick up the Health Bonuses and then go to
the staircase across from the switch. Collect the Armor Bonuses to the left of
the stairs and then head up the stairs. At the top, look across from you and
you will see a lift. Lower this lift and use it to get to the higher ledges in
this room.

Once you're on the ledges, RUN to the teleporter in the corner. If you're not
fast enough, the ledges will drop like lifts for a few seconds, making you wait
much longer. Once you get to the teleporter, step through it. In this room,
kill all of the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Hell Knight. There is a Red Key in
this room, but you can't get to it right now, so just head back through the
teleporter. You will be teleported back to the start of the level. The door in
front of you is open, but don't go through it for now. Instead, head left where
you will find another set of moving stairs. Once you get to the other side of
the stairs, you'll be outside in a larger area. Kill the Shotgun Guy and the
Heavy Weapon Dudes in this area. Once they are dead, pick up the Armor, Boxes
of Shotgun Shells, and Energy Cells. Afterwards, go to the two Yellow Doors in
the corner. Open the Yellow Door on the left and go through it.

In here, hit the switch on your left. Now, turn around and kill the Imp. Follow
this hallway until you get to a staircase. When you get to the staircase, go
down it. At the bottom, go into the room to your right. In this room, kill the
Zombieman, Imp, Heavy Weapon Dude, and Pain Elemental. Afterwards, drop into
the slime pit. Pick up the Super Shotgun and step through the teleporter in the
corner of the room. You will be back at the entrance to this room. Follow the
walkway in this room until you get to the MegaSphere. You will be teleported
away once you pick up the MegaSphere. You will teleport to a room identical to
the Red Key room. Kill the Hell Knights in this room. Once they are dead, hit
the switch in the middle of the room and the pillar will lower, revealing a
Plasma Gun, so pick it up. Also, be sure to pick up the Rocket Launcher and the
Boxes of Rockets in the back of the room. Once you are finished, go back
through the teleporters in this room.

You will be taken back to the start of the level. From here, go right and get
to the other side of the moving stairs. You will be back in the multi-walkway
room. Go onto the northern walkway and go through the opening. Back in this
room, go up the steps and head through the opening leading outside. Head up the
stairs across from you. At the top, turn right and you will see that lift
leading to the higher ledge. Lower the lift and use it to get onto the higher
ledges. Now RUN to the teleporter in the corner and step through it. You will
be back in the Red Key room. The pillar with the Red Key has now been lowered,
so pick it up. Once you have the Red Key, go back through the teleporters to go
back to the start of the level. Now go through the opening in front of you. You
will be in a large room with a narrow catwalk (hence the level name). You need
to cross this catwalk to get to the other side of the room, but watch out, you
will be under attack by Imps in the cages to your sides and in the pits below.
If you fall in the pits, rush to a teleporter and try again.

Once you get to the other side, kill the Imps, Hell Knights, and Heavy Weapon
Dudes around you. Afterwards, open the Red Door and go through it. The exit
switch is right in front of you, but there are some secrets around here. Facing
the exit switch, turn left and shoot the wall across from you with a Fist,
Chainsaw, Pistol, either Shotgun, or the Chaingun, and it will open, revealing
a hidden areas, go into the secret room. In here, go into the opening across
from you and turn left. You should see a switch. Pick up the Berserk in front
of the switch and then hit it. Now, turn right and go through the opening.
Follow the left hand wall until you get to another switch. Hit this switch when
you get to it. Now, head right and pick up the Energy Cell pack and the BFG!
From here, head back to the exit switch.

Before hitting the exit switch, now turn right and shoot the wall across from
you, with a Fist, Chainsaw, Pistol, either Shotgun, or the Chaingun. It will
open, revealing another secret area, so go through it. In here, head through
the opening across from you. In this room, you will see four openings to your
right. Go through the third one and you will go into a larger room with a
Backpack, so pick it up. Afterwards, go through either first or the second one
and head down the pathway. At the end, you will be in a larger room with
several Armor Bonuses across from you. Facing these Armor Bonuses, turn left
and you will see an opening in the corner. Go through this opening and hit the
switch in the end. Facing the switch, turn around and go through the entrance
to your left.

In this area, turn right and you will see two paths. You can either go straight
or left. Go straight and follow this path to an area with three Medikits and a
Soulsphere. Afterwards, go down the path on the left and follow it until you
get to a large room with an endless amount of Energy Cells! Pick them all up
and head back to the exit switch when you're done. Once you get to the exit
switch, hit it.

Level 6: Fistula
-----------------

There is a pillar behind you with a Yellow Key on it, but you can't get to it
right now. So head up the stairs in front of you. At the top, there are two
doors. Open the door on the left and go through it. In here, pick up the
Shotgun in front of you. Now go down the stairs and through the opening to your
right. In this room, kill the Imps, Zombiemen, and the Heavy Weapon Dude. At
the other end of this room is a floor with 3 Stimpacks on it. Step on this
floor. When you walk on this floor, it will lower like a lift. While the lift
is lowering, turn left. You should see a room while the lift is lowering (the
lift does not stop at this room), so quickly go into the room). If you miss the
room, wait for the lift to come back up.

Once you get into the room, kill the Imps, Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes,
and the Pain Elemental. Once everybody is dead, head left and go up the steps
and onto the ledge where the enemies were. Up here, walk all the way forward to
the wall across from you. It will lower like a lift, so get on it. Once it
rises back up, go right and hit the switch. Now turn around and follow this
pathway to an opening. When you get to the opening, go through it. You will be
in front of a staircase. Before going up the stairs, examine the walls on your
left until a hidden door opens. Go through the hidden door when you find it.
Kill the Shotgun Guys in this secret area and then pick up the MegaSphere on
the other side of the room. Once you have the MegaSphere, turn around and leave
this room. Now head up the stairs. At the top, kill the Shotgun Guys,
Zombiemen, and Heavy Weapon Dude. Once they're all dead, go through the opening
to the left.

Back in this room, go left, down the stairs, and through the opening. Back in
here, go all the way straight to the lift across from you. Step onto the lift
and it will lower. This time, ride it all the way to the bottom. When you get
to the bottom, kill the Imps, Zombiemen, and the Shotgun Guy in front of you.
Now head right and down the hallway. You should see a lift all the way across
from you. Get to this lift, but be aware of the Zombiemen, Imps, and Shotgun
Guys teleporting into the room. When you get to the lift, it will lower, so get
on it and ride it to the top. Up here, there is a room to your right with an
Imp, a Green Armor, and a Box of Shotgun Shells. Pick them up if you want. Now
go left from the lift and you will get to a bigger hallway. Kill the Imps,
Shotgun Guys, and Zombiemen across from you. Now walk forward and two rooms to
your right will open, revealing several more Imps and Zombiemen.

Kill these enemies as well. You should notice a switch across from the ledges
the enemies were on, so hit it. This will raise steps towards the ledges so you
can get onto them. One of the ledges has the dead enemies while the other has
several Armor Bonuses. Now, step down from the ledges and head right. Follow
this path to a staircase and then go up it. At the top, examine the wall in
front of you and it will open, revealing a MegaArmor and a Medikit. Pick up
both of these items and then go into the room to your right. There is a
circular path with a teleporter on the other end. Go on either walkway to get
to the teleporter and then step on it. You will be taken back to the start of
the level. The pillar with the Yellow Key has now lowered, so pick up the
Yellow Key.

When you pick up the Yellow Key, you will be teleported back to the previous
room (with the circular walkway). We don't need to be in here, so step back
through the teleporter to the level's starting area. Turn around and you will
see the two doors. Open the door to your left again and go through it. Back in
this room, go into the room across from you. In this room, open the Yellow Door
in front of you and go through it. Pick up the Blue Key in this room, and then
pick up the Boxes of Bullets, Shells, and Rockets. Once you are done, leave
this room. Back in here, head back through the opening to the room with the 4-
way intersection. This time, facing the door across from you, go down the
stairs to your right and go through the opening.

In here, there are Blue Bars to your left and right. Open either of them and
then head up the stairs. At the top, kill the Zombieman and pick up the Red
Key. Now head back down the stairs and into the room with the 4-way
intersection. Open the door to your right and go back to the level's starting
area. This time, open the other door and then go through it. In here, turn
right and kill the Demons across from you. Once they are dead, head to the
other side of the room. Over here, turn right and hit the switch in the corner.
This will cause the lift behind you to lower, so get on it and ride it to the
top. From here, you can RUN onto the platforms where the Medikit and the Rocket
Launcher are if you want them. From the top of the lift, there is a room with
several Health Bonuses to your right. Pick them up and then drop down to the
floor below you.

Down here, kill the Imp and the Cacodemon and then go through either opening in
the corner to go outside. Out here, kill the Zombiemen and then follow this
path until you get to the Red Door, killing any Imps or Zombiemen in your way.
When you get to the Red Door, open it and go through it. The exit switch is
right across from you, so hit it.

----------------
Level 7: Geryon
----------------

At the start of the level, pick up the Shotgun in front of you. Now go straight
down the blood river to the other side of this room. On the other side, go
through the opening and drop down to the floor below you. Down here, turn right
and kill the Zombiemen. Now open the door in front of you and go through it. In
here, kill the Zombiemen, the Shotgun Guy, and the Imp across from you. Once
everybody is dead, head up the stairs across from you. At the top, kill the
Shotgun Guys across from you, and then head up the stairs. You will be in front
of a circular walkway at the top. Take either path and then go down the steps
on the other side. When you get to the bottom, turn around and face the stairs.

Now follow the left-hand wall until you get to a small opening. Go through this
little opening and you'll be on the side of the circular walkway above you.
Kill the two Zombiemen in front of you, if they are there. If you look to your
left, you'll notice a small lighted arrow on the ground pointing to a wall.
Examine the wall that the arrow is pointing at and it lower like a lift,
revealing a hidden room, so go into the room. In this area, pick up the Super
Shotgun in front of you. Now go all the way right until you get to the end of
this area, killing the Imp, Lost Soul, Demon, and the Hell Knight in your way.
At the end of this area, there is a Stimpack, Medikit, and more importantly, an
Energy Cell Pack and a BFG, so be sure to pick up everything.

Once you have the BFG, turn back around and go to where the hidden lift is. If
you don't remember where it is, look for the lighted arrow on the floor and
then examine the wall the arrow is pointing it. Once you find the hidden lift,
go up the mini-staircase to get back into the previous room. Back in here, go
all the way right until you get to a door. When you get to the door, open it
and go through it. In here, kill the Shotgun Guys behind the bars to your
right, and kill the Imp and Lost Soul across from you. With your back against
the door, go left and follow this path until you get to a staircase. When you
get to the staircase, kill any Shotgun Guys and Imps on it and head down the
stairs.

At the bottom of the stairs, open the door and go through it. In this room,
kill the Shotgun Guy and the Demon across from you. You will then notice a
demon head on the wall to your left and right. Go up to the demon head on the
left and examine it. It will open like a door, so go through it. In this room,
kill the Zombiemen and the Shotgun Guy and then pick up the Invisibility
Sphere. From here, you should notice an opening to your left and right. Go
through either opening and then drop down to the floor below you. You are on a
blood trail that damages you, so you need to be quick. Follow the path you're
on until you get to a switch. When you get to the switch, hit it. Now watch
out, because Demons and Imps behind you will be released into the room, so
killed them.

After you hit the switch, go down either path. At the end of either path, lower
the lift, get on it, and ride it to the top. Be quick or you will take a lot of
damage in this part of the map. Once you're back up to the previous room (that
had the Invisibility Sphere), go to the demon head and examine it to open it.
You will notice a new room across from you. This room has the Blue Key, so pick
it up. This room has two Shotgun Guys waiting to ambush you, so watch out. Once
you have the Blue Key, turn around and head right. You will get to the Blue
Door, so open it and go through it. In this room, pick up the Rocket Launcher
in the middle of the room. Doors to your left and right will open, revealing
Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys, so be sure to kill all of them.

From here, look across from the Blue Door. You will see a wall in between two
switches. This is actually a door, so open it and go through it. In here, pick
up the two Boxes of Shotgun Shells in front of you and then go straight. Kill
all of the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and Zombiemen in this room. Once everyone is
dead, put your back to the hallway you just came out of. Head left and you will
see a switch. Hit this switch to lower the lift next to you. Get on this lift
and ride it to the top. Hit the switch on the top of the lift and you will hear
a door open. Drop down to the ground below you and go into the hallway you used
to get to this area. If you're fast, run straight and you'll see an opening to
your right. Go through this opening. If it already closed, go back to the
switch and try again.

Once you're through the opening, follow the path to a teleporter and then step
on the teleporter. You will teleport in front of a switch. Hit the switch and
then turn around. The wall in the middle of the room will lower, revealing a
platform with Imps, Shotgun Guys, and a Hell Knight. Kill everybody and then
pick up the MegaSphere on the platform. Afterwards, step through the teleporter
in this room. You'll be outside. Drop down to the ground to your right, and
pick up the Plasma Gun (the other side has a Rocket Launcher if you want it).
Now head back out to the larger part of this area. There are numerous Imps,
Lost Souls, Shotgun Guys, and Hell Knights, but you can clean them out with
your BFG.

After you've killed everybody, go up either staircase. At the top, walk down
the pathway leading to the middle of the area. Kill the Hell Knight and hit the
switch. Turn around and you will see a new opening across from you. Kill the
two Hell Knights and pick up the Box of Bullets, Shells, Rockets, and the
Energy Cell Pack. Also be sure to pick up the MegaSphere. Once you're done,
step on the exit teleporter.

Level 8: Minos
---------------

When you start this level, kill the Imp and the Shotgun Guy in front of you.
Pick up the Shotgun and then head up the stairs to your left. Kill the Shotgun
Guy in front of you. Now open the door in front of you and go through it. In
here, kill the Shotgun Guys and head down the stairs. Hit the switch at the
bottom and it will lower for a few seconds, so go into the next room. In here,
kill the Imps and pick up the Super Shotgun. You will immediately be ambushed
by Lost Souls and Imps, so kill everyone. Once you're done, also pick up the
Green Armor, the Backpack, and the Berserk. From here, backtrack to the start
of the level.

Back at the start, there are two doors across from the bottom of the stairs.
Open the door on the left and go through it. Head down the hall to your left.
Kill the Imp and the Shotgun Guy. At the end of the hall, open the door and go
through it. In this room, kill all of the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Heavy
Weapon Dude. After everyone is dead, head up the stairs across from the door.
At the top, there will be a Blue Door in front of you. Head right and you will
come to a wall. Examine the middle part of the wall and it will open, so go
through it. Out here, kill the Cacodemon and the Lost Soul across from you. Now
go all the way straight and RUN onto the platform with the Blue Key. Pick up
the Blue Key.

Once you have the Blue Key, drop into the slime pit. There are some Hell
Knights here, so kill them. Also be sure to pick up the MegaSphere before
leaving. Now use the stairs to get back onto the platform above you. Now head
back inside to the previous room. Back in here, go down the stairs. At the
bottom, open the door across from you and go through it. Follow this hallway
until you get to a Blue Door. When you get to the Blue Door, open it and go
through it. In here, head up the stairs in front of you. At the top, kill the
Imps, Heavy Weapon Dudes, and Shotgun Guys. Once everyone's dead, turn around
and face the staircase.

Facing the staircase, turn right and you will see a ledge with a Super Shotgun
on it. RUN onto this ledge and the walls will open, revealing Imps, and Shotgun
Guys. Kill them and then go into the new room and pick up the Red Key. After
you get the Red Key, drop back down to the floor below you. Down here, open the
Blue Door to the right and go through it. Go down this hallway and open the
door at the other end and go through it. Back in this room, go to the left of
the staircase. Across from you is the Red Door, so open it and go through it.
Out here, kill all of the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Hell Knight. When you
have the chance, go to the middle of the room and pick up the Yellow Key. Once
you have it, turn back around and leave this room through the Red Door.

Back in here, open the door across from you and go through it. Follow this
hallway back to the Blue Door, open it, and go through it. Head up the stairs
in this room. Head the top, go down the stairs to your left. Open the Blue Door
at the bottom and go through it. In here, turn left and pick up the Radiation
Suit in the corner. Now go through the opening in the southern part of this
room. In this hall is a door, so open it and go through it. In here, kill the
Shotgun Guy and then follow this hall to Yellow Bars. Open these Yellow Bars
and go through them. In here, walk forward and kill all of the Imps, Hell
Knights, and Cacodemons. After you kill everyone, hit the switch in the
southern part of the room. It will lower, revealing a Hell Knight and an exit
teleporter. Kill the Hell Knight and step on the exit teleporter.

Level 9: Nessus
----------------

This level is actually fairly short. At the start, pick up the Shotgun and the
Green Armor. Then open the door in this room and go through it. In here, open
the door on your left and go through it. Now walk forward and the floor you're
on will lower. At the bottom, kill the Heavy Weapon Dude and pick up his
Chaingun. From here, go all the way to the door across from you, killing the
Shotgun Guys in your way. Open this door and go through it. In here, kill the
Imp in front of you and then head up the stairs to your right. At the top, kill
the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and Revenants. Once everybody is dead, walk up to the
switch in this room. It will lower, revealing two Revenants, kill them. After
killing them, hit the switch in the room that the two Revenants were in.

From the switch, turn around and go back down the stairs to the right. At the
bottom, open the door and head back outside. Back out here, open the door in
the middle of the area and go through it. In here, head up the steps and kill
the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and Heavy Weapon Dudes. Once everybody is dead, head up
the stairs to your right and pick up the Rocket Launcher in the top. Now go
back down the stairs. At the bottom, go up the stairs in the middle of the
area. At the top, pick up the Super Shotgun in front of you. Now turn back
around and face the steps. Facing the steps, open the door to the left of the
steps and go through it. Kill the Revenant in here and then pick up the
Chainsaw. Now go back and open the door to the right of the steps. Kill the
Imps in this room and pick up the MegaArmor, Energy Cell, and Box of Shotgun
Shells.

From here, leave this area. Go to where you picked up the Super Shotgun and
head down the steps to the eastern side of this room. Down here, kill the Heavy
Weapon Dude to your left, and then go up the stairs to your left and pick up
the Plasma Gun. From here, turn back around and head up the stairs back to the
middle of the room. At the top, turn right and you should see four metal
pillars. Go in between these pillars. You should be facing a brick wall in
between two metal bars. This is a fake wall, so go through it. Across from you
is a gap and another platform. This platform has a Revenant and a MegaSphere on
it, so kill the Revenant. Now RUN across the gap onto the platform. Pick up the
MegaSphere and the Backpack. Now turn right and you should see a wall that has
a different pattern than the walls around it. This is a hidden door, so open it
and it will reveal a BFG, so pick it up. This BFG is actually a little
difficult to pick up, so if you need to, try running up against it or picking
it up from different angles.

After you pick up the BFG, turn right and drop down to the ground below you.
Down here, turn left and get all the way to the door across from you, killing
any Imps or Mancubi in your way. When you get to the door, open it and go
through it. In here, kill the Shotgun Guys in front of you and then head up the
stairs to your right. At the top, kill the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Heavy
Weapon Dudes. Walk forward and a door to your left will open, revealing a
Revenant and the exit switch, so kill the Revenant and hit the exit switch.

Level 10: Paradox
------------------

Pick up the Shotgun and the Box of Shotgun Shells to start out this level.
Afterwards, open the big door in this room and then go through it. Out here,
kill the Spectres in front of you and then go right up the stairs. While going
up the stairs, you'll notice a pillar to the left. Examine this pillar and it
will lower, revealing a Soulsphere, so pick it up. After that, continue going
up the stairs. At the top, kill the Imps and the Revenants, and pick up the Box
of Shotgun Shells if you need it. Now head left and through the opening. Kill
the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes in front of you. Once they are dead,
head straight until you see a door to your right. Before opening this door,
pick up the Backpack in front of you. Now open the door in front of you and go
through it.

In here, kill the Revenant and the Heavy Weapon Dudes. Pick up the Boxes of
Bullets and the Rocket Launcher in the middle of the room. Now, there is an
opening leading into the next room. Before going into the opening, face the
opening and kill the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes on the higher ledges
to your left and right. Once everybody is dead, go through the opening. Go all
the way straight to the opening across from you. In this room, kill the Heavy
Weapon Dudes and pick up the Yellow Key in the middle of the room. When you
pick up the Yellow Key, a Revenant and several Imps will teleport into this
room, so be sure to kill all of them. Now, before leaving this room, press
Circle on the green torch behind where the Yellow Key used to be. This will
temporarily open up small, hidden rooms to both your right and left (in the
corners). These small rooms both have a switch, so hit both of these switches.
If you can't hit both of them fast enough, just go back to the green torch,
"activate" it, and try again.

Once you have both switches hit, face the opening that leads us into this room.
Go straight into the hallway until you notice a staircase leading to the ledge
on the right. When you find this staircase, go up it. At the top, pick up the
Boxes of Bullets and the Medikits if you need them. Afterwards, go through the
opening across from the stairs. You'll be outside. Kill the Shotgun Guys around
you. Then go right and follow this path until you see a BFG to your right. Once
you find the BFG, pick it up. Now, turn back around and go back inside. Back in
here, drop back down to the hall below you. Turn right and go all the way
straight to the big door. Open the door and go through it.

Back in this room, turn right and go all the way straight into the room across
from you. Kill the Heavy Weapon Dude and the Spectres in this room, and then go
through the opening in the corner. Go straight until you see the Yellow Door to
your right (it should be in between two blue torches). When you get to the
Yellow Door, open it and then go through it. In here, kill the Imps and the
Heavy Weapon Dude in front of you. Now go right and kill the Shotgun Guys and
the Revenants in the next room. In this room, walk forward and a door in front
of you will open, revealing a Revenant. Kill the Revenant and then a switch
that was behind the door that just opened. Once you hit the switch, go back to
the Yellow Door, open it and then go through it.

Back out here, go all the way straight into the building across from you. There
are several Shotgun Guys sniping at you from the higher ledges around you, so
be sure to kill them before they really drain your health. When you enter the
building, you will notice a Plasma Gun in front of three teleporters. Pick up
the Plasma Gun and then step through the teleporter on the right. In here, use
your Plasma Gun or BFG to kill any Revenants. Now, walk forward and the pillar
in the corner across from you will lower, revealing the Red Key. While the
pillar is lowering, numerous Demons will teleport into this room, so be sure to
kill them. Once everybody is dead, pick up the Red Key and then drop down to
the ground below you (through the window to the left of where the Red Key was).

Down here, turn left and follow the path around the building that you jumped
out of. You should see a lift across from you in the corner, so lower it, get
on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, kill any Revenants, Imps, or Heavy
Weapon Dudes in your way. With your back against the lift that you were just
on, go through the opening to your left. From here, go straight and then cross
the bridge on your left. Pick up the Super Shotgun in front of the bridge. At
the end of the bridge, go through the opening and head up the stairs to your
left. You should see the room with the three teleporters to your right. Go back
inside and step on the left teleporter this time.

In here, kill any Revenants and then walk forward. The pillar in the corner
across from you will lower, revealing the Blue Key. At the same time, several
Shotgun Guys will be teleporting into the room. Kill all of them, as they can
drain your health very fast. Once everybody is dead, pick up the Blue Key and
then drop down to the ground below you (through the window to the left of where
the Blue Key was). Down here, walk onto the ledge across from you, and then go
through the opening to your right. You should be facing the door that leads
back to the level's starting point. Facing the door, head through the opening
to your right. Go straight and you should see the Blue Door to your right. Walk
up to the Blue Door, but don't open it. Instead, turn left and go down the path
you see.

You should see an Invisibility Sphere across from you. Also, notice the wall on
the left and how it starts to stick out a little bit:

Say the X is you. Walk up to where that horizontal wall is (the __ part). Now,
turn left and face the wall. This is a fake wall, so walk through it. You will
be in a secret area that has several Heavy Weapon Dudes and a Megasphere. Kill
the Heavy Weapon Dudes and then pick up the Megasphere. From here, head back to
the Blue Door. Open the Blue Door, the Yellow Door, and then the Red Door. You
should see a lift in front of you, so lower it, get on it, and ride it to the
top. Up top, go left and a door will open, revealing two Heavy Weapon Dudes, so
kill them. Now, face left and you should see the exit switch through a window.
RUN through the window and into the small room with the exit switch, and then
hit the exit switch.

-------------------
Level 11: Subspace
-------------------

You will be facing a door at the start of this level. Shoot the door in front
of you and it will open, revealing the Red Key. Pick up the Red Key. By now,
several Lost Souls will be attacking you through the windows, so kill them.
Once you kill all of the Lost Souls, open the Red Door in the northern part of
this room and then go through it (there are two Red Doors in this room). In
here, kill the Zombiemen, Shotgun Guys, and Imps. Once you are finished, go to
the staircase in the northern part of the room. Go onto the second step and
examine the walls to your left and right. You should find two hidden rooms. The
hidden room on the left has a Megasphere and a Backpack, while the room on the
right has a Soulsphere and a MegaArmor. Pick up the MegaSphere and the Backpack
(while saving the MegaArmor and Soulsphere for later), and then go up the
stairs.

At the top, shoot the barrels in front of you and they will cause a series of
barrels to explode, killing Shotgun Guys in the process. Also, kill the Spectre
and Cacodemon around here if they are nearby. After the barrels explode, turn
right and follow the walls on the left until a part of the wall opens. Head
through the opening. There should be a staircase in front of you. Face to the
left and you should see a room on the left halfway up the stairs. Go into this
room. Pick up the Boxes of Bullets and Shotgun Shells, the MegaArmor, and be
sure to hit the switch in this room. You can't go back into the room you were
just in, so you have to go around. Leave this room and again follow the wall on
your left until the door opens again. When it does, go through the opening.

Back in this room, head up the stairs and go through the opening to the left.
Out here, kill all of the Zombiemen, Shotgun Guys, and Imps. Once everybody is
dead, go up the steps across from you. At the top, kill any Shotgun Guys and
Zombiemen and then pick up the Super Shotgun. Also, hit that floating switch
next to where the Super Shotgun was (it doesn't matter which switch on this
little cube that you hit). Afterwards, drop down to the ground in front of you.
Down here, open the door across from you and then go through it. In this room,
pick up the Medikits to your left if you need them. Otherwise, go down the
stairs across from you. At the bottom, go right and you will come across a wall
with computers on it. Go around this wall and you will find a switch and a
Chaingun. Pick up the Chaingun and hit the switch.

From here, turn around and follow this hallway until you get to a door, killing
any Imps, Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes, or Zombiemen in your way. When you
get to the door, open it and go through it. Out here, kill the Hell Knight
across from you. Now go left and go up the steps, killing the Shotgun Guys
along the way. At the top, pick up the Yellow Key and then you will be
teleported away. Back in this room, head up the stairs across from you. Up
here, this time, go left and follow the wall on the right until a hidden door
opens up. When the door opens, go through it. In this room, kill the Spectre,
Imp, Heavy Weapon Dude, and the Shotgun Guy. Afterwards, open the Yellow Door
in this room and then go through it.

In here, walk up to the Blue Key across from you. You won't be able to pick it
up, but you will hear the sound of a door opening behind you. Turn around and
go back through the Yellow Door. Now go through the new opening across from
you. In here, kill the Heavy Weapon Dude and the Imps. Then use the walkways to
get to that metal pillar in the middle of the room. On this pillar is a switch,
so hit it. Once you hit the switch, go back through the Yellow Door. The ledge
the Blue Key was on has now lowered, so pick up the Blue Key. Now turn around
and head through the Yellow Door and then the steps. At the bottom, examine the
green walls until you find the door that opens, and then go through it.

Back in this room, head down the steps across from you. Pick up the Soulsphere
and the MegaArmor in that hidden room if you need them (it's the hidden wall on
the second step, to your left this time). At the bottom of the steps, open the
Red Door across from you and go through it. You'll be back at the level's
starting point. Open the Red Door at the other side of the room and then go
through it. In here, kill the Zombiemen, Imps, Shotgun Guys, Demon, and
Spectres. Once everybody is dead, open the Blue Door at the top of the steps
and go through it. Pick up the Box of Rockets and then hit the switch. Doors to
your right and left will open. Go through the door on your left (the other one
leads to a switch). Outside, head up the steps in front of you. Kill the Heavy
Weapon Dude if he is there, pick up the Rocket Launcher, and then step through
the exit teleporter.

-------------------
Level 12: Subterra
-------------------

At the start of the level, walk forward and the floor you're on will rise to
the ground above you. Once you get up to the ground, pick up the Shotguns
surrounding you and then kill all of the Imps on the higher ledges. Once
everybody is dead, walk up to the two doors in this room and they will open.
Kill both Hell Knights and then go through the door on the right. Go down the
steps across from you. At the bottom, the floor you're on will lower. While
this lift is lowering, you will notice a room. The lift doesn't stop on this
floor, so you'll need to go into it while the lift is going down. This room has
four teleporters. The area that you teleport into depends on which side of the
teleporter you step on.

Step through the teleporter from its south side. You will be teleported back to
the level's starting area. If the Revenant from the previous room teleported
into here, kill it. Drop onto the ledge below you and pick up the Red Key and
the Box of Shotgun Shells. From here, go back down to that lift and into the
room with the teleporters. This time, step through the teleporter from either
the north side or the west side. You will be teleported onto a different ledge.
Follow the right hand wall and pick up the MegaArmor in the opposide corner.
From here, go back into the room with the teleporters. This time, open the Red
Door in this room and then go through it.

In here, go left. Head down the square platforms and you will find a teleporter
at the bottom, so step through it. Once you teleport, hit the switch in the
east part of this area to raise a walkway back to the Red Door. Facing the
switch, turn around and go back to the middle of the 4-way intersection. From
here, open the door across from you and then go through it. In here, keep
following this hallway until you get to a larger room at the bottom (you will
go down several lifts in the process). Once you get to the big room, turn left.
You will see an exit door, but we can't open it right now. From the exit door,
go left and hit the switch across from you. After you hit the switch, turn
around and follow this path until you get to some stairs, killing any Imps,
Shotgun Guys, or Zombiemen in your way.

Once you get to the steps, go down them. Kill the large group of Imps at the
bottom. You will then see an opening to your right. Go into this opening and
you will find a teleporter at the end. Pick up the Energy Cells and the Energy
Cell Pack (which is on the teleporter), and then step on the teleporter). You
will teleport onto a Plasma Gun. Now turn around and hit the switch that is
behind you. From here, turn around and follow this path to a door. When you get
to the door, open it and then go through it. In here, kill all of the Revenants
in this room. Then follow the pathway until you get to a door at the top of the
steps. Before opening the door, drop down to the ledge to your left to get the
Soulsphere. Afterwards, get back to the door, and then open it and go through
it.

In here, pick up the Invincibility Sphere, and then open the door across from
you and go through it. In this room, head down either staircase and then pick
up the Blue Key at the bottom. While you're invincible, you can also kill any
Imps through the window. After you have the Blue Key, go back up either
staircase, open the door, and go back through it. Back in here, lower the lift
to your right. When the lift lowers, get on it and then turn left. When the
lift rises, go back into the teleporter room that you see. Once you're in the
room, open the Red Door and go back through it. In here, head right onto the
walkway and to the 4-way intersection. From here, open the door across from you
and go through it.

In here, walk forward and the floor you're on will drop. At the bottom, pick up
the Box of Rockets in front of you and then turn right. Go all the way straight
until you get to the Yellow Key, killing any Imps in your way (as well as the
Hell Knight in the cage). When you get to the Yellow Key, pick it up and then
drop down to the ground below you. Down here, go around this room counter-
clockwise until you get to the exit door (which requires the Yellow Key to
open). When you get to this door, open it and then go through it. In this room,
go left until you get to the Blue Door, killing the Heavy Weapon Dude and the
Shotgun Guys in your way. When you get to the Blue Door, open it up. Before
going through the door, hit the new switch to your right. Now go through the
Blue Door.

Hitting that switch makes navigating this room a little easier, as all of the
square platforms are lighted up now. Follow this walkway until you get to a
switch, killing the Heavy Weapon Dude, Imps, and Shotgun Guys in your way. When
you get to the switch on the pillar, hit it. Now, there is a Soulsphere on that
pillar. To get to it, go to the northeast part of this room. Drop down into the
slime pit where you see the teleporter. Step onto the teleporter from its
EASTERN side to be teleported to the Soulsphere. Pick up the Soulsphere. Now,
to get out of this room, go back to that teleporter in the northeast corner of
the room. Step onto it from its western or northern side. You will be
teleported back in front of the Blue Door. Turn around and head to the other
side of this area.

The slime pit is now higher. Go into the slime pit and head to the other side
of the pit, where you will find the exit switch. Kill any Shotgun Guys that
stand in your way and then hit the exit switch.

Level 13: Vesperas
-------------------

This is the final level in this episode. Start this level by picking up the
Shotgun in the middle of the room. Now turn around and you will be facing a
Blue Door. To the left and right of this door are gargoyle faces. Examine the
one on the left and it will open, revealing an Invisibility Sphere, so pick it
up. Now examine the one on the right to find a Backpack. Now examine the face
to the left of the door on the east side of this room for a Soulsphere. And
finally, examine the gargoyle to the right of the door on the west side of this
room for some Green Armor.

Once you're finished, open the door on the west side of this room and go
through it. Out here, open the door across from you and go through it. In here,
pick up the Chainsaw and the Box of Shotgun Shells across from you. Kill the
two Spectres that then appear in this room. When you're done, leave this room.
Back out here, face the door you just came through. To the right of this door
is a lift. Get to this lift, killing any Shotgun Guys, Imps, Demons, or
Cacodemons in your way. Lower the lift, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up
here, pick up the Super Shotgun to your left, and then kill the Imp and Shotgun
Guy that appear. Turn around and you will see a set of bars. Walk up to these
bars and they will open like doors, so go through them.

In this room, kill the Imps, Shotgun Guys, and the Hell Knight. Once everyone
is dead, walk up to the bars in the west side of this room and they will open
like doors, so go through. Now walk forward to the next set of bars and they
will also open like doors. You'll be outside. Across from you is another room,
with a slime pit beneath you. RUN across the platforms to get to the room on
the other side. When you this to this room, pick up the Plasma Gun and another
room here will open up. Pick up the Medikit and Energy Cells. Now, turn around
and kill the Imps, Cacodemons, and the Hell Knight in the pit. When everyone is
dead, drop into the pit and step through the teleporter. You'll be taken back
to the other side of this area.

Turn left and you will see a very narrow walkway right along the wall. Use this
walkway to get to the room on the west side of the slime pit. When you get to
the room, kill all of the Imps if you haven't done so already. Afterwards, pick
up the MegaSphere as well. There is a gargoyle face on the wall here. Examine
it and it will open, revealing the Yellow Key, so pick it up. Once you have the
Yellow Key, drop into the slime pit and step through the teleporter. Back in
here, turn around and walk up to the bars to open them. Go straight to the 4-
way intersection. Go down the opening to your right and stop when you get to
the wall. Step into the alcove to your right. The wall surrounding you will
immediately drop, revealing a larger room with an Imp and Shotgun Guy. Kill
them both and then pick up the Rocket Launcher and Box of Rockets in this room.
Now, leave this room.

With your back against the room with the Rocket Launcher, go all the way left
to the door across from you. There is an alcove to your left, so step on it.
This is lift, so it will lower. While it's lowering, kill all of the Imps
surrounding the lift (be quick about this, because they will claw away at your
health very fast). Once you have killed all the Imps, face to the west while
the lift is rising. You will see a ledge with a BFG, so pick it up. After you
get the BFG, get back on the lift and ride it to the top. At the top, go to the
little 4-way intersection across from you. At the intersection, go left. Pick
up the Chaingun. Then open the Yellow Bars in front of you. Walk through and
drop down to the ground below you.

Down here, kill the two Hell Knights and then go in front of the opening to
your right. Turn around and then back yourself into the opening. You will
notice a wall across from you lower, revealing a ledge with a Hell Knight and a
Red Key on it. Kill the Hell Knight and then turn around. There should be a
Yellow Door across from you. Walk up to the Yellow Door and the floor you're on
will lower like a lift. In the room at the bottom, turn right. You will see a
Rocket Launcher, Box of Rockets, Box of Shotgun Shells, and a switch. Collect
all of the items and hit the switch. Now get back on the lift before it rises
again (if it does, simply lower it). We can now get to the Red Key, so pick it
up, along with the Energy Cell Pack, Berserk, and Box of Rockets.

Once you have the Red Key, walk forward and a Hell Knight will teleport into
the room, so kill it. Once you kill it, walk to the Yellow Door across from
you. Before you can get to it, that same lift from earlier will drop below.
This time, just wait for the lift to rise back up. When you get to the Yellow
Door, open it and go through it. In this room, kill the Imp and Shotgun Guys
around you. Head down the stairs and then up the next set of stairs. At the
top, go forward until you see a switch to your left. When you see the switch,
hit it and it will open like a door, so go through it. In here, pick up the
Energy Cells and drop down to the room below you. Down here, go onto the star-
shaped platform and several Demons and Cacodemons will teleport into the room,
so kill them. Now, face the way you entered this room and you will see a
switch. Hit this switch and turn around. The platform with the Blue Key has
lowered, so pick it up. After you pick up the Blue Key, several Hell Knights
will teleport into the room, so kill them. If you need assistance, there are
Energy Cells, Boxes of Rockets, an Invisibility Sphere, and an Invincibility
Sphere, so be sure to collect anything you need.

Once everyone is dead, go back to the entrance of this room. To get back up,
just lower the lift, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, open the door
across from you and go through it. Open the door across from you and go through
it to get back to the level's starting point. From here, open the Blue Door
across from you, go through it, and hit the exit switch.

That's the end of the Master Levels! Now, you will get a story.

Unlike PSX Doom, your inventory won't reset, so you'll start the first level of

Level 14: System Control
-------------------------

At the start of this level, pick up the Berserk in front of you. Afterwards,
open the door and go through it. In here, before doing anything else, go up the
stairs to the right. Punch out the Imp at the top and pick up the Green Armor.
Now, head back down the stairs. Punch out the Zombiemen and the Imp in this
room. Once everyone is dead, head down the hallway across from the door. In
here, follow this hallway to another room. In this room, punch out the Demon,
the Imp, and the Zombieman quickly. Now hit the switch in the corner of a room
to build a staircase leading to a higher ledge. Head up the stairs.

At the top, punch out all of the Zombiemen and Imps. Once everyone is dead,
follow this path to the exit door. You can't obviously open this door yet (we
need the Blue Key), but walk up to the door and you will hear the sound of a
door opening behind you. Turn around and go through the opening to head
outside. If you can't get there in time, just walk back up to the exit door and
try again. Out here, jump down to the ground below you. Now follow this path
until you get to a switch. Kill the Imps in front of the switch and hit it.
Now, turn back around, head back to the stairs, and walk up to the door at the
top to open it. Go through it and head back inside.

Back in here, head down the stairs. At the bottom, go into the hallway into the
previous room. Two new rooms have opened up in here. You can see a new room </pre><pre id="faqspan-3">
with the Blue Key across from you, but watch out. There is a room to your right
that has opened up, that has two Heavy Weapon Dudes. Kill both of them before
they really eat up your health. Pick up their Chainguns and the Medikits in the
room they were in. Now, go to the other side of the room and pick up the Blue
Key. Once you have the Blue Key, open the west door in this room and go through
it. In here, kill the Zombiemen and the Imps. Now, go to the other side of the
two pillars in the middle of the room. You will find two switches.

Hit the switch on the left first. This will open a door to our left, revealing
two Stimpacks, two Imps, a MegaArmor, and a Box of Shotgun Shells. Kill the
Imps and pick up everything. Now this time, hit the switch on the right and
leave this room. Back in here, go into the hallway to your left. You will
notice a new opening to your right with a door. Pick up the Box of Shotgun
Shells in front of the door, and then open it and go through it. You'll be
outside. Follow this path to the other end of this area. Kill the Imps here and
pick up the Shotgun. Now, leave this area and go back inside. Back in this
area, go right and follow this hall to the staircase. Head up the staircase
when you get to it. At the top, open the exit door at the end of the walkway
and go through it.

There is nothing but an Imp and a switch in this room. Kill the Imp and then
hit the switch and the floor will lower to the room below you. Down here, kill
the Shotgun Guys before they start draining your health. Once they're dead, hit
the switch across from you to open the bars up on your right. Kill the Imps and
the two Heavy Weapon Dudes on the pillars across from you. Across from you is
the exit switch. Before hitting it, walk up to it. This will cause the two
pillars with the Heavy Weapon Dudes to drop for a couple of seconds, so turn
around and pick up their Chainguns. If you don't get them, just walk up to the
exit switch and try again. Once you're ready, hit the exit switch.

Level 15: Human Barbeque
-------------------------

Yes, they actually spelt out "Barbeque" in the PlayStation version (in the PC
version, it was just "Human BBQ"). At the start of this level, kill the Shotgun
Guy and the Imps across from you. Once everyone is dead, go to the other side
of the room. You will find a metal wall sticking out in between two red
torches. Examine is and it will lower, revealing a room, so go through it. In
here, kill the Zombieman and the Heavy Weapon Dudes in front of you. Now head
to the other side of the room. There is a curved staircase up here, so head up
it. At the top, kill the Shotgun Guys and then pick up the Red Key. Once you
have the Red Key, go through the window in front of you to drop back down to
the floor below you.

Down here, turn to your right. You will see an opening to your right leading
outside, so go through it. Out here, head down the stairs to your left. At the
bottom, kill the Heavy Weapon Dude. Now, there are higher ledges and walkways
surrounding this room. They have Imps, Heavy Weapon Dudes, and Shotgun Guys. Be
sure to kill all of them are they can be very annoying and will constantly be
sniping at you, and can very quickly drain your health.

Once everyone is dead, open the Red Door in the northeast corner of this area
and go through it. In here, go down this hallway into another large room. Like
the previous room, Imps, Heavy Weapon Dudes and Shotgun Guys will be sniping at
you from the ledges above you, so be sure to kill all of them before you lose a
ton of health. Once everyone is dead, pick up the Backpack in the water in the
middle of the room. From here, head to the southern part of the room. Go past
the staircase (which you can't go up yet) and into the next area. Kill the Imps
around you and then hit the switch to your left. By this time, numerous Demons
and Spectres will have been released into the room, so kill them.

A new area where the Demons were has opened up in the northern part of this
room, so go into it. Pick up the Chaingun, Green Armor, Medikit, Box of Shotgun
Shells, and the Box of Bullets. Now go up the triangle staircase to get out of
this room. At the top, go back through the Red Door at the other side of this
hall. Back in this room, go up the staircase in the southeast corner of the
room. In this area, go through the opening across from you. You will see a
window leading into the room we were previously in (past the Red Door). There
is a staircase across from you that you cannot get to from the room below you
(the first step is too high).

RUN through the window to get onto the staircase. If you fail to get on the
stairs, go all the way back around and try again. Once you're on the stairs, go
up them. At the top, go right and follow this path to a Yellow Key. When you
pick up the Yellow Key, a door to your left will open, revealing an Imp and a
Computer Area Map. Kill the Imp and pick up the Computer Area Map. Now, turn
around and go back down to the floor below you. From here, backtrack to near
the beginning of the map again, where you ran through the window (and where the
Red Key was). Near the Red Key is the Yellow Door, so open it and go through
it. Out here, turn right and RUN across the gap onto the ledge across from you.

On here, follow this walkway until you get to the exit door, killing any Heavy
Weapon Dudes in your way. When you get to the exit door, open it. In here, pick
up the Medikit and then hit the exit switch.

Level 16: Wormhole
-------------------

At the start of this level, pick up the Shotgun to your right. Now, step into
the larger room in front of you. Kill all of the Shotgun Guys, Spectres, and
the Heavy Weapon Dude. When everyone is dead, go up to the platform that has
the Rocket Launcher in the middle of the room. Examine the platform and it will
lower like a lift. Pick up the Rocket Launcher and the Rockets. When you pick
up the Rocket Launcher, the wall in front of you will lower, revealing several
Heavy Weapon Dudes, so kill them quickly. Once you kill off all of them go into
the room where the Heavy Weapon Dudes were and go into the opening.

In here, there is a lift across from you, so lower it, kill the Nightmare
Spectre, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, turn right. Kill the Imps
across from you. Now open the door across from you and go through it. In here,
turn right and face down the stairs. Kill all of the Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon
Dudes, Demons, Imps, and Spectres in front of you. When they are all dead, head
down the stairs. Go down the stairs until you see an opening to your left. When
you find the opening, go through it. In here, all you need to do is pick up the
Green Armor and hit the exit switch.

Level 17: Crater
-----------------

Pick up the Shotgun at the start of the level, and then open the door in front
of you and go through it. In here, kill all of the Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys
in front of you. When they are all dead, go all the way straight until you see
a door to your right. When you see this door, open it and go through it. In
this room, pick up the Blue Key on the other side of the room. This will cause
a door in front of you to open, revealing an Arachnotron and a Chainsaw. Kill
the Arachnotron and pick up the Chainsaw if you don't have one. A few more
doors in this room will open, releasing several Demons, so be sure to kill all
of them. Once all of them are dead, pick up the Green Armor, Shotgun Shells,
and the Box of Bullets from the area the Demons were released from. When you're
done, leave this room.

Back in here, head all the way straight to the wall across from you. From here,
head left into a room with crates and the Blue Door. Kill all of the Imps on
the crates, and then open the Blue Door and go through it. In here, kill the
Imps to your left and then head down the stairs in front of you. At the bottom,
kill the Arachnotron and then go forward. Pick up the Rocket Launcher on the
top of the crates and then head left outside. Out here, head into the opening
across from you. You will see two paths, one going left and one straight. Go
straight and around the corner. Kill the two Nightmare Spectres and pick up the
Stimpack, Box of Shotgun Shells, and Box of Rockets. Now go down the other path
and head up the stairs, killing the Spectres along the way.

At the top, kill the Shotgun Guys and then pick up the Box of Rockets and the
Red Key on the other side of this area. Once you have the Red Key, turn around
and backtrack to the Blue Door. Once you get to the Blue Door, turn left and go
through the opening across from you. In here, follow this path until you see a
Red Door to your right, killing the Imps and the Shotgun Guy that you see. When
you see the Red Door, open it and go through it. In here, hit the switch to
your right and the lift you're on will lower. At the bottom, kill the Shotgun
Guy. Now head left and go around the corner. You should see a lift across from
you. Get to this lift, killing any Zombiemen, Shotgun Guys, or Imps along the
way.

When you get to the lift, lower it, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here,
pick up the Green Armor to the right and the Berserk to the left. Now hit the
switch up here to lower the lift again. Go into the next room. Kill all of the
Arachnotrons in this room and then head up the stairs. At the top of the
stairs, hit the exit switch.

Level 18: Nukage Processing
----------------------------

At the start of this level, kill the Zombieman to your right. Afterwards, blow
up the barrels to your left. You will notice a flashing light on that wall that
the barrels were in front of. Examine this wall and it will open, revealing a
secret area. Kill the Shotgun Guys to your left and right. Pick up the Box of
Shotgun Shells and the Medikits in this room. Afterwards, with your back
against the hidden door, go through the first opening on the right. Examine the
wall across from you and it will open, revealing a Backpack, so pick it up. Now
leave this room and go back to the starting area.

Back in here, go through the opening to your left. Kill the Zombiemen and
Shotgun Guys in here. Once everybody is dead, go up the staircase on the other
side of this room. At the top, kill the Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys. Once
everybody is killed, examine the blue-striped walls on the right until you find
a hidden door. When the door opens, go into the room, kill the Demon, and pick
up the Shotgun Shells and the Green Armor. From here, turn around and backtrack
to the start of the level.

At the level's starting point, you will notice some crates. Examine these
crates and they will lower, revealing an area outside, so head out. Out here,
kill the Revenant and the Shotgun Guys on the higher ledge above you. Now, you
will notice a big door across from you. Don't open the door, but pick up the
Chainsaw in front of the door if you need one. Now, with your back against the
door, follow the left-hand wall until you get to a little house, killing any
Revenants, Imps, or Demons in your way. When you get to the house, open the
door leading into the house and then go through it. In this house, kill the
Revenant, pick up the Box of Rockets, and pick up the Yellow Key. Now leave
this house. Back out here, follow the right-hand wall until you get back to the
big door. When you get to this big door, open it and then go through it.

In here, go to the middle of the room and pick up the Chaingun if you needed.
At this intersection, go right and keep going until you get to a lift, killing
any Imps or Shotgun Guys in your way. When you get to the lift, lower it, get
on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, open the Yellow Door across from you
and then go through it. In this room, kill all of the Zombiemen and Shotgun
Guys across from you. Watch out, as they may teleport to the front of the area.
Be sure to kill everybody on the ground so that they don't annoy you. Once
everybody is dead, go to the silver pillar in the middle of this area. To the
left of this pillar should be a staircase, so go up it.

At the top of this staircase, follow this hall until you get into a larger
room, killing any Shotgun Guys in your way. When you get to this larger room,
pick up the Green Armor if you need it and then hit the switch next to the
opening that you just came out of. The top half of that silver pillar to your
left will open, revealing a Revenant, so kill it. Once the Revenant is dead,
RUN onto the top of that pillar and pick up the Red Key. Once you have the Red
Key, RUN back onto the area that you were just on. Back on here, hit the switch
to open up the Red Door next to you. Go through the Red Door. In this room,
step on the teleporter in front of you.

In this hallway, kill all of the Shotgun Guys in front of you. Now, pay
attention to the walls on your right until you notice a wall with a different
pattern on it (the wall should be in between two switches on the opposite
wall). Examine this wall and it will open, revealing a secret area. Kill any
Imps in here and then pick up the MegaArmor across from you. Afterwards, turn
around and continue follow this hallway until you get to a teleporter. When you
get to a teleporter, step on it. Out here, turn left and you will notice a Blue
Key on a platform. RUN onto the platform and pick up the Blue Key. Once you
have the Blue Key, open the door across from you and then go through it. There
are Revenants in the room inside now, but you can quickly ignore them if you
are fast enough.

Back in this room, go all the way straight until you get to a lift. When you
get to the lift, lower it, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, open the
Blue Door in front of you and then go through it. In here, kill the Shotgun Guy
and the Revenants across from you. Once they are dead, go to the lift across
from you and it will lower, so get on it and ride it to the top.  Up here,
there is a Light Amplification Goggles to your left and a Computer Area Map to
your right, but they're useless by now and picking them up will release
Revenants into this room. Otherwise, hit the exit switch across from you to end
the level.

Level 19: Deepest Reaches
--------------------------

When you start the level, kill the Imps and the Shotgun Guy across from you.
Afterwards, open the door in this room and then go through it. Out here, pick
up the Box of Shotgun Shells and then turn left. You should see a wall that is
brighter than its surrounding walls. Examine this wall and it will open like a
hidden door, revealing a secret area. Pick up the Box of Bullets in here and
then turn around.

Across from you, kill the Shotgun Guys on the ledges. Now, *run* across the
platforms in front of you to get to the other end of the room. When you get
to the other end of the room, kill the Imps and Demons around you. Pick up the
Super Shotgun and the two Boxes of Shotgun Shells in this area as well. There
are three openings near you. The opening on the east part of this place (view
the automap) leads to a Box of Bullets and Armor. The opening on the west leads
to a Clip and a Stimpack. Get whatever you need to get and then go through the
southern opening.

In here, kill the Demons and the Shotgun Guy in front of you. With your back
against the opening you came from, there is a door to your left and right. Open
the one on your right, and go through it. When you get to the door, open it. In
here, go up the stairs into the room. There should be three openings to your
right. Go into the middle opening, killing the Imp and the Demon in your way.
There is a Medikit and a Box of Rockets in here, so pick it up. Also, be sure
to hit the switch. Once you hit the switch, turn around and then go right. Head
up the stairs in front of you.

Up here, turn right and follow this hall until you see a switch on your left,
killing any Imps, Shotgun Guys, or Zombiemen in your way. Once you hit the
switch, turn right and continue following this path until you get to a Rocket
Launcher, killing the Shotgun Guys in your way. Pick up the Rocket Launcher.
Be aware that you will find a BFG here on easier skill levels instead of a
Rocket Launcher. From here, turn right and drop back down to the floor below
you. Back down here, turn left. You should see the staircase that we used to
get into this room. With your back against the staircase, go through the new
opening to your left. Pick up the Medikit if you need it, and then go down the
stairs, killing the Imps in front of you.

At the bottom of the stairs, you will notice two openings to your left. Go
through the opening that is furthest from you. From here, go down the stairs.
Midway down the stairs, you will notice a big indent on the wall to your right.
Examine this wall and it will open, revealing a hidden room. This room has an
Invisibility Sphere and a MegaArmor, so be sure to pick them up. Afterwards,
turn back around and continue going down the stairs.

Once you get to the bottom, kill the Imps across from you. Then with your back
against the staircase, turn right. You should see an opening to your right. Go
through it and step through the teleporter that you find. In this room, simply
pick up the Blue Key and then go through the teleporter across from you. You'll
be back in the room that you were previously in. Back in here, go back up the
stairs. At the top of the stairs, kill the Imps and Demons across from you if
they are in your way. Now head right and go up the stairs back into the wooden
room.

Back in here, head right and go down the stairs across from you. Open the door
across from you and then go through it. Back in this room, follow the right
hand wall until you get to another door. Open the door that you get to and then
go through it. In this room, go to the other side of the room and the floor
you're on will lower. At the bottom, kill the Imps in front of you and then go
to the other end of this hallway. The floor you're on will then lower again. At
the bottom, kill the Imp and then go to the other side of this hallway. Hit the
switch to open the door to your right, and then go through the door.

Out here, go down either staircase. At the bottom, kill the Imps, Shotgun Guys,
and Demons. Open the Blue Door in the corner of this room and then go through
it. In here, go up the stairs in front of you. At the top of the stairs, go
through the opening to your right. In here, kill the Shotgun Guys and then
examine the walls to your right until you find a hidden door. When you find the
door, go through it. You'll be in a hidden room. If you are playing on Ultra-
Violence, walk forward and pick up the BFG in front of you. The floor the BFG
is on will rise up to the ceiling, so be sure to pick it up quickly. On easier
skill levels, you will find Medikits instead of a BFG in this area. Now, turn
around. With your back against the secret room, go left and follow this path
until you get to a room with red walls.

In here, kill the Imps and Demons in front of you. Now go to the other side of
the room where you will find a staircase. There are multiple paths that you can
take, but follow the right-hand wall until you get to a teleporter, killing the
Zombiemen and Imps in here. When you get to the teleporter, step through it. In
here, turn right and follow the right-hand wall until you get to the Yellow
Key, killing the Imps, Demons, and Shotgun Guys in your way. When you get to
the Yellow Key, pick it up. Now turn back around and step through the
teleporter that you used to get into this room.

Back in here, go back to the bottom of the stairs. You will notice two openings
across from you. Go through the opening on the left. In here, follow this path
until you get to an opening, killing the Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys in your
way. When you get to this opening, look through it. You'll notice there's a gap
and a brown wall in front of you. Facing the brown wall, back up and then *RUN*
over the gap and through the brown wall (this is fake wall). You will find
yourself in a secret room. Pick up the Plasma Gun, Energy Cell Pack, and Box of
Rockets in this room. Afterwards, press the spacebar on the wall that has the
Baron of Hell head and the bottom half of the wall will lower, revealing a
Megasphere, so pick it up. Once you are done with this room, turn around, go
through the fake wall, and drop to the pit below you.

Down here, step through the teleporter to your right. In this room, open the
metal door across from you and go through it. Kill the Imp in here. You will
notice that you are near the start of this level. Drop down into the pit below
you and go through the teleporter to get back to safety. Like last time, *run*
across the ledges to get to the other side of the room. Whne you get to the
other side, go through the opening in front of you. Back in this room, open the
door to your right and then go through it. Head up the stairs into the room in
front of you. Now go through the opening to your left and head down the stairs.
Down here, go to the wall across from you and then turn left. Go down the
stairs in front of you. At the bottom, go to the other side of the room. Turn
left, open the Yellow Door, and then go through it.

In this room, head down the stairs to your right. At the bottom, turn right and
go around this room counter-clockwise until you get to the northeast part of
the room. Over here, there should be a demon-head on the wall in between two
candles. Open this door and then go through it. In here, step through the
teleporter. You will be teleported in front of a switch. Hit this switch and
then go down the newly-formed staircase to your left. Hit the exit switch at
the bottom of the stairs.

--------------------------
Level 20: Processing Area
--------------------------

At the start of this level, turn around. Open the door behind you to find an
Invisibility Sphere and then pick it up. Now, turn back around. Kill any Imps
across from you, pick up the Boxes of Shotgun Shells in this area, and then
open the big door and then go through it. In this room, kill the Imps and the
Heavy Weapon Dudes around you. Afterwards, go right and go all the way down
this hallway. As you go down the hallway, beware of the Imps, Heavy Weapon
Dudes, and even Pain Elementals in the outside area to the left. Kill them if
you need to.

When you get to the end of the hallway, go up the staircase to your left. At
the top of the stairs, kill the Heavy Weapons around you. From the top of the
staircase, turn left and pick up the Yellow Key in the corner of the room. Now
go back down the stairs that you came from. At the bottom, open the Yellow Door
across from you and then go through it. In here, follow this path until you get
to a door, killing any Imps in your way. When you get to the door, open it and
go through it. In this room, kill the Revenants and then hit the switch in the
corner of this room. Now, go back to the previous room and go back to where the
Yellow Door was. A new ledge has formed to the Blue Key in the middle of the
pit. Cross the ledge and pick up the Blue Key. Once you have the key, turn
around and cross over the ledge.

By the time you have gotten to the other side, a number of Demons will have
teleported into this room, so be sure to kill them. Once all of the demons are
dead, open the Yellow Door in this room and go through it. Back in this
hallway, go up the stairs in front of you. At the top, head down the stairs
across from you. From here, turn left and go all the way straight until you see
an opening to your right. When you get to this opening, head into it. Open the
Blue Door in front of you and go through it.

In this room, kill the Imps and the Revenant in front of you. Now go up either
staircase. At the top, head to the other side of this room to get the Red Key,
killing any Imps in your way. Once you have the Red Key, turn around and pick
up the Invincibility Sphere. By this time, several Imps should be teleporting
in the middle of this room. While you're invincible, kill all of the Imps
teleporting in this room. There is also a Backpack and two Boxes of Shotgun
Shells to help you out here. Once all of the Imps are dead, pick up the Plasma
Gun in the middle of the room. Afterwards, open the Blue Door and go through
it.

Back out here, turn left. Go all the way straight until you see a new opening
to your left. When you get to this opening, go through it. In here, kill the
Lost Souls in this hallway and then go all the way to the other side of this
hall. You should be outside. Out here, pick up the Rocket Launcher in the
corner of the area and then hit the switch next to the Rocket Launcher. From
here, go back inside the hallway and go through the opening. Back in this area,
turn right and go all the way straight until you see a staircase to your left.
Once you see this staircase, go down it.

At the bottom of the stairs, turn right and head straight until you see red
bars to your left. Facing these red bars, turn around and you should see an
opening leading outside. Go through this opening. Out here, kill any Imps and
Heavy Weapon Dudes. Once everybody is dead, pick up the BFG at the other side
of this room. There is also an Invisibility Sphere and several Stimpacks. Once
you are done, go back inside. Back in here, press Circle on any of the red bars
to open them up. This will give you access to the exit switch, so hit it.

Level 21: Lunar Mining Project
-------------------------------

There is an exit door behind you that requires the Blue Key to open up. Keep
this in mind as you progress through the level. At the start of this level,
head straight. Kill the Zombieman in front of you. Once he's dead, open the
door across from you and then go through it. In here, open the little door
across from you and then go through it. In this room, kill the Zombiemen and
the Shotgun Guys. Go into the closet next to the bed and pick up the Green
Armor if you need it. From here, facing the door you used to enter this room,
head right and go into the next room. In here, kill the Shotgun Guy, take the
Medikit if you need it, and then pick up the Box of Bullets. Once you are done,
open the door in here and go through it.

Back in this hallway, turn right. You should notice the next door on your
right, so open it and go through it. In here, kill the Shotgun Guy and then
pick up the Yellow Key on the other side of the room. Now to your left, you'll
see a Medikit in the corner. Pick up the Medikit and then examine the wall
behind the Medikit to open a hidden door, revealing a secret room. Kill the Imp
and pick of the Medikit and the Box of Shotgun Shells in this room. Now turn
around. Back in here, turn right and go into the bedroom. Pick up the Shotgun
on the bed and kill the Heavy Weapon Dude. Also pick up the Green Armor in the
closet. Once you are done, open the door in this bedroom and go through it.

Back in this hallway, open the door to your right and go through it. Kill the
Zombiemen and the Shotgun Guy in this room. Afterwards, open the Yellow Door
across from you and then go through it. In here, go to the other side of the
room, killing the Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys in your way. At the other side of
the door, you should notice some steps to your left, so go up them. On this
platform, go left and follow this path until you get to the Red Key. Once you
have the Red Key, turn around. Notice the computer walls across from you. One
of them is different from the other. Press Circle on this individual wall and
it will open, revealing a secret room. Kill the Imp in here and pick up the
Medikit and Box of Shotgun Shells. Afterwards, leave this secret room. Back out
here, turn right. Kill the Shotgun Guys and the Heavy Weapon Dudes across from
you, and then go straight and drop back down to the floor below. Down here,
turn right and you will see an opening. Go through this opening and the floor
you're on will lower.

At the bottom, kill the Shotgun Guy in front of you. Then turn right and you
will notice a metal wall. This is a lift, so lower it, get on it, and ride it
to the top. Up here, kill the Shotgun Guy across from you. Follow this path
until you get to a gap. RUN across the gap onto the ledge across from you. On
this ledge, RUN across the gap in front of you to get onto the next ledge.
Afterwards, drop down to the floor below you. Down here, kill the Imps and the
Revenant. Once they are dead, pick up the Blue Key in this room. By now, an
Imp, Shotgun Guy, Revenant, and Heavy Weapon Dude will teleport into this room,
so be sure to kill all of them. With your back against where the Blue Key was,
go into the room to your left in the slime river. Pick up the Soulsphere and
Green Armor in this room, and head back out.

Now, go through the opening in the corner of this room (directly across from
where the Blue Key was). In here, drop down into the pit in front of you. Down
here, turn left and kill the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes in front of
you. Once they are all dead, follow this path until you get to the larger room.
In here, you will notice a metal wall across from you. This is a lift, so lower
it, get on it, and ride it to the top. Back up here, open the Yellow Door
across from you and then go through it. In here, kill the Imps, Shotgun Guys,
and the Heavy Weapon Dude that have appeared here. Afterwards, open the door
across from you and then go through it. Back in this hallway, go to the other
side of this hall and open the big door to your right.

You will be back in the starting area. Kill any Imps, Shotgun Guys, Revenants,
or Heavy Weapon Dudes that may have appeared in this area. Once everybody is
dead, go back into the alcove where you started this level. Open up the Blue
Door and then go through it. In here, kill the Revenant and the Heavy Weapon
Dudes and head up the stairs. At the top, pick up the two Medikits if you need
them and then hit the exit switch.

Level 22: Quarry
-----------------

This is a fairly short level. From the start, follow the wall on your right
until you get to an opening. Go through this opening and head straight until
you get to a bigger room. Kill any Imps, Shotgun Guys, Demons, and Nightmare
Spectres in this room. Once everybody is dead, go through the opening to your
left. In here, head straight and you will be outside.

Out here, go straight and you will see two openings in front of you. Take the
opening on your right first. In here, follow this path until you get to a
tunnel and then go through it. In here, pick up the Chainsaw across from you if
you don't have one. Now, turn right and kill the Shotgun Guy. You should notice
a flashing area. Step into this area and turn right. You should be facing a
wall. Shoot this wall with the Fist, Chainsaw, Pistol, either Shotgun, or the
Chaingun, and it will open, revealing a secret room. Go into this secret room.
In here, pick up the Green Armor, Stimpack, and the Super Shotgun. Afterwards,
press Circle on the computers and they will lower like a lift, so get on them
and ride them to the top. Up here, drop back down to the ground below you.

Down here, head right and drop into the pit below you. Turn right and you
should be facing the same two openings you are at before. This time, go through
the opening to the left. In here, go into the opening across from you. In this
tunnel, head left down the lava river. While in the lava, you should notice a
wall in between two silver bars. Walk through this fake wall to pick up a
Radiation Suit. From here, continue following the lava until you get to a
lowered teleporter. Step through this teleporter if you see it. If you can't
get to this teleporter fast enough, just go back down the river until you hear
the sound of a lift drop.

Once you teleport, walk forward and the floor you're on will rise to the area
above you. Up here, pick up the Blue Key, the Rocket Launcher, and the Box of
Rockets. Afterwards, switch to the automap and drop down to the ground from the
southern side of this platform. Back down here, turn right and RUN across the
gap in front of you onto the next platform. There is a Blue Door to your left.
This is the exit door. Open this door and then go through it. In here, kill the
Heavy Weapon Dude, pick up the Medikits if you need them, and then hit the exit
switch.

Level 23: Ballistyx
--------------------

From the start of the level, open the door across from you and go through it.
In here, pick up the Super Shotgun in front of you and then go forward. Head up
the stairs and then take either staircase to get to the top. At the top, kill
the Spectres, pick up the Berserk, and then go through the opening. In here,
pick up the Shotgun and then follow this hallway until the floor you're on
drops. At the bottom, kill the Spectre in front of you and then follow the hall
until the floor you're on drops. Repeat this two more times and you will be at
the bottom, killing any Spectres in your way.

Once you're at the bottom, follow the hallway until you get to an intersection.
At the intersection, go left. Follow the left-handed wall until you get to a
door, killing the Imps in your way. Once you get to this door, open it and then
go through it. In here, head down this hallway until you get to a larger room.
In this room, kill all of the Shotgun Guys in front of you. Once everybody is
dead, go through the opening at the other side of this room. In here, follow
this hallway until you get to another large room, killing any Shotgun Guys in
your way. In this room, kill all of the Shotgun Guys, Imps, and Demons. Once
everybody is dead, pick up the Blue Key in the middle of the room. After
picking up the Blue Key, notice the burning barrel in the north central part of
the room. To the left of the barrel are two Armor Bonuses. Examine the wall
behind the Armor Bonuses and a hidden door will open, revealing a Soulsphere
and Light Amplification Goggles, so pick them up.

Afterwards, turn around and head back through the opening across from you. Go
down through this hallway until you get to the previous large room. Back in
here, head to the other side of the room, head up the stairs, and then open the
door at the end and go through it. Back in this hallway, turn right and follow
this long hallway until you get to another intersection, killing the Hell
Knight that you see. Once you get to this intersection, turn left. Head to the
room across from you. Watch out for the Hell Knight that may teleport into this
room. In this room, pick up the Medikit across from you if you need it.
Afterwards, kill the Heavy Weapon Dude and then open the door in the corner and
go through it.

In this room, kill the Imps in the cage to your left. Then open the Blue Door
across from you and go through it. In here, head left and follow this hallway
until you get to a larger room, killing the Shotgun Guy in your way. Once you
get to the bigger room, hit the switch on the other side of the room. Kill the
Imps and Demons next to you as well. Once you hit the switch, go back to the
other side of the room. A new teleporter has opened up in the middle of the
room, so step through it. Out here, turn around. Examine the wall in the corner
of the room and a hidden door will open, revealing a Soulsphere. Also, pick up
the Rocket Launcher and the Yellow Key in this room. Be quick here, as you are
being attacked from Imps and Hell Knights on the outside. Once you have the
Yellow Key, open the door in the corner of the room and quickly step through
the teleporter.

Back in here, head back through the opening in front of you. Back in this
hallway, go down the hall until you get back to the Blue Door. When you get to
this door, open it and go through it. Open the door across from you in this
room and go through it. Back in here, head up the stairs in the opposite corner
of this room and go into the previous hallway. Follow this hall until you get
back to the door leading to the Blue Key. Once you get back to this door, open
it and go through it. Back in this red hallway, go back to the area where you
got the Blue Key.

Once you get back to the Blue Key room, switch to the automap. Head to the
southwest part of this room where you will find an opening. Kill the Spectre,
Hell Knight, and Shotgun Guys near here. Once everybody is dead, open the
Yellow Bars across from you. Pick up the Berserk in front of you and then head
straight into the next room. In here, go through the small opening in the south
central part of the room. In here, kill the Shotgun Guy and the Heavy Weapon
Dudes. A pillar in the middle of the larger room will lower, revealing a Heavy
Weapon Dude and the Red Key. Kill the Heavy Weapon Dude and pick up the Red
Key.

Once you have the Red Key, go back into the previous room where you got the
Blue Key. Remember that secret area where the Soulsphere and the Light
Amplification Goggles were? There is a shortcut back to the previous large room
near there, so go through the new opening that you see (in the north central
part of this room). Just watch out for the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Wepaon Dudes
that may have appeared here. Back in this room, go right and head up the
stairs. Open the door at the top and then go through it.

Back in this hallway, go left and follow this hall until you get to a Red Door.
Kill the Spectres and then open the Red Door and go through it. In here, go
through the opening in front of you and go down the stairs. At the bottom, go
right and kill the Hell Knight, Shotgun Guy, and Heavy Weapon Dude. You should
notice an opening in the back corner of the room. Go through this opening.
Across from you is a Hell Knight and a teleporter. The Hell Knight should see
you and then step through the teleporter. Step through the teleporter as well
(if you're lucky, you may even telefrag the Hell Knight).

You will be teleported back to the start of the level. Kill the Hell Knight and
then go to the other side of the room. You will notice two exit posts raised
from the ground. Step on the platform in between these posts to exit the level.

Level 24: Heck
---------------

This is the final level of TNT in this game. You will be standing on a Backpack
at the start of this level. Also, be sure to pick up the Shotgun, Plasma Gun,
Rocket Launcher, and Super Shotgun surrounding you. You are also at the middle
of a 4-way intersection. Take the southern path and go through the opening at
the end. From here, turn around and face the level's starting point. Kill each
Revenant on the four pillars that are in that room. Once the Revenants are
dead, turn around. Pick up the MegaArmor and then take either path until you
get to a bigger room. Pick up the Boxes of Rockets at the end of each path.

Once you get to the bigger room, kill the Lost Souls in the middle of the area.
After you kill the Lost Souls, hit the switch in the northern part of the room.
The pillar in the middle of the area will lower, revealing a Megasphere, so
pick it up. Hitting this switch also opens up a room in the southern part of
this room, so go through it. If not, just hit the switch and try again. In this
room, head straight. You will get to a bigger room and you will see three
openings across from you. The left and center openings have a Box of Rockets,
so pick them up. Afterwards, go through the opening on the right. Pick up the
Medikit and then head down the hallway in front of you. Follow this hallway
until you get to a bigger room.

In this area, kill all of the Imps and the Lost Souls in the pit below you.
Also be sure to kill the Pain Elementals to your left. Once everybody is dead,
drop into the pit below you. Down here, pick up the Boxes of Rockets and then
lower the lift to your left, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, follow
this path until you get to the Red Key. When you get to the Red Key, pick it
up. Now turn back around, go back down the path, and drop into the pit. A whole
bunch of Revenants are now in this pit. You can easily clean them out with a
Rocket Launcher or a BFG. Once you kill all the Revenants, go to the staircase
in the northeast corner of this room and head up it. At the top, backtrack to
the level's starting area.

Back here, go to the middle of the 4-way intersection. This time, take the path
on the west and go through the opening at the end. In here, go up the staircase
to your left in the corner. At the top, kill the Imps and then go down the
stairs and into the area across from you. In here, go straight and you will
come to an intersection. Go down the path to the left and then follow this path
until you get to a switch, killing any Imps in your way. When you get to this
switch, hit it. Once you hit the switch, turn around and go back to the
starting point of this area (where the staircase is). Facing the staircase, go
down the new path to your left. Go straight and you will go to another
intersection. Take the path to your left, killing any Imps or Revenants in
here. You will come to another intersection. Go left again and follow this hall
until you get to the Blue Key. Pick up the Blue Key when you get to it.

Once you have the Blue Key, turn around and get back to the starting area of
this maze (where the staircase is). Go up the staircase and head back to the
starting point of this level. At the middle of the 4-way intersection, go down
the east path this time and go through the opening at the end. In here, go to
the other side of this area and you should notice two openings. Take the
opening on the left. Above you is an area with several Revenants, so be sure to
kill them. Now follow this path until you get to a pit. Before going into the
pit, pick up the Boxes of Shotgun Shells, Boxes of Rockets, and the Energy
Cells in front of you. Once you have collected all of the ammo, drop into the
pit.

Down here, you will fight many Pain Elementals and Imps. There is a Megasphere
and several Boxes of Rockets in the southeast corner of this place if you need
them. If you have a BFG, you can use it to easily clean out this area. Once
everybody is dead, pick up the Yellow Key in the middle of the room. Once you
pick up the Yellow Key, several Revenants will be released into this room, so
kill all of them. After you have killed all the Revenants, lower the lift in
the northwest corner of this room, get on it, and ride it to the top. Back up
here, backtrack to the level's starting point. There are some Hell Knights in
this area now, but you can easily outrun them if you want to.

At the 4-way intersection, take the northern path this time. At the end of this
path, open up the Red, Blue, and Yellow Doors and you will get to the exit
room. There are several Lost Souls in here, so kill all of them. Once you have
killed all of the Lost Souls, jump into the pit in the middle of the room and
exit the level. And now we are done with TNT!

Now, before you start the next level, you get a story.

hell fades away. The nightmare sky turns blue. The heaps of monster corpses
begin to dissolve along with the evil stench in the air. Maybe you have done

Level 25: Congo
----------------

At the start of the level, pick up the Box of Shotgun Shells in front of you.
Now, you'll notice a door to your left and right. Open the door to your left
and go through it. In here, head up the stairs. At the top, kill the Shotgun
Guys and pick up their Shotguns. Once they're dead, head into the opening
across from you. Follow this hallway into another room. Kill the Shotgun Guys
in here. Now, press the switch to the right and the wall will lower, revealing
a room, so enter it. Pick up the Backpack, Box of Shotgun Shells, and the
MegaArmor in this room. Now, leave this room and go through the opening to your
right. Follow this hall to another room and kill the two Shotgun Guys here.
Once they're dead, head back to where you started the level.

Back in here, go through the opening in between the two doors and head down the
hall. At the end, go into the larger room. Kill the Imps in front of you and be
sure to kill the Heavy Weapon Dude on the higher balcony. Now, go through the
opening in the southwest corner of this area. In here, follow this hallway to a
door. As you walk up to the door, a room with two Heavy Weapon Dudes behind you
will lower, so quickly kill them before they drain out your health. Also, be
sure to pick up their Chainguns if you are starting Plutonia from scratch. Once
you're dead, open the door in this hall and go through it. In here, kill the
Heavy Weapon Dudes on the crates in front of you.

Now, use the automap and go to the southeast corner of the crates in the middle
part of this room. Press circle on the southeast corner and the crate will
lower like a lift, allowing you to get to the top of the crates. Up here, pick
up the Super Shotgun across from you and kill the Imps. This will also release
a Revenant, so quickly kill it. Now leave this room and go back to the large,
circular-shaped room. Back in here, go through the opening in the southern part
of this room. In here, go all the way straight until you get to a pillar across
from you. On the other side of this pillar is a switch, so hit it. The pillar
will lower and reveal a Medikit, so pick it up and need it.

The pillar will also open up four rooms in the previous room. Each room has a
Revenant, so kill them. Go into each of the four rooms and pick up the Box of
Rockets and the Rocket Launcher. Once you have everything, head back to the
central room. This time, go through the opening in the northern part of this
room. In here, head up the stairs to your right. At the top, kill the Heavy
Weapon Dudes. Now open the door in the corner of this room and go through it.
In here, turn right and kill the Heavy Weapon Dude on the higher ledge in the
corner. Now walk across the walkway to the 4-way intersection. A wall will
lower in front of you, revealing a Revenant, so kill it.

At the 4-way intersection, go left and go into the room in front of you. In
here, kill the Imps, pick up the Shotgun Shells, pick up the Stimpack if you
need it, and then hit the switch at the top of the stairs. From here, turn
around and go back to the 4-way intersection. This time, turn left and go into
the new room across from you. In here, kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes on the
higher ledges to your right and left. Also, kill the Revenant in this room and
then pick up the Red Key. Now go back to the 4-way intersection. Two Cacodemons
have been released into this room, so kill it. Now, jump into the southwest pit
in this room. See that ledge where the Heavy Weapon Dude was on? Press circle
and it will lower like a lift. Ride it to the top, and enter the secret room in
front of you. This has a Stimpack and a Box of Shotgun Shells.

Once you're done, turn around and drop back into the pit. Step into the
teleporter and you will be taken to the front of the 4-way intersection. From
here, turn around and go back into the room in front of you. In here, head down
the stairs in the corner of this area and go back to the central room. A
Revenant has been released onto the balcony where the Heavy Weapon Dude was, so
kill it. Afterwards, go through the opening in the northwest part of this area.
In here, open the door to your right and go through it. In this room, kill the
Imps on the higher ledges to your left and right. Also watch for the Heavy
Weapon Dudes that get released into the room. Once everyone is dead, open the
Red Door on the other side of this room and go through it. In here, hit the
switch across from you.

The pillar with the Blue Key in the middle of this room will lower, so pick up
the Blue Key. Also, kill the two Heavy Weapon Dudes that were released into
this room after hitting the switch. Once you have the Blue Key, go back to the
central room. Go through the opening in the northern part of this room and head
up the stairs. At the top, turn right and go into the room across from you. In
here, use your Rocket Launcher to take out the Heavy Weapon Dudes on the
platform across from you. Also, use the Rocket Launcher to take out the
Revenants near the exit teleporter. Once everyone is dead, open the Blue Door
in the corner of this room and go through it.

In here, follow this hallway to another Blue Door and go through it. You'll be
near the exit teleporter, so step on it to get out of the level.

Level 26: Aztec
----------------

At the start of the level, pick up the Backpack, Boxes of Rockets, the Shotgun
Shells, and the box of Shotgun Shells surrounding you. Once you have
everything, *run* over the gap and into the opening. In this room, go left and
head up the curved stairs. At the top, pick up the Shotgun, Box of Shotgun
Shells, and the MegaArmor. Now head back down the curved stairs and go to the
bottom. At the bottom, go through the opening directly across from you (behind
the vines). Follow this hallway until you get to a larger room. When you get to
this room, walk forward and a floor in front of you will rise, revealing a Hell </pre><pre id="faqspan-4">
Knight, so kill it. There is another Hell Knight on the platform across from
you, so be sure to kill it.

There is a Box of Rockets here. Walk up to the Box of Rockets and a door on the
left will open, revealing a staircase, so head up it. At the top, kill the
Heavy Weapon Dudes. Also, be aware of the Heavy Weapon Dudes that have appeared
on the platform that a Hell Knight was on. Once everyone is dead, head through
the opening to the left of the stairs. In here, kill the two Heavy Weapon Dudes
in front of you and pick up the Armor Bonuses to the right. Now head into the
next room and kill the Imp, Heavy Weapon Dude, and the Hell Knight. Once
everyone is dead, pick up the Chainguns, Medikit, Box of Bullets, and Box of
Rockets. Now head back to the previous room where the stairs were. This time,
go through the opening directly across from the stairs.

Follow this hallway until you get to a larger room. This is a very tricky room,
especially on harder difficulty levels. There are too many enemies in front of
you right now, including Heavy Weapon Dudes, Pain Elementals, Hell Knights, and
Arachnotrons, so you'll need to kill them in segments. In this room, turn left
and RUN across the bridge to the other side of this room. When you get to the
other side, kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes. There is a switch in this room.
Hitting it lowers a lift, so get on it and ride it to the top. Be sure to hit
the switch at the top of the left as well. Now turn around and you will see the
Blue Key on a platform. RUN onto this platform and pick up the Blue Key. Once
you have the Blue Key, kill any Pain Elementals if they are on-screen.

You will see a new teleporter on the other side of the bridge RUN across the
bridge and step onto the teleporter. You will be teleported right next to an
Arachnotron, so quickly back away and kill it. Once the Arachnotron is dead,
turn around and go through the opening. This is a U-shaped hallway. Follow this
hallway until you see a switch on your left. When you see the switch, hit it.
Now be quick, because a door has opened behind you, revealing two Heavy Weapon
Dudes, so quickly kill them before they drain you of your health. Once they're
dead, continue going down the hallway and you will find another Arachnotron.
Kill the Arachnotron and pick up the two Boxes of Bullets. Now turn around, go
back down the U-shaped hallway (to where the other Arachnotron was), and step
back on the teleporter.

You will be able to leave this room now. Go through the opening in the corner
of this room. Head down this narrow hallway and go up the stairs. At the top,
go down the staircase across from you. At the bottom of this staircase, head
into the opening across from you and go through the twisted hallway. You'll be
back near the start of the level. There is an opening directly across from you
and one to your right. The opening across from you leads back to the start of
the level. Go through the opening to your right (behind the vines) and you'll
be in another twisting hallway.

Go forward and the floor you're on will lower to a room below you. You can only
access this room once, so quickly step in it. Kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes in
this room and pick up their Chainguns. Also pick up the Chainsaw if you don't
have one. Pick up the Health Bonuses and the Box of Shotgun Shells too. Once
you have everything, hit the switch to lower the lift. Get on it and ride it
back up to the hallway above you. Back up here, turn left. You will see an
opening to your left, so go through it. Follow this hall to another room. In
this room, kill the Heavy Weapon Dude across from you. Now walk forward and
pick up the Super Shotgun. Several Hell Knights and Heavy Weapon Dudes will
teleport into this room, so kill them quickly.

Once they're dead, pick up the Medikit if you need it. Now get on any one of
the ledges in this room and RUN onto the platform with the Red Key to pick it
up. Once you have the Red Key, leave this room and go back to the twisted
hallway. Back in here, turn left and continue going down this hallway. You
should see a red torch to your left and a wall with a light in between two
metal posts to your right. This is a hidden door, so open it. In here, kill all
of the Heavy Weapon Dudes. This is a U-shaped room. Go to the other side of
this room. Pick up the Box of Bullets and Box of Shotgun Shells, and kill the
Hell Knight and any remaining Heavy Weapon Dudes. When everybody is dead, pick
up the Soulsphere. Now leave the room and go back to the twisted hallway.

Back in here, go right and continue progressing down this hall. You will
eventually get to a larger room. This is another trick room. RUN all the way
forward until you get to a rising floor that has two Hell Knights. From here,
RUN backwards to the previous hallway you were in. You should pick up a Rocket
Launcher in the process. From here, kill the two Hell Knights and the four
Heavy Weapon Dudes on the pillars surrounding the bridge in front of you. Once
everyone is dead, RUN across the bridge into the room across from you. In,
here, a door to your left and right will open, both revealing Hell Knights.
Kill them quickly and go into the next room. You will see teleporters to your
left and right. Ignore them for now and then head into the next area. In here,
kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes. Now take the path to your left. At the end, kill
the Arachnotron and pick up the Box of Shotgun Shells and the Medikit.

Now, take the other path. Kill the Arachnotron at the end of the path and pick
up the Medikit and Box of Bullets. Now, go back to where the two teleporters
are. One has red lights around it and the other has blue lights. Step on the
teleporter with the red lights first. In here, open the door to your left and
go through it. Hit the switch on the other side of this room. You can see a
window to your right that shows you the exit room. Kill a Hell Knight if you
see it and then step back through the teleporter. This time, step through the
teleporter with blue lights around it. In here, open the door to your right and
go through it.

In this room, head down the hall and you will be in the exit room. Hit the
switch to your right and pick up the Medikits if you need them. This switch
will allow you to step on the exit teleporter across from the switch, so step
on it to exit the level.

Level 27: Ghost Town
---------------------

At the start of the level, kill the two Spectres in front of you. Also, be sure
to kill the two Heavy Weapon Dudes in the windows. Now, walk forward, pick up
the Shotgun, and go into the room across from you. In here, pick up the
MegaArmor across from you. Now, head left and you will find a pillar with a
switch on it. Hit this switch and the two pillars blocking the stairs in this
room will lower, revealing Hell Knights. Kill both of the Hell Knights and then
head up the stairs. At the top, kill the Hell Knight and then drop down to the
ground below you.

Down here, RUN to the staircase across from you and head up it. Be quick, as
you are surrounded by several Cacodemons (and Heavy Weapon Dudes on higher
ledges). At the top of the stairs, kill the Arachnotron to your left and then
go to the teleporter across from you. Before stepping on it, slowly walk around
it to pick up the Super Shotgun on the other side. When you teleport, pick up
the Plasma Gun across from you and then RUN to the MegaSphere to pick it up.
Once you're back on the ground, turn left and follow the right-handed wall
until you get to a staircase, killing any Cacodemons in your way. When you get
to the stairs, head up them.

At the top, go through the opening to your left and head down the stairs. At
the bottom, kill the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes in front of you and
then go into the room to your right. In here, kill the Arachnotrons on the
ledges to your left and right. Now, when you walk into the room, several Heavy
Weapon Dudes will appear on the pillars in this room, as well as several
Arachnotrons in the room across from you. Once everyone is killed, go into the
room in the southeast where the Arachnotrons were. This will cause new Heavy
Weapon Dudes to appear on the pillars behind you, so kill all of them before
they eat away at your health. Once they're killed, go back into the room where
the Arachnotrons were.

Pick up all of the Rockets on the platform and then continue into the next
room. Pick up the Blue Key and then several Hell Knights will be released into
this area. Kill all of them and then around. Once they're all dead, pick up the
Boxes of Shotgun Shells, the Medikit, and the Box of Bullets from the rooms
they were released from. From here, head back into the room that had the Heavy
Weapon Dudes in the pillars. Exit this room through the northwest opening. Back
in here, drop down to the ground below you. Down here, go all the way straight
to the other side of this room. In front of you is a higher ledge with Shotgun
Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes, so kill them. Afterwards, head up the stairs to
your left. Up here, go through the opening to your right and head down the
stairs to get to the ledge where the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes were.

On here, go through the opening into the room to your left. In here, kill the
Heavy Weapon Dudes on the higher towers to your left and right. Now go to the
tower in the northeastern part of this room. Collect all of the Health Bonuses
around it and make sure to pick up the Rocket Launcher in the back. Now, go
into either opening in the northwest part of the room. In here, pick up the
Green Armor if you need it and then use either hallway to get into the bigger
room across from you. In this room, kill the Spectres and then kill the Heavy
Weapon Dudes at the top of the stairs. When you kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes,
start going up the stairs. Now, several Hell Knights, Demons, and Shotgun Guys
will be released into this room.

Quickly backpedal into the previous room before you take a heavy amount of
damage, and then start killing everybody. Once everyone is dead, go up the
stairs that you started to ascend. At the top, go all the way straight to a
door across from you and try to open it. It won't open, but two walls to your
left and right will open, revealing Hell Knights and a larger room. Kill all of
the Hell Knights and pick up the Medikits if you need them. Once everyone is
dead, go to the switch to the western part of the room and hit it. The Blue Key
is required for activating this switch, by the way. When you hit the switch,
the door that you couldn't previously open will open, so go through it.

This room is the exit room, so just simply step on the exit teleporter to get
out of this level.

Level 28: Baron's Lair
-----------------------

At the start of the level, pick up the Super Shotgun, Chaingun, Rocket
Launcher, and Plasma Gun across from you. Now, head down either staircase on
this central platform to get to the perimeter of this area. Down here, open the
door in the western part of this room and go through it. In here, watch out, as
a couple of Revenants on the other side of the room may teleport closer to you,
so kill them if they happen to do so. If you need ammo and health, go into the
alcove to the right and get the Medikits, Box of Rockets, and the Box of
Shotgun Shells. Now, head down either staircase in this room. Kill the
Revenants up on the higher ledge and then kill the Arachnotrons in the central
pit of this room.

Once everyone is dead, pick up the Box of Rockets and the MegaArmor at the
bottom of the steps. Now go into the pit and hit the switch across from you.
This will cause the walls to your left and right to lower, revealing several
Arachnotrons, so quickly kill them before they drain your health. Once they're
all dead, face the switch and then go through the new opening to your left. In
here, turn left and you will see a door across from you, so walk up to it. You
can't open it right now, so turn around and you will see a switch. Hit this
switch. This will cause two doors in here to open, including the one behind
you. But before going through that door, go back to the pit. This time, go
through the opening to your right. In here, go right and you will find a door
in the corner of this room, so open it and go through it.

In here, walk up to the lift and it will lower, so get on it and ride it to the
top. Kill the Imp if there is one on it. Up here, pick up the Soulsphere. Now
turn around, leave this room, and head back to the pit. This time, facing the
switch in the pit, go into the room to your left again. Now, turn left and go
through the open door across from you. In here, head up the curved stairs,
killing the Imps in your way. At the top, go through the opening. You'll be on
the ledge where the Revenants were. Pick up the Red Key here and then step
through either teleporter. You'll be taken back to the other side of this room.
Back in here, open the door and go through it to get back to the level's
starting area.

Back in here, use either staircase to get back to the central platform in this
room. Up here, there is a new switch in the western part of this platform. Hit
this switch and then go back down to the perimeter of this area. A wall
revealing a secret area has lowered in the northwest corner of this room, so go
to this secret area and pick up the Boxes of Bullets, Shotgun Shells, and the
Computer Area Map. Once you have everything, open the Red Door in the northern
part of this room and go through it. In here, kill the Imps on the higher
ledges above you. Pick up the Energy Cells and then head down the steps. At the
bottom, blow up all of the barrels surrounding you and then turn left. You will
see some barrels and a door-like wall in the corner of the room. Shoot the wall
with a Pistol, either Shotgun, or the Chaingun and it will lower, revealing a
hidden room with two Rockets and a Box of Rockets, so pick them up. Now turn
around and face the corner across from you.

Blow up the barrels in the corner and shoot the wall as well. It will open,
revealing another hidden area with two Rockets and a Box of Rockets, so be sure
to collect everything. From here, drop down to the pit below you. Kill the
Revenant, the Demons, and the Nightmare Spectres in this pit. Now blow up the
barrels in the corner and pick up the Blue Key. From here, climb up the stairs
to get out of the pit and now head back to the door you used to enter this
room, and open it and go through it to get to the level's starting area. Back
in here, head up the stairs in front of you to get to the central platform. You
will notice a new switch across from you, so hit it. This will cause a wall in
the southeast corner of this room to lower, revealing a MegaSphere, several
Boxes of Rockets, and an Energy Cell Pack. You don't need the MegaSphere right
now, so save it for later and collect the other ammo for now.

From here, open the Blue Door in the east part of this room and go through it.
In here, head down the stairs in front of you. Pick up the Box of Shotgun
Shells at the bottom, and then hit the switch. The wall in front of you will
lower, revealing a larger room. Kill all of the Demons and Revenants in this
room and then go to the other side of this area. You should be facing a wall.
Turn around and you should see a switch to your right and left. Hit both of
these switches and then go to the middle of the room where the water is. This
water actually hurts you, so you'll need to be quick here. There is a little
fountain with a Berserk on top. Examine the fountain and it will lower like a
lift, so get on it. When it rises back up, walk forward to pick up the Berserk.
Also be sure to walk across the entire fountain (including the corners of it)
so you get credit for a secret later on. From here, leave this room.

Back at the level's starting area, pick up the MegaSphere and then go through
the new opening in the east part of this room. In here, kill the Revenants on
the higher ledges above you. Also, be sure to kill the Imps and Spectres around
you. When everyone is dead, head up the stairs on the other side of the room.
At the top, turn left and hit the switch in the alcove. Now go back down the
stairs. Down here, go into the new area to your right. Kill the Revenants and
pick up the Energy Cell Pack. Also, hit the switch in the back corner of this
area. Facing the switch, turn left and you should notice the wall across from
you lowering, revealing another area. Kill the Demons and Revenants here and
then pick up the Box of Rockets in the area. Now go to the switch in the back
and hit it.

The switch will cause both platforms the Revenants were on in the middle of the
room to lower for a couple of seconds. A switch is behind each of these
platforms. So when you hit the switch, RUN to one of the Revenant platforms and
hit the switch that is revealed for a couple of seconds. You don't be able to
hit both switches in one round, so you'll need to go back and hit the switch to
lower the pillars again. This can be tricky sometimes, so be quick about it.
Once both switches behind the Revenants platforms are hit, head up the stairs
in the east part of this room. Back up here, go through the new opening to your
left. Follow this hallway until you get to the exit room, which was on the
other side of the fence.

When you get to the exit room, just step on the exit teleporter to get out of
this level.

Level 29: The Death Domain
---------------------------

The beginning of this level can be very tricky, as you are instantly surrounded
by enemies from the start, including Heavy Weapon Dudes, Revenants, and
Arachnotrons. Quickly get the Computer Area Map and the Boxes of Shotgun Shells
and Rockets behind you. Now, turn right and face the balcony where the Heavy
Weapon Dudes are. There should be a gray brick tower to your right. Go
clockwise around this tower to find a Plasma Gun. From here, turn around RUN
ALL THE WAY TO THE OPPOSITE CORNER OF THE ROOM (the northwest part of this
room). You need to be quick before the enemies chew out your health. You should
find a switch here. Hit the switch and then a staircase will be created next to
you, leading downwards, so head down the stairs. Down here, run to the right
and pick up the Super Shotgun in the corner. Now, turn back around and kill the
Imps. Head back up the stairs to the level's starting area.

Kill all of the Arachnotrons, Heavy Weapon Dudes, and Revenants, so they won't
bother you for the rest of the level. Once everyone is dead, head back down the
stairs to the tunnels below. Down here, turn right and follow this hallway
until you get to a lift. When you get to the lift, hit the switch next to it to
lower it. Before getting on it, go straight into the hallway across from you.
Kill the Shotgun Guys here and then pick up the Green Armor and the Rocket
Launcher at the end of the hall. Now go back to the lift and get on it. When
you're on it, ride it to the top. Up here, kill the Imps, pick up the Medikits
and hit the switch across from you. Now, turn around and get back on the lift.

While the lift is lowering, you'll notice a room the lift doesn't stop on, so
get onto this room quickly. If not, you'll need to wait for the lift to raise
to try again. In here, quickly kill the Shotgun Guys and the Heavy Weapon Dudes
in front of you. From here, walk up to the switch in the corner of this room
and the walls will lower, revealing two Hell Knights and a Revenant, so kill
them. Before hitting the switch, go to the door on the other side of the room.
This is the door that the switch opens for a second. Facing the door, turn left
and you will see an indented wall. Press Circle on the small wall to the right
of this wall, and it should open, revealing a secret area.

In here, lower the lift next to you, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up
here, pick up the Soulsphere. Now turn around and go back to that switch from
earlier. Hit the switch. Turn around and go through the opened door across from
you. If it closes, turn back around and try again. In here, go up the stairs
into a larger room. When you get to the top, several Heavy Weapon Dudes will
appear around the perimeter of this room, so quickly kill all of them before
your health goes down significantly. Once they're all dead, pick up the
Invisibility Sphere. Now open the door in the southeast corner of the room and
go through it.

In here, go right and follow the hallway until you get to a staircase, killing
the Shotgun Guys in your way. Go up the staircase when you get to it. At the
top, go into the larger room and kill the Lost Souls, the Heavy Weapon Dudes,
and the Arachnotrons. Once they're all dead, go to the other side of this room.
Now, go through the opening in the corner of this area. In here, go left and
follow this hallway until you see the Yellow Key to your left. When you see the
Yellow Key, pick it up. Now, continue down the hallway until you get to the
end. The floor at the end will lower like a lift. At the bottom, go straight
into the larger room across from you. In here, walk forward and turn around.
You will see an opening to your right and left. These openings have several
Hell Knights.

They will spot you. Now, this is a tricky part of the level. They will be
teleporting across the room constantly, so make sure to kill them quickly. Once
they're dead, drop into the pit in the west part of this room. Kill the Hell
Knights and then open the Yellow Door and go through it. You'll be back in the
level's starting area. You'll notice that there are several Revenants in the
pit in the middle of this room. We need to jump into this pit shortly, so make
sure to kill all of the Revenants in them. Once the Revenants are dead, go back
through the Yellow Door. Back in here, head up the stairs to your left. At the
top, look left. You should see two barrels on the edge of this platform. Blow
them up. Also, look across from you, where there are three openings.

Go through the opening on the right and hit the switch. This will lower a
barrier where the barrels were for a few seconds, so go back and RUN off the
platform and into the pit where the Revenants were. If the barrier rises in
time, or if you can't get into the pit, go back and try again. Once you're in
the pit, pick up the Blue Key and you will be teleported back up to the area
above you. Turn right and you'll find the Blue Door, so open it and go through
it. In here, kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes and go up the stairs to your right. At
the top, follow the left-hand wall until you get to a door. Shoot this door
with your Fist, Chainsaw, Pistol, either Shotgun, or the Chaingun, and it will
open, revealing a Megasphere. Turn around and you will see a balcony to your
left, where all the Heavy Weapon Dudes were.

Pick up their Chainguns if you need them and then step on the exit teleporter
on this balcony.

Level 30: Onslaught
--------------------

This is the final level in the game (in the PC Final Doom, this is only the
10th level of 32 in the game. Now, quickly kill the Heavy Weapon Dude behind
you! Also, pick up the Invisibility Sphere next to you. From here, pick up the
Super Shotgun and the Blue Key in the middle of the room. After you get the
Blue Key, several Heavy Weapon Dudes and Cacodemons will be released in this
room. Kill all of them before they very quickly drain your health. Now, pick up
the Backpack in the northwest corner of this room and take any health you need.
From here, open the Blue Door in the southwest corner of the room and hit the
switch inside. This will lower the Blue Bars to the left of the Blue Bar, so
head into the next area.

In this area, head left and kill all of the Cacodemons around you. Also, kill
the Heavy Weapon Dudes in the room above you too, if you need to. From here,
open the door in the southern part of this room. You will find the Cyberdemon
in front of you! If you have a BFG from previously, you can use that to kill
the Cyberdemon in a couple of hits. If not, I recommend using a mix of Rocket
Launcher and Plasma Gun ammo to kill it. If you're starting this level with an
empty inventory, you can use a mix of the Super Shotgun and the Chaingun you
have picked up. You don't get a whole lot of room to fight him, so you really
need to be careful.

Once the Cyberdemon is dead, head into the room he was in. Doors to your left
and right will open, revealing Heavy Weapon Dudes on the higher ledges, so
quickly kill them before they drain your health. After you kill all of them,
open the door in this room. Kill the Heavy Weapon Dude in front of you and then
hit the switch in this small room. This will cause the floor to instantly drop
into the area below you. Down here, kill the Imps in front of you and then head
into the opening to your right. Head forward into the larger room across from
you. In here, go into the room to your left, killing the Imps and the Cacodemon
around you. In this room, hit the switch in the corner and then head back into
the previous room.

Back in here, go into the opening to your left. Follow this hall to a staircase
and head up it, killing the Imps in your way. At the top, go into the room to
your right. Kill the Imp and pick up the Rocket Launcher. Also, notice the
pillar with the MegaArmor in the corner of this room. Now go up the stairs in
this room. At the top, walk forward and the barrier at the end of the stairs
will lower, allowing you to go through. This also lowers the pillar with the
MegaArmor, so turn around and RUN back to it before it rises again. If you
can't get to the MegaArmor, head back up the stairs, lower the barrier and try
again.

Once you have the MegaArmor, head back up the stairs and go through the lowered
barrier. Out here, hit the switch in the southeast corner of this room. Now,
head down the stairs to your left. At the bottom, examine the wall to your left
and it will lower, revealing a Plasma Gun, so pick it up. Also, there is
another hidden room behind you, with Energy Cell Packs and an Invisibility
Sphere. If the walls raise back up, just examine the walls to lower again. Now,
head up the stairs into the area where we fought the Cyberdemon. Back in here,
go to the middle of the room and pick up the Yellow Key, which is now lowered
from its pillar. Now, several Imps and Cacodemons will teleport into the room,
so quickly kill them.

From here, open the Yellow Door in the northwest part of the area and go
through it. In here, go left and follow this path until you get to a Red Key,
killing the Imps and Heavy Weapon Dudes if you haven't done so already. Once
you have the Red Key, turn around and leave this room. Go back to where you
picked up the Yellow Key. In the southeast corner of this room is the Red Door.
Open it and it will reveal a Box of Rockets and a switch. Collect the Box of
Rockets and then hit the switch. Now turn around and go back through the Yellow
Door. Back in here, there is a new opening across from you, so go through it.
Out here, follow this path until you get to the exit teleporter. While you're
walking towards it, several Imps will be released into the room. Kill all of
them and pick up the MegaSphere (although it doesn't really matter at this
point).

Once you're done, step through the exit teleporter and not only will you finish
the level, but you'll finish the game! Congratulations!

Now, you get a little story:

You gloat over the carcass of the guardian. With its death you have wrested the
accelerator from the stinking claws of hell. You are done. Hell has returned to
pounding dead folks instead of good live ones. Remember to tell your grandkids
to put a Rocket Launcher in your coffin. If you go to hell when you die you
will need it for some cleaning up.

After the story, the cast of enemies comes up, showing their movements, sounds,
and all that. Press any button to kill each enemy (you will also see the player
at the end too). If you want to get out of this, just pause the game and press
Select to go to the menu.

=========

Ok, you can't get past a certain level or something. Maybe you want to have fun
and cheat. Well, here are a list of codes for the game and what they do. To
have these codes work, you must pause the game and enter them in. If you enter
them incorrectly, you'll have to un-pause and pause the game again to enter
them in.

All Weapons, Full Ammo, and Keys:
Pause the game and press X, Triangle, L1, Up, Down, R2, Left, Left in that
order. If entered correctly, you will get all guns, full ammo, and keys (you
will get the keys found in the level you are in, not all of them).

Invincibility:
Pause the game and press Down, L2, Square, R1, Right, L1, Left, Circle in that
order. If entered correctly, you will become invincible for as long as you
want. You can enter the code again to disable invincibility. Also, you will not
be hurt from anything. That includes slime, crushing ceilings, enemies, and so
on. And that white screen won't bug you either.

Full Map:
Pause the game and press Triangle, Triangle, L2, R2, L2, R2, R1, Square in that
order. Now you will have a full Automap until you die or leave this game. Now
you can see the whole map, and the white areas are areas you haven't visited
yet. This code can be turned off by entering the cheat again.

Add Object Indicators to Automap:
Pause the game and press Triangle, Triangle, L2, R2, L2, R2, R1, Circle in that
order. Now object indicators will be added to the Automap. These are triangle
figures that represent items, enemies, weapons, and every object in a level.
The ones that move are the enemies, and each and one of them is blue. You can
turn this code off by entering the cheat again.

X-Ray Vision:
Pause the game and press L1, R2, L2, R1, Right, Triangle, X, Right in that
order. What this code does it that it makes the walls a little transparent, so
you can see through them. It doesn't, however, allow you to walk or shoot
through the walls. You can turn this code off by simply entering the code
again.

Warp to Level:
Pause the game and press Right, Left, R2, R1, Triangle, L1, Circle, X. Now you
can warp to any level. To scroll through them, use Left and Right on the D-Pad.
You can select any level in the game.
